Hayley is great. She provides lots of updates and is super responsive when organising dates for day care. She tries to be flexible where possible which has been a godsend when I started a new job and didn’t have full control of the days Patrick would need looking after. Patrick adores going to day care, spending time with his little friends but also snuggling up with Hayley. I would highly recommend Fido & Friend's to anyone looking for dog care.

Amazing service, our dog loves his visits to Hayley and Craig at Fido & Friends. We know he will always get a great walk, and being very needy, he gets plenty of attention and cuddles throughout the day! During his stay Hayley provides WhatsApp updates of photos and videos which we love as it's always lovely to see how much fun he is having. Would highly recommend!

Hayley is brilliant with our little Spencer and he loves going for day care every week when I'm in work. We also get to see loads of pictures of him with his friends on the Instagram & TikTok!🐾 he's also enjoyed overnight stays too! …

Our Charlie is super happy playing with all of his friends.Lovely long walks with plenty of photos and videos through out the day. We are so glad we found Fido and Friends because we know all the dogs are happy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hayley has looked after our little rescue dog a few times now whilst I've been away on holiday and I know he is always having a brilliant time. Hayley is super attentive to the needs of each individual dog to make sure they are happy and safe, so I know my boy is getting the same level of attention and fuss he would do at home. He loves playing and exploring with the other dogs, especially Little Dave! And Hayley sends lots of photos and videos so you can see what they are getting up to! I would 100% reccomend Hayley to look after your dog. Fred can't wait to stay again 🥰

This was buddy's second staycation with Hayley, Craig, little Dave and Charlie ( the dogs) he was very excited to return. Hayley runs a very organised and professional pet care service. From the moment your beloved pooch goes into her care, rest assured you will know that they are having the best time ever. I was updated all the time with fabulous photo's of buddy enjoying his time with the other doggy boarders and little Dave and Charlie. I could go away knowing that i can safely say that buddy was in the best hands and having a wonderful time. I would thoroughly recommend Fido and Friends ❤ thankyou so much for the care you provide.

*** Awesome service! *** My dog has been walking with Hayley and her dogs for a few months now and she absolutely loves it. It’s nice to see the videos, photos and updates after her walk. :) She gets to play with lots of dogs on a regular basis which is lovely to see. On the odd occasion we need to change the day, Hayley is very accommodating and offers alternative days if she can. It’s nice to know she is local and only does this side of Chells Manor Stevenage which means my dog isn’t in the car for long. Hayley gives plenty of notice of her holidays book which means I can sort alternative plans out well in advance. I know my dog is safe, happy and well looked after when she is with Hayley. I would definitely recommend her services :)

My dog loves her time she spends with Hayley, Craig and their lovely dogs at Fido and Friends. My dog is a Romanian rescue and Hayley has spent so much time getting to know her and now she has flourished in their daycare and boarding. They go on lovely walks and countryside adventures followed by rest, fuss and lots of attention in their lovely home. I don’t know what we would do without Hayley and Craig, my dog sees them as her second family and gets very excited when the car pulls up outside their house!

My dogs love going for a. Adventure with Hayley and co! Hayley sends great pictures of the walk and the dogs are always tired afterwards. I get a report on how they have been and it has really helped with their confidence and being more social with other dogs. I highly recommend Fido and friends for fun walks with people who really love dogs.

I have been using the Dog Park for private bookings for over 2 years now. After a bad knee injury I was very worried as I was unable to walk my dogs on a lead. I got in contact with Country Boarding for Cats and Dogs and explained my situation. They were not only professional but made me feel at ease and I knew that my problems had been solved. My dogs absolutely love the park, it’s huge they have different areas that they can adventure too and it’s 100% secure so I don’t have to worry about them being able to get out of the park. The staff are so professional and friendly. You can tell they all care deeply about every Cat & Dog that walks through their doors. I would 100% with no hesitation recommend any dog owner who is looking for a dog park to use this one!

I own two precious poodles who had not been left in a kennel before. One of them is also a rescue and not good with other dogs on lead, to say I was nervous was an understatement. I should not have worried, they love it there. I have used them twice this year in June and July, they are also booked in for Sept and Dec. The staff are caring, professional and the place is spotless. It was a joy to watch my nervous rescue off lead in the field with other smaller dogs. He is now much better off lead meeting strange dogs. It has done him the world of good. I highly recommend them.

My dog Indie has been boarding here for nearly 10 years. It is the only place I trust and is like her second home. I know she loves it there as she gets so excited when we pull up and runs off without saying bye. The staff are very good and very caring and I am always relaxed when I go away knowing she is looked after by them. Great place, loads of land for the dogs and the facilities are modern. The kennel itself is very nice for Indies stay.

MOST UNRELIABLE KENNEL! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! Almost thousands of pounds worth of holiday lost just because of their unprofessionalism. Only HALF an hour after dropping our dog (great dane) at the kennel, I received a call from them telling me to come to pick up my dog as they couldn't get him in his kennel (ridiculous they can't even do their own job), they said straight away "come and pick him up, as he can't stay in our kennel", zero consideration, they didn't give us another option or solution, even when we said "if the problem is getting him in the kennel, what if we go there and we put him in the kennel" and they kept saying no. They didn't care about us losing our flight which was that same night, our booked hotel, all the wasted money... They only tried for 30 MINUTES!! (and it was more than enough for them). After a long call trying to give them a solution they came to me saying that is my fault because I had the option to come a couple of days before to see how my dog behaves, WHICH I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT I COULD DO THAT. But anyway, it doesn't matter because my dog behaviour is NOT the problem and Im gonna tell you why. Thank God my husband found another kennel available for that same day. >>>>>>>Tynehill Boarding Kennels<<<<<<< (which was much cheaper than the first one). We had ZERO problems with that kennel, we explain them our situation and they even stayed opened one hour more so we could drop our dog off. At the kennel the man was able to get our dog in the kennel with absolutely zero problems, he even left us get in the kennel with him to say goodbye. (pics attached) In this kennel we were able to bring our dog blanket (which he is very attached with) and his toy, and at country boarding they didn't let us. When collecting him after our holiday they told us they didn't have any problems getting him in and out of the kennel during walk time. I repeat, MOST UNRELIABLE KENNEL! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! Just a place with a bunch of careless, lazy people that doesn't have any kind of knowledge of dog handling.

My dogs had never boarded before so I was slightly anxious but I needn’t have been as the staff at Country Boarding were amazing. I saw regular updates on Facebook and it was quite obvious that both my dogs were being expertly cared for and having the best time! I will definitely use Country Boarding for Cats and Dogs again and would highly recommend their services!

Having used them for boarding in the past and for the dog park, I would not recommend them. My dog escaped the secure field and my dog came out of boarding and I was told he didn't touch the toys I left, this is impossible as both at home and other kennels he loves to shred then. I have not used them since and would never do so again. **I can confirm I was a client and have photographic evidence of my dog being there so please stop reporting my post. This is my own review and thoughts. Google also shows me as visiting.**

Called today to book a superior kennel for my three dogs for a one night stay on Thursday July the 11th, I was told that although it was available I would have to book two nights INCASE they could book for longer. Before covid my dogs had stayed, also we have used their park in the past. I would have possibly booked for my fortnight holiday later in the year but I'm afraid I won't be now.

I have used the kennels for my dogs for a good few years and I have boarded three dogs with them over those years. I have always had excellent service and support, none more so than with my latest GSD. He is another rescue having been in kennels for a year and he comes with some challenges around anxiety and reactivity to other dogs. Unexpectedly life found me needing to kennel him and I didn’t even consider anywhere else. I got a quote, explained all on the form and again when I took him in. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. I checked in a few times while away and got updates and when I collected him he was none the worse for his holiday, he even seemed to have enjoyed it! I can’t thank the staff enough and I can’t recommend the recommend the kennels highly enough.

The lovely people at We Love Pets Stevenage took such good care of our cat whilst we were on holiday, and kept us updated on their visits with photos and a few words. Very reassuring to know he was well looked after (didn't stop him being grumpy with us when we returned though!!!).

Absolutely cannot recommend We Love Pets Stevenage enough! Personal, friendly & stunning professional service - and I could not have asked for a better place for my little furry friend to be, when not with me! Charlotte & the team took time to ask all the right questions - making sure that my dog was paired with the right person (and he now absolutely ADORES Matilda!). After loosing our older dog we decided that our other dog wouldn't cope with being in kennels by himself, so looked for a home boarder. We love pets was recommended to us. We did an over night sleepover and then a day visit to find the perfect match. We went away for a few days knowing our dog was being looked after and cared for like their own. With updates and photo's the whole time reassuring us he was happy and safe. We will definitely be using our home boarder again and would highly recommend we love pets!

So lucky to have found such lovely and caring people to look after our dogs! My dogs are absolutely in love with all the carers and get so excited when they see them! They have always tried their best to accommodate me at short notice when I have needed last minute dog care . Can't recommend this company enough!

We have an elderly golden retriever with mobility problems . We knew we couldn't put him into kennels and luckily found We love Pets , they were so caring . He was looked after in a family home, which we visited beforehand so they knew him , his needs & medication etc. Whilst he was there they updated us with photos so we knew he was happy and we could relax in the knowledge he was being well cared for. We would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone looking for home care for their fur baby !

We used WLPS to look after our 3 cats while we were away for a week. All our requests were taken care of and I have already booked them again for the next time we are away. It's nice to have found reliable and trustworthy people to look after the cats.

WLP have been fantastic in looking after our tortoise. Since we go away a few times a year, it’s a comfort to know there’s someone reliable and friendly available. Our tort is on good hands!

We have been using the pet sitting service for a year now and we could not be happier. Thor loves going there every week and he alsways comes back home a happy boy. Charlotte is always very responsive and willing to help with requests and the sitters are wonderful with Thor, so I feel peace of mind when he is there. The only thing I would change is having a more flexible cancellation policy, hence the 4 starts.

For our 9-month old dog first night away we had been very pleased with Charlotte and her team. Tasha has been great and did a wonderful job at caring about our dog like it was hers. She’s kept me informed regularly how she was doing through quick chat and photos sharing. Our dog had a great one night stay and we peacefully enjoyed our night out. Thanks a lot Tasha!

Very happy with our cat sitting service, Charlotte was very friendly and professional. We got regular ups dates while we were away and I felt confidant our cat was in good hands. I would highly recommend We Love Pets to anyone needing a sitting service.

I’m not one to leave reviews but they are so fantastic I had to! They helped an elderly lady and looked after her dog when she was taken into hospital at short notice and they were incredible. Great policies and procedures in place and you can tell they love dogs and animals! Constantly updated me on the little dog and returned her fully loved, nails trimmed and cared for. Amazing service, you couldn’t ask for more when leaving your family pet with people!

My dog Teddy loves his daycare! He can't wait to get in a see his "friends" dog & human!! They have fun enrichment activities & even "school trips" to an enclosed field! The team take excellent care of my Teddy & I am happy to go to work knowing he will have a fun day!

The ladies here are the most lovely people and I have complete peace of mind when leaving my dog with them. He's been going since 20 weeks old and he couldn't be more excited every time he goes. They go above and beyond and I would and have, recommended them to everyone! ❤️

Chris is so great with dogs her knowledge and experience is so vast she is a true dog lover - her team are fabulous at what they do always showing love and providing fun for the dogs at their day care. It really feels like a bunch of kids having fun in the playground when you walk in with all the toys and different activities and breeds they have in!

We work closely with Chris and have sent lots of our customers to her for day care. I have had everyone who’s used Chris personally come back into the shop to tell me how lovely her setup is and their dogs have not only been really happy but also helps their dogs to be better socialised.

Christina's brilliant and the dogs she looks after become like part of the family. She's very experienced and knows and understands dogs perfectly. I've used Family Pet Care extensively for dog daycare and boarding over the past three years, I trust her completely with my dog Rosie who always loves going there and I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Our labrador has known the Family Pet Care crew most of her life. She had home visits when she was a puppy and now goes to day care twice a week. The team love, know and understand dogs and we trust them completely to look after ours. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Arthur goes to Family Pet Care once a week and, honestly, when we drop him off he can't wait to go in and see his friends. Often, at home time, he's having a lovely cuddle with one of the staff and we really feel that the time he spends there is a really enriching and enjoyable part of the week.

Sentabarcs looked after our 8 year old frenchie for 18 nights while we were on holiday. Very well looked after and provided good feedback. Owners clearly love dogs. Would recommend to all.

We have used Sentabarcs for several years now and always know our 3 dogs are being well looked after by Sandy, Paul and their team. They are really caring and kind people and can tell that they look after our dogs, nothing is ever too much trouble! We’re so glad we found Sentabarcs!

I have boarded Kevin here serval times now, and he absolutely loves it here, gets so excited as we pull up, he loves all the play equipment they have for the dogs , the pool, trampoline and climbing frame ! He is always very well taken care of here and Paul always keeps in contact while Kevin is staying !

Sandy Paul and the team, thankyou for looking after my boy, it's hard to find someone that cares about what they do. Alot of kennels are just in it for the money. My boy stayed for 12 days, they sent me a video and was having so much fun, a very great place for your dogs to have their own holiday when you are away. WILL 100% USE THEM AGAIN

Recently booked our 3yr old dog into SentaBarks which was actually the first time our dog had stayed in kennels at all. What a fantastic experience!! Sandy and Paul are so incredibly kind and genuine dog people, who treated our pup as if he was their own. Beforehand, I nervous that our dog wouldn’t settle in kennels, or come home and behave terribly in retaliation to being left, (all the usual first time kennel fears) when actually our dog was barely interested in us when we arrived to collect him and was keen to stay and play with Sandy and her staff! Sandy and Paul supplied us with videos of our dog playing during his stay, which was a huge reassurance as we were overseas and nice to see him so happy and settled with them at their kennels. The kennels themselves are well maintained, heated and cleaned frequently to ensure your pets comfort, and the outdoor play area is full of excitement and stimulation for your dog! They’ve literally thought of everything. Our dogs behaviour and temperament at home has actually been better than ever since returning from his holiday at SentaBarks!-A real testament to the great care and attention they gave our dog whilst we were away. I will definitely not hesitate to book him in for another stay and happily recommend this place to anyone considering it. Thanks so much!

Sentabarcs is a really lovely kennels with lots of room and toys for the dogs to play with, warm kennels for them to sleep in and really lovely owners that clearly love their job. When we went to visit, Sandy really set me at ease playing with the dogs and showing her lovely caring character. They told me all about the work they do taking in rescue dogs and fostering where possible - which is absolutely fantastic and says a lot about the owners. They offer group play for dogs that get on well, a ball pit, paddling pool and trampoline along with loads of toys in the garden area for the dogs entertainment. They can provide everything your dogs needs including food and beds if needed. They have an allotted dental stick time every evening which is great to keep your dogs in their routine. There is also a groom room run by a lovely lady that I met when I collected the dogs, who has a clear passion for her job. The dogs stayed for a total of 9 nights with Sentabarcs and when we came to collect them they seemed so happy and not at all as interested in us as I had expected - which for me assured me that they'd been treated really well and had not been stressed by being there at all. This was a huge concern of mine since my 6 year old husky and 15 year old mix had never been in kennels before! They're very reasonably priced and provide a real personal service which you simply cannot get from larger kennel companies. The only thing that lowered my star rating was the lack of updates - I had been assured I would receive videos and pictures on Whatsapp while we were away and I made it known that it was exactly what I was looking for (since it was my first time sending them away and I had huge guilt and anxiety around that). I did receive 2 videos of the dogs, (on day 2 and day 6) but this was after a couple of messages and phone calls requesting an update. Other than this I wasn't updated on how they were doing or what they were doing at all. Replies to messages were short and didn't really set my nerves at ease or let me know how my dogs were doing so by the end of the week I felt a little lost and got the feeling I was being annoying and so held back from asking for updates - which I do feel is something that should be part of the service provided. I can't lie, this did leave me in tears a few times on my holiday thinking the worst and up until that second video, I couldn't relax. I think to resolve this problem with future customers, perhaps Sentabarcs could consider an allotted time per day to send a quick update message to any customers that really need it - it really would have gone a huge way for me. Overall, the dogs seem to have had a lovely time and have come home really happy and healthy. I think they truly care a lot about their dogs and they give each one of them the one-to-one time they need. I would absolutely recommend boarding your dogs with Sentabarcs.

I have been in contact with Paul at Sentabarcs over the last couple of days to try to arrange short notice kennels after our travel plans changed. Although we now have friends looking after our dog I wanted to write a review about how helpful Paul has been. He has been really reassuring and patient despite my many questions and I will definitely get my dog over to Sentabarcs in the future as it’s clear they are a very caring business with an absolute love of dogs. I called to book for 2 separate stays for our Bulldog called Winston. One visit for 6 days and another for 2 weeks a short while after. I asked if I could turn up one day with Winston to see if he would be happy there and if it was suitable and to check the grounds and kennels. I was told to arrive whenever I wanted and I wouldn’t have to call before my arrival. When I did, both Sandy and Paul the owners were so welcoming, professional, respectful to my requests and made a big fuss of Winston so he felt safe. He loved it ! When we took him for his stays they messaged me about how he was and even sent photos and a video of him playing. And, when we took him back for his second stay a few weeks later he was pulling to get back in the gate ! Already booked his stays for 2023. 10/10. They opened their arms to Winston and made him feel as he was one of their own. Highly recommend !

My partner and I booked our 4 Siberian Huskies with Sandy and Paul while we are away for vacation. Our babies definitely loved their stay. Sandy and Paul looked after our babies as their own. They sent us videos how our babies enjoying their facilities. Definitely a highly recommended place for your babies. Super thank you Sandy and Paul. ❤️

From the outset, Dawn put my mind at ease with grooming my 7month old Maltese for the first time. She understood my needs as a puppy mum. My little pup was very relaxed following his 1st experience & my goodness, looked so handsome. Thank you so much Dawn….I will be recommending you to everyone I know.

Fantastic kennels who take care of our two Rottweilers. When we drop them off they don’t even look back. If that isn’t a good enough testament I’m not sure what would be. Highly recommended.

Have been using Greenlow kennels for over 20 years with four dogs all of whom loved it. It is like taking them to play school. They bounce in with never a backward glance. The people there are lovely and really care for the animals. Many thanks

The staff at Greenlow are very rude and unhelpful. On a number of occassions when I requested to see the facilities before boarding my cat, there was a lot of resistance. I should have taken that as a huge sign. On the day I boarded him I finally got to see the kennels only to be told by 10am that they had still not been cleaned from the day before. I boarded my cat for a week and on collecting my cat he was very distressed. 3 days later he is still showing signs of distress. He has had diarrhoea for the last 3 days and has been vomiting constantly. My cat has always been in excellent health, I can only imagine what he experienced at these kennels. I highly recommend using alternative kennels in the area. The staff are disgusting and a clear indication of the service provided. Never again!!! They don't even deserve 1 star, but have to select it to proceed with the review.

We have boarded our dog here for the last few years and can highly recommend it. Staff are lovely and caring and we have to drag our dog out of there when we collect him! When we see the staff out on our walks he is beside himself with excitement and runs straight over bum and tail wagging like mad you can't ask for more than that!

Excellent kennels. Have used for many years, for my greyhounds. They always come home very happy. It is even possible to get them washed while they are there . Staff lovely.

The staff are always so caring and truly put your pets welfare front and centre. My dogs love coming here and I always feel confident leaving them in Greenlows capable hands.

My two dogs stayed back in August, for 5 days sharing a kennel! Had no fault, great staff and the dogs loved it! Would recommend and use again!

Used Greenlow for years and always the same excellent service. The dog loves coming here and they've used the lockdown to re decorate and improve the kennels even further.

Fantastic dog hotel with amazing owners! I left my husky there for over two weeks, and he had an incredible time. He was well cared for, and I loved being able to see regular photo updates on their social media. I didn’t even feel the need to check in because I knew he was in great hands. Thanks to them, I had a completely stress-free holiday without any worries about my husky’s wellbeing.

Just wanted to recommend and share my experience with fellow dog owners. Wow. This place is AMAZING. They treat your dogs like their own, my dogs never want to come home 😂🥰. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I just can’t recommend these guys enough, Gemma and Brad are such amazing people. Also… the value is amazing! £15 for 6 hours !! I work long hours so this is amazing for my two babies . The dogs have their own beds and tvs in their rooms.. they are never shut in and have fields to run around and play in all secured. If you want your dog to be in the best hands then buttsniffersdoghotel is your place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🩵💙

Picked up our little lab after 8 nights with Brad & Gemma and it's safe to say he had the best ever time. They have created something pretty special, a super safe, fun environment allowing dogs to do what they do best...be dogs! You will not be disappointed leaving your pooch here :-)

Brad and Gemma are both so lovely and they have created the most amazing dog hotel! After visiting with my puppy on the weekend I immediately booked her in for doggy day care and for a longer stay in the summer. They have created a calm but fun environment for the dogs and my puppy Mika absolutely loved them both. It's most certainly not a kennel. Instead there huge enclosed fields, doggy tv and beautiful beds for the dogs to sleep and chill out on after all their running about. I hadn't ever really considered doggy day care but I will now most certainly do it for when I work in London. Thank you Brad and Gemma for the wonderful home you have created for the dogs.

Our two dogs love going to Butt Sniffers. They come home exhausted from a fun day playing with their pals and getting all the love from Brad and Gemma. One of our dogs is quite shy and nervous and he's really grown in confidence since spending time there. We only moved to the area recently and were worried about finding somewhere suitable nearby. We needn't have worried, from the moment we first dropped them off we were at ease, it is obvious that Gemma and Brad absolutely love dogs and love what they do. We wanted somewhere where the dogs are treated like part of the family and that is what we got. They are always quick to respond and really flexible, which has been so helpful for us whilst we're having work done on our house, as we don't have to worry about the dogs because we know they are in great hands. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Butt Sniffers!

Wow! Really lovely people and fantastic facilities. Our 7 month old pup went for doggy daycare and came back tired and very waggy - she had even had a good brush. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to any dog lover - look around for 2 minutes and you will be able to totally relax about leaving your pet. We will definitely be back!
