I cannot praise this business highly enough. They are absolutely brilliant. This was our boys first stay in a kennels, he was here for a week and he loved it. Daily activities planned for him, which included a holiday swim. We received daily photos and updates. Everyone here cares about the dogs in their care, and it really showed. Will be using again and would highly recommend.

We've used Reservoir a few times now and we certainly wouldn't use anybody else. The whole team look after your dog just like it were their own! You know they are in safe hands from the moment they leave to the moment they come back home. Honestly couldn't recommend this place enough. Thank you!!

I feel like I have found a hidden gem here ! My little JRT Ziggy prefers humans to other dogs and I was very stressed about him being left in boarding kennels but the team here are outstanding providing love, patience, commitment and dedication to the fur babies they have in their care. Maria the owner has a heart of gold and dedicates so much time to ensure the doggie guests individual needs are met . Ziggy loves his holidays here and also daycare his days are full of fun , we receive updates of photos of him chasing balls and jumping in ball pits , running through the meadow with his friends . Outstanding facilities and an amazing Team !

Both my Springer and I love it here. We are so lucky to have found such a lovely welcoming place where we can exercise our dog. I mainly swim here with our pup, she comes for a half hour session pretty much every week, the pool is lovely and warm and has lots of toys for her to play with. Theres a shower room for both people and dogs so we can get clean afterwards. There is also a reward scheme for free swims too. Maria, the owner is so friendly, she makes us both feel welcome and is always happy to give our dog a fuss even when she's still soggy. The site also offers a doggy arcade, there are sand pits, ball pools and play areas for dogs. They even have doggy TV. You can also board your fur babies here, something we haven't done yet but if we do, we know they will be well looked after and loved. The site is fully enclosed with lots of security to ensure your pups don't get into mischief.

Our Dog Elsie had a really loverly day here, I think she's found her new happy place🐶 Maria and her team were really helpful and sent me lots of photos which made me happy to see her enjoying herself. Would recommend to anyone else🐾🐾🐾 …

My two fur babies loved their 1st time here. Maria and her team make sure the dogs are happy and entertained all day and care for them like their own. My 2 didn't want to come home, which was very reassuring for me and speaks volumes. I would 100% recommend.

So we booked our 9 year old cocker spaniel in for 2 days 1 night. We got photos of him over the two days and he honestly looked like he was smiling! He adored it. ✨💖 He's been loved and treated like their own family member. He's had so many adventures just in two days! And my in-laws told me he tried to go back in when they collected him. 😂. I'll absolutely be coming back. His happiness is our priority when we're away. They've been amazing. Thank you so much.

A huge thank you to Maria and her family for looking after our two Labradors Phoebe and Brook while we were away. Reservoir Doggy Resort and Spa is beautifully clean and the dogs are really well cared for. Judging by the photo updates they have had a great time with lots to keep them entertained. We have been using Laura's pet sitting services for a few years now and would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. Laura has always been able to accommodate requirements for our cat, rabbit and guinea pigs and nothing is ever too much trouble. We can go away for the weekend or longer knowing our animals will be in safe hands and not having to put them through the stress of going to a cattery.

Laura was extremely attentive first in knowing about us, the needs of our cats and the cats quirky aspects. Both our cats can be cautious with strangers but bonded quickly to her. The regular updates and pics we got through emails left you feeling happy in the knowledge they were in safe hands, well cared for and all in their own environment. We came home to two extremely happy and playful cats. Would highly recommend the services offered and will definitely be using again.

Laura has been great at looking after our cat whenever we are away. She’s trustworthy, reliable and has lots of experience with animals. When our cat has had medical needs she has attended to these with compassion and competence. I have no hesitation in recommending her services.

If you want a professional, efficient and caring cat sitter, then look no further than Laura at Safe and Snug. From the initial meet and greet to the mid week update when you are away and then the final report you couldn’t get a better service. We booked Laura for 8 days and we knew during that time our cat Rocky would want to go out and disappear for a few days (which we made her aware of) and he did just that. Laura made the point of returning to see if he was there and asked to be kept informed of when he returned which we did when he finally ambled through the door. Laura clearly cares about what she does and likes to know the individual needs of the cat she’s looking after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Laura and would definitely use her again. Laura looked after our cats twice a day for three weeks while we were on honeymoon. We had regular updates and came back to some very happy cats. It was really reassuring knowing Laura was looking after them as we were away for so long. The cats liked her, she was really reliable and we would definitely book her again. Thank you!

We have used Laura countless times now to look after our 2 cats (both getting on in years so don't want to put them in a cattery), we cannot fault Laura's care & go away safe in the knowledge they are being well looked after. She maintains regular contact when we're away including photos & keeps an accurate detailed diary of each day recording how the cats were, how much they ate etc. Add to that the little extras such as collecting up the post & turning lights on & off on request so the house doesn't appear empty while away - I can't recommend highly enough.

Never had a problem with Laura. She takes care of my cats when I go away and I trust her totally. Have used Laura (safe and snug) for a good 5 years +. I know my cats trust her. She gives updates and post pics of my cats on Facebook which is a nice touch when away.

We’ve been using Laura for the last 3 years - wish we’d have thought about this sooner as we’d been using catteries for 12 years previous. Although the cattery did everything it was supposed to do, our cats hated it...We now go on holiday knowing that the cats are well looked after and are happy. Laura provides regular updates. Me and my partner love Laura’s company. She truely cares about the animals she looks after and nothing is ever too much bother. She will happily send you updates and photos of your pet while you are away. I feel safe in knowing my babies are well looked after when I am not around. We have been using Laura's pet sitting service for our 2 cats for over 3 years now and can't fault her service . We have never put our boys into a cattery as we prefer them to be in their own home . Laura keeps us updated with photo's / emails and always leaves us a day to day diary of their routine . Anything your pets need is not too much trouble from feeding , medication , grooming and general fussing . We have also in the last couple of months had evening visits from hedgehogs who we have been feeding and during our last holiday Laura has been looking after the extra guests as well . We have every faith in our boys / house being well looked after whenever is needed . Look no further if you want your pets looked after and happy while you are away .

Lucy and her team are fantastic, they go above and beyond to make sure all the dogs are safe, happy, and have the best time ever! I will forever be grateful for their part in helping me to raise my GSD to be well socialised, friendly and confident around all different sizes and shapes of dogs! Rü always sleeps like a log when she gets home, clearly having had a wonderful day playing with all her friends! Especially her best friend Fig! Their facilities are everything you could hope for, and everytime I drop my dog off I am confident she is going to have the best time. Truly the best doggy day care facility I have ever visited.

I’m so happy to have found Swanwick House for our very energetic Lakeland terrier. The space and facilities are excellent and Lucy clearly loves and is engaged with every dog in her care. She is very conscious of how they might behave together and consequently Baxter has a fabulous day running and playing and making friends with his pack. He returns home exhausted (no mean feat!) and his dog social skills are definitely improving. It all feels very professional, safe and fun.

The absolute best doggy care day. Lucy and her mum are lovely, friendly and were very patient with my nervous dog, she now runs around super happy all days with all the other dogs. I can’t thank them enough for helping my dog become a sociable and very tired 😀 little girl. Thank you so much …

Lego (our Labradoodle) loves his regular visits and jumps out of the car as soon as he can to push his way into the compound to greet his friends. At the end of the day he is usually exhausted having been well looked after all day. The hosts (Lucy and Ruth) clearly care about the dogs and there are a variety of obstacles, toys etc to entertain the visitors. The hosts are friendly and accommodating and provide a super service. I highly recommend this family run day care.

Fantastic doggy day care. My pooch gets so excited as we pull into Lucy’s. It is so reassuring knowing your dog is being looked after and having a great time.

It really shows how much Lucy loves and cares for the dogs by how happy they are. We aren't regular customers but managed to book our cocker spaniel in for a week of long days due to work hours changing. The facilities are brilliant with a huge gravel area and a large area of grass for the dogs to exercise in. They are given free run of the area and can come inside when it's wet to snuggle on sofas or cool mats if uts hot. There's even a tv 😊. My dog had bever been away from us in the day but it was obvious that she loved it. I would definitely use Lucy again and would highly recommend Swanwick House Dog Day Care. 5 Star 🌟

Can not recommend Lucy and her team highly enough, they provide excellent care and stimulation to our three dogs, who always come home fully exhausted, content and looking forward to getting back the next day. The noise of disappointment if we go past and don't pull in says it all.

Our blue staffordshire bull terrier Lily started with Lucy on 19/6/23. Lily was 3 & 1/2 months old & she LOVES Lucy & Swanwick House Dog Day care. I actually think loves is an understatement. Lily goes 3 mornings a week & from minute I step in shower she is whining as she knows we are going. Lily is now so much bigger, has learnt so much re social interaction with other 4 legged people & we know she is able to play with all makes & models. Thank you Lucy - you have made us feel confident that Lily is well looked after each time she comes to us and your advice re medical issue was a life saver. We highly recommend Swanwick House Dog Day Care.

Lucy sorted us out at the last minute when we suddenly needed somewhere safe, secure and above all friendly and welcoming for our Oz . It was that good, and he seemed to enjoy it so much, I think he will want to go back, never mind if we need to or not lol! Highly recommended, and many thanks.

Steph at Part of the family is great. From the start she was so reassuring with some gradual introductions for my dog before staying for a longer period. I was sent photos whilst she was there and her family literally made my girl one of the family. There is no hesitation in my mind of Steph and her family looking after my dog again. They are all so caring and affectionate, could not ask for more ☺️

Steph offers a fantastic service for looking after your dog. Our girl had a wonderful time with Steph and her family. She was very well looked after, loved playing with other dogs and Steph provided daily updates. Highly recommended.

Steph is a lovely, caring and patient person, who loves animals, as do her two adorable kids. She is also super energetic so the dogs get plenty of walks on the many fields next to her house! Your dog will love it. The only risk is that it will not want to leave!

We feel so lucky to have found Steph to look after our lil guy, Vinnie. She was not deterred by the fact he was an energetic German Shepard pup and at the first meeting it was clear he was going to have so much fun with Rex and all the other doggos. It really is a life saver that she can pick him up and drop him off, as I work long shifts and just couldn’t find a day care that fit around my work schedule. Steph clearly loves her job and always sends me pics and videos throughout the day which I’m so grateful for! Would recommend her to anyone ☺️🐶

Highly recommended. Waffle, our miniature labradoodle stayed with Steph and her family last week whilst we were on holiday. We were a little apprehensive at first as we hadn’t left him before but we needn’t have been, he had a great time. We were kept updated throughout the week with posts which really put our mind at rest which was great. Having Rex there too to play with really made it for Waffle, he is a super natured dog and a great addition to what is a lovely family, waffle’s looking forward to his next holiday!!

We asked Steph to take on the huge task of taking care of our 6 cats when we had to go home due to a family bereavement. Our cats are very needy, nervous rescues with varying degrees of disabilities including a double amputee, brain damage etc. Steph was AMAZING and our fur babies were soon getting cuddles and playtime; Stephs children loved visiting too while Mommy did the feeding and scooped the litter (morning and night) and we were updated daily with photos and messages. NOTHING was too much for Steph......and she even vacuumed on the last day! We wouldn't trust our babies to anyone else now and you will be so comforted knowing your beloved pets are in the hands of this kind, gentle, compassionate lady. Thank you Steph.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Steph has looked after my dog Charlie many times and she is a total angel on earth. Charlie loves her more than me I think. She has a great home and she loves all animals 100% recommended- and I am very fussy.

Minnie has been with Part of the family for a few weeks now & although Minnie has her health problems she loves going 3 days a week, she even goes off lead on her walks, she love the company of other dogs & always comes back happy & content. I always get videos off her on her walks which shows how content she is. I would fully recommend them as they work wonders with Minnie & treat her as one of there own.

We've used Damson Lodge a couple of times now for our bunnies when we've gone away - every time we've used them they've been great, the price is very reasonable, from our experience they're very flexible on drop off and pick up times and I'd recommend them to anyone 😊🐰 …

Amazing, friendly staff. I have been bringing my rabbit here for a couple of years now. I wouldn't look for any other. Easy to find. I park across the street in the shopping area. Lots of area for rabbits the play and stretch. 100% recommended. 😊🐰

We love Damson lodge so much, we wouldn't trust anyone else to look after our rats. They are always clean, fed, content and so happy when we collect them. I couldnt recommend them more; they're friendly, welcoming and professional. Amazing value and an amazing service, Damson lodge is our rats second home and a fantastic one.

Boarded our pet tortoise for a week and was really pleased to have found Damson Lodge. They kindly showed us around before hand so we could see where he would spend his week and the price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommended!

Marta and sue are really friendly and helpful. I know my animals are cared for and well looked after when I go away. They offer so many services and personalised to meet my needs, like home visits for my cats while I'm away and home boarding our rabbit too. Highly recommend.

Looked after my Syrian hamster whilst I was away for a few weeks. The building they have for the animals is a good size and kept at a good temperature.

Great place for boarding house rabbits, very flexible with dates. Take really good care of my two rabbits on the occasions they have stayed there. Accomodation warm and clean.

Kat and Tori stayed overnight for a week and looked after my two senior cats and fish. Nothing was too much trouble; medication twice a day, cooking their favourite food etc. Lots of photos of my boys playing, having cuddles, chilling out. I was so relaxed on holiday knowing they were in safe hands, which to me was priceless. When I returned the house was clean and tidy which was also very much appreciated after a day of travelling. I can highly recommend Hop & Pop services and will definitely be using them in future. Thank you so much ❤️

Kat has looked after our 4 rabbits on a couple of occasions now, most recently while we were on a 2 week holiday. I’m a worrier, especially when it comes to my fur babies, but I felt completely comfortable leaving them in Kat’s capable hands. She’s reliable, attentive, and clearly cares about animals. We loved receiving photos from her visits - she got some great ones which really captured their characters. I’m sure our bunnies are already looking forward to her next visit later this year!

Kat looked after our 2 cats whilst we were away for a few nights. We were initially a bit worried as we’d never used a cat sitter before but she immediately put our minds at rest. Kat was just amazing…extremely reliable, professional, friendly and a true animal lover. We loved receiving her daily photos and videos (great quality I must add) which gave us the reassurance that everything was fine. She expertly gave one of our cats his medicine (no easy thing) and was seen giving cuddles to our other ‘shy’ cat who typically hides away from strangers - we couldn’t believe it. A truly outstanding service for my small furries - I have five guinea pigs and two rabbits and was away abroad for a week. Cleaning out wasn't an issue, ventilating their room was no trouble, everything was left clean (they kick out some bedding) and I had daily updates, photos and videos and reassurance they were doing well. A truly caring and kind pet sitter, will definitely use again and would highly recommend!

I would recommend Kats petsitting services to anyone who doesn’t want to leave their cats in a cattery whilst away. Kat took extremely good care of our cat George for a week. We received twice daily updates and it was reassuring to know he was in such safe hands. On one occasion he didn’t turn up at dinner time - she let us know straight away and waited for him to return. We will definitely be using her services again!
