During her 14-day stay, my Dannita received special attention that exceeded my expectations. Shayleen made sure to provide her with lots of love and affection, treating her like she was a member of her own family. She was taken out for walks regularly to enjoy fresh air, socialization, and maintain her daily exercise routine, which I greatly appreciated. She sent me updates, several throughout the day, with photos and videos, showing me how happy and content Danna was. I have no doubt that it was cared for with the HIGHEST level of dedication and professionalism, with a lot of love and affection. I highly recommend any pet owner looking for care, and without a doubt, I will trust her again to care for my dog in the future. 100 out of 10!!

It was the best experience leaving our two-year-old dog with Shay! My dog spent 8 days with her and sent us photos and videos several times a day. My little dog looked happy and content with it and when I picked him up he looked very clean and comfortable. I can't recommend your services enough- THANK YOU SHAY, you are a sweetheart!!!

Excellent place to leave your pets when you are traveling or on vacation, a clean and pleasant place. Pets feel as relaxed as in their own homes, there they are not caged or tied and they can interact with other pets. Communication with PET HOME and the pet owner does not fail, you are always aware and can rest assured no matter where you are on vacation, the pets are in good hands. I recommend it 100%

The best service and care!! 10 out of 10. I have previously left my dog in other places and I have not seen as much attention and communication as here. The whole process was very easy and I always received photos of how my dog was doing. For me it was very important that he could socialize with other dogs and not be in a cage and that was the case. My dogs Onyx and Carmela spent 2 weeks in this personalized care while we traveled. It's like being at home with family, they kept us informed daily with photos and videos. Nice place to leave your furry loved one in the care of great employees. They offer a free half day care pass as an initial assessment to see how your pet dog behaves among others. They send pictures of your pet to keep you posted. My “Pamela”, has already retuned and has made new friends.

There is nowhere better than Wooftopia for doggy daycare and boarding. I used their daycare service for about a year to help accommodate my personal work schedule. The pricing is comparable to other daycare businesses, but they offer a discounted package for 20 days. The dogs get to be out and play most of the day. For every holiday, they host parties, have photoshoots and activities for the dogs, and sometimes even take-home goodies for the owners. For Valentine's Day, I got adorable photos of my dog dressed as the Valentine's Day queen and her framed paw print. You can tell they care a lot about the dogs and put effort into making it a great experience for pets and their owners. I've also boarded my dogs at Wooftopia several times. They send me photos of the dogs and are extremely communicative. The kennels are clear-walled, not wired. The dogs have little cots to sleep on. The spaces are roomy. Best part is the dogs get to get out and play, which many boarding spots will charge extra for. My previously scared dog with terrible separation anxiety grew so comfortable at Wooftopia that she'd blast through the front door in excitement without even looking back. It felt great to be able to leave her somewhere I knew she was having fun and being well cared for. The only reason I'm no longer using Wooftopia is because I'm moving. But because they've set the standard so high, I know I'll have a hard time finding somewhere I like nearly as much.

From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the staff cares about animals. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Our dog is usually quite anxious in new environments, but when we picked him up, his tail was wagging and didn’t appear stressed after being in their care for 4 days. He was also returned to us freshly bathed. One of the highlights were the updates received, complete with photos and video. It was reassuring to see him which helped us relax a bit. We had a great experience and will use their services again when back in PR.

I’m new to the area and was looking for a new doggy daycare for my pup. He has been there several times and absolutely loves it and I love the team. They take lots of photos and keep me updated on him all day long!

We couldn’t go on vacation ever because our Otis would be heartbroken and stopped eating. Wooftopia took care of Otis this time for 2 weeks and it was a blessing! We received amazing pictures and videos during his stay and we could see that he had a blast! Thank you so much for the great care.

We boarded our two dogs at Wooftopia for the first time and had a great experience. Our dogs weren’t very socialized and they really took time and worked with them. My puppy was at the ripe old age of 18 weeks and finally finished with his initial vaccination series (including Rabies), so I could finally take a trip outside of the island. I figured that given his young age it was the right time to take him to a nice dog hotel where he could get a chance to socialize with other dogs. This turned out to be an amazing decision! After two weeks, I picked him up and he was so much different from when he entered. My puppy is a Goldendoodle (Mini/Medium), and his temperament and behavior after his stay was EXACTLY the kind I envisioned for him. I recommend Wooftopia not just for the amazing care and accommodations but it's also a great way to socialize your puppy with other dogs once he's able to. I will be taking my pup here again in the future. Can't recommend it enough!

Imagine if they are good, that I travel from Santa Isabel to Trujillo Alto so that my dog participates in Animal Care by Yaraliz activities. They make you buy and provide their supplies!! Like an entire stack of pee pads and entire Rolls of paper towels. They did not return an entire paper napkin roll that was impossible to use on my small dog only which means they use the supplies that I bought for MY DOG on every other dog., also the entire stack of pee pads that I know my dog does not use yet are required for other dogs to use. A mandatory bath is $35 for an 11lb dog and a nail trim is $20. why is a nail trim almost the same price as the bath??? Why do I have to buy and provide supplies a dog daycare should already have and are using on other dogs other than mine ?? The videos they send are not personalized they are generic videos and are not daily. Maybe every other day or when you remind them. I paid $450 for a week stay at this establishment, I would assume the least they can do is return MY supplies for my dog or provide themselves the supplies they need to run a dog grooming/ daycare.

Recently boarded our dog for two weeks at NovoPet. VERY clean facility and no cages. Nice outdoor play area. The owner is truly amazing and cares about each pet. We received daily videos and/or pictures of our dog, including the attached one from Halloweeen (Ours in blue bow tie!). Seeing our dog very happy helped us relax more being away. Just an amazing place and we can't say enough good things about NovoPet. Will be a repeat customer and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We love Stephy's My Beloved Dog pet hotel! It is Chewy's second home. There are separate areas in the house set up to place pets depending on their temperaments, personalities and needs. There are plenty of dogs to make friends with. Chewy always has a great time at the hotel and is always super excited to come back! We love it because the dogs are not caged, they are grouped according to temperament, the hotel is always spotlessly clean, and the the dogs are treated like family.

Appreciate and loved the work performed by the groomers to my Siberkan Husky (Arya), Which was in need of a professional service because previous groomers didnt know how to work on hairy fur doggies.... The owner is very committed and devoted to her work, you can tell by the disclaimers and logistic in the shop. Im a business owner, I can identify good local businesses and this is one of them. Horrible, my PERSIAN cat HAD CUT OFF HER TAIL, WHISTRACES AND EYEBROWS, THEY DID NOT CLEAN HER EARS AND IT IS THE WORST SERVICE TO TOP ON, THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME EITHER NAME OR EDUCATION CERTIFICATE OF THIS PERSON I THINK THEY ARE NOT QUALIFIED OR LICENSED. They must take action on the matter, they are lucky that I am going on a trip and getting married, I am not traveling in a regular week. But I will make my annoyance with the process very clear!! I hope you never find a place like the one they offer in your lives, but I don't wish what I feel for your pets or for you!!! How devastated and brutally helpless and my disoriented cat scratching everywhere. I will take her to the vet so that the hair on her face can be recorded!

The worst experience I have ever had. I left my dog at 9 am and they delivered him to me at 6 pm. When I left him they told me that I was doing turn number 3 and they left it for last so I understand that for that reason instead of taking the time to try to brush him calmly and undo some knots as they have done with my dog in other groomings, They decided to shave it completely because apparently it was the quickest thing to solve. I have never felt so bad with my dog. And I understand that although I signed an authorization that if the dog has knots it is authorized to trim them, at no time did they tell me that it would be shaved from head to toe. It is a shame that one wants to support a new business and finds themselves in these situations.

Here they treat my dog like a queen and with a lot of love and care. They do their best to accommodate any special dog-mother requests. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. They don't know about races. They give the same cut to all the animals. THEY ABUSED A CAT IN THE WORST WAY. They cut off all his hair. He looks like a dog, they cut off his whiskers and even his tail. My cat is depressed. Also according to the police, this establishment has complaints for theft of logos, for mistreatment of animals and according to the police officer I spoke with he let me know that they are under investigation WHY THEY DO NOT HAVE THE APPROPRIATE LICENSES TO BE OFFERING SERVICES. This will not stay like this, I will do justice for my cat and for all the other animals that have been mistreated.

No options for 0 stars!!! After an extense search to find a groomer for our dog, we found this place. We made a reservation through their text back response option. We were offered a day / time and we confirmed we would be there... They sent us a link to complete the profile, and we did! We even added the CC information as it's part of the profile... We showed up to the appointment. Long story short, they did not take our dog. The lady tried to say the appointment wasn't confirmed until I showed her the text conversation and she had no option but to agree they had dropped the ball. They offered to take my dog and crete him until they finished other dog, although we had made our appointment and they didn't complete their job accordingly... All they offered us was an app for next Thursday, from Sunday, that was our app... Very unprofessional!!! Do Not make appointments with this businesses! Waste of our time!!!
