My dog, Ollie, L.O.V.E.S. Hidden Gem. So much that we have to avoid saying it because he will run to the door, thinking he is going. They treat animals like they are family. Hidden Gem kept my Ollie when I was in the hospital, I will forever be thankful.

CLEAN. SAFE. FRIENDLY. AMAZING COMMUNICATION. It doesn’t get better than this!!! If I could give this facility 100 stars, I absolutely would. There is no question that this business was built around a deep love for animals. My dog is my baby and I want nothing but the best for her. From the moment I reached out to book her stay, I was blown away by their amazing communication. At drop off, Tegan took time out of her busy day to answer ALL of my questions (there were a lot-lol) and chat with me to get to know about me and my pup. I was able to keep in touch during my trip and check in when I wanted which was very reassuring. They go WAY above and beyond to make sure that the animals in their care are safe, happy, and enriched. Upon pickup, I could tell that my girl was loved and very well taken care of the whole time I was gone. There was no part about my experience that felt transactional, prices are all inclusive and extremely reasonable. I am about an hour away from Hidden Gem and it is worth every minute of the drive. I could rave about this place all day. If you're looking for a somewhere to board your baby, look no further. Like I said earlier, it doesn't get better than this!!!

Hidden Gem has been a lifesaver for us. I've often had to travel for work with somewhat short notice, and they've always provided a safe, caring place for our somewhat difficult pup. They even give him baths and groom him (as much as he'll tolerate - he's old and can be cranky) and we're so grateful to have found them

I have boarded 2 of my kitties at Hidden Gem Pet Resort several times. The true GEM is the owner, Tegan, and all of her wonderful employees. 💞. My kitties were wonderfully taken care of when they were there. And they were safe and secure and I was comfortable leaving them in Tegan’s caring hands. Tegan and staff love my kitties (and all of the animals they care for) like they are their own. I truly love the owner, the staff, and the facility. You can’t go wrong here. I just wish they had more space for kitties as their kitty rooms are so popular they are booked through next year. 😢. I am hoping for some cancellations so I can still take my kitties there, lol. 😀 Please rest assured when you take your pet here, they will have the best care possible.

Where should I start! Great facility, great people who care about your furry family. Our GSD Harper, who never stayed with anyone other than family, did excellent in their care. We are super excited and relieved to have our doggo stay with the Bennetts in the future!

Amazing place !! The people there are super great !! My dog loves this place and when she’s there while we are traveling I know she’s safe. They will continue to get my pup. Feel free to give them a try you won’t be disappointed !! They even celebrated her birthday!!

We had never had out dogs in a kennel before because we usually have family available when we vacation. We didn't have anyone for this year so we chose Hidden Gem. I highly recommend them. Very clean, very friendly people that care for your animals. Our dogs seemd very happy when we picked them up and they smelled good so they must have given them a bath which was very nice. We will definitely use them again for Baby and Buddy. Thank you Hidden Gem!

Hidden Gem is exactly what the name says. It took me quite some time to find a good day care for my dogs. Hidden Gem came highly recommended by several people. The staff are welcoming and personable. The facility is spacious, clean and well-taken care of. Great parking. Easy access. I take my GSD 2 days a week and they're just worn out when they come home. They have no fear of going. They enjoy their time while there. Thank you Hidden Gem!!

We absolutely love TL Bark Park!! Amy and crew do an amazing job. They are extremely accommodating especially when you are in a bind. We love getting updates on Sully (Bernedoodle) while he is there. Best care for our puppy. We needed to board our newly-spaded puppy somewhere for a day, and the Bark Park was very willing to accommodate her on a personal basis. Our puppy had a great day. She seems very willing to go back to see her nee human friends, and to play with the other dogs. We will definitely be heading back in the near future.

I highly recommend this dog kennel! Our pup Kylo had a fantastic week there and got to play with lots of other dogs. They provided regular updates, pictures, and even sent him home with a bath. A solid 10/10 experience!

We had our two Boxer mixes stay here for the first time and they came home smelling wonderful (after their bath at Bark Park) and were very happy. The online system to reserve or change is easy and the best I’ve used anywhere. Even though it’s an hour away from our home, it will be our go to for our furbabies. We are very happy and look forward to their future stays!

We recently went to Oregon to spend time with family. It was extremely hard for us to leave our dog. I could never say enough about the excellent care our dog received. We were given updates with pictures almost every day. In my estimation, it's a top notch service at an affordable price.

I don’t know what I would do without The Bark Park! Amy and the staff treat my three little guys like family. They love it there so much and we do too knowing they are well cared for in times we can’t. I can’t recommend how much the loving care they offer will mean in travel or busy days, it’s honestly priceless!!!

Lorna is a wonderful pet sitter. My two dogs love spending time with her and I know they are well taken care of. I feel comfortable knowing she is playing with them and tucking them in to bed at night. She will give updates to let you know how things are going. Our dogs don’t like leaving home, so boarding them is difficult. Since hiring Lorna, we never worry about leaving them where they are most comfortable. She comes to them, plays with them, feeds them, and gives them love and attention. We are thrilled with the service she provides!

I have six chihuahuas, or rather they have me! Lisa came to my home , learned all their names and special requirements. She gave one his seizure med daily. I received pictures of all while I was away. Lisa offers a special service and I will highly recommend her to babysit your dog(s). I plan to use her service everytime I am able to get away . I will not worry about my fur kids.🙂

Such a blessing to have this service that provides our pets with everything needed. When we return home it's like we never were away. Both our cat and dog are peaceful and content with the love and care they receive.

We have used this pet service several times over the last two years, and have nothing but great things to say! Whether it's a quick visit, or an extended stay - Lisa and her staff have proven to be highly reliable, compassionate, and attentive to our pets at all times. My dog, Milo, is extremely timid and I am always hesitant to leave him alone, but I felt extremely comfortable leaving him with Lisa and her team. She was available on short notice, extremely flexible with our schedule, and continually sent updates about how the dogs were doing. The regular check ins with texts and pictures were wonderful! I have used Your Personal Pet Sitter and Pet Taxi for regular "drop-in" visits since getting my dog in September, and am very satisfied with the quality of services provided. Lisa and her team have shown themselves to be highly caring, professional, and sensitive to the needs of those they serve (both four- and two-legged!). I have also appreciated their flexibility to adjust to my schedule as needed, as well as the updates they send after each visit. The peace of mind these services have afforded me is truly invaluable.

This is easily the best pet sitters around. They have been walking my 6 month old puppy for the past couple of months for me and they have been amazing every single visit! We prefer not to board our Border Jack, as she is very home-oriented and we want to maximize her comfort when we're gone, and Lisa and her crew have been the perfect solution for us! These sitters spend quality time with our pet, and I always appreciate that we get photos of our dog playing in the yard, updates and questions on everything, and that Lisa checks to make sure that we got home safely to our dog. I know Lisa loves what she does, and I trust her completely with River. Plus the cost is very reasonable!

I took a little cross country jaunt this week and had these folks come in to take care of the fur kids. Lisa and her crew were FABULOUS!! I use Lisa's services to take my dogs to their appointments. I have found her to be very professional and pleasant to deal with. The service has been dependable. I am disabled, so when I found her services I was overjoyed. My babies are in very good hands with her. She arrived ahead of schedule came in got a aquatinted with the girls and made them feel comfortable with her before taking them. They were more than happy to go with her to the vet. There was no fussing they gladly went with her since she make the extra effort to make make them comforable. I would highly recommend Personal Pet Sitter & Pet Taxi and have done so to others.

My dog Rain absolutely loves Vintage Country Pet Resort. He has been boarded multiple times. When I am away, I know that he is in great hands and that he is living his best life. We have 3 Shih Tzus (4 including our son's dog). We have taken our dogs there since it was Trillium. We have known these ladies for a long time. They do an amazing job with our munchkins. Their grooming is top notch and they are very kind and caring to our dogs. They are the only people we implicitly trust with our dogs grooming. Our dogs love going there.

My Luna loves it here. The dogs are grouped by size so that they do not get hurt. Is very clean. They do it all boarding,training grooming and play care

They sent updates daily of how my dog was doing during her stay with photos. I've been bringing my puppy here for daycare while my husband and I are at work and they are an absolute life saver! I can tell my baby has a blast every time she's here because she gets excited to see the workers when we arrive and comes home nice and tired after a fun day of play. Everyone I've met here so far has been extremely friendly, and you can tell they care a lot about your precious fur baby ❤️ They are good about sending updates and responding quickly to texts. If it weren't for them I don't know what we'd do. Thank you SO much Vintage Country Pet Resort! Front staff was nice all the 3 occasions I was there. Vintage have turned us away after only 3 days rather than allowing my youngest to adjust to the way they run their daycare. Vintage fails to mention that they do, in fact, place your pets in "rooms" KENNELS, throughout day because they need "breaks." Unfortunately, if I could put my dogs in any kind of kennel alone they would not need to attend daycare 5 days a week while my husband and I work. Very disappointing.

I took an old, blind dog that I rescued to Vintage Country just to meet the staff and take in the smells before I leave him there for the weekend. He was there for a couple hours. When I picked him up, the staff said he did well, so I feel more comfortable leaving him now. The staff is very friendly and professional. I appreciate having this facility where I can leave my fur babies and know they will get fine care. Thanks, Vintage Country Pet Resort!

Vintage staff loves, loves, loves animals - and more importantly, they understand animals. They took wonderful care of my diabetic pup when he used to go there. And now they treat my new pup as one of their own. I couldn’t recommend any place more highly than I do Vintage.

Jeff was very responsive to my questions and comforted my fears of leaving my husky for 2 weeks for the first time since getting him. Any time I called he was quick to answer and give me updates on my furbaby. Being a husky I was afraid he would escape they are known and great at that. However cobalt when he's comfortable and happy somewhere he won't try it at all so since he didn't in the 2 weeks he was there tells me he was quite happy there. Also I make my pup scrambled eggs every morning and jeff without questioning profiled my request and made him his eggs every day as if he was still at home.

I've taken my dog here a couple of times now, and wouldn't hesitate to do so again. He acted uncomfortable going the first time (lots of barking and weird smells to process), but was in good shape when I picked him up, and had no issues going the next time I dropped him off.

We've been very happy with the care of our hunting dogs at Stoney Creek Kennels. The place is friendly and clean, the dogs have nice space to stay and run, and the owner is a great guy. Reserve early for best results; Jeff has always returned our booking calls within 12-36 hours. Very satisfied with this service.

We love Evergreen. We have been kenneling our pups there for years and they’re the only local kennel that seems to keep their kennels clean. We tried three other kennels prior to evergreen, and each time we picked our pups up from the competitors, the dogs would always smell. One of the kennels let our dog sit in his own pee. Not evergreen, they are amazing. Now we have a golden doodle that needs grooming once every six weeks, we only trust evergreen for our needs.

Very very friendly. They seem to really like what they do. My little girl came out of there prettier than ever. Definitely recommend evergreen to anyone who wants a dog groomed.

I take my senior kitty here as needed and I know he is well loved and cared for while they are grooming him. When I pick him up he is not stressed or in distress he is relaxed and calm. They do clean the animals and cut their nails anything you ask. The staff are friendly and communicate nicely.

I have taken my dogs here every year when I go on vacation, and they always love to go back. That tells you enough right there! This year I also had cats that stayed, and they seemed just fine when I picked everyone up. If animals are happy, what else do you need to know?

THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM. On the website, the pricing is very clearly advertised as $36 per DAY. My dog was there for three days, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, to which I received a correct invoice for on Sunday night. I documented the invoice by taking a photo as I always do, so before I went and picked him up at 7:30 AM Monday morning (right when they open), I was shocked to see my bill had gone up almost $40. I explained to the staff my concern that I was clearly overcharged, and the woman at the front desk said "the way the owner has always done it" is by 12 AM that day you are charged for another day. The owner is clearly greedy, as I when I spoke with that same woman at the front desk, she overtly agreed with me that the price was incorrect and unethical and even went as far to say that she has tried to explain the (common) complaint to the owner to no avail. If your own staff is agreeing that the way you are operating your business is deceitful and wrong, then it is! I will never be patronizing this business again, and apparently I am not alone based off what I was told.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Connie Winters Pet Resort. We have used them many times over the years, and each time has been a great experience. The staff is very friendly, and they are quick to answer any of the many questions I have. Our two dogs are always very well taken care of when we are away. The doggy day camp is a wonderful feature, both as an add on during their stay and during the week when the pups need to play off any extra energy. I highly recommend Connie Winters' for anyone searching for a home away from home for their pets!

I take my puppy to Connie Winters Pet Resort for obedience training and he goes for camp a few days each week. The staff is kind and attentive. He is well taken care of while he is there and comes home from camp calm and relaxed from his play time while he is there. It is wonderful for puppies and young dogs to use that all that energy they have. They learn socialization with other dogs and humans. Going to camp and obedience training has helped to make him such a good dog. I recommend Connie Winters Pet Resort.

I have boarded my dog here twice and the staff always does a great job to make him feel comfortable. He is a very reactive dog, but I never have to worry when I go out of town because I know he is well taken care of. The prices are the most reasonable around, with additional charges for extra cuddle time and playtime, but is still extremely reasonable. The staff always takes the time to make sure both me and my dog feel comfortable with his stay there. They do a great job! Keep up the good work.

We have taken our dogs to Connie Winters for boarding, doggy day camp, and obedience training. The staff goes above and beyond for us as customers, but even more so for the care of our dogs. The staff is kind, caring, and patient with our dogs when they come. They update us about their day and are always available if we have a question. We are lucky to have such a great place to take our dogs to play, socialize, and stay when we are away. Connie Winters Resort is a second home for our dogs. We know they are safe, cared for, and have a great time every time they go. Our dogs come from camp happy and exhausted from playing. If you are in the area and want your dogs to have a great time socializing, or a good place to stay when your away, Connie Winters is it.

My dog Loves to come to Connie’s. She has been to puppy school and has stayed at the resort several times. She is very happy when we arrive there. The staff are all very friendly and very good with dogs. The grooming is excellent as are the training classes.

Connie Winters Kennel is a great pet resort! The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's in a beautiful location in the country, just outside of Indiana. There are great extras you can purchase for your pet while they are there, such as extra play time, and grooming services! They are always busy, which is a good sign that it's the place to lodge your pet worry-free! I have been lodging my dog there for the last 3 years! I recommend Connie Winters to friends who have pets!

As an owner of two former shelter animals I have had to deal with some socialization issues with both my dogs. By spending days with the wonderful people at Connie Winters Pet Resort both of my dogs have shown drastic improvements in their habits around other animals on and off the leash. The doggy day camp program is fantastic, allowing them to really play with other dogs and promising me well worn out puppies at the end of the day! Highly Recommended for anyone with a puppy that could use a little more play time.

I choose Connie Winters' Pet Resort for all my dogs needs after getting him as a puppy in 2009. I wanted a place that was clean, reliable, safe, and had a good reputation. My dog developed fear aggression as a puppy and I was worried about bringing him to any resort in fear that he would harm them or that they would reject him. They're very accepting of him. Every time I leave my dog there, despite his fear aggression, they treat him well and never have any problems with him. I've also done a behavior consultation with Connie at one point. She is very knowledgeable and gives great advice! Don't hesitate to bring your dog here for kenneling needs. The kennel is on a large property that is very clean and safe. Check them out! You won't be disappointed!

In the past, we’ve felt uneasy leaving our dog at home, but with Sugar Run, we knew our girl was in good hands! We were thankful for Vicki giving our girl some extra TLC while we were gone, too! We have used Sugar Run for years for our dogs. We know our dogs are well cared for while we are gone. I love seeing the updates of our pups on their Facebook page while we are away. This was Simon's first overnight experience away from home and he did great! I received pictures of him during off leash playtime with staff and at the dog park. Picked him up a week later and he was happy and healthy. Couldn't ask for more!

We did a lot of searching for a solid and good place for boarding our two dogs, after our former boarding placed closed. Sugar Run is great. Tried it out with an overnight, and my wife and I are very happy. Good people.

Tom came over for a meet and greet and went over everything in detail. I felt very comfortable letting him watch my dogs. He followed my instructions exactly as I explained them to him. I loved the report card and photos! I highly recommend and will definitely be using their services again!

We could not have asked for a better experience!! Tom was very thorough and wanted to make sure that no box was left unchecked before babysitting our poodle for our vacation. I received updates every single day with informative notes to let me know how Oliver was doing. Tom was responsive to my texts, and very loving to our baby boy. Clearly, Tom and his team worked with our Oliver during his 30 minute walks as we noticed Oliver with much better walking behavior upon our return! Tom and his team were faithful in watering our plants, ensuring that Oliver had music at night and had cuddle time every day. We are grateful and will use Tom’s service again ♥️♥️♥️

Initially, I became aware of Tom and Desiree through Petco‘s rover app. We started with them approximately eight months ago, and I will never have anybody else as long as they’re available. My litter boxes are clean when I come back as if I were there myself. He sends pictures of my cats, even to show that he plays with them. I recommend them highly

This is the third (or fourth?) time that I have used Tom & Desiree's service and they are just wonderful to work with. Their website makes the booking and payment process super easy and they have been great at communication leading up to and at the time of service - I have used them for both drop-in visits and dog walking for my two Labrador retrievers. They always send me a detailed "report card" - including photos - after each visit and the best part is that my dogs absolutely LOVE them (especially Tom) so I never worry about them when I know Tom & Desiree will be stopping by!

Being my first experience doing something like this I was nervous leaving my fur child but Tom and Desiree took great care of my pal baron, fed him on schedule took him out to play and interacted with him, even cleaned up an accident. They sent me pictures and he was happy and enjoying the new friends he made. The house was just like I left it when I returned home along with one happy doggy thank you so much for taking care of my best friend.

Tom & Desiree are the best! They took care of my dog Mia while I was recently on vacation. They walked her 3 times daily and showed her much love and attention. Mia is a Lab/Beagle mix and at times she can be a handful!! Her hunting instincts kick in when she see a rabbit, squirrel or chipmunk and to say she pulls on her leash is an understatement!! Tom handled her very well and was up to the challenge. I can honestly say I did not worry about her at all while she was in their care. I will definitely use Tom & Desiree Pet Service in the future! I have multiple animals. Not all of them required attention but they took time to become acquainted with them. Of those cared for, none were rushed and all were given positive encouragements. Very patient. Even went out of the way to secure pill pockets for one needing medication. Also asking if anything else was needed before finishing up

Tom took great care of our dogs and our home while we were on vacation. My dogs are still watching the door hoping he is coming back to play. Tom and Desiree are very nice people. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about Tom and Desiree’s Pet Sitting business! I feel so relieved that my cats are in Tom’s care. He is the most efficient when it comes to taking care of my boys! He plays with them, gives them lots of love and treats. He has to give meds twice a day to one of them and that’s where the relief comes in. He treats my pets as if they were his pets. Plus, Tom will bring in mail, clean, water plants and even feed the birds outside. I feel so very fortunate to have Tom & Desiree are in my life! ( he also sends pictures every visit!)
