Our dog comes home washed and happy. Our dog also now has allergy issues so they are happy to ensure she only eats the food we provide and that she gets no treats that can affect her.

My two pups are in safe , caring hands when I go to work and it’s a great way for incidental social training. Fabulous Service

Narae was very caring about grooming my 11mth old Japanese Spitz. She did an amazing job, took the time she needed to present him back to me in tip top condition. Pets in the City Silverdale is a great business. We have used it for short stays for our dog, overnight and for daycare. They are flexible about drop off and pick up times for daycare which is so handy for us. The staff are so friendly too.

My French Bulldog has been to both doggy daycare and a prolonged stay at the doggy hotel she has been well cared for and has enjoyed her stays. I would highly recommend to anyone

Our German shepherd always looks and smells very nice after her grooming here. She knows the place and doesn't try to run away which clearly tells me that the people are very nice to her and that she isn't scared there.

Left our fur baby at the pet hotel for two nights, first time he stayed away from us and home. Not only did he come home shattered, but also, happy and content. Great to know he has a safe place where he is loved and cared for, to go when we need to go away. The team there are great. Highly recommend.

We were with another daycare for two years before moving over to Urban dags Silverdale , and I can honestly say , if your dog is like a family member to you , then the best comparison is to say that we moved her from public school to a private school. The attention she gets is personal and thorough and can see in her demeanor that she is a much happier little one. I can honestly not say that we regret our discussion to join Urban Dogs Silverdale. We are happy that Dauphine's well fare is now what is most important at her new daycare. Thank you Team , appreciate your caring and nurturing nature towards our loved fur ones.

We cannot recommend Urban Dogs enough! Luna loves her time here and is always sooo excited to see all her friends each week. The Team are so welcoming, friendly and kind on every visit, keeping us in the loop on how each visit goes and treats Luna like part of the family. Luna has been a little poorly recently and the team at Urban dogs have gone above and beyond accommodating her restricted diet and medical requirements with administering meds when needed. We absolutely love it here and are so grateful we found a loving and caring environment for our little pup. If you are looking for a doggy day care that treats your dog as one of their own, you can’t go wrong with Urban Dogs.

Melo has been doing to Urban Dogs since 3 months old and started at Rosedale and moved to Silverdale when it opened. The team are absolutely amazing and treat Melo like their own. She loves playing with her "besties" a couple of times a week, plus the swimming lessons and farm trips. The best thing though is that if you need to go away for a night, you can book overnight stays with one of the team (and their dog) instead of needing to book your dog in to a kennel (provided they have space). This has been great for Melo who loves the UD team and their dogs so staying over night with them when needed is an extra bonus for her.

We love Urban Dogs for our pup, he has so much fun and loves the special farm adventures. I feel like all the staff go the little bit extra to make you and your pet feel welcome! I love seeing the updates on Facebook on what Marley has been up to for the day with all his new friends ❤️

Great facility. Dropped our two dogs there for day stay. Both dogs were warmly welcomed by staff. They immediately liked them. Was clean and tidy and secure. Picked up about 3.30. Dogs were pleased to see us and slept all the way home. Will use again

We had tried a few other doggie day-cares with no luck for our Pup. Urban Dogs Silverdale took so much time and care to make sure our Pippa felt safe. Now she cant wait to get in the door to see her new friends! The whole team are so lovely and great with all the doggies.

We have taken our Fox Terrier Cross to Urban Dogs Silverdale and as a team I find them to welcoming, kind and very professional. Everyone that works there is a real doggie person and I feel very comfortable leaving my dog with them for the day. As an added highlight we have also done the farm trip a couple of times and on this you could only say my dog is living his best life. He genuinely looks like he is smiling and his eyes are alive with delight as he bounds across the paddocks with his dog friends. The farm trip would be his version of Disneyland. I also like that the half day option is longer than other providers locally, the beautiful photos they take each day and the easy parking outside.

Our boxer dog has just started with Urban Dogs Silverdale and absolutely loves it there. The team is great with him and is always helpful with any questions that my husband or I may need advice on. I love that we can see photos of what our little boy has been busy with during the day. I would definitely recommend Urban Dogs to anyone that is looking for a great doggy daycare.

From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew my furry friend was in good hands. The staff greeted us warmly and took the time to get to know my dog's personality and preferences. The facilities with spacious play areas, plenty of toys, and even pools for those hot summer days. I can see regular updates throughout the day, including photos and videos of my pup having a blast with their new furry friends. It's clear that the staff here are not just doing a job; they're passionate about what they do. I couldn't be happier with the care and attention my dog receives there, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and fun environment for their canine companion.

I have loved working at Pets and Pats. It's heartwarming to work with such adorable little dogs, you create an amazing bond by spending so much time with them. I stopped working a week ago and missed them every day. Another plus is the staff I have met in the 6 months I have worked here, caring people who are always willing to help and lend a hand when you need it, especially if you are from abroad. I made some great friends from all over the world who I will miss very much and would love to see again if this trip brings me back to Auckland.

Absolutely love the friendly team at Pets and Pat! My little pup, Romeo, has been going there for over a year, and he always looks forward to the PupBus coming by in the morning. Romeo is already looking forward to his morning cuddles and kisses from all his friends! Team is very professional and always communicate all so well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Working in Pets and Pats made me feel very grateful, first because I was able to spend so much time with so many doggies, and second because gave me the opportunity to make very good friends while working with the staff members. Also it was very rewarding to see the excitement in the puppies every morning when I had to pick them up, but also see the happiness when they were reunited with the parents in the afternoon.

Pets and Pats are just wonderful! My little Cleo has been going to the farm since she was six months old so the better part of 2 years - we had tried a couple of other daycares before settling for Pets and Pats - They have given Cleo so much confidence, Ang and the team treat her as if she is one of their own but not just when she’s there - When Cleo has been off unwell they would check in on her and drop off care packages making not only her but also me feel cared for and supported. I always know she has the best time while she is there, when she is picked up she is always so excited to go does twirls and squeaks in excitement before bounding out the door and is so worn out when she comes home that she snuggles up on the couch - If your ever considering a daycare for you little fur baby absolutely can’t recommend P&P enough!

I cannot recommend Pets and Pats enough. Being first time fur parents, we care so much about our little Charlie and where he goes. Pets and Pats are constantly AMAZING to deal with. Charlie gets picked up by the "pup bus" which he waits at the door for in the mornings. He gets sooo excited when it arrives - that tells me everything I need to know. He absolutely loves going to the farm as he gets to run around with all his friends. We really like how they categorise dogs in size, age and energy levels so we know Charlie won't be bowled by bigger dogs or step on smaller ones accidentally. The whole team are friendly and really easy to communicate with. I have 100% trust in everyone involved and know Charlie is in safe hands from the moment that he gets picked up, to when he gets back home at the end of the day ❤️

We used Pets and Pats services for over 3 and half years for Mika - our now 4 year old Lagotto. Pets and Pats were very accommodating in that Mika wasn't spayed for the first 18 months, but was still allowed to attend (post a trial period) as long we kept her in at home for the time we was on heat. This pragmatic and professional approach was important to us as a working couple. For over 3 years - Pets and Pats never missed a pickup, and their communication and flexibility when life happened was top notch. They are a very reliable and dependable service.

Absolutely LOVE Pets & Pats Team. They have looked after my two girls for over a year now. The staff are so lovely and the bus drop off is so convenient. Our girls are knackered when they get home (both pointer x that need a lot of exercise!!) The grounds are a dogs paradise and the team absolutely love and care for all the dogs. Owner Ang is lovely and has helped us out when in a major pickle several times!! Our girls have also stayed over weekends many times. Any review which degrades the care or cleanliness of the dogs or property is absolutely rubbish. Our girls come home cleaner than when the left! The property is fully secure and wonderful. I have found no issues with communication with the team - in fact they put up with my slack communication so well. Highly Recommend x Thank you team we are so grateful for your care of our girls x

Pets and Pats is a home away from home for Lilli my wee dog who was welcomed into the family, and I mean into the family in all aspects. She slept with the other treasured dogs inside and the team was happy to accommodate her independent style. I have left Lilli with Pets and Pats since she was born and would not thinking of any other better place. The team care for her every need, food, rugs, grooming and cuddles. I know when I pick her up that she is healthy and happy. I searched for months visiting other places which do not match up to the wonder home with Pets and Pats. Security is big for me and I love that fences and places for all dogs of all sizes to run and play. Pets and Pats the best place ever!

Thank you so much to the Pets & Pats team for looking after our little boy. He absolutely loves Pets & Pats and is so ecstatic every time the Pup Bus comes to pick him up! We honestly couldn’t speak more highly of Pets & Pats. We recommend it to anyone with a loved pooch who is considering a day care. Here is wee Bohdi having fun out on the farm, having the freedom to run about and get as muddy as he likes!! (Because the wonderful Pets & Pats team clean him up before dropping him back home). If there was a Disneyland for dogs, Pets and Pats would be it. 😊 This is an awesome place where every pup is a four-legged family member. Angela, Jason and the Pets & Pats team are very caring and professional and absolutely always do their best for each of the dogs entrusted to their care both day care and lodging.

My rottweiler Nox has been a regular at the Dog Den for 2 years. She is very well looked after by the all the team, as they are all excellent at what they do. She gets to socialize with all different breads, she is mentally stimulated through the day, with awesome pack leadership by the staff. The full day package suits our needs and expectations, and she comes home well exercised and very happy. If you are thinking about a daycare facility for your fur-baby I highly recommend the Dog Den. The best decision we made for our girl.

The most amazing and lovely people, my pup absolutely loves coming to the Dog den and that just shows how much they care about the dogs. The fact that my pup is excited to come every single time, makes me very happy 😊 you can’t fake that smile haha I cannot recommend enough!

We were a bit nervous sending our puppy to daycare but he is always excited to get to The Dog den and play with his friends. The staff are absolutely lovely and care for the dogs like their own. We love the daily facebook photos so we can see what Fox is up too . He especially loves the water play. Hopefully when he’s a bit older he can go on the farm adventure!!

Dog Den Silverdale is the most amazing place with dog-loving staff who are so knowledgeable about dogs and dog behaviour. Frank my Staffy loves going on the Dog Den pack runs at the farm, where he finds the most mud he possibly can to jump in. He never wants to leave! Dog Den goes out of their way to make sure my dog is cared for. I highly recommend them.

I've been sending my dog to The Dog Den in Silverdale for 2 days a week for over a year now. She loves it - is always so excited to see everyone when she arrives and has the best day! She's usually there on the days I'm working in the city and it's nice to know she has company rather than being home alone all day. The location is also really convenient if you use the Park n Ride at Silverdale.

The team needs to learn how to care for returning customers. Used to bring my dog here some months ago. there wasn't any booking needed for day care it was just walk in. but then today when I went there with my dog they said you need a booking. and didn't even offered any options to me. disappointing the way they deal with returning customers

My mini Schnauzer has been going to day care (and also vacationing there while I’m away), for over 1.5 years now. I highly recommend this loving family to take care of your fur baby. Croi absolutely loves it there, he gets super excited when we reach the house as he knows it will be a fun day with lots of exercise, play time and attention. I also get daily photos and videos of him on walks and playing with other dogs, which makes me so happy. They really are his other family and I’ve saved one contact as Mama Croi in my phone, so much love and affection! I just let them know my ETA for drop off and pick up so he’s all ready to go, so easy with excellent communication!

My dog is not the easiest dog to have around but Alex and his family have looked after my boy extremely well. They were kind enough to sent me photos daily of the awesome walks they went on. 10/10 thank you so much.

Alex and Alina are the best! Our dog Phoebe loves staying with them, their dogs are wonderful and get along great and they take such great care of them. They always send us photos and videos so we know how she’s doing ❤️

I can highly recommend this daycare. I have been sending my miniature schnauzer Dora to Alina & Alex since she was a puppy. It's like her second family and Dora really loves them. Plus their Golden retriever Barron was the best baby sitter to Dora when she was a pup. I 100% trust them as they take such great care of her, she is always loved on and protected. I wouldn't just leave her with anyone but I know I can go to work or go away and she will be in the best caring hands. I honestly don't know what I would have done without them. Dora is always so happy to see them because they have such big hearts and are such a lovely family.

Gucci has stayed with Alina and Alex since he was a puppy. They are wonderful people! They always fit gucci in at the last minute! Gucci loves them and their lovely dog! They send daily photos and videos. Very responsive, trustworthy and a Lovely family! Gucci always has the best time!!

I cannot thank enough this lovely family- Alina, Igor, Alex, grandma and grandpa. They treat my Louie with full of love. They care and love my fur baby as much as I do. Louie loves staying with them and their dog, Baron is super friendly. I highly recommend this family!

Alex’s brother Igor was a wonderful dog sitter and helped us tremendously with our dog Balloon. Even though they are located in Auckland he was happy to travel and stay in our house in Jacks Point, Queenstown. He sent us daily updates and was taking our a bit naughty puppy for a walk sometimes 6 times a day 😅 Will definitely use him in future 🥰

Seemed great at first. Although after a few weeks the price doubled after an apparent misunderstanding?! Then after another couple of weeks they just stopped responding to messages. I assume better offers came along who knows. It's just a couple who have your dogs in their backyard while they work from home. After being honest about my experience with these people they have proceeded to leave bad reviews about my character on my business, which they have never used. and know nothing about!! I have never met these people they know nothing about me personally or my character yet they have the audacity to bully and harass me on a forum completely unrelated to this. These people are vindictive, mean and horrendous. BEWARE!!! You do not want your precious animal with people capable of such disgusting behaviour.

These guys are the absolute best. My dogs genuinely seem to have the most amazing time on their holidays! Great team and well cared for pooches!

The place to leave your beloved doggies at the kennel where you know the staff/owner will look after them well. Our dogs are bred there and the breeder and owner family (sisters) are always professional, approachable and friendly.

Davida is awesome with us humans and our dogs. Our Zula loves it there and goes regularly for a weekend. She ha long stays also and loves it there where she is well looked after. We never worry as we know she is safe and happy.

My Dog loves staying here. She cant wait to go inside. When I go and pick her up she totally ignores me so I know shes had a wonderful time.

I cannot recommend this highly enough! Our elderly miniature pinscher stayed here for 5 days and she came home each evening happy and relaxed. Everyone was lovely, easy to communicate with and genuienly cared for our dog.
