Boarded my two Brittany Spaniels over Christmas but had to return home early due to snow storm. Bruce was prompt in getting back even though it was New Year's Eve (when they are meant to be closed - and said as much when we scheduled the dogs in). So, they were very accommodating and understanding in a tense situation when we were having to leave immediately. Would definitely board again.

I can't say strong enough all the attributes of this lady dog boarder "Debbie". She was so kind to us, my two Labradors, and kept us informed all the way through. This was hard for me to board my "Boys" but I was hospitalized and Debbie made it so much easier. She was so good at what she does I tried to give her a $100 bonus on about a $250 bill and she not only would not take it she gave me $60 back.. Thank you so much Debbie. You were so kind to my li'l family when we needed you. You are a star..

Amazing place to take your pets to be be groomed and / or spend time in the boarding kennel. My pups both love Deb and are always excited as soon as we pull into the driveway. You will not be disappointed. Deb treats your furbabies as if they were her own!

Debbie is amazing!!! She is fantastic with our dog. We bring Barley to her for regular grooming once a month. She is very knowledgeable and great at what she does. She is also very friendly and polite. She is very accommodating and does everything she can to give you what you want. Can't say enough great things about my experience with her. It's been almost two years and has been consistently awesome. Highly recommend!!!

Debbie and Bruce are amazing with our 2 small dogs! They make them feel right at home.

This was our very 1st time ever leaving our dog , our baby pug for 10 days , Debbie was very accomadable , sent daily texts and pics and even trimmed her nails.To say we were petrified to leave her was an understatement but within days we weren't stressing anymore and could relax. We also ended up being late due to missing our flight and she refused to charge us for the extra time but we felt she deserved it for sure .Our baby was well taken care of and we felt comfortable with her there. We will def re book :) and be in for grooming !

Great experience from start to end. Debbie clearly loves dogs! We boarded our small 10lb dog with B&D for several nights. He came home better behaved than when we dropped him off :) She said they have a separate space for large and small dogs and walking trails close by that she takes the dogs on if they like going for a walk.

What a nightmare. We went away for vacation on our way back we called to make arrangements to pick up our dog and she stayed no problem you can come when you get home. My husband shows up and for 30 minutes tried to get a hold of her. She did not answer knocks at the door or her or phone calls from either of us. Then she opens the door cursing at my husband and threatens to call the cops and to have her husband assault my husband. After and hour of this ordeal we end up getting our dog but I tell everyone not to use this kennel. I will NEVER be back. I'd give it 0 stars but obviously not an option.

Debbie truly is a dog lover! I bring my fur baby for a grooming every few months and am always happy with the results. She is genuinley happy to see my dog and always sends a picture or an update on how my dog is doing (my dog is only there for a couple hours at a time max) so it's very thoughtful of Debbie to do that.

I would rate zero stars if possible. This was my first and last time using this facility. My main reason for choosing B&D was because of all the positive reviews stating how Debbie keeps clients updated on their fur babies. When we arrived we signed a form and provided our email for updates. This is my first (and probably last) time leaving Niko with anyone. We did not receive any updates until I reached out via messenger and asked. The response I received was oh I'm sorry. I was busier than expected. It takes 2 minutes to send a quick hey your pup is great. Enjoy your vacation. It took Debbie 72 hours and prompting. We had made arrangements to pick Niko up at 3pm (an hour early) due to time constraints on our return. These arrangements were agreed upon Friday when we dropped him off. Here I sit at 3:26pm still waiting. No one here. Not returning my Facebook messages. Not answering the phone. Enthusiastically impressed.

My Australian Shepherd loves going here! He's always tired out when we pick him up after work. Both he and I look forward to when he goes as he gets to have fun all day, and I get to relax at night!

Highly recommend the daycare and overnight boarding. Caring and hardworking staff. Dingo absolutely loves going, he gets so excited I can barely hold him back on our way in. It's also a great way to introduce your dog to other dogs as they get to socially interact and play. Dogs are put together in accordance to size and behaviors.

Our boy loves going here. When we get our suitcases out, he knows where he is going and gets so excited! He had a full groom yesterday during his stay and came home looking and smelling amazing, and tired from all the fun he had 🤩 It is a wonderful feeling to not have to worry about him while we are away. …

This place is amazing, it's a home away from home for our very energetic golden doodle Jack, he loves everyone there and always makes him the happiest of boys when we tell him he's going to day care! The work that the staff puts in is incredible and they deserve much more recognition that they already get Thank you all for everything you do!

I rarely give 5 stars but these guys are amazing great service and prices and my dog was well taken care of! Plenty of updates were provided as well during his stay they were easy to get ahold of too. Thank you for taking such good care of my dog!

Seriously the best staff and dog daycare we could ask for. Our bulldog Reba has been coming here consistently for about 2 years and we’ve had the best experience. She seems so loved and well taken care of here, the staff are honestly the most amazing and kind. We’ve been to a couple other dog daycares in the area and this one is by FAR the best - you can tell the dogs play all day because my dog sleeps for hours as soon as she gets home and comes home super clean. Love the pictures posted every day and getting an update on her day when I pick her up!! Thanks for being awesome 4 Paws ❤️

Very poor experience. Booked ahead of time for a bath and trim and they refused because apparently did not have time. We have taken our dog there frequently but recently the quality of service from the people working has gone from happy and excited to just doing a job and nothing more. No more smiling faces. I went here because it was close to home. But will look at other places further away for a better experience.

Our dogs stayed at the resort during the Canada Day weekend and loved it! We were very impressed by the professional and caring staff as well as the clean and well thought out facilities. They took our dogs' health and temperaments into consideration when determining which dogs they would be grouped with for outdoor play and took our concerns into consideration as first time kennellers. We would definitely book a stay for our dogs here again and are looking forward to trying out the doggy daycare!

Gypsy was here for two weeks this past summer and she loved it! I had peace of mind as I knew she was well taken care of. She got to go on adventures multiple times a day, make new friends and she was safe at all times. The owner could tell I was nervous leaving her in a kennel for the first time and gave me her personal email so I could check in, which I appreciated! Anytime Gypsy needs boarded in future, this is where she'll be! Thank you for looking out for my girl!

We were lucky to find this spot for our dog Max. After a long road trip, this was the perfect place for him to hang out with a dog pack with plenty of space to run. Phyllis even took the time to show the space to my 6 year old and introduce her to the other dogs. A memorable introduction to our first time in NB. Thanks Phyllis and Tom!

This Dog Boarding Kennel is awesome! It is obvious that Phyllis and Tom take great pride in their operation and treat all their visitors like their own. Simba absolutely loved his 4 day stay at his home away from home! He played non-stop and made new friends with the other dogs who he ran with all day long, every day. We are already booked for our next vacation and are sure that Simba will be well cared for again in our absence. Thank you SO much, Phyllis and Tom. You guys rock! The Powers

Phyllis and Tom were absolutely fantastic!! They treated my pouch like he was their own. Regular feeding, walks, and pen time... which they have many pens to let dogs run. Not far from quispamsis, just a 5 minute ferry ride and 4 minute drive. The accommodations are fantastic!!! They love your pet as much as you do. 100% will I put my dog in their hands again when i cant take him with me. Thanks 😊

Amazing service, my dog was scared to go there and afraid of people. He took the time to spend with her, walk her and by the end of the second day they were playing and she was doing tricks for him. They kept me informed of progress the hole time. The facility’s were clean and I enjoyed the set up for the dogs. I would go back again and would recommend this place to anyone.

Can’t say enough good things! We have a high energy dog who we don’t trust with just anyone as he is a lot sometimes. We have done obedience with Caroline and loved it. We found out about her boarding and our dog Harley has went either 3-4 times and loves it! One major thing I love is when Harley comes from other kennels he comes back with some bad habits from the freedom but with st Martin’s boarding he comes back calmer and more behaved. Also very affordable

We booked with this kennel earlier in the year for July 9-15, 2024. We paid the required 50$ amount seeing we were potential new clients. We were notified that a spot at another kennel opened up that was a lot closer to us so with more than 6 weeks notice, we called and emailed saying that unfortunately we were going to cancel, if our deposit would be refunded. Seeing that July is such a busy time, we felt it would be no problem for the kennel to refund our deposit since they would definitely be full. After 4 x calls and 2 x emails, we heard NOTHING. Not a very good first impression of the facility and their business etiquette. Lesson learned for 50$!!!

Caroline is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and her love of dogs shows. We had a stress free vacation knowing our pups were in good hands and they’ll definitely be back. Our dogs are better behaved and happier when they come home!

Caroline is great, we leave our dog at her kennel at least 5 times a year and I feel comfortable and don’t worry about our dog anytime.

Mikylla was there for me when I was stuck in a storm and could not get home. She has visited my Percy on several occasions when I’ve had to travel and my senior cat was well taken care of…. I do not worry when I know Mikylla is on the job! Thank you from me and Percy ❤️

Mikylla was great! We were very grateful that she was able to accommodate us at short notice. Communication before and during the time she was looking after Tom and Jakes was great! She took Jakes on walks, gave them lots of attention. We highly recommend A Place for Paws as a pet sitter!

Paw & Order is the only choice for us when we need care for our boy, Dutch! We are always kept well informed about how he is doing and what he is up to while we are away and appreciate the peace of mind that gives us. We are always confident that he is being extremely well taken care of when he is here. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality care and boarding for their furry companions.

Staying at Paw & Order was our puppy’s first boarding experience and they were wonderful! Kept us updated with photos of his time there and letting us know how he was making out. It made us even more relaxed on our vacation knowing he was having a good time also. The crew at Paw and Order are amazing! As a nervous pet parent with an also nervous pet, I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing he was in the best hands! I have bringing my pup hunter to paw and order since he was only a couple months old, he is now three. Paw and order is considered family to hunter and I feel at ease anytime I leave him because he is so happy to go to daycare and is always happy when I pick him up. The staff are the best and love hunter as much as I do. I highly recommend paw and order!

Our pup is just over a year and has been going to Paw and Order for day camp since she was 6 months old. It was a great way to make sure she was socialized and knew how to be around other dogs! She just had her first overnight stay (a full week while we were away) and it brought us such peace of mind to know she was in the best hands. She loves it there and starts whining to get out of the car when we get on the Tripp Settlement Road. We’ve heard nothing but good things about Paw and Order, and we have nothing but good things to say! :)

My dogs have been going to Paw & Order for almost 15 years. My dogs enjoy daycamp, sleepovers birthday parties, Christmas secret santa dog exchange and the list goes on and on and on. Leaving my dogs at Paw & Order for a day for a weekend or a week. I have no worries leaving my fur babies at Paw & Order. There have been days when I have dropped one of my dogs off and I wanted to join them so I could go to daycamp for the day, but it doesn’t really work that way 🤷‍♀️. If you’re thinking about daycamp or training or sleepovers, I would highly recommend Paw And Order as a place to go. Your puppers are Treated like family. 💕🐾. We are THRILLED with the care that our dogs receive at Paw and Order - Stephanie S., Stephanie M., Robert, Becca, Anya, Nate and the whole crew. We have had dogs in our family for 14 years and we have never used a daycare/boarding business until now because of my hesitation to leave the dogs with someone else. Our two puppies both attended puppy socialization class with Paw and Order in summer ‘23 and ‘24. We have been using daycare and boarding regularly for almost one year now. The daycare alone for socialization and enrichment and building confidence and having life experiences is a game changer for our puppies. I wish we’d had Paw and Order for our first three dogs from the start. The staff are so well-organized and professional and understanding of humans leaving fur babes and they KNOW dogs and behaviour and how to manage them. Ive started bringing breakfast for our youngest on daycare days because she gets carsick and the first time I gave that to Robert he already knew about it because he had reviewed her notes that morning! I was beyond impressed. Our youngest has to take regular meds and all of that was done and taken seriously on her first boarding experience last week. Our puppies won’t let me touch their nails and Stephanie M. said “we can do it, no problem” and now their nails are so beautiful our vet commented they are perfect. The pups come home tired and mellow and happy - and we get the nicest updates from the wonderful staff. Maybe most importantly - they are making friends with new dog friends and humans outside our home. I am SO happy we have found this wonderful business. I discovered Paw and Order in spring 2023 when I was at my vet's office with another dog (we were awaiting puppy #1’s arrival) and someone came in with their dog who had just been at Paw and Order to pick up something. I started chatting with the gentleman about their experience because boarding and daycare were on my mind for new puppy and he RAVED about it. So many wonderful things to say about this place :) Thank you Paw and Order team!

Jessica (Pine Castle Pet Resort) has been a wonderful second pet-parent to many of my pets over the last few years. She treats every animal like they were her own, no matter how long or short she has known them. Jessica has the utmost care and patience when it comes to looking after animals. Jess manages to juggle multiple feeding and care schedules while still making time to show each pet they are loved. When I was abroad for an extended period of time, I regularly received updates and selfies with my pets to let me know they’re okay. Jess, Eric and their family were born to run a pet hotel!

Never bring your dog here, I picked up my dog from them in this condition. I personally believe he was abused by one of the homeowners of this “pet resort”. I still had to pay full price on top of an expensive vet visit and now have a permanently traumatized dog. Please keep your pets safe and away from this place.

I have used different boarding facilities in my lifetime for my dogs and Pine Castle Pet Resort is by far the best one! Jess and her partner Eric, are so incredibly welcoming to your fur baby making them feel like one of their own. They spend time with your dog, getting to know them and their silly individual behaviours. I feel so at peace, dropping Bailey off for day care or a longer stay knowing she is in such a loving home environment. I was just away for 2 weeks, and was able to enjoy my time without the anxiety of wondering if my dog was doing ok. Jess sends photos, gives you updates etc. I hands down recommend this place for your fur baby!

Pine Castle Pet Resort was the ONLY place I would get my sweet boy Leo babysat when I used to live in the area. My furry baby would feel right at home when I would drop him off and I was absolutely worry free when I left him there for boarding. Jessica is so caring and is amazing at what she does. Jess is so kind to our little girl Poppy. I never worry if she’s being well taken care of while I’m at work. She’s treated just as she would be if she were home. Jess always sends multiple updates with photos/videos throughout the day, so I can be reassured Poppy is having all the fun!! I also love that Poppy gets to experience and meet some different farm animals that are around the property 🥰 Definitely recommend PCPR any day!!

Pine Castle is exactly what I was looking for in a boarding service! My dogs are treated like their own when I bring them to Jessica and her family. And they love every minute of it! All the necessities of home away from home. I know they are safe and loved.

Jessica and her beautiful family are so amazing with animals! From dogs to cats, donkeys to sheep, Pine Castle is the true retreat for animals. The large property allows ample space for the dogs to run & play, and Jessicas top priority is the safety of the animals! She constantly gives updates and sends photos to the parents, probably more than my son’s daycare sends me lol! Would highly recommend PCPR!

We are so lucky that we have Jessica to watch our boys when we are away. My senior dog snoozer doesn’t do well in a large kennel, when he’s with Jessica and her family he eats perfectly, he doesn’t come home sick, he’s happy as a clam there. We refuse to take the boys anywhere else. 10/10

So many great things to say about PCPR! They offer in home visits and take very good care of our senior cat when we travel. Jessica is a pure and old soul who you can tell adores all animals.
