Denise was by far the best pet sitter we have ever had! She watched our two pups while we were gone for 3 weeks and took amazing care of our dogs and home. She took the time to ask questions and make sure she understood each dog’s needs as well as how to take the best care of our house before we left. She sent videos everyday updating us on how the pups were doing. We were so happy to see how much quality time she was spending with them and how much they loved her. Our dogs were so sad to see her leave and we can’t wait to have her back. Denise made sure that the house was in perfect condition when she left and treated our home as if it were her own. If you are looking for a pet sitter, look no further. Highly recommend Denise!

Diane and Les were excellent pet and house sitters. Jet was a very happy dog when we returned and Diane had shared many photos of their days together while we were away on holiday. The house was very clean and tidy when we returned and some milk , bread and sweet treats had been left for us, which were very welcome after our 2 long flights home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Diane and Les as sitters for your home and pets, everything was done to a high standard and Jet was happy in his usual environment , which is all we wished for. We initially accepted Deirdre and Jason for a long stay to look after our dogs.  We were very happy they accepted.  A few weeks later we realized we needed another sitter for another trip we had planned.  So, we posted more dates on zeewoi.  To our happy surprise,  Deirdre and Jason reached out to us saying they could also look after our dogs and home with the new dates we posted.   This made our life much easier and we were very confident to have Deirdre and Jason stay longer with us and care for our dogs.

We were definitely right!! D&J have countless experiences on zeewoi with very good reviews from all of their previous sits.  They are very experienced with all aspects of a house/pet sitting.  D&J are very self-sufficient, have the background knowledge and education of pet care, and most importantly a genuine love for all animals.  This is most important for my wife and I.  We knew from the first meeting with our pups they loved animals.  

Communication was excellent.  The process before and during our sit was stress-free for us.  We were given daily updates on our dogs including photos and videos.  Any concerns D&J had were vocalized to us.  D&J are also problem solvers and know how to react many challenging situations.  Our routine for our pets was followed immaculately and all dogs were very happy and connected with them.  Even our female dog Kinki grew close so quickly with D&J which is very rare.  We had ZERO issues while we were gone and we were able to really enjoy our trip while we were away.  The dogs definitely love being around D&J.


Homecare:  We are very pleased with the condition of our home when we returned.  It was clean, free of clutter, and exactly how we had left it for them, if not even better!  D&J even mowed our grass and took care of our yard! Our yard is not a small garden.  It is very big and takes hours to mow.  So we were very surprised and excited to know they did that for us even though it's not expected of our sitters!! They definitely went above and beyond what is expected. 

Our dogs are so very important to us.  When we know we can trust our sitters it's the best feeling in the world.  We definitely trust Deirdre and Jason with our most prized possessions and we look forward to the next sit with them in a few days!!! We can't thank them enough for giving our dogs the love and attention they deserve.

Lisa and Matt were absolutely fantastic sitters for us and our dog, Moose.  
Not only were they flexible when our flight was changed last minute, they also were able to stay an extra day to accommodate the changes.  They communicated with us promptly during the scheduling and planning process for the housesit.  They arrived on time on the (re)scheduled day.  They acclimated to our dog very quickly and gave us piece of mind as we left by taking him on a walk to avoid his separation anxiety.  We chatted every day and exchanged photos of Moose playing at the beach and in the yard.  He was so happy!  No problems were encountered with the house.  Even our neighbors commented on how friendly and kind Lisa and Matt both were and how they really cared for Moose.  
The house was spotless when we returned.  Everything in proper order, better than we left it.  
We can't thank them enough for the excellent experience!
