Kathleen was a fantastic sitter and Olive and Noodle miss her already. She was great about sending pictures and updates - never had to ask anything, she always beat us to it. She didn't assume anything that wasn't clearly stated - always asked us beforehand. She was great with our dogs - they immediately bonded with her and didn't want to leave her side. Denise was by far the best pet sitter we have ever had! She watched our two pups while we were gone for 3 weeks and took amazing care of our dogs and home. She took the time to ask questions and make sure she understood each dog’s needs as well as how to take the best care of our house before we left. She sent videos everyday updating us on how the pups were doing. We were so happy to see how much quality time she was spending with them and how much they loved her. Our dogs were so sad to see her leave and we can’t wait to have her back. Denise made sure that the house was in perfect condition when she left and treated our home as if it were her own. Lori is the best of the best! I would recommend her 100 times over! Lori is great at communicating and our dogs were extremely happy. She was very attuned to our dog’s anxiety and did a great job making the dogs feel safe and loved. The house was spotless when we returned. Lori also had the job of taking care of my numerous plants. I have to say the plants look better when I got home than they did before I left😂 Lori has a green thumb. Lori is so kind and just a wonderful person. We initially accepted Deirdre and Jason for a long stay to look after our dogs. We were very happy they accepted. A few weeks later we realized we needed another sitter for another trip we had planned. So, we posted more dates on zeewoi. To our happy surprise, Deirdre and Jason reached out to us saying they could also look after our dogs and home with the new dates we posted. This made our life much easier and we were very confident to have Deirdre and Jason stay longer with us and care for our dogs. We were definitely right!! D&J have countless experiences on zeewoi with very good reviews from all of their previous sits. They are very experienced with all aspects of a house/pet sitting. D&J are very self-sufficient, have the background knowledge and education of pet care, and most importantly a genuine love for all animals. This is most important for my wife and I. We knew from the first meeting with our pups they loved animals. Communication was excellent. The process before and during our sit was stress-free for us. We were given daily updates on our dogs including photos and videos. Any concerns D&J had were vocalized to us. D&J are also problem solvers and know how to react many challenging situations. Our routine for our pets was followed immaculately and all dogs were very happy and connected with them. Even our female dog Kinki grew close so quickly with D&J which is very rare. We had ZERO issues while we were gone and we were able to really enjoy our trip while we were away. The dogs definitely love being around D&J. Homecare: We are very pleased with the condition of our home when we returned. It was clean, free of clutter, and exactly how we had left it for them, if not even better! D&J even mowed our grass and took care of our yard! Our yard is not a small garden. It is very big and takes hours to mow. So we were very surprised and excited to know they did that for us even though it's not expected of our sitters!! They definitely went above and beyond what is expected. Our dogs are so very important to us. When we know we can trust our sitters it's the best feeling in the world. We definitely trust Deirdre and Jason with our most prized possessions and we look forward to the next sit with them in a few days!!! I was fascinated from this new dog boarding facility. From entering onwards you feel very taken care and everything is handled professionally. It is a very clean and non-smelly environment. The cages are very big compared to other places so my doggy would not feel uncomfortable. Also, every dog has his own kennel so there's no chance for discomfort. I am definitely recommending Holidays on paws to everyone.
I say this place is a 10/10 while i was away on work field or some business trip, i don't know where to take care of my buddy. I charge straight in to register for my buddy in Dog hotel. The shop owner was so nice and passion to his work. They feed him well, play with him so it won't felt lonely or left out. Though I only just book 3 days for my buddy, but when I came back and pick him up, looking at my buddy that is all well and good and very healthy, I say I give this 5 Stars to marvelous Dog Hotel, and of course I thank them for taking so much care of my buddy for me.

Went to ‘Holiday on Paws’ with my darling Airedale Terrier, Whisky. The owner there was so kind and friendly. She gave us both a tour of the place and Whisky immediately felt warm and at home. Although Whisky only stayed a night, the owner was very responsive when I called to check in. Will definitely use Holiday on Paws in the future.

My cat currently boarding there for medical care due to Sporo. QQ treat my cat with so much loving and care as if he’s at home. I was worried that my cat might feel stress due to long stay, but thanked god he seems to enjoy the treatment process and happy.The place is so clean and cosy my cat just love it! The team at QQ pet boarding were great. Our dog was well looked after and cared for. They were also happy to give our dog special attention since she is very nervous when meeting new people and new dogs. They also kept the environment very cool and clean!

The best cat hotel in Penang! I've boarded my 3 cats at Catsville Lodge many times over the years, most recently in July/August 2024, and always have 100% peace of mind as I trust them to look after my beloved 13-year old cats like their own babies. I get video updates every day when I'm travelling, and can see that they are always very well looked after. They are safe, happy and healthy and allowed out to explore their very nice surroundings, which is great stress relief for them when they're not at home. Thank you Adrian and the team at Catsville Lodge, appreciate your excellent care always. I highly recommended Catsville Lodge for all pet parents who are looking for the perfect home-away-from-home for their beloved pets.
(Updated June 2024) From December 2023 to June 2024, I've already used Catsville Lodge 5 times! They have started a pet taxi service, so their driver/caretaker picks up my cat at my condo and takes her to Catsville Lodge. So convenient!!! The team at Catsville Lodge has taken very good care of my cat, so it takes less time for my cat to get used to the new environment compared to when I first took her there. Right after check-in she is usually unhappy and grumpy, but by day 2-3 she seems to be comfortable and happy. They keep the cats in the cubicle on day 1, but from day 2 on they let them out all day, including at night. They have a security camera on standby, so if anything happens, someone will rush to the scene. Finding a reliable boarding facility like Catsville Lodge gave me a lot of freedom to travel. Without it, I would have had to shorten my trips. My sincere thanks to everyone at Catsville Lodge! ========================================== It took my cat about a week to adjust to a new environment. She didn't eat or use the litter box the first day. But once she got used to it, she seemed so relaxed and showed her true self to the caretakers. Catsville Lodge sends photos and videos of your cat every day, which gives you peace of mind. At the end of her 17 day stay, she didn't want to leave Catsville Lodge and tried to run away from me and hide under the bed! I can't thank them enough for being so patient and taking such good care of her. I will be leaving my cat again with them in March when I'll be in my home country.

A lovely, caring environment which feels like a playschool whilst your fur babies vacation there. We’ve entrusted our 2 cats to Adrian 4 times over 2 years and could not recommend Catsville more highly. All the staff are attentive and really do know every cat. The cattery is super clean with an interesting road view and tons of climbing posts, toys, baskets, chill out nooks and they are well fed and treated. When our elderly cat Suki was unwell, they Immed called us overseas. They were prompt in delivering her to our regular vet and, without us knowing, even paid the vet’s RM600 deposit for boarding and meds.
It has been a nice experience for our cat at Catsville Lodge. The environment is conducive and our cat is well taken care of. We will return to Catsville Lodge at the next opportunity.
Wonderful place my fur baby called home for 2.5 weeks! They took great care of my fur baby while i visited my human baby😅. Nothing was too much trouble for them. When my cat refused her wetfood, they arranged for a video call from across the miles so that I could talk to her. She was sent home by the pleasant owner himself, when I got home to a flat car battery. She returned home with her shiny, thick and clean gingerly coat, her usual layers of fat, and her great ‘felinality’. Thanks so much, Catsville Lodge family!

Adrian and his team took great care of our baby kitty while we were travelling. Report and daily video as well as pictures to update us on our kitty's stay with them until we returned. Our kitty had a great time and we couldn't thank them enough for the care given to her. Definitely recommend Catsville Lodge if you're heading out and need a sitter. Your baby are in great hands. I gave specific instructions regarding to the care of our kitty and it was followed to the T. Price wise, very reasonable too! The space was clean and tidy, I could see all of the other cats there in cleaned condition and no odor in the space. Which was what convinced me out baby will be well looked after. This is my go-to groomer for my dog since puppy days. I sent my dog for boarding (5days) not long ago and the owner, Mr Wong took great care of my dog throughout his stay there. My dog refused to eat, drink or move around as it was his first time being away from us. Mr Wong took extra effort to hand feed my dog food and drinks to make sure he eats his meal properly. He sent us daily updates about our dog which made us felt more at ease while being away. We are very grateful for all the attention and patience even though our dog was being fussy. Thank you very much.

I sent my cat for grooming. Normally, she resists other people, but surprisingly, she was very comfortable with the chinese lady staff at this shop, and the staff is also patient about pet. I do not recommend this pet store. It is very irresponsible and unloving towards dogs. Booked a spot for cupboard boarding and i find out that they left my dog in a crate overnight. My dog is shaking after spending the night with other dogs and im thinking maybe those good reviews are fake

Highly recommended. Great experience in Bow Wow Pet Hotels. It is an one-stop pet centre, it is not only a pet grooming centre and pet hotel, it also is a pet friendly cafe. They provides coffee and tea with reasonable price. Can have a cup of aroma coffee or tea while waiting for your pet grooming. Pet groomer is having a good skill. My rabbit is severely matted, after get it clipped by the professional groomer, its fur becomes smooth and neat again. Definitely will come again.
