I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Robyn was a great pet sitter and house sitter. She went way over and beyond my expectations!!!! She sent a photo of her and my dogs and they were looking at her like they were in love. Angela provided complicated medical care for my sick dog for three weeks in Mexico City with the utmost professionalism and kindness Right before Angela’s arrival, my dog was hospitalized and almost died. Angela took care of follow up vets visits, administered eight medicines a day for two weeks, and nursed tico completely back to health I could tell from the photos and videos that she was taking excellent care of him - he was too weak to walk so she made a comfy bed for him in a large bag and carried him a over the city so he could still have fun during his recovery I could not recommend Ángela more. She went so far above and beyond what a pet sitter should do, and she did it all with a caring and capable attitude

Joe arrived some days before I left, so I could show him some nice places in Switzerland and he had enough of time to learn all about the dogs and how to handle them. He is an amazing nice and an animal/natur loving person who took care of my dog with incredible affection when I was in vacation. I could really enjoy it, because I knew, everything is ok at home. He sent me picutres and I could see, how much fun they have together. He cooked for the dogs, mad a lot of nice hikes with them and huged them, when they need it - so he even got the trust from Artu (as a man really not easy). And not only that, he made woodruff punch for me and sowed my tomatoes and spoiled them with melt water. And he helped also the women which looked after the horses and helped her to going walk with them. Generelly he is super friendly, so everyone in the village likes him. He is considerate of your belongings and has handed the house back neatly. He is just the best. I'm so gratuful he was here. So, if you have a chance to get him as a sitter, take it. Your animals will be grateful to you and have a good time while you are on vacation. Joe, you're not just a dog sitter for me. You were so familiar to me from the first moment. We had a lot of fun and we already miss you sooooo much. I'm really looking forward to see you again in some monthes.

Lynn and Ray were fabulous sitters, going above and beyond to take care of our home, yard, and rambunctious pup. Leaving him for three weeks was very difficult but we felt confident once we met them. They are great communicators, very professional, capable of handling any situation, and personable. Since they are fully self-contained in their van, they arrived a day early so we could show them the place, have our dog Bailey get comfortable with them (that was immediate ☺), and get to know them over dinner together. While on our trip, they sent us daily photos of Bailey, which we really appreciated, and updates on their activities. They took him hiking almost every day and kept him well exercised. Any issues that came up (e.g., our irrigation water ran dry a couple weeks in) they communicated to us and we were able to resolve them quickly. They also harvested ripe berries and squash for us and even harvested and dried tomatoes in our dryer. We spent our entire trip feeling assured that all things were being taken care of and feel ever so grateful that we found Lynn and Ray through TH. We returned from our trip to a house that was thoroughly cleaned (better than we left it ☺), with fresh sheets on the bed, and a happy dog. Five-star sitters for sure!

We were so happy with Lynda's care for our senior pup. Lynda was extremely accommodating with the key hand over situation we had considering our early flights out of Berlin. She was easy to coordinate with and made this part of the holiday very smooth. We could also tell Sesame was in the best care. We received updates and photos of Sesame on walks and getting cuddles. We know Sesame can be sassy sometimes but Lynda was great with her little attitudes and handled her with ease. It was also really heart warming to see that Lynda truly enjoyed her time with Sesame and created a strong bond with her. We love to know that our dog is loved and treated with the care we would give her if we were home. Both my partner and I were able to fully enjoy our holiday as we knew from updates that Sesame and Lynda were doing well. Our apartment was clean and tidy when we returned and the sheets had also been washed. We would definitely have Lynda back and would recommend her to anyone else looking for an experienced sitter to stay with your pet.

Delphine was amazing. All 3 of our fur babies took an instant liking to her, which is very unusual of them. We right away knew both our cats and our dog would be happy with her. We came back to relaxed and happy pets and a clean house. We think we found our ‘go to’ house sitter with Delphine. We would love to have her over again.

Charlie was again an outstanding sitter for us whilst we were away at a wedding. This is the second time having Charlie and although we have not met face to face we completely trust her with our home and of course our cat, Nala. Charlie left the house spotless which is amazing to come home to after a long day of travelling. We are very picky about our dog sitters, and we chose them because they have been doing this for a long time and track your wants and needs carefully and follow through with utmost care and integrity. They offered to come the day before we left to meet Winnie so that we could rest in that she would trust them and connect to them. Honestly, we would hire them as our only dog sitter all of the time if we could. I cannot thank them enough and say enough good things about them. They also took very good care of our house and plants.

You could not ask for better house and pet sitters than Ken and Jane! Before the sit: Communicating with Ken and Jane prior to our scheduled week went smoothly. They were proactive about planning. They came out to the house prior to the sit and spent a couple of hours going over things about the house, meeting the pets, and getting familiar and comfortable with everything. They were delightful people to meet; I was wishing for a couple of days to just hang out and play tourist with them! During the sit: Ken and Jane sent me daily updates and photos of their outings with my pups and with their interactions with my kitties. I appreciated how they chose the sit partly because of their love of exploring rural areas, because that's what I have here! They were perfectly suited to my home and pets. Ken absolutely loves cats and is an intuitive and experienced kitty-handler. Jane really bonded with one of my kitties; both of them made great progress with all three of my cats, each of which is pretty shy at first, and one can be a real problem child. They worked very hard to give love to each pet and ensure that each felt calm, happy, and cared for. They spend tons of time outdoors with my border collie/retrievers. The dogs had daily "spa time" after walks and outdoor playtime, having their long fur brushed on my front porch (which the dogs love!). They sent me happy photos every day. If anything came up, they just handled it. They really seemed to enjoy their adventures and the pets each day, which made my time away that much more enjoyable. After the sit: I was thankful to have some time with Ken and Jane when I returned from my trip. All the pets were calm, happy, and healthy when I got home. Ken and Jane had left me a detailed note about that last day to make re-entry easy. They sweetly left a thank you note and a bottle of wine on the kitchen table also (a very sweet and unexpected surprise!). They seemed quite sad to leave my "kids;" Jane left with tears in her eyes, saying goodbye to my dogs. We've kept in touch since the sit. My whole house really misses them. Oh, and the house was immaculate and plants all watered (inside and out) when I got home! Tracey's doggie daycare is simply the best, my puppy loves it and can't wait to get through the door every week, when we drop him off. It's a home from home experience for the dogs, and Tracey really cares for them as if they were her own. Then there's all the extra little things like birthday parties and photos on their birthdays, regular text updates and plenty of luxury beds for all the doggos to chillax on after they've played to their hearts content in the well equiped garden.
Our puppy loves his day at Tracey's place each Wednesday. She loves dogs and has a great set up.
Tracey was so lovely. Sent me text updates as well as pictures of my fur babies! Really put my mind at ease while being away from them. Would definitely use her services again and recommend to others.

Our experience with the team at Royal Rover has been great. We have used them frequently over the last couple of years. Being able to see where your dog will be, has been a relief. They are very caring for our anxious girl, she was excited when I dropped her off this time and when our older girl was still with us, we received a call to check if we were aware of a sore they had noticed (which we were), showing their care and attention. Love the updates on Facebook putting us at ease seeing our beautiful girl so content. We recommend them and appreciate them!
We always take our dog to Royal Rover when we go on holiday or home renovations. They have always been so accomodating letting us see where he will be staying when we drop him off, posting pictures and video of him playing with new friends and even giving us updates when we phone in if we’re feeling a little dog sick on a trip. He has always come back healthy and happy as he normally is. He even gets excited seeing Matt, Debbi and the other lovely carers if we drop him off or use the Pet Taxi to pick him up.
Cannot recommend this kennel highly enough - Both our dogs (one old and one young) were housed together, played together, came home healthy and happy and the staff here regularly updated Facebook with photos of them (which was great - 6 weeks was the longest I’ve been away from them in recent years) Nothing was too much trouble - I requested in the last week of their stay that they get groomed a day early so we could pick them up early morning - that wasn’t an issue. Matt also helped the day they were dropped off by organising the taxi last minute. Would not take my dogs anywhere else or trust anyone else with them while we holiday! Thanks team!

We have been using Royal Rover since 2008 for boarding our dogs. Over the years we have had a few dogs that have stayed there and they have always loved their time with Debby, Matt and the staff. The care given is fantastic and our dogs have always returned home to us as healthy and happy as they were when we dropped them off. I wouldn’t recommend or trust another kennel with our pets. I picked up our 3 dogs on Monday this week and it was fabulous to see them so happy. The Facebook photos and videos they post speak for themselves and show how well cared for the animals are. It was very reassuring whilst we were away to see our dogs being played with and taken for walks whilst staying with Debby & Matt.
We have boarded our dog at Royal Rover during the last 4 years on numerous occasions for periods up to 3 months. They have always treated him as part of their family, and has been well cared for and happy when we pick him up. They usually have him washed before we get there. We are able to monitor him through the posts that are on the Facebook page, and we see him going for walks and playing with the handlers and other dogs. We would not hesitate to recommend Royal Rover Kennels, Matt and Debby to board you fur babies. We travel past a number of other kennels on the drive to Royal Rover, and do so because we are so happy with the past treatment. Our boy will be with them again in the future. We left our German Shepherd, Amstafff and Husky in the care of Debby and Matt for four days in late July. This was the first time the dogs were boarded but one of them was actually adopted from Royal Rover. We filled in the booking forms as accurately as possible to give the staff a clear indication of what to expect and the only issue when leaving them was the thought of being apart... When it came time to pick up we were walked through the newer shared enclosures in case we wanted to use these in future. The dogs were washed and ready and we had a lovely time catching up with Debby and Matt. Despite not being close to home, would not think twice about returning to Royal Rover

You can be assured that your dogs will be extremely well looked after. Our Moodle attends Doggy Day Care regularly and both our Kelpie and Moddle have boarded there. Madi listens and genuinely cares for your dogs as if they are her own! Her constant updates on how they are going throughout their stay is also second to none and very reassuring. Pawfectly amazing 🤗

I brought my 5 month old toy cavoodle here for a weekend stay as we were travelling and couldn’t take him with us. At first my puppy was so scared and anxious, but Jayden & Justin did a phenomenal job helping and accomodating him until he felt safe. They worked patiently with him, offering treats and toys until he was feeling safe and happy to play around and explore.
