My baby milo is only three months old and pretty shy, but being here has really brought him out of his shell. He loves to play and is even eating a lot better at Pawville as well. The staff are super kind and lovey to him. Every morning he jumps in that car and is wagging his tail so hard because he loves daycare!

Could not recommend Pawville enough! We have boarded our pups at the Surf City location several times. The prices are affordable (even in peak times). The staff are friendly and kind. They love on pups like their own. I appreciate the options for not only the kennels (condos, townhomes, etc.), but also the options for group play or private and other add on services. Staff have also worked with us for earlier pick ups or if there are delays. I also like that they provide report cards with pictures and updates on how the pups are doing. Highly recommend checking them out for your boarding needs!

New to the area, finding reliable dog boarding was paramount. Our experience with Pawville exceeded expectations. From the warm welcome to the comprehensive tour, we felt reassured entrusting our dogs, Jack and Layla, to their care. The spacious accommodations and attentive staff provided our pets with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, complete with extra playtime and attention. We had no issues with staff providing twice daily medication to our one dog. We also LOVED the daily report cards provided complete with pictures. Although we encountered minor glitches with the video camera access, it was reassuring to have the option to check in remotely. Upon pickup, Jack and Layla were not just happy but also clean and fresh-smelling. Grateful for Pawville's professionalism and care.

The staff was great and attentive to Mabel (a westie) and her cousin Baxter(a Dachshund). It was easy to check them in and out of the facility, even the day we came to take them to the beach with us. Both Baxter's family and mine loved the everyday report cards and photos, it helped us pet parents be ok being away from them for the week. If I'm ever vacationing in the area of Surf City, NC I will use Pawville again for boarding.

Can not say enough good things about this place. The employees are so friendly and know you and your furbabies name almost instantly. They treat your pet like their number 1 priority. The "report cards" they send out after day care is so great to see the photos and get detailed updates of how our pups doing. Not to mention being able to watch your pet on camera any given time of day is such a relief when you wonder how they are doing. My dog and I can't recommend this place enough. They are the best around

Our experience with Pawville was a 10/10. This was the first time boarding our 6 year old lab. We felt informed daily through their emailed “report card” which gave detailed info on his mood and what he did throughout the day. Each report card had tons of photos. The language of the reports was personalized and the number of photos really showed they took an interest in our pup. We reserved the townhouse with private courtyard and camera. It was nice to check in on him, although I would not say the camera will be a necessity in the future. It was a nice feature. Before we picked up, they bathed him and trimmed his nails. Happy doggie means happy customers! Thank you Pawville for a wonderful experience!

Was super nervous leaving my baby fur on dog boarding since this was his first time in this location, however, the report cards I received helped so much since it would let me see how he was being treated and it showed that he was having a great time. Pawville in Surf City did amazing with my Sunny boy! He’s a Dalmatian and very much true to his breed. He is a one family type of dog and has a major problem with kennel aggression towards strangers. I was super nervous leaving him with people he didn’t know because of this. The staff didn’t just give up on him and leave him in his room they got him out and took him to the yard and played with him even though in 100% sure that he was not so friendly to get out of the room. BUT they still got my boy out and played with him and that makes me so happy because he really is a good boy. Thank yall so much I will be bringing him back for all of our travels!

Anika is the BEST. She has shown our crippled kitty special love and attention. She is super reliable and has been flexible with changing schedules. During the visits she updates us with sweet photos and videos, and communicates with us throughout our time away. She also takes care to water our plants and pull our garbage bins in and out. Really feel lucky to have found such an awesome pet sitter on the island!

This was the first time that we had really left our fur babies for a long amount of time so you could say that we were quite nervous. Anika eased our minds on all of it. From taking our dog on walks, to daily pictures updates, all the way to making our shyest cat come out of hiding! (Which is saying something cause she doesn’t even like her dad). I never doubted for a second that our babies were as well taken care of as they would be if we were home. Anika will always be my go to choice for when we are traveling or away. The pictures attached were just some of the ones from Anika while we were away!

Where to start…Anika is by far the most warm, loving, kind, communicative and professional person in the business! We 1000% recommend Anika from Island Paws to help watch your fur-baby!! She had Molly for a few nights and made extra effort to get to know us, Molly and our home and routines. She was timely courteous and sent pictures that were descriptive of how Mollys days were going! She administered meds, made sure she had her schedule to the smallest detail and communicated several times a day!! We just hope she doesn’t get too booked up so we can’t schedule her again to stay with Molly! Anika…thank you for LOVING our girl Molly and giving her the same (if not better) care as we do! Xoxo

I cannot recommend Anika and Island Paws more! She is an absolute expert dog whisperer with such a calm, patient, and caring way of connecting with animals. We dropped our sweet but skittish rescue dog (Belle) off to her, not knowing how things would go. After a week with Anika, I don’t think Belle wanted to come home with us! Anika sent us daily text messages and photos to keep us informed of how she was doing. Having experience in rescuing animals for many years, we knew Anika would be the best solution for caring for our quirky doggie. We are already planning our trip back to Topsail next year, and we know Belle will enjoy her time with Anika once again. ANIKA— thank you for being the compassionate, flexible, and loving person that you are. You are an absolute treasure and I hope every animal gets a chance to board with you! The photos say what Belle can’t— “look how happy and comfy I am with Anika!” (P.S. Thank you for also going above and beyond when we arrived and Belle decided to venture off into the marsh and we temporarily lost her! We so appreciated your unwavering assistance.)

We were so happy to find Anika at Island Paws to board our puppy. He immediately connected with Anika and we knew he was in good hands. She was caring, attentive to his schedule, provided long walks on the beach, reinforced his training, and sent amazing photo/video updates. We were also able to pick him up each day on a flexible schedule. I recommend Anika and hope to book her services on return visits to Topsail!

Five stars and more! I immediately felt comfortable with Anika during our first visit. She was warm kind and waited to reward Sage’s good behavior. Sage was always anxious from being boarded previously but she’s now happy and relaxed when I return. She loves her time with Anika and I’m thankful that I completely trust that she’s in good hands. She’s so kind to send photos and an update after visits. I appreciate the flexibility of Anika’s schedule and the ability to add an extra visit when I return later than expected. Sage and I wholeheartedly recommend Anika!!

We have three pets - two dogs and a cat. We are protective of them and will not board them at a kennel. Only a few times, have we left them overnight with someone else. When we wanted to leave the country for two weeks, finding a pet sitter was a major consideration. Enter Island Paws and owner Anika, who agreed to take care of everything. And she did, including staying overnight for the entire duration -- no doubt a challenge, given that she has her own family and pets. She sent us daily updates with pictures and videos. We were confidant that our pets - and our house - were taken care of. Anika not only took great care of our pets, but watered house plants, the garden, etc. When we returned, the bed linens had been changed and the house was as clean as a pin. Cost was reasonable; the service was outstanding. Everybody is happy! We highly recommend Island Paws to anyone needing pet sitting service.

Anika is the perfect pet sitter for dogs and cats. She stayed overnight for our two dogs and one cat and did a fantastic job. From the first time they met, pets and her, I could tell they would love her and be comfortable. I can't give enough praise. My only hesitation is I am afraid she will get SO booked up, she won't be available for us!

Anika is everything you could ask for in a pet sitter. At our meet and greet you could tell that she is dedicated, punctual, and truly loved our lab. The pictures and updates are a bonus! 10/10 recommend Anika!

Anika did a great job of taking care of our Great Dane, Grace. She made sure Grace got plenty of attention and exercise. Grace loves her and we so much appreciate Anika’s attentiveness to our sweet, big girl.

Rebecca at Sweet Pea Pet Care is definitely a top notch pet sitter and I highly recommend her for any pet sitting job. I have 2 elderly kitties that need a lot of attention with all of their ailments and I am always 'over the moon' happy with the care and concern that Rebecca gives. With her compassion and work ethic, I can go away and not have to worry. She has also shared tips to help with my aging kitties and I attribute one of my cats good health to her wisdom and knowledge.

I would recommend Sweet Pea Pet Care!! Rebecca has watched my 1 year old puppy and she loves their walks with lots of play time!! She did a good job taking care of my pets, I got pictures daily. Unfortunately she forgot we had a second cat box litter in the garage. It took her 12 days to return the key of my house.

Alexis watched our 3 month old golden retriever puppy for a long weekend along with my boyfriends families cat and 1 year old golden retriever! She was so communicative and made us feel super comfortable leaving the pets in great hands. She also offered us a ton of tips that we still utilize today - she’s super knowledgeable and sweet! Alexis stayed at my house for a weekend to watch my sweet pup Miller while I was out of town. She did an incredible job & I could not be more pleased! She texted throughout the day(s) to update on how Miller was doing & shared lots of photos! She is very kind & goes above any beyond - she washed the bedding, brought my mail in, and took the trash out. She even left us flowers! Miller was very happy & relaxed upon my return! Alexis is THE BEST!!! There’s very few people we trust to watch our “baby” Loki, our 3-year-old German Shepard. We can always count on Alexis to give us complete peace of mind when we travel. She most recently watched him while we were away for a full week on our honeymoon, and getting pictures and knowing she was spoiling him just as we would while we were away allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation. Alexis was an incredible dog sitter! Our dog Bella was the happiest that I have ever seen her when we returned. She sent us pictures of Bella relaxing at home and out on walks. Alexis cares so much about her charges, and is especially good for those pets who need a little extra TLC. She is totally professional, and nothing- not holidays, not Covid- gets in the way of taking care of the pets. Her online communications platform is superb for keeping in touch, no matter where you are traveling. Alexis commits all the way, is completely reliable, and is particularly good at improvising to meet the needs of the pet(s). For example, our pets arrived just before we had to travel. It turned out that we were not well set up for their care and feeding, and Alexis had both the initiative and expertise to source the things we needed- ones that we are still using and appreciate. Her experience with high-need pets really showed, as she had the patience, perseverance and experience to help our pets with some major adjustments. We came home to pets who were in better shape than we left them!

We had Alexis stay in our home, and pet sit our little dog Pinot for 5 days..Alexis was Amazing… She took wonderful care of our Home & Pinot. Alexis sent pictures & updates daily.. Karen has been keeping our pup Elmo since the first few weeks we adopted him from a county shelter. He is the center of my world and I wouldn’t leave him with anyone else! She loves on him, plays with him, ensures he minds his manners, and treats him as if he was her own. She sends me lots of pictures and videos when we are out of town. He’s bouncing around the car with excitement every time we pull up to her house. It is definitely a second home to him and we are so grateful for her wonderful care and love for him! He’s also made many doggy friends while staying at her house. I highly recommend Karen if you are looking for a special place for your dog where you won’t worry about them at all. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

It took me almost 9 years of no vacations and running home during lunch breaks before I finally broke down and gave Amber a call. I have trust issues, especially when it comes to my dogs! Since then, Amber has been coming by everyday to check on my Butters 🐾🩵. Although timid and shy at first, he is now warming up to her and I feel less stressed and guilty about caring for him. Lola & Company (Amber) has been pet sitting for us since we adopted Bentley almost 3 years ago. She takes such good care of our fur baby! Our experience with Lola & Company for cat sitting was fantastic! Amber is professional, reliable, caring and kind - definitely an animal lover. We were away for about 10 days and returned to find our cat Joey to be very healthy, happy and well-adjusted. We appreciated the pics from each visit!

Kris and I whole-heartedly recommend Amber for pet sitting! She is the best of the best in Wilmington. Our dog, Bear, used to be nervous when we'd leave town. Now that he knows Amber takes care of him when we travel, he's relaxed when we leave and relaxed when we get home. This alone says so much about Amber and how much TLC she shows the animals in her care. The app used for scheduling, payment, and updates is easy to use and keeps everything well organized on both ends. Amber updates with photos included at every visit. And best of all, she offers over-night pet sitting. You can't get any better than that! Two thumbs up and five stars!

Amber was absolutely amazing. She accommodated all of our needs for our dogs. She was very friendly and even took the time to get one of our dogs who takes a minute to get used to new people extra love and time. She gave them treats and took them for walks. Our dogs are everything to us!!! We have taken them to North Shore Pawville many times. Daycare, Boarding… they both enjoy the time with the staff, and to play with other dogs. Thankfully both our dogs are easy going, but we figured this is a great way to introduce them to new environments. Did not disappoint one bit. All of the Staff is phenomenal! I mean that! It is difficult to leave our dogs with others, but we recently boarded both our dogs and the entire experience was beyond what we expected. Worth every single penny to know our dogs are well taken care of from drop off to pick up! The Staff is absolutely Amazing! I cannot say enough great things about this place…thank you!!!!

Wow! The best dog boarding service we have used for our pups. Staff is amazing and takes loving care of our Dane..love the pictures and report card each day too. Bailey had a great time and enjoyed playing with her friends at Pawville. Our condo HOA doesn’t allow pets, appreciate that we could come pick our girl up and take her out on the beach and around town and drop her back off. Christina did an amazing job grooming two of my dogs today, they look and smell wonderful! Im sure they feel a lot more comfortable too, especially on hot days. Prior to the grooming. Christina took a detailed history to ensure she knew what was being requested. When she was finished she gave a detailed account of the services she provided to each dog. The whole experience was positive for both myself and my dogs.

Cierrah at Pawville is amazing! She takes such good care of my 11 year old Yorkie and our Portuguese Water Dog. They love going to see her and always look amazing when they are done! We love Cierrah and Pawville!

North Shore Pawville is truly the best pet daycare and boarding service I have ever worked with - I can fairly say that, having had plenty of experiences with dog boarding in other states to compare. We've been customers at Pawville since 2020. Applying for care was a breeze. Staff is friendly, easygoing, and adaptable. Booking reservations is always a smooth and easy process, and they are always willing to work with you if you need to make changes, which is huge. They will love your dog like their own. The dogs get plenty of socialization and outdoor play (check out the daily report cards they send)! Prices are definitely affordable and absolutely worth it if your dog needs extra love during the day. We've also used some of the other Pawville locations - Surf City, Jacksonville, and Scott's Hill - and have had the same great experiences every single time. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with North Shore Pawville! My almost two year old boxer had never been boarded before and we dropped her off for a 2.5ish day/2 night stay. They stayed on the phone with me for almost 20 minutes before the trip to answer all my questions. Upon drop off they take her back and we went through waivers and questions. They updated us how she did with other dogs and sent us a report card with picture updates! When we went to pick her up she had been given a bath and was the same happy girl that we left! Would 10/10 recommend to a friend and we will be coming back! :)

Love the staff at North Shore Pawville! When we visit Sneads Ferry, our pooch loves spending his day there playing with his friends. He doesn’t even mind bath time. :) Location is just minutes away from our Airbnb and the beach making it perfect location for quick drop off/pick up.

This is the first place that when I get my dogs back they smell good and are pretty clean. Also, the staff were very friendly. My favorite part is the report cards I got detailing what my fur babies did for the day ❤️.

Staff is kind and caring, and very attentive. My dog is high anxiety with separation anxiety, though well behaved and they made sure she was fully accommodated. They were so fantastic she was settled in by the second day and enjoying her stay. Love that they send a daily updates with photos. I will definitely be boarding my dog with them in the future.

Today my father took our dog to get groomed. He took her in at 1:30 and normally they call 30 mins after to tell us she was done and ready to be picked up. So 2 o’clock comes and still no call, then 3:00 comes and still no call so my father called and they said they were just about to call him to come pick her up. So he went to go get her a treat (like he always does after her appointment) then he brought her home and some hours go by and we noticed this in her eye. My parents called the emergency vet line and told them what she did for the day and they told us that at her appointment they stressed her out so much she had Blown blood vessel in her eye. We will not be going back.

This place is AWFUL!!! We brought our dog here twice and the second time they did not remove his e-collar or prong collar the entire week that he was there. When he came home, he had two large holes in his neck from the e-collar as well as a huge hotspot on his chest. Both were already infected. My wife had to rush him to the emergency vet, which cost us $800! When I called to speak to a manager, I was told she was on the phone with another customer but would call me right back. I have not heard from anyone in the past 12+ hours. Our dog is now sitting on his bed, whimpering in pain. Please for the sake of your dogs safety, DO NOT BOARD THEM HERE!

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I know Bella is in good hands while she is there. I check her occasionally on the cameras and love seeing her interacting with the other dogs plus seeing the attention she is given by the attendants! Whenever she goes to daycare she comes home exhausted so I know she gets lots of activity while she is there.

WOW WOW WOW! All of the staff was super amazing and super friendly!!!! They sent pictures and videos! They loved spending time with my dog, and one of the employees even gave me a harness because mine broke?! Like what?! Kindness goes such a long way, and they have all of it! I will recommend this place to everyone that has a dog and I will absolutely be back there and that’s saying a lot because I’m very particular and don’t ever like to leave my dog but I had to and it was absolutely worth it! Thank you so much there you guys are the best keep up the amazing work!

My dog got bit by another dog, we had said he could not be around other dogs due to his previous owner allowing him to be attacked by their orher dogs. He gets scared of other dogs. So he should not have been around another dog to be bit at all. Our dog never ever eats away from home. We brought dry food and a can of wet for him to eat the second day. When we picked him up, the wet can was returned, no dry food. We asked about it, they said he ate all the dry food. I can say with 1000% certainty, we were being lied to. There is absolutely no way he ate all that food, or any at all. We didn’t expect him to eat, that’s just the way he is and we know that. It was the lying that was really concerning. But that isn’t all. Within a week of boarding he was at the vet with a respiratory infection. Ten days of lots of meds and rest he was better. A few days later he develops a yeast infection in his ears from the antibiotics. So a $120 boarding visit for a weekend turned into $670 and some sleepless nights.

My girls loved their time here! It was pretty pricy at the end of a 9 day stay but I've never seen my dogs more happy while they were away from home. How do I know they were happy? I got updates (report card) from the kennel while I was away. Included pictures, how their demeanor has been AND how they've been eating. Awesome facility and great staff!! **one staff member told me she loved my dog so much that she wanted to take her home!! thank you guys for taking such good care of the girls! ❤

The staff took care of my pet and ensured he was happy. I was kept abreast as to how he was doing. The cameras worked well and seeing my pet interacting with the staff made me smile. When you are out of town and miles away it’s comforting to know your pet is being well taken care of.

Amazing. I came to Wilmington and didn’t realize that the time had expired for dogs to be allowed on the beach that I went to. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to get in anywhere as it was Memorial Day weekend, but this place was five star from the moment they picked up the phone and let me know that once I completed the intake process, I could transfer to another pet paradise in Austin where I live and I will be doing so… also considering getting dog training there. My dog was super happy when I came to pick him up and I could tell that the employees really loved spending time with him and put a lot of care and detail into the Pet report. If that wasn’t enough, they offered me a complimentary first time visit so I paid $0!! If you’re in Wilmington, don’t sleep on this place. I would definitely bring my dog back here; absolutely worth full price. 10/10

We love Pet Paradise, and our dog does too! The staff has always been very friendly, accommodating, and wonderful to our furbaby, emailing us pictures during his lodging stays and giving us a detailed update on him when we call to see how he is doing. He is always so excited when we pull into the parking lot and runs right to the staff when we enter the door, which lets me know that he is treated extremely well. We have used their services for lodging and daycare for over 3 years now, and Pet Paradise will continue to be the only place in Wilmington we trust to take quality care of our dog!

This is a great place for bringing your fur family. I have three dogs of different ages and personalities and I feel they all leave happy and well cared for. While we were in Disney for a week, they did a great job communicating anything my dogs needed and adjusted their stay accordingly. I've been to other dog daycare facilities in this area and this is by far my favorite because they keep a close eye on the dogs while playing instead of leaving them in packs unattended. The dog rooms are nice and the cameras to keep an eye on everyone is nice as well. It's not a cheap place but you get what you pay for.

I recently took my Pomeranian for her first visit to Animal House grooming salon, and I couldn't be more pleased! I want to give a special thanks to the GM, Scott, for recommending his Groomer, Trinette. She did an outstanding job! Every detail of my dog was absolutely beautiful and professionally done. Trinette is one of the best groomers I've used in a long time. I highly recommend you try her for yourself. I love Animal House! I've taken 5 dogs there and they all love it. They get excited when we pull on the street! The staff is always friendly and accommodating, even on all the short notices. My dogs come home tired and happy. I recommend this place to everyone!

I really am satisfied taking my dog to Animal House Wilmington. My dog gets to run around and play and socialize with other dogs. Sometimes I have to work extended hours, days on end and it is a comfort to me to know that I can drop him off there instead of keeping him alone, bored in my apt. peeing on the carpet. I also like they have special events, boarding, dog grooming and even obedience training. The staff is very nice and friendly and I feel completely comfortable leaving my dog in their hands. When I have to go out of town for several days I don't worry about boarding him at Animal House becsuse I know he is well taken care of.

My dog Finn has been going to day camp weekly for almost four years. The staff recognize us both the minute we walk in and I know I can trust them with my boy. The pool is the best part! I can’t recommend enough!

Boarded my dogs here 3 times. The last time it was $700 and my dogs returned with kennel cough and my male with a giant wound on his head that was about 4 inches wide, a massive open bloody wound. Took 2 days to get the owner to contact us, and he just ran his mouth for 15 minutes trying to make himself look better, and that he’d pay for the vet visit then never reached back out. It’s been 2-3 months now, my dog is fully healed but I would like to warn others away from this place. The photos are far too gruesome to post, so I will leave those out so the review will post. The 2nd time we boarded them here, I put tape on the top of my food bin for my pets and on two intake forms I put that my female dog is food aggressive, and cannot be fed near my male or she’ll hurt him or worse. We watched for 2 hours while they had the food down in the same room with both of my dogs watching my female try to attack my male while nobody answered and the doors were locked so we could not inform them. I picked them up early from their stay at that time. The only reason I returned after the 2nd time and their fatal flaw in reading paperwork and food bins is because my grandmother passed away in New York and I had to make an urgent trip to go say goodbye to her. I will say on the upside the employees were always excited to see my pups, I just wish they kept the same tenacity in regard to pet safety and injures. I found out he was injured when we got home, they never mentioned it. If you’re anything like me your pets are your world and best friends, so I’m not willing to give a 3rd chance like the owner asked. This isn’t baseball we’re not playing 3 strikes in your house, this is the safety of living beings we’re talking about. As my wife and I are dog groomers this was all the more upsetting knowing the lack of safety and responsibility taking place. I pray no one else shares the experiences we have at this boarding facility.

I brought my cat here for a well needed grooming. This was his first grooming experience and I was really nervous that it was not going to be successful. I’m very grateful for the wonderful staff that made it happen. They warned me he may be agitated when I brought him home but he was happy as a clam. I think he’s pretty happy to have the mattes off of him. Thank you so much!!

This place is great! We left our 2 puppies, Rodrigo and Ranger, there for a few days and they had a blast! I was afraid that they would not enjoy themselves but when we picked them up they did not want to leave. The staff is wonderful and took exceptional care of our babies, making them feel welcome and at home. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. It has great amenities and the staff is just the best!! Thank you for taking such good care of my babies.

My Pittie Bleu loves to go to Animal House Day care. The staff is fabulous. He gets treats from the front desk and is always excited to go swim and play with his friends. 10 out of 10 I would Recommend.

I am one to never leave reviews, but I honestly can’t say enough good things about Animal House. My dog is a regular for about 6 months and has boarded with them a few times, and I won’t take her anywhere else. Nicole and the staff are SO welcoming and show such enthusiasm and love every time they see my dog, as well as other regular dogs. It’s comforting to know that they care for the dogs like their own. The prices are even better (compared to other places in Wilmington). Drop off as early as 7:30 and pick up at 5:15/5:30 for 23 dollars a day, you can’t beat it. A live camera so you can see your pup having an absolute blast in the big pool or grassy fenced-in yard. On top of the high level of involvement with little holiday parties for the pups (for an extra cost of like 10 dollars) and posting “pup of the week” and happy birthday shoutouts for the dogs. 10/10 recommend to any pet owner!

Pawsatively Golden Pet Care is an amazing pet service! Our dog, Mac, has epilepsy and requires constant supervision. Not only were they knowledgeable, they were also very understanding to his needs. Crystal and her team SPOILS him. Your pet would be lucky to have them!

We had a great experience with MaKayla and Nikki taking care of our three cats! Our cats are super spoiled and get wet food three times a day (plus they are used to my husband working from home - which is also why we can normally feed them during the day with no problems). When we go out of town, we feel bad about how much it disrupts their schedule, especially our older 14 year old girl. Both Nikki and MaKayla gave super thorough updates for each visit with tons of pictures and info about all three of them. Crystal, the owner, was really helpful when we had questions about charges and pricing. Everyone seemed professional at every step! It's the best pet sitting service we've found in Wilmington, and we've tried more than a few. We have already reached out about our next plans to get on their schedule. We will definitely use them again!

We had a great first experience! From start to finish they were thorough and detailed. They came for a meet and greet where we were able to explain everything and ask questions without feeling rushed! Our dog has epilepsy and this has been the first time since it started we feel like we can relax while going on vacation. They sent frequent communication and sent a pic and message each time they gave him his meds so we could be assured he’d received it on time. We came home to a happy and healthy dog and a clean house! We have already booked them for a weekend trip and the holidays coming up.

Crystal and her whole team at Pawsitively Golden have been an absolute home run. They have been 100% reliable and flexible with our changing schedule and last minute needs. They take great care of our dog and give regular updates. She met with us to talk about our needs and wants for drop inns. I came up from Florida for my son’s wedding and was staying in an AIRBNB, so I needed a pet sitter. I got the Royal package and it was worth it. Katy was amazing and I didn’t worry one time about our babies! Crystal the owner is easy to work with and I’m so thankful that I had them! I highly recommend them!

Crystal and her team has helped care for my little zoo for a few years - including exotic, fish, and reptile care! They've cared for my Great Dane, chinchilla, koi pond and bearded dragon. I inquired about pet care during Christmas but they were booked up! However, I’ve been keeping up with them and I’m very impressed with the education they provide to the community and their clients! I would definitely trust my fur babies in their care!

My wife and I have just returned from a two week trip to the UK and are so lucky to have left our dog and two cats in the care of Pawsatively Golden Pet Care. We don’t like to board our pets so having PGPC come to our house twice a day has been ideal. We couldn’t have asked for better care to be taken of our pets. We received twice daily reports of the visits (as well as photographs) which really gave us peace of mind while we were away. PGPC went above and beyond by bringing in our mail, taking the trash out and leaving the house exactly as we left it. Our pets seem better behaved than when we left! I cannot thank the PGPC team enough and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for professional pet care.

I boarded 3 of my dogs here and spent as much, almost less than I would anywhere else when I used to board only 2 dogs. They did great with my bunch and I was pleasantly surprised..usually cheaper isn’t always the best idea but this place is great!! My usual place was full so I gave this place a shot and it’ll be my go-to for now on. They post pics daily which is always nice and they even were nice and trimmed my dogs nails it made me feel good that they cared enough to do that, my dogs are like my children and they looked so happy in all of the pics which made me happy. Thanks so much to this sweet staff, I know mine are a handful

This establishment is a fantastic location to board your canine companions. They will provide exceptional care for your puppies, ensuring they receive ample outdoor time. A small dog pool is available for their enjoyment and cooling off, and there is plenty of space for them to run and play. Additionally, they offer dog bathing services. I highly recommend this establishment. Your puppies will have a delightful time socializing with new friends.

Been to buddies twice now, 2 different groomers, so far so good. Summer did our pups this past time, excellent job. I have a Havanese & a Chinese Crested, not the easiest to get them the way I want them♥️ Full groom & they both look and smell amazing. It's hard to find a GOOD groomer in the area who STAYS here. Definitely will be bringing my pups back to here 🥰

First time having my dog groomed with Buddies on Marine Blvd. They were very kind to my dog, communicated with me about my grooming requests, and were very efficient. My dog came out looking great and seriously has zero nicks (even with a short summer cut). My dog also had a scab (previous to visiting) that was recovering from a past hotspot, and the groomer was careful to work with that spot gently, which I greatly appreciated. He truly got the best care, and I’ll be bringing him back. :-)

Dropped off my 2 dogs for 3 days. Before the boarding I took one of my very anxious dogs up there to meet the staff and Jordan was very attentive and friendly (as were too more staff, I am not sure of their names). They were very informative and friendly and made me feel completely at ease with leaving my baby there for the first time. During their stay they posted daily pictures on Facebook and the pictures showed they were having a wonderful time. I was able to get about 10 pictures a day of them! I will definitely be back and I am extremely satisfied with everything!

Fantastic! We had our Morkie groomed here and he looks adorable. We like a shorter cut on him and Summer nailed it the first time! He has a collapsing trachea so he can be a bit hard to work with, but when we picked him up he was so happy he wasn’t even having issues breathing.

We’ve been using Buddies for the last two years for grooming services and are always pleased. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our dogs love going for their “spa days”!

These employees are amazing! I didn't realize my puppy's vax has expired and they helped me find a vet nearby to take care of that and had no problem rescheduling my dog. It's really cool to have help when you just moved to the area by ppl who go above and beyond 😀 thanks again! …

Highly recommend. Friendly environment and staff. Both my fur babies took to the staff instantly. Raven is knowledgeable and went out of her way to ease my anxiety of leaving my big babies in their care. She kept me informed on their status. I have never boarded my pets before and was extremely nervous to leave them with “strangers”. With that being said, I stopped by unannounced to see the facilities and was warmly greeted by the front desk lady who gave me a full tour of the facilities, answering my multiple questions. I found the facilities to be clean and organized. I was given the phone number to text while I was away to check on my babies and they posted daily Facebook pictures of their day. While my dogs were with Buddies, they had a photo shoot to support AdoptionFirst Animal Rescue. The drop off and pick up hours are convenient and their prices are very reasonable. Thank you Buddies for taking such great care of my fur babies!!
