They carefully vet the people they employ to make sure that they're trustworthy and caring. They are quick to respond to any questions or service requests. Google only allowed me to give them 5 stars. But if I had to be honest their service, attention, and love for our family and our fur-baby is truly invaluable. We have been entrusting Zue and O'Brian with our cat Carrie for over 4 years now and consider them members of our family. The level of expertise and commitment they have is evident in the way they care for your furry babies. I know when they watch over Carrie that they love and care for her as if she were their own. One time when we were away our cat got a little sick and Zue and O'Brian went out of their way to make multiple visits to our house on the same day to make sure she was not alone and doing ok. I will always remember that because it further solidified to me that they are not just a business. To further prove their selflessness, during the pandemic while their business was being adversely affected, they offered free dog walks for the elderly population to ensure those at risk did not have to be outside. In short, they are the most good-hearted people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. If you and your pets are lucky enough to live in the areas they service, not only do they come highly recommended, they come pet approved too! Our Carrie always looks forward to spending time with her two favorite people!

They do not accommodate clients’ needs. They refused me service because I only needed walks 3 times a week instead of 5. It doesn’t say this anywhere on their site. I work from home 2 days a week and will not pay to have someone walk my dog while I am home. Very disappointing, as they are one of the only dog walking services in my area. They have left me with no way to get my dog out during the day. Edit: Too bad they felt the need to lie in their response to my post. I've added a screenshot of their email saying they do not provide walks for 3 days a week, and that they are "specializing in midday walks every day Monday through Friday." Every experience matters, even for those who do not end up being clients. I think they need to take some marketing courses.

Kathy started walking our French Bulldog right when we first got her at 11 weeks old. She not only took on walking, but also was very patient training a very stubborn breed. Kathy was fantastic about providing updates of how the visit with our dog went. We have volumes of notepads with detailed couple paragraph updates, then she switched over to a full page of text for each walk. Chloe pup loved Kathy. The mere mention of her name in our house would cause a hysterical happy dance. We moved out of town for a short time but when we returned to the area, our first call was to Kathy to set up walks. Chloe's reaction to seeing Kathy after having taken a year off was amazing. She ran around frantically for about 15 minutes, eventually working herself up so much she fell over and almost passed out. An amazing amount of activity given Chloe's lazy French bulldog personality. Kathy was as dependable as ever. Never missing any days, always around, and very amenable to our schedule when we had to cancel. She was always on time with the scheduled walks. We trusted her completely with our dog and our home. We only regret not living in the area anymore where we could use Kathy as our dog walker. I know our dog misses her as do we.

Kathy has been my beagle's dog walker for over 6 years. Kathy is kind, reliable, trustworthy and honest. Kathy is available always even when I call her on short notice. Through snow, sleet, rain and hail, Kathy never misses a walk. There were times when I was away that Kathy and her son shoveled my walk/driveway to ensure that my dog could go out for a walk. She not only takes care of my dog but makes sure that my home is in good order too. Kathy always texts or calls me after a walk to give me a complete report. I recommend Kathy very highly. She is a true animal lover with a huge heart.

I have used the services of Affordable Pet Sitting for many years. Kathy is an extremely reliable and trustworthy pet sitter. I never have to worry about a thing. She makes herself available whenever I have called and the true testimony is that my 10 year old cockapoo loves her. I highly recommend Affordable Pet Sitting service to anyone. This place is brilliant. I have been coming here for 11 years with my pup, even though I don't live in NJ anymore. He's so happy here and loves to stay so much that he doesn't even look back at me when he goes off to play. I never worry about him while I'm away as I suspect he has a better time on vacay at preferred pet care than I do on my vacay. 😀♥️

Took our dog here years ago and hope this place has improved. The problem is they have so many animals. At 7p they closed for the night and your dog will be locked in a small concrete pen until they open again in the morning. That didn’t sit well with us. Our dog came home stressed, hoarse and aggressive. Think carefully before you board your dog in a facility.

Sam has so much fun at day care! He even gets excited when he sees the PPC 'party van' (i.e. the transport van) driving around the neighborhood while we are out on walks. The drivers always honk for him!

Preferred Pet Care team is awesome! My dogs are not the easiest to take care of (one gets injured easily due to a slipped disc and has ibs) and I boarded them there for 5 days (right after an injury from another daycare not keeping a close eye on him). They kept in constant contact with me as well as my dogs came back in perfect health. 10/10 would recommend. Only wished I lived closer so they could be going to daycare there as well.

We are so lucky to have found Preferred Pet Care for our dog. Our dog is always excited to go there. She pulls towards the door when we arrive in the parking lot. She has been to many day cares in the past. Preferred Pet Care is very responsive, truly care for the dogs, and accommodates the needs of the pets and the owners. My puppy is beyond happy to go to play at Preferred Pet Care. She jumps for joy when we arrive. I can understand why. All the employees are sooooo nice. You can tell they LOVE the dogs & enjoy working there. They really are the Furry Best! Our dog, Daffy, absolutely loves Adrian which is obviously the most important thing when considering a pet care service. However, the advantages are endless: photos every time he goes out which never fail to make us smile (I've shared some here that Adrian has taken for us). Rapid responses and amazing short timeframe flexibility for when we're in the in the city but want to make sure Daffy is walked and taken care of. The extra effort to provide Daffy with variety, not just to the same place or the same route every day. Adrian really knows Daffy as an individual dog and for us the knowledge that we have a reliable, confident and caring individual to help with Daffy is priceless.

I’ve been on the search for a reliable dog walking company and this is it! They’re the best for my fur-babies. I’ve tried other dog walking services but doesn’t compare to the furry best pet care. Marisa and Drayton are amazing and go above and beyond for our dogs. We had an incident where one of our dogs needed a last minute bath and they were able to squeeze us in. Once I got home my pup was nicely groomed and smelled so good! I can totally trust them with our dogs and know they’ll be in the absolute best care. I’m so happy a service like this is available in my building!

The Furry Best is an awesome service! Drayton is super responsive and flexible with last minute walks. He is great with dogs and knows how to pair your dog with others so they get some much needed play time. All walks are tracked and you receive lots of pictures and feedback when the walk is finished. I had the best experience with Furry Best pet care this past weekend! They took incredible care of our cat Charlotte while we were away on vacation. Their in-house boarding services are very helpful and convenient as they will visit your pet and take of them in the comfort of their home. They took such incredible detailed care of our girl - making sure to feed, play and spend time with her (our cat is a more social cat who demands a lot more attention/time/play). It was so great having Marisa + Drayton care so much for her and enjoy time with her. The updates and messages from the online portal are amazing because you receive photos as well as reports on how your pet is doing.HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who is looking for trustworthy and caring people to watch after your furbabies. The furry best pet care is amazing! We got our puppy at 8 weeks, and with both of us working full time we needed someone to feed and play with him during the day. From the start they have accommodated our puppy’s needs by combining services and providing excellent care. We love getting the walk summaries, and our pup absolutely loves the team… They’ve also helped with training our puppy. Not only do they work one-on-one with him, but guided us on how to continue and progress the training. We learned so much from the first session alone! I don’t know what we would do without the Furry Best team! Highly recommended for anyone with a pup needing extra company or training.

Honestly the best dog walking service out there! Adrien is SO GREAT with our dog Mica... every time she sees him (even when we see him out and about with other dogs) she gets so excited! It’s like she’s got a new best friend. It’s so rare to find someone who will care for your dog like it’s there own but best furry pet care really goes that extra mile. I often have to schedule last minute walks and never has there been an issue with availability or communication. I know Mica is always safe and cared for in their hands. Also, the rates are more than fair for the exceptional service and care your pet receives. I’ve also found that Mica’s walks and play time with other pups have made her more socialized and well behaved around other animals and that’s all thanks to Best Furry Pet Care and Adrien. You’d be crazy not to try them out!

All I can say is we're very grateful for Furry Best. Natalia is more than what we could ask for as a dog walker. She comes every noon to get Sparky, then they walk around the block, and even before she leaves our house, Natalia will give Sparky a hug, belly rubs him and assures that he's loved even for a short time. We're professionals who work long hours and having Furry Best, especially Natalia, visit Sparky and potty him is what we needed. She's a huge help and we just can't thank her enough for catering Sparky. If you need a dog walker, I definitely recommend furry best! They're amazing and the communication is never in question. The Furry Best Pet Care is truly the furry best. It's really easy to schedule an appointment and the dog walk recaps are super helpful to see where they went and if they "went". Dray and Marisa are great with the dogs and treat them like their own. Highly recommended.

Anybody who owns a pet knows how hard it can be finding a place or reliable person to leave your beloved pet with when it comes down to going away on vacation . I struggled for a long time to find the perfect place for my Dog Rocco until I came across Jenny in Home away from home pet services in my searches through the internet. I contacted Jenny via phone call we spoke and quickly arranged a meet and greet and right away she gave me a comforting vibe and I knew Rocco would be in safe hands . Being a first time fur mom can be quite scary, having to leave your pup "my baby" with a total stranger can be just as uneasy.... However after my very first encounter with Jenny via phone conversation, she gave me such reassurance that not only I will be great at this, but my "Parker" will be in the best of hands!! Jenny was an absolute pleasure to work with! I had to leave my pup with her for a long weekend and I felt so comfortable, and my dog was SO happy! Her place is like a cozy little dog sanctuary so I definitely felt like I was leaving him somewhere he'd feel comfortable and at home. She sent me pictures and updates throughout the day which I loved, and always kept me in the loop. She even cooks her own organic food and treats, and sent us home with a sample to try out. 10/10 would absolutely recommend for all of your pet needs, would care and love your dog like her own!

Not only is Jenny professional she exuberates love and compassion for the animals in her care. Jeny's home was just what I was looking for. I have an older dog that gets very anxious so it was important for me that I found something that was as close to a home as possible. I didn't even have time to bathe my dog before I dropped him off and he came back super shiny. I'm looking forward to using the services again.

Best dog sitter I have ever had! I am from Canada and used this service for my youngest pup while travelling. I wish they were closer. Will certainly get them again anytime I am in the NJ/NYC area. But I knew I’d finally found the right person when I found Jenny. She’s a pro 100%. I knew she was someone I could leave the keys to my home with (literally and figuratively). I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Jenny!! She has taken care of my pets for me for the last 3 years with such care and compassion. My dogs know the second we turn onto her street and start freaking out because they are so excited to see her. They hate leaving!! I have a hectic unknown schedule because I am in the airline industry and she always seems to make it work to care for my dogs last minute. Very nice local pet boarding. Family run. Has a special feel to it. They take their business seriously and they are very friendly. If you can’t reach them on the phone, try another time. They are just busy. Give yourself time before you come in. Other than that, it’s all about the paws.

The absolute best doggy daycare and boarding. I leave my dog there regularly for daycare and routinely overnight 1-2x a week. The staff is so accommodating and lovely, if they miss your phone call they call you back asap. They are a family owned business and you can feel the love and dedication they put into their work. My dog is in love with JP and the rest of the staff. His tail starts wagging the second he gets out of the car. Very reasonable prices as well, less than most north jersey daycares.

my dog is 8 years old and has been coming here since he turned 1 , the care and grooming are excellent. I now have a new puppy as well as my older dog and she loves to come here and play with the other dogs, she comes home exhausted from all the fun she has. Both my dogs are huskies, which are known for their difficult to manage coats, but the groomers at this establishment keep my babies clean and de-matted . Would recommend All About Paws for anyone who needs a boarding/daycare and grooming facility !

The best groomer for my dog, Bruno. He is a full size labradoodle but sheds. When I dropped Bruno off, I told them what I wanted. When Bruno came out, I saw the wonderful job they did. My dog and I are very happy with the service. They are people that live and care for the animals. They treat them very well and know what they are doing. I’m very pleased with the service, the staff is friendly and professional. My dog came out happy with no cuts or missed spots. I definitely recommend it. My Bruno loved it.

My Lucy, has been going to All about Paws for grooming, daycare and boarding since she was 6 months old and now she is 3 years old. Bettina does such an Amazing job when she grooms Lucy that I literally get stopped by people inquiring where I take her. Also regarding boarding and daycare, you won’t find better care takers then Marcelo, Bettina and Olga!!! I never worry about Lucy when she is there.. When Lucy arrives to All about Paws for daycare, grooming or boarding she gets soooo excited to go!! I can barely keep her the car!! Lucy and I are so thankful for Marcelo, Bettina and Olga because when I leave Lucy at All about Paws… it is like I am leaving Lucy with family..❤️ 🐾🐾

We had to switch from another place - and we are so happy we did! I think one of the owners had a last minute emergency while the other was on vacation, yet they did not hesitate to take us on as new customers. They were extremely great with our puppy and best of all she comes home only to sleep soundly til the very next day! We are definitely sticking around for the future! We love this place! Bonus: They feed them for you if needed! :) UPDATE: We had to pull our dog out of this daycare due to the marks and scars she would come home with. When we mentioned it they brushed it off as if it was very normal. We only went there for a few weeks and she started to become aggressive. Before this she never EVER growled at anything or anyone. Thankfully we found another place and we were able to reverse the effects left on our puppy. It took several weeks til the hair even grew back on the scars. The problem seems to be there are way too many dogs a d not enough supervision. Wish it could've worked out. :/

My dogs Piper and Riley have been going to All About Paws for 4.5 years. They’re so amazing that when I moved to NYC 3 years ago, I started traveling all the way to NJ for boarding and grooming instead of finding somewhere local. My dogs love going to All About Paws so much that they get excited every time we turn onto the block. As soon as the playroom door opens, they bolt in there without even saying goodbye to me. When I’m away on vacation, I know my dogs are having their own little vacation too. The owners are also so trustworthy. When a dog who was there at the same time as mine got kennel cough, they immediately called me to let me know my dogs were exposed and tell me what symptoms I should look out for. In the dozens of times I have been to All About Paws over the past 4.5 years, I have never had a bad experience. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Jen was amazing with my Poppa. She fed him and gave him a blanket to sleep with (even though he didn’t). She also updated me throughout the day with the cutest pictures and videos of my dog which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be booking with her again

Jen was very helpful through out the entire process with taking car of my dog Milo. She provided me with video and pictures of Milo to assure me that he is okay and in good hands!! That was a big plus for me since Milo is a big part of our family. I would highly recommend her to friends and family. I will be using her in the future again

Jen groomed both of my 2 year-old Cane Corsos today… they are fairly high energy and she was alone… I was a bit anxious over it but knowing she takes care of my best friend’s dog, I chilled out… and it was ALL worth it because my babies were good and came out of her place calm and clean and nails clipped and that is something that is NOT easy to do! I’d go back a million times over! My two are camera shy but I have pics of them not from today… Caspia is on the left and Roman is on the right ♥️♥️

I reached out to Jen’s Pet Care to have someone check in on our cat. Jen stopped by twice a day to change litter, fill the water bowl, and give insulin shots twice per day. She sent me pics of our cat each time she visited which was really nice. I highly recommend her and plan to use her again around Christmas time.

Jen is great! She’ll update you with pictures, she’s very responsive and patient when it comes to any questions you have, my 135 pound Rottweiler Phoenix did great with her and he’s not normally good with strangers. I left him with her overnight as a last minute plan and she thankfully accommodated for me when it came to drop off/pick up times. I’m so glad I gave her services a chance, & I’ll definitely be reaching out to her again :)

The folks at Pups@Play are some of the best, most caring, dog loving people I’ve ever met. Our golden retriever Ellie has the best time every day she goes, and pulls me to get inside the door each time I drop her off. The staff is so caring, and do so much to make it comfortable for the dogs and their parents. We love Pups@Play, and Ellie does too!

Best one stop shop in the area! I initially inquired to bring my pup Ace for grooming, and Nicole was kind enough to set up our profile and get us on the schedule for the next day! I was greeted by the general manager Don, who was such a great help in introducing me to the facility and sharing all the info I needed. Our groomer Ebonie was amazing! She was very detailed and Ace came out so happy and handsome. Rebecca and Michelle helped us at checkout and answered all my questions about other services they provide. Overall an excellent place to bring my little guy. So happy. Thank you!

We have been taking our dog, Masha, to pups at play since we got her 4 years ago. She's always excited to go and the staff at Pups is so sweet with her! They really care about the dogs, and the convenience is great (right by the Walnut train station) - easy for pick up or drop off if we're coming or going to the city.

I rarely write reviews, but when I do I highlight value for all customers to be aware of. Very simply said - the team does a great job. My little crackhead comes home safe and tired out… at least for the days “appointments” are available. It’s disappointing they’re “fully booked” every day past 10am. Tricky for the folks that work later in the day. It’d be ideal to expand the facility or hire more staff. Can’t restrict business - that’s the point of having one.

We have been going to Pups at Play for years and it’s been okay. This review is a result of the most incredible experience I had last night with Michelle and Howard. This is for them!! Enroute to come pick up my sweet girl, I was caught in massive, massive traffic due to a terrible accident on route 80 in PA. This left me in bumper to bumper traffic for 3 hours, going far past the closing time of daycare. Since my sweet girl has very strict medication, leaving her for an impromptu overnight is just not an option. Michelle was incredible to work with helped me find a solution, as well as navigating traffic from the maps she could see on her desktop!!! Howard stayed late for me and welcomed me in to scoop my girl close to 9pm. So incredibly understanding as I was a wreck and never had been in this situation before. I cannot thank them enough. They are the BEST and it’s employees like them that will keep us coming back to Pups at Play. MICHELLE AND HOWARD FOR THE WIN!!

This place is a heaven for fur babies. Most reliable so far in my experience. I had to travel for 10 days and I had never left my 14 months golden retriever so I was super nervous. But when I found Pups@play montclair, all my worries were put to rest. Masti (my dog) had the best time here and the team send photos and videos every single day which I was always eagerly waiting for to see how he was doing. Masti had the best time of play and it also made him more calmer after he came home because now he is more comfortable with other dogs. Pups@play not only took a great care of him but also gave him peanut butter kong which is Masti's absolute favorite. Best part about this place is, your fur baby is not caged all day along but instead they are having a constant play time and the team is 100% monitoring them. If you are looking for dog summer camp/ slumber party style, this is your place. I highly recommend this place and Masti has definitely found his boarding slumber party place if ever I have to travel.

Very first time at the day care. People are very nice/accommodating. Our dog Chocolate seemed to enjoy the experience. Will keep you posted.. I wanted to update. My dog Chocolate is in love with Pups@Play staff and clients. He has been at day care and boarding and is so happy every time he attends a program at your facility. There is something magical about this place. Lucky us, that we found such a beautiful, loving environment for Chocolate. Thank you! Where are we at with Pups and Play? Chocolate loves every minute of his time with human and dog friends. We have a quiet home and Chocolate loves dogs. The second we tell him he is on his way to doggie day care, he is right at the door. Chocolate is the greatest dog that ever existed, keeping in mind, we are his caretakers. Chocolate feels that when he is at this facility, he is the best. He feels loved, and can run and jump and is watched over by a group with a twinkle in their eyes when they look at the dogs in their care. Have a wonderful holiday and Chocolate looks forward to many fun times with you all.

Ziggy barks and jumps with excitement just hearing the words “Pups at Play”. I know he has fun, plays hard and is well looked after. The staff knows him well and genuinely cares about him! We love P@P! EDITED DECEMBER 2023 Going from 5 stars to 1 star! Pups has gone downhill ever since Destination Pet took over the place. They have gotten rid of their loving and caring staff, amend policies that made for puppy parent convenience and overall just is no longer the warm friendly place it used to be. Sadly, we will not be returning to Pups in Montclair anymore.

Booked a stay for late August back on July 25. Our first time using Pups @ Play. Today—August 7, 2 weeks after the booking was made—We receive an email that Pups @ Play is unfortunately booked up through Labor Day and no new reservations can be accommodated. So I say to myself, "Well, dang! Great that they're busy, and I'm sure glad I booked my stay on July 25!" Turns out, they meant me! It took them TWO WEEKS to tell me they were booked up, the whole time I'd thought I had a reservation booked. How could a pet boarding business be that ignorant of their book that they didn't realize until 2 weeks later they were overbooked? What an awful first impression. Perhaps this was a blessing in disguise, but now I'm in a tight spot because I have to try and find boarding for my pup two weeks out from our trip. Thanks for nothing, Pups @ Play. The search for a reliable pet boarding service in North Jersey continues.

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! If I could give it zero stars I would. I’m already an anxious dog owner as it is. I had to board my 2 small dogs for 6 days. The woman at the front desk supposedly wrote in my file my one and only simple request and they still didn’t do it. I was fuming!!!! Not to mention they want to charge for every tiny thing like an Instagram photo???? Wow. Do not ever board your dogs here . To the manager, or owner, I will be more than glad to explain my entire experience with you in private if it comes down to it.

Mollie loves her visits at Dogtopia and always wags her tail once she hears she is going to see her “friends”! My husband and I are impressed with how clean the facility is and how kind and helpful the workers are there. We love the feature of being able to see her play during the day on the app. She boards there and we know when we are away she is well taken care of. Truly a remarkable dog day care with great people working there. There is also theme days throughout the month and we love getting her photos back that are taken. Unfortunately we won’t be going as frequently due to the distance and traffic that adds up in the area, but we are so grateful we found this day care where we don’t have to worry about mollie spending her day there. She is always in good hands. don't hesitate to bring your dogs here!

We absolutely love and appreciate the staff and the services they provided our Princess Racks! Immediately over the phone I felt their genuine service and care. Not to mention the minute we arrived how they embraced us. The staff at the Union location is very friendly, fun, educated and super sweet. Bring your fur baby there like yesterday!! Thanks guys Racks has so much fun getting groomed and playing! Will be back soon!

Beautiful facility, very clean. all the dog techs are awesome, Reina shows no reservations or anxiety when I leave her there. They genuinely love her. I totally trust them with my fur baby. They are super friendly and customer service oriented.

Warning ⛔️ DO NOT RECOMMEND ⚠️ My recent experience on March 1, 2024 at Dogtopia Union was extremely traumatizing and upsetting to say the least! Despite my initial trust in their services, a serious incident occurred while my 3-year-old dog Biggie Smalls was in their (Dogtopia Union) care. The description of the incident provided to me, I was at work, was misleading. They minimized the severity of the situation as a mere "nip" and "scratch", when in reality, it was a bite from an aggressive dog that resulted in significant injury to my baby boy. I rushed out of work to only discover it required emergency medical attention 😭 This negligence led to my innocent dog requiring an emergency vet visit, sedation, sutures, medications, mentally traumatizing my dog resulting in a hefty vet bill of $1300+, calling out of work to care for him. Thank God he is alive and currently on a long recovery. The fact that aggressive dogs were allowed to be a part of their program, leading to such a traumatic outcome, is unacceptable! Despite my attempts to address the issue with Dogtopia Union and request a refund for all payments made towards reimbursement for the emergency veterinary expenses, I have received NO response OR acknowledgment of the situation. The lack of communication and resolution is deeply concerning. It is crucial for establishments like Dogtopia Union to prioritize the safety and well-being of the dogs in their care, and this experience has left us deeply distressed. I urge pet owners to exercise caution when considering Dogtopia Union for pet care , as my experience highlights serious concerns about their negligence and lack of accountability.

Pet Parents- Beware !!! Came in on saturday 11/9/24, 3pm -There was a young man & woman at the counter. No one greeted me as I came in, as if I was bothering them. I said hello twice, & explained I was there for a 3p appt., the young man I believe his name was "anthony cringed when he saw my beautiful Fur baby as if dogs in general bothered him, He made us both feel very uncomfortable, anyone working at a fun dog facility - should absolutely love dogs? -so why is he working there? All we did was literally walk in, my Fur baby was calm, happy, wagging his tail. Female told me her name, Kellon, she became nicer after I said hello three times. Overall- Very unfriendly / very unwelcoming. --My fur baby passed the temperament test, however, having been so unwelcomed, so uncomfortable i don't feel safe leaving my fur baby here in the future. I will not be coming back. 👎

Dogtopia of Union is extremely unsanitary! My dog came home wreaking of urine. I asked where they walk them and was told they go to the bathroom in the room where they play. I immediately canceled our membership, but continued to be charged for three weeks. I called to receive a refund for the overcharge and was told I would get one, but never did, despite calling multiple times.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Maya enjoys going to daycare. The hours are very accommodating to a working mom who doesn’t always get to leave work at 5pm. The pricing is fair and reasonable. The staff have never been rude and seem to love their job. I can understand that some days they are busy or that staff is short and it may be a longer wait for your dog. The reality is this is happening in every industry right now. Maya seems happy and never wants to leave so I am taking her cue that this is a good place. Since she started I have seen her progress. She had her first dog park visit recently and did very well with the other dogs.

I really like the Dogtopia of Union. The staff there is super friendly and you can see and feel that everyone that works there is an animal lover. Our dog has so much fun there that he is super chill and tired after a full day of play at Dogtopia.

Took my pup here for the first time yesterday. Not only did he love it, but as his owners, we did as well! I’m a first time dog owner and I work from home, so Lennox is literally ALWAYS by my side. I knew he needed socializing, but I was so anxious about leaving him with strangers. My concerns were relieved IMMEDIATELY upon walking through the door. After he passed the Meet & Greet, he was invited to stay a couple hours until closing. I watched on the webcam most of the time, and he was having a blast! Staff is amazing at making both dogs and humans feel comfortable and secure. The webcams are a great feature for anxious owners! Safe to say, our family will have a long-term relationship with Dogtopia.

Have been taking puppy to Dogtopia to socialize her every couple of weeks for several months once a week. Just boarded her for one week and had a positive experience. Staff is caring and attentive, facility is clean and everything about booking is easy. My dog comes home tired but happy. Great experience!

Pitty Paws takes excellent care of our dog and has been available even for last minute needs. We have used her a few times and plan to only use her in the future. Our dog gets so excited when we are approaching to drop her off. You just see how happy she gets when we turn onto that street and she recognized where we are. The fact that our dog is so happy is just proof that she's being left in excellent hands. She is well taken care of, well fed, and she has a blast there with the other dogs! We've tried other places, but she wasn't happy at them and refused to eat which was terrible when leaving her for several days. Never again! She will only stay in the wonderful care of Pitty Paws! Thank you for the wonderful care you have given to our doggy!

I contacted Kiesh by email to see if she would watch our pup while we went to the Prudential center for a concert. She responded right away and said it wouldn't be a problem at all. We dropped our pup off around 7pm and planned to pick her up around 1:30am. I was so happy to find someone who'd be willing to have us pick up at that time of night and its extremely affordable. Kiesh was sooooooo friendly and made us feel very comfortable leaving our pup with her. She even gave our pup a bath, a last minute request by us. We were really happy with the service she provided, would recommend highly to our friends and use her again in the future.

On very short notice as i was already out of town and person who was gonna feed my pets cancelled i found pitty paws.She knocked it out of the ball park great realiable service.Always called when arriving and when leaving sent me pics of my pets.I had never used a per sitting service so glad i picked the right one.Highly Recommend

Melissa is the absolute BEST thing that ever happened to Miles and me. Miles is a German Shepherd rescue who suffered from severe anxiety issues. I had been to several behavioralist, tried different doggie days cares but nothing helped so I thought I would try Jersey Dogs as a last resort. This month marks our one year anniversary with Jersey Dogs and I couldn’t be happier with Melissa and her partner Josh. Miles started going two days a week and just after two weeks I could see a huge improvement in his demeanor. He now goes 5 days a week! I never thought I would be able to take him on hikes with me without a leash but thanks to Melissa his recall is fantastic and we enjoy our time together outside and off leash!!! He is just a happy dog now through and through thanks to Melissa. Happy dog, happy dog mom for sure. 😁😍😁

Having recently become a first-time dog owner, I was SO overwhelmed with my young boxer's energy (and separation anxiety). Trying to tire her out each morning before work, with hopes she didn't ruin my apartment while gone, was growing old QUICKLY :P I stumbled upon Melissa/Jersey Dogs while I was attempting to develop a schedule for Georgia, which was diverse (e.g., not day care 5 days a week), easy for me to maintain, and equal parts tiring/fun for her! Upon reaching out to Melissa, she was quick to respond and set up a meet and greet. At our meet and greet, she asked a number of great/relevant questions and was so patient with Georgia's puppy energy. We set up Georgia's first half-day hike/play date (dog park + pack hike) for the following week. One of Melissa's walkers picked GA up while I was at work (easy lock box-type situation), and off they went. I later received photos of her playing at the dog park and subsequently, enjoying a pack hike. Upon her arrival home, the walker was kind enough to feed her (I had lunch/dinner prepped in the fridge) before leaving. GA slept the rest of the afternoon without wreaking havoc in my apartment. Bonus points that my all white boxer didn't return covered in mud, which was one of my fears. Since that first outing, Georgia has gone on a hike just about every week. I'm so excited for their summer adventures and plan to keep Melissa/Jersey Dogs in Georgia's weekly rotation :)

Melissa from Jersey Dogs is amazing! She comes twice a week to pick my pup up for either a play date or a hike and drops him off after. When he sees her pull up, he is so excited, he runs to her and doesn’t look back! He comes home exhausted which is a win win! I always look forward to the videos and pictures I get later on that day of my pup playing with all the other dogs. Melissa takes excellent care of the animals and I have complete trust in her. I highly recommend her services!

Melissa is wonderful with our poodle puppy (6 mos old). She always lets me know how she did with the other dogs. I love the pictures and videos of the pups having the best time. My puppy gets SO excited when Melissa picks her up & is happy and tired when she returns.

Melissa and her team are absolutely wonderful. We found them via a local Facebook group and couldn’t be happier. They do regular walks for our two large dogs as well as playgroups and hikes. Our dogs always come back tired and happy. Melissa sends pictures and videos from every play group or hike and it’s nice to be able to see how our pups are spending their time. She’s also super responsive. We’ve had no issues working with her and the team. Highly recommend their services.

We love Jersey dogs! We’ve been trusting Melissa and her team with our Alfie for the last 18 months and have been nothing but pleased. They are reliable, flexible, professional, safe and offer a range of activities for the pups. Alfie’s walks, hikes and play dates are the highlight of his day. He’s made lots of pup friends and is noticeably more socialized and better on the leash since his time with Jersey Dogs

I left my amazing, sweet little guy in their care and he was killed. He had only been with them three times before this happened. In the past year, I have received numerous messages from previous employees of this “company,” former clients, and been contacted by animal control, letting me know about the continued recklessness and negligence of this company. If you know any animal owners in the state of New Jersey or you have your own fur babies, do not hire these people or any associated businesses to take care of your four legged loved ones. It has been one of the biggest regrets of my life. This business was not bonded and insured as advertised and tried to avoid accountability as much as possible. I would give zero stars if it were possible.

I have been working with Jersey dogs, and in particular Melissa and Phil for almost five years. I LOVE THEM. They are so wonderful to my 12-pound, grumpy old man Chip, who is now 17 years old. My dog can be fiery and onery, but he responds well to all of the walkers. They really get animals and understand dogs. As he has aged and is now losing his sight, I know that I can count on them to take care of him and give him love and careful attention, as I would. My fur baby, well old man, is extremely important to me because unlike my child, he cannot talk to me, so knowing that I have good second parents/caretakers make all the difference when I have to work or if I have long hours and need them to back me up as doggy caregiver.

Melissa is fantastic. Our dog is always so happy to see her. Great with puppies and dogs in need of a lot of activity. And she picks up from your home! A perfect solution for working owners.

Melissa and her crew are the best! They are so patient and kind. My little (demon) lady comes home so tired that she takes hours of naps. And when she sees them she goes bananas! That definitely says alot about them. I trust my pup to them at any time.
