My boys have been cared for by Olivia for almost two years now! I can't speak highly enough about her. She takes her job seriously, is responsible, walks in whatever weather is thrown at her, and always has a smile on her face. She has great control of both dogs when she's walking and I never worry when they are with her. My big guy has been on a weight loss journey, 😂, and thanks in part to Olivia, he's lost over 20 lbs!! My little boy is a rescue and takes some time to adjust, but let me tell you, he warmed up immediately to her. She shows nothing but love. When Olivia shows up, all I have to say is, "Boys, your girlfriend is here." They fly to the door and cover her in kisses. Highly recommend! Give her a try and tell her Thunder sent you!

Her professionalism and reliability have given me peace of mind knowing that my dog is in good hands. Not only does she provide regular walks and exercise for my dog, but she also sends me a picture of him after each walk and lets me know how he did. Diane is wonderful! She has a loving caring energy with animals. My anxious dog was immediately taken with her. I am rarely away from my dog, but I had to be out of town. Diane came for home visits throughout my being away. She sent photos & updates on both my dog & cat throughout each visit. Her communication is excellent. When I returned home, both my dog and cat were relaxed, the house was as neat as I left it... I could tell everything went very well. I highly recommend Diane & will be using her for any future times I need to be away from home.

Please DO NOT believe the first review, the people were reviewing ANOTHER pet sitting service called Wagging Tails in another part of the state. Wagging Tails in Enfield CT is owned and operated by Diane Mozes, and she is a lovely woman who has taken care of our dogs, and our neighbors dogs over the last 4 years. She charges a fair price, and water's plants, takes in mail, and actually PLAYS with your pets. She texts messages to us to let us know how they are doing and sends us pictures of them playing outside. I can't tell you how comforted we feel knowing Diane is giving our dogs the amazing TLC while we are away. This year we even have a frisky new puppy and while we were away Diane took such good care of her. I suffered a heartbreaking loss after losing my beloved golden retriever after coming home from a local kennel and I vowed NEVER to use a kennel again..if I couldn't find someone I trusted to take care of my dogs... I wasn't going anywhere. I am so very happy I found Diane, and you will be too. I promise. Call Wagging Tails, (the one in Enfield) you won't be sorry.

I am so disappointed that I have to leave this post but out of fairness to others, it is necessary. I just called Waggin Tail to ask about dog sitting at the time of a family wedding in the spring. The phone number that I called was listed on the website, and was answered by a woman with a "Hello". Not "Hello this is Waggin Tail" or any other identification. I had no idea if I had reached the correct business so I asked if this was Diane (she is a friend of my sister so I knew a first name but that was it), and she said yes. I then asked if this was Waggin Tail and she said yes. I explained that I wasn't sure when she answered the phone since she did not identify the business. She stated that it was her personal phone. Again, I called the phone number that was listed on her website and I explained that. The next thing that I heard was "Oh what a day" and she hung up on me. Very unprofessional. I truly wanted to give her my business as she would have taken care of several dogs, but will find another pet sitter who is not so rude.

They are crooks! Do not use them! Our family went away for a week and we came home to a disaster. The owner offered a refund on our voicemail but three months later we still have not received it.

Great in home service!

Jackie and Randy are awesome. I love the set up that they have and all the dogs get along so well. The have a few fenced in play areas and a heated pool for the dogs. Every detail is covered so you can leave your most cherished loved one and not worry. We did a meet and greet and can't wait for them to do daycare and boarding.

Our dogs Carey and Ranger had a great time with Jackie and her husband Randy! They sent us a lot of pictures and gave us a lot of updates, which we so appreciated! We highly recommend them and will be using them again!!!

Jackie and Randy treat the dogs as their own! Tito loves going there every time. He starts whining as soon as we pull into the driveway! I will not take Tito anywhere else since finding Jackie. She is the best!

I hired Whiskered Pals over two years ago to help care for my vizsla puppy Vida and highly recommend Sam and her employees! I have been boarding Vida for two days every week while I work long shifts for over a year and a half now, and just started boarding my mutt-puppy Sparrow. Sam treats my dogs with care and loves them like her own. Communication is excellent and I love getting photos of my pups. I know I don't need to worry about them when they're in Sam's care.

Our previous dog sitter who is also a vet tech stopped dog sitting but gave us a great referral! Whiskered Pals Sam came right over and our Golden Retriever,Black Lab and Lhasa Apsos greeting to her was very positive! Sam was so helpful to our family when we had Ellie as a puppy. Sam handled her "high energy" beautifully. Not only did Ellie enjoy Sam coming to walk her, but we also began to rely on Sam's feedback. Sam always politely knew how to give us tips and feedback on how to help train Ellie. Sam treated Ellie like her own furbaby. Love this boarding place and so does my dog! Sarah takes such amazing care of all her “guests”. There is so much play room, and she will take them on nice walks which my dog greatly enjoys! She provides tons of one-on-one attention which makes pets feel welcomed (especially those with separation anxiety like my pup) and she also will send you photos and updates so you can rest easy knowing your baby is in great hands. I will never take my dog anywhere else since finding this place!

Rene and George took wonderful care of our 14 year old ShihTzu. It was the first time she was with someone other than family. Within an hour of drop off we received a picture of her snuggling up with George!!.Would 100% recommended, and will definitely book again. Loving,gentle home atmosphere.

Donna at Best of Buddies waste removal is absolutely worth the money! If you are like me and limited on time but love your dogs she is the woman for you. Whether it be walking them or cleaning up after them. Im so grateful she has taken this off my shoulders. It’s so worth it cause i can cuddle my pups instead of being in the yard.

We recently went on a 10-day vacation and it was the first time we had to leave our two senior dogs alone at the house. Donna was the absolute best! She was in constant communication during the whole trip, making sure that we knew exactly how the dogs were during the whole time. She spent extra time with them out of the goodness of her heart. I will absolutely have Donna watch our dogs again and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a pet sitter!

We are so happy we found Porter Road Pet Care! We just got back from a week trip and sent our 2 year old GSD here. He gets nervous around others at first and needs a little time to trust and they did so well with him! I could see how happy he was in their updates and when we picked him up. He played with other dogs at his stay there and was sleeping nice and cozy when we picked him up! This place helped me relax on our trip. And I can't wait to send him here again!

Owner and staff are terrific! Maple starts getting excited even as we pull in the driveway for daycare drop off. Jen does a great job grooming too!! The best one stop shop for you pets.

Had a great experience boarding my dog here. She is a nervous girl and gets anxiety when I leave. She also needs slow intros with other dogs and the staff were so lovely and accommodated for her needs. They made sure she got attention, ate, and had her meds on time. Her kennel was clean and spacious with an outdoor run. I loved the web cam option so I could see her. When I picked her up she was happy and not as anxious as she’s been when trying other sitting services while I’m away. I will definitely return and highly recommend them!

It was my old boy Prince's first time there. His old groomer said they couldn't groom him anymore because his hind legs give up on him. The wonderful people at Porter Road groomed him, were so kind to him, and said he could come back anytime!

Driving into the property, I knew we found the right place for our dogs and cats. The location is beautiful and it is immediately obvious that the family loves pets. The owner accommodated our needs. We received pics of our dogs on their walk and they looked so happy! Drop off and pick up were efficient. Well worth the trip from Enfield/ East Windsor line.

I cannot say enough good things about porter road pet care and their staff. My Great Dane is a nervous boy but the team here does such a great job with him. Knowing he’s in such great hands eases my own anxiety about being away from him. There’s no one I would trust more with my boy

Had a wonderful experience. My corgi had a 10 day stay while we were on vacation. We were able to watch her on camera and able to call to voice any of the concerns that we had. Everyone was willing to discuss her daily routine and made the extra effort to help her adapt to her temporary stay. When we picked her up on the 10th day she was bathed, smelled wonderful and looked very happy and excited to see us. If you are nervous about leaving your fury family member ...don't be... they will be just fine!
