Kelly and Alexis were great with my doggy, it was his first time boarding and he has really bad separation anxiety, they took great care of him, Kelly even called to communicate with me and took extra care of him. I could tell he was in good hands, If i’m ever in the area again I will for sure bring him here. Very friendly and good with animals, Thank you⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My doggies had the best time at Moon Doggies Daycare. Definitely recommend them. They stayed a whole week. And came back happy and tired. Thank you again for taking such good care of them.

We left our German Shepherd Aries at Moon Doggies for a week. It was the first time we had been apart from her and did not know how she would react to be boarded. Kelly took such good care of her. She was walked daily and she sent us pictures daily of her having play time with another dog and also her son spending time with her. She was so well looked after and we would not hesitate to leave Aries with her again. We’re so glad we found her. Thank you Kelly.

Wow. We were just blown away by how great this past weekend went. Our girls are Covid puppies. They are the lights of our lives, our babies. We have never been apart, and they have never stayed away from home. But I had a business trip that was going to require us to travel, and we didn't have anyone that could take care of them. I had expressed this to a few people and they said, "Do you not know about Moon Doggies?" Long story short, we know now!!!! Thank goodness!!! What a game changer!!! After meeting Kelly and touring Moon Doggies, we were at least confident to give it a try and move forward with our plan. We dropped the girls off Friday. And picked them up today, Monday. Throughout their visit with her, we received photos and updates that reassured us that all was going very well! But when we saw our pups today and they were happy and content, it through us over the Moon!!! Total game changer - we feel like we have a new member of our team, and that maybe we can start to travel a bit now without the ultimate hard stop because we don't have a great place for our babies. Because now we do!!! Kelly is awesome!!! Thank you!!!!

Our baby Meea had a wonderful first boarding experience with Kelly this last weekend. She was available and kept us updated on how Meea was and shared pictures of her and her new friends. After meeting Kelly, my husband's words were "Now that's someone I want watching our dogs!". She definitely lived up to his expectations! We can't wait to bring her to daycare! Thank you Kelly!

We were in town for a wedding and travel with our dog, Frannie. Needed a place to board her for the night and discovered Moon Doggie. Great experience and they took excellent care of our little girl. They even texted us a photo to let us know she was getting along and making new friends!

Excellent customer service and very helpful. We were staying in Helen for 2 days and our dog doesn’t get left alone a lot so in the hotel he was barking way too much. We thought we wouldn’t be able to enjoy our short time here, but Moon Doggies Stay and Play saved our trip and we got to have a wonderful time and not worry about our dog. The owner went out of her way to make sure our dog felt safe and comfortable as well as keep frequent communication and update. I definitely recommend for anyone in the area or traveling through.

We brought our puppy Max here while we were in Helen. They treated him like family, they loved and cared for him so well. They were so nice sent us updates of our baby. I totally recommend this place. They are so kind and sweet and it's really convenient to Helen. Will definitely use them again next time we are in Helen.

We took a four day trip to Helen. Of course we had many activities planned for our stay, many of which our 13 year old dog could not participate in. Fortunately we found Moon Doggies which we used for day care. Every morning we dropped our dog off and in the evenings we picked him up. Kelli was extremely flexible to our schedule, which we greatly appreciated. You can tell she likes animals with her interaction with our dog. I would recommend Moon Doggies for your dog needs.

Paula trained my two new puppies and things went from out of control house destruction and kids getting bit into calm respectful sweet playful puppies. Anyone who tells you that you need to train your own dog or they won't listen to you is just wrong. The training immediately transferred. Great results, fair price, genuine care and concern for both us and our dogs from some very genuine people.

My best friend had suggested Mountain Pet Resort. My 5 yr old dog has never been boarded before. So we went with my friend’s recommendation and went to Mountain Pet. Very clean!!!! The staff and owner were absolutely the best! My dog was well taken care of. We will definitely be back!!! Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience for my dog who was boarded for first time at 7years... He didn't run to see me when picked him up..but checked out everything along the way, then gave me love. Certainly not anxious to leave. He smelled good and was a happy dog. I have boarded my dogs with Paula for over 20 years... It has always been a great experience for my dogs. I had never boarded my pup before but received numerous recommendations from friends at the Cornelia Dog Park about Mountain Pet Resort. When I left my pup there, I was given a "tour" of the facility which confirmed the safety, cleanliness (they were actually hosing down the area), safety, etc. and I just knew from the recommendations that my pup would be taken care of. I highly recommend Mountain Pet Resort.

An extreme amount of knowledge and patience was afforded to my visit with a difficult 100# Malinois! Five Stars are insufficient to express my satisfaction.

Our two girls have stayed at the Mountain Pet Resort several times and they are always happy to go back. We can relax while we are away because we know that they are safe and well cared for.

This was my 2 dogs 3rd time to Mountain Pet Resort, they were excited to go there and walked right in like they knew exactly where to go!! They are always well taken care of! The kennels are extremely clean and sanitized! We will always use Paula when we need a vacation!! I would definitely recommend Mountain Pet Resort to everyone! Everyone there is extremely friendly!

My dogs are high maintenance but mnt pet was able to handle them. My dogs had such a good time they did not want to leave.

I’ve been a long time customer and this is Luna’s first time going to visit Miss Paula She’s almost 2 years now and I’ve only had her a few months due to the death of my beautiful Gabby. She usually would come with Phelps he wasn’t feeling very well. She only stayed two days and two nights, but she had a wonderful time and obviously played a lot because she was very tired She really enjoyed using the doggie door after she figured it out because I didn’t have one at home I highly recommended Miss Paula i she is the best

I moved to the Rabun Gap area 2 years and have exclusively used Shady Oaks for my two dogs Milo and Ollie. Their ears perk up with excitement when I tell them they are going there. The girls at shady oaks are friendly and will accommodate you when you need help. It was a major weight lifted off my shoulders knowing that my dogs had a safe and happy place to go, when I wasn’t able to watch them. I highly recommend them.

Let me speak on behalf of our fur babies. They love going to Shady Oaks. They literally claw at the front door to get in when we drop them off for boarding or grooming. They have never done this at any other place we have taken them…they usually try to retreat back to our vehicle. They are also the only groomer who actually groomed our mini Aussies perfectly. The whole staff has been so welcoming to us and even was gracious to check our doggos in when we were a couple minutes past 12pm one day. So blessed to have such a great doggie camp in Rabun County who takes care of our lovely fur babies!

A friend recommended Shady Oaks to us because we had an upcoming trip. We had enough notice to schedule our dogs for a daycare stay prior, and our dogs couldn't have been happier! The staff was sweet and polite. We boarded the dogs a couple of weeks later for 5 nights. We sent them with their own food, bedding, and meds. They looked happy and healthy when we picked them up. We will use Shady Oaks again for daycare as well as boarding!

We took our pup chevy there and he came back happy, healthy and with no problemos!

This was our very first visit... I requested a teddy bear cut, she (Candice) agreed and this is what I came home to... with messages telling me to “get over it” when asking for a partial refund. I’m appalled that this woman thinks her grooming and her attitude was professional and people should see what she did to our dogs. They were groomed at the end of May before moving here and she claimed they were matted and it took all day... I dropped them at 11am and they were picked up at 4:30pm. 5hrs for 3 dogs is all day?! “Get over it”!? We’re heart broken! I’m still waiting on the “break down of charges” email and partial (if not FULL refund!), too. :( Beware!

I have never been so impressed with a Day care for my baby girl Irma Lee as I was with Shady Oaks. They went above and beyond for my special little angel. I could see that she had such a good time there. I wished I lived a lot closer, because I've never seen my baby so happy before. They took such good care of her. I was nearly in tears seeing how much fun she was having and how happy she was. Really is 5 Stars enough for Shady Oaks? No it should be a lot more. I can't recommend Shady Oaks enough! You can feel safe knowing that your precious little family member will get lots of play and love. Next time I'm in Georgia I'll make the trip just for Irma Lee. I want to give them a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart. Just so very wonderful.

Needed dog boarding for 6 days, called in a week ahead and they had a spot available. Drop off was easy, staff super friendly. Picked up one day early and they gave credit for the remaining one day. No payment was due until pick up. Our dog didn't complain about the stay so we assume he had a great time ;) I would definitely bring him over there again. Thank you.

I brought my dogs here while staying at Tallulah State Park for a week. FYI-The kennel is 10 minutes from the state park. The owner was very sweet and polite and gave me confidence that my puppies will be well taken care of (which they were) This kennel is a small, but big enough facility for your fur babies to run around and have fun. Definitely will bring them again if I plan another visit

When we first moved to Rabun,we tried multiple kennels,once we found Shady Oaks,we knew we had found the place for our fur babies. Shady Oaks is by far the absolute best. Our dogs are always happy when we pull up to Shady Oaks and they are always in good spirits when we pick them up. They go above and beyond with both our girls,one who is 140lbs and one who is 100lbs. Ppl are often hesitant to take In larger breed dogs and the owner and staff treat our babies just like any other. Not only have we been late to pick up but we’ve been late for drop off and as long as we call,there’s never been a problem. I would 100% recommend Shady Oaks.

Laura and her staff are amazing! We trust them with our aging baby girl. That is huge. They recently added on to the retreat and it was a great upgrade. The photos they post while your pet is at play in their care is awesome. Our Raven is always excited to go stay with Miss Laura.

Not only is the location on the facility's top drawer immaculate, but the staff is so loving and caring, and they take such individual care. I have two completely different dogs, and they love both of them, and they treat them like their family. I highly recommend the HAPPY DOG retreat. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and wouldn’t leave my dogs anywhere else

It is a ‘happy cat retreat’ too! I brought my baby, Teeter, here for two nights while attending a wedding and couldn’t be happier. They had comfortable, separate accommodations for cats which were extremely reasonably priced. Each cat gets a private cat “condo” with multiple levels and food/litter boxes are provided. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The entire process was hassle-free and my baby seemed to have a nice time too. Thank you!

I love my dog like she’s my child and I am SO picky about who I leave her with. The first time I dropped Josie off I cried (worried mom x10), but the team was clearly awesome and put my worries at ease with their positivity and obvious love for dogs and what they do. When I picked her up, she was clearly beyond happy and so well cared for! They are my only go to for boarding now. I travel frequently for work and can travel with peace of mind knowing she’s well taken care of while I’m gone ❤️

I cannot speak highly enough about this place. We were in a bind having to leave town for a beach vacation and the other place we were going to board our dog fell through the day we had to leave. I called Laura at the last minute and she moved mountains to get us in for the week. Our goldendoodle Hunter had never been boarded before and she made us feel at peace with leaving him. I called to check on him every day and they posted pictures of him playing on Facebook, which eased our minds. This place is VERY clean and the staff were all incredible. They loved Hunter like family and we will definitely bring him back. We live almost an hour away from Happy Dog but it’s worth the drive to know he’s safe, loved, and cared for!

My dog just started day.Care at this place and it's awesome. The people that run it are great, very friendly, very helpful.And they love all of their animals. He's very happy there and he can't wait to go every day.

Deborah is so good with our pups! We went out of town and wanted them in their own environment, not a boarding kennel. She came over and met our puppies and learned their routine. Lots of questions to make sure they would get the perfect care!! They enjoyed their time with her and we loved all the updates every time she came to walk/play/love on them! The pictures were great and we loved seeing them and knowing they were being treated as we would treat them! We will use her anytime we have to leave town. She is awesome!!

I have not personally used Deborah’s pet care (because she doesn’t service in our area) but I did call needing to find a last minute pet sitter as our normal one fell through. Just from talking on the phone, I could tell Deborah is a kindhearted soul who loves animals + helping people. She was so quick to offer compassion, positivity, and other ideas + recommendations to help us. She seems very sincere and caring - definitely someone I’d trust with our furry family members!

Deborah took wonderful care of our beloved pets!!! Definitely recommend!!! Deborah took care of our African grey parrot and our cats AND my husband’s flowers (very important in Ga heat!!). She cared for our pets better than we do!!! It was much easier leaving our pets with someone as trustworthy as Deborah. They say, “Thank you!”

Our family of 3 mutts was a last minute booking with Deborah. She walks our neighbors dogs and I literally ran her down in the street to get her to come see me about helping us out last minute after our usual pet sitter bailed last minute. Deborah made an appointment to come over to do a "walk-thru" of our routine and meet the mutts, stayed almost an hour just for the walk thru! She was AWESOME the whole 5 days she came to walk, talk to, and feed our mutts! She arrived on time every day - I could see her on camera when she pulled in the driveway and she sent me lots of fun photos of our furbabies daily! She stayed over an hour each day with our babies to walk, play , feed and love on each and every one. On top of that, she went above and BEYOND being a good neighbor not just with our beloved pets! I would HIGHLY recommend Deborahs Pet Care! She is reliable, conscientious, professional, and above all loving to our furbabies - who could ask for more? She will treat your family like her family! 💖

My boyfriend and I went on vacation to Japan for 16 days and needed a pet sitter for our cats. This is the first time we’ve used a pet sitter and also the longest we’ve ever been away from them. He had heard someone at work saying great things about Deborah’s Pet Care so we decided to try her out. She came over twice to meet them and make sure they felt comfortable with her before we left. They loved her almost immediately! These are not the easiest cats to take care of because they all have different food and one takes a pill daily, but she was amazing with them! Every time she went by, she let me know the time that she was there and sent lots of pictures and updates. I never once had to worry about our babies while gone because I knew they were in great hands. She even went above and beyond and took out our trash, watered my plant, and brought the mail in. We will definitely be using Deborah again next time we leave town! If you are looking for someone to take care of your fur babies, I definitely recommend calling her! I’m sure they will love her as much as my kitties did😻

Deborah is amazing. From the very first visit, my dogs were more behaved for her then they are for me and 3 dogs are a handful. She walks all 3, plays with them and then picks up the yard. I couldn't be more thrilled to have Deborah as our weekly dog walker.

My husband and both work, and my dogs were not getting outside as much as they should be. I asked on Flowery Branch Community page about dog walkers. She was highly recommend. I called her and she came to meet my fur babies, routine, etc. Deborah came the days I needed her to walk, feed and hangout with them. She is very reliable, trustworthy, dependable, and sent me pics of the pups while I was was at work. I would highly recommend. She is very loving and just a great person.

I am glad that I followed my gut and decided to give Ms. Deborah a call to care for my cat. My family and and pets instantly bonded with Ms. Deborah. Meeting her for the first time felt like reuniting with an old friend. Ms. Deborah cared for my cat for a week and she was very reliable, trustworthy, dependable, detail-oriented, honest, and communicated well with me as I was out of town. This gave me peace of mind. I would highly recommend her to care after your fur babies. She is very loving and has a genuinely good Heart!

Deborah is the BEST person you can hire for your pets. Dependable, honest, loving and kind to all our pets. We have a small farm and it can be intimidating to some. Deborah did not hesitate. She took care of our pets as if they were her own with practically no warning (we had another sitter cancel last minute). It means so much to be able to be away with no worries. Deborah also was conscientious about our home while we were away, brought in the mail, took in the trash cans and picked up after our pets in the yard. I was impressed during the initial visit with how she took notes, listened and practiced some of the skills necessary to care for our animals. There is no better person to hire!

Deborah is Heaven-sent! She loves our fur babies as much as we do. She is incredibly dedicated and reliable, and our pets warmed to her immediately on her meet and greet visit. She communicates wonderfully and there’s never a question that our pets are loved and cared for like we would do it. She sends pictures and videos of each visit so we can see our babies are happy and doing well. Can’t recommend her highly enough!!

Kayla does such a wonderful job with our little Sugar. Sugar is so happy when all clean and pretty.

Kayla was able to take our dog as a new customer when we were going out of town for a couple of days. She provided us with updates and pictures about how he was doing. He came back smelling good too (no kennel smell)! We were very happy with the experience and will be happy to use Murphy Farms Pet Care again in the future.

I found Kayla Murphy from Murphy Farms Pet care through a local FB group, and I couldn't be happier. She did a wonderful job on my Pomeranian today and he looks beautiful. Brandi, Hannah, and Amelia are so amazing. My dog Auggie loved going to daycare everyday and would about jump out of the car as soon as we pulled in. Brandi always sent pictures of my sweet boy looking so happy (and usually hogging Hannah’s lap). I would highly recommended Brandi’s to anyone and I am devastated that we are moving. Thank you all so much for treating Auggie as your own and giving me peace of mind while at work.

I have been using Brandi's doggy daycare since they opened so that our chubby beagle can get play time with all of his friends. I've since seen his health and happiness dramatically increase. Brandi's is one of the best things to have ever happened to our pupper!

We have had two sitters from Brandi's come to farm sit for our horses, donkeys, dogs and cat and I would have either of them back in a heartbeat. Laura and Katie kept our babies comfy, fed and happy not to mention our home was immaculate on both occasions when we returned. Like they weren't even here!! Ms. Bonnie and Brandi are gems to work with. I would trust anyone from this service to care for my home and fur babies. They provide an amazing service!!

First few times it was great but the last 2 times the price has went up and when I suppose to had a free night with 3 of my dogs she only gave one free night for one dog and she charged me price for3 large dogs and and there’s 2 small and 1 large! Will not take them back !!

We were loyal customers until our appointment was canceled because we arrived a few minutes after 9 a.m. We’d been waiting weeks on this appointment. My dog went blind overnight and meds had to be given at home at 9 a.m. before we dropped him off. Also, my son started school at 10 this day and his school is just down the road from her shop. I couldn’t drop my son off too early so I split the time. When we arrived at 9:30 she’d already replaced his appointment. In addition, her walkway was iced over and I slipped getting in and out. Very disappointed as I thought she would have been more compassionate

I needed somewhere to board my older wheaten terrier, Rosie, over the 4th of July weekend. She is petrified of fireworks so I was nervous about leaving her with someone new. Angela did not disappoint! She went above and beyond to take special care of Rosie and provided me with updates when I reached out. I felt like she treated Rosie like one of her own and for that I am grateful. Thank you, Angela!

I have used Angela a few years now for my 2 Maltese and I could not be happier. It is apparent she truly loves animals and they love her. My dogs used to be traumatized after a visit to the groomer but they look forward to seeing Angela and are so calm when I pick them up. She does a great job grooming them, even when I have waited too long to have them groomed. This groomer is quite a distance from my home and I pass several groomers on the way but the trip is worth it. Highly recommend Just One of the Family.

If you are going to be in the canine/dog industry, you should expect certain altercations with dogs. My mom took our dog here a couple years ago, got into a scuffle with another dog, and then Angela proceeded to tell my mother that our dog was a "monster" and "never ever come back here again." I am a dog trainer, if you can't handle scuffles every now and then, and call dogs monsters, don't join the industry. Awful place. We didn’t even want our dog with others. EDIT: Nope! I am a 22 year old woman! Like I said, this was a couple years ago! Your policies might have changed. Just telling the truth, no need to attack my person!

We had an amazing experience with Happy Tails. They watched our dog for 6 days while we were on vacation, visiting 4 times each day. Holly and Breyona were excellent sitters, sending detailed updates of what they did right after each visit including pictures. The whole process was easy and professional from booking the days and times to the initial meet and greet to the actual visits. Pricing was also, in my opinion, reasonable and affordable with each visit getting at least 30 minutes of attention to our dog. We were very nervous going into it given we had never left our dog home alone for that amount of time, but were quickly put at ease with the care we saw she was receiving. Thanks Happy Tails and we look forward to using your service again!

Extremely happy with all aspects of Happy Tails! They do an amazing job. Janet and Kelsie have been phenomenal cat sitters. The indoor/outdoor cats aren't often around but they looked for the cats to send proof of life photos as well as photos of clean litterboxes and full food bowls. The experience made being away from home all the more comforting to know the pets and house were in great hands. I highly recommend Happy Tails. Keep up the great work! Thank you.

We have been using Happy Tails for years now, and we are super pleased with their services. Katrina and Russ are always so accommodating, and our Bichon is always happy to see them. Russ is usually our sitter, and he goes on walks, checks for mail/packages, and we look forward to the pics/updates during visits. We have been using Happy Tails for the last few months and couldn’t be happier! I’ve used Happy Tails twice for a couple of big trips I have taken over the last year. I have had both Sophie and Cathy and both were AMAZING with my animals. They have shown my animals so much love, like they were their own. It’s nice to have a great service close to home where I know my animals (and home) will be well taken care of!

I’ve been using Happy Tails for 7 years now and it’s been the best pet sitting experience that I’ve ever had. We’ve been lucky enough to have Caroline watch my dogs for various trips over the years and we love her like family. The dogs get so excited to see her because she truly loves them and it’s so evident in every way. She goes above and beyond to walk them or play their favorite fetch game and gives them lots of love. She is such a gentle and loving soul my dogs loved her immediately. There has been no task too complicated for her. Over the years my dogs have had different illnesses and no matter what the challenge Caroline has always been able to adapt and care for my babies exactly as I would. If you need a pet sitting/transporting, loving group to care for your pets, this is the one. I have been a client for over 2 years now, and I shave been more than pleased with every visit. My dogs are a handful, so not every person from other companies has been able to handle them. From Day 1 they loved Happy Tails and any and all mischief they caused was handled without any problem. Very trustworthy and no reservations having folks in my house. They always were able to cover urgent needs with rare exceptions. Strict cancellation policy but very reasonable. They may be priced a bit higher than others (not really sure), but I will happily pay it for convenience and peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I've been using Happy Tails for weekly M-F dog walking for over a year now. My dog walker (Deanna) sends me a photo & text update every day to let me know how it went. Everyone at Happy Tails is so friendly and communicative. They are also very accommodating to any last minute needs I may have. I needed a company that would be reliable and consistent and they have done an amazing job. They always communicate with me if a back-up walker is going to be walking my dogs on any given day. Their prices are also very reasonable.

Mimi and Jim are amazing! This is the first kennel that I have used with my 3 yr old goldendoodle Hank. They went above and beyond to keep me updated on Hank as this was his first kennel stay. I would highly recommend this kennel. Hank ate very well with this being his first time away from home so that lets me know that he was well taken care of and happy! Even when I picked Hank up he was happy and was his normal hyper self. We are looking forward to his next stay. Mimi and Jim I can not thank you enough for your caring and kindness with Hank and myself.

My dog Major is very anxious and also does not eat well when I am out of town. They took extra time and energy to make sure he ate and was comfortable. He was actually himself when I picked him up! Highly recommend and my ONLY good boarding experience. Very communicative, patient, and professional owners!

Every time we bring our dogs and cat here we have a great experience. Jim and Mimi are very friendly. We had a last minute emergency and were able to call and drop off our pets the same day with no issues. Our pets always come back happy and healthy. Would highly recommend using North Hall Kennels.

Wonderful! Another year going on vacation & we had no stress or worris about our fur babies! For the past 6 years Jim & Mimi take wonderful care of our Rocky & Maisie. We have even called them at the last minute due to a death in the family. No problem! Just make sure your have the proper health papers needed. They will verify! Best Dog Camp!!! I boarded my two dogs with Jim at N. Hall Kennels for 6 nights. The kennel, which is located in Dahlonega in the country, has a tranquil and serene vibe. When I picked my dogs up, I was so happy to find them relaxed and with their tails wagging. The care and attention to detail is exceptional. The runs are good sized and air conditioned. Jim takes the dogs out 4x a day to an outdoor play area where they can run around for a bit amongst themselves and take care of business. Although they can see other dogs at the kennel, they are always kept separate to ensure safety. The 4x a day schedule is great if you have house trained dogs like I do. Jim fed them their mix of dry and wet food just like at home and even gave them their potty treats. If you want peace of mind knowing your dogs are being well cared for, No. Hall Kennels is your place.

very trustworthy. I didn’t board my 2 year old female gsp at all and when I found north hall kennels I was skeptical but my dog is always happy when I pick her up. Also the owners are very nice and I like that they are straight up with you.

Made my second and last attempt to stop by for a pre-arranged “appointment “. Phone calls seem to bother them. Web site says give a call and stop for a visit. Web site needs to be updated. With my call in April was told need an appointment. Tuesday and Thursday are best days for them. Called for Tuesday appointment. Person snapped back, “not this week”. Also “we don’t give tours”. We don’t need “a tour”. We are new to the area and we’re looking for a place for our dog that can be trusted. If personnel are that way on the phone, I would question their character as caretaker for one’s pet. This is why we are looking in advance and still looking.

Amazing experience boarding our Tanner (a large dog) with North Hall Kennels. He came home healthy and happy. The indoor area was spacious enough for him to move around comfortably and the outdoor area was maintained and large enough for him to run freely. We will definitely be using them for all our boarding!

Super odd interaction. Our regular boarder of choice was full for the holidays. My husband called here yesterday looking for availability. Today, we were relieved to find something closer to us, considering our older dog gets nauseous with longer car rides. I called back less than 24 hours later to cancel (mentioned we found somewhere closer), and the guy said, "Well, I'll never be able to fill that space now, but ok." Um, what? Needless to say, my husband and I definitely felt there was a reason we found somewhere else. May be great with pets, but the approach really turned us off. Edit: While I appreciate the response, there was no acknowledgement of the weird, unprofessional comment. It's not like we scheduled this months ago and then cancelled 2 days out. We called Monday and cancelled Tuesday, and I explained that we found somewhere closer. The details should not determine whether you're polite to someone or not. Glad to hear our spot was filled, since it was so necessary to say that it never would be. Yeesh :(

The vets are superb. Excellent with your dogs n very caring. I have a 10 year old German shepard mix who has dog aggression n they are very sweet with her. Great job with all the vets at Shannon. Thanks a bunch.

Picked up our babies after staying for one week and we will definitely be back! Our cat stayed in their petite suites, which we loved because it was a quiet area and he seemed so calm when we picked him. Our two puppies stayed in their regular suites and we're groomed on the day of pick up. They offered to call us when they were done, allowing us the two hour window to pick them up and not be charged for that full day. That was super helpful and they smelled so good when we picked them up! The groomer gave our terrier puppy a hair cut and pink mow hawk (as my kids requested)! My kids loved it and Pets Inn even posted a couple of cute pics of her on their facebook page afterwards. Our girl is famous! lol. We will absolutely recommend them and will be back when we go on our Thanksgiving trip in the fall! Thanks again to the great staff for taking such good care of our fam!

Cannot recommend. This used to be the best place to take your dogs when needed. My family used them many times over the years and was always great. I called to book a week for a vacation we had and find out there is new owners with new rules and new prices. They almost doubled the daily rate and require you to book an extra and separate day on your own dime to see if your dog is a good fit???? I am sorry what? My dog has been going here for years and always had good experiences. Seems the new owners are using the old owner’s good reputation to try and rip off the customers. Now reading reviews since the new owners took over it’s probably good we choose to book elsewhere.

I called and asked if they could take a last minute appointment as I was home from work. They made it happen and I'm so glad I took her in. Bailey had a bad expereince with a differant groomer and was a little anxious when she got there. when I went to pick her up, she was a happy girl. The staff is wonderful; very friendly and knowledgable. You can tell they love working with animals. The price was only $5 more than the national petstore groomer and worth every extra penny to see her happy and clean.

First visit to Peta Inn Suites. Staff is very friendly and my dog was well cared for during her 4 day stay. She got a bath and had her nails trimmed while there so that was an extra service that I was happy to pay for. She looks great! We will definitely use their services again.

Pet Inn Suites recently took care of our fur babies for us while on vacation and I would recommend them to any one for boarding. The staff is amazing and on point every time! Our dogs were taken such great care of!!! We called several times through out the trip to check on them and always got a update on how they were doing. Very great experience from the time of making the reservation for their stay til the day we picked our babies up. We will definitely be using Pet Inn Suites for our boarding needs from now!!

Used to be a great place I trusted with my animals until they got bought out by a new company and completely re staffed. I called two months before my trip and they still messed up by putting my 11 year old dog in a non climate area for a week when I told them he needed to be a climate area. They did not, and they also did not give him a bath when I told them too. They are very unorganized and obviously they do not listen. And they are not trainers so they need to not tell customers how to train their dogs. If I could give them a half star I would.

This is truly one of the premier boarding facilities in the state of Georgia. They go above and beyond to care for our beloved pets, caring for them as if they were their own. I have boarded my personal dogs with them as well as used them for assistance with our rescue dogs. I have done business with this facility or the sister facility Indian Shoals for over 15 years. ( I run a German Shepherd rescue). They have lovingly cared for dogs that were old, infirm, difficult and needy. They keep impeccable records so I know what happened with each dog. They do not neglect or abuse dogs. They do not forget medication or fail to check on the dogs well being. They truly love the dogs they care for and do their best to make them happy and comfortable during their stay. I will without hesitation use them again and again.

The service is excellent. I have been using their services for three years and never had any incidents. Actually, the dogs seemed very relaxed when I picked them up after 11 days. Did a great job with the nail trimming - for me this has been an issue in many other places. All blankets were returned clean. My only issue will be that I first got there thinking they will have the camera system up and ready, and they never had. Other than that, very good!!

Our dog seemed to be well taken care of here. They staff was on point when we arrived and got everything situated quickly. Our dog has reactions to certain foods so we brought her own and they made sure it was all she ate. Plenty of outside time was offered. Also, when we needed an extra day, they were able to accommodate after a quick phone call. We will be using them on our next trip.
