If my dog could choose where to live forever, it would definitely be at All For The Wag. Honey has been going there for almost a year now, and she absolutely loves it. Every time we arrive, she can’t wait to get inside and play—she literally pulls me toward the door and does her best to sit patiently while I check her in. Jen and Briant are incredibly trustworthy, and they’ve given me complete peace of mind about leaving my girl in their care. What sets All For The Wag apart is their outdoor play area, which Honey absolutely adores. She spends her days running around, having a blast, and comes home completely tuckered out. As they say, a tired pup is a happy pup—and after daycare, Honey is both tired and thoroughly happy. I also appreciate the flexibility they offer with full-day and half-day options, which fit perfectly with my schedule. I honestly can’t recommend All For The Wag enough. If you’re lucky enough to join their pack, you and your pup will love it!

The absolute best doggy day care! Jen, Briant and the whole team take such great care of Nala and I couldn’t ask for a better place than AFTW. We have been going here for almost a year now and Nala absolutely loves it. They are super reliable, offer great flexibility, have a nice indoor/outdoor area and post a bunch of pictures of Nala each time she goes which I love and look forward to every time! They genuinely care and create such a great environment for all the pups and I’m so happy we found them and can call them a second home.

The best daycare! The most important thing to me with a doggy daycare is that I trust the owners. All for the Wags is run by the most lovely husband and wife who are true dog people. Briant used to train my dog when she was a puppy, so when I heard he was running a daycare, I knew my puppy Winnie would be safe there. Winnie is always so happy to go and they post the most adorable photos throughout the day so I can see what she is up to. The photos really make my day and show that she is getting a lot of attention and is in a safe environment. They recently moved to a new location and there’s so much space. If you’re a crazy dog mom like me, you can trust that All for the Wags will take good care of your dog.

I can’t say enough good things about AFTW. The staff are incredibly caring and always respond quickly to any questions I have. My puppy Sabre absolutely loves it here, and I feel so much better knowing he’s in such great hands, especially on hectic days when I can’t give him all the attention he deserves. He’s obviously happy and excited to go, and passes out immediately when he got home :) They consistently send plenty of adorable photos, and they’re there every single day, including holidays, which has been such a lifesaver!!!!! The only place I trust to leave my pup. Were recommended by friends (and even strangers at the vet) and I’ve already recommended it to my friends. Thank you for being a second home for Sabre and for giving me peace of mind every time he’s with you!

As a new mom going back to an office after having worked from home the past 3 years All for the Wag is a lifesaver for our energetic Bernedoodle. The facility is great and the pick up drop off options are awesome especially as I do not have a car. Their daily pet journals are always a treat to be able to see what Ollie is getting up to with all his friends. You can tell the team really cares about the dogs and their scheduling portal and communications makes coordinating Ollie’s stays super simple. If you’re looking for a safe space for your pets in Jersey City look no further!

All For The Wag has been a life saver and game changer for our Bernedoodle pup, Henry. He joined at four months old for daily Playcare and occasional Sleepovers. Jen and Briant are not only welcoming and responsive, but also helpful in giving advice on raising Henry through their experience. Jenn and Briant are quick to respond via text, their platform for booking is easy to use and their facility is clean and organized (the white floors!). The daily pictures bring us afternoon joy and Henry comes home exhausted and ready for a nap and ready to get back at it the next day. As a puppy, it has helped socialize him to other dogs and his play skills have improved over time. From apple picking to costume parties, he certainly lives the good life at AFTW!

All For The Wag has been a life saver. We have a pup with anxiety and a lot of individualized needs. Jen, Briant, and their entire team have been SO patient, understanding, and accommodating. They have helped our very shy girl build confidence. The care they provide is so personal and attentive. We know she is truly in the best hands when she goes for daycare or overnights. AFTW is one of the few environments outside our home where our dog has really learned to feel safe and trust. We are so grateful to have found them! Cannot recommend enough!

As a first time dog owner, I was incredibly nervous about overnight boarding when I had to travel for work. I am SO lucky to have found Briant and Jenn through their puppy training class. They are both so passionate about what they do and incredibly caring. Roman absolutely loves going there! They're very communicative and share photo updates each day during his stay that put my mind at ease. Their pickup/drop off service is a life saver. 10/10 recommend!

As a first time dog owner I was very nervous to leave our six month old puppy for a weekend prior to discovering Dogboken. Dogboken put my mind at ease by sending me a ton of photos of throughout the day from their walks and trips to the dog park. I immediately knew our puppy was in good hands and he was having the time of his life. He can’t wait to go back and hangout with his new friends and dog pack. We will definitely be using Dogboken again!

We’ve taken Orisa, our first Frenchie, to Oscar since she was 20 weeks old. She still goes to see him and stay with him 6 years later. We’ve also started taking our new puppy to him. The dogs always have a blast and are happy to go to dogboken.

Oscar, Jen & the Dogboken crew are the best people ever! My pup Nutella has been going to them since I got her back in 2019. She has always done doggy daycare and sleepovers with them and they treat her like their very own dog. It always amazes me how exhausted she is when she gets home - just showing how much fun she’s had. While we no longer live in the Jersey City/Hoboken area, I still drive her 45 min there when I go on trips because I don’t trust anyone else as much as them. She gets so excited seeing them and it’s like she never left. There is also no comparison with any other service in terms of sending THE BEST pictures to know how she’s spending her time and what fun she’s having. Oscar and Jen are truly part of our extended family and I know Nutella loves them more than she even loves me! I can’t recommend them enough.

We used J&J PetCare during the summer of 2023 to take care of our two dogs (a yorkie and a chihuahua) over the course of 10 days when we were away, and we couldn't be more impressed with the service! They made apartment visits twice a day for our paper-trained pups, ensuring they were fed, had plenty of fresh water, and were treated to delicious treats. What really stood out was their attention to detail and the love they showed our dogs. They sent us regular videos and pictures, which made us feel so connected to our pups while we were away. It was clear they spent a lot of time playing and engaging with them during each visit, keeping them happy and entertained. Additionally, they always cleaned up the wee wee pads and replaced them with fresh ones, which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend J&J Petcare in a heartbeat. Their level of care, communication, and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We will definitely be using their services again!

I can’t say enough about J&J Pet Care. They are incredibly reliable, professional and trustworthy. We frequently take unplanned weekend get aways, and J&J is able to take our puppy without advance notice. We know that she is in great hands from a team that really loves dogs and has their best interests in-mind. George always goes the extra mile and has even offered to pick-up needed items for our puppy when he is at the pet store. You don’t need to look anywhere else, J&J Pet Care is as good as it gets!

My dog loves going to J & J petcare. They take great care of of her. From the time I pull up in front of the building she begins wagging her tail in excitement. I highly recommend them and am so grateful they took such great care of my dog.

My dog really looks forward to seeing Jorge every morning! I get update pictures from every walk and my little guy comes back very exhausted from the amount of exercise he gets which is great! He’s also learned to use the bathroom outside which is a great success. Now a days it’s very hard to know who to trust with your fur babies. Overall we are happy with the service. My pups reaction at pick up time also let’s me know he is happy as well. Thank you!

J&J walks our dog Coco daily and on most days we get a photo of Coco showing her having a wonderful time on her walk. They are reliable and flexible and have really helped us out in emergencies. It is apparent that they LOVE animals - so gentle and loving with our pets. We highly recommend them. They sent us this photo of Coco on her walk one day (see attached).

My partner and I were struggling to find a good option for boarding our dog. Jennifer was responsive and and caring when coordinating boarding our pet. Her and her team made us feel comfortable through out the process and felt comfortable through out the week we were gone. Our dog loved her dog sitter and we plan on using them any time we’re out of town, going forward. Couldn’t recommend her services more highly!

My wife and I have been using Jennifer for about a year now since we have moved to NYC. She is absolutely fantastic with our cat Louie and we never have to worry while he is in her care. He is very shy around most people but always comes out for Jennifer! She keeps you informed with updates and pics each visit! It makes traveling so easy!! Jenn was amazing!! Michelle seemed so happy in the photos that I received and when we went to pick her up! Jennifer took amazing care of our precious treasure while we were away for 3 weeks. She made sure that our cat was fed, brushed and especially played with. While we were away, she stayed in contact with us and sent us many pictures of our cat and had answered all of our questions. All in all she was incredible with our cat and I definitely recommend her to others!

Jennifer was very kind to my cats who don't normally like strangers but they instantly warmed up to her. Nese is amazing and we are so happy to have her in our lives. She is a wonderful person and looooves my dog as if she was her own. I trust her completely with my pup. Caleesi has been over for daycare and also overnights. My pup loves going there and has such a great time playing with other dogs. We always get pics and videos of her visit and it's very comforting. Nese also has several years of training experience. She's such a good person with a great soul and a complete dog lover!! :)

Nese has been caring for my soft coat wheaten terrier for almost 7 years! She goes above and beyond for her clients and their animals and always makes herself available to help last minute. My dog can be difficult but she took the time to work with him taking him on little adventures around town to get used to being in stores and around other dogs. I haven't had anyone else care for our dog since we met Nese and imagine she will be in our lives for a very long time!! If you want to leave your pup in the best possible hands and know they are having SO much fun....Nese is exactly who you need!

Nese has been working with our family for over two years. Our rescue dog can be a challenge around other dogs, yet Nese is able to pack walk her with half a dozen dogs without issue! She is kind, responsive, organized and always sends pics of our pup. We trust her very much and highly recommend her!

Nese is so much more than a dog walker/sitter. She truly cares for your pet like her own! We had our 1 year old rescue stay overnight with her shortly after we adopted him, and knew from the first picture she sent that he was happy and safe. Nese has a special gift with animals and is a lovely individual. She is so gentle, kind and great at training and caring for dogs. She has cared for our French Bulldog for six years and helped to teach her out to walk on a leash when she was a stubborn puppy. She is very communicative, professional and I always feel comfortable leaving our dog in her care.

Nese is truly one of a kind. Her love for our dog Charlie is endless. She has always been there for us and have given him discipline, love and kindness. She took care of him when I went into the hospital to have my baby and has since taken care of him numerous times. She has a heart of gold and is wonderful with dogs. She gives discipline, guidance and and is truly caring when it comes to instilling good behavior with your dog. We consider her part of our family and I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Nese is wonderful with our dog George and we would absolutely recommend her. She has become his second home when we travel and we are so grateful to have her. We am so blessed to have found Nese on a Saturday morning while in the doggie playground. My fur baby is shy and fearful of people but she immediately trusted Nese. We contacted her to do an initial consultation. As expected Madison, our fur baby, was protective but Nese is a professional and knew how to communicate with her and walked her with confidence. Ever since Madison loves and trusts Nese. Nese has always gone above and beyond with putting on her rain coat, keeping me updated, making sure the apartment wasn’t too hot and giving her water. During the quarantine she always took the precautionary measures to keep Madison and I safe and healthy. I am moving out of state so it saddens me to change Madison’s dog carer. I am very thankful for her service and I highly recommend her. You can tell that dogs are life. She is patient and caring.

Couldn't recommend enough! Urban Dog (Hoboken Location) was able to take in my dog, Poppy, on relatively short notice. She got the best haircut she has gotten in my 1.5 year of having her. She smells so good and is feeling so soft. They were very accommodating by letting Poppy stay after for day care (cage free environment) where she played with other dogs. Prices were very fair and less than what I was paying in NYC when I lived in Manhattan. Picture does not due the grooming justice but trust me!

We have been using them for several years for walks, grooming, and daycare. I have nothing but great things to say and the fact that my dog literally pulls to go towards the groomer when we get close says it all. The owner is fantastic and her staff are all great to work with.

Jaymie the owner and many of the staff are fantastic! Most important they love the pups. My Charlie loves going there for daycare and home stay. Sometimes I get him groomed before picking him up. I feel he is safe and well taken care. I highly recommend Urban Dogs for their services! Oh and a note, they are the only doggie daycare with an outdoor space for the pups to enjoy, too.

The best dog daycare and grooming around JC and Hoboken. They take care of every dog who’s coming and make sure they always get their meals on time. The place it’s awesome, no kennels and the dogs are free to play during the whole day. Groomers are great, they’re very kind and patient with their furry clients.

I am the most annoying over-protective dog mum to my pug so really picky on who grooms him. I absolutely LOVE the team at Happy Paws. Anna did an amazing job- thank you! Cupid is so happy!

Millie loves coming to Happy Paws-she can’t run in the door fast enough! We are thrilled with the grooming and daycare services especially since there is an outdoor space. Getting to see Millie on the Instagram stories is great. Jaymie and her team are incredibly attentive and really care for the pups! Scheduling and payment is super easy via an online portal. I can’t say enough good things!

Would highly discourage anyone from sending their dog here. The staff is untrained when it comes to handling and managing dogs. There is high employee turnover so it seems they will just hire anyone they can get with or without experience. On any given day they have way too many dogs per person to safely monitor them. Also on any given day the volume of dogs in the space is overwhelming and creates an all around bad and dangerous situation especially during drop off and pick up. Edit: Our dog was kicked out of this daycare because another dog had attached/provoked her, but luckily she was actually able to defend herself. So the instigating dog is still running around there. Just something to note for prospective customers. The owners response to this review I guess goes to show they aren't open to constructive criticism and will divulge person details. So I would not expect anything I called out to change anytime soon. Hoboken is full of dog daycares, so do yourself a favor and go somewhere where you know your dog is being watched by trained staff in a safe environment.

I love Happy Paws! They’re the only facility in Hoboken that has an outdoor space. Jaymie and her team are always incredibly nice and caring to the dogs. Whenever I tell my dog she’s going to daycare she gets super excited, she loves this place! I also love being able to watch her play on their Instagram stories.

We absolutely LOVE Hoboken Happy Paws!! They have treated us like family since day 1. We bring our goldendoodle here and she has an absolute blast. Now we can’t even walk by here without her pulling us to want to go play with her friends inside. She also gets her baths and grooms here. She always comes home smelling amazing and usually exhausted from playing so hard! Guaranteed 12 straight hours of sleep. Highly recommended!

We love Camp Bow Wow! The staff is so friendly and kind. They always remember my dog Loki and we only come to Camp Bow Wow on occasion when we will be away from home for a long time. It is so clean! I always check up on my pup via the cameras. The staff is always making sure the area is clean and the dogs are happy! They even make sure to give my little guy a break when he needs one. This week they had pictures with Santa and they came out AMAZING! I recommend Camp Bow Wow to all my friends. I feel so comfortable leaving my baby in their care. He always comes home happy and exhausted!

We love that Camp Bow Wow gives our pups a way to stay active and social whenever we’re away or have a busy day at work. The Camper Cams are especially nice, as we miss them when we’re away and it’s nice to see them playing and having a good time with friends! The owner and counselors are very communicative and always let us know how our girls’ stay was. We can’t recommend Camp Bow Wow Hoboken enough!

Camp Bow Wow has been our preferred place for doggy daycare after trying another local Hoboken business (Playful Paws). We enjoy that we are able to view live feed of our dog’s activities, confirming that she is well cared for throughout the day. We have had no issues since joining!

We highly recommend Camp Bow Wow Hoboken! We have been bringing our Basset Hound, George, here ever since they have opened. Every single time the staff has been incredible from the first meet and greet session until now. It is easy to drop off George whenever we need for both daycare and overnight boarding. He loves it so much, we can't take him on walks near the building or he will desperately try to get in (even when they are closed). He is always exhausted after a full day of playing with all his friends, which is very helpful to us. Thank you Ken and everyone else at Camp Bow Wow!

We have been bringing our golden retriever, Charlie, here for over a year and we are so happy with Camp Bow Wow Hoboken! We have used them both for daycare and overnight boarding. All staff members are very friendly, they work hard to keep the play areas very clean, and all communication and correspondence is excellent. We have also had Charlie bathed/blow-dried there a couple times which is also a very nice service they offer. Charlie basically begs us to go there when we walk past during our neighborhood walks. We also really appreciate the cameras so we can watch her through the app while we are away. You can tell the staff really love dogs and care about their well-being. A very welcome (and needed) addition to Hoboken!

Camp Bow Wow in Hoboken is truly the best! The entire staff is so thoughtful and welcoming. They are always equally as excited to greet my dog Teddy as he is to greet them. The facility is great, always well kept and clean. We utilize their day care services and we love getting to watch on their camper cams throughout the day and watch Teddy have the best time. He walks in with a giant smile on his face and walks out with an even bigger smile at the end of his day there. They make your animals feel so cared for and loved and it shows in how much we can see that Teddy loves going there! I highly recommend to all.

I am a huge fan of camp bow wow! My dog loves coming here. The counselors are all so friendly and you can tell they love the dogs. Their hours are the best in the area from 7am to 7pm, which is very helpful with my job. I love hopping onto the webcam throughout my work day to check on my girl. She is always playing and having the best time. Highly recommend!

Everything about Camp Bow Wow is above and beyond! The interview process made me feel like I was putting my pup in the safest situation possible. I typically do not like boarding my dog but had a last-minute need to fly across the country for a family situation around the holidays. Ken and everyone at this place were so understanding of my fears and eased all the stress around an already-stressful situation. I was able to board her with ZERO worries, and I love the ability to watch the cameras. The way the employees in the play area manage all the dogs together is beautiful, it’s very noticeable how much they care. I no longer need to find a dog-sitter every time I go away overnight; I have one thousand percent trust in Camp Bow Wow and I cannot recommend this facility enough! My dog also has an impossible time getting her nails cut, no vet has been able to do it without a major issue. But these people somehow managed to get her nails to a nice comfortable length. Truly amazing.

Our girls love Camp Bow Wow! The staff are all extremely personable and professional- they are obviously dog people! In addition to the individualized care for each dog, Ken and his team understand different breeds play differently, which promotes the best socialization and play environment. Camp Bow Wow has been a great experience for us and our dog! Our pup (going since 9 months old) can be quite a handful and is often reluctant to go anywhere away from us. The team at Bow Wow has been absolutely fantastic, and after one or two days there, he now happily runs in and loves being there. We've used Bow Wow fairly regularly for day care and a few times for boarding, and we've enjoyed every experience we've had. They were also quite helpful when we were taking our dog with us on a trip and needed to transfer his records to a Bow Wow in another state. Everything from their friendliness and professionalism to their communication and ease of booking through the app has made it a great place to bring our pup.

Reading our pet journals daily while we are away has become something we look forward to while traveling to stay connected to our kitties!! Dave especially provides great services and we know our cats love him as well. I recently used trusty tails for cat sitting services for an extended vacation. I was very satisfied with the communication, service, and overall care for my pets. It was so comforting to wake up to the visit updates when overseas and know my kitties were safe at home! I’d recommend them to anyone seeking professional pet sitting services.

Excellent service! I use Trusty Tails on an adhoc basis for my foster dogs. There are many options to choose from based on your dogs needs, and it's super easy book and manage through the portal. The walker Emilio was very kind and caring, and uploaded the visit reports and photos very quickly.

Such great service! My dogs always come out so beautiful when I take them to get groomed here. My lab has bad anxiety so it is hard to get him groomed but these amazing people are very patient with my pup and he loves them!

Love this place. My puppy was rejected from 3 different places due to him being "too wiggly." I call this place, I explained my pups 2 month history of dealing with groomers and they "bring him over". With full confidence, they assured me they could groom my pup. Sure enough, I came to pick my puppy up, and he was washed, cut, and beautiful. They even managed to get the face trimmed up. They get 5 stars for not taking a chance but for the confidence. We found our forever groomer.

I have been bringing pup here for almost a year, multiple grooming sessions and he’s always come out with such a handsome cut. This place makes me feel confident that my pup will be taken care of with empathy and love. I have never felt uncomfortable with leaving him in their care, staff is very warm and welcoming and they genuinely care for all pets. Prices are reasonable, more affordable than any other grooming shop and I have been to quite a few groomers. Nothing remotely compares to this place.

First time taking my fur baby after my groomer moved to LA. Decided to give Palisades Pups a try, gave them a call and the lady on the phone was super nice and accommodating which gave me good vibes. Checked in and immediately was greeted and she kept calling my old grumpy little guy “the baby”. They listened to exactly what I wanted to get done. I was nervous because I’ve gone to the same groomer for years but I’m so happy with my first visit, Antonio did such a good job.

We use palisades pups on average once a week for doggy day care and occasionally for an overnight stay. The staff are great with our Aussie Cooper and always give feedback on how his day went. We bought a 20 day upfront package which comes to about $38 a day which is great Only improvement I would say is that it would be great to post pictures of the dogs day on IG. We miss him when we have to go to the office!

My 12 year old cat, Onyx, really needed to be groomed badly. He cant fully groom himself because he can't reach certain areas anymore. I went on a hunt for a local Cat Groomer & after calling/messaging so many places.. I picked Palisades Pups. So glad I did, because Annette booked me right away and informed me of everything I wanted to know. I was really nervous because I have only tried to give my cat a bath once & it did not go well. Annette was very informative about what to expect & I really like the transparency incase my cat gets too anxious. You can tell Palisades Pups cares about the animals first & foremost. It eased my nerves & handed Onyx to Paola, his groomer for the day. Onyx had a great spa day with Paola & came back home smelling so good & with a little bow tie too! I will definitely come back here again. Great customer service + a very fair price for cat grooming!

I am a brand new customer at Palisades Pups and i HIGHLY recommend going to this business for any of your dog needs!!! They were able to last minute schedule my Mini Goldendoodle pup for a grooming. They were so kind and caring towards my pup as well as towards me. They listened and followed my requests for my dog’s grooming as well which was awesome!! i have been taking my cat georgie to get groomed here for a few years now and i always have been impressed and happy with the work they do!! they always make sure to verify how i want my cat shaved (lion cut) and they are always very thorough. of course they take their time with with grooming (roughly 4 hours) and it makes me feel safe and secure that they are diligent in their efforts to keep my baby as calm as possible through a technically stressful situation lol. i can’t recommend these guys for cat grooming enough!!!!

Ahmed and Wendy take incredible care of Charlie for daycare and boarding. They do pickups and drop offs, which make our lives so incredibly easy and Charlie is ECSTATIC when he sees Ahmed for pickups. When charlie is there for boarding, we always wake up to updates and pictures about how he’s doing, which makes us so happy. We always know that he’s safe and happy there and we’re so happy that he’s with a family that treats him like their own. We cannot recommend Tamed Paws enough!!

My golden retriever puppy Ollie loves going to Tamed Paws! We've sent him for three days so far, and we've already signed him up to go at least two days per week from now on. Ahmed is always so kind and full of energy when he drops Ollie off and picks him up - the level of service is unreal! My boyfriend and I love to see the daily photo journals, too - he's a pretty shy boy sometimes, but he's really come out of his shell with Ahmed and Wendy :)

Tamed Paws is the best in the business. Ahmed and Wendy are both awesome. They are quick to reply, send us constant updates (and pictures!), and are always on time for commitments. Our little guy Karl LOVES when Ahmed comes to pick him up and runs to the door every time (which, if you knew Karl, you'd know that is rare)! He has stayed there several times for boarding as well when we are out of town and loves it every time. We always joke that Tamed Paws is Karl's second family.

I would be completely lost without Tamed Paws. Ahmed, Wendy and their staff are amazing. It’s hard finding reliable pet services when you live in a city and I’m so happy they were recommended to me. My dog isn’t the easiest to deal with at times being overly excited around people. But the control that Ahmed has over her and all the dogs at their daycare I never worry about anything cause I know she’s being exercised and well taken care of. Unlike other daycares in the area the dogs aren’t put into a playpen indoors, they’re allowed to run around in the open air and really enjoy being dogs. When my dog comes back home she is exhausted. Tamed Paws loves every single animal that is put into their care and treats them as if they’re apart of their own family. I can’t recommend them enough.
