I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly & Thomas
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Due to a family emergency, I had to leave the country earlier than I had planned, and needed a sitter to fill in the gap between my departure and another sitter. Michele responded within minutes of my posting the sit, and then we spoke and confirmed the sit within hours. Her husband, Israel, was coming from Mexico to France, while she and her kids were to come from Sweden. When Michele’s travel plans changed, and she wouldn’t be able to come with her children, she assured me that Israel would still come to look after the house and dogs. To do this, for a stay of only five days, he flew to Paris, and then to the south of France, where he rented a car and drove the rest of the way to my place. As I was already traveling, the previous sitters filled him in on the various things that needed to be tended to: caring for two dogs, tending to hens, watering 90 young olive trees daily, as well as other things. The place is big and it took me 3-4 weeks when I first moved in to figure out where things were and what to do. Israel mastered everything upon his arrival, sent me daily updates with photos of my two VERY happy dogs. In addition to all the upkeep, he managed to hike with the dogs daily. I arrived home to find everything perfectly maintained, two fit and and Israel’s guest house cleaner than it was when he arrived. Immaculate. I cannot even express my gratitude for to both Michele and Israel for such a sacrifice and commitment to do that for me. It was a very difficult time, as I was dealing with the loss of both my son and my mother. I did not worry for one second while my dogs and home were in Israel’s hands. Thank you both, so, so much. You’re welcome back anytime, with the entire family, even just for a visit, maybe just a well-deserved holiday, with no dog- or house- sitting!

We’re so grateful for the love and care Vanessa gave our two dogs while we were traveling for a weekend. During our trip, she sent us pictures and our dogs always looked happy and at ease. Even during a thunderstorm she cared for our scared older dog who unfortunately had a little accident, and she cleaned up with no complaint. We didn’t have to worry at all which let us truly enjoy our weekend away knowing our dogs were in the best hands! Vanessa was clean and tidy. We returned home to a neat house and happy pups! Our house was immaculate upon our return and Michele made her famous lemon chicken recipe which we gobbled up and then we asked for the recipe. I’m sure most folks say the nicest things about their sitter, but honestly, if there were a “super star” status available then Denise would win the prize as sitter of the year! From the start, Denise was an excellent communicator. While we were still in the decision phase, Denise was always available to chat either by FaceTime, telephone or text. It was so easy to choose Denise; as you can see from her countless 5 star reviews, she truly is the only pet sitter you’d ever need and the one everyone hopes to have. Denise came to our house eager to meet us, our pets and the quirks of our house. Denise has an excellent sense of humor and immediately put us all at ease. Our pets took to her as if she was a long lost friend (even our finicky Siamese cat was loving on her from the start). While we were gone, our dog had a non-emergency health issue come up and just like that Denise was taking her to our vet, and administered the dog’s meds like a champion (Denise is also a nurse BTW). Additionally, Denise brought our pup to her scheduled groom appointments and even made future appointments for us to make our return home as seamless as possible. Denise was even above and beyond helpful to our neighbors and they appreciated her giving them access to our refrigerator when theirs broke down on Thanksgiving Eve! When we got home we were super impressed by how perfectly immaculate our house was! Most sitters leave the house clean, but Denise met and may have even exceeded our military standards of clean and orderly. Seriously, our house felt like we never left it. Everything was spotless, shinny and clean. She didn’t miss a beat!! Our pets were so happy to see us but honestly, I felt like our pup and kitty were disappointed when we walked in the door (I believe they were expecting to see Denise!). Haha. If you are ever fortunate enough to have Denise apply for any of your sits then I can’t recommend her enough. Seriously, you can stop reviewing applicants and just go with Denise. She was awesome in every sense of the word and I hope she’ll come back and stay with our pets again.

Care and compassion for my dogs was at the top of the list of John's attributes. He was the first sitter I have used through zeewoi that was close enough to come meet the dogs before the sit. John not only came for an initial meet and greet, but he made time to meet the pups a second time prior to my departure to better familiarize himself with both the dogs and my home. Having put the fear of God in him about Penny's reactivity (I might have been a bit over the top, but better more attentive than less!), he was cautious with her in the beginning. Later in the sit, they trooped off to the beach on multiple occasions - all good! My 10-yr-old was on some meds for a serious battle with arthritis, and John managed Cooper's needs beautifully. John even made a call and a trip to the vet to re-up Coop's prescription when it was clear he needed to continue the protocol. I received daily updates by text, including photos and video; communication is hugely important to me. I feel blessed to have had John care for my fur-babies.

Lynn and Ray were fabulous sitters, going above and beyond to take care of our home, yard, and rambunctious pup. Leaving him for three weeks was very difficult but we felt confident once we met them. They are great communicators, very professional, capable of handling any situation, and personable. Since they are fully self-contained in their van, they arrived a day early so we could show them the place, have our dog Bailey get comfortable with them (that was immediate ☺), and get to know them over dinner together. While on our trip, they sent us daily photos of Bailey, which we really appreciated, and updates on their activities. They took him hiking almost every day and kept him well exercised. Any issues that came up (e.g., our irrigation water ran dry a couple weeks in) they communicated to us and we were able to resolve them quickly. They also harvested ripe berries and squash for us and even harvested and dried tomatoes in our dryer. We spent our entire trip feeling assured that all things were being taken care of and feel ever so grateful that we found Lynn and Ray through TH. We returned from our trip to a house that was thoroughly cleaned (better than we left it ☺), with fresh sheets on the bed, and a happy dog. Five-star sitters for sure!

Kristina and Martin were the best sitters we've ever had - we are so impressed and grateful for this awesome experience :) We got so many updates and pictures throughout our trip away and the dogs were super happy to hang with Kristina & Martin! Martin also treated us to a super creative video of the pups and their own staycation - which we absolutely loved. It was such great fortune that we found someone like Anna who loves and understands cats to look after our three when we went away for a week. It was the first time we leave them since we added Luna to our household, so we were worried that there would be issues; but thankfully we were genuinely reassured by Anna’s continuous updates and experience. Anna provides an excellent service; she clearly has a real love and knowledge for all things feline - and is very security conscious. One of our cats needs medication which Anna administered daily, as well as sending us photos and updates. We’ve returned home to two very happy cats!
Anna looked after my 2 rabbits, whilst I was away for 2 weeks - especially after Covid I was bit nervous for leaving them for so long & wanted to find the right person. Straight away Anna started to gain their trust and they were happy to interact with her, which is quite unusual for rabbits when they don’t know you. Throughout the time I was away Anna sent me very cute photos and updates and went above and beyond with their care. I can tell Anna truly cares about the animals she is looking after and I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a pet sitter 🌟
First time using a cat sitter and Anna was all we could have hoped for. Her communication was frequent and excellent, and she took better photos of our cat than we could have! Olive absolutely loves going to Active Paws both for daycare and overnight visits. It gives us such peace of mind to know she’s so well looked after and so happy there, it really is a wonderful and caring place.
My dog Waffles has been attending Active Paws since he was 4 months old and nearly 4 years on he loves it as much as he did the very first day. When he was a small puppy, David and Louise ensured he was integrated gently and gave extra time and attention, even sending us lovely email updates. He now looks forward to his weekly slot and also attends for boarding when we're away too. Active Paws has great space and a wonderful team including Tania, Nicky and Sophie who send us photos via Whatsapp of the dogs playing. I'd thoroughly recommend for you dogs.
Poppy has been going to Active Paws for over 2 years. Not only do they have amazing grounds for the dogs to play and rest, the whole team are amazing – so friendly and they send regular photo’s which is a lovely touch. Both David and Louise have been extremely helpful with accommodating last minute bookings, answering emails immediately (even when on holiday!) and have always offered great dog advice when needed. The whole team have always gone above and beyond. Poppy always return home shattered after a fun day at day care.
The team at Active Paws are fantastic. They take time to ensure that dogs are suitably matched in groups and don’t let large groups of dogs run riot. Our standard poodle has settled into the routine and lovely facilities - we can tell from the pictures he has a great time. I highly recommend the team at active paws if you are looking for a daycare!

Lottie has been going to Active Paws for nearly 3 years now. Lottie has an enormous, insuppressible amount of energy. Even at 7am David, Louise and team greet her with just as much enthusiasm as she shows them. David and Louise have saved me many times with last minute requests for dog care and Lottie has spent many holidays there. It is very much her second home and the team love her just as much as we do (possibly even more!) We couldn't manage life without Active Paws and days there are definitely the highlight of Lottie's life. Thank you!
My dog has been going to active paws for 5 years for dog boarding when we are away. She is always really happy there with plenty of space to run around in the fields as well as walks in the woods and ball chasing. Its great that there are a limited number of dogs each time and they sleep in homely surroundings in the kitchen and side room. We are updated regularly with videos and photos. I can't imagine a better place for her to stay.
My cockapoo Ramsay has been going to Active Paws twice a week. for just over a year now, since he was 6 months old. He can’t wait to get in each time we pull up and often wants to stay for a few more cuddles at home time. The staff are amazing and I feel at ease dropping him off for the day without having to worry he will be ok. I really enjoy seeing the pictures they send through of him and his lookalike bestie having fun. Would definitely recommend.

We have used this cattery several times and have always been pleased with how they look after our cat. The cattery is a separate building away from the dogs and each cat has their own room which has a window, a basket and toys to keep them occupied. The owners also groom the cats as our one which has a lot of hair always comes out well brushed.
I am about to put our cats there later this year. They look after both very well. Very polite. There is an area for the dogs to run around and safe within their grounds. The cats get let out every day and both get cuddles if the pets like it. They encourage you if you want to bring some things for familiarity but not if you don't want. Just great all round.
We left our cat here for the first time over the Easter weekend. It seems to be a kennels with a few cattery pens added. While he was looked after perfectly well I wasn't impressed by the fact that I wasn't allowed to settle my (older) cat into his pen myself, which would have taken all of five minutes and is something any other cattery I've ever used has done automatically. I was told they were too busy, even when I asked a second time. So I was obliged to leave him in his carrier in their outside office. This was not a good experience as an owner leaving a pet for the first time and got me wondering if his pen was even ready for him.
I've used Acorn a few times for my dog. Very happy with the service, especially now they offer "wash and blow dry" before she comes out

Amanda is a true animal lover and she walked my dogs daily up until lockdown when I started working from home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her Dogwalking services. She also looked after our cat on occasions and had my cocker spaniel to stay overnight on more than one occasion.

One of the easiest recommendations EVER- this is by no doubt the best doggy day care ever!! Vicky and Graham created an absolutely magical place, brought the most amazing team, including Jenna and Tim the Trainer, and created a doggy heaven. There are days I seriously consider asking them to let me stay with them instead of going to work! Carla, my crazy 2 years old Bearded Collie, starts her happy dance down the road and bursts out of the car as we park. She is loved, taken care of and she even gets support on her training when needed whilst there. She is the happiest Beardie ever when returning back home, after a day there. And for us, logistics are also important- great opening hours, lots of indoor space so also when raining the dogs have where to run around, there’s vacation care and grooming! Makes our lives v much easier. Really happy with r Crazy Tail and full heartedly recommend 💖

I am training for my Award in Dog Grooming with Crazy Tails and I’m finding it to be one of the best learning experiences I’ve ever had. Academy manager Becky is second to none for knowledge, she’s patient and fantastic at teaching. I’ve been hands on since day one with amazing support giving me confidence in what I’m doing, even nail clipping!
Prince had a lovely time being groomed by Sky and the other girls. The fresh smell lasted quite a while. Very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone.

Bailey has been coming to Crazytails Retreat for daycare, overnight stays and grooming since April this year . She absolutely loves it . She loves playing with the other dogs, going for walks and having cuddles with the lovely professional staff . It is her second home. The facilities for dogs are excellent and the staff cannot do enough for them . As Bailey has only just turned one year old, her socialisation has really improved since coming here . I really recommend Crazytails.
Becky is amazing and our dog absolutely loves being groomed. He always smells amazing when he leaves which is great.
So disappointed to go there and get the dog full of fleas (never had fleas in years and years) and with his anal glandes bleeding (for weeks after!, and not only once!). We went there regularly but for the past three sessions the experience was horrible for our dog, costing us extra money with vets and treatments. Very very disappointed.
My Keeshond had a groom at Crazy Tails today & we are very happy with the results! Keesies can be tricky to groom but the team did a great job. Very reasonably priced as well! We will definitely be back.

Don’t leave your pets with this driver. This morning I am driving through Elizabeth avenue , the driver of GK09DOG who is driving the van with the name A1 K9 pet care is very aggressive and faster than the speed limit. Apart from this he is “f” ing and yelling because I am driving in my lane and he is breaching the Highway Code by not giving me a way. I am surprised how is he going to look after these poor pets when he doesn’t have patience. He should be responsible when he is driving pets in his van and he poses danger to their life as I have witnessed this morning how fast he is driving and with bad behaviour. I wouldn’t leave my pets with this man as he has several issues.
We love A1-K9 Care! After searching lots of dog boarding places in Amersham, we came across A1-K9 Care. We loved the warm and friendly atmosphere and all the dogs looked happy and well looked after. When we pull up to their house our dog Toby cannot wait to get out of the car and runs straight in! It is such a relief to know he is happy while we are away. Thank you to Maxine and Georgia!
Georgia and her team are our first choice for taking care of our dog when we go away or need overnight care. Pack walks in the day and sharing Georgia's home in the evening means it's like a home away from home for our pooch.

We have been using Pet Patrol for years and could not have asked for a better Company to come into our lives . We have 11 pets , Cats , dogs and rabbits . All brilliantly cared for by Bradley and his team . We have used other companies who are good but do not provide the personal experience that Pet Patrol provide.
They walked my dog daisy for about 2 weeks, I was never sure as daisy was doing her business when I was talking her out for a walk after work. I had to work from home one day when B came to pick her up, she barked at him and had her tail between legs and I had to pull her out to go for a walk! Asked for my keys back the same day.
Highly recommend Bradley and The Pet Patrol. My dogs love all the care and attention he gives them.
