Kris Werner is the best dog/parrot housesitter and dog walker we have ever had, and we've had plenty. She loves animals, and cares for many types from birds to horses. We have used Kris exclusively for over 12 years, both as a house-sitter and dog walker. She is honest, friendly,and extremely reliable and if she is booked, she helps the client find an alternative to meet their needs. My family cannot recommend her more highly.

I have known Kris for about 14 years and every experience I have had with her has been a great one. She runs a very professional business. She is extremely reliable. She is clear in her communications. She is great with the animals. Kris has been our in-home pet sitter for many years, caring for our cats, bird, and horse. She is warm and loving with all of our animals and they respond in kind. She will follow our directions (and we leave pages of complicated instructions!) to the letter, and, at the same time, she has the sound judgment necessary to deal with an unexpected situation. Our animals are like our children, and we went through a few pet sitters before finding Kris. We trust her with our home and our most prized possessions.

Ry The Pet Guy and his dog walkers are life-savers! I adopted my 3rd rescue over the pandemic, a year old German Shepherd with a lot of energy, and finding Ry has been such a relief. He gets picked up twice a week by Gabe who takes him for his pack walk and even works with him on behavioral issues. He sends spectacular photos of their pack walks and video of how to continue the training exercises. Gabe goes above and beyond to connect with the dogs. Best of all, when we board all 3 dogs, they love him and the rest of Ry's crew and come home happy and relaxed. Absolutely top service for dog care!

Ry and team are so thoughtful with their dog care. This is the *ONLY* dog boarding place where our pup gets excited to go with them - all other places we've tried, our pup gets scared and nervous, breaks your heart as a dog mom! Instead, when Ry and his guys show up, our little girl cannot wait to jump in and head off to a weekend with her friends - did I mention they pick up your pup too? So convenient! Better still, Ry takes magazine quality photos and will send them to you while you're away from your beloved pup. Are they the least expensive option? Of course not, but the quality of care, the love they show these dogs, and the piece of mind of knowing our girl is well cared for while we're away makes it completely worth it. I would highly recommend Ry the Pet guy. Our original plan of care from a dog sitter fell through at last minute and our pup (Frenchie) has never been away from us. So I was a little nervous about leaving him but Ry and his staff were super warm and welcoming with Stitch. He was so excited and doing zoomies on the property when we arrived. He is a huge ball of energy so I was curious how he would do there. Throughout the 3 days we received daily updates on Stitch and pictures of his walks and adventures. It was such a good feeling to be reassured he was happy, well cared for and having a great time with other dogs. We will definitely be using their boarding services again. As someone who had never left my dog alone, I was understandably nervous about leaving him in the care of strangers. But from the moment I dropped off my pup, Indy, I knew he was in good hands. The team at RTPG are true dog whisperers, and had Indy comfortable and happy from day one. Throughout my trip overseas, they kept me updated with pictures of Indy on epic walks with his new friends, and I could see from his eyes that he was having the time of his life. They even helped Indy overcome his fear of bigger dogs, and gave me tips on how to be the best owner possible. When I picked Indy up, he was better adjusted than when I left him, and eager to return to RTPG. Their facilities are spotless, they come and pick up your pupper and drop him off for daycare as well. Overall, I can't recommend RTPG and their team enough. They truly care about the dogs in their care and go above and beyond to ensure they have a great experience. Ryland and his team are amazing! They take such good care of my fur baby, Harry, who can be an odd ball, and frankly, a handful. They understand dog behavior so well, and give my dog so much love and attention. He gets so excited when he knows that he is going to stay the weekend with Ry and team. Ryland has also done extensive behavioral training to be a trusted dog trainer. His passion for learning new tools and approaches impressed me, and made me feel at ease when I first began using him. We've been using Ry the Pet Guy since our dog was a puppy (he's now 11.5). Their team is incredible and takes such great care of our fur baby. We use both dog walking and boarding services. Gabe has been walking him for the last year +. He sends us amazing photos and is always responsive when arriving and dropping off. Our dog always looks forward to spending time with Gabe and Ryland's team.

We tried a couple of different pet sitters. For each, our dogs gradually came to fear the service - even hide under the deck when the pick-up van arrived. Then we found Sandy Paws. I was looking for day care for my 1 year old pup and was able to find Jackie through google. She was able to take him 5 days a week, full time, which was what me and my boyfriend were looking for. The meet and greet was great. She really wanted to make my pup feel comfortable. As the days went by, my pup was super excited each morning to see Jackie. She keeps us posted with our pup throughout the day and is extremely reliable! Would recommend to anyone trying to board or day care.

We meet Jackie over a year ago at puppy training. We were looking for someone to board our golden retriever puppy for a weekend. Our Lola was well taken care of and had a blast socializing with other dogs. She now goes 3 days a week for doggie daycare. She looks forward to seeing Jackie and her pups. Jackie goes above and beyond to make sure every dog gets the attention they need through out the day 💛

Jackie (of Precious Paws) is amazing. We adopted a sweet but stubborn half-grown pup, and Jackie has worked hard to teach our dog some manners. Our dog loves going to see Jackie every day, because she’s given tasks to do, but also treated with love. Jackie has made a world of difference!

I boarded my 10 month old GSD puppy with Jackie for 5 days and I was extremely happy with how well she cared for my dog. I received daily updates and pictures of my pup and that really helped me since it was my first time away from him. Due to snow storms my flight was cancelled and I couldnt make it back in time for the pickup. Jackie went above and beyond to help board my dog for an extra night. I will highly recommend Precious Paws for your Precious Pups.

I just wanted to share how much I love Precious Paws. My original dog sitter canceled on me at the last minute when I was ALREADY out of town and I called Jackie from Precious Paws who came through for me in a big way. Not only did she come pick him up and watched him until I came back in town, but she sent me updates that included pictures and just text messages that just left me know that he is in great hands and from the looks of things he made himself really comfortable on the couch. This is the exact kind care I was looking for. I didn't want to put him in a place where he was going to be another dog in a cage. I wanted him to have fun minus me and my son and that is exactly what I got. I am so happy with the care and will be back there for services again.

Jackie is amazing. She is very responsive and flexible. I started going to her after looking for a dog sitter that was closer to my home. She is much more than a dog sitter. Her dog training experience and loving nature elevates her services. Recently, I went on a trip far away and Jackie was only able to watch my dog for a portion of the time I was gone. After I was not able to find other options, she offered to take care of him and drop him off at the second boarding place. She also fed him white rice and boiled chicken when his stool was too soft. Even though she does not take dogs with soft stool she cared for mine as if he were her own. Thank you Jackie. I'm only sad that I'm moving soon and won't be able to see you much longer.

We have been using Lynda/Bay Area Pet Pals for at least 7 years as our petsitter for our 2 little dogs whenever we are out of town or need for other reasons. There is no one else I would trust as much as Lynda to take care of them. Her place is like their home away from home, and she treats and loves them as her own. And they get happily excited when they see her. Lynda has also had to give one of our dogs medication every day while we were gone, and she followed through with no problem. I’ve been using Bay Area Pet Pals (BAPP) for as long as I’ve had my dog (10+ years) and there is absolutely no other dog boarding service nor individual that I would trust to provide as outstanding a level of expertise with kind loving care as BAPP and Lynda. Lynda is experienced, professional yet personable and I have complete peace of mind and trust her implicitly whenever I leave my dog in her care. In fact, all my vacations are always scheduled with her availability in mind. I truly can’t imagine a pet care provider who could be any better.

Bay Area Pet Pals have been a godsend for me. We were new to the Bay area 3 years ago and I didn't have the family I normally relied on to watch my cats. On top of that one of my cats is diabetic and the other has chronic kidney disease. I'm a Veterinary Technician so finding the right people to watch my cats was critical and boarding them just stresses them out. I reached out to Lynda and was super impressed by her business model and the care takers she hires. You give her a lot of information about your pets and that really eased my mind that she cares about them. She is upfront about what she needs from the pet owner so there are no issues while you are gone. I travel a lot and Alisse and Kim and absolutely phenomenal! They give my diabetic cat her insulin and Alisse was even willing to learn to give fluids to my old gal. They spend quality time with them and are in constant communication with me via text or email. You do pay for the service but the peace of mind I get leaving my cats in their care is worth it to me. I highly recommend them!

Heather was awesome! We have a very shy cat but after a few days they were best friends. This company is legit. They scheduled a meet-and-greet and had thorough information forms to make sure the sitter isn't locked out and any specific needs the pet had. Will be booking again for future trips!

My dog Storm absolutely loves them, she is always so exited to get in. The staff is super friendly and nice not just to the dogs, but to the owners too. They always send me photos and videos of Storm having a blast, and are always on top of everything.

We found the #1 doggie daycare in California! We recently moved across country and looked at every doggy daycare/day/pack adventures in the Bay Area and nothing compares to PTSM. Our Shiba Inu loves her "home" away from home and always runs into daycare without a second look back. From the moment we reached out to Tommy, he was very communicative and accommodating. He even got our dog to eat on a normal schedule (all you Shibe owners will understand), which no daycare has done before. The entire staff is amazing and truly loves getting to know the dogs. We've interacted with just about everyone and we get daily photos/videos of our dog playing from Christina, Amy, and Manolo. We can tell from the photos, the staff goes above and beyond to include our dog in the pack. We also use their dog transportation services and yes, our girl loves hanging out with Troy in the "bark bus." One thing we noticed right away is the facilities are so clean and there are comfy beds, blankets, toys for the dogs. A big bonus is they have a door that leads to an outdoor space and our Shibe loves to sunbathe outside. There is nowhere else we will send our dog unless they replicate PSTM - thank you to the best crew!

Pet Sitting to the MAX is incredible. When my husband and I took our then 1-year old puppy to Pet Sitting four years ago, we did not know how much she would fall in love with the place and people, who have consistently treated her (and the spirited brother we acquired for her a year ago) like family despite her antics. The staff truly love animals, and it shines through. Very few things make my dogs happier than mentioning that we are taking them on a car ride to daycare, and Pet Sitting is one of the places we will miss most as we leave the Bay Area.

Amy and team are professional and go above and beyond! Outstanding service, care and love for my fur babies. My husband and I went our of town and for the first time hired outside help to come check on our 2 cats. Amy went above and beyond and provided excellent service: -vacuumed and tidied our place -changed cat liter -played with both cats -spent decent time in our apartment for each visit -gave my cats the love and attention they needed and rewarded them with some treats What I also appreciated was the updates when she did visit. Updates included pictures and video of the cats, as well as what she did while she was there. Truly professional and fantastic experience as well as great value for the price. Would 100% recommend amy and team and go through them again in the future.

Very friendly staff. My dog loves it here. He's a little old, but whenever I pick him up from here he's got a little spring in his step! The place is clean and they are always bugging me about my vaccinations, which means all the dogs are up to date so I always feel good about leaving my dog here.

I don't know what I would do without Jamie... My 16-year old grumpy little feline dude needs subcutaneous fluids every three days and pain meds daily. Suffice it to say, he refuses to believe that I'm trying to help him when I go to stick him with a needle. Jamie's presence is so calming and self-assured and her skills and experience are super appreciated. She makes life for all involved way less stressful. My husband and I took several longer trips and every time she took care of Gizmo, everything went without a hitch. She sent me photos and emails telling me how Gizmo was doing. Highly and warmly recommend her!
