My fur baby (chocolate & white doodle) enjoyed his stay! We were confident that he was in good hands while away. When we need boarding services again, we won’t hesitate to bring him here.

I recently had two dogs stay there. Both were completely up to date on their shots. However both of them came back to us after 3 days with kennel cough! In addition, when I went to pick up, I was allowed to walk in the back. They only have about 3 regulation kennels! There are a bunch of crates placed right next to each other for the other dogs! I could tell my dogs were extremely stressed! We had to have our dogs on medication for 10 days after this! It cost us around $200 in vet bills! Thanks for nothing!

I have been using the Boarding services and have no complaints. The staff is very dog savvy. The dogs all seem very happy and well cared for. The prices are very affordable.

The fact that my dog Teddy gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot should tell you all you need to know about this place. Heck, his excitement starts at home. As soon as I mention the words “day” and “care” he stands by the door ready to go. He LOVES it there! I highly recommend Pups at Tiffany’s!

I’m having mixed feelings at this time. At first everything was smooth. The cost for boarding was stated up front. When I picked up my dogs the first time, one of them was injured(I can’t lay blame on anyone because the injury could have happened by the dog herself) it just cost well over $200 for the vet bill. The second time, there was no apparent issues except when you over pay, they give you a card with punched holes in it for your credit. I am NOT a fan of this! Then they won’t acknowledge your credit unless you have that card! So it’s kind of giving money away. Lastly, I noticed added charges for misunderstanding pick up times. I knew I was not gonna be able to pick them up in the am, so when I get there, I’m told I owe an extra $20 for picking up in the afternoon. The fee I paid was set for the afternoon, but she said it wasn’t. I’m really hoping things start getting smooth again! We shall see

There aren’t enough good things to say about The Dog House! My Princess is a master at escaping crates and has high anxiety. The staff at The Dog House, the owner in particular, took my fur baby right in and helped her feel at ease. I even get updates and pictures of Princess while I’m away. We will be repeat clients!

If I were a dog, I'd be here, the crew working here, loves all the dogs as if they owned them. , Ziva is tired when she leaves to come home. The best is Kisses, she loves her dogs. The owners are GREAT! Foolish to go anywhere else, Paws and Play rules.

NEVER take your dog to them . . They charged for a dog they couldn’t even cut . They never called to say they couldn’t cut him as well. On top of that the person that said they would groom him wasn’t Even there

**Long review** The older gentleman I spoke to on the phone when I called for the first time, was so kind and soft spoken. He took the time out to answer my questions both over the phone and in person he provided more information about their doggy daycare and boarding requirements. Their staff allowed me to go with my pups to attend their first meet and greet with the other dogs at doggy daycare, which went well. The staff are all great, they know each dog by name and treat their fuzzy clients with love. If you have dogs that are not used to being away from you for more than a few hours, you'll have to ease them into being boarded for a night or more. I say this because my pups stayed for 6 days and ended up coming home dehydrated (they don't like to eat or drink much when we aren't around, maybe because they're savoring their food and water because they're unsure when we'll be back) so it was no fault of the business, owners, or staff. They were a little dirty but that's only because I didn't know that they will give your pups a bath before they return home, if they stay for 5 or more nights, upon request. I'll remember that for next time, for sure! So thank you, Paws and Play, for taking care of my doggos and letting me know how they were doing when I called to check up on them.

I Will Never bring my dog there again. I have a 2 lb miniature yorkie. He was boarded for the weekend. I picked him up this afternoon. He smells like feces, he was damp and his items were returned to me in a plastic bag. I was told his items had feces in it and they can wash it and I can come back to pick them up. We had to ride with the windows down, immediately give him a bath. He seems lifeless and has been vomiting since we’ve been home. This is a true disservice. I would not recommend this place.

Excellent staff..helpful and friendly. Used their services for weekend boarding. They took great care of my older Diabetic pup. When I called to check-in on my pup they gave me an update and checked on him right then to let me know what he was doing. I would 100% recommend them for any services they offer. Pup Daycare, Boarding or Grooming..expect to have an excellent experience!! Thank you to everyone that took care of my Pounce!!

Paws and Play is a fantastic place for dogs. Whether you want to use it for daycare, boarding, or grooming, the staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. The facilities are clean, and they have plenty of space for the dogs to run around and play. This was the first place we ever boarded our dog and she came back so happy and worn out from playing that we did not hesitate to bring her back for daycare and boarding in the future. I'm very sad that we had to move from the Columbus area because I don't think we'll be able to find a spot like this for our dog anywhere else.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Paws and Play. We sent our golden retriever there for over a year, 3 days per week and then every time we needed to leave town. They took care of our dog like one of their one. I know that he was loved, played with, and safe every time he was left in Nancy and Mike’s care. He loved going and would run to the door excitedly when we told him he was going to Paws and Play. Very clean and well run facility. If it weren’t for the army relocating us, we would still be using. It was an emotional event when we had to pick him up for the last time. Highly recommend!

Whenever I bring Kevah she is super excited in the car. Once I let her out, she runs in, greets everyone, and makes her way to the back with her friends. Apparently she knows her own way around. Her excitement let's me know they take good care of her!

They are very kind people. They give you a tour of the entire facility. My dog gets separation anxiety but she seems to be okay when leaving her here, she has fun. Not entirely thrilled about the sleeping arrangements, definitely had better. They will do what they can to accommodate the eBay they can.

My go-to for daycare and dog stays. Preppy Pets has been there for me when I desperately needed a safe place for my dogs to stay. A few years back, I broke my femur and ended up in the hospital for nearly a month. They worked with me and kept my 3 small dogs fed, active and most importantly, safe and healthy. They provided updates to me and were so kind. While Preppy Pets may not be as fancy as some other places, their fees are reasonable and I know my (now four) dogs will be fine when I entrust them to Preppy Pets.

The absolute BEST care my dogs have ever received! I wish I could give them 10 stars! I highly recommend Preppy Pet Columbus. The owners and staff are AMAZING! I’m so grateful I found them! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my fur babies! This was the second time I boarded them with Preppy Pet and each time they have taken great care of my girls. One of my dog's has anxiety and this is the only place she has come home without any issues. I also love the pet cam, we were able to check in on our girls during playtime. It's great to be able to travel and not have to worry because I know they're in good hands. Thank you so much!

Preppy pets has ABSOLUTELY earned the trust of the Ruiz family ! 100%. We had to head out or town to handle family business and they accommodated for us even at the very last minute and we are so glad they did. They OBVIOUSLY took very good care of our dogs. They were almost gliding through the house when we brought them home. They smelled great, they were fed and hydrated, their attitudes were very calm and completely satisfied and that let us know the amazing care they receive at Preppy pet. We are a family of 4 rescues and it means the absolute most to us that we found someone here in GA that loves them as much as we do. Thank you all so much for taking care of our two loves ones and we will DEFINITELY be returning. You’ve definitely got a loyal customer from this day forward !

This past 4th of July weekend was our second time using this facility. We were so pleased when we used it over a year ago with our Golden retriever, that we decided to use them again. We dropped them off on Friday before the Tuesday Fourth of July holiday. We picked them up on Wednesday. The female owner and her staff brought our shepherd and retriever to Our car when we picked them up, as we did not have our leashes. The first thing I noticed upon the dogs greeting me at our vehicle was that they reeked of the smell of urine. It was repulsive. I thought it might just be since they just left the building, so I didn’t say anything. Also, I was so excited to see them that I did not say anything to the owner. On the drive home, the urine smell Was so atrocious that we had to Roll down all the windows in our SUV. We immediately gave both of the dogs baths upon our arrival home. We also noticed a cut on one of our shepherds legs. She didn’t have it when we dropped her off. We have put a cone on her and may have to take her to the vet. The owners are very nice, as well as the staff. We were surprised using them this time, with these issues happening, since we had no problems the first time around. We paid $250 for the care of our dogs. We were disappointed with this happening.

First time using this place, and we boarded our fur luvs for a bit. We opted out of the grooming and bathing, but our experience with boarding was WONDERFUL from start to finish! Our dogs went in and out happy. Even when the kennel tech took our dogs out to bring them to us, they looked happy and content before ever noticing us for pick up. The customer service was excellent! Please note that if you don't know anything about boarding an animal, please do your research. I had a great experience here, but you should learn about your animal's behaviors that may happen when boarding that wouldn't normally happen at home. I feel the other reviews are from misinformed or otherwise unaware owners. Also, if you're unsure, try daycare. This place has a great daycare program. Give them a call and check it out. ❤️

Preppy Pet was awesome! While visiting from Virginia for my son's graduation at Fort Moore, Preppy Pet helped out by providing day care services for our Toy Poodle Salem, so she could join the family on this special trip. Thanks again for everything! We greatly appreciate you taking good care of Salem!

Safe environment with plenty of indoor space for doggy play days. Good place to socialize a pup and board while out of town. Very reasonable rates. Loved how soft our sweet smelling our doggie was after a bath there. The owner and staff are patient, friendly and you can tell they care about the animals wellbeing.

I would highly recommend Preppy Pets. The owners and workers were all nice and caring. In the past we have boarded Our 15 year old chihuahua, Tip, at his vet here in NC. He wouldn’t eat and seemed nervous and anxious when we picked him up. Not the case at Preppy Pet. He even squirmed in my arms and when I put him down he headed back toward the other doggies! I’m from Columbus and will certainly use Preppy Pet for Tio whenever I’m in town.

Want to give them a negative 0 i spent a lot of money with them and left my dog in there care for months while out the country to come back and find out they was feeding my dog food to other dogs and wondering why she was running out so quickly because she is a yorkie only 7 lbs and then mixing her up with other dogs and when I came home after 3 months i found out my dog was sick comes to find out she was pregnant and gave birth in my bedroom behind chair. I called them to tell them what happened they blaming me i called them on 12/19 to ask for professional courtesy and pay for puppies being shots and exam they said no . I’m so disappointed in how they dealing with this all i asked for was help for his 6week shots only 120 dollars nothing more and this how they treat me . I found out after looking into more of them how they keep our animals while we are away or at work not cool. Horrible company don’t take your animals there .

I went the first time and booked for a spa package and only received the basic package. In addition when I got my Pomeranian back his cut was extremely choppy. They offered me the spa package the next time for the same price. Today I went back and gave it another chance and got the same result only maybe worse. His cut was extremely choppy, his face was the worst but it was all over. I asked twice for it fixed and that I said no buzzer, the groomer proceeded to take him back and use buzzers.

Fur-Baby pet services are awesome! My dog love to attend the daycare there and always sleeps like a baby after a day full of fun with his furry friends! Their prices are affordable and they always post pictures of our pets daily on Facebook so that we can see the fun they’ve had! The staff is always friendly and professional! They even give me verbal updates on my fur baby Kobe’s day at daycare! Today my dog met Santa! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I can't say enough good about them. My dog did two week board and train, while Mak trained me too ;) and he was a new dog after! From training, to grooming, to daycare, the personalized attention is really the best. They treat Every pet like it's their own and you know they truly love what they do. My dog knows when we are on the way there now and he Loves it. They answer phones and Facebook messages so fast, the convenience of everything is just the best. Highly Recommend!

Had an 8 AM appointment for my Yorkie to be groomed. I asked to "wait" when I made the appointment. Was told this morning that "waiting" is never an option. This business is "drop off" only. An hour later she was ready. That is my only complaint. Satisfied with the finished product, price and the customer service. ❤️

If you need a place to keep your pet, these guys and gals are the best! Highly recommended, we let them take care of my fury brother I adopted when my dad passed. He is a huge Rottweiler, and they have no problem with him. Also, they take pics and post them on their Facebook page.

Words can not describe how much I love fur baby pet services. I am so thankful for Mak and his whole staff for ALWAYS taking care of my fur baby while I am away ❤️. I took my puppy here for bout 4 days and then the last day I brought my puppy home and she whined all night so the next morning . I took her out to use the bathroom and she was limping very badly and wouldn't eat or drink . So I called up there to see if maybe she fell or to see if they could tell me what was possibly wrong . All I was told was that she was fine when she left and that it wasn't no need to take her to a vet . So that same day took her to aftercare vet (Rivertown )to see if they could tell me anything Which at this point my puppy is barely standing up.All I was told was thatshe was probably sore from playing and X-rays were taken and everything showed up fine and was left to paying bill of $628 . So I agreed maybe that could be the case . So later that night she yelped and whined all night so I took her to see her regular vet (Macon Rd Vet) and they said same thing . So I took her home that night no moving what so ever . She couldn't even stand up and literally stayed in crate and when tried to get up she would just collapse so I felt like it was more to it and at this point all four paws were swollen . So I rushed her back to vet and they checked her body temp and it was 105 so they said they had to keep her over night . So she stayed there and test were ran and another set of X-rays were taken and everyday got more severe to point that she had to stay longer trying to see the issue and finally said that 3 of her paws had gone down but back left leg was getting worse . To the point the swelling had spreaded up her back left leg to her rectum . So we where forced to put her down cause she was in to much pain and symptoms were getting worse . We were told that she had an infection in her leg from the injury and they tried everything they could to stop it but couldn't and was left with another bill of $1,628 .So I went on their page from the last day she attended and it was a picture they had taken where my puppy fell on that same back left leg and just layed there with the facial impression that she was in pain and I guess one of the workers reached hand out to try and get her up . I showed vet the pic and he said that that looks like it could be the cause of injury . I would not recommend this service to NOBODY WHO TRULY LOVE THEIR PET . I REALLY WISH Me AND MY WIFE NEVER DID TAKE HER THERE BECAUSE IK SHE WOULD STILL BE HERE . ITS ALREADY A BIG RED FLAG THAT YOU CANT TOUR THEIR FACILITY OR EVEN WATCH FROM CAMERA OR ANY THING . AND THE FACT THAT COULDNT NOBODY AT FACILITY TELL ME THAT SHE FELL IT WAS KINDA SWEPT UNDER THE RUG BUT SEEN IN A PIC THEY POSTED OR THEIR FACE BOOK. But if you read all reviews and it's seems to be that everybody's pet has same problem their legs and paws so that's not a coincidence. Evidently. They are not being supervised right . IF YOU LOOK AT THEIR FACE BOOK PAGE AND SEE PICS YOU WILL SEE THAT THEY HAVE A LOT OF DOGS OF ATLEAST 10 OR OUT AT A TIME ALL DIFFERENT AGES, SIZES, BREEDS , SO ONE OR 2 PEOPLE CANT MONITOR THAT . IT WOULD TAKE MORE . SO INJURY TO ANY DOG ATTENDING IS LIABLE TO HAPPEN IN ANY KIND OF WAY UNDER THAT KIND OF TERMS OF SUPERVISION. LOST MY FAMILY DOG AND HAD TO SPEND LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY FOR ALL THIS FOR AN INJURY THAT OCCURED AT THIS FACILITY. WE ARE HIGH UPSET

I don't even know where to start with how wonderful these people are. We have never had to leave our boxer anywhere before, and didn't want to leave him in a kennel over the weekend. I found Anna and she is just amazing. Our dog was well cared for, and was treated like one of her own dogs. She kept us updated continually on how he was doing, sent pictures regularly, and her prices are very reasonable. I can't recommend them more highly!

We went on a last minute summer vacation and Anna responded right away and met with me the next day. One of my dogs is a rescue who does not warm easily to new people but Anna made sure she got to know her, brought treats and really made me feel comfortable leaving her for a few days. While on vacay she sent updates and photos via text which helped ease any anxiety I had over leaving my sweet dogs by themselves. Overall great experience, will definitely be using them again!

Our dog Tundra stayed with Anna and Andy recently for just under a week. He had a wonderful time and we are so happy with how the experience was for everyone. Anna had amazing communication with us sending us photos and videos daily of how he was getting along. Tundra is a rescue dog and we knew a traditional kennel wouldn't be a good fit for boarding, so we were thrilled to see the attention and love he received at Anna and Andy's. Absolutley recommend to anyone looking for a more intimate pet boarding option!

Anna is so wonderful, I cannot recommend her enough! I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews but Anna has consistently gone above and beyond to take amazing care of my two little cats and provides such thoughtful care. She clearly has a love for the animals that goes beyond it just being a job and it’s heartwarming to see and also so reassuring to have someone like her pet-sit for you. I recently got 3 maine coon kittens. My sisters and I always plan a trip together in the fall. I only had 1 cat to worry about in the past and he was all right to stay outside. My new babies are inside cats and I needed to get a pet sitter. I contacted Anna and she was so nice over the phone. We arranged to meet at my house. Anna is so sweet and you can tell that she just loves animals. I felt good that she would do a great job watching my babies. She has sent me pictures of them everyday. My babies just love her I can tell. With all of my heart I would highly recommend Anna and Andy Pet sitting service. They are the one and only service I will use from this point forward.

We are so happy to have found Anna and Andy! All around just great people! Our 3yr old Boston had a blast! Such a relief to know your animals are not only taken care of but also loved on so much! Anna kept me informed his whole visit. This is the only place our dog will go when we travel!!

My pets, a dog and cat, love to stay here. There are no cages, they get lots of hugs and they get to play and nap at will. Mrs Anna and Mr Andy are very good hosts to furry friends! Drop off and pick up is quick and easy. It’s not just that. Anna has texted pictures of them to me during their stay. And she sends them home with a treat or toy. I’ve needed this couple to pet sit for me a couple of times. I’m very grateful to them for loving my babies as their own while I’m away. Thank you, Anna and Andy!!

Anna was so amazing with our dog and cat! We received pictures and videos throughout the day. Our dog got tons of walks, the ball thrown for him, belly rubs and all the attention he could dream of. Would definitely recommend!!

This couple is absolutely amazing. They watched my little chihuahua-yorkie for three days and two nights while I went with family to New Orleans. Anna sent me pictures and videos of my kiddo several times a day to put my mind at ease. They are amazingly professional and took such great care of my little man. I would 100% have them watch my pets again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a sitter.

I’m so happy to have found Anna and Andy. They treated Theo like their dog. It’s a great feeling to see your dog in good hands while you are away. They sent me pictures all day of Theo having fun at the pool and playing with other dogs. I’m so relieved that I can trust someone to leave my dog with if I ever need to. Highly recommended!!

Linda and Patty took excellent care of my anxious poodle mix Ashford. Thank you for taking us in even though I expressed that this little dog may be troublesome. The place is friendly and accommodating.

First time going here. First impression-- the holding area for your dog while they wait to get groomed is really nice. There's dog beds and toys and blankets, unlike any other groomer I've seen (that take your dog ""to the back" and usually stuff them in a little cage). It also smells really nice and is extremely clean. Both my dogs came out smelling wonderful, and looking great and for once -- HAPPY not acting like they'd just been tortured lol. They were genuinely comfortable and pleased. The groomers gave them two little toys that they are already obsessed with, on their way out! Overall probably the best grooming experience I have had. Thank you! We will definitely be back and definitely be recommending!

LOVE the wonderful ladies at Loving Touch Grooming. They treat every animal as if they are their own. They took special care of my sweet Reid while we were stationed at Fort Benning. They go above and beyond! I will definitely use them again if we find our way back to the area.

I would give this place zero star if it was an option. Was my first time taking my 2 small dogs here, I have a miniature poodle & miniature schnauzer they were a little nervous since the place was new to them, so they were barking a little. My dogs been to groomers several times before. Wanted to try this place since it was a little closer to us. One of the ladies was very sweet I believe it was miss Linda, as she was taking my information another lady came from the back of the building (without introducing herself) had this upset look” on her face & she said “oh no we are not having this in here” I guess she was referring to my dogs being a little nervous. So, I asked her what she meant, if they never got any dogs that barked a little?She answered they would only take dogs that did good & were calm” She also said this is why they kept their “usual customers” & only a few cats, so they didn’t have to deal with nervous dogs😮 I completely understand, people can handle their business however they choose to. But this would’ve been helpful information to add to their page or to tell me when I called to make the appointments. I adopted both of my dogs (my babies) they are very sweet but I am not sure what they were exposed to in the past or what scares them. But this lady had absolutely No Love in her touch! Didn’t even try to pet them nor to acknowledge them. So miss Linda put them in their waiting area & said she would try to work with them” as I am walking out she tells me they only accept cash! No debit no credit cards. Ok, I understand this. I got in my car but I wasn’t feeling good about leaving them there since I could clearly ser this other lady was having a bad day. I waited about 1/2 hour & called them asked miss Linda if they had started on them yet, she said no. So I told her to please not to do anything, I would go back to get my babies & this is exactly what I did. I just didn’t feel right leaving them in a place that showed No love to them. So glad I went back & got them. Disappointed with this place to say the least.

Honestly cannot sing their praises enough. I've brought my cat to them twice now when things have happened and we needed help. No judgements. No scolding. Just the care to help get my boy happy and healthy. They paced things to keep him as low stress as possible and took excellent care of my boy.

I have been going to them for several years now, and they have always done a great job on my dog.

I just wanted to say, this is probably one of the best places we’ve ever taken our dog to have groomed. When I arrived, the women were so kind and the place was soooo clean and smelled great. They had big kennels with beds in them but let our dog roam throughout. She’s usually so afraid whenever I take her to get groomed and usually sits in the kennel for hours before getting groomed (this is like the standard) but here, she was just out roaming around so she felt so comfortable! They did an amazing job on her haircut and charged such a fair price!! When my husband went to pick her up, she had a cute bandana, they gave her a treat, and a toy!! They truly are a “loving touch” and care and they went above and beyond. I highly recommended and cant wait for her hair to get grow back so we can go back - hahah!! Thank you so much!!

I left my 2 dogs boarding for 5 days and the had a wonderful time. So happy to have found a place that genuinely care for animals. Their services include day care, grooming, boarding, Birthday celebration for your pets, doggie bakery, and a veterinarian from 2nd Avenue Animal Hospital. Opal and Mauricio (the husky) had a lot of fun. They sent us pictures of their fun activities every day! Very pleased with the their care and services.

This resort used to be my top choice out of a handul in this area. I am a nurse and I vaccinate my dogs (minus rabies im accordance to the law). With no notice they started enforcing an old policy or made a new policy 🤷‍♀️, manager was clueless on this matter. Boarding was booked near January with no notification of such changes. So less than 30 days out of our missions trip, we had to scramble to snag boarding which isn't always easy with this timeframe. Manager states they care for their pets, so I guess prior to December '23 they did not. The new manager enjoyed sharing her number of years experience but acted like it's unheard of for owners to vaccinate their own dogs. I use 3 more boarding places that accept it in this area as well as multiple places out of state while traveling. It's really not a big deal if they want to enforce such policy, but how hard is it to shoot an email to notify people of changes????? I'm so glad we sent the shot records ahead of time. If I would have shown up on the day of travel and received this rejection, I would have been livid.

My little man loves going here to stay here for occasional daycare and boarding. 2nd Home will send you cute photos of your fur baby in their daily report cards, which include a short summary of the behavior, activities or demeanor of your dog from that day. I hate having to board my buddy, but I know he’s in good hands here!

I cannot say enough good about this place. After using another kennel for years we tried these guys...we are NEVER going back to the other one. The place is professional, clean, and I could tell our four dogs had a blast. To top it off the got complimentary baths and they did a better job than our regular groomer. If we are heading out of town I am confident that we will be using these guys again and I recommend them to anyone that values the safety and care of their dogs. 5 Stars...I would add 5 more if it would let me.

Boarded my dog here for 2 nights. A very large and clean boarding facility. Very friendly staff. They sent me pictures of my dog every day we were gone. We ended up running late to pick him up and the staff was very accommodating. The only negative was I had asked him to be bathed but he wasn't. They didn't end up charging me for it tho so it wasn't a big deal. Still pretty happy with the experience.

Although going through a divorce and my husband works there we got free or discounted boarding. But since we shared the dogs if I pick them up I pay full price and if he picks them up it's free. They are still 50 % of his dogs but I have to pay full price hmmmm something is wrong with that. I have spent thousands of dollars at this establishment, it has recently gone down hill with the staff. Taking sides on a personal matter is not good business!

I absolutely love this pet resort! The staff are always helpful in every way with a smile on their faces! My dogs is so well taken care of and happy there! I definitely will use them again! If you have animals go to 2nd home pet resort you won't be disappointed!

This is the best place to take your fur baby, whether you need boarding , grooming or doggie daycare. I absolutely love 2nd Home Pet Resort. The team is incredible & take amazing care of my dog. They also take pride in what they do, which is rare to find these days. My dog Butterscotch loves going there!!!!

We love bringing our pups here! They get such great attention and love! We love the picture updates! They get so excited to go to daycare and so they’re so happy & tired at pick up. The staff is great and we appreciate their help and always going the extra mile!

I have been taking my dog here for the past four years for grooming. They've always been great. However, for the last two times they've suddenly gone downhill. It's like they're hiring groomers who don't know how to cut dogs' hair. I've specified she be cut short but not too short, and each time she's come back with razor burn. She's scratched so hard because it itches badly she's made herself raw. This was the last straw. No more. I'm done. Stay far away if you care about getting a quality groom for your dog because this ain't it.

This is my pride and joy... My Bella. Love her to pieces. Playful Pups was recommended to me by my friends and they take of your precious: feeding them, bathing them, and taking them outside and give them treats! I definitely recommend this place!!

I've been using Playful Pups now for two years and they are awesome. We tried a couple other places in town, and they were not even close to the professional atmosphere and joy I feel when bringing my two Doodles, Hugo and Watson, here. They are always excited to come play with the others, and the staff are always good to them and they never hesitate to run off with them to play. They are exhausted from all the fun they have when I pick them up and can't wait to catch a nap a home. Though it's not my regular groom because I live a little farther away, I have used them a few times between grooms when they get messy and they do a great job with reasonable pricing. Recommend this place to everyone I meet, especially if you got a lonely dog at home all day.

I cannot praise Playful Pups enough! I boarded my sweet, 13 year old German Shepherd, Sadie there for 10 days after doing a little research on Playful Pups and other boarding places in the area. She did a behavioral test day and did fantastic. The staff are all very nice and energetic. They were willing to show us around, where the pups sleep, play, etc. when first walking into playful pups, hon will notice it smells VERY clean, which is a pleasant surprise. The pricing is very fair and affordable. I called twice during my dog’s stay to see how she was doing and the second time to add a bath before we picked her up. She was bathed, nails clipped and groomed very well. I’m extremely happy with our/her experience at Playful Pups and will definitely be recommending them and boarding with them again.

When walking into the building to speak with someone about my dog attending daycare, an employee immediately ran out to yell at me to leave. He stated that they did not take walk-ins, which was fine because I wasn't inquiring about daycare for this day. However, they don't answer their phone (I called multiple times) so that these questions could be asked. I did have my dog with me so that I wouldn't have to make 2 trips. I have boarded another pet here before and knew to bring shot records and that they needed to have a temperment test. However, it seems as though they are strictly appointment only. They should add a disclaimer on their website that they are not customer service friendly to walk-ins. Maybe the employee was having a bad day, maybe he yells at everyone. Either way, I'm glad I was able to see this employees true colors. I'm not sure my dog would be safe around him.

Playful Pups is hands down the best business for all of your dog’s needs in this area. Between day care or boarding, they are incredibly professional and helpful. The temperament test is an added plus to ensure your pets are socializing with other dogs they get along with. Though there were some unforeseen circumstances with my dog, I still highly recommend Playful Pups; with a special kudos to the Vet Techs and Rob who gave me some very solid advice with my dog.

Checked out 2 other local places and this was hands down the best for my baby! They showed me the facilities, did a trial (free) day to test temperament, and offer nice deals on packages. After just a couple of times they knew him by name. On office days, I ask my little guy if he wants to go to daycare and he starts leaping up in the air with enthusiasm. He always runs right in when we get there and comes home tired, so I know he’s had a fun day with his furiends.

Reasonably priced,friendly staff. The staff did a good getting my fur daughter ready for this summer heat. I would have liked if they put some bows on her ears like my previous groomer did(another state). However, I believe they did a great job on her. They offer various services like daycare and boarding .

I love Playful Pups! I've taken my American Bulldog, Rocky, and my mixed breed, Nicodemus for their baths there and I have been very satisfied with the job they do every time. With Rocky's skin condition, he flakes, sheds, and smells after 2-3 days of getting a bath, but when I take him to Playful Pups to get his bath, he smells clean and stays clean for over a week. And he looks and feels great! We now get a lot of compliments from friends and family about his skin and fur and they, too are amazed. I don't know what Jennifer does, but I think it's because she gives him that professional touch of giving him extra care. I will never take him anywhere else and I will gladly pay $40 a week just to take him there. Plus, you can't beat and will not find the price of $40 for grooming that includes nail trimming for an 80lbs dog. We were also amazed to hear that Nicodemus played with other dogs. With him being 100lbs, it's hard to find a playmate. I plan on taking him to day care at least 2x a week just so he gets the socialization he needs and can get at Playful Pups. Also, it's such a clean environment, it's inviting and has a comfortable setting. I have no hesitation when it comes to Playful Pups. I love this place!
