Can't speak highly enough of this establishment. They were thoughtful, professional, and responsive from beginning to end. Our 3 bali dogs are not used to being in kennels and we were worried about how things would go, luckily the staff and owner were super helpful in making sure the process was easy, safe and secure. Our dogs were returned to us happy and healthy, and we have already booked a longer stay in the near future. 🤩

Bali Kennel is the right place for your fur kids. It has a big garden for your fur kids to play along with other fur friends. The grooming service is awesome, my Hiro came home with very handsome look and smells so nice. Definitely will come back there next time. Thank you so much 😊🙏🏼

I think they have best facility in Bali but not cat friendly place. The owner looks like avoiding cats. It was only 4 pm but even he didn't let me see around the cat's places and just told me already has too much cat and he doesn't want me see there. And he said if u want to see, come tomorrow morning. It was only around 4pm, Not 5pm. Maybe he already got full booking almost everyday.

I washed my dog there and he came back like new, the owner was very kind.

This is the first kennel ever where no dogs were barking. Very relaxed environment with a massive playground for all the doggies. They get showers, pedicures and cuddles durig their stay.

A delightful slice of furry heaven on the island paradise of Bali! The place is tiny, but so big on heart... and the rescue dogs are so wonderfully welcoming. Its clear to see they well cared for, and are truly loved and happy here. If you adore dogs - especially rescue dogs - please try and drop by for a visit... the wagging tails will pawsitively make put a big smile on your face, and leave a big paw-shaped imprint on your heart!

The crew at Pretty Paws Bali are very helpful and friendly. The shelter is well kept and the doggies are so happy to see visitors! A great shelter to visit if you wish to adopt or get loads of love from the doggies!

Pretty paws bali What can I say other that this place is amazing. I had the pleasure of spending alot of time here over a 2 weeks period while staying in Sanur. The staff who work there Olivia and Henky were so welcoming and I can tell they truly love animals and the dogs they work with. It was great to see their interactions and how they care for the dogs so well. Nanda the manager is also very friendly and welcoming and took the time to explain about all the dogs and answer any questions I had. I loved spending time here and seeing all the personalities of each of the rescues and how they interacted together, playing with the pups and also taking them for short walks. Can't wait to come back and see everyone in July. Will miss you all Much love Nichole

Pretty Paws is an amazing organisation that allows dogs and puppies who would normally be on the streets to live a happy and healthy life in a safe environment. The employee's are so passionate about the safety and security of the dogs and make sure they have an organised schedule with lots of playtime and treats ☺️. My dog was so well cared here. The place is providing the stay including twice a day meal for the dogs (and bath prior to check out) with very affordable price, minimum 3 night stay. Big playing area for dogs. The owner loves dogs to so my dog was very happy (that he quite forgot that it is only boarding). Owner was very responsive and communicative. The number listed is in WhatsApp. I highly recommend this place.

I am disappointed with the service at this establishment. The staff make doing business here unnecessarily difficult. They are slow to respond to messages and often ignore calls and texts, forcing us to visit in person for answers. Compared to other pet hotels, this place is of a lower standard. When I tried another pet hotel, my pet was much happier upon pickup. In contrast, my pet comes back from this place looking stressed and unhappy.

My dog Donteng stayed 1month. They took good care of my dog for a month. We couldn't go often because we were busy, but I was relieved by sending videos and poto frequently. They really love dogs. Thank you for a good care my Donteng.

This is my second time leaving my super hyperactive dog at poles. They are great with him and always send us update pics so we know what he is up to. They handle the dogs with such care and respect, I never have to worry about leaving my puppy with them

They took our two puppies at 2 months old. Last minute plans and had to have someone watch them. They really seem to care about the dogs and took great care of them.

If you want to transport your dog back in your country, DO NOT USE and DO NOT TRUST pole dog s stay. Our dogs stayed there 3 months because we had to get back home(covid), pole dogs was working with a pet transport to help us to do everything to fly back with our dogs to france. The real bad thing is the lack of transparency with the pet transport, i can t really put a review to them because i can t find a website. we first paid 16 millions IDR to do antirabi titers and the transport to jakarta, they said the titers was failing, the way they were doing everything was shocking, we got robbed by that pet transport and pole dogs is in fault into that. We had to finally used another pet transport. So we ve lost 16 millions IDR and a lot of time because pole dogs. We ve never get any money back from the pet transport and pole dogs know that (they re probably working together).

We left our dogs for the weekend in our way to Sanur port. Very convenient location if you are visiting the islands. The place looks great and even we have some miscommunication about picking them up, the staff accommodate to make it possible.

I can't fault Happy Paws, I have only ever sent my dog there and she has always been looked after. They pick up and drop off your pet if needed and the communication is great 👍. The staff all genuinely enjoy what they do and it shows, they send updates on your pet and everytime they were wagging happy on walks or just play. Placed our fur baby here for a few days and thanks to all staff for taking care of him! They sent videos and updates every day, and even gave our dog medicine he needed every day as I asked. They also bathed and washed him perfectly well and I was just absolutely calm while waiting for our reunion!❤️

I can’t thank Happy Paws enough. They looked after our 2 rescue dogs for a total of 7 months while we saved the money to have them shipped overseas. It was so stressful for us to be without our babies. The staff sent us videos all the time and kept me up to date. I could always see they were happy and not stressed. They finally arrived a few days ago and we could not be happier! They are both super happy and you can tell they were well looked after and loved. Thank you so much to the team at Happy Paws. Been looking for somewhere to look after my dog for 4 nights. Just been to check this place out. The lady we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The place was spotless and the dogs all seemed happy. No crates they just hang out together which i think is great. Didn't hesitate to book my dog in.

It's a dogs day care. You can train your dog to swim and clean your dog. It's like dog community center. If you want to go out of Bali while you have a dog, it's a good place to drop ur dog while you leave. It can be more clean than before. Easy to park if you bring a car. The owner also passionate with dogs!

Our seven dogs of all ages and sizes have been many times to either stay for a few days or to be groomed at Sit & Stay over the past six years and it’s always been a pleasure for us and our dogs. They’re very professional, responsible and reliable. They have a pick up and delivery service that are always punctual and the premises is spacious and clean. There’s a large swimming pool and enormous lawn for the dogs to run and play all day. The staff are super friendly and seem to genuinely care for our dogs. If our dogs run into the staff on the street or at the beach, the dogs get excited and are very pleased to see them. They also have a dog walking service that we occasionally use. We would definitely highly recommend Sit & Stay and wouldn’t leave our dogs with anyone else. Gail Elliott

Incredible doggy care. The workers are superb with my dog and even have her swimming lessons so that after about 4 sessions she was jumping into the sea to swim with me which she was scared to do before. The grooming and boarding is very well priced and Sit and Stay is the only place I would leave my dog in Bali if going on holiday.

Both of my dogs have been happily going back and forth to Sit&Stay for almost 3 years. I must say that their services are excellent!! They do pick up and drop service, very well taken care of too whenever my dogs had to stay with them when i’m out of the country. The groomers are extremely friendly and professional. Always reached my expectations. I did a full service with them from grooming, having my dogs stay with them and also dog walking! The dog walkers truly care for my dogs as they always inform me if there was anything i need to do / give my dogs. Since getting puppies in bali. I have used all their services. From Training, grooming, pet taxi and day care. The care this team has for dogs is second to none I would recommend anyone in bali with dogs to use this company.

I was a bit apprehensive about putting my 2 dogs at a dog hotel, but thanks to Kusuma and her prompt replies via whatsapp, I was able to quickly get the info I needed to help decide if this was the place. I also conducted a site visit prior to boarding my dogs, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the facility, the dogs there seemed in good spirits, and the staff friendly and confident. I received videos of my dogs while I was away and when I came to pick them up they seemed like they had been well-cared for. I believe they offer free pickup and drop off which I will try next time. Prices are slightly high but given the proximity to my location it was the obvious choice. You are charged for each night, not a 24 period, which means you can drop your dog off early one day, and pick them up late afternoon on the next with the same price. Thanks Dewata K9!

I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else! They pick up and drop off (as long as you’re in a certain radius) My 3 pups always come back looking extra cute, smelling fresh and super happy as they get to play with the other dogs there. Great place!
