Brought my 6 month old Australian Shepherd in for a grooming with Bobby. Picked her up an hour later and she looked amazing! Bobby was courteous, professional, and handled my dog very well. I highly recommend requesting Bobby for your grooming needs.

Fur & Feathers is amazing! My mother passed away unexpectedly, and they took in her three dogs without hesitation until we were able to find good homes for them. I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

This place is great and have been coming here for over 15 years. They listen to your needs and requests and fully take care of your do with deshedding shaping nail trims and all kinds of different cuts to your liking. I have used Wally personally for years and I’m always impressed with how the dogs look upon completion. I’ve also used Gilbert but he has moved to the downtown location. Either way you are well taken care of. I have two Australian shepherds and for the whole day treatment it puts me back $140 but their trims last nearly all summer. Hope this helps. These people make sure your dog has the best and most fun experience. They personally tailor and cater to your dogs specific needs, and make sure it is taken care of. When we mention fur and feathers Ace gets wild and so exited. We can tell he is being loved and properly taken care of. Thank you!

Title: Extremely Dissatisfied with Grooming Service Review: ⭐️ I recently brought my German Shepherd to this grooming salon with high hopes for a proper grooming session. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. Not only did they fail to properly groom my dog, but they didn't even bother to shed her excess hair. To make matters worse, the entire process took a staggering 8 hours! I had to shed her myself again at home and unbelievable amount of shedded hair! Terrible service. See picture and video for proof. This was an absolute waste of my hard-earned money and precious time. I expected a professional establishment to understand the specific grooming needs of a German Shepherd, but it seems like they were completely clueless. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for the specific breed requirements left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise pet owners to steer clear of this establishment if they value their time, money, and the well-being of their furry friends. It's truly disappointing to come across such a subpar grooming service. My German Shepherd deserved better, and so did I as a paying customer.

Outstanding service. My bird loves staying here. Also, I had an emergency after work, as my bird plucks her feathers and caused herself a blood feather. When I called they told me to bring her right down, Manager Pam is amazing as she took care of it right away and even had a toy for my bird to take home. I highly recommend Fur and Feathers as they truly care about your pet. I appreciate the care they took with me and my bird!

My Husky loves going to daycare. I have never had any issues and the staff are so nice and handle Sven with love and care.

My mom was in the hospital and I needed to board her dogs for 2 days. They were able to accommodate my last minute request and also fit in a grooming appointment. My mom loves Fur & Feathers and now I know why…everyone I encountered was nice and professional. They remembered my mom’s dogs and greeted them by name! The true test is how happy the dogs are when arriving at Fur & Feathers. My mom was so happy to be reunited with her dogs a they looked fantastic after being groomed!

I left my fur baby there twice and I have nothing but great things to say. Every time I pick up my dog he is excited, has a wet nose and loves it when we go check him in. I have been to a few dog boarding places and this one by far is his favorite compared to the other ones! The other ones his energy is low, shakes and has a dry nose, so I am forever taking him to this one.

I apologize for the long review, but it is necessary to show how grateful I am for Sheena. I'm in the middle of moving and I didn't want to leave my dog home alone in a new house that she doesn't recognize, so I decided to board her here. I was definitely very nervous about her being away from us for so long because she has separation anxiety and takes medication. When I brought her in, the front staff was very kind and reassured me that she would be taken well care of. A few days later, I had called to see if I could visit with her and they said "Absolutely!" When I arrived, Sheena walked me to her suite and was telling me how great my dog is and that she's been getting her medication on time every night. Sheena let my dog out of her suite so I could spend some time with her. My dog has very high energy so she was jumping on me like crazy, and must of caught her paw pad on my jacket zipper which caused her to bleed a little. I asked Sheena if there was anything at the facility to wrap it. Unfortunately, there wasn't but she searched both buildings to find something to stop the bleeding. Her dedication and care made me feel like my dog is in excellent hands here. After I left, she let my dog out for an extra walk and washed her jacket. I left there feeling content with my decision of boarding her here. Fast forward to last night, I stopped by to drop some more food off and to see my dog. While visiting, my dog injured her tail by wagging it so much against the walls which resulted in a bloody wound. I informed the gentleman who was with me and he assured me that it would be taken care of. After I left, I sent a message to the business through their app about her tail, asking for a picture of the wound to see if I needed to take her to the vet. Sheena called me first thing in the morning and updated me on her tail and sent me pictures. She assured me that the wound was only on the surface and had already scabbed over. I thanked her for her help. The love and compassion that Sheena has for my dog shows that she truly has a great heart. I will definitely board here, again!

I really want to acknowledge Hailey and entire team at F & F downtown. Our labradoodle Jack has stayed multiple times with these folks while we are out of town. Everyone is excellent and so professional which definitely puts my mind to rest! Alex, Barry everyone just the best. Aside from boarding , Jack is groomed here by Hailey! She is WONDERFUL ! Kind, patient ..treats Jack as if he were her own. Thanks again Hailey - we SO SO APPRECIATE YOU!!

I'm so glad I came across this place! I was a little nervous at first as this was our first time ever leaving our husky for a whole week. We weren't sure how she was going to react and we were afraid she was going to think we abandoned her or something. Well I was wrong! She had the best time and made new friends and she behaved so well! They sent me a picture of her every other day and would let me know how she's doing. When we picked her up it was almost like she never missed us! She came to say hi to us and wanted to go back inside to play with her new friends. Lol!! We will definitely bring her back next time we go to Southern Cali for vacation. Thank you Fur and Feathers for taking good care of Stormy! 💕

Had a last minute weekend trip pop up on a Friday morning, and having just relocated to Bakersfield from Michigan two months ago, knowing no one here yet to watch our dog Hank, we were in a bind. I called around and this location helped me right away with getting booked! My interaction with them on the phone immediately put me at ease. We’ve never had Hank boarded anywhere and I was very nervous dropping him off but the facility and staff were so great, it really eased my worries. He’s a little guy, so I get nervous leaving him anywhere but the staff let me know how well he played with the other small dogs. They do a great job grouping the dogs together based on temperament and size. I am so glad we have a trusted place in town to take Hank now, and I’ll be scheduling an appointment to get him groomed as well.

We've been taking our dog to Hailey for the past couple of years to get groomed, and we absolutely love her. The facility is always clean & the employees are always friendly. The prices are definetely reasonable. They also offer many other things like boarding and day care. Hailey always does such a great job with our baby Bandit. A lot of people refuse to work with huskys, but Hailey is always so sweet and patient with Bandit. I have told many people about this place, and I always refer people with pets to Hailey for grooming.

Fur and Feathers are nothing but AMAZING!!!! Just yesterday I took Oreo and Buttercup (owner/surrender) fur babies to get groomed. Their fur was so matted and tangled. They looked so miserable with all the fur. I dropped them off at 9:00am and picked them up at 1:00pm, when I saw them for the first time after their hair cuts and baths they look like totally different dogs, so happy and full of life!!!! Such an AWESOME transformation!!! I highly recommend Fur and Feathers !!!!! Their prices are very reasonable as well, not to mention the friendly and loving staff, they will treat your fur baby like family!!!

I have my two dogs in day care with Fur and Feathers and they love being there. I love the care they are given and the grooming is excellent. I have one high energy and one low energy dog and they both get what they want/need and come home tired, happy and ready for more. thank you guys for caring about my pets as much as I do.

Please support this wonderful place. The people treat our Emmie with such love and patience. Emmie was abused real bad before my husband found her. Emmie cant handle change and she has separation anxiety . But she loves this place. They have helped her to come out of her shell a bit. Emmie still has problems and we are trying to help her. She has alot of fear. But Fur and Feathers has really helped her to not be so afraid. She still has along way to go. But with the help of her favorite place to go to Fur and Feathers she maybe someday maybe will forget abt all the horrible things that was done to her. Thank you so much Fur and Feathers!!!!

We got a puppy just a few weeks before we had to go on vacation so we were freaking out thinking “Who is going to take care of her when we are gone?” So, we did some research, read the previous reviews, called them up made an appointment for a day care visit so our puppy could try out the place before we actually made the choice to use them for boarding... we all took a leap of faith and, we made THE RIGHT CHOICE! Kona, our puppy, was received with love and was cared for so well that we decided to leave her there for the whole week we were out on our vacation. They posted pictures on their Facebook page about her having fun with her new friends, they were on top of her the whole time and they gave her the medication she was prescribed for a stomach ache she had. When we picked her up, our puppy looked like she didn’t miss us at all, our puppy made new human friends and furry friends and she was so happy. Now, we take her to day care every day so that she can see her friends and play all day while we are at work and when we pick her up she’s tired and takes a nice nap in the car... the next day she knows her routine and she’s happy to go back to day care. The staff is great, they already know her and they are all so nice to her. They keep track of her progress, let us know how she did during the day, accommodate any needs we have and just over all take care of her like we would at home. We highly recommend this place because simply dogs don’t lie, Kona comes home happy every day!

The staff were very kind and professional. They were extremely approachable and understanding of multiple calls to check in. However, I will not be going back because I do not feel like they had the knowledge to care for my bird, and I'm sure my pet had a horrible time. My first concern was upon arrival; my bird was to stay in a loud room with bigger, louder birds. Also in the room was a loud (small, yappy) dog, who's pen area was immediately adjacent to my trembling pet bird. I asked if the dog was going to be there the whole time, and they said "We can move him if you'd like?" and I said yes please! I got a well-intentioned email from the staff about halfway through the stay, with a picture of my pet and a caption to indicate that he is loving it there and is doing just fine. The picture was of my bird at the top corner of the cage, feathers puffed, trying to keep distance from the phone/camera that was taking the picture from INSIDE the cage. An experienced person would know not to intrude on his space. I came back a few days later to pick up my bird, only to find that the SAME DOG is still RIGHT next to his cage, barking incessantly! I asked if the dog had been housed right here this whole time and he said yes, and this employee was not aware of the concern about the dog I shared with the employee I had spoken to when I dropped off my bird! I immediately scooped up my bird to console him and get him to stop shaking, and I left without another word, NEVER wanting to come back. It's safe to assume my bird was so scared for several days and nights, and this suspicion was confirmed when my bird took two days to come out of his cage and start behaving normally. They are nice, well-intentioned people who clearly love all pets, but my assessment is that they need to follow through with what they promise clients, and to learn about bird behavior/etiquette. I have attached the photo they sent me. As you can probably tell, the camera is inside his cage, he is keeping his distance, his cheek feathers are puffed up, and his head is dead-on facing the 'threat' (camera) ready to bite, instead of head to the side to curiously eyeball the camera. You can also see the dog I asked them to move in the background!

I had brought my dog here while I had to travel for work for 4 days. Got back and picked him up and nobody mentioned anything about my dog being injured. The second I got home I realized my dog had a huge cut where the skin was actually hanging off of his nose that was packed with dirt. To me personally it looked like a dog bite due to the size and it being a half circle. I called and was told they had put him in a kennel that another dog had chewed up so there were sharp areas and they noticed him multiple times sticking his nose through where it had been chewed. then why didn't you move him to a different kennel??? Or cover that spot????? There is also no way they didn't hear him crying with how badly he was injured. It has now been over 2 weeks since we picked him up and the huge skin flap finally fell off and now my young dog is going to have a ginormous scar across his face because of the negligence of this business. If you love your animal, do not bring them here! Pictures start with the day we picked him up to yesterday when the skin fell off. The scar is going to be huge and is cover a lot of his face.

IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!! Minus Zero stars! This place should not be in business and should be investigated!! My dogs contracted Kennel Cough on their first and LAST stay. Unfortunately our only boarding place Fur and Feather Mill Creek pet resort had no availability and had to take them here but it’s a mistake I will NEVER do again. Employees and manager Tracy do not care! They have washed their hands with the waver that is signed upon drop off. My pets are my family and I cannot believe this business has the audacity to say they have never had a kennel cough case within all their years of business. They have no protocol in place for situations like this. I also plan on taking further action on this matter.

ZERO STARS! Do not take your pet here under any condition! We boarded our dog here because our favorite kennel, Fur & Feathers, had no availability. Our dog was here for 1 week and he was very healthy when we brought him here. We informed them that he does have a collapsed trachea and occasionally coughs when he gets excited, which is not a sickness. Upon picking him up, he came home with bloody diarrhea and SEVERE kennel cough. He was having trouble breathing when we picked him up and we immediately took him to Animal Emergency that evening. He was diagnosed with SEVERE KENNEL COUGH and bloody stool. He was given a shot, prescribed an antibiotic, and was given Panacur and Fortiflora for his stomach. He is also on cough tabs and canine aspirin. It has been 36 hours and he is not better at all. The OWNER is rarely at the kennel, according to the staff of 2 college aged girls. I made 3 phone call attempts, but the owner was never available. Finally, I made a trip back down to the kennel. The girl upfront called the owner for me to speak with. I spoke with the owner over the phone today. I was hoping she would be sympathetic to our situation, but that was the opposite of what happened. She was demeaning, accusing, arrogant, and wouldn’t hardly let me talk. I guarantee she will comment on this with an arrogant and disrespectful response, with 100 reasons why she is right and I am wrong. I am sickened by this whole experience. Please do not use this business, unless you also want a $357 vet bill, a very sick pet, and terrible customer service from the owner. Paws & Claws please remember the value of your customers feelings and concerns. You completely shut me down and tried to overpower my voice. It’s sickening… we of course will never return. Save yourself a massive headache and go somewhere else.

I love this place they help me and my dog when he was very very ill a few years ago and they have several payment options as far as the bill is concerned.

Best resort for my fur baby! The staffs are so sweet and always welcome my dog with big smiles. Another best thing is that they upload pictures of dogs and show how much fun they have there.

I’ve boarded my basset hound Kingston at Paws & Claws Pet Resort a few times & it’s a great place to take your pets, very clean & updated facility. I boarded him for a week & was worried about the longer stay, but the staff was great about giving updates when asked & I love the Paw Partner photo updates where you can actually see your pets play time & that they aren’t just stuck in a crate, they actually get attention, exercise, & play time. I will continue to be using Paws & Claws Pet Resort for my future boarding & day care needs!

My puppy loves this place, so I love it too. I've boarded her and also dropped her off for daycare. She's definitely opened up more and socializing with other dogs. Each time I drop her off she can't wait to get back there to play. Whatever toys or items I drop her off with, always make it back home. Staff post pics in their portal and respond to messages, they make check in and pick up a breeze. Highly recommend.

My two pups had their first ever boarding experience here. They seemed very happy when we came to pick them up after being away for 2 nights. I will definitely use them again for boarding… only bummer I would say is I sent them with 2 benebones to keep busy in the kennel and they came home without them. I always see posts of dogs during their stay and was hoping to see some of mine or emailed pictures but I didn’t receive anything. Other than that, I’m happy with the service. Thanks ladies!

Paws and Claws Pet Resort is the absolute BEST! I love their care for our paw babies & you can watch for photos on their site while you are gone - I also love seeing all of the dogs playing and smiling on their videos! Thank you for opening in this town - so needed :) 10 star Resort!!

Edit 12/7/22: We've taken our dog back a few times, and I think Charlie (different Charlie than the other review) is more excited to be dropped off than to be picked up. Very happy to have found this place! I'm not sure if my Yelp review will show up here, but the short version is that the people are great, the facility is still being finished but is already very good, and they clearly care about the dogs and their dogs' families. We may take our dog back for a day or half day just to hang out, he seemed to like it there so much!

My dog seem well taken care of. I didn’t notice any problem with my dog. It was their first pet resort and away home. I will have my French bulldog stay there again next time.

I was going on a family trip and needed babysitting for my 2 dogs. This place was affordable and my dogs were absolutely fine when I picked them up after leaving them here for 4 days. $180 for them to supply the food and a extra request is great with me for my two dogs and the staff was very friendly. I'll definitely use these guys again if I ever need my dogs watched after again.

My dog is a tricky older guy who I adopted w major separation anxiety+other issues and he THRIVES at Cowens. I think of it as doggy camp because he gets to be a dog all day. If you’re up to date on shots etc then it’s just maybe the smell, so get a bath/shave on the last day- their groomers are awesome. When Davey gets home he’s right back to his loving self, not acting weird as he had with other places (rovers etc) - cowens rocks. The staff genuinely care about the animals they look after and I trust them - have used now maybe 6 times (I’ve lost count) and will always go back to them. Worth the drive to Bakersfield. I never have to worry if davey is safe when I’m out on trips because I know he’s being well looked after

Open air boarding facility. My dog did well. Cowen's has been around a long time. I have boarded other dogs with them previously. Budget friendly. If your hiring a facility or petcare service to take care of your pets don't be lazy. Go check out the facility and meet the people in advance. Last minute arrangements for your pets is a bad idea so plan ahead. I have more bookings for my pup later this year.

Great service. They took care of my two dogs; one who does not like strangers, so I was concerned as to how well the staff would be able to care for him. To my surprise, they were able make friends with him and he was well cared-for. The staff is very passionate about what they do and their actions show it. The kennels are clean, large and well-kept. I have no problem leaving my dogs with them again.

I take my dogs here every time I leave town and they do a good job looking after them. My dogs are excited to go there which I see as a good sign and clearly like the staff. The prices are good and I've never had a problem. I take my dogs about once per month on average. I recommend to friends. A lot of reviews are decrying the grooming - I don't get my dogs groomed here. I typically bathe them after a stay. It is an outdoor kennel after all, and dogs smell after being outside. They have coverage from the sun for shade and misters, and there are houses to insulate if it's cold.

I searched for months for a place I felt comfortable leaving my k9 companion. Everyone seemed very caring & assured me my dog would be happy there & treated well with the best of care. My dog is my emotional support dog & even though it was very difficult leaving him I am so happy I chose Cowen's. They communicated with me with updates & photos through texts on a regular basis. Everyone took great care of him & he made many friends there. He was happy & in great condition when I picked him up!!! I recommend Cowen's Pet Resort to everyone😊

We have been bringing our cavaliers to Cowens since we got our first one 13 years ago. The staff has always taken great care of our fur babies and they have always been happy and well taken care of. We always have them bathed and they do a great job making them look and smell clean. The staff even made a point of calling us one time when our dog was not eating and even made her special food to get her to eat. It’s so nice to know my dogs are in good hands when we regretfully have to leave them.

We've been using Cowen's for about ten years now and our dog loves it. She gets excited as we pull in the driveway and can hardly wait to get into the office! We always hear good things about her when we come back and can tell that they've been attentive to her needs. I met a lady who used to work there once and when I mentioned what my dog would do she said that she would often see that kind of reaction. She said the pets love it there and the staff really loves animals.

All I can say is that Cowen's pet resort, is an amazing place to leave you dog over night(s). The staff are so welcoming and sweet! I am that kind of person who thinks of their pets as my children, and I want nothing but the best for my dogs. All I can say is my dog was dropped off happy and when I picked him up he was still happy. Which was just wonderful! The prices are affortable and the staff was nothing but kind of enough to let me know how my dog was doing. I am glad my dog was well taken care of! (:

Sara with Paws and Co is the only company and sitter that we trust with our pups. The communication is constant, we get pictures often; we trust her unequivocally. No better place to trust your beloved pups than Paws and Co, Sara is the best!!!!

Sara has truly been a life saver for me and my girls. She sends me pictures while I'm away, of my girls having fun and getting some cuddles. My mind is at piece when I'm at work and I know Sara will be coming by to walk, feed, and cuddle them. Would recommend 100%

Sarah was absolutely awesome. I had left my kitten at home for a small vacation to visit a location of totality during the 2017 eclipse this past week and needless to say I was worried sick the day I left. I bought a Nanny cam that brought me footage from where I was at but the signal was bad. Sarah made sure to give me daily updates so that I could know Nova was safe. One day in particular, my cat had knocked over a large framed picture off of my fireplace that I had totally forgotten to put aside in another room while cat-proofing my house before the trip. Glass got everywhere! When I told Sarah she came to the rescue, cleaned up the glass, placed the artwork back on the mantle, and checked my kitten's feet for any glass! I definitely recommend PawsNCompany!

I can not express how happy I am that I found this company! I work unpredictable hours and travel often. It was hard because I was forced to board my English Bulldog, and sometimes wouldn't get to see him when I arrive late at night because of the boarding hours. Not anymore...I fully trust Valarie, The first couple of days I watched her closely on the Nanny cams, who wouldn't right, but now, she has a spare key and her own alarm code to take care of my Dog WHENEVER I need it! I can call her last minute and she never fails me! She really goes the extra mile, she not only feeds and walks, but she will give him his vitamins, wipe out his kennel, check the home temp so he doesn't overheat and set up fans if needed, and even towel bathe him so he doesn't get itchy skin!! I highly recommend these ladies, such a wonderful and caring team. I hope they never ever go away!

I am so glad that I found this company. Valerie took excellent care of my cats. It is hard for me to leave them with just anyone. She went above and beyond and made sure that they were well taken care of.

We needed a place for our dog, Chibs, to stay for a few months and Sczyr's Kennel & Cattery did an amazing job. Not only did they care for my dog, but they opened up their hearts to him and really went above and beyond to provide a service not only for myself, but for Chibs, as well. The dogs at Sczyr's Kennel & Cattery have plenty of room to move around; inside runs are provided(with heating) and these are connected, via a small door, to an outside run, where your dogs can lounge about and even socialize with their canine neighbors. Exercise is provided for an additional, but reasonable fee; there's a huge yard where your dog can run about the grass, in the sun. Most importantly, the people working here clearly care about you and your dog's needs and really take the extra step to ensure your peace of mind and your dog's comfort. Overall, amazing staff, top notch facility and extraordinary service is the mark of Sczyr's Kennel & Cattery. And I'm not just saying that. I will definitely be back, should the need arise. Thanks again for everything, guys!

I showed up, unannounced, to drop off shot records for my dog, and was able to see the place. The dogs were in huge runs and the place was clean. None of the dogs seemed in distress. The staff was nice and welcoming. I left my dog during fourth of July and I asked how they were going to manage the anxiety. They said they have the dogs inside, and play music for them. When I picked up my dog they gave me updates on how she did and all staff came to say goodbye to her. It made me feel like they took time to care for my dog. My dog was happy and healthy.

We've been using Sczyr's for 1.5 years now for our dog and she loves it. They take good care of her and are inexpensive!

I had boarded my dog here before but when I picked him up today. His eyes were all funky and he’s weak. He’s walking wobbly. I’m praying he bounces back but not sure at this point

Excellent experience all three visits to the kennel. The first visit was a week long. The other two times, we put the dogs in the kennel overnight when we stay with family as we travel to and from Arizona. We have peace of mind knowing that the dogs are safe and well cared for.

The employees here are so good to our pets when we go away and cannot take them with us. Our dogs are happy to see them and never act strange when they get home which assures us that they are very well taken care of. Our doggies home away from home!

I had mt little snouzer pup here in Sept of 2009, told me that she would have plenty of space to sun, and taken for walks three times a day. When I returned to pick her up (unexpectedly) I found her to be in a small carrying kennel. When I asked the owner about she said the weather was bad and it was for security, it was overcast but not dangerous. I was pretty ticked, $20.00 a day and put in that small kennel.

Fabulous Owners and place They take such great care of my Australian Cattle dogs everytime they stay. I have used them for more than 10 years now. They have done all the training of my babies as well.

Good convenient service and the people are very caring understanding knowledgeable people and my dog Love's them he gets excited when they come to pick him up or when we get there to drop him off and my dog does not like most people

I have never used a pet sitter before and was reluctant to have someone come to my house while I was away. My cleaning lady used to come by and feed my cat. Recently, I decided to try a pet sitter and came across Kara Cares online. It couldn't have worked out better. It started out with a meet and greet with the owner and the sitter who was to be ours. It was love at first sight for the two of them (cat and sitter), in a manner of speaking. It was arranged that she would come by 3 times a day to feed and care for him and perform routine tasks. While doing so, she also sent updates and photos daily. I couldn't have been more pleased. Kara Cares also requests that you fill out a questionnaire with all the pertinent information about your pet with contacts and emergency information. It was very professional and I knew he was getting the best care. From now on I plan on using Kara Cares whenever I am out of town. Just ask Mr. Grady Lewis (pictured).

Hired the service this week for 4 days of pet sitting/check in. Very pleased overall. Simple, flexible and efficient process from start to finish. Initially started via email and then transferred to text messages for more convenient and quicker responses. Kara and the sitter first came by for intro visit to meet the pets and understand the lay of the land. Sitter came by to perform the tasks we discussed while I was away and she was so patient and attentive with my overly detailed instructions. Great communications, treated my pets like they’re her own so I definitely appreciate the love and care provided. They truly do care and I highly recommend the service 🙌🏽 Already booking them for my next trip!

Booked based on reviews and was not disappointed!! Kara and her Care crew came to our house to meet our two girls (cats). They took the time to learn our house quirks and territorial issues we were having after having just moved in. We came back to two very happy cats, like we had never left. They sent picture updates every visit which is great while traveling. We will be using their services again and highly recommend for anyone else looking for pet sitting in the area.

Kara provided incredible care to our fur babies! It started with a meet-and-greet where she spent 30 minutes at our house learning about our dogs and allowed us to get to know her. She sent messages the day of sitting to say she’s exciting to see the dogs and sent pictures and videos of her visit (both morning and evening visits). My wife and I had total piece of mind while out of town. Kara is our first choice for pet sitting.

Kara gave our pups the best quality care and love when she watched them. The time she takes to write notes, give them love, and check in with owners is beyond extraordinary. We are so thankful to have found her and we will be looking for more opportunities to use her services again in the future!

Gabi has boarded our baby Ruby a couple of times. Ruby does have some separation anxiety, yet Ruby did very well for Gabi. Gabi gave Ruby lots of love, attention, & cuddles. We were very pleased. I would give Gabi a 10/10. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter.

Gabriela is extremely accommodating with our scheduling needs. It’s nice to have drop-in visit options so our pets can be home where they are most comfortable. She stays in good communication and gives regular updates with photos. We’ve got a full house with 3 dogs, 2 cats, and she even checks on our chickens and collects eggs! Highly recommend.

This was first separation for me and my dog of 9 years who was never socialized as we are old and mostly stay home. I was scared but had to get away. I had great references regarding Gabriela pet sitting and after 9 days away we were all happy on return.. she sent pictures and updates and I am so happy and so was my little dog Mona. I was so hesitant to try out this pet sitting service. I have always kenneled my dogs at other facilities. I wasn’t sure about leaving them home with a pet sitting service but I liked the idea of having my two dogs at home since the last time I had kenneled them they were begging me to not leave them there. For me anytime an animal responds that fearfully is a bad sign that something bad has happened to them so I began to shy away from kenneling but what other choices did I have? I happened to see a post on Facebook where someone had asked about pet sitting and kenneling services and I read all the raves and recommendations people were saying about Stallion Springs Pet Sitting so I began to message Gabriella. I was scared and reluctant to try her services out but hey you gotta start somewhere so I scheduled her in. Oh my God!!! Did I make the right decision or what! She came over and introduced herself to my dogs and they immediately fell in love with her! Not one bark or growl!! I was amazed then hired her. The first visit I was on edge. I was away in Vegas for Christmas with my family and wasn’t sure how things were going to work out. But she arrived on time and took care of my babies according to my instructions. No problem no worries! It began to hit me that I had made the best decision for myself and my dogs. We are spoiled now. I can’t see going anywhere else for care. Thank you so much Gabriella!! We have had the opportunity to have my fur baby Poppy stay with Gabriel and believe me I was nervous to leave her anywhere. Gabriela is very professionally trained and has been very special to Poppy. She gets excited to seeing her every time we need to leave . Highly recommend and such a relief to know how much Poppy is loved.

Gabriela is a very caring person who took care of our two dogs for a week in her home while we were on vacation. We received daily updates and pictures which allowed us to know our dogs were being well taken care of. We look forward to our next trip knowing we have such a caring and safe place for our dogs to vacation.

Gabriella is so great with my pets! Even the shy ones come out when she gets here. She spends time with them instead of just dropping food. I have 2 dogs and 4 cats, plus I foster kitties as well. Lots of different diets and meds and she takes care of them with no issues. She has been able to accommodate me even with little notice. All around great work.

We have always trusted our pets in Konni's compassionate and capable care. These precious pets were not only mentally & physically stimulated; but, had personal one on one interaction with Konni. She takes the time to know their names, personalities, & likes, which enables our pets to have great ease when we have had to travel for business or pleasure. Konni watched two of my dogs while we were on vacation. She was fantastic! Really did such a great job taking care of them and putting us at ease while we were gone. Came home to happy, well taken care of dogs! Will definitely use her again, would highly recommend.

You cannot go wrong by hiring this sitter for your pets. She's licensed, bonded, and insured and will exceed your expectations. Konni's been looking after my cats for at least 8 years and I wouldn't leave them with anyone else. I know I can relax and enjoy my time out of town because my pets are in her excellent hands (and I am a super picky pet owner). It's great that my cats are glad to see me when I return, but it's equally great that they are always happy to see her. Cannot recommend enough.

Konni is the best pet sitter. We trust her with all of our pets and don't worry about them when we are away! She takes good care of our 3 cats, flock of chickens and our crazy dog! My dog loves her and acts really happy and excited when he sees her! I have boarded my cats and dogs locally before and they were visibly upset when I picked them up. I feel better leaving them at home in their own environment with Konni's help!

Konni did an excellent job caring for my “herd” while I was out of town. I loved that she was so organized and thorough when she met with me initially. This puts my mind at ease that they can spot of my dogs are sick and need to go to emergency. My oldest dog has epilepsy and Bre’s dog also had epilepsy so she is familiar with signs and how to handle it. All around super happy with them
