I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Urban Doggo! As a self proclaimed helicopter dog mum, my mind is always at ease knowing my groodle Callie is in good hands! Whether it be for a groom (of which is always brilliant) or daycare, she always has the best time and more often than not doesn’t want to leave! Thankyou so much team for loving my girl as much as I do 💕

Urban Doggo is the best Doggy Daycare far and wide!!! The team is so professional and super friendly, they take the time to listen to the clients needs and nothing is too much trouble when it comes to caring for your pooch. The team provide targeted enrichment and socialization in a controlled environment as well as going above and beyond in planning and Implementing activities with all of the dogs, all while meeting the individual needs of pups big and small, of all different ages. Urban Doggo pride themselves on their cleanliness and their protocols, ensuring high safety and infection control standards. Your furry friend will always come first and foremost. My labradoodle has been attending weekly for some time now… he shows how excited he is to attend and spend the day with the team and his friends he has made .. he is always so happy upon drop off and pick up. I cannot recommend Urban Doggo more highly. We are so super happy with the service they provide. Five star team and service!!! Thank you for all that you do.

Bailey has only had 2 visits to Urban Doggo but there will definitely be many more. He loves being able to go and play with all of his new friends and always comes home happy as ever. Jillian and her team have been very welcoming and know all the dogs by name and I love that Bailey gets greeted personally when we come in. I cannot recommend them highly enough - if the photo attached doesn't convince I don't know what will 😌

The Urban Doggo team are lovely and are always happy to accommodate our dog for daycare. We have recently had a groom and could not be happier.

I can’t recommend Urban Doggo enough. Jillian and the team go above and beyond and my little pup absolutely LOVES it. It is really controlled regarding numbers per day so it doesn’t get overcrowded for your dog. They offer puppy day care to begin with which is a fantastic idea and have specific days for larger / smaller dogs. My experiences with Urban Doggo have been nothing short of amazing and wonderful! Our little puppy, Daisy, has been attending Urban Doggo since they opened last year. Daisy has also been cared for overnight by Jillian on a few occasions where it was necessary for me to be away from home. Daisy was an anxious little puppy when she began at Urban and was very attached to me. However, Jillian has been very attentive to Daisy and her needs, so as a result Daisy is more confident, and her anxiousness has subsided significantly. I can’t recommend Urban Doggo enough as a caring and loving environment for your doggie. Daisy is also groomed at Urban Doggo and always comes home looking beautiful. I couldn’t recommend Urban Doggo more. They have helped my beautiful rescue pup to become so much more socialised with other dogs and they look after her so well. My dog goes three days a week to make sure she gets enrichment while I am at work and I feel so trusting that she will get all the love and attention she deserves while she’s at Urban Doggo. Truly the most lovely and fun team, very much recommend!

Jillian and the team have always looked after our bouncy german shorthaired pointer like he was their own. He has never had a hair out of place (unlike when he’s at our home or in our yard) & always comes home ready to rest for a few days. I have absolute confidence in Urban Doggo team in looking after our dog & having fun with him all at the same time… the biggest thank you for enjoying Wally & keeping him busy at times when we can’t!

Bella was absolutely fantastic caring for our two little pups / house sitting for the weekend. Bella provided lots up updates, pictures and videos. Couldn’t recommend her enough ☺️

Bella provided exceptional care for my baby over the weekend. She diligently followed all my requirements and ensured that Saber was entertained throughout the entire time. I appreciated the regular photo updates, and she truly went above and beyond in her care. I highly recommend her services; they are impeccable. Bella is absolutely amazing! She looked after my 3yo Border Collie Gracie for my partner and I while we went on a weekend away and our pup had an absolute ball! I went overseas for nearly 3 weeks and Bella stayed at my house caring for my 2 large dogs and 2 cats. She is an exceptional communicator, keeping me regularly updated as I requested, sharing pictures and videos of my fur kids while I was away. This was such a comfort to know they are happy and healthy and being loved by someone else in my absence! In addition Bella took great respect and care for my property, as it is always something I stress about but on my return Bella had the house looking spick and span, better than I left it! She is honestly the best and most trustworthy sitter I’ve ever had in 10 years of searching every year for the right person. I now plan my holidays around her availability! I can’t recommend Pacey Paws Pet Services enough, you won’t be disappointed 💖✨

Koolkatz has been walking my chocolate labrador, Charlie, 5 days per week for the last 18 months, since he was 10 weeks old. I have always found them to be honest, reliable and costs are very reasonable. Greg is gentle and kind with all my animals and has stayed over on occasion when I have been unavoidably detained. I trust him completely. I have no hesitation in recommending him for any walking, minding or house sitting jobs.

We had Greg come and walk/feed my bullmastiff and cat recently whilst we were on a short break. They both loved Greg on his meet beforehand and I felt so comfortable leaving them in his care. Needless to say we returned home to two happy pets! Highly recommend!

Can't rate this high enough! We have been using this dog-walking and pet-minding service since relocating to Newcastle 6 months ago, and would be lost without them! My girl adores her daily dog-walker, I wouldn't trust her with anyone else. Very friendly service and great value for money.

Lovely people and very reliable. They communicate well so we are in no doubt about the arrangements. We get a great picture of the "boys" as well!

Took my Cavoodle in for a groom and was very happy with the service and care taken. Booking was very straightforward with a simple phone call and text exchange. The groom itself was explained in detail on the day and followed up halfway through with an update. Highly recommend Noonies for grooming. Will use again in the future without hesitation.

Having had to move recently from Newcastle to Port Stephens with a dog I highly recommend Noonies Pet Care. I cant drive at the moment so didn't know how to get my Cavoodle transported as she is timid with strangers. After effortless booking through Noonies Pet Care, Darrin picked us up at our door and drove us safely to our destination. Although my dog was in a crate I was able to travel with her so she didn't fret, as well as some bags without fuss. Darrin was punctual, courteous, friendly and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him if you are needing to transport your pet

Carol is a wonderfully calm pet groomer. She gave great advice and checked the cut with me during the groom. I took Bowie, my 5 month cavoodle, for his first groom and he came home calm, happy, soft and fluffy. Darrin was great when I called to make the booking and explained everything so well. Fantastic 100% recommend so happy with my dogs grooming. My dog is timid and nervous and she came out so happy., helps that she is groomed by a trainer, she took time to settle my dog first ! Only 1 dog groomed at a time , great karma, now making this my regular and only grooming place.

Out of all groomers I have tried for my Border Collie Noonie’s are the only groom as a Border should be done Great Groomer

We have left our small parrot (conure) with Noonies Pet Care a few times now (both for a weekend and over a month) and each time he has a great time and comes back happy. They take him out the cage, give him cuddles and let him wonder around the house too, watch TV etc -just like he does at home. What is great too is that you can pay extra for pick up and drop off service which is very helpful. He is in very capable hands and I would recommend Noonies to anyone. Thank you Darrin and Carol.
