I’ve used 3 sitter so far with Rover, & Melanie was by far my favorite! I would absolutely want to book with her again in the future! She was so sweet & loving to my girls & very attentive about sending lots of updates & pictures. My dog Dakota has always come home with “kennel nose” after any kind of boarding from being anxious & rubbing her nose. This was the first time we’ve ever gotten her from a sitter & her nose been completely normal! So I just know she felt very loved & well cared for during her stay. Melanie also did fantastic with my elderly dog & all her medication needs. 10/10 recommend!!

Positively Pets Boarding has cared for my one-year-old Mini Australian Shepherd in the form of drop-in visits and most recently, boarding at their home. Knowing my dog was a bit reactive which is common with the breed at a young age, Cristina knew precisely how to mitigate that nervousness and within a very short time, my dog was socializing with the other dogs beautifully. My Mini Australian Shepherd was having so much fun resulting in a more relaxed demeaner as seen by the many videos that were sent to me while I was away on vacation. Also noticed a difference when she returned home as well which was amazing. I've had many dogs in my life and used other boarding facilities in the past and Positively Pets Boarding is by far the best experience for both pet and owner. I had the utmost confidence that my dog was in the best hands which is priceless because of how much we love our pets. Thank you, Positively Pets Boarding and Cristina!

From the moment I met Cristina she has been nothing short of amazing. I was a little nervous leaving my golden retriever because he does have a hard time adjusting to new environments and other dogs but Cristina made him feel so comfortable and he did perfectly! She has also done drop ins for me for both my pups. She’s so good with the dogs, trustworthy and best of all her communication is top notch!

Cristina would be the only person I would completely trust with my dogs! She treats them as they’re her own which is rare nowadays! Her love and passion for animals is out of this world! Not mention her veterinary technician background! It makes me feel safe leaving my dog in her care! 10/10 recommended. You won’t regret it!

Cristina has been AMAZING! We booked her services to drop in daily for 6 days to check on my cats. You could tell right away her love and passion for animals. I provided some instructions but i felt at ease knowing she knew exactly what to do. I got daily videos and pictures of my cats while i was away! She gave them rubs as often as she was allowed lol! I’ve known Cristina for years and fully trusted her with my puppy. As long as I’ve known her she’s always LOVED animals. She sent me updates daily and lots of pictures and videos. She provides pups with plenty of exercise and a yard to play in. She also makes sure all dogs are up to date with vaccines. I highly recommend her!

Rosa, is great with our pets and always keeps us updated on our two Frenchies. We've been using her for the last two years, and she is very reasonably priced. There is plenty of space for your pets to run and there is enough shade where they can relax when they need to. Additionally, the space is very clean and well taken care of.

Really sweet, took care of my German shepherd really well, along with sending pictures and videos every few hours. Place is very clean, and the dogs seem to genuinely enjoy staying there, and just overall a great place for your dog to stay at while you’re away.

Best boarding place ever! I trust them and Mr. Fluffy loves them. Don't look any further, if you want a place for your fur baby that feels like home this is their home away from home.

We had to travel last minute for a funeral and after looking at reviews I found JR dog sitting. Thank God. Rosa and her husband took such good care of our Golden Retriever. She would send me pics and videos and I saw he was happy. From the moment he got there you could tell they love dogs and I felt completely at ease leaving him there for the time needed. Will definitely book them again when we need a dog sitter.

My frenchie had a really fun time here. The backyard was spacious and had lots of shade. They were super loving with my pup and stuck to his routine. The prices are great and they are super flexible. I highly recommend them to take care of your dog.

I was extremely pleased with their care for my chocolate labrador Elliott. I had to find a last minute sitter for four days, and they were very accommodating with my situation. Overall great service, great care, I also received video updates constantly to know that Elliott was having a great time.

Hectors pet service he provided was incredible. I left for 1 week out of town on a family trip and left my 2 dogs with hector. He was constantly giving updates and pictures from him and his team and the time spent with my dogs was incredible. My dogs were happy and energized when i returned home to them and I could tell they were in good hands. Would definitely recommend Hector from now on and will be trusting him with my dogs from now on.

Wow! I’m at a loss for words. I have always had trouble finding a dog sitter for my 7 dogs when I go on trips because usually no one is willing to deal with all of them. However after I booked Hector I don’t think I will have to look any further not only did he feed, walk, and cleanup after my dogs but he gave me daily updates and went the extra mile and even dropped off an extra toy. This was a magical experience and I would 100% recommend to all of my friends and family.

Friendly staff but it took me 3 hours to get my dog for Pawventures. I waited because I really wanted to take a dog out. Ended up taking Nikky to the beach( Her id is A2076633), it was worth the waiting, she is adorable and was so happy to out and about

Great service! Buddy loves Fatima and loves to stay over her home. I feel comfortable and Fatima is a trustworthy sitter. Daniel also comes over as well to walk Buddy when I'm stuck at work. I use both of their services. I like that it's a home environment and I don't have to worry about leaving him in a facility.

I was going away for a weekend and needed to leave my puppy in overnight care. I looked into Paws Miami and was happy to see the good reviews and the description of puppy care I could expect for my dog. I met Fatima two days prior to departure for a meet and greet. She and her dog Argos seemed really loving and I felt sure that Dubai would feel welcome. He did. Fatima was great, sent me pics throughout the time I was away and kept me posted on my puppy the whole time. Dubai was really happy when I picked him up. Really happy with the service and would highly recommend the service to everyone.

Fatima was an excellent dog sitter! We are in Miami for the winter and spent a long weekend in the Keys. Fatima was great from the moment we met for an introductory meeting to helping us set up our account to sending us photos of our dog while watching him. Paws Miami has been wonderful for my family and exactly the kind of trustworthy care we needed for our Golden, Milo. Katie is so personable and really will make you feel at ease right off the bat. It is clear she has lots of experience and is very talented with even the most difficult dogs. Fatima has been walking my dog, Mailob for almost 2 years and she’s so nice. Mailob, gets so excited when he sees her. I’d also like to state how her cage free boarding services are a plus, whenever I leave out of town, I know Mailob is in great hands; she keeps me up to date, whether she sends me a text throughout the day and/or sends me pictures/videos. I would highly recommend Paws Miami & their excellent service.

Original communication via email with Fatima going over my specific needs and questions got answered within a day. I was excited to meet her and hopeful to schedule boarding services. Our original meet and greet was rescheduled (she said she never does this) As a dog sitter myself this was a red flag but I decided to believe the situation and reschedule the meeting, we met all seemed well Fatima was nice and friendly. The house was undergoing some roofing repairs so my pup was skiddish and a little uneasy so I really wanted to schedule a second meet and greet to make sure my dog was comfortable with her in her home. Communication with her seemed unimportant as it took her a while sometimes days to respond to text messages. our second meeting she again asked to reschedule I asked for the next day any time (she originally said Sunday would be a good day for her) but I never heard back. It was a week until my trip and I was freaking out and now I had to rush to find another service to board my dog I would never do this to my clients and don't expect to be treated like this. She text me the next day that we could meet that afternoon and I nicely explained I was taking my dog to another sitter I did not get an apology or any sympathy for her flaking on me simply no response again. She is probably a good sitter to her existing clients. I'll never know

Every time I leave town Fatima the first person I go to so she can take care of my dog Polamalu and Polamalu always gets really excited when he stays with Fatima. I trust my Polamalu more than anybody and when I see him excited with Fatima I know his in good hands HIGHLY recommend!! Paws Miami!

We recently hired PAWS and Dante to do in-home check-ins with our cat while we were out of town. I have no hesitation recommending them for in-home cat care. The service was very secure, and they gave us photo updates of our cat while we were gone. Will use them again without hesitation.

These people are most kindest loving people and will treat your dog with love! They took care of my three dogs while I was facing a hard situation and looking for a new place to live, and finally when I got my apartment, my three dogs were perfectly taken care of. The front staff is kind and the people that work there. Nelly was so gracious and helpful and always kept me updated on my fur babies. I was hesitant to go on a vacation abroad as I had never left my bay with anyone. Let me tell you that the level of service is outstanding at Canine Country Club. I have left my baby with them twice and I can tell she loves it there. The staff is amazing they show great care for the animals. The facility is spotless. Our dog spent 3 days here to get an US rabies vaccination after flying in from Brazil. The staff are great. It’s a very busy time with all the new CDC regulations but they made the experience as pleasant as could have been possible. We are thankful. Absolutely horrible experience. I would go as far as saying what has occurred is dog abuse. For one, this is the second time we get the same response regarding our dogs and how they are doing. “It’s raining, so we currently aren’t able to take the dogs out.” We gave a bag with treats and toys, and left it in a specific order. The bag came back exactly how it was dropped off, untouched. Upon arriving home, one of our dogs went straight to poop three times in a row. He has NEVER done this, even when staying home all day. Also, he peed three times as well. Another one of our dogs came back limping, and extremely depressed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!

We are sooo thankful for Ceci and her staff! Canine country club was taking care of our sweet baby boy when he needed to be quarantined for 2 days. Ceci and her staff took such a good care of our puppy and accommodates us when we were facing great hardships. Highly recommend their facility! Thank you Ceci!!!

I have no bad things to say about canine country club. I’ve taken my dog multiple times and he always returns in great conditions and very loved. The workers are very attentive and loving and will go out of their way to make sure your dog has the best experience possible. I recommend this place to everyone!!

Unfortunately Petlimo was not very responsive when concerns came up like certain document requirements but they were responsive when it came to payments. There was a time when all my calls were going to voicemail and their message said they would respond within 48hrs but they didn't respond for almost a week. This isn't optimal with such a dynamic situation as shipping a pet internationally.

In regards to taking care of my dog, they were very good. Friendly environment and well kept. In regards to communication with the company needs improvement.

Very pleased with their quarantine services, price were clear, handled our let with care and love but more importantly fast and very professional service. Very recommended!

I dropped off two dogs for a 6-day stay due to my house being tented for termites. The staff person who checked me in was professional, courteous and very reassuring. On several occasions, I have used Canine Country Club boarding. Highly recommend

Lourdes has been grooming my dog for years, she is amazing. My dog always smells great for a long time. She does her haircut just how I like it, purrfection! Lourdes is the only one that will ever groom my baby. You can't go wrong when trusting her with your fur baby

I recently moved to the area and I super happy that I found them. They are great with grooming and I just used them for boarding. First time I leave my little ones and they were great. I even got pictures and text messages. I recommend them to everyone !!

We have a Belgian Malinois named Rocky and we had a bad experience at another boarding place and he was kind of traumatized but here at Pepe Le Pouch he is just always so happy when he gets there, we take him for boarding several days and he always comes so happy and clean, I loved how they always groomed him, they have like an special shampoo made by the owner that makes his hair so soft… the owners are wonderful people and with a lot of knowledge on every breed… all the staff are really friendly, unlikely other places where even my dog refuses to enter !!!! Just give them the opportunity and you will see the results !!!

First time using the boarding and grooming. Loved loved the care they had with our Lola. We had a bad experience with another groomer but Pepe le Pooche took very good care of our furbaby. Highly recommend.

I have been debating writing this review for a while, but ultimately decided I have to. We had been taking my dog here for about 2 years. All was going well aside from how long it would take from drop off to pickup. I went to pick up my dog and the male groomer told me “she was a bit of a bother today”. I thought nothing of it and took her home. When I got home, I had discovered that on the back of both of her hind legs she was cut up. And not just a little cut. Long rectangular like strips on the back of her legs. I was absolutely horrified. I will never bring my dog here ever again and will warn others not to take your dog here. All it takes is one bad experience.

Love this place! A beautiful location with professional staff. Took my girls for a teeth cleaning and they were great. Not to mention all the cool accessories and treats they carry. Perfect to spoil your fur babies. Would recommend this place 10/10.

I had high expectations about this place but my experience was not the best. I left my dog for 6 days there expecting messages and photos daily to get updates about him, his meds and food. Was his first time away from family. I had to call them multiple times to ask for pics or updates and the answers were “we will send you photos right after this call” and they never did that. during 6 days I just got a blurry pic 2 days after my call and 1 extra the day I landed. They never reply my emails and I had horrible vacations cuz all the time thinking about my dog. I definitely will not use this place for hotel anymore and will not recommend this service.

This dog walking service is a lifesaver! My dog loves the walkers, and they always send updates and photos during the walks. The staff is reliable, and my dog gets plenty of exercise. Prices are a little high, but the peace of mind makes it worth it.

Michelle and her company are incredible. I have been using her cat drop-in services since 2020 and she has taken such good care of my babies. She always sends pictures and updates when I am away which sets me at ease. She adjusts her schedule based on when I’m coming back from a trip so that my kitty doesn’t have to be lonely for long and she always makes sure that I arrive home safely! She is so kind, caring, and reliable, I trust her 100% to care for my kitties. Her prices are super reasonable too. For any pet sitting services you require, stop looking bc Michelle is THE BEST.

Michelle was great! She sent me daily updates of my dog Peanut to let me know how she was. She was in the comfort of her own home not a bare wire cage. I saw photos and videos of her daily on her walks and play time. She got to be with her friends in the neighborhood both cats and dogs, she wasn't lonely. I have used Smooch Your Pooch Petsitting Service for 5 years. I feel very comfortable knowing my three dogs are in caring and capable hands. While I’m at work, my dogs are walked and cared for by Michelle. If she notices something out of the ordinary with any of the dogs, Michelle texts and sends me a photograph of what it is. My dogs love Michelle and I feel very fortunate to have such wonderful care for my dogs.

We had a great first boarding experience with Somi. They took great care of our pup, and the prices aren’t bad. We boarded him during a weekend trip and they sent us pictures/ videos of him during playtime and they have webcams available so we were always able to check in on him whenever we wanted (day or night). Facility was super clean and staff was very friendly. We are now planning to take him back for doggy day care and will definitely be using them for future boarding needs as well. Highly recommend.

I wouldn’t want to leave my dog anywhere else. My baby is a 2 year old Dutch Shepherd with a lot of energy. Somi has the space and the right staff to make sure she has her needs met. The staff really makes this place what it is! They treat the pets very well and take the time to understand what they need and adjust to their personality. They also send pictures and videos during her play time which really helps with peace of mind. I would definitely recommend to everyone!

Unfortunately, the resort lied when we inquired if our dog had picked up an eye infection during her stay. A superior of the SoMi Pet Resort stated, and will likely reply to this review stating, that (coincidentally) the eye infection was never observed during the dog’s stay, including the “bath & inspection” on the final day. Interestingly/Mysteriously/Miraculously, we noticed intense discharge in the dog’s eyes as the dog handler brought the dog to us, and again in the parking lot of the SoMi Pet Resort (which of course is located several miles away from SoMi/South Miami, the name is used as a clever marketing gimmick to signal luxury and safety). Despite having access to 2 emergency contacts, along with the Vet’s information, we were never made aware of the eye infection until we had to discover it ourselves only moments after the final “bath & inspection”…. As you all know, a lingering eye infection can result in permanent damage to the dog’s eyes. Our dog had clear signs at the moment we retrieved her and were alarmed enough to go back inside and ask management - they denied any knowledge of an infection, despite clear, “visible to the naked eye,” evidence to the contrary. Based on their disinformation, we now have no idea how long our dog has been infected. To the second lie: we visited the pet resort twice prior to our trip and received in-person verbal confirmation, as well as a 3rd confirmation over the phone, that the dog would receive 2-hours of play time. It was not until my emergency contact visited the “resort” (more like dog prison with little jail cells resembling a dog shelter covered in urine) that they informed us the dog was receiving only 1-hour of play time due to it “being the summer.” Again, an extreme chance coincidence that this was not readily addressed until *after* the dog had checked-in to her little doggie jail cell and the charges began accruing….you will likely hear back from a “Samantha” or a “Michelle” to dispute this review …. But I challenge you to ask yourself, “why would a friendly dog owner take the time to write this review if these statements are not factually accurate?” Again, this location is nowhere near south Miami and is in fact in the lower demographic and higher crime area near coral way and 79th Avenue. I will give credit to them that they sent a thorough response to my complaints — of course they denied any and all liability and knowledge of these disappointing actions (LOL) It is cute the dogs play with other dogs, but “resort” is a term used loosely…imagine the dogs stay in tiny prison cells…picture a typical animal shelter, but with less space inside the room and less separation between cages. When we toured the space the dog stays in there was actively urine dripping from one dog’s cage into another dog’s cage, separated by a 12”-24” aisle. And yes, we paid for ann expensive option - the private doggie room, etc. Sad, to say the least. I do laugh to myself when I think they had the “nerve” to write in an email to me that they didn’t notice discharge while the dog was in their custody, and that the sickness and eye discharge must have MAGICALLY appeared between the moment we took the dog and arrived at our car in the parking lot. Proceed with caution, you’ve been warned ….

I picked up my sister’s dogs with her today and I just have to say this place is 10/10. They gave her a report card on both of her pups during their visit and even how they ate everyday. The staff also posted videos of them on their story so we were able to see them having fun while we were away. All I can say is the staff is great, place looked clean, and all of the doggies looked so happy there.

We recently relocated to The Great State of Florida from California. I took our two German Shepherds to Somi today. I rarely ever write a review, however Somi deserves a shout out for sure. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the facility. It was so clean and extremely well managed. Our GSD's had a great time and cannot wait to go back.

Somi Pet Resort is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and always makes you feel welcome. The facility is very organized, and I love how clean everything is. You can tell they really care about the pets and their customers. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to care for their furry friends!

I love this place but unfortunately my dog got kennel cough while he was there for 4 days. I spoke to someone at the front desk after we took him to the vet . The girl at the front desk told me it’s like dropping your child at daycare you never know what they will come home with. It really not what I wanted to hear. Unfortunately I don’t think we will be going back .

I absolutely love this place for overnight stays. Before my puppy was spayed and could be in the general population, they boarded her in a lovely private room and she had solo play time setup with a staff member. They have great add ons for enrichment and wonderful customer service. I recently boarded her and selected the pool activity for her. She loves to swim and run around. When I picked her up I noticed she came home with raw paw pads and was worried so I emailed them about it and within MINUTES the manager Cullen or Collin (sorry) called me to provide insight. He was very knowledgeable and let me know why some puppies can get that (less calloused feet. etc.) and also added extensive notes to her chart. He told me the staff will be mindful of her sensitive feet and provide extra check ins when she’s playing in the pool from now on. This company actually cares about your fur babies.

We are traveling the states and needed to find a place for our two pups to have a good time while we went a few places. From beginning to end this place was absolutely amazing!! They pampered and lived our doggies, even when they were timid to meet new people. They went above and beyond to make this experience phenomenal for all involved!!

Hi my name is Catalina I left Lucca on Thursday the 13th and went to pick him up Monday the 17th, I requested that he gets a blowout for when he gets out of the pool so he doesn't get hot spots but that wasn't the case, after i pick him up he wouldn't stop scratching his face and ears and during the day and night he wouldn't stop vomiting. We took him to the vet this yesterday morning where we spend $751.78 to find out he has hot spots all over his face and an ear infection. I spoke with one of the managers yesterday and she said she would refund me the $21 blowout were should have "prevented" the hot spots. I don't think it's fair for me to spend $309 for the stay that they had with you plus $751.78 for the vet bill and just get $21 as a refund. I get a call this morning from the same manager saying that the refund cannot be done and he already came like that, he stayed 4 days with you guys and saying it's my fault that my dog look like this where I paid $21 for him to get dry so this doesn't happen. Do better on your customer service because I wanted to speak with the general manager and I cannot do that until Friday.
