Sally and Martin have looked after all our dogs for over 20 years. The service they offer is second to none. A real home from home, all our dogs pull to go in. They care and treat the dogs just like their own... you couldn't wish for better care. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Sally n Martin have looked after our dog for a good few years now. He actually pulls like a train to go there. What better recommendation do we need.

We can't put our dog into normal boarding kennels he hates being locked up. Martin and Sally look after every dog like their own and Oakley, my dog, loves it there .

Excellent company. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our dog. They treat her like their own and she is always happy to go.

I would recommend Woody woods to everyone! I love that they use an enclosed field for the dogs which is deffo a highlight of my Tess's day. Sandra is 1 in a million when it comes to dog grooming.. my girl is very hyper and unconfident.. Sandra really takes her time and does not rush. Which i could not ask anymore from her. I can just tell from her rushing in at morning drop off that she loves it does not look back for me straight off for a fun day. Thank you as always for being great!! My Tess has come on leaps since starting there they have taught her so much🥰

We had to book our pug in unexpectedly last minute for a few days of boarding, and Sandra was amazingly understanding. All forms and paper work were sorted with ease, and the little man really enjoyed his stay! He even came back smelling fresh and was lovely and soft! Even when she was ill, Sandra kept me up to date with how the little man was, which, as a worrier was so relieving. I cannot express how amazing she was. Genuinely an angel. I would HIGHLY recommend her, and I will definitely be using her services again. Thank you again so much Sandra for all of your help!

I have used Woody Woods on a couple of occasions. Unfortunately my last experience wasn't good as we had our dog boarding booking cancelled just before we were due to go on holiday. So for that reason I won't be using them again. PS: in response to the barage of abuse below. My doggies are very well cared for, thank you very much. And to imply they aren't is just slanderous. I have one Gmail account and I've used it to leave this 'honest' review. PPS: Yes I have another doggy boarder who is absolutely fantastic with my pooches. Good day!!!

Highly recommend Sandra and her pet care services. Sandra looked after our dog for the day when we had a day out in the area. Our dog was well looked after and was very comfortable with Sandra. Lovely photo and update sent during the day. Thank you so much x

Wouldn’t recommend Sandra at all. Had been using her for a long time without issue, even though I had my apprehensions about her considering what a friend of mine had told me about her (she made them come back from their holiday as her own dog had died and she was too distraught to look after theirs anymore). Then had my dogs stay with her a few months back and Sandra was just awful. Messaging complaining about their behaviour constantly. Refusing to answer how they were. Put us on edge the whole time we were on holiday. Then proceeded to cancel all future bookings that we had with her. Honestly, don’t be fooled by her reviews/qualifications/FB posts. I know of at least 3 other people who have had real bad experiences with Sandra. And just further to your reply to this review (that by the way is a copy and paste from another bad review of your business)…….go to the police for what Sandra? Because I left one honest review about you and your business? Pull the other one! And my 2 dogs are very well cared for, as you well know Sandra, so quit the mud slinging to try and save face. Furthermore, I’ve had absolutely zero issues getting another sitter thank you. As stated to you previously, a number of veterinary clinics are now aware of your practices. I guess all that’s left for me to just reiterate is……..STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS PEOPLE. SANDRA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR DOGS!

Sandra was absolutely wonderful with our toy poodle. We felt very comfortable leaving her there, knowing she would be cared for and have plenty of walks and play. Sandra is clearly very experienced with dogs and was great with communication, we really appreciated all the updates and photos on WhatsApp and I would have no hesitation at all recommending her to anyone and will definitely be using her again. Loved the bonus of our pooch coming back looking very pretty, having had a groom!

My wife and I were delighted with how Sandra and her husband looked after our Sprocker Spaniel Betsy last week. We had to complete a detailed registration form prior to Betsy's one-night stay and ensure that her vaccination record was up-to-date. On arrival Sandra showed us her licence and was very welcoming and warm; it was clear that Betsy was completely at ease. All the doggy guests were taken to Gilbert's Field for a run and play, and it was very thoughtful to be sent some photos of them having fun! Betsy will be staying at Woody Woods when our son gets married on February, and we thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, caring temporary home for their dog.

My self and Kiernan would not let our dachshund go anywhere else. Sandra and her family go above and beyond to give him the very best care. She has helped us at short notice, given us valuable advice and is an expert in her field. He is VERY happy with them and has made lots of lovely friends! We love to see the pictures of his adventures! I would have no hesitation in recommending Woody Woods Pet Services 😊

Sandra grooms my spaniel Ethel. She never rushes her but goes at Ethel's pace giving her lots of love and encouragement. She always looks and smells adorable when I pick her up. Sandra is a lovely friendly person who listens to what you want. Highly recommended.

Sandra was absolutely amazing when she looked after my 5 animals. At the time one of them was under veterinary supervision and Sandra was back and forth from the vets. Used the pet cemetery for my cat simba,a sad occasion but very well organised burial , no rushing,thankful we found a pet cemetery not far from Leicester.

Just picked up our two girls (Irish wolfhounds) after a weeks stay. They are very happy and very well cared for. Not easy to keep these two shaggy dogs looking so fine. Thank you to the Team at Buena Vista. We will definitely be back again.

I simply wouldn’t put my dog anywhere else. I have a highly anxious retired military Belgian shepherd. I looked at many places and Buena Vista is the only one with the staff and kennel that I can have my dog at. I have every trust in the staff dealing with my dog they listen and follow the instructions (lots of them) my dog has started now to pull into the kennels when we arrive. If you want a play with experienced staff that treat your dog as their own then these guys are the ones.

We have two Irish wolfhounds who have been to Buena vista kennels three times over the last 12 months. On every occasion the dogs come have come home happy and we have been delighted with how the dogs have looked after. Will not hesitate to board them at Buena Vista in the future.

I was very worried leaving my dog for the 1st time in 6 years and the people are lovely and made me Feel much better. My dog has come back in a really good mood and looked after. Will definitely be using again.

Ive no reason to be negative with how our dog was treated as he seemed fine. However the cost was a joke. More specifically we dropped our dog off in the evening and was charged for the full day/night. ok fair enough. We then picked him up in the morning and were charged a full day/night again, ridiculous. I have also never read such an aggressive T&C. Not nice. I am in the Travel business and we go away a lot. But this is one kennels I shall not return to

Appalling!! Picked my two dogs up and they clearly hadn't been fed!!! You can see their ribs and spine!! They have sores on their mouths and unnoticed they didn't have any water, both when I took the second dog in whilst the first had already been there a week and also when collecting them. They both still have a sore throat. I've never been so angry in all my life that I trusted these people with my animals and this is how they get treated?! The poor things are terrified and still not themselves 3 days on. The price is ridiculous for what it is, the cattery stinks and is very dirty, my grandma also left her cat with them for two weeks and she could feel his spine a lot more than usual. She didn't say anything, just went into the office and that was that. I have started to take this further so no other dogs are treated like this!

Terrible picked my two dogs up this morning they were both soaking wet in a wet kennel they don't appear to have been fed properly either. I would NEVER take any animal of mine back to this disgrace of a kennel ever again. When I asked for an explanation as to why they were wet I was told " oh they have been rolling around in the grass" well that's funny as it's been the driest July for ages and the grass wasn't wet!!!! Do not take your animals to thus disgrace of a kennel

I have four cats, which have been attending Buena Vista over the past couple of years when we go away. I have always found them accommodating, friendly and very helpful. The daily costs are very competitive and I would recommend them with confidence.

We will never take our dog here again, since picking him up and bringing him home he's not his self. He smells terrible and has got to have a bath plus we were never told how he has been or what food they have been feeding him. The cost was terrible, we were quoted for 12 days but had to pay extra for 13 and was not told about this.

Simply put it’s brilliant! My cockapoo Milly literally can’t wait to get through their doors in the morning, you get regular updates all day to see what fun they’ve been getting upto and the people who run it and work there are lovely to deal with. Thanks guys much appreciated!

This daycare is excellent. The dog loves going and they give you regular updates of how he is getting on. Recommend to anyone who wants to give their dog a good time with other dogs.
