⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We cannot thank you, Cheyenne enough for stepping in at extremely short notice to look after our two kitties! We reached out to her on a weekend, less than 24 hours before leaving for a 10-day family vacation after our previous care arrangement let us down. Cheyenne called me back right away and, within a few hours, was at our home for a meet-and-greet to ensure we and our kitties felt comfortable. Her communication was impeccable—she kept us updated twice each day with detailed messages. She spent quality time with our cats, informing us about their eating habits, potty routines, and included plenty of photos. Our older kitty, who is usually shy around strangers, was completely comfortable with her, as evident in the pictures. Cheyenne, truly an angel. Her professionalism and reliability we absolutely top-notch!! We will absolutely be reaching out to her the next time we need help with our kitties! and would hands down recommend her to anyone. Cheyenne watched me two dogs in her home while I had a trip out of town. She has previously helped with walks and met them at my home, but this was my first time using her as a sitter. I'm always nervous with new sitters but she did an amazing job and my dogs clearly had a wonderful time! I appreciated how thorough her paperwork was at getting health information, preferences, etc. Super professional. She gave me updates while I was gone at the perfect frequency and I had complete confidence that everything was going well. 10/10, highly recommend, would absolutely use again!

Our River had the best time at Shiney Day! We are always so nervous to leave our baby! Cheyenne kept me up to date with how River was doing. She sent me lots of photos too! We will definitely use her services again!

Kaitlin Newman is amazing! As someone new to the Port Charlotte area and working long hours I was nervous bringing a new walker into my home. Once meeting Kaitlin those worried were instantly over. Jacque (my French Bulldog) can be a handful at time but Kaitlin took on the challenge. She treats Jacque as if he is her own. She finds joy in each and every visit with Jacque. Additionally, her communication is never lacking. She makes me aware if she will be running behind or if there is something alarming going on with Jacque. I look forward to her summary and photos daily, which is always lovely to receive during a stressful work day. Kaitlin has even hosted Jacque for two overnight boarding session in which he has been on his best behavior. Jacque is not socialized often with other dogs, so I feared having him around 5 other dogs at once but Kaitlin had no issues acclimating Jacque to the new environment. I knew he had the best of time when he would get home and sleep for the rest of evening and was even unwilling to do his usual walks the following day due to the fun filled weekend. I highly recommend Kaitlin and the Shiney Day company!

Cheyenne has taken care of my two house rabbits many times over the past several years. Between her vet tech expertise, her love of animals of all kinds and her super organized scheduling/communication platform, I always know the rabbits are in good hands. I love seeing the photos and status reports she posts during her visits. It's great to be able to get away and trust your pet sitter 100%. I highly recommend Cheyenne!

Cheyenne is great! We were searching for a sitter who could take care of our furbabies while we are out of town. We have 2 aging cats with minor health issues. We feel totally at ease leaving them in Cheyenne's care. She is not only very responsive and reliable, but she also would know what to do if our cats had any health issues while we are gone. And she keeps you informed with notes and pictures every time she visits your pets. I feel more than comfortable with Cheyenne being responsible for the scheduled visit, along with her being in my home and taking care of my dog. Cheyenne and Shiney Day Pet Care are the best! Not only was she extremely quick with communication but also very accommodating with last minute changes. She loves animals so much, which makes me happy as an owner because then I know my cats are in good hands. And if you have a sick animal, she knows how to take care of them. It’s nice to have someone taking care of your animals who you can also seek ask advice from. My cat was extreme my old and sick when Cheyenne gave her the best care and helped me with figuring out what was best for her.

Our dog had the time of his life while he was here! The new owners are so kind and you can tell they really love the dogs. Lisa was happy to do a walk through with me before booking, which helped ease my worries so much. Her partner was so attentive and loving toward the dogs. Our little pup fell in love with him. The Doggy Resort is the best place to take your dog! The owner Lisa is so caring for each animal and loves them like they’re her own, and she keeps the place absolutely spotless. Daycare, boarding, grooming, you name it… it’s the perfect place to take your pet! Highly recommend.

My wife and I took a tour, since we are looking for a new dog boarding place. The place was Immaculate and had lots of room both inside and out. Besides the cleanliness we were struck by how happy and content each dog was Lisa couldn't have been nicer We have found our new Doggy boarding place Clean and happy What more could we ask

This is absolutely the best place to take your dog for daycare or boarding in Sarasota .My little Dachshund Toffee absolutely loves coming here and I feel so happy and relieved about this. Jason is right there on site,.. 24/7 and really cares about your dogs well being.. ,He is the ultimate dog whisperer , dog lover, dog trainer and I find it hard to believe anything negative written about him and DoggyDaycare SRQ.

The best of the best! My dog Lokee loves going to Doggy Resort- it’s her happy place!

Had previously done daycare and boarding visit, decided to board again for our wedding! Scheduled months in advance to board our dogs for wedding and honeymoon. The moment I walked in to drop off, Jason was visibly upset, rude and snarky. Made comments on how useless having my dogs on harnesses were, how ridiculous it is that I didn’t pay for daycare weeks in advance as I prepared for a wedding(even tho it was never mentioned prior to drop off), and that he intended to fully dose them with trazodone the entire visit… how unfair it was for me to be boarding my large breed dogs… Again all things that should be discussed prior to drop off rather than the day of. If this is owner policy it should be told to customers ahead of time, instead we were berated at drop off. Within less than 10 hours after drop off, and 12 hours until our wedding at 6AM we received nasty voicemails on my phone, my fiancés phone, and both of our emergency contacts phones… When our dogs were picked up, again we were talked to like trash, and our dogs were made out to be violent creatures which they aren’t. my dogs were supposed to be there for a week… over 900$ in boarding. Last minute changes and some amazing friends… and guess what? My “vicious” dogs were amazing guests at our wedding with over 60 people and were AS ALWAYS well behaved. Thanks Jason for saving us money! We will never be back and will never recommend you, and will do our best to make sure no one else’s dog goes thru what ours did.

We left our three dogs here for 3 nights to go back to Michigan for an emergency family visit. From the moment we met with the owner, to picking up on Saturday morning, we felt like our dogs were in great hands the whole time! The little rooms where they stay are very large! And it’s nice that we can bring whatever they need (blankets, toys, t shirts, etc). It always makes me feel so comfortable when I know our furbabies can have a piece of home while they are away. We received a few texts letting us know our babies were doing well and when we picked them up they were nonstop wags and smiles! Jason was so personable and it was nice to know that 1) he lived on the property and 2) he is a dog trainer. Awesome! 10/10 in our book!

I did not have a good experience at this daycare. Guy at the front desk was very rude. My dog was hesitant to be dropped off, which she normally loves everyone. I will not be returning and would not recommend

We recently left our fur baby, Leo, with Walter & Jillian for 12 days while we left for our honeymoon. We’ve never left Leo for this long, let alone had him stay at someone else’s house. We were nervous of course. However, the first day we met Walter & Jillian we knew he would be in great care. Walter & Jillian treated Leo as their own. They took such great care for him. We had no worries on our trip and I genuinely believe Leo had the time of his life with them. They sent us photos throughout the stay and Leo had the biggest smile on his face. We are so happy that we found Fetch! Leo is so happy too. 😊

Walter and his crew are amazing. Our dog has done overnights a few times and I often wonder if our pup is sad to see us come get him. There is great communication and care throughout the entire stay. So thankful for this great company, highly recommend this company and their services!

Our Bailee was so well taken care of and loved Walter & Jillian. She has anxiety when we have left her in the past to travel, but she adjusted very well. Walter kept us posted and sent pictures on how she was doing.

Fetch! Pet Care Sarasota is awesome! Our cat sitter not only fed our cats and cleaned their litterbox, he also provided mental stimulation and physical exercise each day. Lots of photos were taken and really made us feel comfortable while we were away. I would HIGHLY reccomend!!!

I have used Fetch Pet Care for over 3 years and have never been disappointed with the care provided. Most recently, Tammie and Sara provided extended coverage sending daily updates and pictures of my feline “children “. They took care to ensure our home was clean of the kitty litter which the cats tend to track around. They provided additional services such as watering our plants and setting out the garbage as we left a few days before. They even asked if they should be getting the mail though we had stopped it. It’s a comfortable feeling knowing we can leave and our loved ones are being well taken care of.

My dogs both have special needs, one has tons of allergies and the other one has hip dysplasia and arthritis. Walt and Jillian are really good at following all the medicine and individualized feeding instructions both of my dogs have, and its a lot! Plus they have a very dog friendly home and they spoil my dogs with love while they are boarded there.

I am so incredibly thankful that I went with Ashley to watch my two kitties. She made sure to text me every day with photos and videos of giving them some love while I was away during the holidays. Leaving your fur babies behind with someone new is always nerve wracking, but she was totally understanding and took that anxiety away. She’s wonderful and I highly recommend! Ashley is an actual dog whisperer and one of our most reliable dog sitters in the area. She is an excellent communicator and our dog is always so excited to see her. She will walk our dog no matter how hot it is! If you want she will talk in a very cute voice to your dog, it is the best, Ashley is the best!

I am so lucky to have found Ashley! I have been a snowbird to Florida for the past seven years, and have never been able to leave my cats for an overnight or an extended trip. Last season I was able to meet my family in Orlando for four nights and then I spent a couple nights in Miami all because I was able to leave the cats in great hands! I feel safe leaving my cats with Ashley because she has experience with animals and she is very calm with the cats. She talks to them and she communicates with me on when she arrives and leaves. She sends pictures and lets me know their mood or behavior. This is much nicer than having a friend or family member come over to “check on the cat”, because they are not professionals, and they may not have my cats best interest at heart. Plus, I don’t have any friends or family to help. Also…. when I return to my condo, after Ashley has been there, everything looks perfect! Litter box is clean, floor is clean! I’m looking forward to seeing Ashley again this winter and I know that I can count on her if I want to leave Sarasota for a few nights that my cats will be in good hands. 👍🏻😊😻

We can’t say enough about Ashley - her knowledge and care for animals and her going above and beyond to help us save 2 precious cats. An older member of my family has been in and out of the hospital & rehab for the last couple of months and now is also moving. I lived 2 hours away and was unable to help with the cats. A great neighbor has been feeding them and cleaning the litter box, but without their mom (my family member), they’ve become very scared. Ashley agreed to safely capture each cat from their deep hiding places and transport them to their vet for boarding. Sounds easy, right? No, it was challenging, but after several hours, Ashely successfully captured each one and got them to the vet. From the very beginning, she understood our situation and was so willing to help us. Knowing that someone with her expertise could help gave us great peace. And her fee was nominal, considering how complex the process was. Thank you, Ashley!!

Wow!!! I’m so happy I found Ashley! She’s amazing with my two fur babies! Long gone are the days of asking family and friends to stop by the house when I’m out of town. Ashley takes care of them whenever I need to travel. When she comes over, they run to the door, so excited to see her! :) She’s reliable and professional, yet silly and sweet with the kiddos. Beware! I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. this place is extremely filthy, barely any AC for the dogs and cats. This is not a resort. I believe these people are ripping people off, and not promising what you're paying for. They can be passive aggressive and extremely rude if your point out anything health hazardous to the well being of the animals. Also witnessed the owners (husband and wife) being passive aggressive and verbally abusive towards the two female employees. if they do that to their employees than i wonder how they "actually treat" your pets. I had made a post before, "somehow" they took it down. Will keep reporting this place till something is done or they are "retired "

We board our dog and two cats at Just 4 Paws for every vacation we take. The staff and owners are extremely reliable, always available, and very pleasant people. Great value and many add on options for dogs! We had extra walks and a bath for ours - she came back smelling great and looking super happy. Our cats love to look out the windows from the tops of the cat trees and hardly want to leave. Highly recommend!

We had our two cats boarded for an exceptionally long time because of our move and we couldn't have been happier with our experience with Just 4 Paws. They clearly loved and cared for our cats like they were their own. We visited often, and each time we came we were met with welcoming smiles. Our cats had an actual room of their own with toys and cat trees looking over a beautiful lake. The room was always super clean and you could tell the cats loved them too because every time they saw their faces the cats lit up knowing they were going to get cuddles and let out to run around. Just 4 Paws is the best! The owners are very friendly and accommodating. They have great air conditioned garden rooms with grassy play and potty areas. We have used this pet resort many times and our dogs Lucy and Greta always enjoy going here. We also know our fur babies will be well taken care of here... We actually have them booked for an upcoming getaway! Greta our dachshund even has a pack of doxies to play with when she visits.

Our two dogs have been guests at Just 4 Paws several times over the past 2.5 yrs. When we pull up the lane, Ringo and Pixie just start going crazy with anticipation. How many times do dogs actually love to go to the kennel? Ours do. They are able to have a spa room together where it is climate controlled and they have their own yard. we have also used the junior suites for them which they loved equally. Maya and Marcus treat our babies like two of their own. We have boarded them for long weekends as well as several weeks duration. Each time the kids have come home happy and healthy. We have peace of mind while we are travelling knowing the kids are well cared for.

The folks that own and run this boarding place are really nice, and it is obvious that they care very much about the animals housed there. As well, you can pay a little extra for your animal to have additional one on one play time, which is a nice touch. The only drawbacks were their cash only policy, and the cat enclosure room smelt extremely strongly of cat spray. . . But perhaps that's normal. Plus their cat enclosure area is lots of soft furnishing items and my cat didn't seem to mind the smell.

I love this pet resort!! We bring our dog rocky here and the owners take such good care of him. They take him for walks, make sure he is fed and play with him. When rocky comes home he is so tired from a fun filled day. The owners are such good caring people, at the drop of a dime they are willing to take rocky. My work schedule can be tough sometimes so it's good to know that Just 4 Paws is always there for us. Thank you for the impeccable care of our pet!!!

My dog went to this place during Thanksgiving holidays and I felt very cheated. He spent 4 nights and they charged me like it was 5 nights which is very annoying and not fair. Also they are telling in the website that is a luxury pet resort and it is very very dirty. My dog came back home so dirty and his bed was disgusting, smelling really bad. I had to pay $265 per 4 nights that is $66 per day, when most of the other places that look so much better and are much cleaner are charging between $43 and $46 per day. I don’t trust all the other reviews. I think that they are not real. This is my experience and I hope can help others to choose better the place for their dogs.

I love Sarasota dog world. My puppy Nico has been going there for almost a year now and whenever we go he’s always so happy! He loves the staff and so do I. You can tell that they all love and connect with our furry loves. Michaela is just amazing— and goes above and beyond! We love Tyler, Tiana, Presley, and Alyssa to name a few. And the owner Lorri is fabulous. It makes me so happy to know that my fur baby is being loved and cared for. And it’s important to be able to trust a daycare. I recently took my French bulldog to Dog World Sarasota, and it was an incredible experience! This was his first day of socialization, and I couldn't be happier with how it went. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and clearly passionate about dogs. They made both me and my pup feel at ease, which is so important for a first-time visitor. My Frenchie had a blast playing in the big dog group, splashing around in the pool, and meeting new furry friends. Dog World Sarasota has helped me provide a richer life for the seven year old dog I adopted last May. She gets to socialize with other dogs during daycare once a week, and she loves going there.

I have been taking Phoebe to daycare at Dog World Sarasota since she was 6 months old. Phoebe knows the days that she goes by going to get her leash and wait by the door to jump in the car! She runs in the door to give hugs to the wonderful staff that care for her while she's there. We've done training with Tammie to get her Good Citizen Certification and loves going to Scent classes with Wendy! Dog World Sarasota is an all around perfect facility to take your pup to daycare, classes, grooming and to boarder. I would be lost without a place for her to socialize and play. Makes her a VERY HAPPY DOGUE!

Liam absolutely LOVED his first day at Dog World! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it’s clear that everyone truly loves dogs. Receiving Liam’s report card and pictures from his first day made me smile! He was well cared for and is tired out from playing all day. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Love Dog World! Our miniature Aussie Luna has the best time playing with her human and furry friends at Dog World. The team is amazing and as sweet as can be! We have no problem boarding Luna when we travel. We know she is in good hands and have a great time!

Dog World is a wonderful doggy day care. My lab Daisy loves going there to be with the caring conscientious staff and her delightful furry friends. The day care is well run, clean and uniquely gives the animals a lot of outdoor time which is exactly what they enjoy.I highly recommend dog world.

Ohh My Dog went above and beyond for my 10 year old French Bulldog. For 24 days, they made sure he was well cared while I was out of town. I got multiple updates and pictures each day. His meds were given on time and they even took him for car rides. I highly recommend Caroline and her team. The best!!!

We had such a nice weekend out of town, and it was so nice knowing our boys were safe and happy! They had the best weekend with Caroline - walks, spending time outside and lazy-day cuddles. We have never left them with someone we didn’t know or who wasn’t family but we have finally found someone we trust! Caroline was very communicative, shared photos and videos the whole time, and our boys got tons of love! Can’t recommend OHH MY DOG enough!💙

Ohh My Dog has been a life changing option for us. We have 2 new puppies, now 7 months old and our life was overtaken by them. Hiring Ohh My Dog and having Bri Depken as our dog sitter has been glorious. She is wonderful with the puppies. She is very engaged with them and I never worry when she is at the house taking care of them. I know they are in good hands. Caroline just sat for the first time over Thanksgiving week for our 2 dogs! We are so grateful to have found her! She is super attentive and caring! You’ll get lots of pics and updates! She’s very professional and will leave your home so nice and clean! Highly recommend Caroline!

Caroline is amazing! She cared for our blind, diabetic, anxiety ridden pup Bauer this week. She sent us pictures, videos and updated us on Bauer. When we arrived home there was a detailed card explaining her visit to feed him, give him is insulin and meds and walk.she even sat with him for a while. Caroline went above and beyond to care for our special little guy. It is hard to find the right person to manage a pup with his ailments as he does put his guard up at times. Caroline was kind and gentle with Bauer. She left a cute little treat bag for him to dive into when we arrived home. I 100% recommend Caroline.

Caroline is an excellent dog sitter! She not only took great care of our pups, she also left the house nice and clean. She sent photos and videos frequently so we always knew the dogs were happy and busy. Will definitely use her services again in the future.

I’ve taken our Finley to Around the Ranch for daycare and for boarding. What a great experience we have there! This place is amazing. Chris the owner plays with and takes great care of the dogs on their beautiful property. The pond is a favorite for my pup! He’s exhausted when his day is done but what a great time he had! Chris sends pics and updates on how his day is going. Such piece of mind when he’s there. Thanks Chris for loving our Finn. It’s obvious you really care.

Talk about a blessing!! We can't say enough good things about Around the Ranch Pet Club. The facility is spotless and the fenced yard gives the pups plenty of room to run and play. They even have a pond (behind the fence, so no worries about gators) that allows for cooling down water play! We would not trust our dog Loki with ANYONE else. Getting daily updates during overnight stays keeps our minds at ease and brightens our day when we receive them. Already reserved a few upcoming stays and I am completely at ease knowing he will be taken care of while we are away.

We used Natalie to watch our two babies for overnight and daily sitting for two weeks and could not have found a better or reliable sitter anywhere. Some of our neighbors are spreading the news about how great she was with the kids (pups). They also have asked for phone number to Around the Ranch Pet Club for future use. This has to be the most professional pet service anywhere, you can put all of your worries or concerns behind you. With the daily updates and pictures we received we knew our boys were in excellent hands. We will definitely use you again!

I would definitely recommend Around the Ranch Pet Club. Chris did a wonderful job of taking care of my two cats. She sent me updates with photos every day. There were no problems when I came home. I plan to use her again when I go away.

Christine is AMAZING. We have a high energy puppy, that is just over a year old when she first kept him for us. She took him on walks and he played with other dogs and had a blast. She sent updates daily and is super fast to respond when I would send a message. Made it so nice to NOT worry at all about our pet while away.

Around the Ranch Pet Club has been doing a fantastic job of taking care of our pets! If only they had been the first pet care company we tried! Even when our 20 year old cat needed emergency veterinary care and we were eight hours away, the sitter took care of getting her to the vet while we drove immediately home. We highly recommend them!

I am lucky enough to be able to give my Service Dog Riley days off, to be "just a dog". To know and trust that he is in a safe environment, with a very large, grassy, outside fenced in area, with a with a built-in water feature, where the dogs can play and run, while under the caring, competent, professional, and consistent watch of Christine, the owner of Around the Ranch, is such a gift. The large indoor area where the dogs can rest when needed (or play when the weather outside isn't playing very nicely), is very clean. I feel so lucky to have found such a special place, and such a special person, to watch my very special dog. I promise you will, too!

Dana has been our pet sitter for the past two years. We love her!! She takes care of our girls as if they were her own. Cats can be particular about who they trust , our Raya and Savannah love when Dana cat sits . Dana spends time playing, petting , and handing out treats . She sends us photos so we know our girls are adjusting fine when we are away. We are so thankful for Dana’s professional care. She has allowed us to have peace of mind while we are traveling!

Dana was a godsend to us when we recently moved to Bradenton! We were looking for someone to train our rescue dog, Charlie, who has some unique issues with resource guarding and getting along with other dogs to name a few. Dana has done an amazing job and has gone out of her way to personalize a training plan for Charlie that is working! She is a wealth of knowledge, has a passion for animals, is reliable and dependable, and Charlie loves her! So do our 3 cats! We plan to have her do pet setting for us, she even does overnights! I highly recommend!

Dana was awesome helping us train our rescue dog, Nola. Dana was kind, patient, gave us lots of tips and was constantly sending us videos and articles to assist with the training at home. I highly recommend Dana if you need someone for training your dog. She's the best and extremely affordable. She even comes to your house which really helped to have Nola in her own comfortable environment.

so, I met Dana when we got our new puppy who was only nine weeks old and has been with us every week since and he is now seven months old! She is fantastic with him, and I know Juno just loves her. She has helped us out so much with Juno‘s training and helps to break up the days that my husband and I are at work. What a great service to offer, these drop ins! Dana is...absolutely one of a kind. There aren't enough words to express how wonderful she is. If you're looking for someone who doesn't JUST walk your dog(s) but connects with them, builds their confidence, and loves them wholly then you've met your match. My husband and I desperately needed a dog walker who could handle our 3 rowdy pups of all different breeds, walk styles, and temperaments (and who are on the stranger danger side!). Dana was more than happy to do a meet and greet with them. They're bit challenging but Dana reassured us she loves a good challenge and all three seem to adore her so much. She responsive, is always willing to answer your questions, and sends so many updates of their walks! Really couldn't ask for a more perfect match. She does have a busy and jam packed schedule so if you want her, gotta reach out to her asap!!

Dana is exceptionally responsible and communicative. While Dana is with our dog Coco, she sends updates and photos so we know all about the day’s fun. Coco is in the safest of care with Dana and absolutely adores her. We are really lucky to have found Dana.

Dana is the most hardworking, caring, and thoughtful person I have met. She has done outstanding work with our two dogs and our cat. The training she has done with them has helped us out so much, she was even able to teach me, my mom, and our 12 year old dog some new tricks and brings his puppy energy back out every-time he sees her. She cares about our pets like they are her own. I do not know what we would do without her.
