Once again Elite Paws were amazing taking great care of my old dogs! I can see photos in the yard where they are happy!!! When I picked them up they showed affection to the owners letting me know their stay was good! 5 stars should really be 10 stars!

This is the best place we have ever boarded our dog, "Goose"!! And we have used at least 5 different places throughout the country over the years. The whole property is very gorgeous and new and clean. The dogs each get their own room, not a crate or a "run", but a room with a full human-sized secure locking door. There is astroturf and they also have grass I think and they let our dog out of his room and walked him 4 or 5 times a day! The owners took really good care of him and spent a lot of time with him. I know this because when I called on the phone the lady who answered (owner I think) knew all about Goose without looking him up and when we came to pick him up the other owner (husband) knew he loved belly rubs cause he spent time with him! They also were very attentive to Goose's needs. I am so happy to have a place in Pueblo where I can know my dog is safe and well cared for while I travel.

I boarded my two dogs and cat here during a recent trip of mine. I usually don't board my animals, so I was a bit nervous. The staff is fantastic and you can tell they really love animals. Both my dogs and cat were happy and healthy when I picked them up. My cat didn't even want to leave. I especially like that the boarding kennels are individual rooms rather than chain link fencing to prevent the dogs from fence fighting the whole time. Highly recommend and will board my animals here again as it's necessary.

I was actually visiting the facility in a business capacity but was impressed at how clean and well laid out it was. Very nice staff, proud to show off their accomodations and off the beaten path... You feel like you are at a country club for our furry friends. If you are looking for services for your pets like boarding, daycare or grooming, check them out and see for yourself.

Absolutely the best experience boarding our dog Bam Bam with Elite Paws. Family business, friendly, clean and excellent facilty. We absolutely love Elite Paws Per Resort. We have been taking our dogs there for years and highly recommend them. They love our babies like their own. Never have to worry about our babies while we are gone.

Best place to kennel a dog IMO. You can tell they really care from dietary restrictions to making sure our dog stays active and has lots of play they do a wonderful job. Staff is always friendly and always take a call to give updates if needed. Would recommend highly.

Love this place! Definitely recommend for daycare or boarding! We seriously could not have been happier with how they treated our dog. We are the kind of family that does our research especially when leaving the beloved family pet with someone who isn't family. Well, the staff at Elite Paws quickly became family. They treated our dog like their own. She absolutely loved it there!

I am so grateful I found Brittany on rover. She has been amazing with Kaito and she is so kind and responsible! Her son has also been amazing with my boy. I came to Pueblo for work and Brittany has been so flexible with my schedule and so helpful with last minute requests. Kaito always gets so excited to go over there and I couldnt be more happy with our experience. I have used her weekly since being here and let me tell ya, I highly recommend! She is great about sending updates and we just love Brittany. I wish she were closer to home for me lol. :)

Brittany came to the rescue when we had a family emergency over Christmas. She worked us in last minute and she was incredibly flexible with timing. She did amazing with our dog who is shy. She also sent me daily updates and photos which put me at ease. We couldn’t have pulled off what we needed to do without Brittany and BowWOW Home Pet Care. Thank you!

Brittany with Bow Wow is great!! She does home visits so we're not required to board our two huge Cane Corso's and our Lhasa Apso plus worry our cats aren't being tended too. Been here twice before withy wife and the staff was great but tonight the young lady had no idea what was going on can't answer any questions told me she does not know how to use the machine why work here if you have no idea how to help.

I liked playing there but then I got thrown out without any warning and all because A cowardly snake named Juanita told A bold faced lie to the managers Sara and Francis who Really NEED TO WORK ON THEIR PEOPLE SKILLS , AND to take the proper steps BEFORE THEY 86 SOME ONE OUT THEY SHOULD CHECK ALL THE FACTS AND NOT JUST BAN SOME ONE ON GOSSIP OR HEAR SAY especially A made up or fabricated story.

Don't go in when a lady name SMOKEY is in. She will take what is left from your account. This happen to one of my friends, they left 20$ to play later when she was working and it was gone. Every I know friends or acquaintances don't trust her. Lastly she takes money from people that "Own her money" like 5$ or 10$ when put they put it in or take it from them. Anyone else that works there; they are friendly, trustworthy, professional and not theives

I lost $100. But to make it worse forgot toine log out and I was scolded gave me my $20. Dollars back and was told I would not be able to play any longer. Make it even worse was there the week before machines on. Cherry side froze up and I couldn't get my money out was told I had to come back to get it when I went back i was told I already got it I think I would have remembered getting it but I didn t was told they could not help me. Only bout $14. Dollars but I never got reimbursed used to enjoy going there but I won't be back

Its someplace different to go. Different people and friendly atmosphere most of the time lol.Its just a little getaway to enjoy not being at home when you don't want to be and you feel like relaxing your thoughts else where.

I would not go to this place again because the manager there Phyllis is not a very nice lady she took $100 from an old lady and told her if she didn't like it that she didn't have to play there and and she did not give it back to her neither she's embezzles money from the company and from the players this place should be shut down it's not a good place

Greetings. A friend recommended Karen and Mike Kerrigan of Like You’re There, owners of pet and home care, and we’re grateful they did. We met them in person prior to booking their services, and we were impressed by their caring hearts for animals as well as the integrity with which they operate their business. Karen took notes as we were discussing the particulars for our beloved cats and house, and she asked great clarifying questions. We had a great sense of peace and confidence that our two cats and house were well cared for and looked after while we were away. Karen and Mike texted updates about how the cats were doing, watered porch plants, brought in mail, turned lights on and off. They did what they said they would do, at the agreed-to time, and with caring attention to details. A truly positive experience, we are blessed to have met them.

Mike and Karen are amazing! They took great care of our elderly cat and looked after our home while we traveled out of town for weeks at a time. They sent us frequent updates to let us know how he was doing which gave us peace of mind while we were gone. Their prices are also very reasonable. Our precious cat has since passed, but we will definitely have them take care of our new kitties when we travel. We highly recommend Mike and Karen if you need home or pet care while traveling.

Mike and Karen gave me so much piece of mind while traveling that my fur baby and home were well cared for. They are very warm, caring, trustworthy, people to the max!!! Mike and Karen are fabulous home and pet care specialists. We are relatively new to Southern Colorado and are extremely grateful to have found such loving and attentive care for our little furry babies. We have two dachshunds, one a nervous rescue and the other, a senior with only one eye. As such, we like to have them watched in our home when we are away. They are much more comfortable and relaxed in their own environment, and Mike and Karen make this possible for us. My dogs, Sophia and Sisi love them, and we are 100% at ease when we are away from home knowing Mike and Karen are taking care of our dogs for us as well as we would be if we were home. I had a fantastic experience with Mike and Karen! I’m a mom of a dog, a cat, and a hedgehog and they took excellent care of them while I was gone for the weekend! Their prices were very affordable and I got a ton of bang for my buck. For $50 they came over twice a day and feed/watered all of the pets, they walked my dog, did some light house work, and texted me updates after every feeding! They truly took care of my babies like they were their own! Will absolutely utilize their services again!

Great experience having Karen and Mike watch our house and 4 dogs. They kept in constant contact with us and everything was in order when we got home. Our dogs were very happy so we are very happy! We will definitely use them again. Highly recommend them.

We have had such a good experience with Karen and Mike, they are easy to work with and flexible with our dogs' schedule. Our fur children are happy and healthy when we arrive back at home and this makes us feel comfortable to travel as much as we want knowing that they will be taken care of.

They really are the best in Pueblo. I always feel that my girls are totally safe when they are watching them and they always go the extra mile. One of the things that really touches my heart is that they insist that you notify them after you are home. Sam & Cindy always come through when we need pet care and they go the extra mile picking up mail and packages and bringing our trash bins back up. They are responsive and dependable and very nice to work with.

Professional. Trustworthy. Reliable. I highly recommend them. My cat ‘Noshoot’ is a diabetic, needs a shot every day and is very fussy about who she will come to. Cindy had to stop by one day and as soon as I opened the door Noshoot came over to her. They always text me to let me know how she is doing AND include a photo of her! I couldn’t be happier with the care they give!

I love Sam and Cindy! Their caring service has made it possible for us to travel without worrying about leaving our dogs in a kennel. Not only do they take great care of our dogs, the will get the mail, pick up the newspaper and water my flowers. I no longer have to stop mail and newspaper service and come home to dead flowers. Beware. Poor communication and unjust business practice. Had problems with them entering our home on days we had nothing scheduled. Saw it on our camera yet they didn't call to correct. We found our front door open upon arriving home after a weekend get away. The one that made us cancel our services was when they drove into our front yard. Got high centered on our side walk. Tore up the lawn trying to move their car. They called a tow truck to get them unstuck and did not repair the damage. We canceled their services for upcoming PREPAID service and they refused to refund even though it was 4 months away. HIGHLY RECOMEND YOU FIND SOMEONE ELSE

They are trustworthy and reliable; compassionate and committed to caring for animals; and it is quite obvious they love what they do. Highly suggest you find someone else to come into your home. Between wrong dates that they entered our home and property damage that they did nothing about the experience was a nightmare. Got notes left that they had lots of “play time” with our animals yet there visits where about twenty mins for multiple animals including a flock of ducks and chickens. After we inquired about the property damage and decided to part ways with there services they only offered a partial refund which was paid way in advance and on the flip side we gave them plenty of notice to fill those slots which were holiday slots . Therefore we had paid more for them. So not only did they keep premium pay they obviously felt ok doing so.

Sam and Cindy are professional and friendly to work with. They have been caring for our 4 birds, 3 fish and peace of mind since we began working with them in April. The birds are happy, the fish are alive and the house is secure when we come home from weeks on the road. They are quick to respond to texts and phone calls and answer questions. I would enthusiastically recommend Pueblo’s Best Pet Care to any bird and/or fish owner and will happily entrust my cat and dog to them if the need arises.

My dog has gone here for almost 2 years, so naturally when he was bit I at least expect the staff to care about my dog or care about loosing a client. My dog was bit on a Thursday, I received a call letting me know it was a small scratch, it was NOT a small scratch. I called Friday and was told a manager would call me back. They did not. Today Monday, my dog is swollen, even while we cleaned the wound daily he was infected. I called again, finally the manager speaks with me. Does not apologize, just agrees that the bite was not a small scratch. I asked for the dog that bit my dogs date of vaccination, the manager Erin, did not want to provide I am now at the vet who asked for the exact same thing, I let him know they wouldn’t provide me with this information. He called Erin and she once again refused to provide the date of vaccination. The vet is now calling Animal Control so this information can be released. I am so disappointed with the way they have handled this situation. A daycare is supposed to take care of pets not neglect them. !!!!DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!!

I liked there old location, but the new location is too compact. Small kennels crunched into an area. Play area out back tiny, and much too small for dogs. I dont see how you can rotate dogs outside regularly. It is so noisey in the bldg too because the dogs are squished together. My dog was so stressed out from the small kennel all day. I will look for another place sadly

I am so thankful to have this place for my pup! My sweet Finn was recently diagnosed with epilepsy and we are trying to get his meds right/tracking seizures etc. I am a nervous wreck now leaving him at home or otherwise. Finn has been going to day care 3-4 days/week for about a year and a half now and he absolutely loves it. Today, however, the staff went above and beyond to make sure my boy was looked after. I cannot express how comfortable I feel leaving him there while at work - the staff are always great and attentive, communication is on point - overall, DEFINITELY recommend!

The BEST place to bring your dogs! The dogs get lots of fun playtime and so much love! You can tell everyone there truly cares about the dogs and their people. I don’t trust just anyone with my fur babies..there’s nobody better than Jori & Erin!

It’s the best place to bring your dogs! The staff is friendly and has no issues accommodating to my dogs needs! My boy comes home nice and tired at the end of the night because he plays so hard! One of the best places in town!

This doggy daycare is the best. They have accommodated my care requests at the last minute for two of my dogs when I was unable to find care. The staff truly care for your fur babies.

Very reasonably priced! My 3 dogs loved staying here for daycare and boarding. The owners and staff were so kind, friendly and very accommodating.

I will never take my dog there again! He got sick while he was there and no one bothered to tell me, now my other two dogs are sick as well. I've had to take all 3 of my dogs to the vet now. I called every day to check on my dog and was told different stories each day. One girl said he was eating and the next day a different girl said he wasn't eating. I asked them to give him a bath and clip his toenails and they couldn't even do that!!! I reminded them of it in text messages and over the telephone. There is a bad lack of communication amongst employees and customers going on there. My advice is to look around and find a better place to take your animals to.

If there was an option to leave no stars I would. I was so devastated to hear of the mistreatment and absolute neglect for pups being looked after at this establishment and to think this would be a place I would consider to do business with. I would advise for those in this area to look into elsewhere for the proper care of their furry loved ones!

We needed someone to watch our dog, Titus, at the last minute when plans fell through. PlayTime Pet Sitters was able to help and made the process so easy! They were quick to respond to our last minute request, friendly, and easy to work with. Titus got his food, his walks, some love, and all was right with his world! He was clearly happy to have a new friend visit him based on the pictures we got while we were away! Thank you so much for taking care of him!!

My 3 month old kitten had a great time hanging out with the sitters from PlayTime this past weekend while I was out of town. Deb and Sara sent me several pictures and a text about everything they did each time they visited. It was great to see he was well loved, taken care of, and had plenty of play time while I gone. It was also nice to come home and see that his litter box was fresh, the area around his box was free of all the litter that usually follows him out, and his food and water bowls were clean and full. I know he's looking forward to the next time he'll get to hang out with his Deb and Sara and I'm glad there's one less thing I have to worry about next time I travel.

My dog loves her PlayTime walkers! They have been really responsive, easy to schedule, and reliable. They always send text updates with cute pics after the walks, and leave a "report card" for how the walk went. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Where do I even begin? Susan and her staff have been quintessential for my family’s well-being. My husband and I are both officers in the Army, and we frequently deploy to training rotations and have recently had a nine month deployment overseas. PlayTime Pet Sitters has been a pillar of our pet care while we are away at work. We have an assortment of pets, which includes three birds and two dogs. I simply would not trust any other business to take care of my animals in my absence. There is a lot that I could write about the special care and authentic love for animals Susan and her staff have, but, I will instead summarize it with a single event. In January of 2022, our beloved dog swallowed a plastic squeaker that became lodged in her small intestine. I was alone, as my husband was deployed to a training center, and it was the middle of the night when I took my dog to the Emergency vet. About $7000 later, my dog underwent emergency abdominal surgery, and was recovering well. It was about 9 PM by the time I got her care plan, and I was overwhelmed with anxiety about how I was going to manage her post-operative care, as I had a week-long field exercise starting the following morning and I would not be home. I contacted other pet sitting businesses in Colorado Springs, and they all refused to schedule visits so last-minute despite my desperation. I contacted Susan at PlayTime that evening around 2 AM, in tears, desperate for a sitter that could care for my first and only dog as an adult at the time. Susan could not have been more superb; she reassured me that she would help me, and provided me with caretakers that gave my dog the best post-op care. Including feeding her baby food three times a day, and administering all medications with only written instructions from me on a letter I left for them in my home. PlayTime Pet Sitters has taken care of my family for well over a year. Their care is unmatched, and their dedication to animals is admirable and almost unbelievable. I have had a wide range of pets my entire life, including iguanas and a variety of farm animals. I am passionate and serious about my pets receiving the best care possible. I do not and will not give my business to anybody else in Colorado Springs. I would pay double the fee if it meant I could guarantee Susan and her team would look after my pets. If you are looking for a business that will love your furry, scaly, and feathered family members as much as you do, look no further. Thank you Susan, Linda, and every other incredible caretaker that has been a part of our pets’ lives. You have made our oftentimes challenging and unpredictable lifestyle more secure.

We had a great experience with PlayTime! In the past we’ve boarded and had friends watch our cats, but this was much better for the cats and us. They are very thorough, attentive, and professional. We felt good knowing that some of the people watching our cats actually had experience as vet techs or were studying to become vet techs. We got pictures and messages at each visit and it was nice not having to worry about the cats at all while we were away. And when we got back the cats were completely themselves! In the past they’ve had about a 2 day period of being mad at us.

We just had our first experience with Playtime Pet Sitters this weekend and we are amazed! Susan is incredibly responsive and reliable, and Sara and Deb took great care of our sweet Indy. I was impressed with their punctuality and their communication, and when we returned home we couldn't see any signs that anyone had stayed overnight that weekend. They took great care of our home and possessions, and we are very thankful to have found Playtime. Loyal customers from here on!

Playtime Pet Sitters is the best pet sitting company in Colorado Springs! The prices are reasonable, but that’s definitely not the only great thing. They truly care about your animals, and isn’t that the most important thing? We hired them to care for our pets during a weekend away, and I will never hire anyone else. They came ahead of time to meet our dogs and see where the dog food and crates were. They were polite and thorough. I made a mistake in the scheduling, but they were happy to work with me and make sure the pets were cared for. They came each day at the scheduled time and took lots of pictures! They even leave a little handwritten report of what happened while you were away. I never worried about the dogs because I knew they were in the best hands. If you’re on the fence about hiring them or still looking around, you’ve found the right place. You will not regret it! You won’t find a company that can give you as much peace of mind while you’re away from your fur babies!

Loved my experience with PlayTime Pet Sitters! I went on a last minute trip out of town for a weekend and they were able to accommodate my request and were very professional which I appreciated. My cat and I got to meet my sitter (Susan) before my trip and it’s clear she has a lot of experience with pets and is very trustworthy. She made a lot of effort to understand my cat, his habits, quirks, favorite toys, and so on, which made me more comfortable with leaving him for a weekend because I knew he would be in great hands! It’s a little pricier compared to getting a pet sitter from a site like Rover but at the end of the day, I want to hire people I trust with my pet and will continue to use PlayTime Pet Sitters for my pet sitting needs. 🙂

We had the best experience with PlayTime Pet Sitters. They looked after our two kittens over the Christmas holiday. We loved how they sent us a message update after every visit and how sweet the sitters were to our kittens. Our sitters were Amy and Laura - I highly recommend them to anyone!

We needed a pet sitter to care for our new cat and they took such great care of him while we were gone! Followed instructions to a T and sent lots of cute photos from the visits. We came home to a happy kitty, a nice report card of how they spent time with him , and all of our mail stacked neatly inside. Prior to the first visit, we had a home visit where the sitters met us and learned where everything was. Easy to book and pay online and the sitters were kind and professional. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great pet service!

We won't take our dog anywhere else for boarding. Kathy is great with dogs - you can tell she really loves them. A big plus is that the facility is near her home. This isn't a place where they lock up and go home. When our dog sees Kathy, he runs to her. We can leave on vacation and feel confident our pet has great care.

I really hated to leave my baby with a stranger but after a week or so she was excited to go home with me but kept running back and forth saying goodbye to the lady that tends the kennel. I was really impressed that each dog gets free time to play one-on-one and run in grassy area twice a day!¡ I will definitely use their well-kept facility again and highly recommend it to everyone.

It's definitely not on the way to anywhere else I go, but the service is reliable and friendly and the price is good. Of the options in and around Pueblo, this is our go-to.

Critter Sitters Plus provides excellent, professional, and caring service. For more than 5 years, Rhonda has been my bird sitter whenever I had to be out of town. She gives the birds their food, water, and treats, cleans their cages, and spends quality time with them. She reports on each visit with report sheets as well as phone messages and pictures. In addition, she has taken care of non-pet issues at my house as needed, such as communicating with neighbors or meeting a contractor so urgent repairs could be made. I trust her 100% with my birds and my house, and I highly recommend her.

We have used Rhonda with Critter Sitters Plus since we moved to Pueblo West about 4 years ago. We have been very happy with the services she provides. She is very reliable, extremely conscientious and goes the extra mile by doing small things to help out such as bringing in mail and writing notes about what she observed each visit. She communicates well and reaches out by text or phone if she encounters any issues. We always feel at ease when out of town when Rhonda watches our pets.

I used Rhonda’s pet sitting services, and my experience was perfect for my pets and myself! She took excellent care of my cats, and she even has a small form that she fills out every single day on a given pet sitting assignment to let the owner know what went on that day with their pets (food/how much they ate/activities, etc.) to give them more details. She is professional, and trustworthy, and you don’t have to worry about your house or your belongings either. That was a concern I had as I had never used pet-sitting services before. She also was kind enough to take care of lights on/blinds closed for the evening & lights off/blinds open for the day. I will definitely use her services again in the future!-

Mountain View is the absolute best place to take your pets for boarding and grooming. We’ve gone to them for years and have never been disappointed. I wouldn’t trust my fragile older dog with anybody else. It is now under new management and they are amazing! Owners and staff are all so knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10 recommend!

great prices, friendly staff, very affordable service. they worked with me though scheduling issues and my puppy came back completely soft and groomed to my specifications - without me paying a fortune! I will definitely be coming back!

New Management and they hurt my English Bulldog. He came back with Kennel Cough which we never had to worry about in two years of going here. Never trust them with our baby again. The lady the front was grouchy and the most disturbing look on her face as she went back to retrieve my Butch. Almost evil looking even. Be careful when she's working I could see clearly she has her days but also how do you not know not to put any short nose breed of dog in any Kennel. If you have Short nose breed dog be careful they may get your baby sick or even worse death. My biggest problem was she never called to tell me my Butch was done then Lied when I showed up still claiming she did.

Took our dogs for two days boarding when we picked them up, first off the entire building had incredibly strong fumes from them redoing the floors while they had dogs there which is toxic to animals. Second, I told them my dogs names and they brought out the wrong dogs and then got mad when I told them those aren’t my dogs and questioned me as if I did not know who my dogs were. Ever since the new owners took over, this place has gone down hill. That will be my last visit with them and we will not be recommending them to anyone else as they don’t care about the animals.

Very friendly staff. One of their groomers who was new did a really bad job on our pup and injured her quite badly on her neck. We called them back, and the manager refunded the grooming fee. A couple of days later, she got very lethargic and not herself. We had our vet come out and treat her, and within a couple of days, she was back to her old self. We told the manager about the vet bill. The manager asked us to bring the invoice from the vet and they paid the entire invoice within two days. I Leadership is exceedingly responsive and fair. They really do care!

Great place. Whiskey seemed to enjoy his time there. Staff was very nice. Smelt clean in lobby.

I took my babies to get groomed today and I was so disappointed and pissed when I got them back. I specifically said I wanted a teddy bear cut for them and do not cut to low. Well that did not happen they look terrible and on top of that they left one of my dogs undone because they words he was a very bad boy. I was still charged full price for him mind you. I am so so disappointed with the service that I’ve received

Well, needless to say I won't be boarding my dog here anymore. This is the second time my dog has gotten kennel cough. Couldn't get in to see my vet, went to ER vet for $435.00 Shame on me once, now twice...not going back. Also, when I picked my dog up it smelled like vomit and feces. Never again.
