Natalie took great care of it dog and cats! She was clean, organized, conscientious, and communicative. Our dog had a small cut on his foot and Natalie took great care to help him heal. I would highly recommend Natalie as a house sitter and pet sitter!

Kelly was an excellent sitter for us. She communicated well, before the sit and during the sit. When we got home, the dogs and our guinea pig were happy and well. Kelly was dependable and showed up exactly on time. The house was well maintained and clean when we arrived home. We would definitely host Kelly again.

We’re so grateful for the love and care Vanessa gave our two dogs while we were traveling for a weekend. During our trip, she sent us pictures and our dogs always looked happy and at ease. Even during a thunderstorm she cared for our scared older dog who unfortunately had a little accident, and she cleaned up with no complaint. We didn’t have to worry at all which let us truly enjoy our weekend away knowing our dogs were in the best hands! Vanessa was clean and tidy. We returned home to a neat house and happy pups! I’m sure most folks say the nicest things about their sitter, but honestly, if there were a “super star” status available then Denise would win the prize as sitter of the year! From the start, Denise was an excellent communicator. While we were still in the decision phase, Denise was always available to chat either by FaceTime, telephone or text. It was so easy to choose Denise; as you can see from her countless 5 star reviews, she truly is the only pet sitter you’d ever need and the one everyone hopes to have. Denise came to our house eager to meet us, our pets and the quirks of our house. Denise has an excellent sense of humor and immediately put us all at ease. Our pets took to her as if she was a long lost friend (even our finicky Siamese cat was loving on her from the start). While we were gone, our dog had a non-emergency health issue come up and just like that Denise was taking her to our vet, and administered the dog’s meds like a champion (Denise is also a nurse BTW). Additionally, Denise brought our pup to her scheduled groom appointments and even made future appointments for us to make our return home as seamless as possible. Denise was even above and beyond helpful to our neighbors and they appreciated her giving them access to our refrigerator when theirs broke down on Thanksgiving Eve! When we got home we were super impressed by how perfectly immaculate our house was! Most sitters leave the house clean, but Denise met and may have even exceeded our military standards of clean and orderly. Seriously, our house felt like we never left it. Everything was spotless, shinny and clean. She didn’t miss a beat!! Our pets were so happy to see us but honestly, I felt like our pup and kitty were disappointed when we walked in the door (I believe they were expecting to see Denise!). Haha. If you are ever fortunate enough to have Denise apply for any of your sits then I can’t recommend her enough. Seriously, you can stop reviewing applicants and just go with Denise. She was awesome in every sense of the word and I hope she’ll come back and stay with our pets again.

We loved Misty!!!! She was absolutely the most perfect baby sitter for our dog and an amazing short term tenant at our house. Not only did she keep the house clean but she even washed everything she used before we got home. We even got a couple gifts from her. She is such a sweet human, kept in contact with us while we were gone and sent videos of the hikes and walks they went on. I would 100% ask her to stay at our house again

Cyndi was fabulous. I'd describe her as the no fuss no muss dog sitter. While some dog sitters need guidance on every little detail, Cyndi was completely self-sufficient. She left the home in perfect shape and totally adored my pup. I'd gladly welcome her back anytime!

We initially accepted Deirdre and Jason for a long stay to look after our dogs. We were very happy they accepted. A few weeks later we realized we needed another sitter for another trip we had planned. So, we posted more dates on zeewoi. To our happy surprise, Deirdre and Jason reached out to us saying they could also look after our dogs and home with the new dates we posted. This made our life much easier and we were very confident to have Deirdre and Jason stay longer with us and care for our dogs. We were definitely right!! D&J have countless experiences on zeewoi with very good reviews from all of their previous sits. They are very experienced with all aspects of a house/pet sitting. D&J are very self-sufficient, have the background knowledge and education of pet care, and most importantly a genuine love for all animals. This is most important for my wife and I. We knew from the first meeting with our pups they loved animals. Communication was excellent. The process before and during our sit was stress-free for us. We were given daily updates on our dogs including photos and videos. Any concerns D&J had were vocalized to us. D&J are also problem solvers and know how to react many challenging situations. Our routine for our pets was followed immaculately and all dogs were very happy and connected with them. Even our female dog Kinki grew close so quickly with D&J which is very rare. We had ZERO issues while we were gone and we were able to really enjoy our trip while we were away. The dogs definitely love being around D&J. Homecare: We are very pleased with the condition of our home when we returned. It was clean, free of clutter, and exactly how we had left it for them, if not even better! D&J even mowed our grass and took care of our yard! Our yard is not a small garden. It is very big and takes hours to mow. So we were very surprised and excited to know they did that for us even though it's not expected of our sitters!! They definitely went above and beyond what is expected. Our dogs are so very important to us. When we know we can trust our sitters it's the best feeling in the world. We definitely trust Deirdre and Jason with our most prized possessions and we look forward to the next sit with them in a few days!!! We can't thank them enough for giving our dogs the love and attention they deserve. I was fortunate to have Lisa as a sitter for my active, 7-year old lab mix (Ozzy) for a week in Bend. Lisa took the time to meet us via Facetime and in person before her stay. It was apparent she wanted to be well-prepared and aware of any special doggie needs he may have, or any help I needed with watering plants or bringing in mail. She took great care of Ozzy while I was away and sent me regular updates and photos of their outdoor adventures. I returned home to a very happy dog and a house exactly as I had left it. Jim sat for my extremely shy rescue pup and new kitten for two weeks -- my pup struggles with new people, and is very fearful of men in particular. And yet, Jim was more successful with her than any sitter I've ever had: I can't recommend him highly enough. He has wonderful patience, a calm energy, and is a great communicator. He consistently updated me with photos and videos of my sweet girls enjoying the world with him, taking my dog on hikes and adventures to her favorite streams. He went above and beyond both for her (in meeting her needs and taking the time to get to know her personality), and also in caring for my home. I returned to such a cozy environment, a repaired wood stove, an organized wood pile and an at-peace dog and cat. Choosing Jim as a sitter is ensuring that your pets and home are getting the best of care, and his actions exemplify his kindness, generosity and thought taken in consideration of others. Amazing - this is the only place we feel happy to leave our fur babies while we go away. Zelda and Ilandre are the kindest, most gentle and caring people and the dogs are happy to stay in their luxurious suite. Words cannot express how fabulous Khatala Resort is. From my Walk through and pre interview Zelda made me feel as if my fur babies were going to stay with their favourite aunt for a vacation. Zelda and her daughter Ilandra are the backbone of this Resort and treat each dog as if they were their own. The suites are all spectacular and the cleanliness is beyond reproach. Being able to check in on the In room camera is an absolute blessing for worrying mums and the daily updates provided by Zelda and Ilandra are the icing on the cake. I couldn't have enjoyed my holiday as much as I did without knowing my "kids" were safe and sound. Well more than that ......they received love daily and exercise and stimulation which made them so so happy. I cannot recommend Khatala Resort enough. My fur babies will never stay anywhere else, now that I have Khatala Resort.

What a fantastic experience for our little boy, Harvey, and us. Being a rescue dog, we were always concerned about putting him in an environment that would trigger some bad memories, denying ourselves of any holidays without him. Khatala pet lodge is amazing. Zelda is so caring about all aspects of your pet. It was Scooby's first time in a kennel and he is 13 years old. Fantastic! My biggest concern when travelling overseas is the care of a our beautiful, sensitive Hungarian Vizsla, Sansa. Was very happy to leave Sansa in the care of Zelda and her team, who looked after her beautifully. I was happy to receive daily updates with photos, showing how much fun she was having, but also honest reports on how she was coping and eating etc… It took her a day or two to completely settle in, but I could she she was having a blast with all the activities and play time. Having access to the in-room camera was also very reassuring. More than happy to recommend to any anxious/concerned dog owner Khatala Pet Lodge.

Couldn’t have had a better experience. The owner, Zelda, clearly loves pets and takes care of them like they are her own. The whole process was so caring and professional. From the detailed questionnaire to ensure our boys had the perfect treatment, to the welcome, daily photos and updates and picking them up freshly bathed, everything was magic. The care and love shown meant my partner and I could rest easy and relax to enjoy our holiday knowing how much our boys were enjoying theirs. Will always come back here!

Friend suggested this location so I rang today 26th July to request a time I could visit to look at the site before booking my dog in. The response was "we don't do tours"! Needless to say I hung up and am currently looking for a kennel that has good accommodation and nothing to hide. Just as an aside customer service as well.
Our big dog Odin, hadn't been to a Kennel before, it was ours and his first experience, was like dropping the kid off on the first day of school, for me at least. He came back a different dog, and the service is always friendly, he was anxious on the first occasion and they put him with a little dog to help him. Although an older facility, i wouldn't put him anywhere else, definately 5 stars from my perspective anyway.
Our dog loves this place, no need to worry about your pet when your away.

I actually can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this wonderful place yet! We have sent our 2 frenchies to stay with Colette, Luke and her gorgeous family and dedicated staff over a dozen times since they opened and they’ve become such a trusted and wonderful part of our and our dogs lives. In the past, we’ve used kennels and our dogs come back different skittish or skinnier. They’re so well fed, we get update photos, and I know they’re loved and they genuinely are so happy to both go there and come home. Truly thank you guys for always looking after Spud and Frankie it makes our life so much easier :)
Our Doberman Duke LOVES Serenity, and so do we! Colette and Luke take care of all the dogs as if each one were their own. The customer service from the Serenity team is phenomenal and more importantly we know our dog is happy and safe under their care. The general rule in our house is we don’t get to go on holidays until Duke is booked in to his holiday at Serenity first! I have and will continue to recommend Serenity to our family and friends. 100% recommend Serenity Boarding and Daycare. If your an owner who thinks like me, that no one can look after your dog as well as you, well your wrong. Collette and her family look after my weim who has separation anxiety so well. My boys are happy to go in and don't give me a second look. And are always happy to come home worn out after playing with friends. Collette has excellent ethics and training, I won't send my Dogs anywhere else!

We started Wilson, our Golden Retriever, off at Serenity by taking him for day visits every other week for the last few months. He now drags me in the door and drags Luke through to the kennel! He has the best fun with the other dogs and his confidence has really grown. He can be nervous of new people but LOVES Luke.
