Natalie took great care of it dog and cats! She was clean, organized, conscientious, and communicative. Our dog had a small cut on his foot and Natalie took great care to help him heal. I would highly recommend Natalie as a house sitter and pet sitter!

David and Elynn were fabulous pet sitters and house sitters. Our dog and rabbit were well-taken care of, the house was left even cleaner than when they arrived! I would highly recommend David and Elynn, and would happily have them again! David and Elynn took excellent care of our dog Cosmo and our rabbit Oreo. They made sure they were happy, well-fed, and got exercise and fresh air! We were very happy to receive several photos of our furry friends while we were away. They took amazing care of the house and yard, and were very open with communication. If they were uncertain of anything or had a question, they were very open about reaching out! David and Ellyn were wonderful houseguests, who left the house even cleaner than they found it! I would highly recommend David and Elynn and their two adorable children. They are wonderful, respectful people who definitely love animals and will give your pets and home lots of care! Thank you!! :)

Joe and Casey were very easy going and reliable. We organised the sit way in advance with a video chat and we had adequate communication leading up to the sit. We handed over the house and animals after a fairly swift explanation of everything. Being experienced sitters Joe and Casey didn't need us to over explain anything (hopefully they felt the same) and we could see very quickly that they were animal lovers. They asked us how much communication we needed whilst away and we said "no news is good news". So we received just the right amount of updates along with the most adorable photos and reassuring words about all the animals. It was clear that they quickly understood the character of each of the animals. We forgot to mention that Tipper likes to dig dirt beds around the garden which creates quite a mess and it was obvious that these were kept under control. The garden and pool were well cared for. We enjoyed a relaxing couple of weeks away knowing that the animals were being loved and the dogs definitely looked for Joe and Casey when we arrived home. Our pets, home and garden were well respected and cared for and we would not hesitate to invite Joe and Casey to sit for us again.

Anita was a wonderful dog sitter for Balto! They were super tentative, made sure to ask any and all questions before we went away, and they sent the best updates about Balto while we were gone. I felt so much better knowing my dog was in great hands, and I could not recommend Anita enough! Quality care, and our apartment was spotless when we returned home.

We initially accepted Deirdre and Jason for a long stay to look after our dogs. We were very happy they accepted. A few weeks later we realized we needed another sitter for another trip we had planned. So, we posted more dates on zeewoi. To our happy surprise, Deirdre and Jason reached out to us saying they could also look after our dogs and home with the new dates we posted. This made our life much easier and we were very confident to have Deirdre and Jason stay longer with us and care for our dogs. We were definitely right!! D&J have countless experiences on zeewoi with very good reviews from all of their previous sits. They are very experienced with all aspects of a house/pet sitting. D&J are very self-sufficient, have the background knowledge and education of pet care, and most importantly a genuine love for all animals. This is most important for my wife and I. We knew from the first meeting with our pups they loved animals. Communication was excellent. The process before and during our sit was stress-free for us. We were given daily updates on our dogs including photos and videos. Any concerns D&J had were vocalized to us. D&J are also problem solvers and know how to react many challenging situations. Our routine for our pets was followed immaculately and all dogs were very happy and connected with them. Even our female dog Kinki grew close so quickly with D&J which is very rare. We had ZERO issues while we were gone and we were able to really enjoy our trip while we were away. The dogs definitely love being around D&J. Homecare: We are very pleased with the condition of our home when we returned. It was clean, free of clutter, and exactly how we had left it for them, if not even better! D&J even mowed our grass and took care of our yard! Our yard is not a small garden. It is very big and takes hours to mow. So we were very surprised and excited to know they did that for us even though it's not expected of our sitters!! They definitely went above and beyond what is expected. Our dogs are so very important to us. When we know we can trust our sitters it's the best feeling in the world. We definitely trust Deirdre and Jason with our most prized possessions and we look forward to the next sit with them in a few days!!! We can't thank them enough for giving our dogs the love and attention they deserve. They took very good care of my pets which involved feeding cats twice daily, fish once or twice a day and filling up fountain for birds. Animals were healthy and happy when I returned. Nothing was lost or broken, and Diane even found a lost grinder part that had fallen into the cats food while I was using it. They are a pleasant couple. They were invited from Wednesday to Sunday. They arrived on Monday so had 3 days instead of one to learn the pets routine. They also informed me that they wouldn't be leaving until Monday morning, but that worked out well since I was mistaken about the end date of my cruise and couldn't get home until Monday. Everything was left neat, but I had minor housekeeping to do (clean sink, fingerprints off glass table, sweep floor). They are older than stated on the profile, which they said only allows 65 as a top age. 68 and 73. Bruce has health problems that requires he sleeps sitting up in a chair that has a leg lift, which luckily I had, so he slept in my living room. They are fine caring for cats, but my friend with a dog decided to find another sitter rather than leave him with them (she was going to pay) because they seem somewhat frail.

Romina and Ignas took amazing care of our two dogs and home while we were away! One of our dogs, Beau, is extremely high energy and it takes a special person so make sure he gets enough mental and physical stimulation each day. Romina kept us in the loop of his trips to parks and outdoor excursions. She was very thoughtful and responsive during our time away. Additionally, our home was in pristine shape when we returned from our trip. The rooms were clean and tidy and Romina left us such a thoughtful note. Christina handled Bridie's first-ever time without us perfectly. We returned after 5 days to a happy, well-cared for and well-exercised pup --- and an emaculate house. Christina knows dogs and helped us with a few Bridie issues. We got photos and some updates while away. She was flexible and very sensitive to all of our needs. Chrisrina is the best sitter that we have ever had.

Stephanie, Brian and baby Martin took fabulous care of our home and pets for two weeks. From the outset, communication was quick, smooth and friendly and it was clear that both Stephanie and Brian are reliable, professional and warm sitters who take all the various elements of a sit seriously. They kept us up to date with photos and messages, dealt proactively and competently with any unexpected issues that popped up, and most importantly showered our dogs and gerbils with attention and care throughout the time we were away. We returned to a spotlessly clean home (with thoughtful touches of fresh milk, bacon and bread waiting for us) and happy, settled pets. We left our Siberian Husky here for 6 nights. It was the first time we have left him at any kennel and we were a little apprehensive but Kelsoon Boarding Kennels were amazing! Our dog was happy, had lots of space to run, was safe and no chance of using his husky trait of being an escape artist. Our dog came home calm, happy and healthy. A 5 star kennel for any type of dog (or cat!). Highly recommend and we will no doubt be leaving our husky here again.
We left our 3 dogs for a week with Kelsion. One is quite a reactive rescue dog that's never been away from us. Kelsion were patient and understanding. They suggested we did a few trials so Peggy could familiarise herself, be ok with strangers and also know we would return soon. It made the world of difference. Its our first holiday away without them and it was great to know they were all being looked after so well. Thank you
We have left our tricky Collie at the kennels the last summers. He has been very happy and well looked after, the owners seem to understand dogs. Would recommend highly.
My dog zeb went to be stay at this kennel,I was a bit weary at first because he is now 12 and had never stayed in kennels before,I shouldn't have worried as he enjoyed his stay there and was well looked after,he was one happy spaniel when I went to collect him,I will definitely use again.

My puppy came to stay at Kelsion Kennels for 2 weeks while we were on holiday in Aberporth. I didn't want to leave him at a kennel at home, but he wasn't allowed in our holiday house. Kelly was so accommodating and didn't think I was a crazy person. I was able to take him out for the day when I wanted to and when I couldn't I knew he was having a lovely time. I would definitely use Kelsion again if we return next year. Thank you.
Lovely place to leave your dog. First ever time using a kennel. Much reasured by the owners after dropping our cocker spaniel off for a few hours whilst we went on a boat trip. Highly recommended kennels
Great place. We only left Roby for a couple of hours trial, so can't comment on boarding. But he went off with Kelly without hesitation after he met her. Dogs know a nice person. When we went back for him, he was glad to see us, of course, but seemed contented. He should have been. He had had a walk & a play.

We have been on holiday in Pembrokeshire and booked Yorkie and Dolly in to Cys Ci Luxury Dog Retreat for 3 days in our first week and the same for the second week, they loved it and after the first time could not wait to go back. My wife was a little worried as the British Bulldog, Dolly is very attached to her however she could not wait to go the second time round. Both Yorkie and Dolly came back tired both times with the team keeping us updated through the WhatsApp chat. Great work team, great service and Yorkie and Dolly loved it👍.
We have been taking our rescue dog to Cysci for a couple of years and he really enjoy's his visits. From a nervous start he now runs in happily and it is nice to see the pictures of him playing with the other dogs. The staff are friendly caring and helpfull and he even had a wash last time which was great. Highly reccommend.
I recently used Cys Ci after a recommendation from a friend. I had a tour round with Angharad and booked there and then the place is stunning. I left my two Labrador there for 5 nights the staff were all friendly. We had regular updates. When we picked them up the dogs didn’t want to leave. Our two Staffordshire bull terriers had an absolute lovely time here recently. Great staff taking care of them in a really lovely place with a big field for the dog's to have a run around. Had video updates from the staff to reassure us that the dogs were doing just fine. Would 100% recommend and will definitely use Cys Ci again. It's great that it's so local to us. Brilliant xxx
A fantastic place for dogs! Being very nervous to leave him anywhere, Cysci’s team have been great giving updates and a guided tour prior to his first visit. He loves his time there and runs in happy every time, a real peace of mind knowing he’s happy and cared for, socialising and having all the fuss. They’ve also been fantastic in using Welsh as his commands are in Welsh, ensuring he has consistency. With next to no recall the secure facilities let him have freedom whilst keeping him safe, and allowing him to be a dog doing dog stuff! Diolch Cysci!
Really approachable and reassuring people. Secure and beautiful grounds all enclosed. We had no problems leaving our dog to stay for a few nights and when he returned he was beaming with joy. Would highly recommend. Really accommodating when we asked if we could pick him up slightly outside the arranged times.
Brilliant. Secure and comfortable unit for our dog. Kind and reassuring staff. Our dog was exercised regularly throughout the day in spacious fields and on a fantastic dog obstacle course. We were updated daily with messages, videos and photographs. Our dog returned home happy and settled, unlike our experiences with other local dog boarding facilities. Would highly recommend and will use again without hesitation.
We booked in our vizla Besi for a few stays at Cys Ci, and she loved it!! The safe environment, and the friendly staff made me feel immediately at ease when dropping her off. Oatie had a lovely stay with Millin Brook in July. It was his first time staying away from home but he had no problem settling in. We were kept updated every day with lovely pictures and videos of Oatie having fun. We’ll definitely be booking back in with Sian & her wonderful team!

We knew our dog would be happy staying here as soon as we went for a pre-stay tour, he couldn't wait to go in and didn't want to come out! We were leaving him for the first time in 7 years, but there was no need to worry. Millin Brook is professionally run by Sian and Dave. They really understand what people's pets mean to them, and provide an exceptional experience for your dog whilst they are there. Lots and lots of exercise and fun but underpinned by regular mealtimes and rest periods. Our dog was exhausted when we collected him, and had even lost little weight (could you do humans too)?! We would not hesitate to recommend Millin Brook 100% to anyone and thank them for looking after our little oddball so well, so we could enjoy a little break too.
This was Heathy and Taylor’s third holiday at Millin Brook as always we are safe in the knowledge that they will be extremely well looked after and cared for by Sian and her team. We always look forward to receiving photos and videos everyday to see our boys enjoying themselves. We have already rebooked for their holidays next year and I’m sure they will have another great holiday. I would reccomend100%
My dog recently stayed for 2 nights at Millin Brook luxury dog boarding kennels. This was his first time staying away, without our family. He was well looked after, and had a great time exploring the fields with his new friends! Sian kept me updated each day with a great selection of photos from the day, and details of how he was doing. Before his stay, Sian took plenty of details about his routines, likes, dislikes, and quirks. I felt secure that my dog would be safe, happy and well looked after at Millin Brook, and would recommend.
This was the first time for my 2 staffies to stay at the kennel. I was worried if they would settle. But they had an amazing time. They made friends with several other dogs, went to the seaside and had an afternoon tea party. Dave and Sian gave them lots of love and attention. This is definately 5 star accomodation. Thoroughly recommended.
We are so grateful to have Millin Brook as a place for Cassie to stay when she can't come with us. Although we live almost an hour away it is worth the effort. Cassie was overjoyed to see Millin Brook again this time. We know from the daily photos that she is outside with the other dogs having a great time and this helps us to relax. Siân is a total professional who understands how important dogs are to their human owners. Cassie was returned to us - as always - shining clean from her bath, wagging her tail and full of the joys. We think that the whole experience helps her with socialisation. It's just a fabulous place to leave your dog.

Dog poo all over my dogs kennel. Not eaten his food which was out of character even in a kennel. Came home very distressed, took a few days to calm him. Plus side he had been washed. Maybe we were just unlucky.
We moved to the area almost 2 years ago and I’m so happy to have found Rachel and K9! Paddington, our 3 year old rescue from Italy, loves going on holiday to Rachel’s. He’s been several times in the past 18 months and it’s like a home from home for him! Rachel spoils Paddy rotten and he’s always very happy to go and stay with her! The actual kennels are very clean, welcoming and comfortable with a separate bedroom and living area! Communication is great and reassuring especially when we have to leave Paddy for several weeks at a time. Would highly recommend.
Our dog Molly is really nervous and has never been in kennels. I was very nervous about leaving her. Rachel sent us a video when we on holiday to show that Molly was fine. After that, Molly ran to Rachel each time we brought her. I will not use any other kennels. Rachel is a real dog person. Thanks Rachel. 5 star all the way.
Rachel and David have always been very friendly and supportive with our ageing Dog, Molly. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for them and have been so flexible with drop off and pick up times. Rachel genuinely loves Molly and all dogs . Thank you for your care over the years .

Fletcher has been staying with Rach since she opened. The attention he receives is second to none, he is treated like family rather than a guest. He has freedom, safety and lots of company. Tommo spoils him every visit and Rach, Tommo and the girls are his second family. Exceptional service at great prices.

Merryl came and looked after our two very spoilt dogs last weekend. Never having met her before apart from a video call I was a bit apprehensive, but all my reservations immediately disappeared as soon as she arrived. My parson Russel terrier is very highly strung and needs attention all the time , and my little Jack Russel was a rescue dog so is very nervous on meeting new people , but both dogs took to Merryl straight away . Merryl sent various photos of the dogs having playtime and when they were resting so I felt reassured that they were settled in her care . I would not hesitate to recommend Merryl to look after your fur babies and your home ❤️
Merryl has sat for us a few times now and as always, does a fantastic job looking after our two fur baby cats. A reliable, trusted and professional service is always delivered and we are always able to completely enjoy our time away knowing our cats are being well looked after. Our home is always left clean and tidy, and also very looked after whilst we are away. We are so pleased we have found trustworthy sitters that just love spending time with our cats.
Amazing service. Merryl sat for us for 2 weeks whilst we were away and did an excellent job at looking after our home and two house cats. She arrived early to understand more about our babies' routines and had video called prior to that to introduce herself. Merryl was very dependable and made us feel very calm during our trip, sending updates every so often so we knew our cats were OK. We will definitely leave our cats with Merryl again and recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter. Our home was also well cared for and it was amazing to leave our home and cats in Merryls care knowing that they were safe.
We were nervous about having a dog sitter looking after our precious little dogs, Rita & Lula, who are only 18 months old. It was our first time away from them and we really wanted to ensure they would be well cared for. We had visited boarding kennels, but knew that was not an option for us!!! Leaving the girls in their own home, was by far the best solution! After some research we were recommend Running Duck Pet Services. We were advised that Merryl would be our dog sitter and as soon as we met her, we knew the girls would be well cared for. Whilst away, we had a daily update from her, which was very reassuring. It put our minds at rest and enabled us to relax and enjoy our holiday, knowing they were happy. We have already booked Merryl for next year too and would definitely recommend the Running Duck Services!!
Merryl came to look after our dog Skye and elderly cat Fluffy for the weekend. We were so pleased with the care and attention she gave to them both. Merryl also looked after our home, which was spotless upon our return. Thank-you so much, we knew both of our much loved pets were in very safe hands. This made the weekend for us even more enjoyable.

It's been so easy to organise our pet sitting requirements - everyone was very helpful and worked hard to understand and meet our specific needs. I got my first dog before Covid,also during Covid I was diagnosed with COPD.It made looking after a young busy springer a bit tricky.Thanks to Happy Paws in Merlin’s Bridge in Haverfordwest we both got through that and my thoughts of having to regime him did not happen.I now live with my mum and dad. My dad sadly has dementia and my boy is an amazing help for my dad but this could not of been possible if it wasn’t for Happy Paws day service.I would have had to either not helped them or given up my dog, obviously my boy would have been rehomed. I can not even begin to to express my gratitude to Sammie and her team. Fabulous service with a genuine caring for local people and there needs.Thank U ❤️
Very understanding and professional with our 11 month old Standard poodle Charlie, he’d never been anywhere without us, they were so patient helping him settle in. He’s now a regular visiting once a week and he thoroughly enjoys it, he comes home absolutely exhausted. Very flexible, Can choose different days and times each week to suit your needs. Brilliant for dog and especially puppy socialization when this is limited due the covid situation at the moment. Tires both my dogs out mentally and physically and really breaks up the week for them. They both are really excited to go in and play with their friends
I was booked in for an induction - I arrived and was told by a laborer that they were not open. I then looked on their Facebook to find out they were closed. Nobody contacted me to let me know and in fact, when I commented on their post, they publicly told me it was my own fault for not having checked their Facebook (I had prior to 6pm the previous evening when it had been posted that they would be closed). In their defense, they did offer me a free induction to make up for it - But I'm not interested in taking my dogs somewhere that will happily try to make people out to be stupid on a public forum and then delete said post to replace it with one that was clearly to make people feel bad for them instead.
Absolutely love this place!!! My black lab Maddie loves it too ❤️ She runs in and sleeps on the way home 🐶 Louise and all the staff are warm, friendly, professional and fantastic with all the dogs! Can’t recommend them enough 🥰
So took Oxo my 10 yr old spaniel for his first ever professional grooming sesh. Was like taking your child to first day at school!! Needn't have worried. Picked up a very happy handsome hound. Would defo recommend Professional and caring Thank you happy paws
I’m so glad I found this place, my 1 year old lab tucker absolutely loves going, he runs in and doesn’t look back.. And I have peace of mind he is well looked after and happy. Excellent facilities, very flexible excellent all round 5 ⭐️

Always helpful and flexible. Shadow was reactive to other dogs so I was concerned how he would settle down. No problem! And really happy coming home
