My little boy spent the best part Of three weeks with Bambino paw's. He had the best time. Kept me updated with some special pics with his new mate's. It's was the first time away from me since he was a pup. Came back 10% more Of a little gentlemen Highly appreciated and thanks again Laurie and Louie.

Bambino Paws looked after our fur baby for about three weeks. They looked after him so well that when we came to pick him up he didn’t want to leave. He did sleep for nearly two days straight when he came home but he is now a much more relaxed puppy. Thanks for taking such good care of him!

Bambino Paws is a wonderful place to leave your dogs for the day! They were able to accommodate us with a last minute request and our 2 year old lab Tycho had the best time! They send photos, post on social media and we’re very easy to communicate with. 100% would recommend for anyone nearby who needs a daycare!

I love how I get consistent updates and I feel safe knowing my girl is in good hands. They don’t treat your dog as just a number it really is a little dog family. I started sending my Gemma to Bambino Paws in 2023 and have found Simona and Matilde to be the best option for boarding or day care for my Gemma. Gemma is always excited to go there and is so happy to see them (and her doggy friends) at the dog park. I love seeing the pictures and videos on Facebook and Instagram. I have no hesitation in recommending Bambino Paws.

Cannot fault the care and attention of our pooch when he is in Matilde’s capable hands. Our dog is a nervous fella, suffers anxiety and Matilde and her Mum have helped him so much, he loved going to daycare. We are no longer in Sydney so can’t use service any longer which was quite sad. I was always kept up to date while he was with Matilde throughout day received photos & texts which helped to ease my mind. I have used the pick up & drop off service as well which was really helpful, all went very smoothly. Do not hesitate to book in with Bambino, excellent care and attention, you won’t be sorry. My dog loves Bambino Paws. He has stayed twice, once for five days and once for two weeks he also has regular walks with them. He has separation anxiety so I am always worried about leaving him and have had some bad experiences with other places in the past. I will only leave him here now as I get constant updates with daily photos and videos and can see him having such a great time with all his doggy friends. Seeing him so happy means I can relax and enjoy my holidays too.

The staff is amazing. Benji and Frankie always love going and always come back happy. The dogs are very well looked after and the girls post photos. Highly recommended.

Had our dog cared for at fairly short notice. Nicole was lovely. Came by to meet our dog. Sent us some lovely photos while we were away. Everything done as promised. When she dropped the key back to us our dog was so excited to see her.

We booked Pawshake pet sitter for our cat over the Christmas holidays. It was a real positive experience we found trust worthy, reliable sitter to come our house to look after our cat. Pawshake was a easy way to find and book a sitter. Communication through was excellent and the Pawshake website and App was easy to use and navigate.

Shadow was beautifully looked after at short notice. He came home happy and exhausted after playing with Zoe. We'd also done the meet & greet with another carer who was also lovely, but the timing didn't work unfortunately.

We loved the Pawshake experience. Reviews helped us trust the choice and the system of meeting first between booking was good. Great day care while we did tourist and family things.

I left my doggy for the first time and she was so well looked after. A shout out to Monique, my dog sitter (from Pawshake) who is such a dependable person. She took great care of our pet and was constantly in communication giving us feedback and taking on board our requests.

Love Pawshake!! Our holiday plans changed last minute and we could not book our Pugalier into the kennels he usually goes to, or find any that had availability. Came across Pawshake and booked him a stay with such a lovely pet sitter called Amanda. He was totally spoilt, had so much fun with her dogs, had visits to the beach, and we were sent videos and photos everyday. He was very well looked after. Will definitely use Pawshake again and recommend it to others.

My dogs (high energy working dog crosses) love their lovely Oh My Woof walkers, who are genuine dog lovers and good with all sizes and breeds. My two (photo attached) have benefited enormously from the socialisation, stimulation and increased exercise through the week. I would recommend Oh My Woof - they are reliable, skilled and I have experienced good and courteous communication on all levels.

I have had both my doggies in care with these amazing people from when they were puppies - they are looked after the way we look after them at home & my dogs adore them all - they have also taught my dogs & us certain things I wasn’t able to & my kids & I feel peace of mind knowing they are in the best of care - home away from home & notjing is ever too hard they will help in any way they can & I recommend them very highly - I’ve called last min & they try to accommodate & help out in any way possible. Oh my woof has provided an incredible service for our dog Marley. They really take the pressure off when we have long days at work. Seeing Marley get picked up in the morning is amazing, she hears the van before they’ve even parked up and is so so excited to be going on her group walks! We love the team at oh my woof!!

Juan at Oh My Woof has the best dog sitting and walking service in Sydney. It is unlike any other. Our dog Pluto has been looked after twice now (this time it was for 2 weeks) and when he came back he looked happy and healthy. He didn’t look anxious about us being away, he was very comfortable around Juan. He got lots of attention and exercise. I can’t recommend them enough.

Coco goes to daycare once a week or fortnight and she loves it! Juan gives us regular updates and there is spacious backyard ! Thanks for being another home away from home for Coco.

Couldn't live without these guys, our little mini Dachshund loves hanging out with Juan more than he does me! Comes back exhausted every time, he's never been to so many parks and beaches in his life!

We have been using Oh My Woof for our Luna since we got her. Juan has been amazing and has made our lives so much easier as we both work full time. He treats the dogs like his own and we fully trust him and the team with her. I get pictures and video updates whilst I’m at work and she’s always smiling and having a great time! My Cavoodle Bubba has been going to Drools for 9 years now since he was only 6months old. Over the years, I have never had any issues with the girls. Claire and Renae have always taken care of Bubba in every way. He is always clean, beautifully groomed and a happy boy. Over the past couple months, since Drools has introduced the training, I have seen such a huge change in Bubba. He is so excited when I drop him off - he literally almost jumps out the window and he has become so much more confident as well. He absolutely loves going there. I highly recommend Drools. A++

Best doggy day care 🐶 I started taking my staffy a few months ago and I am so pleased! The staff post photos and videos on Instagram of the different activities the dogs do each day. Drools does a great job clipping my standard and miniature poodles. They are able to cater to requests such as what length you would like your dog's coat, poodle paws, mop top, etc. The environment that the dogs are kept in is open and they are more comfortable and calm than other dog grooming places I have been to as they don't keep the dogs in cages. I would highly recommend this groomer!

Our puppy enjoyed the service so much, even the mat near her ears were taken caref of the price is very affordable. Our booking got in just in time before my wedding and our puppy was a ring berer and they were just kind enough to accept the late booking.

Highly Recommend Drools for all dog owners! Our dogs have been attending Drools twice a week for the last 4 years, and they absolutely love it. The excitement starts as soon as we say, "Ready to go to Drools?" with zoomies and cries of joy when they know we’re close. They’ve learned plenty of skills, from basic commands and manners to party tricks. One of our pups is leash-reactive and has improved so much! Drools provides the perfect mix of mental stimulation and socialisation with dogs of all sizes. We also love that the team are happy to have doggy birthday parties to celebrate our furkids! We always know they’ve had a blast because they come home and crash!

We have been sending our dog to Drools for years for grooming. He is now going to the new day care service and it’s fantastic. Claire and Renee are doing a great job with him and he seems to be enjoying his time there more than ever. He gets multiple walks during the day and lots of attention. I took my Miniature Aussie, Spooki, here for her very first hair cut. As it was her first appointment and she’s a scaredy-cat, I was wary of making sure she had a good experience. The ladies at drools did an amazing job cutting her Aussie hair and she left looking very fluffy and happy. I will definitely be back when she’s due for her next hair cut and I would absolutely recommend them to any Aussie owners!

I adopted Greta when she was 7 months old and she came with a lot of anxiety issues. We trialled drools only after 2 weeks of having her, drools gave her a chance and from the moment she has been going there her confidence has grown and she is no longer anxious or afraid of getting out of the car or being around other dogs. Greta struggles with certain commands but drools only works to improve and make her a better dog. Very thankful for their help. Highly recommend bringing your dog here! Chris A

Naiyo was really enjoy her vacation with Hanrob Pet Hotel; because there is only her at home, she doesn't have any fur or human siblings, only Mom and Dad at home, she sometime feels lonely; staying at Hanrob, she could play with lots of fur friends; and she tried to get lot of human staffs' attention as possible, she loves to get close with everyone and every fur friends. During her staying, she seemed only interested in play and social time, not so interested in her own food which I brought to her; thanks for the girls in kennel always trying to different kinds of combination feed her; I am really appreciated it ;) I am fully aware that my fur baby is very fussy about the food. Even when she is at home, her mommy also need to try the combination feeding her ;( However, I still try to spoil her as I could. All the Hanrob Staff, thanks ;)

I was hesitant to board our cavoodle dog to begin with, but the staff were so kind, helpful and assuring he would be well looked after, and he definitely was. Usually quite timid he came home smiling and super happy. It’s affordable and the extra play dates and cuddles are def recommended. Every time I spoke to the staff they were super friendly and I knew he would be in good hands. Thanks Hanrob for looking after our Humphrey!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My pup stayed here for a few days earlier in the year whilst I was away. When I went to pick him up, he was in distress and shaking. Initially, I thought it was excitement to see me but by the time we got home, his anxiety increased, and he was physically trembling. When I looked at his mouth I noticed he had cuts in his lips where they had obviously muzzled him. He has never bitten at anyone and has a calm nature. I had to get him ointment to heal his wounds. On top of that, the report I received had said he was well behaved but referred to him as her, so they clearly hadn't taken any notice that he is a boy and wrote the reports with no knowledge of his stay. I was thoroughly disappointed that they never mentioned about the muzzle and left my poor pup in such a terrified state. I will never leave him in that place again.

Bandit spent three days at Hanrob Sydney Airport and had a fantastic time. Lots of cuddles from the attentive staff and lots of play with another crazy oodle. He has returned for daycare since.

My Boxer mix loves Hanrob daycare. Great outdoor space. Staff are lovely. Convenient location for me plus close to airport should I want to board him if I need to travel. He loves seeing his friends and making new friends.

I using Jetpets to fly my two dogs from Australia to LA and they had a two day stay at Hanrob. I spoke to Stacy repeatedly and she was absolutely lovely. She encouraged me to call as often as I wanted, and every time I called, she put me on hold to personally go lay eyes on the dogs. She got updates from the carers and passed along info about their eating and sleeping and outside time. She made an uncomfortable situation less uncomfortable. Thank you so much Stacy for being so kind to me and my monsters.

The staff here did an above-and-beyond job of looking after my poodle "Ninja". They helped nurse him back to health from a skin condition I discovered only 2 hours before needing to drop him off and go overseas. It was extremely stressful to leave him there a bit sick, but they took care of him 100%. He came back totally recovered. They also adjusted his washing, stay options and playtimes to make his stay as good as can be - as a first time boarding user I didn't quite get the options right, but Hanrob provided him what he needed despite what I picked. Truly an exceptional place in my opinion. One downside is that walking was not available here, but they seemed to adjust for that too, with extra outside time, etc. The take away is that their focus is on looking after the dog as best they possibly can and I am very appreciative of that. Thank you very much to everyone at the Hanrob Airport Kennel.

AVOID!! If I could give zero stars I would ! My dog stayed at Hanrob Sydney airport for 10 days before his flight to Hong Kong. He arrived with a scratched nose and horrible sores on his elbows which I blamed the long trip in the crate for, where he couldn't really lay on his side. Today he had surgery because the sores where so big he was risking and infection!! Just to be sure I went back to check the photos I received as "update" and zooming in I realized the sores on the elbows where already present at that time during his stay! No one mentioned them though, everything was kept silent! God knows where he has been kept all those days to get such wounds. The last thing my dog needed after such a trip was being put asleep to fix this, not to mention the stress it causedhim and the vet bill. Shame on them! AVOID AT ALL COST

However with the help of your customer service team Morgan Garlinge she put my mind at ease that he was in great hands . Kane was happy, and really excited to be home and we couldn’t be happier with the service and how much he was loved while he was with you . I’ll definitely keep you in mind for our next big holiday . Gizmo and Bowie had their first daycare with Happy Little Howlers today and they both had the best time. Needless to say they are currently fast asleep! The communication was great with the staff during the day and I felt so comfortable leaving them both to be entertained and cared for during the day. Both dogs painted an adorable flower picture for Mothers Day for me to bring home. I highly recommend Happy Little Howlers. My next step is to book a holiday as they are located super close to the airport for a drop and fly! Thanks so much for taking care of my fur babies.

We dropped off our dogs Happy and Richie a couple of times now at Happy Little Howlers and we were pleased with the service. Our dogs get lots of socialising and play time, and can see daily updates on instagram so we know the dogs aren't bored whilst we're away. Lisa (the owner) is also very responsive.

I searched online for other pet boarding hotels near Sydney Airport and compared them all and by far i found that Happy Little Howlers provide best value for Money, Service and Assurance my dog is being looked after by someone who know what they are doing. Daily walks Daily play time with other dogs Regular updates direct through online messengers or Instagram Stories/Facebook Stories Brand new and very clean dog boarding hotel Live Web Cam (I watched my pup play with other dogs all the way from New York see attached picture) All the above points is why i have chosen Happy Little Howlers and the owner being a dog person herself i was confident my dog was in safe hands. Best Value for Money Other Pet Boarding Facilities charges for Daily Walks, Daily Play time, Daily Updates and Live Web Cam. I have saved thousands by choosing Happy Little Howlers as they provide these services already included on their daily boarding rates. Thanks Lisa! Miggie will be back soon

Lisa and the Happy Little Howlers team is absolutely amazing! Max, my pug had a lovely 15 days stay with them and I was getting lots of updates through Instagram videos and sometimes chat. We were unsure of which pet boarding business to use however due to Happy Little Howlers location and all the great reviews we decided to use them to look after our puppy 'Queen Bee' while we went away for a few days. Dealing with Lisa during the booking process was a pleasure as she answered all my many questions and even during the stay we were able to extend Queen Bee's stay by a night with short notice and nothing was a problem at all. Happy Little Howlers is extremely clean and looked very well organised and the dogs we saw on arrival appeared eager to get in for their day care. Our drop off and pick up was a breeze and when we arrived to pick up our puppy all the dogs sounded like they were all very happy and there was a lot of playing. Thanks Lisa and your team for looking after Queen Bee and we will definitely be using Happy Little Howlers again and will highly recommend it to all our friends and family. The staff at Happy Little Howlers are amazing! My two little Dachshunds have both been here a couple times now and they have just come home from a whole week and seem super happy after their stay. I was a bit anxious with my puppy only being 5 months old but he has gained so much confidence and is a very social puppy from his experience. I highly recommend Happy Little Howlers to anyone looking for either daycare or boarding. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the dogs look like they have the best time here.

This pet sitting platform is seriously broken. I spent 3 weeks trying to withdraw my money from my pet sit. You can't speak to anyone. The 1300 number goes straight to voicemail and NOT one person calls you back. You go onto the website and it says request a call back at a certain time and date. NO ONE calls you back. You email and you just go around in circles. IT issues that never get resolved. You even try and delete your profile yet another IT issue. You can't escape even if you try! The only way I got my money back was I researched the CEO and guessed her email address. Low and behold I got an instant response and withdrawal straight away. I paid 19% commission to this company that did absolutely nothing!

This is such a poor platform compared to Madpaws. Every time I do a sit for them I have to chase and chase them for payment. It's ridiculous. The platform has extremely poor functionality when compared to its rivals as well yet it charges the same percentage. If I charged admin fees on top of each sit I reckon I'd be around $150 a night. It's a complete joke. Seems I'm not the only one who has experienced problems with chasing Petcloud for payment on multiple occasions either (refer to Product Review for other sitter experiences!). Furthermore, the app is completely useless, it doesn't work at all. I have to log in via a PC every time I want to check messages or update anything, which puts clients at risk of not having their services filled to their specifications (it could actually cause a life and death situation for a pet!). Oh and suddenly when I've become so frustrated with them that I write a one star review, I'm paid in a matter of minutes (after five working days' wait and much obfuscation saying there's nothing they can do) and I'm booted off the platform and have no record of my income from them for tax purposes. Thanks Petcloud!

PetCloud service was easy to use and we found the perfect sitter last minute. After the initial meet and greet, we knew our beloved hound was in very good hands. The sitters were kind and welcoming and they took lots of pictures and kept us updated. There are many reputable sitters on this platform so you'll be sure to find someone compatible for your pet and budget. Highly recommend.

PetCloud = peace of mind. We needed three dogs cared for in our home for a week and finding Cassandra via PetCloud was a godsend. We certainly didn't have time to advertise and vet potential house and pet sitters, so knowing the sitters were endorsed by Deb and her team was very reassuring and time-saving. The customer service from both Cassandra and the PetCloud team was helpful and prompt.

Great experience from start to finish, can not fault the sitters I booked on PetCloud :) They were very accommodating, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! The sitter I booked had their own pet labrador who made a great little playmate for my dog - makes it a lot easier to leave your pet if they are somewhat anxious about being left home alone..this was the first time my 12 month old pup had stayed away from us, and she was so happy I don't think she even noticed when I left!.

I highly recommend PetCloud - it was so easy to find a sitter for my dog Luna for 6 weeks - daily visits and walking. Julie's care for Luna was above and beyond what I could ever expect. Luna just loved Julie's visits and it totally settled her and helped her not to miss me whilst I was away. She looked after Luna like she was her own - that's great piece of mind. I would thoroughly recommend Julie if you need someone to look after your pet - Luna does too.

We came home to a very happy doggy and received lots of photos during Chloe's stay. Chloe has a natural and kind approach to animals, which is why our doggy was super happy the entire stay. Would highly recommend Chloe and we will be using Chloe again to pet / house sit for our gorgeous doggy.

This was the first time we used a pet sitter, my partner and I were worried to have someone we don't know stay in our house but we saw Anna had really good reviews so I thought she would make the experience easier, she did! Anna house sat for us for a week to look after our beautiful old girl, Bella. Anna did such a awesome job, I don't know why I was so worried! She sent us pictures and kept us up to date while we were away, nothing was to much trouble. She even cleaned the house when she left! Had an excellent first time experience with Petcloud. Emmalyn and Alison house sat Milly and Moki while we were away. We felt very comfortable when we met them and made leaving our dogs with them so much easier knowing they were going to be in safe hands. They did not disappoint and even messaged us while we were away to keep us informed. Would definitely recommend them, and we would be more than happy to use them again.
