I had 'THE BEST' experience with 'The Berks Pet Care' team, and will definitely use them again. I was a little skeptical at first when trying to decide if I should hire a pet care agency, but; my fears were short lived. The team members were all very warm and welcoming! Their communication skills were exceptional. I received daily photo's of the my kitties, with updates on their food and treats. All team members were polite and professional. Everything was kept neat and clean, just as I left it. Yes, I would highly recommend this team!

I have used Berks Pet Care to take care of my cat during multiple vacations. Every day they share pictures of my cat and report on how she is doing. They take the time to sit snd play with her for a while and the pictures show me how much she enjoys their visits. She especially loves her visits from Brandon.

I cannot express how much I value everyone at Berks Pet Care. We started using them last summer instead of boarding. Not only can my dog stay comfortable at home, but I didn't have to get him all of the dangerous vaccines that are needed for boarding. I have had ZERO concerns while my dog has been in their care. The daily updates, photos, checklist and messages they send on their app are amazing. Scheduling and communication are effortless. I would recommend them to anyone looking for in home care for your animals while you are away.

Jill and her team have been caring for our pugs for years, with professionalism, compassion and a genuine love of animals. We feel confident being away for an evening or for a few days knowing our girls are being taken care of in their own home. Communication is excellent, starting with detailed profiles of each pet's needs and preferences. Berks Pet Care is a fabulous pet care company. Their new web site is so easy to use. I love that you can request visits, leave messages, get pictures of your pets, and your requests are approved in a timely manor. Brian usually comes to my house and my dogs absolutely love him. He always sends me a picture and a kind message. You couldn’t ask for better service.

Truly the best daycare I have ever taken a furbaby to. From day 1 of reaching out it has been great communication and quick responses as well! The pricing is honestly cheap for the experience your dog is going to have. The first day I was nervous like a typical mom dropping her kid off for her first day of school, but the owner was giving me updates and telling me how great he was doing! She truly made me feel so much better that first day when my anxiety was running a little high! Since his first day Wally has absolutely loved going back and he waits by the door to head out to daycare in the mornings! The dogs have so much space to run and be a dog it’s absolutely amazing. Wally is still a puppy so he has a lot of energy but since starting at daycare, he is tuckered out when I pick him up and I truly know he’s getting the exercise he needs while here! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I cannot say enough good things about Priority Dog! My pup has bad separation anxiety and dominant tendencies. She was kicked out of a different boarding facility and failed an interview at another one! I told Susan all of my dog's history and she took her without an interview knowing that my dog would be completely fine and our dog fell into the pack without any problems. Susan appreciates and really knows how dogs think! My dog goes once a week now!!!

We love Susan and Priority Dog! We recently adopted a debilitatingly shy Irish wolfhound puppy. So shy that she would shake like a leaf upon any stranger approaching her. We really needed a place to go with or dog, Marley, where we could just drop her off and let her acclimate to a new environment without us being there as her crutch. Fortunately, Marley loves dogs. So “the pack” at Priory Dog really helped show her the ropes and has brought her out of her shell. We honestly saw a difference in Marley from her first visit. Susan is great with her, as Marley is huge and can be a lot of dog to handle. She clearly knows how to manage the dogs in her care. It’s also so easy to book. I love that there isn’t a set pick up and drop off time. It’s truly, whenever you need it. So glad we found Priority Dog and Susan!

I thought that kennel-free boarding was next to impossible to find. I couldn’t even fathom kennel-free boarding on safely fenced-in farmland to boot. Priority Dog is exactly that—and so much more. I’m so grateful to have found Susan and Priority Dog when I had to board my 2 year old husky for 3 weeks while out of town. Susan was quick to respond to texts, send photos of my pup enjoying life in the countryside, and gave me updates regularly. Besides the qualities of Priority Dog mentioned above, this haven is unique in that all the dogs eat together, play together, and sleep together. Susan takes the utmost care and diligence to ensure that the dogs in her charge form a pack of their own. They truly bond and look after one another—all under the safety of Susan’s purview, of course. When I picked up my dog on her last day, she was happy and healthy, like I never left. This is the only place I will Board my dog. Its a 1.5 hour drive from my home in New York and completely worth it.

Great place to take your dog of any size! We took our English Bulldog there for years and now our English Mastiff. Always well taken care of and half to run around.

I took my dog here for about a month and after that I took her out. Then the day I was going to take her out Susan told me that my day was wreaking her barn because she was scratching at it because she wanted inside because it was pouring down rain. She never told me anything positive about my dog just what was negative. Plus every day when I would pick her up she would be dehydrated and as soon as I got her water she would chug a whole bowl of water. Since I have tooken her out 6 months ago of here she has been so much better and I could not be more happy where I have taken her.

Our dogs have been there numerous times. Always come home tired. Susan takes great care of the dogs. We've had them there for doggy day care & boarding both. Not as expensive as you'd think for a great experience for our dogs. Wouldn't take them anywhere else.

Not sure of the quality of care because I was never able to get my dog scheduled here for daycare. Emailed and text several times and received a few very short responses , but only after I kept following up and still have never received a answer to my last question from several days ago on what day next week I could bring him. Clearly not somewhere I feel comfortable taking my dog if this is the normal communication especially after reading some of the reviews!

They take great loving care of our pups any time we have to go out of town and can't take them with us. We love the daily pictures and videos that they send and our dogs have a wonderful time.

Pawsitive Purfection is an outstanding service! I have used Rochelle for the last two years on a near daily basis. Rochelle, Megan and Kailly sincerely care about my Golden Retriever and two cats. I can tell because my dog looks so happy in the pictures they post daily on their website (you get an email post after each visit). I have not had a single issue. I’m totally comfortable having their staff in my home. It gives me great peace-of-mind knowing that Rochelle and crew look in on my pets during my long work day. I highly recommend there services.

I am so happy we chose Pawsitive Purfection pet sitting for our recent trip. Anne was amazing with our shy girl, we received updates and photos for every visit and my dog looked happier with every picture which was comforting while away. When we got home she was so happy and unphased by us being gone, I was so thrilled that she was not impacted by us leaving her alone.

I am so happy with Pawsitive Purfection! Being a nurse, my schedule can change week to week, and Rochelle is so flexible working with me and with my schedule. Kailly usually comes over for my Brody and is so good with him! It's so good to know that while I'm at work, Brody is being well taken care of! Right after each visit I receive an email update about the visit which always includes photos of Brody. I look forward to the emails which are sent within just a few minutes of each visit. I love love love Pawsitive Purfection! I have an almost 10 year old rescued English setter and she agrees! Kim and Rochelle are family to us and they are so great with our dog Clover. She gets a walk, a meal, and lots of playtime and love at every visit! I especially enjoy being able to leave Clover at home instead of at a kennel when we are out of town; she gets three visits and they will even stay overnight! The ladies of Pawsitive watch our house and mail as well as taking care of Clover when we are gone and it is such a relief to know she is safe and comfortable at home. They are super flexible with dates and times and the rates are great! My husband and I have crazy work schedules and we have never had to worry about a visit we needed. Even once when Clover wasn't feeling well Kim came twice in one day just to check on her! We have also learned some cool dog tips from them as well; they are very knowledgable. Trust me and call them today you and your pets will love them as well!

This was this first time using Pawsitive Purfection and they live up to their name PERFECTION!! Rochelle and Megan were incredible taking care of our fur babies, Reese and Hobo! They provided daily updates with pictures and it helped us keep comfort in knowing our fur babies were taken great care of, the same as we would do! As first time users of this pet sitting service, my husband and I were beyond pleased. We knew from our initial meeting with Rochelle and Denise that they were sincere and dedicated to providing the best care possible to our four cats. Twice daily emails with pics from Denise kept us connected to our “girls” and brought piece of mind. My husband and I actually relaxed and enjoyed our vacation and returned home to four happy kitties. 🐈

I heard about Chris and Dale through a friend and she highly recommended them. We met with them and decided our puppy, Maverick would stay with them for our vacation. Chris & Dale are absolutely terrific. My constant companion is Jake. He is 15 year old Jack Russell that is in great health but lost his hearing several years ago. That, his age and his tendency to get aggressive with other dogs made me nervous about leaving him in anyone’s care. They have now watched him several times and I have been completely at ease. Jake loves the other dogs and seems to enjoy his week long stays with them. They even were great about my computer generated instructions that may have made some people roll their eyes for sure! Thank you so much Chris & Dale for the love you show Jake, you guys are the best!

Reese is very friendly and active. We needed her to have something to do during the day while we are at work and thankful we were told about Chris and Dale. She loves going to daycare and playing with all the other dogs. She goes 5 days a week and she’s like family to them. Chris and Dale are the BEST! I trust them completely with Reese.

Chris and Dale watched our two boys for 9 days. Our vacation house changed weeks. Our normal sitter was no longer available. I didn't feel good about someone just coming to our house to let them out a couple of times a day. Thankfully, I found D&C Pet Sitters! Due to our boys being rescues, we did not want to board them. Sometimes, they do not do well with others. Our boys were welcomed to their family. They handled them so well. They were happy and healthy when we retured. Thank you so much!

Chris and Dale took such great care of our pups! They sent us Pictures each day and we felt comfortable knowing they were in a nice family environment, instead of cages. My puppy has hydrocephalus so he takes just a little more patients than your average puppy. They were fantastic from the beginning. Even going to the extra mile to research hydrocephalus so they knew some of the issues before I arrived for the meet and greet! Cannot say enough positive things about them. I received pictures and updates daily while away on vacation. Highly recommended!

Dale and Chris were very helpful on short notice with our puppy Lola. They invited us over for an initial meet and greet with their pups before giving us the green light. They sent us pictures and updates to keep us posted on how she was doing. They also were very understanding about a few oop sees she had during her stay. We will definitely call them again in the future.

I have my puppy at Chris house while I went to Hershey park. My puppy is very shy and not good at socializing with other dogs, so I worried about him when he is not with me. Chris has been taken care of him well, giving him sweaters when taking him out, feed him and sending his pictures to me during the day, and I am much more comfortable and feel reliable when I am not with my puppy! Chris is very professional and I would recommend to my friends of this place!

Went to volunteer and walk some dogs. Their set up is amazing, the kennels are so clean and so much outdoor space for the dogs.

I had a wonderful experience adopting Nori (Lenore) from Char-Will. They are thorough with the adoption process and background checks. They made certain that I got the best puppy to fit into my home and my 9 year old beagle. I strongly recommend Char-Will and To Love A Canine Rescue to anyone looking for proper dog adoption.

Came here to see Shadow and bandit. The volunteers here are very helpful and professional. All the kennels were clean and the dogs looks very happy. Right before Christmas We wound up taking bandit and we are both very happy. We did so . Such a good dog. We will come back when bandit needs a partner in crime

We adopted our dog Jax from here 6 days ago. Everything was fine until this morning when he attacked me and corned me in our kitchen. Thankfully our children are safe. Had to be seen by urgent care and the rescue made us feel it was our fault I was attacked. Very poor service.

The staff that I encountered were great to work with and understanding as I switched my reservation about 5 times the week of the reservation which most places would not be. We ended up having our dog there for a little over 24 hours. When we picked her up, the dog next to her in the kennels was hacking up a lung and now so is my dog (who does have a bordatella vaccine) unfortunately our other three dogs who aren't boarded are now likely to need to be treated as well. Updated to add that 3 of 4 of my dogs now have kennel cough including my 14 year old dog. I've found the kennel cough has been an issue for far longer than my dog was boarded there. Would have been helpful to know my dog was going to be boarded next to a dog that was coughing severely and that the kennel actively had kennel cough so maybe then I could have separated her from our other dogs for a few weeks to prevent them all from being sick.

Diane does a wonderful job in rescuing German Shepherds. There is a boarding facility, a rescue, dog training, and I think grooming. They have a nicely kept facility and a great place for dogs all in one place.

This kennel is a godsend for dogs who struggle with reactivity or are otherwise "not easy". My large, energetic, boisterous dogs always come home healthy, happy and exhausted. We were encouraged to visit the facility with our trainer many times prior to boarding our dogs for the first time to get them comfortable with the property and environment. The owner and every staff member we interacted with have been great with interacting and handling our overly friendly Malamute x Saint Bernard and fear reactive German Shepherd. It's obvious that they are confident in handling the dogs and they all truly care about the animals and the work they do. They double check the paperwork and make sure they understand concerns with the dogs, if they can or can't have playdates, feeding and meds schedules, how to handle the individual dog, etc. each time we dropped them off. Despite the staff being busy- the property is home to a boarding kennel, groomer, GSD rescue, and training facility- communication is wonderful. Someone is almost always on site, even late evenings. Calls are almost always answered. The rare times I've had to leave a voicemail, my calls had been returned promptly. The facility is very clean and orderly. We looked at several boarding facilities before chosing Char-Wills and the others were all afraid of my fear reactive dog. One even refused to board her unless we got sedatives from our vet. I have put way too much effort into helping our rescue GSD learn how to dog properly and heal from whatever she went through before she came to us to just drug her and force her into a kennel! Char-Will understood and respected that. The owner and staff at Char-Wills took our concerns and her list of issues in stride and said that it wouldn't be an issue. They have tons of experience, tools, and handling methods to use for the safety of the staff and difficult/ fearful dogs. We absolutely love and appreciate the staff and facilities at Char-Will and will be taking our dogs there any time we need a kennel in the future.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The place is beautiful and huge and set up so well for the dogs. The people are so very friendly and helpful. Rescued an amazing German shepherd!

Not a good experience unfortunately because the staff is very nice. We boarded our dog here for the first time for a week. I called to check on her throughout the week multiple times and was advised everything was great. It wasn’t until I picked her up I could hear dogs coughing and advised my dog was also coughing. Needless to say a vet visit was made and Kennel cough was the answer. (Yes She is Vaccinated). The most frustrating part is apparently it has been going around and at this kennel for months and it was never advised even when asked prior to booking. We won’t be returning for any services and do not recommend them for boarding or grooming your fur baby.

My dog has the most wonderful experiences at Cloud 9! The staff is knowledgeable and patient with her and definitely attends to her needs. Cloud 9 has been a blessing for us and for our dog! Beautiful facility as well!

My 90 lb golden retriever is always happy at Cloud 9. The staff treats him like their own. I highly recommend this boarding facility.

Amazing place that takes great care of our corgi, Winston. We know that we don't have to worry about him when we go on trips anymore because the staff at Cloud Nine takes such good care of him. We appreciate seeing updates here and there during his stay on their Facebook page. We love our dog dearly, and do not trust anyone with his care. We would recommend Cloud Nine to any pet owner!

We have used Cloud 9 Pet Retreat for almost a decade for boarding, doggie daycare, and groomer and have been nothing but impressed. The facility is clean, the staff is super sweet and caring, and my dogs get excited when I mention doggie daycare! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Clean and well kept place. The people were nice and welcoming. We did do a day care a couple times and this all went smoothly. We boarded our dog for 3 days and he seemed happy and well when we picked him up.

We had taken our little Willow to Cloud Nine in May and she was well taken care of. I loved the pictures during the day to see her happy face when she wasn't picture shy. I highly recommend Cloud nine and their excellent staff. We certainly will be using them again and again.

Beautiful area. As of right now we have only used the grooming service. But she did a wonderful job with our border collie! We have now also boarded all of our dogs there. The staff is wonderful! We never board our dogs but when we need to I will absolutely use Cloud 9 Pet Retreat. They have an amazing facility for the dogs and lots of add ons for the dogs stay.

We always bring our dog here when traveling to points north of Philadelphia. Great place, always comes back happy and healthy. They treat dogs well here and he gets to hang in the countryside, gets a bath, nails trimmed and makes pup friends when we’re out of town. 10/10

We loved Cloud Nine! When we lived in the area we couldn't imagine taking our fur baby anywhere else when we needed to go out of town. We especially loved the "Christmas dinner" and the "milk and cookies" they gave the dogs over the holidays. It was so nice to see a picture of our sweet pup enjoying a nice treat while we couldn't be together. I know I sound crazy, but we really love our dog and we know she's a handful. We were always reassured by how kind the staff was and how happy our dog was when we picked her up. Can't recommend Cloud Nine enough.

Best boarding for our poodle. They actually offer grooming and baths before you pick ip your dog. The floors in the boarding areas are heated by radiant heat. A luxury for an animal

I met Ali through a recommendation from my mother in law since she loved their service. Her and her husband have been respectful and very professional with our fur babies when they do their in home trim visit. She’s also worked with me in terms of appointment times and dates. I’m very grateful for how well they both work with our dogs. So far 5 of our families dogs have had their nails trimmed by them and they loved the experience.

Stella is a golden retriever who was anxious when on walks and would bark and lunge at other dogs. I came across Ali’s petcare service and made an appointment. She met with me and Stella we discussed our goals . We started walking together and she showed me how to handle Stella when other dogs are around and good leash techniques. I learned a lot from Ali and she is very patient and manages dogs well . Stella can now walk past other and dogs and focus on me . If she would react I now know how to handle it . So far the training is a success . I highly recommend Ali’s service for any dog issue , she is very knowledgeable and a delight to work with

Ali is excellent, she has helped Maisy, an 8-month-old pup and I get off to a great start. Ali gave Maisy and I the tools to successfully grow our bond. She is still young, so we have a way to go. Ali is the absolute best. She is so professional and extremely detail oriented. We first used Ali when we went on vacation out of the country for over 2 weeks. Our 2 cats were in such good care. Ali and David took such great care of our 2 cats who were both about a year old and we didn't want to board. One of them required medication at the time, which was not a problem for Ali and David. We plan on using Ali's pet services anytime we are out of town. I recommend her highly!

Ali is absolutely the best! Our young dog is not a fan of getting his nails trimmed, and the vet and groomer want him sedated first. Ali has no problem with him, and David always holds him securely so that, before he knows it, his nails are done. I love that she comes to the house, as it is much less stressful than taking him to the vet. Ali is friendly, quick, and a gem to our community. I highly recommend!!

I have been using Ali's services for about a year and a half now, my pug struggled getting his nails trimmed, when I took him to the vet they told me the next time I bring him in for a nail trim they'd have to give him meds to calm down. I was not on board with medicating him, so we gave Ali a try. Let me just say my boy LOVES her. He is calm and lets them do what needs to be done without being medicated and he doesn't throw a fit like he did at the vet..... Plus I love the ease of them coming to my home to take care of him. Hands down the best!! If your fur baby needs a nail trim I highly recommend you use Ali!! You won't regret it.

I’m so excited to recommend Ali to anyone searching for a dog trainer. I have a 90 pound Bernedoodle that would normally walk loose leash until he saw another dog and morphed into a maniac, jumping and pulling on the leash. Not only was his behavior stressful and embarrassing, but on one occasion he dragged me to the ground resulting in scrapes and bruised ribs. After a complimentary meet and greet and two training lessons with Ali, my dog can now remain calm while passing dogs on leash or barking at him from a yard. He’s not perfect yet and we’ll keep training with Ali, but he’s 80% improved. I’m also very impressed with Ali’s professionalism and her ability to find positive behavior in both my dog’s and my behavior when faced with challenges during our training sessions.

Our pup Ramen loves going to daycare here! We take him twice a week. As soon as we pull in he gets super excited. The staff is always very friendly and the dogs have a lot of space to play and run around. Definitely glad we found this place.

I’m not big on kenneling my dog, but I recently had to and was unfortunately reminded why I’m against boarding when trying Yettos. The reason for my 3 star review is because my dog’s bed strongly smelled of urine after pick up. My dog is very well potty trained. My dog has stayed at other kennels and had no issues. I’m sure the kennel will reply that this can happen for a variety of issues- anxiety, new environment, etc which is true, but I haven’t had this issues at other kennels. All of the other kennels my dog stayed at had cameras. I don’t believe Yettos does, so I can’t say if my dog was or was not let out enough. In fairness, the urine could’ve come from another dog kenneled nearby, but again camera views would’ve been helpful. My review is simply factual and fair.Regardless of the reason, I don’t think a dog or its bedding should smell like urine without an explanation why at pick up, so it’s not the right place for my dog’s future stays. I won’t recommend nor not recommend this place so I think three stars is fair. With that said, I can also attest to the fact that staff was extremely friendly and my dog returned happy and healthy. To Yettos: cameras would be a nice addition if you’d like my business back. If you do have camera views online, I suggest making them more easily accessible. Again, my dog returned happy and healthy so thank you.

Friendly staff who handle the dogs well. I know my dog is taken care of. He comes home happy and healthy with no problems.

Our dog is always anxious to get out of the car when we board her. She loves playing with other dogs and is treated well there. I am very pleased with them and will continue to board her there whenever I need to. The employees are very personable and take good care of the dogs.

Watch your billing is my best recommendation. While their price is about par for a decent place to board, when you get quotes they explain you can only pick up and drop off 2 times a day but even if you drop off and pick the dog up at the same time on both days they will bill you for additional half days so a 24 hour stay is really 36 hours so on and so forth. They also over charge for their grooming. Requesting a bath will result in a grooming charge without any actual grooming of the dog.

My wife and I have been taking our Australian Shepherd to this day care for the last 6months. Being new to the area we had tried multiple day cares with disapointing results. If you dont know about the breed of dog we have let me inform you. Aussie's need tons of excersise and have a ton of energy. Our dog Zia has come home exhausted 9 out of 10 times when we take her there and even at the 10 time she is very tired. They play with the dogs, treat each one special and even send pictures to us to keep us posted of our fur babys day.

This place hardly cares for pets. Our dog was here twice this summer while we were on vacations. The first time when we picked her up she had a rash on her skin and had to take her to the vet. This second time was the last straw. Our dog developed kennel cough that was going around the kennel while she was there. Now our phone number is on file and nobody from the facility calls us!!! We could of had her picked up and taken to a vet. How come every time my dog is there we need to take her to the vets???? They knew that sickness was going around the kennel, but yet continued taking in other dogs. Our dog was there for 7 days, 23 hours and 46 minutes. You would figure that we would be charged for 8 days, right! Wrong, you see when we dropped her off at 10:45 AM by the time they checked her in the computer the time was 11:03 AM, and since that is outside their 9-11 AM drop off time they charged a half of a day extra. I called and talked with the manager, asked why we weren't called and she told me because she wasn't there. I asked if you know dogs are getting sick there that week, why are you accepting more dogs. She told me that it was under control. We picked up our dog, who got sick from your facility, and you are telling me it's under control! Only wish this place cared about dogs as much as they care about their billing! You've lost a client. If you really care about your dog and want peace of mind, send them elsewhere. Response: Sharon you were not on the call. As a matter of fact I asked the owner to call me and received no call. There was no yelling and screaming but I certainly wasn't happy. We took our dog to the vet in Oley and they said my dog was the 4th dog from your kennel that they have seen recently with kennel cough. Your facility continued to check in dogs while we were checking out. My dog was coughing at check out in the small space with other dogs there checking in. Its highly contagious! Get a clue!

I believed what I read on tue website about being able to care for pets with needs. My dog has leg braces. I explained to the staff member how to remove and put the braces on. I offered to show him how to do it. I was told there would not be an issue. I come home. They removed pads and put them in other spots. I don't know why they felt they needed to take these apart. Now I have to go back to tye brace store and get them fixed. My dog got a cough here. I understand it was airborne and not the fault of the kennel. However, they let my dog cough (and I guess all the other dogs in the kennel) for 2 days before calling me and asking if they could provide an over the counter support. Why wait so long? When we picked him up there was no discussion on how his stay went. Maybe we got spoiled by our last kennel in Macungie, but we will never return here again.

Absolutely love everyone at Yettos. My baby loves going to daycare every day. The best care is given to all the pups in boarding, and he is so handsome after his expert grooming sessions.

Our dog loves this place. We love it too. We had them bath our dog as a last minute request the day before not expecting the full blown brush out and amazing groom they provided. He is a very furry Great pyrenees and old so he will not allow much to be done. They managed to make him so gorgeous and smelling great again we were very impressed. Everyone there has been amazing. We have been frazzled this week from our move from Indiana to this state and they were so accommodating and beyond helpful and nice. I can't recommend this place enough. Don't hesitate to bring your babies here. Or if you are stressed out... the people are wonderful at listening and giving you support encouragement. Our dog Tank also gives 10 out of 10 stars rating for this place. He is happy to go in the morning. That is the trusted testimony..when the dog is happy...you know all is good.

Willowood is a beautiful place to board your fur baby. Suzanne aka Sooz is so knowledgeable, caring and takes wonderful care of all the pups. Sooz has many, many years of experience & I would never send our Rocky anywhere else! We took our Rocky just about a month ago for a weekend stay. He would always be afraid of people & other animals. I can honestly say that this visit did wonders for him. He is more socialized, confident & outgoing now. You can really see how much Sooz loves all animals. Sooz is the best!! Callie loves visiting their small bungalows, and sitting outside in her private area. The owner takes pride in taking care of the dogs that have special needs.

We went to visit to see how our dog liked it. She was very comfortable in the space. We will be boarding our pup there. The owner was super nice.

I have taken my dogs here for quite a few years. My dogs love going there because they are treated like Suzanne's own dogs. The little cottages are so cute & are heated & air conditioned. They have their own individual little yards with canopied lounge chaises & shelters. It's the greatest place to board my dogs.

My girls had a great first experience with Sooz at Willowood!!! Sooz and her staff took expert care of our shy girls and assured me that they were fine multiple times during my trip. It is so good to know that I have a safe trusted place to board my dogs when I travel. This place is one of a kind, calm outdoor atmosphere, private kennels for each dog or group of dogs that live together, constant calming music, horses and chickens nearby. I couldn't have asked for a better place. Take the tour, decide for yourself. I will definitely be back here again.

We never boarded our dogs before. Today we met Sue and toured the Kennel. Our dogs were right at home on there first visit. What a lovely place. So relaxing and quaint.I feel so happy knowing our dogs will be well cared for with such a caring, sweet lady. I definitely recommend Willowood Kennel!

Sooz and Jeff are absolutely wonderful! They are the most caring and compassionate pet lover's. Your dog will truly be treated like family, They are super attentive and their staff is so kind and genuine. Oskar gets so excited and loves going there! A true Hidden Gem in a beautiful country setting!

If you're questioning whether or not to take your dog there, don't. Just do it, your pet will love you for it. We've taken Winston (a Westie) to other places and when he comes back he doesn't move for days. When he comes back from Willowood, (via their courier service, another huge plus) I think he's bummed that he's home. He's immediately playful and full of life. Must be something about all the TLC and fresh country air. Accommodations are superb and the price is awesome. Would give 10 stars if possible! Sooz rocks!!!

Deirdre is an absolute Angel! She was able to get 2 dogs in on short notice and was able to keep them for a month without any problems, she always answered texts as we checked in on them and they had the best time! I would highly recommend! 10/10

I found Dee by googling “pet sitters in Whitehall”. I am so happy to have found her! We have a dog and 3 cats. She came and met them first and us. She came to see us off when we left, so we were comfortable knowing she was there when we left. She stayed a week in our home and took amazing care of our pets. My senior cat needs medication twice daily and she made sure she got it everyday. She took excellent care of our home and pets while we were away. She would text pictures to let us know they were doing well. I felt so comfortable knowing my pets could stay in their own home and be taking such good care of. She also made sure all litter boxes were taken care of. She kept up on the house, when I came home it was all clean and tidy. I would recommend Dee to anyone needing pet sitting. She is worth every penny for peace of mind that your pets are well taken care of.

Denise did a phenomenal job taking care of my Pammy while I was away on vacation. My dog has horrible separation anxiety and she absolutely loved Denise. Denise took Pam on walks and loved on her. She was also in constant communication with me, sending me pictures and videos of Pammy. I'm glad my Pammy was in such good hands. Would recommend Denise to anyone looking for a quality pet sitter!

I have used Dee multiple times now and she is great. I have a senior dog, young dog and two guinea pigs. She stayed at my house and took care of all four pets without a problem. Dee is the best! I was hesitant to use a pet sitter in my home BUT now that I have had Dee watch my boys I would Never kennell them again. She and the boys (2dogs and 1 cat) met before the sitting and they were very receptive to her. She made going away from them worry free and I felt comfortable having someone in the house! She took excellent care of them! She sent frequent updates and it was comforting knowing they were well taken care of! I highly recommend her and trust her!

I am so glad we found Dee. We have 4 very spoiled dogs and I would Never travel. But after meeting and sitting with her I felt very comfortable leaving them. We have used her twice already since August 2023 and have been very very happy with her. Our senior dog needs eye drops and meds and she always remembers to give. We are looking forward to having her stay again in December. Now I can be comfortable going away and not worry so much. She is very reliable and sweet. All of us love her ☺️ so happy we found Dee.

Can’t say enough good things about Dee! For starters, I have a dog who can be on the more difficult side with people coming in and out of my house. He took to Dee immediately! Dee has been very accommodating to mine and my dogs needs. She also has wonderful communication skills and promptly gets back to my texts. She also sends me lots of pictures and videos when she visits which gives me piece of mind. Very happy Dee has came into our lives! She’s been a life saver!

I'm not sure how my wife found Dee but I'm glad she did. The peace of mind of having Dee staying at the house while we're away is priceless. She watches all the animals, brings in the mail and is there "just in case" something happens.

Dee is great with taking care of our cats. She administers their separate special foods, etc. She is very reliable. I would highly recommend Dee for her services to care for your 4-legged family members.

Dee is amazing. Many years ago I kenneled my fur babies and boy was that a HUGE mistake. I found Dee, this fabulous woman and never again would I kennel my babies. I could go on vacation ( guilt free and worry free) year after year knowing Dee would give them all the care and love they needed and attention they wanted.
