Booked our Airedale Terrier in for daycare on Saturday 3rd August from 9 til 6. Received lovely updates of her playing in the fields with the other dogs and she was happy and nicely tired out when we picked her up! Daniela was lovely to speak with and reassuring when we dropped her off. Making a booking was easy and I would definitely use her services again if needed when we are in Devon.

Meg, my Golden Retriever is 15 years young. When I Moved to the Teign Valley 2 years ago I really didn't know what to do about finding someone that I trusted enough to look after my precious girl when I went on holiday.Meg understandably has separation anxiety at her grand old age.When I met Dani, my gut feeling told me that I had met the right person..... and I was absolutely right.I cannot fault the way that Dani cares for Meg. She sends me lots of reassuring photos and messages which I like. Dani has amazing facilities with lots of land to roam outside her back door. Meg is relaxed and happy when I collect her.I recommend The Duke's doggy day care without hesitation

My puppy Leo loves his time with Dani and Duke. It is clear that Dani loves dogs and takes great care of them. I feel happy knowing that he is spending the day exploring and playing with the pack and learning from them too. He even gets to go the beach! He comes home tired and happy! Thank you so much Dani

Our Daxie Mia has been coming to dukes doggy day care since she was 12 weeks old. There are cries of pure excitement when I drop her off and has a lovely bond with dani & duke. Thanks for always taking such good care of our girl!

Dani is so Caring towards our Cockapoo who has separation anxiety. His tail starts wagging as soon as we arrive and Finnly cannot wait to go and annoy Duke. In the short time he has been in her care he is showing signs of slowly regaining his confidence and we can see he has enjoyed himself. The photos of what the little monkey has been doing are a lovely touch too. He has been going 4 mths now and he is back to his cheeky self and although he still has SA we can now leave him with people he knows. Dani and given him this confidence. Can high recommend Dani and Duke. We know Finnly is well cared for and Dani loves them as if they were her own.

Pip loves staying with Dani & Duke. As soon as she gets out the car she doesn't look back. And that's saying something for a slightly older needy dog! Home from home dog boarding I think helps create a relaxed environment. And playing with Duke all day she has the best time and comes home well exercised. One happy dog, one happy owner. Thanks to you and your lovely family for always making her feel so welcome!

Dukes doggy day care is such a lovely place for my sausage dog to stay. The moment the two dogs met it was besties at first sight. Danni takes exceptional care with plenty of walks in the acres of land and cuddles by the fireplace or in the sun. I get a healthy amount of picture and video updates through the day to keep me updated. My sausage dog can’t wait to arrive and is pooped each day ready for bed.

I have nothing but praise for the service provided by Dani at Duke's Doggy Daycare for our labrador, Eddie. Dani was friendly and showed me around her facilities and discussed any concerns I had before I made the booking. She also introduced Eddie to her delightful dachshund, Duke. They got on very well. During Eddie's stays at Duke's Doggy Daycare Dani sent me photos showing him playing with Duke and other dogs. I have no hesitation in recommending Dani and her business to anyone wishing to leave their beloved pooch in good, safe hands.

Used dani for the 1st time in May to look after our girl whilst we were away, felt really comfortable when messaging dani re our girl. Highly recommend dani she was so good with our old girl sent us lovely Pics of our girl having fun and lots of cuddles, our girl is with her again next week whilst we go on holiday we are so happy we found dani and of course the Duke. 5 stars from us ✨️

Duke’s Doggy Care owned and run by Dani is a wonderful and friendly place for your dog to stay. I have two lively dogs and they love staying at DDC. Dani is great with them and I know that they are well looked after there. They have their little bedroom with all the comfy beds, toys and radio where they sleep and relax. The very special thing about DDC is that Dani treats all the dogs that she’s looking after as if they were her own. They get lots of cuddles and attention. I would 100% recommend Duke’s Doggy Day Care.

Gemma is an absolute god send when it comes to our boy Oscar! Oscar has been walking with Gemma for just under a year and I have found her reliable, professional and a real dog lover. Oscar has previously been some what challenging for other walkers but Gemma has reassured me that by working together we get the consistency and commitment that Oscar needs. When I get home Oscar is clearly well exercised and enjoying his nap after his walks. Communication is great and Gemma is very accommodating if we need to change days around due to work commitments. High recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can’t speak highly enough of Gemma. If I were more organised, I would have written a review months ago. My dog adores her and she’s professional, loving and cares for all dogs as if they were her own. I trust Gemma implicitly and feel such relief that my beloved retriever is having such fun when I can’t walk her. It’s brilliant for socialising too. A pup’s play date! Its lovely to know that while I'm at work our dog Arlo is out having the time of his life with Gemma. Gemma is extremely reliable, trustworthy and fantastic value for money as Arlo gets an adventure everyday! The thing thats strikes me most about Gemma is how much she genuinely cares for him and all of her dogs and clients. I could not recommend her highly enough.

My dog loves Gemma so much, she squeals with delight when Gemma collects her. Gemma is also lovely, reliable and I feel very happy to leave my dog in her care.

Gemma loves the dogs she walks like her own family. I only have to mention her name and my dog is racing to the window to look for her. Her professionalism, patience and love of dogs is why I can feel safe whenever my dog is with her and I am able to highly recommend her.

So pleased to have found Gemma for my pup Smartie. She came and did a house visit to meet Smartie and chat to me. She then started taking smartie out with other dogs from a young pup and he has just come on leaps and bounds. Well socialised and very responsive to recall. He comes back having had just the best time. When he sees Gemma through the door he cannot get to her fast enough, he just adores her. Gemma is reliable and takes the upmost care of her charges I highly recommend her services.

Gemma is fabulous! Her passion for dogs was very apparent on her 1st meeting my young goldendoodle. They go on a wide variety of walks and I love it when i get photos of their expeditions. When I’m on a long day at work it’s great knowing my dog is having a fun time.Thank you Gemma!

Gemma is great with our 5 month old Bertie. She looks after him with so much care and love. Bertie has a great time every day with Wildwood walkies. Would thoroughly recommend Gemma for dog walks.

Hazy Days Pet care, looked after our two house Rabbits Pepsi and Shirlie. We felt very comfortable, happy and safe. Everything was done like we'd discussed. The rabbits seemed calm. They bonded with Lorna, which was fab! We felt our house was looked after too. Highly recommended. We will definitely be using the same service again soon. 😊

Lorna did an amazing job, looking after Muffin during our wedding. She made sure muffin was happy thought out. Would highly recommend very good with the dogs and friendly.

As a fellow dog walker myself. I often see Lorna out on walks with her clients dogs, & if I felt in anyway she was not capable of controlling or having any dogs safe whilst in her care. I would not put one of my own clients dogs in her care while I am on maternity leave. She has a kind nature to her, & every dog she has with her shows how much they adore her. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service, Lorna is qualified and experienced, but above all she is passionate and had the best interest of my pets at heart. Nothing was too much trouble. Great value, trustworthy and reliable. I noted one negative review on Google , this is a million miles away from my experience and as someone who has over 15 years experience teaching Animal Science I can vouch for Lorna's knowledge and competence.

Lorna recently looked after my two cats Talis and Luca and she was brilliant. Very professional and caring. Having not left my cats before with someone I did not know, I was a bit nervous but after meeting her before I went away I felt very confident as it was obvious that she loves animals. Would definitely recommend her and will use her again.

I am keen to express my thanks to Lorna who kindly supported me last week when my normal dog walker was quite unwell and my husband working away and myself full time working, I was in a state of panic for Smartie and his dog walks. Lorna was able to pick up Smartie walks from the day I contacted her. Smartie came back a very happy pup. He really enjoyed his walks and especially when with other dogs of Hazy Days Lorna was professional, came to pick up Smartie when she said she would and just lovely to meet. You could tell that Lorna really cares for the dogs she walked and more importantly Smartie was always bouncing to get out of the door to get to Lorna when she arrived. Overall I cannot state enough how great Lorna was and would highly recommend. Thank you Lorna for your help last week and I wish you all the very best with your dog walking business.

Lorna is gentle, calm, focused on your animals well-being and obviously knowledgeable about animal behaviour and welfare. She walks my big labrador and he adores his walks with her. I trust her with a key to my home and even more valuable my dog. She is flexible with times and days, easy to arrange dates with and Merli comes back happy and tired after a run around with his best friend. Choosing her for dog walking was a great choice.

I visited Torbay and needed my Dalmatian walked as I had a meeting he couldn’t attend with me. I’m a fellow dog walker in another area of the country and I was blown away by Lornas service. She is absolutely amazing, my boy loved her. She’s highly knowledgeable, professional and anyone can clearly see she truly loves dogs. Highly recommend!

Launa has just looked after my cats whilst I was away for a few days……my boys are very timid but Launa was amazing with them they were very happy and very well cared for. She’s so in tune with both the animals needs and their owners anxiety’s. I would highly recommend her services.

Sarah is absolutely brilliant with our big buff head golden retriever. He completely adores her and loves his adventure walks with her and her little pack. She is also completely trustworthy and has done house sitting here for us too, also looking after our nervous rescue cat and leaving the place in a far better state than when she arrived! Sarah is outstanding. Such a kind and caring person who is really thoughtful. Always fully prepared for all eventualities. The highlight for me is she brought 4 dogs (mine & my daughter’s) to my wedding so they could be in the photos. It was absolutely amazing and made my day. She dressed them in their wedding outfits and helped the photographer to take memorable photos. Sarah is reliable and trustworthy. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

Having moved to the area we needed to find a new cat sitter (which I was quite nervous about following a bad experience with another company). Sarah was great with our older, quite timid cat. She sent photos daily to reassure us she was ok, gave her medication and even watered our plants. I absolutely trusted her with the house and our much loved cat and will be using her again when we next go on holiday.

Cannot thank you enough for helping us out with our French bulldog coco! We recently went away to Florida and our frenchie was staying at my father in laws house! Being away for a few weeks meant that she would need regular walks and exercise ! I came across Sarah and I’m so glad that we did! We had regular updates and photos and she gave coco the best walks! Sarah looked after our cockapoo Sid on my daughter’s wedding day and did a fantastic job including arranging a super photo with the bride and groom and being lovely with all the guests and family she met. Sid seemed really happy with her. We’d like our daughter to do the whole day again and would definitely want Sarah back for that! Highly recommended.

Sarah has walked our doggie for a number of months now and I rated her very highly. Professional, polite and gentle sums up Sarah. Always willing to help out if there is a change of plan and easy to contact. We will miss her in Cornwall and she will be Devon's gain.

Willow has been going to Flo for just over 2 years now and I know 100% that my precious princess is in the best hands in torbay! Flo specialises in small dogs and in my opinion that gives me more confidence to leave my little dog as I know Flo has complete control over her charges. Flo has had willow, ranging from a day for doggy day care, many one, 2 or more night overnight stays, to over a week whilst I went across the pond to the USA. Flo takes time to know her little guests and knowing a dog and all their quirky individual ways takes time. Each dog is different, as are humans. Flo has definitely made an imprint on not only willow's little heart, but mine also.

We are so pleased we have found Florence in a Torquay. Our Border Terrier loves staying at hers and meeting the other dogs. We can go away worry free knowing Oti is in brilliant hands. Thanks Florence!

I was very disappointed with this lady. I called to ask if she had any availability for my dog over Christmas and she raised her voice and said you can't leave your dog with someone last minute and then hung up the phone. My mother has just passed away and we're dealing with some very difficult family circumstances hence the need for last minute dog boarding. Florence's rudeness was uncalled for when she didn't even take the time to hear our personal circumstances, and I now feel even more upset. I think Florence ought to be more considerate when speaking to potential clients and not make judgements and jump to conclusions. I've never had any professional person speak to me so rudely or hang up the phone like that

Florence Bonneau is a woman of many talents. As well as working as a French translator and proof-reader she is a great teacher. I have been enjoying private French lessons with her for three years and my fluency has improved enormously thanks to her skill and enthusiasm. An added bonus for me - as a dog-lover - is that her home is also a dog hotel and I often get an extra tail-wagging welcome from her four-legged clients. Florence is a meticulous housekeeper; the dogs have their own separate quarters and everywhere is always fresh and spotlessly clean.

Florence always looks after Milo when we are away he loves his holidays with her.

Duke always enjoys his walks , day care and boarding with Just Purrfect. He always comes home happy and tired! He loves Stevie , Chris and the rest of their team he gets excited when they collect him. Range of services on offer and affordable he doesn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend!

Such a caring and helpful business. Our dog is a rescue and can be a little nervous but he loves going to Just Purrfect. We started using them when we moved to the area and needed dog boarding while we moved. He now goes there for daycare and grooming. He is always very relaxed when we collect him and goes straight back into his usual routine. Every single member of staff that we have meet there have been incredibly friendly and reassuring. I’m so glad we found them!

The team at Just Purr-fect have been amazing with our 2½ year old rescue girl and take care to match dogs who will play well with each other and complement each others energy levels. She always comes back happy and clearly having had a great time. The team are also great at responding to any questions promptly.

The team are fantastic and you can tell they really care about the dogs. Our little boy has a brilliant time at daycare, the groups for dogs to mix are thought out, and it's a great way to get dogs comfortable and socialised. Would highly recommend

Just Purr-fect are on top when it comes to animal day care and boarding, they regularly look after our Dog and he always has a fantastic time! The staff are fun and friendly and always push to be the best they can be and nothing is ever too much to ask! I 100% say use these guys, Professional and approachable I will be using them for the foreseeable future!

Sascha is a 14yr Golden Retriever and unfortunately suffers from a little arthritis. Becca was so gentle and soothing with her and Sascha came back to me beautiful, fluffy and soft again but more importantly, stressless and calm. I brought my Cockerpoo Rosie in for a cut and wash. Not only did she come out looking beautiful and smelling lovely, she was also much happier than when i took her to one of the bigger groomers. I think the more intimate environment really helped keep her calm!

Absolutely brilliant service. Such a relief to have found someone who I can trust to look after my elderly cat when we are away. Emma & Archie were happy to give Tinker his twice daily medication and I felt confident that he was in good hands.

My favourite pet sitters by far! I was a bit apprehensive of leaving my cat alone for a week due to her separation anxiety and general nervousness but Elle and Archie put my mind totally at ease. They sent me lots of updates, took the time to get to know my cat and give her lots of attention and cuddles. By the time I got back from my trip my cat wasn't even fussed about me being gone! Elle is a godsend! Contacted her super last minute after I had to go away urgently and had to find care for my two elderly cats. She was confident and even managed to get my oldest boys medicine down him (which I struggle to sometimes) Will only be using furever friends from now on and highly recommend to everyone!!

Our 3 year old Lab Baxter has been going out with Rory almost two years now and he’s a completely different dog. Before Rory he was very dominant, would bark at every dog and almost every person we walked past and had quite a few naughty habits. He’s now incredibly social, gets on with and happily plays with every dog he meets and is very well behaved both out and when at home. It’s all down to Rory and his initial 1-1 training he did, and since then the all important group walks that our dog looks forward to so much he’s whining at the front door ready to sprint out and meet his friends. If you have any behavioural issues or just want your dog to have a proper walk (some walkers round here in Dawlish do an inadequate job) then Rory is for you. He genuinely cares about the welfare of your dog and treats them as his own. We will continue to have our lab go out with Rory and his friends for years to come!

Rory has worked with my dog for over 10 years - training and walking. He and his worker, Andy, are amazing. Kind, responsible, reliable and really care. They understand dogs. I totally trust them with my dog and coming into my home.

Rory has been walking our dogs since he first set up his business. He has been reliable and professional since day one. We would not trust our dogs with anyone else. In my opinion you cannot get better care with anyone else and all the dogs absolutely adore him.
