Would definitely use again! We have a a pet cat and a pet rat, however sadly our extended family had a little phobia of my rat so we had to look elsewhere for help so that I knew that he was being cared for/cleaned out and given a little fuss alongside my cat in our absence. They were so lovely and both the boys were automatically comfortable and at ease around Jacky, she sent me photos of them every time she came over and told me a little about how they were each day etc. Thank you again :)

Phil and Bev have worked tirelessly to ensure Petpals can continue. Our lovely lady, Lynda, absolutely adores dogs, and is totally committed to them. She has never ending patience with any dogs she looks after, and, for Tess, (our cocker spaniel), it’s like a home from home.

Petpals looked after our two cats at home for two weeks last summer. The whole process was very easy and friendly. The cats were very content when we got back. Much more chilled than they would have been in a cattery. As one of the cats is shy with new people she didn’t show her face for a few days but we got updates via WhatsApp and a photo when she did. Great service!

We've used Petpals for many years now to look after our 2 cats while away, for both long and short trips. Whichever person comes and attends to the cats has always been so kind and given them excellent care, keeping in touch when requested and leaving a thorough account for when we come back. I could not rate this company any higher - our cats are so much happier being able to stay home rather than going through a distressing experience of staying in a cattery.

We were very impressed with the professionalism and caring that was shown to our cat Bobby. Our cat is 17 years old and we found that it was much better to have Petpals ,rather than a cattery, come to our home twice a day. Bobby seemed very content after we returned from our short break and we will definitely use Petpals again as they gave us peace of mind.

Not great communication and found them to be quite dismissive. Won't be using sorry as had a bad experience from the get go.

I cannot recommed this place highly enough. My little Zola absolutely loves being here and the staff especially Freya are just phenomenal with her. Its evident by how excited she gets when we park outside. You get a real sense of your dog being really loved on all day and the grounds and facilities are excellent. I love the flexibility of the early and late pick up , so helpful when I have early business trips and get back into Chelmsford late. Zola comes home very happy and very exhausted from a full day. Also love that I get sent pictures of her having a great time every day! Absolutely the very very best

My puppy Austin has just finished his first day at LDDC and i am blown away by how well he was looked after. From the updates and photos of him having the best day ever to the artwork he brought home of his paws, this place looks after your fur babies like their own. The grounds and space is fantastic and the owners Pedro and his wife made us feel so welcome and put our minds at ease leaving Austin for the first time. I would highly recommend this little doggy daycare to anyone. Thank you so much and Austin can’t wait to return again next week. James

This is a truly wonderful and safe place for my precious pup. He LOVES spending the day with his doggy friends and comes home happy and exhausted. My corgi puppy has been going to little doggy daycare for about 2 months now since he was 6 months old. The staff are wonderful and he is always so excited to get out the car and see all his doggy friends in the morning. They send photos of him everyday and he always looks so happy! Definitely recommend.

We loooooove Little Doggy Daycare. Our little Roo is so happy when she arrives! We have photo and text updates on the day, which is so helpful, as our Roo is only a pup and can be nervous socialising. It gave us reassurance that she’s doing ok during the day. We totally relax knowing Roo is safe and having the best time running around and making friends!

We take our cockapoo, Pepper, here a few times a month when we need to go into the office. Pepper gets really excited when we drop her off, so we know she must have a lovely time here. Freya and the rest of the staff are great too, with daily updates with pictures of how Pepper is getting on. Would highly recommend!

Little doggy daycare has been wonderful for my leash reactive pup. I love seeing pictures and videos of her playing with the other dogs. She clearly feels safe and confident there.
