I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Maryna was an excellent pet sitter and houseguest! Communicating with her was easy, and she always responded to my messages quickly. She was also incredibly self-sufficient! Moreover, Maryna graciously agreed to check on my neighbor's cat for a couple of days as well. My dog bonded with her quickly and was happy and healthy when I returned. The house was also spotless. I would happily have Maryna sit for me again!

Jerry gets a five star in every area! We actually connected on the phone before he ever arrived but once he got here, it was like we known each other forever! He was very thorough and how he was going to take care of the dogs and the house!! very friendly with the dogs, and they immediately connected with him!! dogs know when they are💖💖 he arrived early so he could become familiar with Circus and tinker and the house and we had a meal together and quickly became best friends! Shannon and Travis stepped up at the last minute when an earlier sitter canceled. Shannon and Travis took care our our large brood of animals for two weeks while we were out of the country over the Christmas holiday. They kept us informed about what was happening with the animals and our home. Our dog Pepper doesn’t like most people, but loved Travis and Shannon immediately. I would not hesitate to welcome Shannon and Travis back for another sit. They are very honest and friendly people. Their dog Dime is also awesome.

We were so happy with Lynda's care for our senior pup. Lynda was extremely accommodating with the key hand over situation we had considering our early flights out of Berlin. She was easy to coordinate with and made this part of the holiday very smooth. We could also tell Sesame was in the best care. We received updates and photos of Sesame on walks and getting cuddles. We know Sesame can be sassy sometimes but Lynda was great with her little attitudes and handled her with ease. It was also really heart warming to see that Lynda truly enjoyed her time with Sesame and created a strong bond with her. We love to know that our dog is loved and treated with the care we would give her if we were home. Both my partner and I were able to fully enjoy our holiday as we knew from updates that Sesame and Lynda were doing well. Our apartment was clean and tidy when we returned and the sheets had also been washed. We would definitely have Lynda back and would recommend her to anyone else looking for an experienced sitter to stay with your pet.

First things first, Linda is awesome! If she applies for one of your sits, you have to accept! This was our first time using zeewoi and is also the first time we have left our dog since we got him. Obviously, we were nervous at the beginning, but Linda removed all aspects of that. She is honestly one of the nicest, kindest, most polite people you will meet. From our first initial meeting, we knew that she was the sitter for us, and for Archie. The day that we left, Archie let out a little cry as we said goodbye. This was the first time he had done this (it broke our heart), but we knew he was in great hands! Throughout the week, Linda was extremely communicative. She would send us daily updates, share videos of their walks together, and send pictures of the two of them having fun. She spoiled Archie with love, attention, and a couple of new toys! When we returned, the house was in the exact same condition as we had left it, and was very clean and tidy. When Linda left, Archie ran to the door, started to cry, and sat/laid there for some time - And we think that this alone is a great reflection of the kind of person that Linda is. Linda – It was an absolute pleasure to host you in our home, thank you for everything that you did for us and Archie, and for making our first experience a positive and memorable one. Archie misses you! We hope you get the chance to do it again for us in the future.

Jim sat for my extremely shy rescue pup and new kitten for two weeks -- my pup struggles with new people, and is very fearful of men in particular. And yet, Jim was more successful with her than any sitter I've ever had: I can't recommend him highly enough. He has wonderful patience, a calm energy, and is a great communicator. He consistently updated me with photos and videos of my sweet girls enjoying the world with him, taking my dog on hikes and adventures to her favorite streams. He went above and beyond both for her (in meeting her needs and taking the time to get to know her personality), and also in caring for my home. I returned to such a cozy environment, a repaired wood stove, an organized wood pile and an at-peace dog and cat. Choosing Jim as a sitter is ensuring that your pets and home are getting the best of care, and his actions exemplify his kindness, generosity and thought taken in consideration of others. The two-leggeds and four-legged members of this household give Tess a 5-star rating! We think she's one of the best sitters you will find - highly communicative, friendly, competent, reliable, and great with pets. Tess was also flexible about start and end dates to accomodate possible winter weather complications. For this sit, Tess was able to bring along her mom, Cathy. Tess introduced me to Cathy during one of our Skype conversations prior to the sit. It was a bonus to have her here with Tess. Their travel to Marquette was complicated by weather. A fierce winter storm swept across Michigan just before the sit. It took Tess and Cathy two days to drive here but they arrived, as promised, in time for us to fly out early the next morning. We even had time for a lovely dinner together and to introduce them to the dogs and house. We left the next day and never had a moment's worry while Tess and Cathy were caring for our pets and home. Tess sent us regular updates and photos. The dogs immediately accepted them as great new additions to their pack of friends - even our cranky, old chihuahua, Nike! We returned to happy pets and a spotlessly clean home. We plan to invite Tess (and Cathy if available) to return for future sits. Thank you, Tess and Cathy!

Our dog had cuts on its face and we weren’t notified about any issues that he had gotten into a scuffle or had a mishap. We were also charged an entire extra day for picking up past 1 PM and weren’t notified of the policy until the card was already in the reader. Kennels were hot and humid and dogs were expected to poop on concrete. I sent an exact amount of dog food needed to feed them for the time they were there and we were given excess food. Instructions not followed. Will not be returning.
Do not take your dogs here. Dropped my dog off on Wednesday and picked her up on Monday and when she came out her tail was bandaged with duct tape!!!! They never called me to tell me my dogs tail had been broke or give her proper care! Stay far away from here if you love your dog.
Great owner and wonderful experience dropping off my friends dogs for boarding. They have a ton of space and seem to be really good with dogs. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a loving and caring place to take care of their dogs while away!
Owner was super nice! My mom had surgery and needed a place for her dogs to stay while in the hospital. They took them right away within the hour I had called and they keep them there until they could be picked up! Super easy process and they were very understanding of my mom’s situation! We just pay after we pick them up!

The kennel is fine but don’t ever ask for grooming. Paid and left a 50% tip. Once I saw my dog I was mortified. My corgi was 100x dirtier than I took him there. I had asked for bath, brushing and de-shedding. None of that was done. I had to ask for a brush just to tame the craziness before I put my dirty dog in the car. I was disgusted. His nails weren’t even clipped and I had asked for that too. This is not right. I was in tears at the kind of service I was provided with.

Was happy to find a place to take my pups on a short notice. When I walked into the office it was dark, no one was there even though they were open. When someone finally came I was less than impressed, if I hadn't needed someone to care for my dogs I wouldn't have left them. When we picked them up all of their belongings had feces on it, including the food container . The dogs smelled so bad I had to bathe them at home.
Excellent care for our dog while we took a 10 day trip. He was bathed, trimmed nails and happy from all the play time with staff and other friendly dogs. Thank you Happy Dog for a great vacation for everyone!
We used Happy Dog Kennels this weekend. She was dropped off with about 6 cups of food and returned with more than half gone... she's 6 pounds and eats maybe a half of cup a day on a free-feed schedule. She was there for 17 hours. Cried the entire way home and had serious constipation followed by diarrhea. She is grass trained and was expected to just "go" on a concrete slab connected to her kennel outside.. which she didn't. We requested she be taken out on the grass to accommodate but that clearly didn't happen in the 17 hours she was there. I'll never use them again. Terrible place. She smelled horrible upon leaving and even a bath couldn't get the smell out yet. I will have to bathe her again tonight. ---- Update: Upon asking for further recommendations for a different boarding center on Facebook, 3 other people commented that their dog had a bad experience at Happy Dog Kennels: "would cower and pee in the corner when the owner tried to pet their dog", "our poor dogs were acting strange when we picked them up too", "had a bad experience with happy dog in the past".

It is with great disappointment and sadness that I write a review like this. When we first started bringing our dogs to Canine Country Club in May they loved it so much they would almost run out of our vehicle to go inside. We enjoyed the Snapchats of our pets and the general attitude of the owners and employees towards dogs. However, in the last three boarding visits at CCC it is obvious that something is wrong. Two of the three times required that one or both of our dogs visit the veterinarian for bites or scratches. The first visit was because our husky was bitten so badly she limped out of the building with an obvious puncture wound. The second visit was because our lab’s eye was injured and our husky had an open wound on her leg. While at the vet they found additional evidence that our lab had been severely scratched on the neck, back, and hind legs. Our biggest concern is that the injuries are always blamed on our dogs playing too rough with one another. We see them play at home, but no injuries ever occur even when they are roughhousing. Due to the scratches we know that another dog was responsible. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. After paying for the boarding it is too much to also know that there is the chance that our pets will be injured and also require a trip to the vet. We hope no one else has had these same issues and that we are outliers. But it comes down to the fact that we trusted them to protect our fur babies and they inadvertently failed.
I recently brought my two pups here for a two night stay and they loved it! I had never had anyone watch my dogs before but after meeting the owners, I knew my dogs were in good hands. I really enjoyed the Snapchat picture and video updates. They didn’t want to leave! I highly recommend Canine Country Club for boarding.
I'm very disappointed to be having to write a review like this. I've defended the canine country club to everyone who had a negative thing to say about it... But now it's time for me to be negative about it. My German Shepherd came home with a gash on her leg. I wasn't notified about it at all. When I called they gave me no information about how it happened. Very irritated that I didn't find out until I found it myself. Someone on staff openly admitted to trying to "spank" my shepherd then had the nerve to call her aggressive. Wow.

Great first time boarding experience at the Aberdeen location! Everytime we got a picture update of our dogs, you could see how happy they were! The dogs came back clean and tired 😊. Very reasonably priced! We added walks and 1:1 play time to our visit. The dogs are literally smiling in the pictures!
We have boarded our two dogs, Rowan and Tick, with Canine Country Club multiple times and they always have a good time! I tried out their grooming services today and was very pleased with the results and how reasonable their process were! Kayce, Mark, and the rest of the team at CCC are all very friendly and you can tell they really love their jobs and the pups they care for!
100% love Canine Country Club! Only place I trust to bring my dogs when we are away. They take excellent care of them and they get tons of exercise. Also, they do a great job keeping up with vaccines, my dogs have never gotten kennel cough from here.
