Petpals looked after our cat brilliantly. They came to meet her before we went away and were very thorough in finding out all her likes and dislikes. We particularly liked the log of each visit. We would really recommend this company.

We had never booked a cat sitter before always relying on family and friends. We really didn't want to send our relatively newly adopted cat to a cattery. Despite sending previous cats to catteries they never seem happy. Neil was wonderful from the minute he walked through the door to meet her prior to our holiday. Our timid and flighty rescue cat was instantly curious and happy for him to approach and let her nuzzle. He took detailed instructions happily and all were followed carefully. I had checked in while we were away to make sure the first visit had gone to plan. Neil responded quickly to reassure me she was OK. There was a mini report when we returned and a happy cat, really pleased to see us. I couldn't recommend Petpals more.

Neil at Pet Pals Saffron Walden & his team have been fantastic at looking after our cat Maddie when we’ve been away. I know I can totally trust & rely on them to visit her, fuss her & give her meds etc. I am so glad we found them! Would highly recommend. Maddie is always well looked after & content when we get home. Five star service all round.

Neil and the rest of Petpals saffron Walden are excellent! They've been feeding our cats for 5 years since we moved to the area and I wouldn't use anyone else. Neil is always very quick to respond to my emails, has fitted us in at short notice and I feel happy having them look after our cats when we go away. They always write a note about how the cats were at each visit which I really appreciate! Overall great service.

Darwin's pack walks both of our pack members and they both love him - they get more excited to see him then they do us. Our little two have also had a few sleepovers with Darwins pack and I know they are looked after as if they were full time resident pack members. I am really glad to have found Darwins pack, they are reliable, flexible and treat our little guys like their own.

My dog Charlie boards here regularly. He is always eager to get out of the car when we arrive. I'm updated regularly to hear what he's been up to. When I collect him he's usually too busy running around the garden to notice me :) And when we get home he usually sleeps for the rest of the day - A sure sign that he's had a great time. However much I hate leaving him, I know that he's well looked after.

I was very impressed when I approached Sarah, she contacted me promptly and is extremely professional, reliable, punctual, and approachable. Something that set her apart for me was that on our first communication she referred to my dog by his name in all communication- something I have not experienced on previous enquiries. Her initial meet and greet was very professional and I liked the way she listened to our needs and tailored the sessions. She was very gentle and calm with my dog. My dog is epileptic and it was so reassuring that Sarah had experience in administering emergency treatment and this did not phase her- so reassuring to know he would be looked after. Although I did not require regular services I was still treated with care and attention. It was lovely to be left with a note and follow up texts prior to the session and the day after to check my dog was ok. It was lovely to leave him in such good hands. I can’t recommend Sarah enough. I joined the puppy classes with my 3 month puppy and it was the best thing I ever did! Getting my first puppy I felt quite nervous about joining a puppy class but Charlotte made me feel completely at ease. Not only teaching us valuable teaching techniques, she will go out of her way to offer advice for any other problems you’re having. I recommend and trust Charlotte 100%. Definitely the best course out there!

We've attended a few training courses over the years with Tails Trails. They are always very informative and cover just enough for us to go away and practice at home, which is a necessary thing to keep up with the training learnt during the class. If you haven't been to one of Charlotte's courses, then you should definitely give it a go. It's five stars from me and five paws 🐾 from my dog! Also, Tails Trails offer dog walking services (both solo walks and group walks). I wouldn't let my dog go out with anyone else. Charlotte looks after him and his welfare like he is one of her own.

Great course of puppy classes, enjoyable for young dogs & new owners alike. I especially enjoyed the small friendly group and being in the safe field felt less overwhelming & noisy than a village hall setting.

Charlotte's work in the 121 intensive recall with our 3yr old springer has made a massive difference to his recall when we are out. He stays closer to me, is more engaged along the walk and comes back when I call him! It has made a such a difference to our outings. I am so grateful for her expertise. She is a brilliant trainer and I highly recommend her. Thanks Charlotte for making such a difference.

Our cocker spaniel puppy Elsa learnt a lot - as did we! Charlotte ensured that training was always enjoyable for Elsa and for us - everything was made upbeat and positive, with the emphasis on fun and rewarding good behaviour. We have now started our other dog Maisie on a Life Skills course to hopefully address one or two behavioural issues, and have every confidence that it will go well!

I have used tails trails for the last three years ever since we got our little pup Bertie, I wouldn’t trust anyone else now! Charlotte is totally amazing, from the daily walks to overnight stays, it doesn’t get better. Bertie is very nervous but loves Charlotte and her dogs and gets so excited when he knows she is coming. Whether it is long or short country walks or home from home boarding, it doesn’t matter, we always know Bertie is in the best of hands especially as Charlotte is also a fully qualified experienced trainer too, it’s always 5 star service, 100% recommend tails trails!! 😊

I’ve used TailsTrails for walks, training, and sleepovers, and wouldn’t send my boys anywhere else! They always come back happy and knackered!

Cannot recommend SuPaw Nanny more highly. Not only does our Puppy have a fantastic time with her, he receives the individually appropriate level of mental and physical stimulation. His behaviour has also improved with interactions with other dogs. There is absolutely no-one else I would trust with our Puppy and I know there is no-one else he would prefer to be with!

Couldn't recommend enough! The absolute highlight of Hendrix's week is his doggy play and walk sessions with SuPaw Nanny. He's a highly energetic Labrador has been going every week for over 2 years. The facilities and level of care that he gets is fantastic, with all his needs met - running, sniffing, games, swimming and romping around with pup-pals. There are different groups suited to different dogs and he goes rain or shine. He's also boarded with Stacy and is always looked after as though he was her own. Thank-you!!

I cannot speak highly enough about SuPaw Nanny. We went on holiday for 2 weeks and Stacy looked after our two cats each day we were away. She not only fed them but gave them cuddles and made sure they were happy. She also kindly fed our fish. Stacy also provided us with updates and pictures on WhatsApp almost every day. SuPaw Nanny is amazing!! Our puppy has the best time with Stacy. I know he’s safe, well looked after and absolutely loves his doggy daycare days. Stacy is so professional and so lovely. I’ve contacted her for advice when Harley was poorly and she was brilliant. Responded straight away and kept checking in to see how he was getting on.

SuPaw Nanny looked after my two cats while we were away for a few days. First time using and Stacy came over beforehand to meet the cats. While we were away she sent us updates and pictures of how they were doing which was lovely. I knew I did not need to worry and that they were in good hands. Amazing service from SuPaw Nanny 100% 5 star service. After I had a weekend away from home, Molly was in the best hands ever. She loved her visits and play time. It was such a relief that I was able to keep her in her normal surroundings with no stress, as bunnies do not adapt well to change or stress. When Skye goes to daycare at SuPaw Nanny, I know that she will be well looked after, cared for and have fun! Stacy make sure that there are plenty of enrichment activities and that Skye gets to enjoy the amazing off lead secure field that has lots of areas to explore. SuPaw Nanny is perfect while I’m working from home as I know I can focus on work while Skye is having the best time playing with her pals. Stacy goes above and beyond to tell me how Skye is getting on and I love getting the photos at the end of the day of what they’ve got up to. I could not recommend more highly. (I think Skye thinks so too!)

Stacy has come and taken care of our cats on two occasions now, and I couldn't recommend her more highly. The cats like her a lot, and I get lovely photos of them enjoying their visit. Travelling is much less stressful when I know they are being well taken care of. Thank you, Stacy!

SuPaw Nanny is amazing she took time to meet myself and our bunnies once we had registered before I had even booked her services. She genuinely cares for our bunnies and treats them as part of the family. We can go away knowing they are in excellent hands and will be looked after so well. Jen is an effective, kind, experienced dog trainer who only uses reward based methods. She has helped me enormously with my difficult labradoodle, with weekly training days and a training/boarding stay he has improved hugely. I thoroughly recommend her. Jen will help you get the best from your dog.

Jen is always a pleasure to deal with and we wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after our dogs. Jen welcomes them into her home as if one of her own. She is very responsive to messages and will do her absolute best to help and accommodate you. If you are looking for a highly knowledgable dog trainer look no further than Jen. Highly recommend!

We cant recommend Jen and A'paw'lling Behaviour highly enough. We initially had online training and advice over skype that was invaluable for us in settling our new puppy into the home, in the most calming and caring way possible. Jen is incredibly knowledgeable and able to explain that to us clearly and dispel lots of old myths and techniques for training puppies. We then had some in person training, which taught us both and our daughter a lot, and it was even more clear Jen is an incredible person with animals...and people. Also, our puppy has stayed for a week and had training and boarding and returned a more obedient, calm and content dog. All of this has been excellent value for money and we would not suggest anyone else or ever use anyone else again.

My Lab loves going to see Jen. She usually boards with Jen one to two days a week and she always comes back very happy. She has also just spent a week with Jen when we were away on holiday and she loved her holiday too. I cant recommend Jen highly enough.

Harley (10 year old Lab) and Ralph (4 year old Cavachon) stayed with Jen for 8 nights as boarders. She is amazing! Harley came back having experienced Reiki and hot pads on his limping leg; Ralph came back with a gold star for 'being calm around small animals' (apparently he helped clean out guinea pigs without shouting!!!). I cannot recommend Jen highly enough. Although I don't want her to become too popular as she won't have room for my pooches :-)

Jen from A'paw'lling Behaviour was brilliant. Had a home visit providing guidance and tips to a complete novice owner with a new large 5yr rescue hound/lab crossbreed. Max loved her from the first moment. Very experienced, explains and teaches the owner and the dog. We had now mastered sitting :)

I can't recommend Jen highly enough. Me and my dog reactive pug Boss have been seeing jen for 7 months now, we attend the group training classes and have used 1-2-1 sessions too. Jen trains not just the dogs but more importantly the owners , I now understand how my dog thinks and can then assess situations differently making my dog much happier and calmer . Fantastic service

Suzanne looked after our dog Buffy since she was 6 months till she was 2 1/2. We are moving out of the area soon and will miss having someone so trustworthy to look after our girl. Our dog adores her and was always pulling the lead towards the house, which made us so happy. Couldn’t ask for more! She communicates brilliantly, is compassionate and just a lovely person all around. Rare find!

Spot On is run with a kind hand & canine orientated hearts! I have been using their boarding services for several years now & judge them by my dogs reaction & returned to me status. My dog is excited as soon as the overnight bag comes out. By the time we are packing up to drop off, he is ready & waiting to get in the car - such anticipation! You may expect a well administered, regulations adhered to set up. A clean & warm home to accommodate your four legged family & a friendly welcome! My dog has always been happy to return & so, therefore, am I. Thoroughly recommended family team making it a home from home experience for your pet!

Su and family have provided Dog walking, daycare, holiday stays and emergency cover for my dog for the last 7 years and before that looked after my elderly fragile cat. Their service is fully insured and they adhere to high professional standards. They have a great bond with my pets who really enjoy spending time with them as they are treated like one of the family - a home from home. Spot on were key holders for my house which was so useful when I had to rush away on a family emergency. They were able to collect my dog and all she needed and look after her until I was ready to come pick her up. I tried other companies before I discovered Su and family and this is the best by far.

Spot On Pet Care have been looking after Stanley for over a year now.We used their Dog walking service regularly when Stanley was a puppy and now he attends day care and stays overnight and whilst we holiday! I only have to mention Suzannes name and he is chomping at the bit to get round there. Would Highly recommend anyone wanting home from home care for their doggies.

Phoned up to arrange a stay for my dog. She asked what sort of breed he was and if he was good with other dogs. I answered he is half border collie half golden retriever and that the border collie breed makes him pretty excitable but he is a good boy. She promptly said he wouldn't be a good fit because it was in her home. I can understand not wanting a misbehaved dog in my home. But what she failed to find out was my dog is 9 years old and as sweet as they come. It would have been more professional to maybe arrange a meet and greet. Or to at least find out more about him.

Barney loves going to day care each week and Suzanne takes so much care of him - starting to think he likes Suzanne more than me! He can never wait to get through the gate. Suzanne is very caring and I know Barney is in good hands. I would never dream of sending him elsewhere. All queries are responded to very efficiently. Excellent service all round. Would definitely recommend

We have taken our dog Millie to Suzanne for boarding many times now when we have been away and can not take her with us. She is well cared for in a nice family environment and is always happy to go there. I would recommend Spot On to anyone who wants to know there dog is in good hands when you are away.

Bev has looked after our cat Chef three times this year and every time she’s been amazing. Always reliable and has great communication. She looks after our cat as she would look after her own. Chef likes her so much that he gets excited to see her. Can’t speak highly enough of Walden Moggies!

Bev is our go to whenever we go away. She is extremely caring, very careful to leave things tidy, loves to play with the cats and extremely trustworthy. We know our cats and our home is safe with her looking after them.

We used Bev to look after out diabetic cat who is very nervous. We were worried about leaving her. Bev had a real task on her hands but coped marvellously. Would definitely recommend her and will use her again.

Bev offers a great service given the cats can stay in their own home and be fed and pampered by someone who clearly loves cats. She sends out photos and videos to show they are all ok.

I would 100% recommend Serena for her services at Poochie Mumma. Both Serena and her daughter care for my dog as though she were their own. I have a 15 year old Yorkshire terrier who no longer enjoys long walks and is frightened of dogs, so Serena visits Lulu whilst I am at work to let her out and spend some time with her. It is clear that Serena totally loves the dogs she looks after. I receive a photo for every visit which brightens my day at work and puts my mind at ease that she is ok. Serena has also made emergency visits if I am stuck in London or if I need emergency dog cover. Serena is kind and very reliable, Lulu absolutely loves when she visits!

Serena took care of our dog Max when we travelled to Australia for a family wedding earlier this year. She is very professional and you can see how much she loves her job. Whilst looking after Max we received videos on a daily basis showing how much fun he was having out walking 2 or 3 times a day with other dogs. He had the time of his life. Also while we was away , our flights home were cancelled due to covid 19 and Serena was extremely supportive and looked after max while we was stranded. I couldn't recommend her enough and we will definitely be using her again.

We left our 11 month old cockapoo with Serena/Poochie Mumma for a week. We had looked at a number of other dog minders as we were very worried about leaving our baby for the first time but as soon as we met Serena we knew she was the one for us! She treated our dog to a 5 star service....like a member of her own family. We were very pleased to have daily updates on our dog, lots of amazing photos and videos of her not missing us at all! I She really enjoyed her time with Poochie Mumma and we have already booked with her for next year!

I recommended Poochie Mumma to my elderly neighbour who needed dog care whilst she was in hospital. Serena came to visit my neighbour and meet her very anxious Jack Russel Harry. Serena was very patient and oozed a calmness that settled Harry and made my dear friend and neighbour comfortable about her taking care of him. Serena had Harry for a week and from what I heard it sounds like he had a great time. The best thing to come from this is that Harry is now happy to leave my friend for periods of time without becoming distressed. Serena has continued to walk him 3 times a week and I often see her come to pick him up... his tail is always wagging and he is excited to see her. My dear friend is relieved to have such a reliable warm and kind person to take care of her little Harry. So this review is from us ... Margaret, myself and a very happy Harry!! Poochie Mumma is without a doubt a 5* service.

Serena & her daughter both came round to meet my dog before looking after her for the night. She immediately warmed to them and I knew she was in good hands. I was able to keep my dog at home which suited her perfectly as she’s 13 and loves her home comforts. Serena sent pictures of my happy dog out for their morning walk which was a lovely touch! So pleased we found someone reliable :)

I can't recommend Poochie Mumma highly enough. I spotted her branded van parked up at the exact time I was looking for a reliable local dog walker. Serena visited to meet Sophia (our mixed breed rescue dog) and immediately Sophia took to her. Initially Poochie Mumma would pick Sophia up on the day to take for amazing, fun & long walks (sending me photos of Sophia enjoying herself). A change of job meant that our dog now goes to Poochie Mumma for several hours each day and she always has a fun time, receiving plenty of exercise, love and attention. Poochie Mumma has always been reliable, has been flexible when work plans have changed and above all has taken care of Sophia as if she was one of her own dogs. If you're looking for dog day care, boarding or walking in the Stansted area your pup will be lucky to have Poochie Mumma take care of it!

My dog Ernie has been walked by Serena and stayed with her on occasions when work has taken me away from home, Serena has always been reliable and makes Ernie a big part of her family. I always receive daily photos of Ernie enjoying himself which is fantastic for me to see. I whole heartedly recommend Poochie Mumma!!

I only have left my dog with family, but this time no one was available to have my staffie, she is a spoilt dog , so I was worried about leaving her, as she doesn’t like me leaving her. After being recommend by a friend from work. I met , Serena , and felt happy my dog will be well looked after. And My dog seemed happy once collecting her and she said she had been on some great adventures, so my dog, tells me lol . I will be using her for future holidays 😃
