That fact that a place full of cats looks and smells this clean is a testament to the quality of care here. Easy drop off and pickup...reasonable rates. My cat seemed perfectly relaxed after 4 nights here. Ill be back.

After 5 days there, my cat returned as happy as ever. We had good communication with the staff during his stay. Reasonably priced. Great option for cat owners who have travel emergencies.

Really great place - the cat-condos have lots of space for climbing and playing, and a small curtained area for when our cat wanted privacy. We were able to bring his favorite blanket and toy, too! So he was very happy. The ladies we met were sweet, professional, and caring. We definitely trust them and will be returning when we need to board our cat again.

I feel really safe keeping my furry baby here. He is now accustomed to this location that drop off for our vacay is so much easier. Also the care and love they give to your loved one shows.

They are great. Caring, kind, and helpful. I am currently effectively homeless living in a hotel and can only have 2 of my cats with me. The only issue I had was deciding which of my cats to board.

Cat Chalet is THE place to give your furry family the best treatment. Susan was incredibly accommodating with my kiddo - making sure she was given her meds timely, kept a clean surrounding and most importantly, gave her lots and lots of love. My cat was with them for 2 months and she came back happy and relaxed. I recommend them for your kitty needs !

Awesome place. They took excellent car of my kitty for five days. The individual little rooms are spacious and with lots of open air and light. They obviously treat your cat as if they were you. Will definetly use them again!

The nicest staff ever. Our cats stay at Cat Chalet often and I always feel like they'll be very well cared for. The place only allows cats and is spotless. Can't recommend these folks enough.

So far, my cat has been to only 1 hotel, but I would definitely recommend this place! The facility is clean, and the rate is reasonable for what is included and compared to other facilities with the similar services ($20/night): - 2 meals daily - litter - their own apartment, which is about the size of a closet you can comfortably turn around in and 3 levels of shelves - quiet, cat only - time to come out and explore each day (they rotate each cat to walk around for ~15 min each day in the area while they clean) - privacy curtain - screen doors (top half) which allows cats to watch other cats/humans Overall, I had to leave my cat for 10 days, and could rest easy knowing that he was receiving the attention and care that he needs. In fact, when I came to pick him up, he was much more mellow at home and for a moment, didn't want to leave. If you're looking for a place to care for your cat while you're on vacation this summer, this is definately a good place to try.

April & all the staff were so nice & kind while giving me a tour of K9 resorts. April and the gentleman upfrount made sure to answer any questions I had and took their time showing me the doggy daycare and boarding rooms. Today was Asher’s first day at daycare and from his report and photos he had a blast! He came home so tired from playing with his new friends for 7 hours. I would highly recommend K9 resorts for anyone looking to send their puppy / dog to daycare! Asher cannot wait to go back!

We travelled outside of US during the first two weeks of July. It was the first time of our pet (Mel) staying away from us and also in a resort. The experience was outstanding! Debbie and her talented team are really pet centricity mindset. We got updates when necessary, she contact our veterinary for specific issues and also took care Mel very very well. Thank you very much for the entire team and congrats for the outstanding experience!!!

I am so thankful for the caring staff and amazing resort-type facilities and amenities at the K9 Resort in Roxbury. If 10 STARS was an option, they would have gotten all 10!!! We have a 1-year-old Cavalier and a 4-month-old Vizsla. My daughter and I did a lot of research to find an appropriate place to board our dogs when we go on vacation or need to be out of town and can’t take our dogs. I'm known to be thorough in my “homework” and decided that the K9 Resort would be a suitable place to board our dogs. We submitted all our vax docs and vet records. Our dogs spent a day at the resort so the staff could ensure our dogs would be a good fit at their resort. Our dogs spent a day and were approved for boarding at the resort. Our dogs spent the last few days at the resort while we spent a few days down in Wildwood. We booked them to each have their own "Executive Suite” level accommodations and added on some additional nighttime treats. They were greeted with open arms and went happily with staff at drop off. During their stay pics of our dogs and others were posted to the website. It was great to see our dogs socializing with other dogs, inside and out, in a safe environment, with plenty of staff interaction. Social playtime with other dogs was important to us and our dogs got plenty of time out of their rooms and it was obvious they enjoyed the resort and the attention from staff. All feeding requirements well-handled and our dogs were happy and clean at pick up. It was obvious when they settled back into our home, they were well cared for, well fed, well exercised, and happy as could be. They will return in a week or so, for another stay when we go out of town for a family event. We are so happy to have a facility like K9 Resorts for our dogs, we will all look forward to upcoming stays at the K9 Resort in Roxbury. Thanks to all the staff for all you do to ensure our "family members" Ruby and Stella have a great experience boarding at the Resort!

I was very impressed with my experience. From the phone call I made to inquire about boarding, to the appointment made for my dog for an evaluation to see if this was the right fit/environment for her. The service was amazing. So happy to see that the facility makes sure all the dogs are up to date on all the necessary vaccinations and that they can handle being in an environment with other dogs-emotionally, socially and physically! The facility is immaculate! Looks like a nice hotel and even smells clean and fresh! Staff was friendly and made both me and my dog feel welcomed and comfortable. Highly recommend them! My dog came home happy and tired!

At first I was hesitant in bringing my girl to a doggie daycare but K9 changed my mind! My previous dog didn’t like other dogs, so I wanted to change that this time around. Our first day was phenomenal and I was shocked to see my hyper 8 month old puppy patiently haning out with other dogs when I picked her up. Plus, the staff was extremely helpful and kind in answering all my questions. Can’t wait to bring my puppy back.

We enjoy leaving our fur baby Bronx at K-9 Resorts because they truly do take care of him and all of his needs plus, the added security of the Instagram pictures letting you know that they’re having a great time is so comforting. We leave on our trips knowing that our Bronx is very well taken care of and nothing beats having peace of mind!

This was our first time at K-9 resorts for boarding. I was really happy because I saw pics of my furbabies everyday I knew that they were in good hands. Even better when I picked them up they had a bath and smelled so good. I know they had a blast they haven’t moved since we got home. Thank you so much for the peace of mind and taking care of Charlie boy and Ruby girl.

It’s very hard to trust anyone with your fur baby as any dog owner would know. I have never had a problem with K9, they are truly the best & my Moose absolutely loves them & they love him which is a plus! He comes home and all he wants to do is just sleep and sleep which means he had a fun filled day of playing with his friends. He’s a weekly visitor and as far as pricing, I would say very affordable for sure. They have so much patience with him & for that I couldn’t be any more grateful honestly! Great staff, great place.. Would definitely recommend.

Love this place. We rent the deluxe diva suite for our pups. Private room, tv set to animal planet, sofa bed. We get them frosty paw treats every day. And we love seeing their pictures on I stag ram every day. Stayed a bunch of times and will again.
