Words can't even describe how wonderful Ridgewood Canine camp is. Emmy and Eva were loved and well taken care of. This is the first time I've ever gone away and felt at ease leaving them. My girls came home so happy. I would totally recommend. Staff is truly amazing ❤️❤️❤️.

Our dog looks forward to going to Ridgewood every week! All we have to say is “day camp” and he goes ballistic! He loves it there, and comes home exhausted every time! The staff is friendly and professional! They even have groomers on site!

Buford loves this place! From the moment he leaves day camp, he can't wait to come back and see his furry buddies. The staff is fantastic and they all have a genuine love for dogs, which is huge. Boarding is also excellent. The piece of mind of knowing how well he is taken care of means a lot.

If you must leave your dog/baby this is the place, they offer many services, my Cooper looks forward to going to daycare, he goes in happy and comes back happy 💯 would recommend, they have instagram, which is awesome! Every single person who works here is friendly. No complaints. Btw unlike other kennels They respond quickly. My sister left her dog at another kennel she didn’t get a response from kennel til after the 3rd day, not good. I’ve never had any issues with Ridgewood they are family to me.

Top notch dog daycare and boarding business. The owner and staff do a great job caring for our fur babies as well as keeping the Covid-19 guidelines at the highest level. I feel completely sure that my pups are well cared for in every way. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a safe, loving environment for you beloved dog.

We love Ridgewood! They take such good care of our dog, she loves it there. She pulls us inside when we get there and doesn’t look back when we leave. 5 star.

My dogs LOVE going to daycare, and I love taking them there. The staff clearly adores the dogs. They also offer extra options for increased enrichment activities. Their outdoor play areas have playground-like facilities and plenty of room to run in the sunshine. In summer, the wading pool comes out for splashing and cooling off. They celebrate all the holidays with themed pictures and activities (Easter egg hunt, for example), and they offer options to purchase photos - back-to-school, Halloween (costume contest!), Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. Best of all, they post pics on Facebook and Instagram almost every day so you can catch a glimpse of your pup and their friends at play or acting silly. Your dog will love it here.

Best place to take your dog! My dog Lily is always happy going and there is no one that I trust more to take care of my baby while I'm at work. I love when they post pictures on Facebook of her.

I was so nervous leaving my baby girl at a daycare facility. I didn’t know what to expect, but Millie went for her first week. (Mom & Thursday) and houndstown has been AMAZING. The staff are all so friendly and we’re so kind to my baby. The place is nice and clean and they clearly love the animals they care for. And Millie has come home both days ready to Sleep. I am so excited to continue to bring her and get to know more of the staff and the doggos! Thank you houndstown!

Hounds Town Reading is Remy's favorite place to be! He absolutely loves it there, and in fact, is very disappointed if he doesn't get to go to daycare! He comes home a very happy, fulfilled, tired puppy. We also took our tripod dobbie, Nemo (who has since crossed the rainbow bridge), there and they were so gracious in accommodating him and his special needs. Mitch and all the staff are fabulous and you can bet they will love your dog as much as you do. I have 100% confidence in leaving our beloved furbabies with Hounds Town!! So grateful!

A fantastic experience! Very clean facilities and super nice staff! It was both dog’s first time in daycare and they did great! It’s no joke about the “Houndstown Hangover” because they were exhausted from hours of play!! The staff treated our dogs like their own and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. I know our dogs can’t wait to go back! Plus they got great report cards!

The first time we went into HT my dog put on his brakes before going in. After his first doggy daycare experience he was pulling us into the building with excitement to play with his new friends. What a relief to know I don't need to worry about him.

Everyone I met has thr dog's best interest at heart. Having a dog evaluated before they agree for care is wonderful, and made me feel at ease taking my dog. The free daycare day is a great add on before boarding. The facility is clean, and smells great. The staff has been wonderful.

Staff answered all my questions and took care of my Pup like their own while under their care for doggie daycare! Staff was very accommodating to all our questions and needs. My 8 month old Golden Retriever pup spent the whole day in the Doggie Daycare and came home exhausted after a full day of play! Report Card is a great thing they do here, as it gives you a recap of your pups day! We know our Dog will be in great hands later this week as we are going away for 3 days and our pup will be boarding with them.

Hounds Town Reading has been such a blessing for our family! This was our first week long vacation without our boy, Alfie, and I felt such relief to leave him with amazing staff, comfortable accommodations, and all his doggie buds! The staff interacts with the dogs and takes many pictures and videos which put my mind at ease whenever I was thinking about him. I can tell how happy and well cared for he is every time I pick him up from here! Worth every penny to know our boy is not only safe but getting lots of exercise playing with other dogs. Daycare/ boarding here is the best way to get his puppy energy out, we love Hounds Town!

I’m extremely pleased with Hounds Town. They were patient with my dog and he is now going to visit for doggie daycare at least once a week. It’s an excellent opportunity for him to become more socialized to other dogs and people.

My dog spent a few nights here. After getting home, I took him for a walk to relieve him and he was screaming in pain from something he was given to consume while staying at Jolan Kennels. I immediately placed a call and left a voicemail requesting a call back. I’m still waiting to hear back. This kennel is cheap for a reason. Consider any alternative.

Hit or miss. They did well managing my high anxiety pit bulls. I took a $60 comforter in for my dog to lay on. When I picked him up, his comforter was gone. The owner said his daughter's dog had gotten a hold of it from under the kennel and destroyed it. In return, they tried to give me a very used, super thin blanket that couldn't have been more than $5 brand new to replace it. I complained and was promised a better exchange but I never went to get it. I didn't feel it was worth the stress. Also, I had given an extra large bag of food for two dogs for five days. There was next to nothing left (usually lasted us two weeks) and a big box of treats was practically gone. I assume some of the other dogs got our stuff. The price was reasonable. Contacting them is difficult although they will return calls eventually. Two of the women that worked/work there are absolutely amazing. The big guy is a bit intimidating and I wasn't getting a good vibe from him. My dogs didn't look distressed or neglected at pick up. I'd suggest not taking anything you or your pet value and take just enough provisions (with a little to spare) to last the stay. You might not get it back. Overall I'd say it's efficient at best.

Left our 3 dogs at the kennel and when we returned one of our dogs had a huge sore on the back of his neck which was infected. The dog had been groomed right before we left him at the kennel and was perfectly OK then. The kennel claimed it was a hot spot and he had come in with it which was totally untrue. We immediately took our dog to the vet who treated him for the infection and advised us that it there was too much scar tissue for it to have been a hot spot. Additional calls and registered letters to the kennel were unanswered and/or ignored. We will never take our dogs there again.

Took care of our dog terrific. And worked with us on dates we needed. Very nice people.

My two puppies have been going there for the last five years. They love it there. My German shepherd jumps out of the car without a backward glance at me. He definitely enjoys his time there. My other dog is a blue healer with a Napoleon complex, who acts like she just snorted a kilo of cocaine. She’s a lot to handle on a good day, and yet Kevin makes it look easy. Kevin and Barbara are great and I would highly recommend

We scheduled grooming with this place and the groomer butchered my dog, it looks like “ I CUT HIS HAIR.” For such an expensive service I was expecting nothing but the highest quality groom for my dog. Instead he got the worst haircut he has ever had in his life. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, I was very disappointed 😡

It's difficult to quantify or put into words how thankful I am for having found Buddy's Pet Resort. The owners, Kevin and Barbara, are absolutely amazing. Their love for animals is evident and their professional experience, impressive. Buddy's boarding facility included fences that kept our dogs safe and secure with their own private area to run/play, as well as a video-accessible security system. While away on vacation, I was able to login to an app and see our 3 large furbabies (Rottweiler, Cane Corso, German Shepherd) on camera! Our entire family would pass the phone around and smile to watch them; it gave us all a beautiful start and end to each day. I don't leave reviews for establishments very often. However, our experience with Buddy's Pet Resort services has been far too good to not share!

Kevin and Barbara have been wonderful in taking care of our two dogs. Its very affordable, and the peace of mind is priceless. I really like using the video cameras to check in on our dogs. Our furry children always come back happy and they're excited to go back!

Kevin and Barbara have bee. So great with our girl Sammy! Kevin gets excited every time Sammy gets there. Sammy loves going while we work. The camera system is a great touch for us crazy pet parents!

Buddy’s pet resort is fantastic! We hate not being able to bring our dog with us on vacation but anytime we do we make sure we book in advance for Buddy’s. They’ve always have taken great care of our dog and the live webcam into the kennels to check in on our pup is a bonus.

I had Kevin come out to my house to groom my cat, with the mobile grooming service. He was very pleasant to work with. I stayed in the van the whole time holding my cat while he groomed her. He was gentle and very patient with my cat and me. It was my first time having her groomed so he made sure I was happy with what he was doing. Overall great experience.

I absolutely love Buddy's! Kevin and His Wife are amazing! They are super sweet! I have been using this Pet Resort for 3 years now. We can go on vacation and be at ease Knowing Zeke is in Good Hands. I will always recommend them!

Kevin and Barbara are amazing people. My one dog is afraid of men and has separation anxiety but not with Kevin or Barb. He’s so happy and let’s Kevin pet him and handle him. For my other dogs they always happy when leaving. I love how they are so flexible with time and last minutes dates. I am so blessed to have found a place that my one dog does not feel afraid or scared.

Very friendly on the phone, and accommodates same day reservations. After arriving, it's apparent why, however. If your dog has any ounce of anxiety this isn't the place for you. We ended up leaving, and just changing our travel plans. The facility is also pretty run down compared to other local facilities, and is disappointing. Instead of settling to book here, we'll give ourselves more time to book at any of the other local day care facilities.

We had a scary boarding experience, switching to Cocalico Pet Companion was a wonderful decision. They treat my pugs like their own. Our dogs are much happier staying in their own home! Thanks to Wendi and her wonderful staff!

I have been using Cocalico Pet Companions for over 2 years now. My dog Chester gets to stay in his own home where he can relax and not stress out after attending a kennel. They will stay overnight with your Pet while your away. On a recent trip to Alaska, our Air Conditioning broke and the owners of this company took it upon themselves to hire a repair man when they could not reach us by phone. The repair was all completed by the time we came home. They will see that your pet is well taken care of. I highly recommend them.

We have been very happy customers of Cocalico Pet Companion for over 10 years. Wendi and her staff first provided in- home vacation care for our elderly Golden retriever and older cats who required medication. Later, she helped us make the transition to life with a very boisterous puppy. She was able to accommodate our work schedules with daytime visits and also provided excellent advice and training tips. We have continued to use the overnight vacation service which I highly recommend as we can enjoy ourselves knowing we will come home to very happy, well-rested and loved pets.

I have been using Cocalico Pet Companion for 18 years. I know my cat is well taken care of if I’m away for two days or two weeks. Wendi has adapted her care for my aging cat as her needs change. We never have to worry about their care while on vacation. Marianne puts the dogs first and will do whatever is needed to give them first class care. We have been using Cocalico Pet Companions for years. Wendi is so great with our cats. She comes by twice a day, gets the mail, plays with them and also feeds the koi. We know our fur babies are in good hands while we are away. We miss them but we don't worry about them!

Wendi does a great job making sure our three fur babies - an elderly kitty and two senior doggies - are well taken care of when we are out of town. Our dogs are much happier being at home than at a kennel when we are away and Wendi makes sure they are walked, fed, hydrated and comforted while we are gone. I highly recommend her services!

I was having issues with my payment and she even took time out while she was on her honeymoon to assist. I will definitely be using Tal’s Pets services in the future and highly recommend them to others.

Our sitter Dawn-Marie was awesome! She took excellent care of our girls while we were away, sending pictures and providing updates daily which put our minds at ease as this was the first time we have needed to use a service such as Tal's. She even ran the vacuum a couple of times to keep up with the build up of dog hair, cleaned up the waste in the yard daily and treated our home as she would her own. Natalya was great too! She pleasantly answered all of our questions and concerns prior to booking. I highly recommend Tal's Pets. We will definitely use the service again when needed without hesitation. Keeping our girls in their own home, where they are comfortable and familiar with their surroundings was huge. We really did feel that our girls were very well taken care of while we were away.

This was our first experience with Tal's Pets. how great it was ! We had Skye as our caretaker and cannot compliment her enough. She wrote everything down, was very conscientious of everything we asked of her. Most of all , the kitties loved her. Lucy, normally very shy went right up to greet her. 10/10 will always recommend Tal's Pets for pet sitting. We recently went away for 5 days and Skye, our sitter, was an absolute gem to take our of 14 year old dog in our home. She sent so many updates and pictures and we could tell our pup was so comfortable with her. Our dog had some belly issues while we were gone and she was prompt to contact us make sure he was okay and went above and beyond to clean up the mess and left our house pretty spotless after. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Natalya and her crew are incredible. We searched for years for reliable, responsive pet care with no luck, so we were stuck relying on friends and family which was incredibly limiting for our schedules. We tried other local companies and those experiences rendered us hopeless that we’d ever find care that we trusted and felt comfortable with. From day one the experience with Tal’s was completely different- quick, clear communication and scheduling, caring, attentive and communicative sitters, incredibly fair pricing (I’d argue she could charge double for the value she provides), and complete piece of mind that our pets and home will be well taken care of and respected. We are so happy to have Tal’s, the service they provide is invaluable- look no further, hire them!

Mismanaged. I’ve taken my dog here three times. For a place that insists on making an appointment, two of the three visits I had to wait 15 minutes for the owner to arrive late and let us in. Their website sign-up is a horrible waste of time. It is lacking information to allow for correct times, it forces multiple entries for the same exact information, and the web page owner does not communicate well with the kennel owner, making for bad customer service. The most recent trip I was charged $40 for an extra day, even though the website does not clearly state when extra charges will be given. One would think the cost is per night like any human or animal boarding.

Our house flooded pretty bad, and our husky, Blu, was actually in our basement when it happened. I wasn't sure what to do with him until I knew our house would be ok. I frantically called every local boarding facility. Diane answered me back immediately, even with her own house flooded, she took our boy within a hour of speaking. It was his only time having to be anywhere...and he loved it! I would definitely recommend Them to anyone. And we will definitely be taking Blu back in the future. THANK YOU DIANE! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!

I don’t post reviews all that much, but In this case I had to because they are just wonderful. D and d is so so caring about your dogs. I’m a dog mom. We have two large (spoiled) dogs, and one has pretty bad separation anxiety. We’ve tried different kennels before and all anyone said is our dog is a handful or they don’t say anything at all. Diane is great- she’s very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us what our dogs were doing, how they behaved, how they worked with them to reduce the ones anxiety (especially around other dogs), and made suggestions for what we could do on our end to make them less anxious while we’re away. We use the deluxe side of the kennel and it really is nice and clean. The deluxe side doesn’t have the chain link inside and it is a lot brighter and nicer, especially for the price (which is comparable to other kennels that feel like a dog pound) They did help with med administration too. We board our two boys together (one is 150# the other is about 85#) and there are large enough accommodations for the 2 of them. It’s out in the country so it’s like home for our dogs. Like I said, we’ve tried different kennels before, and I’ve worried about my dogs while we’re gone, but I didn’t worry with d and d. I felt my dogs were in great care and wouldn’t be kenneled up all day long. We’ve found our long term boarding facility. Please give it a try, they really really work with you and your dog to make you both comfortable!

Such a wonderful option for our two Poodles. We had utilized kennels in the past and they are 1) expensive and 2) not very personal. Abby, our dog walker/sitter was great. She Provided individual attention and the cost was significantly less then other area kennels. Muttchbetter will be our go to in the future.

We used keystone critter care for our three cats. Both Taylor and Ophelia were fantastic when it came to communication. This was our first time using something like this and they were both able to put us to ease. All three cats were well taken care and they followed all of our instructions. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
