TLC is beyond amazing at what they do. They took excellent care of my senior pup (and cats!) while we were away and most importantly, loved on him! Excellent care & service! Tina was marvelous and was not only able to sit for us on short notice (around Christmas no less!), she genuinely seems to care for the pets she sits with, and have a genuine love of animals in general. We could tell our kitties were in good hands when our less social cat immediately took to Tina on the first visit! She also offers to send pictures & text updates of pets which always make us feel so much more at ease when travelling. I am blessed to have found TLC Pet Care in April 2020. I had a family emergency out of town and needed someone immediately. Tina Anderson, owner, came over right away to meet with me. One week prior to this, we just welcomed 5 brand new kittens into our home. We, also, had mom, dad, aunt Ittle. We had a house full. Tina took charge of the situation and spent every single day for the next 3.5 months caring for our sweet babies. She sent multitudes of photos and videos everyday, so that my husband and I could feel involved in the babies growth and I can honestly say, they were a highlight of my husband's day. As he shared each and everyone with his Dr.'s and Nurses until he passed away. I will forever be thankful for Tina and TLC Pet Care for coming into my life. Not only was Tina there for our animals, she was there for me while I was going through the absolute worst time in my life. Tina still comes over every day for the cats because she is an important part of our lives now and I wouldn't, nor would all the kitties, have it any other way. We LOVE TLC Pet Care!

My experience with TLC Pro Pet Care has been amazing! I use their service to care for my cat when I go out of town. Tina is always quick to respond and flexible with dates and times. She is thoughtful with her care and keeps be updated on how my cat is doing after every visit. She goes above and beyond to make sure I feel safe leaving my pet and home. Tina is terrific! She takes great care of my two mini dachshunds (and senior cat when he opts to come out to visit) and they love her company. I first booked Tina only 36 hours before I had to leave for a week-long business trip because my initial pet sitter cancelled on me. If not for Tina being able to accommodate me at such short notice, I would have had to cancel my trip. Tina saved the day! She's been my go-to pet sitter eversince. I cannot recommend her enough.

Great Experience with Tina at TLC! She booked us on super short notice and helped customize a plan for our 5 month old puppy. This was a last minute need and she made the entire process super easy. Harper loved her time with Tina and slept for a solid 3 hours after she left. We will have her # on speed dial for all our trips to Medford. Highly recommend!

Tina was great. Prompt response to an inquiry made at the last minute when my usual sitter was unavailable. Great quality with affordable and friendly service. She provided updates upon each visit and even included photos of my kitty when possible. Returned to a happy kitty and an apartment in great condition. Unlike some previous sitters she had taken the litter trash out, got my sticky deadbolt to work smoothly, and cleaned the food dishes as well! Will definitely be using TLC Pro Pet Care in the future. Absolutely wonderful service and care. Tina kept in touch with details at every visit and displayed a genuine interest in connecting with and caring for our pets. All communication was thorough and professional (though warmly personal as well) right from the first interaction through to the last. I would be happy to welcome her back into my home any time. Tina actually brought in her own toys to play with our kittens and checked the store for additional wet food when we were down to dry only - just to make the kitties happy. Neither of these were expected from her but showed a great deal of personal investment in what she does. She clearly loves caring for pets and was a joy to 'work' with.

Tina was so great. We’ve hired pet sitters in the past who have been good, but Tina far exceeded our expectations. She sent us pictures and videos daily of our sweet pup and even bought her a little doggie toy which she loves. Her communication was amazing and I truly felt at ease on our trip knowing our pup was in good hands. Pretty sure our dog was sad to see us return. Haha. This was my first experience using Kelly's Pet Sitting. I can honestly say that I have had pet sitters over the years and Kelly stands out. My husband and I are retirees who recently moved to Medford with our precious kitty, Tuff Pumpkin. Kelly's had been recommended to us but we were nervous about trusting our babe to someone new, that is until we met Kelly. She is great - organized, thorough, and with a heart of love for critters. Kelly and her staff have taken amazing care of my cat during short and long vacations. The last one was over 2 weeks and Kelly sent me pictures of my cat and her interaction with her over email since I was not receiving texts while overseas. Even my husband was so impressed with Kelly sending pictures nearly every day. Kelly included notes about her food consumption and her playfulness which was a sign of how comfortable she was with Kelly. Kelly’s pet sitting is top notch. Me and my partner were heading out on vacation and where so glad we found Kelly. We were worried about our 3 girls and trying to find a place to board them for a week, Kelly put all those fears aside. We used Kelly's Pet Sitting just last week for the first time. Like some other reviewers, I was so nervous to have a stranger watch my pet other than friends or family, but we are new to the Medford area and don't have contacts for that yet. By the time our initial interview was done, we knew Kelly's services were going to be just what we needed We have a very old cockatiel. Kelly did the pet sitting and her professionalism and updates are priceless. I do worry a lot about leaving my pet home when traveling but because Kelly was so good, she set my mind at ease. This is probably the first vacation I have taken where I really did relax and it's because of Kelly's Pet Sitting service. She provided me with daily updates and seemed to even thoroughly enjoy the time spent with my bird. She even sent me a short video of him singing to her!! And when we got home, my bird was happy, and did not seem stressed out at all. It was great. I trust Kelly with my home and my pet. I will definitely be using her service as often as I can. I think her service is better even that family and friends because she is so knowledgeable. If I had found her where I used to live, I would have used her then. So glad I trusted my instincts about her and her service. You can too! I hope you will because you will find the support you have always needed when you can't travel with your pet!

My cat was so happy that I hired Kelly to watch over her on a recent trip! Kelly was incredibly professional and so easy to work with. She also understood how much I would miss Pearl and gave me regular updates. When I came home, Pearl was calm and happy--very different then when I just had friends drop in occasionally to check on her. Kelly also got the mail and took out the trash. Truly a great service and worth every penny.

Hey there! Just wanted to share with you that R&R Pet Resort is THE place to take your furry friends in the Rogue Valley. The staff is amazing and you can really tell they have a genuine love for animals. My dogs always have the best time there and are treated like royalty. Highly recommend it!

They really are an amazing daycare! My dog Fish starts howling in the car as soon as we turn down the road since he is just so excited to be there. Fish would be there all day every day if he could. Everyone is so nice and caring. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

This was the first time boarding my dog with a facility, and at first, I was super nervous as my dog is pretty reactive to other dogs and has had bad separation anxiety most of her life to the point she is crated when home alone. RnR reassured me they have a strict system in place so reactive dogs don't ever cross paths with other dogs. During drop off they let me tour the kennel she would be staying in and everything was clean and organized. I was able to call if I had concerns while on my trip to make sure she was okay. 4 days later I picked up my dog and she looked as happy as ever. They told me she was a very good girl and that was a huge sigh of relief for me. I will definitely be coming here again as I trust them with my baby.

I absolutely love this place! I bring my dog biscuit to daycare and he loves the staff! They’re all super friendly and take great care of the animals! I highly recommend bringing your dog here for boarding and daycare. They are reasonably priced and explain how charges work super well!

Writing this review as more of a buyer beware. I dropped my dog off at 12:40pm on Saturday and picked her up around 11:30am on Sunday. Because of the pricing structure of this kennel I was charged for 2 days at final billing for less than 24 hours worth of care. It was explained after by the staff that pick up time for animals is 10am. If you do not pick up by 11 you will be charged half a day and if you are later than 11:30 you get charged a full day. R&R charged me a full day fee for 1.5 hours of caring for my dog. While I do love my dog, this is ridiculous. The facility and employees were actually great but this gouging of customers does not make me want to come back. Also, it did not sit well with me that R&R removed my dogs collar and gave it back to me when I dropped her off. While at R&R, my dog did not have her county registered tags or her name and my phone number on her. The excuse they gave is because they have chain-link fences, yet that doesn't seem to be an issue for other kennels in the area or my own home.

I travel for work and I’ve come to Medford twice for a total of six months. I have been going to R&R the whole time and it has been wonderful!! I have a crazy schedule and they make things so easy one me. I’m able to drop off super early or pick up pretty darn late when I need to. The staff has become a huge part of my support system when it comes to my puppy. She has spent 40+ hours a week with these guys and she looooooves them all! She gets so excited as soon as we turn onto the dirt road! I love that they have inside and outside play areas. They also have inside and outside sections to the dogs individual pens. It’s a great system! Attached is a picture I took of the outside portion of the pen my dog normally goes in. (The “I’m a Jumper” sign made me chuckle) She’s an escape artist and she is certainly a handful. The pen has a topper on it so she can’t get out, and there are many safeguards if she were to Houdini her way out 😂 If you are even considering doing daycare for your dog, check this place out!! You will definitely not regret it:)

I have had multiple pets at R & R now and highly recommend them. They are the absolutely best in the valley. Your dogs and you will love the care and affection they receive!!!

I really wanted to like this place. Left my dog here to be boarded while I was away for 2 weeks. I signed up for all of the extras including training. They use choke collars for training which I was very hesitant about but they convinced me it was safe and ok. 3 years after picking up my dog she has never barked the same since picking her up. She was very timid and scared for weeks after. They tried to tell me her voice was lost from barking while being boarded which makes no sense because she was a rescue that was in the kennel for 8 months before I found her. Something dark is going on here behind the scenes despite the facade. I firmly believe the trainer her was abusing the collar on my dog and it has permanently damaged her. I have never used the collar after seeing what this place did with it.

I am so happy with R&R. Our corgi loves the groomer Jackie. Jackie treats all our dogs so well and shows them love. They love her so much and we love her too. We have not had such nice experience at other places. The dog training JP is wonderful with our dogs. We love having one on one visits and home visits with him. It makes the world of difference. JP brought us all together and was able to teach all of us, not only the dogs, how to live together as a happy family.

Our dogs stayed here for Christmas while we visited our family nearby. What a great place with amazing people. Not only were the locals all singing praises about them but we as visitors are too! They even sent us these adorable photos on Xmas. Next time we visit we can’t wait to try out more of their services! Love that you can take your pups out on excursions too!

This place has been our go-to for a few years now. They take such wonderful care of our dog, and they always remember him no matter how long it’s been between visits! They’re also easy to get a hold of which is so appreciated. This place really is stellar.

I have a fear aggressive Mal, she absolutely hates adults, which doesn’t make vacationing easy. Usually all 3 dogs come with us, however Lake Siskiyou doesn’t allow dogs on the beach and well, it’s a nice beach! Since leaving them at the camp site wasn’t an option, and with limited people with whom I’m able to leave her with, I found Siskiyou Pet Care and spoke to someone about my dog and her quirks. Once I arrived, I found that they had a different muzzle than what we normally use, I wasn’t comfortable leaving her muzzled the full stay, Jennifer took the time to bring her dog and show me how their muzzle fit on hers, showed me how it would allow her to eat, and reassured me about my dogs care, and suggested I visit. Worst case it’s a 15 minute drive from where I would be and if there were any issues I would be picking her up. Later on that evening I received a picture of my quirky dog without a muzzle, but most impressive of all was she was being pet by strangers! Normally it takes lots of introductions, many steps, and then maybe she will allow someone to pet her. I’m shocked, overjoyed, and grateful all at the same time! Huge step forward for Brena! My other two (Jade and Blitz) are friendly and they all were well cared for! I received updates about each one, and I was able to relax! I did go visit one day just so they wouldn’t feel abandoned since it’s their first time boarding anywhere. The staff were friendly, my dogs looked happy, and I felt at ease! Thank you for caring for them, thank you for taking the time to work with Brena so that she would be comfortable, and thank you for taking the time to answer my questions, and address my concerns. (PS. They had a blast at the swimming hole suggested on our way back home)

This place is amazing! We had another boarding place cancel on us last minute and Siskiyou Pet Care let us bring our dog there with very little notice. The facility is great and the staff are clearly very knowledgeable and good with dogs. We will definitely be back!

Just picked my boys up at Siskiyou Pet Care, and I would not leave my boys anywhere else but there! Dusty & Dallas were trained with Freedom K-9 and now we board @ Siskiyou Pet Care a few times a year for business trips and some vacations depending the things we have planned. They know when we take the exit to drop them off and get so excited. That makes me feel good, cause that way I know they are being well taken care of while there. The staff is always friendly & attentive even when busy. To all at Siskiyou Pet Care thank you for taking such great care of Dusty & Dallas!

My dog has stayed here several times. He loves it! He’s even had the training session add on option. Every time we walk into the lobby he’s pumped to go in the back, it doesn’t matter who comes to grab him he’s just clearly stoked to be here! The staff is always helpful & understanding of his special dietary needs. This is not a small dog & at only 6 months old the first time they watched him, he was a handful I’m sure! I definitely don’t worry about him while I’m their care, which makes my trip more relaxed & enjoyable for sure.

We used Siskiyou Pet Care for two of our dogs while on vacation and they were wonderful! One of our dogs got sick while we were away (no fault of Siskiyou Pet Care) and they were in contact with us right away and brought her to the vet, with our permission, to get her the treatment she needed. Jamie helped me out so much when I had to leave on a trip. She took excellent care of my cat, took photos and had updates everyday. I felt much better leaving my cat with Jamie and I appreciate the extra effort and travel she did.

While the service is not cheap, it is certainly comparable to boarding 2 animals and hiring a house sitter. When we return from trips, the animals are happy and healthy, AND we don’t have to go pick them up somewhere. The house is clean, and extra work is not waiting for you upon your return. With Jamies’s service, you will not have the problems encountered with individual pet sitters. You will not experience last minute cancellations, or breakage of household items, or a messy kitchen, or lots of phone calls about house problems. Jamie’s team will work to keep your time away stress-free. In my personal experience, they have arranged air-conditioner repair, dealt with a water leak, and cared for ailing pets. The most telling thing is that my dogs are thrilled to see their pet sitters.

Southern Oregon Pet Services has been our dog's home away from home. We bring him here for half-day and full-day daycare as well as overnight boarding. He absolutely adores the trainers (they are wonderful!) and the safe space to run around with the other dogs -- he is always eager to jump out of the car when we arrive! We have done one-on-one training here, too, which has helped immensely with his reactivity. I highly recommend Southern Oregon Pet Services for anyone who is looking for a facility that will treat your dog like their own.

We send our Belgian Malinois mix, Bruce, to Southern Oregon Pet Services so he can get some socialization, training, and exercise. He always gets so excited when we turn down their road and comes home tired and happy. We board both our dogs with them when we travel. We’re so grateful to have somewhere we know our dogs will be safe and happy.

Our dog, Maude, is an American Bully mix, from the shelter, who was a stray just a few months ago. When we adopted her she had almost no training or manners. We were searching for a daycare that could provide enrichment, discipline, structure, and fun. Once Maude had her safety assessment, she started daycare and received additional obedience training. It took only a few sessions and and she began to fit right in. And the skills she's learning have helped with her manners outside of daycare as well. A huge plus. Maude loves going to SOPS. The trainers are calm but firm and care about the dogs holistic wellbeing. They even teach us new skills to teach Maude. Maude loves dogs, people, being outside, structure, and play. She gets all of that at SOPS. She gets to run around, learn new things, meet new friends and burn all her doggy energy. We're so glad we found SOPS. It's a great operation and we are so grateful for how lucky Maude is to have this enrichment opportunity as part of her life. Look how happy she is!

I first reached out to Kailani for dog training. My then 8 month old pup was destroying my stuff and had really bad manners. I needed help! We did private training and a few group trainings. Wow, what a difference. Before long, I started taking both my dogs for doggy daycare and I board them with Southern Oregon Pet Services when I travel. My dogs are now 3 and 5 and they SO love going to play with their friends. I love that they are exhausted when we get home. Kailani and staff always go above and beyond to care for my girls. All of the staff treat Luna and Ruby like they love them, and I have zero worries when they stay there when I travel. They even paid special care on the 4th of July when Ruby experienced anxiety and Luna was sensitive to the heat. I recommend S.O.P.S any chance I get.

Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable, lots of shade for the dogs to run and play. Good supervision, secure play areas with lots of room to run. Dogs are matched with appropriate size and age groups, to provide a low stress environment. Can't wait for our dog to join in the fun. Really liked that Everyone was low key... no uppity staff here.

I left my dog here for 4 nights and he was very well taken care of! The owner obviously loves dogs and the facility was clean and professional. Anyone who needs to board their fur baby should board them here! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The Ring camera was amazing too, and I loved that I could watch my dog whenever I wanted to. My dog made some friends and it was a great experience for him. Thank you so much!

I have boarded my older, half blind dog twice now and I love how attentive they are to his needs. It's so hard to trust someone with your pet baby, but they listen and understand. They don't leave your dog in a cage all day everyday while they are there. And they are reasonably priced for all the care and love that anyone can tell they have for the dogs in their care. I will definitely leave my small dog with them again.

My pup Duck had a wonderful experience at UnFurrgettable. He can be a handful and they were simply splendid with him, by the end of his stay he was comfortable playing with all the other dogs. Kennels are nice and large and the play area is great. Definitely will be back!

We were visiting the Klamath Falls / Crater Lake area over the 4th of July holiday. We wanted to do a fair amount of hiking at Crater Lake National Park, but dogs aren't allowed on most trails, so we needed a daycare for the day. About a month prior, I reached out via the message system listed on the UnFurrgettable Pet Care home page to inquire about availability and received an email promptly from the owner, Lawrence. He was so kind, noting they could take our girl for daycare with early drop-off (so we could beat the holiday crowds at CLNP) on the 3rd! We created an online account, input all her info / vaccination status, etc, and that was pretty much it! We dropped our girl off with Matt (super kind and super chill) that morning around 7:20 and were back around 2:30pm. The facility was really beautiful and clean. Very reassuring seeing it on the day of ☺️. They took great care of her, and she must have had fun (and/or was exhausted from worrying where we were all day) because she passed out in the car back to our hotel. 😂 Cannot thank Lawrence and the staff enough for accommodating us on this holiday weekend! The best daycare and boarding there is! My dogs are always extremely happy when I drop off and pick up. I do boarding alot and it's their home away from home :) I also had to board my cats and they have a nice cat area away from the doggos so they can relax.

One of the cats I boarded needed ear medication and when I picked him up a week later, he had been bathed as I had requested and his ears were looking perfect. All 3 cats had gotten great care. I'd take my pets there again.

Cherish is the coolest place for pets! Liz and her staff are amazing!! They truly care about the animals and create a loving, safe, and fun environment for our fur babies. Liz went above and beyond helping watch our cat nursing her back to health after a tragic accident. She very unselfishly kept our kitty overnight at Cherish due to there being zero 24 hour vets here in Klamath. She also helps rehab our dog which my husband and I are truly grateful for. She has so much knowledge and shares it with all her clients. We ask her for advice all the time and she is so happy to help. We are truly grateful and blessed to have Cherish K-9. Thank you to Liz her family and staff for creating such a loving, safe and fun place to send our animals for daycare, boarding, and therapy.

Our little China rescue puggy, Dani, routinely has hydro therapy when she stays at Cherish K9. She’s had patella surgery from her ordeal in China. The pricing structure for therapy packages and flexibility in scheduling are second to none. Dani loves it and Liz never overworks her. Liz also suggested flexadent for her vs. glucosamine based on her age and it has helped tremendously. ❤️

Liz helped our Bella’s quality of life. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the right supplements that pups need. We were able to have our sweet girl a little longer. When she passed away, Liz put together an amazing keep sake for her ashes so we could keep her close. Recently, Liz helped us go through all of our Tucker’s allergies and helped us find a food that he would be able to have. We would recommend her expertise to anyone. I cannot type enough words to express my gratitude to Cherish for the work they have put into my pets. My dog broke his leg and went through several surgeries after. Liz and the whole team at Cherish were awesome every step of the way (no pun intended, but haha anyway). My dog LOVES his visits to Cherish. He knows which days of the week he goes and is waiting at the door every time. They did water treadmill (despite his farm-dog self stinking up the tub every time), ultrasound, massage, extracorporeal shockwave therapy and just about everything you can think of to increase his healing. The customer service cannot be beat. They know every dog by name. They know how to help dogs. They do all the right things and they explain what you can do at home to help too. If you need to board your pet, this is a great choice too. They take such great care with my pets. I had to board one of my working farm dogs previously and when I brought her in initially let them know she is an escape artist. The folks at Cherish respected that I'd like her to stay outside and built a shelter just for her, with cameras and a long lead so she couldn't escape (but if she did they'd see her). My dogs never come home from Cherish stressed and upset. Sometimes, I'm pretty sure they'd like to stay a little longer! I highly recommend taking your pets to Cherish K9.

We have been using overnight boarding at Cherish K9 House for a few years now and I cannot say enough good things about them. Our labs, Kona and Hunter get so excited when they know they are going. I tell all of my friends that this place is the “Club Med” for dogs. This is not just your typical drop off your dog and stick them in a kennel. One of the first things I noticed is that when you drop them off, you don’t hear a bunch of barking dogs. That would always make me feel bad when I took them elsewhere. Liz and her team are 100% hands on and go over and beyond to create a fun and safe environment for them. They celebrate every holiday with a party and pictures of the dogs! And during the summer they have a big pool for them to swim in. Liz even joins the dogs in the pool. I’m so grateful we have such a wonderful place to board our dogs when we are out of town. We are worry free knowing they are in great hands and having a wonderful time!! Carey Levine

Cherish K9 is by far the best boarding and pet facility in town. I brought my 11 year old cat in for boarding and she warmed up to Liz immediately, which is awesome and unlike her to do (she only likes two people). The prices are more then fair. I bought the pet cbd and different treats that I can only get there (like ostrich!!) that my cat really enjoys. I trust them with my animals more than anyone else and would recommend them time and time again!

Here’s my story: On October 30th my 85 pound Labrador Retriever was running in the backyard and made a sudden turn and cried out, then seemed to be fine. He did it again the next morning and we were off to Pet Medical Center to see Dr. Hill. He diagnosed Henry with a luxating patella and prescribed Henry an anti-inflammatory RX and forced rest for 2 weeks. Henry goes to Cherish K9 for doggie day care and boarding and I have followed Liz’s education journey to getting her CCAT certification and watched her build out her rehab center and obtain some of the best equipment that is available! I was impressed when she brought in a water treadmill for animals. I left Pet Medical and went directly to Cherish K9 to see what treatments she might be able to do help Henry recover from his injury. I ask Liz can you help my boy? Liz said; YES, I can help Henry but I need a referral from his doctor before I can start any kind of treatment. The call was made to Pet Medical Center and she talked to Dr. Hill about her recommended treatment plan and the referral was made by Henry’s Doctor. I was so happy that there was an opening on her rehab schedule that day and Henry received his 1st of 5 Shock Wave treatments. This is a cutting edge treatment and can often eliminate the need for knee surgery. Henry completed his 5 shock wave treatments and 2 weeks of forced rest and has made a full recovery without surgery! Here are some photos I took of Henry getting his shockwave treatment. He did not resist the treatment, and it was not uncomfortable to him in anyway. I want to thank Liz and her wonderful staff for all the love, care and follow up phone calls they made to me to see how Henry was recovering!

Liz and the crew helped my Great Dane so much in the last few years of his life. Their advice and efforts gave him at least two more years of mobility, and they spoiled him like crazy. I'll always bring my dogs to Cherish.

I have a Blue Heeler that received an injury to his back as a two year old. Liz at Cherish was able to get him thru the pain and on the road to recovery before we moved out of town. Last year the same dog, 6 years old now, again injured his back. Liz was able to get us booked for multiple therapies over a couple days as were drove from one state across Oregon to Cherish just for her knowledge. Cherish has been the best help for our dog who could have had a career ending injury. Liz with her continued drive to learn and improve has been able to keep our guy going. Would highly recommend!!!!

I truly wanted my review of this small business to be a positive one. However, I was disappointed by the events that took place which forced my family and I to seek last second accommodations for our dog after a four-week experiment ended with an associate of the business proclaiming “policy” was to not board puppies that were not neutered. After the shock of being dismissed after four weeks of acclimation training, I asked the associate to have the owner call me when she was back—a call I never received. I recognize not all puppies glom on to a particular form of kenneling, and we were prepared to accept a “no go” decision. I felt as though so long as we were game with paying for the experiment, the owner was fine with keeping us on the hook. I felt it would have been appropriate to tell us before the experiment started that they wouldn’t accept our puppy as a matter of policy. I feel like we were taken for a ride then dismissed without apology or acknowledgment, which is why we are disappointed in the result.

We recently left our dog, Axle, at Double C Dog Ranch, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and attention he received! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Cindy genuinely cares about the dogs. The ranch is a beautiful, spacious, and clean facility, perfect for dogs who love to run and play. Axle had the best time! He’s an active dog, and knowing he had plenty of space to burn off energy —we could see just how much fun he was having the moment he met the other doggies mozing about. The entire staff at Double C Dog Ranch are professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about dogs, which gave us complete peace of mind. We will absolutely be bringing Axle back the next time we need dog boarding. If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be treated like family, this is it!

I would not hesitate to recommend the Double C Dog Ranch for your "precious pampered pooch." Cindy has a great set up for her dogs. Loads of space, warmth, comfort everything and more. It was the first time leaving Jack since we rescued him in more than two years ago so I was also a little worried. However she kept me informed of how he was during his stay and how he had settled. When we collected him he was such a happy contented little dog. Thank you so much Cindy and Daja for taking such good care of him.

Cindy is so excellent and caring with all the dogs. My two Boston Terriers visit there for a playday once a week. I have also boarded them at times. Cindy is knowledgeable and my dogs are safe with her. They have a great time with Cindy and get great exercise.

So blessed to have found this place! Cindy understands dogs and provides for them with loving care. I like how she does a phone interview followed by a temperament test to see if this is a good fit for your dog. Mine did not want to get in the car to come home after a 1/2 day at doggie day care! That is the ultimate sign she was having a great time. We left her for a weekend that went great and then while on a 10 day vacation. Outstanding! Cindy even took her to the grooming appointment I made for her on the day I picked her up so she was nice and clean after having lots of fun outside with her friends while we were gone. Couldn't be happier.

Loved having my dog Bourbon stay here. Amazing experiences, updated with pictures and you feel like your dog is safe.

Max and Tilly, my two standard poodles love staying with Cindy. She takes wonderful care of them, making sure they are safe and happy at all times. She takes special care of any dog that needs a little extra TLC, keeping them by her side until they want to join the gang. They have a wonderful play area with a spray mist hose to keep them cool. At night they sleep safe and sound in the barn. When I am traveling I never worry about them because they are getting the best of care and companionship. I think they have been staying with Cindy for eight years.

Cindy's place is fantastic! It is far more intimate than a traditional boarding facility. The dogs that are boarded or go for the day are happy and content. Cindy fills up fast so getting on her schedule ahead of time is wise.

Do not take your dog here if you want an actual person on the premises watching over your beloved pet. Isn't that why you choose dog boarding, paying a fee to have someone interact with your dog, and paying for the security of knowing your dog is safe and cared for? Yet, I sat on the premises close to an hour with dogs barking away and not one human there watching them! I walked around several times calling out, knocking on the house door repeatedly, leaving messages on Double C's (sounds like a bra size) voicemail. The only interaction was a pack of dogs behind a fence barking madly, and a miserable looking Boston Terrier sitting on concrete. I spoke with Cindy on the phone four days prior about leaving my small pug there while I looked at property in the Ashland area. I set up a time and date verbally, and sent the vet records over. She told me I needed to fill out some additional info on her site. I ended up printing it and filling it out so I could give it to her upon arrival. I walked around the premises repeatedly searching for a human to leave my dog with, banged on doors, and there was no one to be found. Unbelievable! The real estate office ended up watching my shy little dog, and I probably dodged a bullet. Cindy later made the excuse that I didn't make an appt online first, and took zero responsibility that no one was physically there, and dogs were not being supervised. Customers pay 45 dollars a day for someone to watch over and care for their pet at the "Double C" and there was not one person there! Anything could have happened with a bunch of dogs left in a group alone. My pug would have been eaten alive in that group. After sitting there an hour, perplexed and disturbed because there were no humans on the premises, I finally left. I do not like leaving negative reviews, but feel when animals are involved, this information should be passed on and customers should be made aware.

Double C Dog Ranch have several outdoor pens so that dogs have plenty of space to play or simply chill. There's a small pool for dogs to dip in during a hot spell. They also have indoor space for the dogs. It's a short drive from Downtown Ashland as well as Comfort Inn and Suites, near Freeway 5. Cindy was very accommodating. We were in Ashland for our friends wedding and having Cindy take care of our dogs at Double C Dog Ranch was reassuring that our dogs were in good hands.

Our dog loves it here she is happy to go there and tired when she comes home. Cindy is great about communicating with us.
