We reached out to Gabriela on very short notice, and she was incredibly kind and accommodating. Even though she couldn't take in our dog due to pending vaccinations, her decision was thoughtful and considerate of her existing clients' safety. It's clear she genuinely cares about the well-being of all the pets in her care. Highly professional and responsible—thank you for your honesty and compassion!

Gabriela was inexpensive and accommodating, however my dog came home reeking of weed. Then I had to take him to the vet a couple days later because he had gotten a skin infection on one side of his body, so I will not be boarding here again.

Our Dog Tucker had a wonderful 1st weekend at Gabriela's. He was treated like family and made a dog friend. First time we had to leave Tucker but we felt that he was safe and well cared for. Will definitely use her service again!

If I could give more stars I would! Having a Great Dane with separation and kennel anxiety makes it difficult to find a place where I would feel comfortable boarding him. Gabriela truly treats every dog as her own and provides exceptional care. My boy has came home happy tired the times I have used her and not anxious at all. Highly recommended!

I am so happy I found Gabriela’s services! She was accommodating to my last minute request due a work trip, she didn’t mind when I checked in to see how my Buster boy was doing - even sent pictures! My flight home was delayed pushing my originally thought pick up time backwards but she didn’t mind at all. He came home so happy, tired, smelling good from a bath & with all items I had sent him with. 10/10 recommend & will be using many times in the future❤️

I have taken my dog Ozzie to Gabriellas on and off since May of 21 for daycare, and he has stayed a few over nights. Ozzie always has a great time and is excited when we pull up to her home. She always takes great care of him and provides pictures and video if you request it. Thank you for all that you do!

Great first experience kenneling our puppy. I was very nervous leaving him since he’s usually with me all day long. The team at whiskers were great dealing with my questions and providing updates when I called. I love Whiskers. The people are professional and friendly. My dog is happy when groomed. They have made accommedations for small touch ups too. Best of all, we can get regular appointments. That was not possible at the smaller dog salon I went to originally. Puppy looks so cute too.

I had used Whiskers for boarding a pet several years ago when I lived in the area. We decided to use them again, even though we are now 45 minutes away. We just love it! Very clean property. Sooo many options for rooms and extras. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Our girls got to share a room and they looked very happy there. You can get pupdates while you are traveling. Highly recommend!!

Incredibly clean and welcoming atmosphere! All of the staff were kind and knowledgeable every time I spoke to them, both over the phone and in person. It was very apparent that my dog’s well being and happiness are their first priority, and they really made me feel like she was just as special to them as she is to me. I’m actually looking forward to my vacation now, knowing that she is in such good hands! The report card they sent home for her initial play assessment was the cherry on top! It was very detailed and honest, so it really let me see how she behaved the whole day with each new stimulus. I have already started recommending them to everyone! Bertie came home relaxed and tired out, so I could tell that she had a great day!

We have a VERY anxious, and reactive dog who cannot handle even seeing other dogs. Whiskers was the first boarder that could handle his needs and get us through a successful stay!!! I'm beyond thrilled. Beautiful facilities, clean, and the staff was amazing with him. Whiskers has won themselves a returning customer!

We are so grateful to have whiskers as an option for our highly reactive pup. They are so accommodating and communication is top notch. This is the hack job they did on my long curly haired briard. They were told to shave her belly and inner pits. Instead, they whacked her hair off clear to her neck, down the inside of her legs, all the way to her feet. She looks so bad I cried. I had told the girl that came out to get her what I wanted done, and called on the way home to verify that they understood. I wanted her inner belly shaved. That was it. They clearly didn’t know what they were doing. The belly stops at the back of the front legs, NOT the neck. And the pit area does NOT run all the way down the inner leg. I am in shock. We make a huge effort to keep her in a full coat and she was completely combed out when we took her in. This is an all too common result of a groomers laziness. I hear it all of the time, “I dropped my dog off and they came out bald”I am livid. It takes 2 years to grow out a coat so this mess makes me sick to my stomach. And think, this could have been your dog. They called, apologized, and gave me a full refund, after I complained and showed them pictures of the mess they made of her. There wasn't much else they could do. But I’ll still never go back.

Whiskers offers great services and has a friendly, helpful staff. My dog really likes going there. They keep me up-to-date in line with my preferences and I recommend them for your pet!

Stephanie is the best! She’s been walking my dog daily while I’m at work. She’s responsible, trustworthy, and thoughtful. Not only does she walk my dog but she trains her as well. My dog is reactive on her leash and Stephanie handles her really well. Getting her daily notes and pictures of my pup make my day. I highly recommend this company and using Stephanie as your dog walker!

We’ve used doggie latchkey for many years after getting a referral from my parents. Our typical sitter, Rob, treats our dogs like his own and spoils them with treats, walks and snuggles when he visits. Latchkey has always met our needs for times and visits even when we didn’t have much lead time. I’m so thankful to have the option to keep our dogs at home where the are most comfortable.

So beyond happy and thankful to have found Doggie Latchkey. My husband and I rescued a socially anxious, dog-reactive border collie who always comes home from doggie boarding just stressed out and exhausted (even if it's only 1-2 nights). For our honeymoon, we felt bad putting him up in boarding for the week so we looked around for other options and found Doggie Latchkey. Communicating with them is a breeze. It is quick and efficient and personable. The meet and greet was easy. For our 5-night honeymoon, our dog sitter was Vanya and he was just truly wonderful. He was careful, communicative, helpful, and seriously put both my husband and I at ease while we were out of the country. Neither of us had had someone else stay in our home before, but any discomfort evaporated immediately as soon as the week started. We got tons of happy dog photos, clarifying questions about anything ambiguous, overall great and easy communication. When we got back the dishes were clean in the dishwasher, the trash (including bathrooms!) was taken out, the bed was stripped, and our happy little guy was his normal goofy and relaxed self (not at all stressed out like when we get him back from boarding). I seriously can't believe how incredible this service is. We got to have a relaxed happy dog, and we felt relaxed and reassured all vacation. Will OBVIOUSLY be using them again, probably sooner rather than later. Thank you Doggie Latchkey and Vanya!

Dog Latchkey has been a wonderful experience for me and my friendly, but dramatic 2 year old dog. After losing our long time dog Walker, we were so anxious about finding a new dog Walker because our dog can be very finicky and nervous at first. We were guided to an amazing dog Walker named Jess that was so patient with my pup’s needs. He warmed up to her immediately, and he now recognizes her name in excitement when she comes over. Denise is amazing at rescheduling visits and accommodating our often crazy schedules to ensure my dog always gets his walks. I can’t recommend Dog Latchkey enough!!!

Our experience with this pet sitting service has been wonderful. Denise was very friendly and helpful when I called for scheduling. We had the privilege of working with two different sitters in the last month. Both Nikki and Morgan were friendly, responsive, kept us updated with our pups activities and sent pictures. These sitters were very clean and courteous while in our home, followed instructions well, and our dogs were happy and healthy upon our return. We are quite attached to our dogs and having this amazing service gave us the peace of mind we needed to enjoy our trips.

I am able to rely on them for the care of my Roscoe while I take trips or if I need to work long hours. The texted reports and the pictures of my boy at each visit help to give me peace of mind. Absolutely incredible experience! We were a last minute daycare booking during the Fourth of July week. Leah was so kind and accommodating, and helped us get reservations. When we arrived, she came out to help as our cat had gotten sick during the car ride. She checked availability with Melanie, the amazing groomer, who fit our guy in for a bath. I was called and told they had grooming openings, which we happily took. Look how great she did! Private room was clean and had a cat tree, big window, toys, and beds. We will happily stay again. I had a bad experience with Paws & Unwind Pet Resort, and I wish I had trusted my instincts. My cat stayed here for five days, and the whole time I couldn’t shake the feeling that something wasn’t right. When I dropped her off, I was rushed through check-in and wasn’t allowed to see the facility inside. They promised to send pictures of her during her stay, but I never received any. When I asked about this at pickup, the lady smugly told me that I hadn’t chosen the "Feline Deluxe" package, just the "Normal Feline" package, so pictures weren’t included. What else wasn’t included? Was letting her out of the crate during her stay an extra charge too? The lack of transparency was appalling. When I returned from my trip, I put their address into my GPS, only to find out the place is closed at odd hours of the day. I called to pick her up and was told to come in later. When I arrived at the time they gave me, they charged me an extra $25 late fee! The staff acted annoyed, as if I was to blame for booking an "impossible" pickup time, one they themselves had set. The worst part was when they brought my cat out. She was crying nonstop, something she never does. When I got to my car, I noticed her crate was soaking wet and leaking a mysterious liquid. On closer inspection, the crate was in much worse condition than when I dropped her off, dirty, smelly, and clearly neglected. I went back inside to confront them and took a photo for proof. After reading other reviews, I found out this isn’t the first time someone has had a similar experience here. It’s clear there’s a pattern of neglect and poor treatment of pets. In total, I paid $145 ($20 per day + $25 late fee) for this awful experience. If you’re considering this place, think twice. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone or their pet.

We started taking our dog here for nail trims based on local facebook recommendations. We were not disappointed! Our dog is very anxious and they are happy to accommodate us to get the job done (includes letting us hold him and bribe him with peanut butter during the process). Staff is very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend for nail trims. We have not done any boarding or full grooming services.

The staff gets to know each dog and is very friendly and professional. I take my granddog there often and he is always happy to go.

I will not bring my dog back here. They have brought him out from boarding twice without a leash or harness. I told them the first time he is not good off leash and all it takes is for someone to open up the door to pick up their dog and my dog will run away. I brought him back in hopes they learned from that mistake, but they brought him out without a leash again. The worker said they “didn’t get the chance.” That is unacceptable. You are supposed to be professionals. I am entrusting you with my dogs safety and if this is how you guys act in front of me, then I don’t even want to know how lazy you are behind the scenes.

Leo had a great first stay and came home happy and clean! Paid extra for playtime and was excited to receive photos and video of him having fun with his new friends. Thank you! *it's been a few months now and he still loves it! Mel was a lifesaver with grooming him. He hadn't shed properly his whole life as he was stuck outside. With her help, he is more handsome than ever and is looking more and more like a Husky with each session.

Melanie did a fantastic job with my boy Lucky! She did an excellent job with his heart shaped butt and with his overall grooming service. He had a great time in daycare too. We will definitely be back!

I took my dog to daycare for the first time today. My heart is so full looking at the pictures and videos they sent me. I truly appreciate the care the staff here has for the animals. My dog is my whole world and I am so happy we found a place for him to socialize and exercise at while Im at work. Looking forward to bringing him back!!

Have brought our two dogs here 3 or 4 times now and have had the best experience l! Very easy to communicate with and she has sent pictures and given updates everyday while they’re there! And when we pull up the dogs yank us straight to her door so they must love it too! 100% recommend bringing your dogs to her !

started using her woth rover and then in to her personal aite. Services were fine until they weren't. She lost my dog. He ended up at the animal shelter. Apparently I still owed her $40.00. I wasn't aware. I got an i voice but thought it was a receipt? She never texted me directly. Months later, like six, she kept running my card. 7 or 8 times untilnshe got something. I never authorized her to run my card and definitely not that many times. Just beware.

I am very pleased with Fuzz Buckets! But more importantly, my cat is happy. Holly visits and not only takes care of litter, food and water, but treats and play time. Having the service makes going out of town a simple matter of a phone call or text and I'm ready to go!

I used Fuzz Buckets 2021/2022 early in the year. I stopped using Fuzz Buckets in March/ April 2022. Holly is a caring person however she was not coming at consistent times. We have 2 cats and one is blind and at the time needed medications. So the inconsistency for our blind kitty with colon issues was not good. The stress of Holly coming sometimes very late was not good for her medication schedule or her in general. Also, having to chase a blind cat was not easy I realize but things were always out of place upon our return. I stopped using her services and asked for my house keys back in March/April 2022. I have emailed, texted and reached out to her numerous times with no response and no keys! It’s been over 6 months and she refuses to bring back my keys to my home. This is unacceptable as a business owner she has an obligation when I’m no longer using her services to provide me with my property back. It’s still a business she is supposed to be running and as a former client I’m entitled to my property. So buyers beware yes she is caring but you may not get your property back should you choose to go elsewhere.

I cannot say enough good things about Fuzz Buckets! Holly and Alexis have both cared for my pups. They are incredibly accommodating, reliable, and compassionate. It gives me a great peace of mind when I’m away knowing my babies are in good hands.

Fuzz Buckets took amazing care of our cats while we were out of town! We were able to meet with Andi beforehand, which made us even more comfortable. I loved seeing the picture and text updates for each visit. It made me feel at ease while I was away and my cats seemed to really enjoy her visits!

I love Fuzz Buckets, but I thin k my dog George loves them even more! This outfit is so professional, I get pictures of the walk and a summary of how the walk went with a little map of the route that they took! Fuzz Buckets exceeded my expectations for a pet sitting service. They came to my home once a day for a week to care for my two cats. Everything from feeding them canned food and cleaning the cat box, to cleaning up after my pukey cat. I received detailed daily updates and even pictures of my fur babes. This is a great service that lets you relax knowing your pets are being taken care of by trustworthy people who are passionate about the wellbeing of your animals.

Holly and her team are amazing! My dogs absolutely love her...I feel completely comfortable with her coming into my home and my pups absolutely adore her. My dogs are like my children---I am very selective in who I allow to watch them so it says a lot that I hired her to pet sit. We recently switched over to Camp Bow Wow from another kennel. They offer so much for our four-legged furball to have fun with. We absolutely love the hours to be able to drop off and pick up. They are always willing to answer the phone and answer questions for you. We actually had him over there when We had to have our pup have a couple of meds, and they take very good care of them. They have a real nice area for them to stay in or those little raised bed. They have clipboards on the outside to let them know there's any instructions or any needs that you're for baby might need. We love the pet cams so we can check on our 75 lb Boomer. They also have what they call enrichment time. And we have pictures of him actually diving nose first into a foam party. They also have little pools for the dogs to be able to play in. Absolute love that we switched to Camp Bow Wow. If you want them to have a bath they do a really good job with that as well Just give them a heads up. They are conveniently located the one we go to not far from the Grand Rapids airport. Keep up the great work. Boomer actually cries when he gets dropped off and can't wait to get in the back.

Our dog Boomer stayed at the Camp Bow Wow by the Grand Rapids Airport. He boarded with them for week. During our car ride home we noticed multiple scabs on his head, snout and side of his face… Also, when we got home we noticed his neck area wasn’t drying at all. We did ask for him to get a bath his last day so that was expected so we took his collar off so he could dry. A few hours later we noticed it still hadn’t dried so we took a closer look at his neck. Sure enough he had a hot spot the size of my hand. I emailed and sent photos and was told the scabs we caused from a puppy (which if that really was the case that’s fine just tell us so I’m not thinking my dog got in a fight or something) and that even the person bathing him didn’t notice the hot spot and just noticed the mat in that area. To say that I was upset about the whole situation is an understatement. At least tell me those few “facts” when I picked him up so I’m not thinking the worst had happened. Back to the hot spot, this didn’t just happen because of a bath he took the same day we picked him up. He was apparently in water almost everyday and no one had the sense to recognize that he wasn’t drying under his collar and when you pet him your hands give off a weird smell?? Seriously this was a case of ignorance and neglect. I let them know I was taking him to an urgent care vet due to the severity of the location and size and asked to be compensated for the vet visit. They had to get back to me since the owners were out of town. I came out of this whole situation with paying for his entire boarding stay, his urgent care vet visit and getting “credit” to Camp Bow Wow for future visits as the best thing they could do… I doubt I will ever take him back EVER to this location if not the entire franchise. I expected them to take care of my family member while I was gone and I got him back in a terrible state (the hot spot was so much larger than we though, just look at the photos). Just in case you’re on the fence of sending your precious dog here, look at these photos and I hope it helps!

The team at Camp Bow Wow Grand Rapids are the best! They were attentive to our puppy’s first visit and made leaving him there a stress free experience for us. We could watch him throughout the day with the live cams and were both surprised and pleased to see the amount of interaction the staff had with the dogs. Furthermore, they were appropriately separated by size and temperament. When we went to pick up Gus, he happily followed the staff member and was almost sad as he was leaving. Bottom line: Camp BW exceeded our expectations, the facility was clean and pleasant, staff were professional and interested in your dog’s experience and our dog, Gus, couldn’t have had a better experience!. Thank you, Camp BW!!

My dog has pretty high separation anxiety, and the staff here is so kind and understanding of my dog's needs. Even after moving 30 minutes away from this location, I still go here for overnight stays because I know she'll be well taken care of. Thank you from me and Xenna!

They know our dog’s name and they treat her with so much love and care. They always tell us how her day was and they value her presence every time she comes for daycare or boarding.

The staff is very friendly and my dog Belle was happy to go back for her stay after her interview day. I like the option for enrichment sessions as she is an older dog and benefits with more one on one time. She also wore her festive bandana proudly even though she doesn't really care for baths. I also like how easy it is to schedule and that I can check the camera to see if my pup is having fun!

Wonderful staff that truly cares about about your dog's well-being. Facilities are clean and well kept. The high level of customer service makes you feel very confident in their ability to care for your dog when you're away. In fact, my otherwise shy lab has gained confidence after staying at Camp Bow Wow! You can even watch your dog on one of their webcams when they are out playing. Highly recommend!

My little Hazel had a blast during her first day at camp!! Everyone was super friendly and explained everything very well since it was our first time there.

I absolutely love Camp Bow Wow - Airport location! Our puppy Zoey has so much fun when she goes to daycare and has a few friends she loves to play with. Camp Bow Wow is great at communicating and will send pictures too. On days where I am extra busy, we love sending her there so she has playtime and can stay active and not alone at home. I would definitely recommend Camp Bow Wow.

Kim’s K-9 takes superb care of my bernedoodle. I started with Kim’s when he was just a puppy four years ago and we have been loyal ever since. He considers Kim’s his second home.

I used Kim’s K9 in the mid 90’s when we had a lab puppy. Used the boarding and training services. It was great. But we signed our new puppy up for puppy kindergarten and it didn’t go well. Our new puppy is 5 lbs and will be 8 lbs full grown. I didn’t think of it at the time but she was by far the smallest dog in class. I wish the staff would have discussed this with me when I signed up. Lucie was with me. We left the class after 10 minutes of free time. She was getting trampled on. Lesson learned. Everything else about my experience with Kim’s K9 is very positive.

The day training program with Sam transformed my dog in 3 weeks. My dog enjoyed the training and loves that our walks are more fun. I wish I would have done it sooner. I thought leash pulling was forever.

I've been to Kim's twice now for dog training. Everyone there does an amazing job and I'm always complimented on how well my dogs behave. It's also a great way to get your dogs socialized in a controlled environment. I can not recommend this place enough! 5/5 stars

I'm extremely happy after my dog completed day training at Kim's K-9! The commands I had been trying to teach her did not have the consistency that she needed. The daily reinforcement she received at training escalated her learning and everything seems to have stuck with her! I can take her more places now and I have more trust in sticky situations. As If I couldn't love my dog more!

We have been going to Kim’s K9 since 1998. Our dogs have gone through their puppy class, training, daycare, and boarding. We have always had a great experience. Our dogs get excited to be there. The staff is exceptional and very accommodating. I highly recommend their services!!

I've worked with Kim and Martha professionally for a few years, so when I got a puppy, I knew Kim's K9 was the place to go for training. The first day of puppy class was a success. We received beneficial advice on how to have a happy puppy and happy us. I recommend Kim’s K-9 totally. Staff is warm and so helpful and you can tell they love their job. Bootcamp for Lacey was great. The trainer Beck was great with Lacey and our training. We have a different dog than what we brought in that first day. Lacey is still spunky but we know how to work with her so that we can take her with us and enjoy her.

Kim’s K9 provides an excellent and caring training program geared towards your dog’s personality. We continue to bring our dog Riley there for daycare every week. The staff is wonderful and he loves playing with his dog friends!

My pups and I absolutely love Nature of the Dog! Jackie, Luke and the entire are wonderful, friendly, attentive and clearly care very much for all the dogs. I love the small play groups with attention to most compatible groups. I cannot recommend Nature of the Dog for daycare & boarding.

We've sent our dog here for both overnight boarding and doggie daycare, they've been great! Really nice facility and the owner/staff are kind and friendly. Our dog seems to really enjoy his time there, too!

We have two Great Danes, who we board at Nature Of The Dog. We have boarded them at other places previously, and NOTD is by far the superior facility and staff. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Our dogs are excited to go to Nature Of The Dog and always come back in good condition and good spirits. They also have an excellent website, including dog friendly stores around Grand Rapids. HIGHLY recommend!

My dog Sadie loves Nature of the Dog for boarding and daycare. And she LOVES Mr Luke & Ms Jackie. Sadie has been going for visits since she was a puppy and she never loses her excitement for getting to see her pals! I send my dog there for day care daily and have used Nature of the Dog for boarding, and I cannot say enough great things about Jackie, Luke, their staff, and the facility! My dog is cared for and loved there, and I love that they get plenty of play time outside.

Puppies and not-so puppies love it. The way sessions are paid for you it’s have to plan well for your needs and make sure you understand conditions. At the GRR location is a little hectic right off M37 especially during drop off / pickup and rush hours.

Nature of the Dog is the best! Our very active and excitable golden needed a place that he could run and play under the supervision of experienced staff. Luke and Jackie take great care of him while boarding or durning the day for daycare. He always comes home tired and relaxed. I also really appreciate how they took the time to learn what kind of personality our dog has and how we have trained him. They work with him while he visits and make sure to reinforce positive behavior.

Well folks...we are happy to give this awesome, smaller boarding/doggie day care a "they've got it going on!" Nature of the Dog truly recognizes the nature if the dog. Boarding kennels are top notch and the owners know doggies (right down to keeping white noise going for dogs in their bedrooms waiting to rotate out into the play yard). Thumbs up to owner Luke. Relaxed, sweet atmosphere for visiting canine family members.

Great place to board your dog! My dog can sometimes struggle to get along with other dogs especially with toys nearby and they were very accommodating to this. They introduced him slowly and he felt comfortable enough to play with other pups! We hoped they would post more pictures of him while he was there but overall, a great experience!

We have loved Nature of the Dog!!! Our pup Remi loves going for daycare and boarding. He always comes home happy and tired. As first time dog owners we were nervous finding somewhere based off reviews. Nature of the Dog didn’t have a single bad review and you can tell why! Definitely check it out if have haven’t already.

This group is incredible. I am not able to do 30 minute walks right now and they have come in with lots of love for my Maisie and walked her. In an emergency they saved me by taking care of her. They are absolutely the best. I trust them completely. I’m so so so grateful for them. Diane and Jen are just awesome. They are caring and compassionate. Maisie loves them! I recommend this group!!!! Scheduling is a snap. Payment is a snap.

Cheyenne, and Diane were great with our pups! Both of our dogs have a lot of energy so we were worried how they would interact with the sitters, and they did great. Both dogs were very content throughout the visit. We got thorough updates and pictures at each visit. We will never use a kennel again, we highly recommend this crew.

Pet-Agree was fantastic checking in on our cat while we were away getting married! We loved the daily updates and pictures we received. We will definitely use them in the future!

The team at Pet-Agree is the best! We used them over Thanksgiving and had zero worry the whole time. Our lab adored them and you could see how happy he was in all the pics and videos they shared. Special shout out to Kristi for staying with him. We will absolutely use them again!

I have used this service for almost two years now. They are true life savers!! My current sitter, Jenn, is absolutely AMAZING!!!! She takes the best care of my babies and I can tell she loves them like she loves her own fur babies. She will always let me know if there is something going on with one of them, a limp, a sore, the runs... one time she even stayed after her scheduled time just to stay with one of them until I got home because she wasn't feeling well! Jenn always goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. She tells me of the funny antics they do as well. It gives me such peace of mind knowing that Jenn, and petagree, will always be there for my Lexie, Ziggy and Zora. Matt, who I believe is the office manager, is also a pleasure to deal with if I need to make any last minute changes. It definitely feels like a family when working with them. I can't say enough good things about them. If Jenn can't take care of my pups one day, I have confidence my babies will still get a great sitter! They also never send anyone in blind. The sitter will always meet your dogs with your normal sitter first. Lastly, I also love the updates I get on their portal after every visit which even tells me how many times they went potty during the visit. And Jenn takes the most incredible photos with very in depth updates. I highly recommend petagree!!!!!!! I can't thank Jenn, and the pet agree team, enough for taking such great care of me and my pups.

Can't say enough good things about PetAgree. Weekday lunch breaks, random date nights, recently a longer trip, they alwsys take excellent care of our babies. Easy to schedule, great communication, and of course, super cute pics of my kids.

Pet-Agree took care of my cat over the holiday weekend and I could not be happier with their service! Diane gave my cat food and water, scooped the litter, and played with him. I looked forward to the updates every morning with pictures! Payment and scheduling was so easy in the online portal. I will use their service next time I need a cat sitter!

My family has been boarding our dogs here at Brooknelle for years! After management changed we noticed so many new positive changes!! Brian and Brittany are so welcoming and make sure every pet there is well taken care of! They are making so many new improvements such as a whole new play room, grooming room, and another play yard! I’m so happy to have all the members of Brooknelle because they are truly great and I trust them!

Under new management and instituting new policies and services, Brooknelle has taken the angst out of leaving my furry family member when necessary. From the start, Brittany and Brian were ready to accommodate my pet’s needs and to ease the stress of leaving my dog behind. Each pet has its own space if that’s the vibe you’re looking for, but there is also opportunity to mingle with other pets. I have used boarding routinely at Brooknelle and feel that the attention each pet gets has changed the quality of my time away. I know that my dog will get all he needs and if there are questions about anything, I can be called. I like the fact that there are staff members onsite 24/7 and they work hard to acclimate pets to being away from home. By now I have used most of the services and couldn’t be happier. Constantly improving, Brooknelle feels like home. The welcoming atmosphere will have clients returning and I’m thrilled to see Brooknelle’s success.

Brooknelle is the BEST. My dog is particularly anxious and Brian and Brittany went out of their way to make him (and me) feel comfortable. They are extremely patient, welcoming, and kind. I take my dog there for daycare almost everyday while I’m at work and he loves it! Brooknelle has an awesome outdoor space which I love since I don’t have a backyard. My dog always comes home tired and happy :) All the staff care for the dogs so well and I completely trust them with my fur baby! Would highly recommend Brooknelle to all pet parents!!!

This is ABSOLUTELY the best place to take your pet. You KNOW that your family member, your baby is taken care of and loved! The staff are incredibly nice and caring. Stephanie, is so loved by our dog. It gives you (owner) a sense of comfort when having to leave them. FAST FORWARD TO MOST RECENT : September 11th, 2024 Unfortunately, it is not that way now. The new people that came in seem like they don’t even like dogs. When Stephanie was there, she let out dog go off to the side office and just relax a little because he was shaking. It was what he was used to. The last time we took him for just his nails to be trimmed, he wasn’t allowed to go into the side office where he was trying to go. The two younger employees were just pulling on his collar that was pulling harder around his neck and he was crying. Once they got him through the door, the young gentleman just closed the door as if it made it better that I couldn’t see him. Our dog had been going there for years. They even asked me for a record of his shots… I was perplexed at how they didn’t even have those on file. We won’t be going back to Brooknelle for kenneling, nail trimming, anything. It is not the same without Stephanie.

I had such a positive experience at Brooknelle last weekend! I had used this facility 8 months ago and it was OK. I was so impressed with how the new management has made many upgrades . Managers Brian & Brittany, along with their staff were so attentive to my dog Sadie's needs. When I picked her up after a long weekend stay, Sadie didn't want to leave! She was so well cared for & I plan on using Brooknell for all my future travels. Thank you for your kind & compassionate care of Sadie!!

Or any other place that I would want to leave my best friend. They do such an incredible job with my dog. Every time I drop him off he's so excited to be there and he's welcomed like he's part of their family. I highly recommend Brooknelle pet hotel!

Stopped in and saw Brian and Brittany at the updated Brooknelle Pet Hotel and was very impressed with all the different updates they have completed and got a sneak peak at some of the additional updates they are making!! This has greatly increased my kids chance of getting another dog because I now have a place that I know will care and love them as much as we love our pets when I’m traveling for work
