The fact they did a meet and greet with my pets showed me how professional they were right off the bat. The daily updates, reports, and especially the pictures and videos they send is great! The team of Tyler and Destiny watched our two multipoos for almost 12 days. They did a fabulous job. Our pups play ball and catch and they loves doing it with them. They had beautiful walks and snuggle time. We are so fortunate to have found Wandering Wags. The app they use tracks how long they are with you pups and where they walk them. They also take great action photos and send to you every visit. We will use them again with no hesitation. ❤️❤️

Tyler and Destany are the best! They transported my dog, Layla, home from my wedding. They were punctual and very flexible. I reached out just days before my wedding asking for their help and they managed to accommodate my request! I truly don’t know what I would have done without them. When I got a bit behind on schedule the day of my wedding, the pickup time for Layla needed to be pushed back. This was not a problem for them! They even visited beforehand to meet Layla, which made both her and me feel more comfortable. Layla is a very anxious dog but she immediately liked Tyler and Destany. I knew she was safe with them, and I really don’t trust many people with my dog!! Thank you, Wandering Wags! 🐾

this is the first time we left our dogs with a dog sitter. that wasn't family. we were not sure about it .but. Destany and Tyler were great. Boo and Lila loved them. one of the best decisions we made for them. They took time with our one dog that didnt want to come up stairs, Got daily emails and pic when they were at the house. they are wonderful and love what they do. The best!!! Tyler and Destany are amazing with animals! My German Shepard loved them and my dachshund is a little timid at first, but they took the time to let him warm up to them! They also work at the humane society, so I instantly had trust in them, and they’re definitely awesome people! Would not let my dog go with anybody else but these two for now on! Tyler and Destany at Wandering Wags offer exceptionally good service pet sitting services. My Akita, Sven, who is often time weary of strangers befriended them on their first meet and greet visit. I have been going to Duffy's for 16 years, Maryann is wonderful with my little Bailey. My Toy Poodle looks like a Professional Show Dog every time we leave. I can't say enough good things about Duffy's!

We have a total of 4 dogs, and I took 2 in today, that were in immediate need of a good groom. They had mats from playing in the woods, our crick, and just from us merely not taking the time in the last year to take them to our usual groomer. Upon picking up the dogs I couldn't have been more impressed with how much hair she was able to leave on them speaking how bad the mats were. I highly recommended Collett, she was beyond pleasant and I left with 2 happy, well groomed, pups. I will be taking all our dogs to her from here on out, and would highly recommended her to anyone.

I'm so Blessed to have found Maryann to help watch my dog when I'm not able to. My dog has been quite a challenge to raise. He is a very large breed, with a troubled past. He can be intimidating to strangers. Maryann speaks a language to my dog that I only wish I knew. I'm confident and comfortable leaving him in her care. I hope writing this review doesn't help so much, that she's unavailable when I need her. But Maryann definately needs an applause for all she does .

The absolute greatest groomer and boarding facility. Mary-Ann is extremely acknowledgable about all different breeds. Our pup actually gets excited when we pull into her driveway. It is a huge comfort to know when he needs to stay away from us, he is in loving, caring hands at Mary-Ann's

Owner is very compassionate and gentle with older dogs. Had a beautiful large shepherd mix, 13 years old. Bad hips and couldn’t stand long enough for normal grooming. Took 4 hours to groom Abby as Marianne gave frequent long rests and sometimes had to groom Abby with her laying down. Abby always looked great afterwards. Sadly my sweet dog was put down because of these bad hips. Highly recommend.

If you actually care about your dog do not use this facility. We called Saturday to check on our AKC pure breed German Shepherd and they acted like they had no clue what dog we were talking about. The listed emergency contact them went to retrieve her and their was no one to be found all the dogs were locked in a kennel with no lights, this was the same scene I found when I showed up at 1pm to get my dog it took multiple calls to finally get a call back and when I picked her up I was greeted with nothing but attitude. On top of everything our dog stink to high hell as if she was wallowing in her own mess all weekend. Would definitely not recommend ever for the low price I guess you get what you get.

I absolutely love Duffy's. She is willing to keep our Yorkie any time we need, even if it is last minute notice. She offers grooming services and puppy daycare. She has kennels for extended stays and a shop full of products for dogs and cats.

My pup was well taken care of during his stay at Sandy Hill kennel. He was returned to me clean, happy. Why do they charge just to be playful with the pups? They charge to pet them, cuddle them, show them attention during the stay. I find it hard to understand that!

I highly recommend Sandy Hills Kennel!! My dogs always have a great time and come back happy and healthy! I love my evening report cards on how the dogs are doing.. always makes me feel like they are well cared for. And Jessica did a great job grooming my doodle!!

We have brining our dog to Sandyhill her entire 11 years and staff truly care and are all so friendly. Facility is spotless and my dog seems very well cared for when we are away!

First grooming visit and we’re highly impressed! We got the Spaw day package which included nail grinding, tooth brushing, and a “blueberry facial”, on top of a bath that left them smelling like oatmeal cookies 😍 Two happy dogs! Tinker hates having her nails cut and I’m glad we found a place that would do it with more kindness than our vet!

Unfortunately, I have to give them a two star review after being a client of theirs for years now. Last Saturday I got my dog groomed there the following Friday he started sneezing, so I took him to the vet and they said that he has kennel cough, even though he is vaccinated. I called them to give them a heads up that it could be going around the kennel. All they had to say was “thanks for letting us know” and hung up the phone. They did not ask me how my dog was. They did not apologize for it even though kennel cough is something you really can’t prevent from happening. I completely understand that the kennel cough is out of their hands, but maybe they need to start making sure that every dog is vaccinated and up-to-date on their shots.

Charlie loves his stay with the staff and all the dogs. I've been a customer for many years. The kennel and staff are wonderful. Years ago, I had to put down my basset hound Wellington. The staff was there with loving support. Sandy Hill is family.

Absolutely love the groomers at Sandy Hill! I have two Saint Bernards that are quite large and they do a wonderful job managing them and giving them a beautiful spa day. I was able to buy the girls an adorable treat when checking out. They loved it.

Dash is 15. Sandy Hill has been his second home for 14 years. I feel confident leaving him and he’s excited to get in to see his friends. He always needs a nap when he gets home. Staff is friendly and efficient - groomers are excellent, too. Highly recommend!

Grace is the groomer we had and she is excellent! Shiloh (sheltie) hadn't been there for a while and even though we brush him every week and do his nails and etc. he just did not look as good. His hair was thick and course. When Grace got him groomed he was a very happy dog. He felt so much better and looked beautiful. I've have been coming here for years and never been disappointed.

We have been bringing our dog to Sandy Hills Kennel for almost 3yrs now. Not only are we happy with how well there care for our dog, so is she Perianna!!

We absolutely love this place for our pups. I don’t trust many people watching my babies but they make it so easy for not only me but for my pups. They get so excited to see the staff and I know I can check in anytime to see how their stay is going. The staff is amazing and I cannot thank them enough for taking my pups last minute when I had a medical emergency. Definitely would recommend them to anyone!

Rocky, my GSP loves this place. The place is very clean and there is a lot for him to do there while he is there. The staff treats your pet and you like your family. Their focus is on taking care of your pet and not making money. I can't be any more satisfied.

We have been taking our 3 dogs here for grooming and nail trims for several years. They are wonderful, patient, and they always do a great job on our girls! We had one incident where we weren't happy with a grooming session. They told us to bring our dog back out the next day and they fixed the cut so that it was much better looking at no additional charge! They are truly wonderful and if I had to leave my dogs for an extended stay I know I could trust them to take good care of them!

I don't have enough good things to say about the kennel! My three dogs LOVE going, whether it's just for a few hours of daycare or a week of boarding! They love the staff there and always come home happy and exhausted. Play time in the yard is their absolute favorite! One of my guys is rather difficult for nail trims, but Ashley always gets it done! If you need a place for your animals to go where they will feel at home, look no further! Balto loves being at daycare more than being at home! They treat the dogs so well and are reasonably priced. He comes home exhausted every day we take him! He passes out on the floor and I nearly forget we have a dog!! Rare for a husky to be that calm so it's safe to say the amount of exercise and fun he has is well worth $15 a day❤ even if he comes home super dirty and smelling like pee

My dog Pretzel LOVES it here. Staff is super friendly and I'm always surprised they know mine and my pup's face without introducing ourselves. Pretzel gets loads of exercise at daycare and great socialization. We had a great experience with boarding her as well with very reasonable prices

The owner and staff at Whispering Winds are truly amazing individuals. They care for your dog as if it were their own. We have boarded our dog here multiple times and taken advantage of their doggie daycare program as well. Our dog is always so excited when we turn up the drive as she knows that she is in for a great time when she is there. They are my best recommendation in the area!

Dog cameras at day care facilities are not only for the “cute” factor. They help facilitate peace of mind for dog owners and observation of care levels at a center. The only very small window to observe the dogs is shown very briefly at the time of viewing at unleashed and that’s it. I don’t think one can possibly judge anything. Therefore, I don’t want to let my dogs care be a mystery Cameras are a necessity!

Someone on the Nextdoor app posted a photo of a dog outside by himself, in a fenced area in the rain, crying, when she arrived to pickup her own dog from Unleashed. She said this was last Friday. She told the employees about the dog, and the female employee responded “oh that’s because it is pickup time.” The other employee walked outside. She thought he was going to bring the dog inside but he didn’t. He was just leaving for the day. If that was my dog, being ignored, in the rain, alone and crying, I would be infuriated. Update to the owners response- Well, the dog was definitely unsupervised in the picture. And like my review says, this person said the dog was outside by himself crying.

Great, knowledgeable, and super accommodating crew! My working dog has a history of tough kenneling experiences, and she normally is a mental mess coming off of a boarding stay at most places. She seemed to have tolerated kenneling here much better than anywhere else over the years. We'll definitely be back.

We love bringing our boy to unleashed! We take him here for boarding and grooming! He comes home exhausted every time! There have been times we needed to drop him off for an emergency boarding and they take him in with no problem as long as they have room! The staff are very great! They are always very nice and show that they love the pups! They also have training and grooming! We recommend unleashed to everyone!

We just used Unleashed for boarding for our dog Marty, and they were great!! My dog has never been in boarding, so I was nervous, but everyone was friendly and put my mind at ease. We will definitely be using the boarding again. Thanks so much for taking care of him!

I’ve taken my dogs here on 3-4 separate occasions over the past 2 summers for boarding only. It seems as though they take “ok” care of your animals. I can’t tell you for sure because we never get any updates relating to the dogs, even though I have asked multiple times during drop off if they’d be able to send me updates in any sort of way. Call, text, email or on their online website. They say they will, then never do. They have a tab on their website to view photos/videos of your dog and a tab to review their “report card”, not one photo has ever uploaded to their site or anything added to their report cards. Since no one has ever contacted me in any sort of way with an update on how the dogs are doing, I called the facility myself and asked for an update for our most recent stay. I didn’t even get to say our dogs names before the woman on the phone rudely said “they are doing fine”… I was taken back by this as she didn’t even know which dogs I was calling for. For just a few nights, it can get pricey, and I would like to know if my money being spent is worth it. The communication here is definitely lacking. Both of our dogs can be very anxious and scared when going to places like this and this facility does not give me peace of mind that my animals are being well taken care of. When we pick up our dogs, both of them pee like they haven’t been let out all day to use the restroom and both come home smelling like urine. I’m not sure we will be bringing our dogs back. I am definitely in the process of looking for a new boarder as this one hasn’t met the standards I am looking for.

Staff went above and beyond!!! I had 2 Boerboels boarded. One of my dogs was older and became ill during boarding while we were on vacation. The staff kept me informed and cared for him even taking him to seek vet care, twice! I was very impressed and satisfied with how they handled his care during the unfortunate circumstances.

I will never take my dogs anywhere BUT Unleashed! The team there is amazing. They watched my 5 dogs on multiple occasions and each and every time we (and the dogs) leave extremely happy. All 5 of our dogs are rescues and have their own quirks but the staff here handles them like pros and it’s never a bother to them! I was worried that they’d be a handful but the 4 employees I met were so happy to do it and it was nice to see that everyone that works there truly loves animals and cares for their well-being. Two of my dogs had a scuffle this last time while boarding and the team at Unleashed was quick to respond, take one to the vet to ensure that it was an artificial cut and quick to call and inform me. They took care of everything promptly and professionally. They take the time to get to know your pet by interacting with them daily. It was nice for them to know all their names and personalities. When we picked the dogs up they were freshly bathed (MUCH appreciated) and so happy…you could tell they had an amazing time at Unleashed. Thank you to the staff for everything you all do to take care of our family! Will always recommend!

I have been taking my dog for training here with Cecil for over 13 weeks. We LOVE it!! Cecil is great. His no nonsense but caring demeanor has not only made my dog better but made me a better dog parent. We can’t wait to continue our learning journey. Thank you for all you do!!!

Nikki is always so welcoming, we are greeted with her warm friendly smile and most importantly our fur baby is happy to be in her care. Nikki was up for the special care required for our senior dog, she has shared updates on his staycation with text messages photos and videos which provide us with the peace of mind knowing that he is enjoying his visit with her. Nikki is the absolute best! She treats your dogs like her own and does everything she can to give them a comfortable stay. My one dog has cage anxiety and can be dog aggressive, but she always does so well here and has even made a doggy friend or two. I wouldn't kennel anywhere else and I recommend her to everyone!

I've taken my pup to Nikki a couple days a week for the past 6 months while I'm at work. I trust Nikki completely and she takes such good care of her. Her hours are very convenient and pricing is very fair. She's very knowledgeable with animals and has so much love for what she does!

I’ve boarded my Dixie here a few times and she loves it. I actually live in South Hills Pittsburgh but the drive to Natrona Heights is so worth it. I love that they post pictures each day so I can see what my pup is up to. The facility seems clean and well-kept. The staff is quite friendly as well and I always feel like I’m leaving Dixie in good hands. When I pick her up, she sleeps the whole ride home because she’s so tuckered out from playing. I tend to worry about my pets when I’m away, however when I board Dixie I don’t think twice about it because I know she’s having a blast. I highly recommend Pittsburgh Paws!

I’ve been taking my puppy to Pittsburgh Paws for daycare since she was 5 months old and I won’t take her anywhere else!! She loves going to play with her friends and in the pool all day! She plays all day and sleeps all night. They post pictures daily so you can see what your puppy is up to! The staff is absolutely amazing and they all treat Ellie as if she was one of their own. Highly recommend for boarding and daycare!

I highly recommend Pittsburgh Paws Pet Resort NH! We have taken our border collie there for about three years and have never had any issues. Our pup loves it, wether we take her for daycare or boarding! She has some anxiety but when we take her she’s completely comfortable and happy. She loves all the other dogs and climbing on the big rocks. There’s plenty of space for everyone to run around. Plus they got new turf that looks amazing! The staff are fantastic and the management is outstanding. They have great communication with us, are super personable and have so much love for our pup. We love seeing the photos posted on Facebook of our girl having the best time, especially when we’re on vacation and miss her! We truly feel she is safe in this environment and cared for. Oh! and we like to sometimes purchase an exit bath, highly recommended!

Highly recommend this kennel. I trust them with our three dogs. Super easy booking, register your dogs on line. Friendly courteous staff. They upload pictures to Facebook almost every day. We choose to schedule an exit bath which was free because the dogs were there more than 7 days. All three of our dogs were allowed to play together. They provided us a report card to tell us how they did!

We have been taking our young Labrador Retriever here for over a year and a half. I can’t tell you enough how kind the entire staff is. Rosie absolutely LOVES going to day care and also has kenneled many times while we were on vacation. As a veterinarian I realize the importance of routine socialization as well as play. It is an integral part of “being a dog”. I recommend Pittsburgh Paws to as many clients as I can. I appreciate all the team members. Keep up the great work!

My pup LOVES it here! She plays all day, I can tell cus she passes out as soon as we get in the car to go home lol Staff are always friendly, helpful and polite. Owner is awesome! HIGHLY reccomend them for day care, boarding, and baths!

We were so nervous to try a new daycare for our baby, Aiden Oliver, having moved over an hour from his first and only one. However, Pittsburgh Paws is amazing!!!! The property alone is gorgeous and the facility feels and looks very clean, both inside and out. Fun colors inside too, very fresh and modern. No smells at all!! Friendly staff always. Prices fair to me. Aiden comes home absolutely exhausted (but he doesn't stink!!) and we just know he had a good time. We will continue to use and selfishly hope they don't get too big :)

When we started to plan a trip to Italy, I couldn’t get too excited until I knew who would watch our dogs. Our regular sitter could only cover the first several nights, so I had to find someone to cover the rest of the trip. I looked for hours to find someone who meets our high standards and could stay at our home, especially since we would be an ocean away. Once we did a meet and greet with Gabby I knew she would be perfect. Our dogs loved her and she sent us tons of photos, videos and updates. There is no doubt these pups had constant love and attention. I never had to worry about them which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. When we came home they were calm and healthy. I would not be able to say that if we left them at a kennel. We feel like we made a new friend and am so happy to know I can trust her with our kids. Our home was clean and all secure when we returned, what a great experience. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Salute!

I don't even know where to begin. Let's just say I have two high maintenance dogs, one being elderly and one being a Jack Russell (enough said on that one!) I always struggle to relax when I am away, because the older dog has separation anxiety, and at nearly fifteen years old, I know her days are numbered. It is hard for me to have peace of mind not being able to be the main caretaker of her. Then I found Gabby. I have never had a vacation where I was able to relax and not be worried about how everything was going at home. Gabby went above and beyond, even with the crazy medication and supplement schedule I have the senior gal on, and the demanding nature of a high drive breed. She sent updates and pictures every single day. I did not have to wonder what was happening or how everything was going. I honestly could write pages about how amazing our experience with Gabby was, but let's just say this.. BOOK HER NOW. I'm already looking for dates for vacation next year so I can be sure to have her in advance. Could not have asked for anything more from her at all. If I could give an infinite amount of stars, I would!!

I have 2 tiny dogs that have super sensitive stomachs and eat 4 times a day. I had to travel out of state for almost a week and was extremely preoccupied about leaving my 2 little ones. I found Melrose pet resort, and let me tell you that Gabby is the most amazing, comprehensive, and pet lover dog sitter you could found. She took care of my babies like they were hers, she went above and beyond to accommodate them so they could be separated from bigger dogs, as I asked, they could have their meals at their regular schedule and she also kept updating me constantly with videos and pictures of my little ones. They had such a great time with her, got to make a few little friends that were staying at her place, and even participated in a Christmas photoshoot!. She gave me piece of mind while on my trip, and I definitely will be using her services next time I travel.

I cannot recommend Gabby and Melrose Pet Resort enough! As a bulldog owner I’m always looking for the best care possible since our boy tends to need a little extra attention, and we absolutely found it with Gabby. She followed our directions to a “T”, and went above and beyond. She also sent us videos and updates throughout our vacation, putting my mind at ease about how our boy was doing. She also took great care of our home while we were away. Gabby is the best and we can’t wait to plan our next vacation and get on her schedule!

Gabby’s attention to detail is on another level. She did an amazing job with our dog, Remi. He is a creature of habit, and his transition from us being out of town to Gabby staying with him and taking care of his routine was seamless. She thinks of everything to ease your mind of what is going on. Her love for animals is apparent, and I appreciate that so much. Remi has specific medications that have to be taken, and I was not worried about Gabby covering everything perfectly. I cannot rave about how great Gabby and Kris were with my dog! Being a sitter myself I know I can trust them with my anxious little boy going forward. I have never left my dog with anyone but my family before and him being an older and anxious dog I was not sure how he’d do. But almost immediately Gabby and Kris made him feel so comfortable and right at home. He received all the attention and affection he needed and I also received all the updates and pictures I needed to know he was doing great. Knowing how well he was taken care of now makes me wonder why I was even worried about him to begin with! Talk about an AMAZING dog sitter and person, Melrose Pet Resort is a far better pet sitter that I ever came across. I came from out of state, and we were recommended to Melrose Pet Resort while we look for a home. Contacted her and immediately got a quick response. I never in my life have as much interaction with her as other dog sitters in the past. I have a Deaf dog and one with diet needs... Gabby constantly send photo's and video's of there activities, and I could see how happy my fur babies were. She is very personal and active with my pets and I am excited to have her again and as well as Chico and Bella. I am glad I am moving to Florida knowing when I need Gabby again, I will never have to worry about my fur babies again, knowing they will be in great care.... WOOF WOOF APPROVED

Hands-down, the best pet sitter I've ever had the honor to work with. It was like leaving the dogs with a family friend. If I even had the slightest worry about them or their care, it vanished in the rain of delightful photos and videos and the constant updates about breakfast, dinner, lizard hunts and games of Ball. It is just possible that my dogs had a better time than I did while I was on vacation. They stayed in their very own room, in crates for everyone's safety, but were out and about quite a lot of the time (certainly WAY more than they would be in a kennel or daycare) and they were treated like family. They got to "help" make dinner and cuddle on the sofa and watch TV. Obi even got to chase MANY BALLS AT THE SAME TIME. Heaven! Obi and Ursa can't wait to stay with Aunt Gabby again!

We recently put our baby Jasmine here after searching for a boarding facility for weeks. And I can't say how happy we are that we decided to choose Melrose Pet Center opposed to one of those facilities. Not only did she get personalized care, she got love and affection the entire time. We know so because Gabby sent us updates daily; mornings, afternoons when she could, and night. She sent Pictures and videos and Jasmine looked like she was having the time of her life. I also loved the cute bandanas she had while we got the pictures. We were even lucky enough to get a pic of Jas with Santa in their home (Thanks Kris!! Lol). Jasmine also enjoyed playing with her dogs, tiring them out all day! If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! Thank you again for treating our pup like she was one of your own!

Berkley Creek was recommended to us by another family. Our puppy Wellington has been going to Berkley Creek for about 5 months now. Colin, Erin and all the staff have been so patient and caring with him as he acclimated to being at daycare and around other dogs. He's often the smallest dog there, but he thinks he's one of the big dogs. We like that they offer such a large outdoor and indoor space for him to run and play. The staff frequently give us updates at pick up/drop off about new friends he has made. He's usually too tired from his day to tell us about what he did all day. I am so thankful for Berkely Creek and know that he is in good hands and cared for while he's there.

I cannot imagine, trusting anyone else with my nine-year-old pit shepherd mix. We initially started here so that he could socialize with other dogs and the level of care and time that Colin and Erin and their staff have spent with him has paid off tenfold. He now interacts with other dogs without hesitation, and is overall a happier animal because of it. The facility is well-maintained and I love that they get to run around and play outside as well as indoors. We recently boarded overnight for two nights for the first time and my mind was completely at ease - it was a great experience! Arjuna wags his tail as soon as we pull up the driveway! I have found a second home for my Lab Coop! I’m so grateful I found Berkley Creek. Coop loves going always comes home happy and loves to go. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I’d recommend Berkley Creek to anyone. A ton of room to run and play!

Our dog, Murphy has been going to Berkley Creek since he was about 4.5 months old. Murphy is now a 10 month old, VERY active yellow Labrador retriever. Daycare at Berkley Creek has been such a blessing! It’s great socialization for Murphy as well as a way to burn off some of that energy! Erin and Colin are so dedicated to their business and you can feel the love for all the dogs! Same goes for the staff. We love that everyone knows Murphy (and us) at drop off and pick up! It’s such a peace of mind when vacationing knowing your dog is well cared for so you can relax and enjoy yourself! Truly an exceptional place for pups of all breeds and sizes!

We LOVE berkley creek pet retreat! We have a very nervous dog who is working on a lot of fears after being rescued from the greyhound racing industry. Colin, Erin and their team are so calm, patient and sweet with her! They are extremely knowledgeable on dog behaviors and what is best for each dog they take care of. We don’t like leaving her, but when we have to do it we trust Berkley Creek to take excellent care of her!!

Berkley Creek is amazing! We've had such a positive experience with sending our golden retriever puppy there for both daycare and boarding. It's super convenient that they offer grooming, baths, and nail trims onsite, and the property is beautiful! Colin, Erin and the entire staff are so friendly. Highly recommended.

Our 4 huskies love going to Berkley. The facility is clean and the staff is wonderful! Our huskies love to run and rough house with their friends. Each of our pups have very different personalities and each is taken care of really well. Pick up and drop off is easy and quick. Highly recommend!

Berkley creek and their team have been the best experience for our GSP dog . Pricing is in line for everything your dog receives while staying on site. Easy scheduling for boarding, the app they have makes it easy for drop off and pick up scheduling. We have sent many of our friends to this doggie daycare and boarding and everyone has same reviews and awesome experience as we have had there. This is a crown jewel in little Adams Township/Mars area.

Berkley Creek Pet Retreat is the BEST! After taking my active 9-month old puppy to other daycare facilities, I’ve realized that I’ve found her “second home” now. The facility is outstanding, with both large indoor/outdoor play areas for the dogs to run and quiet areas for them to rest. The owners are wonderful people that provide personalized care and love canines. They are very knowledgeable too, and are always willing to provide feedback/advice about my dog and her well-being. I’ve also boarded my puppy at Berkley Creek and was very happy with her stay. She was well cared for and the owners sent me regular updates/videos on how she was doing while I was away. I can’t say enough good things in this review about the Berkley Creek Pet Retreat!

Highly recommend! I’ve been using Lindsey since the beginning of the year! She always sends me a reminder for the days I need for the week! Emily makes sure to keep in touch with me before and after Mavericks walks! She also takes the best pictures! Very grateful to have such a caring service!

I have used Lindsey's service several times for our 3 cats while we are away. Lindsey and her staff are very professional and easy to set up visits with. I am comfortable knowing Kathy is taking care of my Fur babies. My cats look forward to seeing her. She treats them as if they are her own. There is great communication after every visit, and you receive updates along with pictures. I highly recommend Lindsey's pet service and will continue to use their services for future trips.

We have been using Lindsey's services for a couple of years for our cats when we go away. I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to be able to leave our animals at home in their own environment rather than the stress of a Kennel. With our new kittens we have left them in Lindseys care twice now. We have Lindsey's employee Tracey came twice a day and she is absolutely fantastic and a dream. She sends us an update and photos with every visit which gives us such peace of mind. Lindsey is so easy to get ahold of, attentive, so sweet and you can tell she really loves what she does. Lindsay and her team are amazing. We have been using them for over two years now. They are the only people we trust with our dogs. They have a home visit to see exactly how you want your pets taken care of before they begin caring for your pets. They follow up each visit with photos and a recap of what they did with your pets during their visit. I never worry about my dogs when they are taking care of them. Great people. Wonderful service. Highly recommend them.

LIndsey took me and my boys (2 dogs, one cat) on as a clients after my previous in-home pet sitter retired from the business. Her business is very professionally run and I am comfortable leaving my pets and home in their care while I travel mostly for work. Tracey actually sees my pets and my boys love her! I get a lot of communication and pictures while I am away. I appreciate the availability of this type of service as my animals have never stayed in a kennel- and Lindsey and Tracey (and I am sure the other pet sitters who work with them) are the best!

Lindsey has been helping us with our 2 Great Danes since October 2018. Whether its a visit for potty breaks, to feed dinner while we are out for the evening or to provide overnight stays while we have been away from home, we can have the piece of mind we have knowing she is there with them giving them love and attention. Due to a family emergency our dog was staying at our daughter’s house in New Kensington. Since my daughter works we needed someone to walk the dog during the day. My walker is absolutely amazing! So carrying and attentive! My dog loves her very much, as do I! She always goes above and beyond. She leaves me notes and updates me every day! I trust this company and highly recommend their services!

We only used Mary Beth Rock/Reges’s service “Paws for Comfort” once. We only met with Mary Beth once for around 30 minutes. She did take good care of our two German Shepherds, BUT when the second time she was contracted to provide pet sitting services came around, Mary Beth substituted someone else to do the sitting. We inquired about this “new” person and Mary Beth would only tell us her first name. She told us to “accept” that this person was ok. Since we asked twice about meeting and knowing some facts about the “new” person that we were entrusting our home and pets to, Mary Beth became angry and cancelled her contract to provide service for us. IT WAS ONE WEEK BEFORE WE WERE TO GO ON VACATION.

Mary and her team of Pet sitters/walkers are top notch. They are the first people I call if I need a walker for my dog. I have used them on multiple occasions. A+++
