We recently left our cocker spaniel, Milo, at Meadow Vale Pet Paradise while we went on holiday, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff were not only professional but truly passionate about animal care. They took the time to get to know Milo and make sure his needs were met, which immediately put our minds at ease. During his stay, we received regular updates and even photos of Milo enjoying his time there. It was obvious that he felt comfortable and happy, which made us feel confident that he was in great hands. The facilities were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing Milo with plenty of space to play and relax. When we picked him up, Milo was in great spirits, and seemed to have had a wonderful time. It's evident that Meadow Vale Pet Paradise goes above and beyond in looking after their guests, and we are so grateful for the care they provided. We highly recommend Meadow Vale Pet Paradise to anyone looking for a trustworthy, loving place to board their pets. We'll definitely be returning whenever we need boarding for Milo in the future!

Fantastic from start to finish! Living in Swansea and needing a kennel, I couldn't find a decent one locally that took dogs larger than a corgi. Meadowvale were excellent, and everyone we met on our look around was very welcoming. Rufus was very well looked after, and has a lot of energy which was something the kennels worked with to give him his own timetable. We really appreciate the time and energy that they put into looking after all the dogs there. Fantastic, 5 star kennel 😁

I've a rescue collie and had him for 4 years, even though he's a dog that's spent considerable time at rehoming kennels, I was reluctant to put him into kennels when we recently went on holiday due to the time spent socialising him. Also spent a lot of time visiting various boarding kennels, nothing was deemed suitable until I was recommended Meadow Vale with a long standing customer. As soon as we initially visited I could see Quin was very comfortable with staff and surroundings, anyway booked him in for a week, what a fantastic experience, Quin was happy, I was happy, good communication throughout with staff that gave us good positive reassurance. When I collected him he was in great condition and there wasn't a trace of any stress, immediately settled into his old routine once home, once again a fantastic experience from people that have a great ethos with regards to animal boarding along with welfare. Would certainly recommend these boarding kennels as a number one choice. Will certainly be back in the future, happy dog and happy customers thanks, Bob Davies.

Seamless and reassurance from start to finish !! We have been back from our holidays for just over a week now and it's been clear how much our tribe of 3 loved their stay at MeadowVale. The worry about leaving them for 2 weeks (when we have one little reactive boy) was real however we were reassured from the start all the way through to when we collected our pooches. We were able to take their home comforts which they loved too! On collecting the dogs it was amazing to see how well our 3 were interacting with the staff and it was clear how much they loved them. Thankyou MeadowVale for looking after our 3! We wouldn't hesitate to book our dogs in again knowing how well they are cared for , it really is a home from home xx

Very accommodating and helpful with a last minute booking due to work commitments. The owners were friendly and the facilities looked great. Dogs came back clean and happy.

John is lovely, friendly and an all round great guy. You know he loves dogs just from the way his face lights up when you talk about them or bring them to him. His own dogs are lovely and i know he provides only the best care. Our willow enjoyed her stay and will be coming back in the future if ever need be. Couldn't recommend Meadow Vale Doggy Hotel enough, definitely 5 stars! :)

Jessie loves going there, and we are happy that she is well cared for. We use them regularly, home from home for Jessie our Yorkshire terrier she is 14 years old and needs that little extra attention and definitely gets it there in Meadow Vale Pet Paradise.

Fantastic holiday hotel for our three dogs. John Ellen and Nick do a fabulous job. Our dogs are always happy to jump out of the car on arrival. Lovely place and lovely people.

Picked up dogs today after 3 night stay. I can tell they have had a great time (the dogs). Happy to see us but not desperate. Lovely accommodation and hosts are wonderful with the dogs. Totally recommend, we will definitely board ours here next time.

Just picked up Georgia from a twelve night stay with Mags and Dean. I can honestly say, I would never leave her anywhere else. They are both real dog lovers and from the moment Georgie steps through the door, it’s obvious that she feels right at home. Georgia has stayed with Mags and Dean twice, she’s already booked in for her next stay and I can look forward to my next break without the stress that all doggy daddies feel when we leave our fur babies behind! I honestly can’t recommend Mags Doggy Holidays enough and if she could speak, Georgia would say the same thing!🐕

Mags was good enough to take our hound at very short notice!! Jumbo was given the same love and attention as we give him at home. Mags kept our minds at rest by constant pictures,videos and messages while we were on holidays. 100% reccomend great service!

Mags and Dean are pawsome fur baby sitters. We left our lush and spoiled Poochon pup Ollie Paws with them for 9 days. The pupdates videos etc. really put us at ease whilest away. We didn't worry but Mags was concerned about him eating so he was even more spoiled!! XxTruthfully Ollie took a few days to settle because he missed his new family. 💙💙💙🐾🐾

This lady is amazing at what she does! Took my dog to meet mags and he instantly took to her, I knew from then I had nothing to worry about. There are no cages/ outside kennels etc, it really is a home away from home. I wouldn’t take my babies to anyone else! Thank you mag! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 …

Our dog lexi stayed with mags doggy holidays we took kexi for a visit before hand and my son went with his dad so he would be at ease leaving his beloved dog for ys to go on holidays .lexi had a fantastic time and i was kept upto date with photos of lexi having fun .will certanly use again x

Really disappointed. We left our two dogs with Hideaway for just the one night. Firstly finding the place was an effort. We questioned whether we were at the right place as we had to drive through a wooded area and up to a gate with very little information. The thing that got me is that when the dogs were collected the following afternoon we had been told that they would have been walked… but they hadn’t been as the staff ‘hadn’t got round to it’ by all accounts. I try and post positive reviews but on this occasion I wouldn’t ever go back.

Our dog has stayed at this kennel several times when the previous owners had it & we our dogs experience was always good/happy. My parents recently put our dog in while they were on holiday for 2 weeks (under the new management) and we are horrified by the condition he was in on picking him up. He has lost the equivalent of 3 cups of water in weight, he has been very sick since bringing him home & he looks as though he had been attacked by another dog! Although I understand taking on a new business is difficult, we expected our little boy to have been taken care of. We honestly will never take him back to this kennel. The new owners are more concerned about having a bad review than the fact that we are concerned we are going to loose our boy, due to the care he has been under. We trusted them to look after him. Never Again!!!

I never put my dogs in kennels before and I was extremely nervous but cannot rate this place enough, my dogs were very well cared for will definitely be going back.

I was really worried about leaving our 10yr old Staffie in a kennels he’d never been to before. He has health issues and gets stressed going into kennels. When we dropped him off, we were reassured they would take extra good care of him. I was nervous going to pick him up after 17 nights as I expected him to have lost weight as per previous stays at different kennels and possibly have over washed himself due to stress. I couldn’t have been happier to see him stretching after a nap & actually put on weight! He seemed so happy and even reluctant to leave! I can’t thank them enough and will definitely be using them again.

My 3 dogs miniature schnuzers had a lovely holiday at the hideaway kennels Baglan, the people working there really are friendly and took great care of them for ten days. Thank you so much guys. Xxx

Put our dog in there for a few days recently and was very impressed. Got a friendly welcome from the owner even though we were a bit late getting there. Kennels were clean and our dog seemed happy enough when he was collected. When I was walking up to collect him I met him out for a walk with the owner which was great to see. Would definitely take him there again.

We just picked up our Paterdale Terrier for the second time since the kennels has had new ownership. He is so nervous of people having been abused before we took him in, and he's lost his companion last year and now has to go to the kennels on his own. Its fantastic to see him being cared for and looked after. He's comfortable with the owners and thats remarkable, and he's come back clean too! I can't speak highly enough of Theresa at the moment and I'm very happy to have the confidence to leave him here whilst we're away. Nothinh has been too much trouble and Im kept updated on how he's doing.

Our 2 dogs have just returned from a weeks stay. They are always happy to stay there. Theresa and Gemma look after them well and nothing is to much trouble for them. Highly recommend them

Never Again.. I left my 2 dogs with the new owners and I’m completely horrified!! Jack Russel Cross who’s now getting into his senior years and my Pomeranian puppy only 8 months old so was already nervous about leaving them with the new owners. Well when I picked them up they were filthy dirty, saturated in urine and god knows what else. They stank so bad I had to bath them as soon as we got home. To make matters worse my Pom baby is matted. To say I’m heart broken and devastated is an understatement. I will now have to book him into the professional groomers and keep my fingers crossed he won’t need to be shaved. Never, never again 😢

This is the 2nd time Hideaway has had our Malamute, Bear and he always comes home, happy, healthy and tired. They can't do enough for you, this time we were late getting back from a holiday and even though they closed at 5 they offered to walk Bear down to meet us at 530 at the lower gates. Recommended kennels.

Cleo absolutely loves staying with Cwtches dog care, I wouldn’t use anyone else I feel safe knowing she’s happy and cared for; she’s always kept busy and looked after I love seeing regular updates when we are away Peace of mind knowing she’s really cared for

I have used Cwtches Pet Care twice for my dog Angel. They were able to fit and accommodate us, at short notice. After a meet and greet I felt very comfortable and happy to leave me dog in their care. Angel was well looked after. On our second visit Angel ran straight in with her tail wagging. This was very reassuring. I was also able to see what Angel had got upto during her visit via photos and updates on the Cwtches Pet Care Facebook site. I highly recommend Cwtches Pet Care for home boarding and I will be using them again in the future.

Highly recommend Tina! She is the friendliest, most caring and trustworthy sitter/dog Walker I have ever come across. Tina has been looking after my rats and small animals when I’ve gone on holiday for years, I wouldn’t use anyone else. She has given my rats medication/followed any special care instructions with no problems and they always love spending time with her. Even my grumpiest of rats end up cuddling with Tina haha! I can’t describe how grateful we are to Tina for all her help over the years. 5*!! xx

Absolutely fantastic service. Tina went above and beyond to look after my cat and guinea pigs while we went for a weekend away, even squeezing them in to an already tight schedule! Absolutely amazing value for money and such a caring and personalised service, we especially loved being sent photos of the pets so that we could see they were fine and enjoying some extra fuss and attention while we were away 🥰

After booking a last minute holiday, I was keen to find somewhere safe to leave my 9 year dog, who I had never left alone before. Bernadette was quick to get back to me and after we met her and her lovely dogs, I was comfortable booking my dog's stay with her. When I was away, I was kept up to date. My dog had a trip to the beach and was groomed. He had great company during fireworks weekend so I was pleased.

Bernadette is AMAZING! She is our go to doggie sitter and we love her. Our two pups love going to her, which is so reassuring as one of them is really shy/timid and doesn’t like strangers. Most recently, our babies spent about 3 weeks with Bernadette over the Christmas period, they were loved, spoiled and cared for so well that I didn’t think they’d want to come home. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Bernadette also made sure to stay in touch, by sending regular pictures and updates, which I was very grateful for. She is professional, caring and (most importantly) loves pups. We couldn’t ask for anything more and we will continue to use her all of the time. Thank you Bernadette for loving our fur-babies the way you do!!

We recently took our miniature Labradoodle to Bernadette for a full groom. She made both us and our dog feel very comfortable and cut him exactly how we asked. She clearly loves her job and the dogs love her! We will now be regular customers and would highly recommend her for both grooming and boarding.

My socially awkward Bichon Charlie stayed with B for a few days recently. He settled in really well and enjoyed mixing with his pals. Even when I bumped into him, he happily trotted along with B and his new crew 😂 B made her home his home and I couldn’t ask for more than that. When I collected him, he was beautifully groomed and looked white and fluffy. I would not hesitate to recommend B, she obviously loves dogs and that’s what matters 🥰

I can't recommend Furget Me Knot enough! B is the only person I've ever used for boarding and the dogs LOVED it. She's been grooming them too for me and they've never looked, smelled or felt better! The dogs are always eager to get to Furget Me Knot and clearly don't miss us when they're there! B is so caring and kind and it shows in everything that she does. I wouldn't choose anywhere else for our furballs!

Great service at short notice when others wouldn't even get back to me from voicemails. I understand there is probably a backlog due to covid but the business should be even more appreciated. This is excellent centre for both day trips and overnight stays for our doggie friends. The staff are knowledgeable and caring and have a genuine love of our canine companions. The centre is well placed with a large field for their regular exercises and there are areas where they can chill out in heated purpose built indoor areas which includes thoughtful touches such as sofas to make our furry friends feel at home. The overnight kennel area has large spaces for their stay so that animals ought not to feel caged in.

I’ve been taking my dogs to Glyntawel for about 6-7 years as boarders and daycare. Jayne and her staff are amazing and so caring with the dogs. The standard of the kennels is top notch. The freedom available is field to run in, a dog house for when it’s raining which is furnished with chairs and settees. They do agility, grooming and anything else your dog requires. What more can I say other than Glyntawel comes highly recommended.

My boy Griff has been lucky enough to have been cared for by Glyntawel twice a week for nearly two years. No daycare/kennel/boarding service, that I’m aware of, come close to the level of care and affection the team at Glyntawel provide. I feel blessed that Jayne and Dean set up their incredible luxury dog boarding hotel within my local area. Other than the outstanding grounds, agility park, slow running brook (which includes Griffs favourite high dive pond) and the fantastic fully furnished “log cabin” style snug, Glyntawels over-night boarding facilities are second to none. I very rarely write reviews on anything, I’m of the belief that I’ll “make up my own mind” on the place. I wrote this review because of how impressed and thankful I felt today while picking up my boy Griff his favourite place. Impressed because of how well Jayne and Dean run the show and thankful for that Griff loves it there so much that he never wants to leave!!

Would highly recommend Jayne and all the other amazing people from Glyntawel to anyone and everyone that needs dog boarding. They are so caring towards the dogs, and really give my boy the time of his life whilst I'm working away. He is always so excited to get out of the car when I drop him off, and the videos show just how fantastic and well looked after he is there. Completely takes the anxiety away from leaving him behind and would never go anywhere else for boarding ❤️

I just love everything about Glyntawel. Jayne and the staff are all wonderful and friendly and the place is just lovely. A big field with a small river for runs and then log cabins for the dogs to hang out in with their friends. My dog loves going here so much she cannot wait to get out the car and most of the time actually doesn’t want to come home. What more could you want!

100% recommend Glyntawel doggy day/night care! My labradoodle loves going. He cries with excitement as soon as we get onto the common. Jane ,Dean & staff are amazing with the dogs. They know each individual needs for them. Can't praise them enough.

Amazing staff and a superb natural environment for the dogs to romp around in. We highly recommend Jayne and team at Glyntawel. It’s always hard to decide where’s best to leave your VIDs as there’s lots of choices at varying costs. We contacted Jayne to discuss and arrange the meet and greet. Jayne was really helpful and answered all our queries. When we had the meet and greet, we met one of the team on a busy day when there were lots of other guests (Very Important Dogs) there. Our first impression was how clean everything was and how happy the VIDs all were, all out in the sun playing. Our three are nervous but settled really quickly and loved exploring. We booked them in for a couple of nights and as soon as they realised where they were when we parked, they couldn’t wait to get out of the car and go in. Jayne posts pics and videos on Facebook so you can see them while you’re away, looked like they had just a good a break as us!! When we collected them, they were clean, happy and really comfortable with the team. We’ve also taken them to the groom pod there for their haircuts and Charlene is also excellent. They couldn’t wait to see Jayne again when we arrived. Their haircuts were great so we’ve booked in again. They were relaxed with Charlene so we’re happy.

Absolutely outstanding dog minder, more of a canine hotel than a kennel. Michelle treats the dogs so well that there is the possibility you pampered pooch maybe a little reluctant to come home.

I live locally and only found out about this place recently, ( the field hire part) my dog is only 10 months old and this is the the perfect place to take him and work on his training, he loved it plenty of space to run wild.

My Willow had a great time Michelle is a very carering lady were from London and travelled down to my mum I fractured my ankle and nearly never got there but Michelle came to the rescue and had Willow for me she sent daily photos and video called me so I could talk to my girl I felt so relaxed knowing my girl was safe and having a great time I would recommend'💯 and will defo be using again

Michelle is great with the dogs and they get plenty of excercise. My schnauzer always comes home happy.
