Our dog regularly visits for daycare. He loves it there. He jumps out of the boot of the car and can't wait to get in there. He gets walks and off-lead time and gets to play with the other dogs, he's even made some friends. The staff are lovely and send updates via WhatsApp during the stay. Highly recommend.

I’m so happy with how well my two dogs have been taken care of during their stays with Paws Inn! They sent me photos and videos every day during their stay and I was able to relax on my holiday knowing my dogs were enjoying themselves.

So Tilly and Teddy have been gone here quite a few times now. They send us pup dates and we are really happy with the service. Till is an older dog and we do worry about her before she goes, but we are reassured when we have videos sent and her tail is wagging. They give such love and care to them and I cannot recommend the place enough. Thank you 😊

Both of my dogs stayed here for the first time for 5 days and they were so well cared for and had a fantastic time. Loved seeing the videos sent to me of them running free in the field and put my mind at ease knowing they were both having a fabulous time. Would definitely recommend this Kennels to all my friends and family for their dogs and will use them if needed in the future. Jack loved his first ever stay in kennels here. Lovely owners who know exactly what makes a great stay for your dog. Very clean, modern facilities. Will definitely book him in again.

First class facility to take care of your dog. It doesn’t even smell like a kennels when you walk in there. Also it’s family run and they have great access to their own fields to exercise the dogs. You will be hard pressed to find another facility like this in South Wales.

Our Golden Retriever absolutely adores this place and Katrina. Going to daycare has really helped him socialise with other dogs and his training has come on leaps and bounds. Between the outdoor paddocks, the custom built indoor play area and of course inside Katrina’s home, it is the perfect setting. The “Big n Bouncy” monthly socials are also a great opportunity for our pooch to socialise with other dogs in a safe and fun environment. He has his regular pals that have really helped with his socialisation training. We’ve been to the Puppy training class and Obedience through tricks - both were really helpful for pooch’s training journey and Katrina is so knowledgeable and experienced she makes it look easy! Our dog’s safety and wellbeing is everything to us and we are totally confident that he is taken care of as well as he would be at home. For us, our dog tells us all we need to know about this place. He drags us up the steps to get there and never wants to leave - he’s treated like family there and I would highly recommend to anyone.

I rescued a dog from Romania who was very afraid nervous and timid. We asked woof n tales for help and they were amazing from classes to helping her getting used to new people and dogs and also day care and holiday boarding.Now our dog gets very excited when she realises where she’s going and really enjoys her time there. Its an amazing place whether your looking for classes for a puppy , social time with other dogs or somewhere safe for them to stay while you go on holidays.I highly recommend Woof N Tales for an doggy needs.

Well what can I say, home from home is exactly what you get from Katrina & family. I know that my two are so well looked after when they stay here. Lots of interaction with lots of other dogs big and small. Regular updates received, I just feel so relaxed leaving my dogs here. Very experienced with dogs and any problems quickly identified and you are informed asap. Lots of room for dogs to play outside safely and even a swimming pool. It really is a dog hotel and for what it costs it is value for money would never leave mine in kennels and they both absolutely love it here. I can’t recomend W&T highly enough.

I would highly recommend woof and tales,I'd had years without holidays as would never leave my dogs in kennels,I was recommended by a friend from our st Bernard meet,first started my rescue saint Bernard on the big dog social day they do every month she was a big shy and didn't play much on first one but after her second one she really started mixing and playing with all the other dogs,and was lovely be be sent a video of her time there after the day ended, since then she's been for long weekends a week and now I've just picked her up from a 9 day stay and each time she come out happy and well and obviously loves katrina.its lovely to know I can go on a holiday without having to worry and stress about my fur baby,wonderful place

W&T is Angus's 2nd home. From the time we tell him he is going to stay with Katrina he is wagging his tail. Jake is fantastic too and Angus adores him. Paul is everywhere around still and he had a huge impact on Angus when a puppy. We would NEVER use anywhere else for boarding, daycare, fun days and have recommend this fab place to close friends.. I've trusted this family buisness with my dogs since they were pups. There is no where else I would take them. They are brilliant, professional and above all have a wonderful love for dogs. My two have attended day care there since they were very small. They did training and have done all sorts of socialising. This has no doubt helped my dogs be the most social and loving family pets. I'm very grateful for the service.

Not recommended for boarders. My pensioner old oyster parson terrier returned home with three puncture wounds with the proprietor unaware he was Injured. Lack of due diligence in supervising her animals. Reason given was my dog disturbed a sleeping pack which caused reaction and squabble . Poor excuse, dogs do squabble but the is a clear lack of supervision as I have said. Poor service.

This is excellent centre for both day trips and overnight stays for our doggie friends. The staff are knowledgeable and caring and have a genuine love of our canine companions. The centre is well placed with a large field for their regular exercises and there are areas where they can chill out in heated purpose built indoor areas which includes thoughtful touches such as sofas to make our furry friends feel at home. The overnight kennel area has large spaces for their stay so that animals ought not to feel caged in.

I’ve been taking my dogs to Glyntawel for about 6-7 years as boarders and daycare. Jayne and her staff are amazing and so caring with the dogs. The standard of the kennels is top notch. The freedom available is field to run in, a dog house for when it’s raining which is furnished with chairs and settees. They do agility, grooming and anything else your dog requires. What more can I say other than Glyntawel comes highly recommended.

My boy Griff has been lucky enough to have been cared for by Glyntawel twice a week for nearly two years. No daycare/kennel/boarding service, that I’m aware of, come close to the level of care and affection the team at Glyntawel provide. I feel blessed that Jayne and Dean set up their incredible luxury dog boarding hotel within my local area. Other than the outstanding grounds, agility park, slow running brook (which includes Griffs favourite high dive pond) and the fantastic fully furnished “log cabin” style snug, Glyntawels over-night boarding facilities are second to none. I very rarely write reviews on anything, I’m of the belief that I’ll “make up my own mind” on the place. I wrote this review because of how impressed and thankful I felt today while picking up my boy Griff his favourite place. Impressed because of how well Jayne and Dean run the show and thankful for that Griff loves it there so much that he never wants to leave!!

Would highly recommend Jayne and all the other amazing people from Glyntawel to anyone and everyone that needs dog boarding. They are so caring towards the dogs, and really give my boy the time of his life whilst I'm working away. He is always so excited to get out of the car when I drop him off, and the videos show just how fantastic and well looked after he is there. Completely takes the anxiety away from leaving him behind and would never go anywhere else for boarding ❤️

I just love everything about Glyntawel. Jayne and the staff are all wonderful and friendly and the place is just lovely. A big field with a small river for runs and then log cabins for the dogs to hang out in with their friends. My dog loves going here so much she cannot wait to get out the car and most of the time actually doesn’t want to come home. What more could you want!

100% recommend Glyntawel doggy day/night care! My labradoodle loves going. He cries with excitement as soon as we get onto the common. Jane ,Dean & staff are amazing with the dogs. They know each individual needs for them. Can't praise them enough.

We highly recommend Jayne and team at Glyntawel. It’s always hard to decide where’s best to leave your VIDs as there’s lots of choices at varying costs. We contacted Jayne to discuss and arrange the meet and greet. Jayne was really helpful and answered all our queries. When we had the meet and greet, we met one of the team on a busy day when there were lots of other guests (Very Important Dogs) there. Our first impression was how clean everything was and how happy the VIDs all were, all out in the sun playing. Our three are nervous but settled really quickly and loved exploring. We booked them in for a couple of nights and as soon as they realised where they were when we parked, they couldn’t wait to get out of the car and go in. Jayne posts pics and videos on Facebook so you can see them while you’re away, looked like they had just a good a break as us!! When we collected them, they were clean, happy and really comfortable with the team. We’ve also taken them to the groom pod there for their haircuts and Charlene is also excellent. They couldn’t wait to see Jayne again when we arrived. Their haircuts were great so we’ve booked in again. They were relaxed with Charlene so we’re happy.

Used this wonderful service twice now, and will continue to do so, my dog is more of a home dog and I don't like putting him in kennels, this is perfect for us and for him, he gets home comforts and care with a trusted sitter who loves the little fella. I don't worry now when I go away as I know he is happy and looked after. Great service and great communication.

We've used We Love Pets Bridgend cat sitting service twice now, and can highly recommend. They ask lots of questions about your pet's personality and are very accommodating of all their little quirks. We got photos and updates every day we were away which really put our minds at ease, since we were nervous to leave them for such a long time. Very happy and will not hesitate to use again :)

Emma did an absolutely fantastic job of looking after our girls (2 basset hounds) for 2 weeks whilst we were on holiday. We received very regular updates and it was amazing knowing they were being so well looked after. It’s clear to see Emma’s genuine love for pets and she is our go to!

We are so delighted to have found We love pets Bridgend. When we suddenly needed regular pet sitting Emma came and visited before our first sit a couple of months back. She was amazing taking so much detail and time for their care. Emma is always responsive regarding dates which is brilliant. We come home to happy, relaxed, well fed and watered cats. Even their special fussy ways cared for! The regular updates and photos are so great. It means so much to know they are ok while we are away so we can relax. We really enjoyed the service and care from We Love Pets! They looked after our three cats, with lots of updates over WhatsApp. It helped us enjoy our holiday more as we knew they were taken care of. Emma and her team are our to go people to have our cats visited while we are travelling. They are very reliable and also very good with our cats. They send daily updates and photos showing how the cats are doing. If you need pet services, I recommend We Love Pets Bridgend team.

Great service! We have used the service before with our previous dog but now have another rescue who was initially quite reactive but has mellowed considerably. We were worried about whether a sitter would work with our Jess, who can be quite hit and miss with strangers, but we gradually built up a great relationship with a couple of the walkers who were able to read Jess’ moods and body language brilliantly and responded with the appropriate behaviour required. The team is very understanding about ‘difficult’ dogs and have been so good with our Jess that I think she might even prefer her sitters to her owners. Communication is excellent, the service is faultless and I am very grateful to the wonderful ladies Sarah and Emma that allow me to work shifts without worrying about Jess. Thank you guys x

Amazing, amazing, amazing! We have a very nervous super high energy springer spaniel. With her being so nervous it's stressful leaving her with anyone but the team have been absolutely incredible with our mad dog. So patient and she gets a proper run around everyday which makes life so much easier when we come home from a busy day at work. The meet and greet massively put me at ease as it's clear to see the love they have for dogs. Thank you so much for taking care of Cari. She's nuts and you deserve a medal!

Highly recommended. This is the 2nd year I've left our little Frenchie with the team at Barkers Lodge while we've travelled abroad. Our dog Ruby is lovely with people, but very reactive to other dogs, so it's ideal that this kennels keep dogs separate and provide more of an individual service. Ruby always comes back clean and happy after her stay. I won't hesitate to use them again.

This dog kennel is a superb place to lodge your dog for a day or longer. Very friendly family run business just outside Bridgend in quiet location away from any busy roads. The kennels themselves are safe, warm and secure and my dog has no issues being left there for times when I'm away on holidays. You can opt for additional country walks or 'mini bar' treats as well as grooming treatments. I would highly recommend them to any dog owner.

We have used Barkers Lodge on a few occasions now for our 11 month Old Cocker Spaniel Bella and what can I say it's definitely 5* from myself. From the initial contact to the ongoing service everything is well organised and informative. The Kennels are very clean and spacious definitely the best I've seen. The owners are very friendly and polite and definitely know what's right for your dog. We have dealt with Anwar 99% of the time and he shows true love and care towards Bella to the point where although she was happy to see us when we collected her last time she was still cwtching into him like she wanted to stay a few more nights 🤣🤣🤣. Brittany one of the staff members has also been very helpful and informative when we have messaged mid stay for updates on how Bella has been. This will definitely be the only Kennels we use for Bella 100%. Theres probably a lot more positive feedback i could give Barkers Lodge the list is endless but what i can say is If you want the best care for your dogs then you know where to take them 🐕🐶🐕‍🦺. You won't regret it.

I needed a place for my little Lhasa to stay while I went away for a week with the family abroad. I was recommended Barkers and what a great find. The kennels are very clean and well maintained and each has their own music speaker, heater and security cameras. The owners have a natural way with dogs, and really made my little pup feel at home. They even have a little shop where we got some lovely treats after the stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high standard kennels for their dog to stay.

I used Barkers for my 13 year old dog Buddy to stay in a kennel for the first time in his life, so you can imagine my apprehension. However, on arrival, I was greeted by Anwar, who soon put my worries aside. Anwar is very personable and took the time to get to know Buddy and spent time showing me around the kennels and introducing Buddy to his new home. I did not feel rushed at all. Needless to stay after returning to collect Buddy after a week, he was a bouncing, happy boy, who clearly loved his stay at Barkers. We will be back.

Fantastic experience with Barkers Lodge. Ellie and Anwar were great with our puppy Bruce and took really good care of him. The place is very clean, safe and modern. Very happy that we have somewhere local that we can trust.

Needed some boarding for a week for my cocker spaniel Hendrix. Barkers were very helpful with any questions I had and when I dropped him off I could see how much care and attention they put into the business. The place was clean, very well put together and even has cameras to allow the dogs to be checked on at all times The countryside location is amazing and I know it made Hendrix feel at ease with the quiet and fresh air Always great to have a place I can trust when I'm away

Can not fault the guys at the Barkers Lodge thay are amazing and lovely .Thay have got dogs them self.thay are so caring and understanding about dogs being part of the family and how much dogs are loved by there owners.thay are brilliant.every time are dog comes for a stay she loves it.As thay got very security around the kennels.the staff care about the dogs and look after them very good. there kennels are fab.thay are so modern compared to other kennels around.thay are very clean, very tidy,very modern.got some things that other kennels don't have to make the dog more at home or,music in the back ground quite heater in the back if it cold so the dog is nice and warm in these cold weather and has a choose to stay in or go outside which is fab I think. definitely keep bring my dog here when we go on holiday

So friendly, professional and perfect environment for when we need to put our dog in to stay! We have put our 1 year old dog in multiple times in Barkers Lodge. Ellie and Asif are so friendly and reassure us when leaving her. It can be a nervous time leaving your dog but having people there who really care about pets and have their best interests at heart really help the experience. My dog loves coming here and having the country walks and access to the mini bar treats. She has really made a bond with the owners and she’s so comfortable and at ease when she’s with them. Amazing place to put your dog and will continue to use their services in the future! We wouldn’t leave our dog with anyone else now that we’ve experience this!

I was looking for a friendly dog kennels in Bridgend for ages and I was recommended Barkers Lodge. From the first meeting they made my cocker spaniel feel comfortable. The room he stayed in had its own heater, and the music they had on was a really nice touch. I would have no hesitation in taking my dog there again. Highly recommend!

The staff at Springfields are great. I’ve used them a few times now. My dog had a bad experience at another kennel. They took the time to gain his trust and get to know him. Milo goes in happy he doesn’t even look back. Thanks for taking care of him.

Our dog Otis has been going to Springfields since he was a puppy for both day care and kennels. He loves his visits to Springfields and can't wait to get out of the car when we arrive. He adores the staff and they always take great care of him. Highly recommended!

Billie & the team are fantastic. Our boy loves his time up day club & we love it because he's normally tired from playing with others 😁 all the team are lovely & really good with our boy. Very accommodating & professional, we know our dog is in good hands.

My English bull terrier stayed here from 13/5/24 for 8 nights This is the second time he has gone here When we arrived & all paperwork was was completed there was no welcome shown for my dog He’s very timid after being attacked by another dog when he was young therefore he’s scared of other dogs In our return to collect him the person who runs it seen us waiting & completely blanked us When our dog was eventually brought to us we were then informed that because of his social issues with other dogs he could not go back there unless we socialise him We have tried dog classes & it made no difference to him I would suggest they DO NOT take in timid dogs I had already decided when leaving him there this time would be the last They are not dog lovers & it’s all about the money I have since spoken to various kennels & my dog doesn’t seem to be a problem he doesn’t growl bark he’s never shown any aggression he’s just a soft laid back English bull terrier…. I have since kennelled him at panty milar kennels & from the start he was made a fuss of & spoken to as you would expect from dog lovers on our return to collect him we were told that he’s such a good sweet gentle dog & he was happier coming from there than he was from Springfields it’s also a bit cheaper although money was never the issue with us but it’s all about the money at Springfields

Our dog Peggy has stayed here a few times now and she absolutely loves it. We were extremely nervous about leaving her for the first time initially but they did such a great job of looking after her. Also really appreciated them administering her regular medication and sending us photo and video updates. She's booked in again soon and I'm sure she'll also love her own mini holiday!

Fantastic kennels that our dog has stayed at for day care and overnights when we are on holidays. We viewed seven other kennels and Springfield was by far the best. The kennels are well presented, offer privacy for the dogs, well kept exercise areas and a massive bonus is that it doesn’t represent a prison like most others! The staff are fantastic and my dog is never in a rush to get home which says it all about how good they get treated there 😂

My Mylo goes here every week and he absolutely loves it! He always gets so excited when he knows we’re close and I can never get him in the car to come home, the staff here are so lovely and you can tell they are real animal lovers. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my baby!

I always use Springfield to care for my cat when I go away, I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after him. I love that they always send me pictures when I check in on how he's doing.

We can't recommend K9 resort highly enough. Our dogs have been loads of times now, everyone at K9 resort is lovely and get to know your dogs well. The dogs always come back to us in great shape and don't sulk, so they obviously enjoy their little holiday too. Neil has been really flexible with us accommodating last minute requests and the rates are extremely reasonable.

This was my first time leaving our dogs at a kennels so it wasn't easy to leave them, but... They were absolutely wonderful with our dogs, exceptionally well looked after, well fed and cared for, superbly clean, they kept me updated on my dogs' welfare and my dogs were all really happy and content there. I couldn't have wished for better. I would have no hesitation recommending this wonderful doggy hotel to anyone.

First time for my dog being kept at the Kennels. Owner is absolutely fantastic and communicated with me throughout the duration as my dog is anxious. Rooms are clean, and kept clean, even washed my dogs bed as he'd got it dirty. There'd even a TV in the room, absoulty loved the place, my dog was happy and healthy coming home. Will be booking again for our next holiday.

Wow what can I say my milly Stayed there for a week. They kept us updated with pics of her while she stayed absolutely fabulous place would highly recommend it. Your dog will never get bored there specially with the tvs in all pens

Our dogs absolutely love it here. It’s our go-to place for the dogs when we’re travelling overseas. Overnight boarding includes daycare which is what makes this place so much better than a regular Kennel. Sam and her team take great care of the dogs, nothing is too much trouble. The dogs have an awesome time and you can check online at the end of every day to see the latest photos of their adventures! You can also book treats and toys, like stuffed Kong toys, to keep them entertained at night, if they have any energy left! Couldn’t be further from the ‘one walk a day’ kennel alternatives. When I go to pick them up, usually they don’t want to leave…they’d rather be out in the yard playing with the other dogs then come home to the humans! Mind you, when I get them back they are usually broken! After a two week trip away the dogs usually sleep for two days! Pricing is reasonable however premium rates…which is reflected in the service, care given by staff, safety (big plus) and quality of the facilities. 50% deposit up front and balance when you drop them off. Deposit is non-refundable, however ok the rare occasion I’ve had to change dates, we’ve always been accommodated without any fuss. Worth every penny.

Our gorgeous little blue staffy, Ruby, is a frequent happy visitor at their doggy daycare and is tail wagging and happy when we pick her up. My son picked Ruby up yesterday, providing the secret password they require for absolute security, following our week away on holiday. Ruby stayed in their deluxe room which has air conditioning or heating depending on the weather. When we returned home she was delighted to see us and was happy and is her absolutely gorgeous self! We had regular‘Enrichment Reports’ on the Royvon app when we were away with pictures of her playing with her friends, how she was and if she was eating the food. We cannot recommend the team highly enough! They all know her personality because she has attended daycare there and picked up on her mood change following her first season. This is a professional company with highly skilled dog lovers in their team. Putting your dogs happiness, safety and care is the heart of what they do. They are the best! Thank you, Jess, Niccie, Emily, Kiara and all of the brilliant dog lovers who looked after her.

I was very apprehensive and worried about sending Roxy to Royvon playhouse Bridgend as she had not been since it was Fur Indoors. Still I went ahead as it's the only place Roxy has ever been. Well I'm over the moon that I did. Staff were absolutely fantastic kept me up to date with reports, took lots of pictures, phoned me when there was an issue, spent time with me discussing everything and most importantly (the reason I waited a few days until posting this review was to see if she was showing any signs of been ill) followed Roxys strict regime whilst in boarding as she is unable to have any other food and needs a fair bit of medication and regular feeding otherwise she becomes extremely unwell. Roxy has never not lost weight when away from home there and she came home a very healthy weight which I was thrilled to see as she is slim. Roxy made many friends and it was so lovely to see her happy and playing whilst there as they catered for her specific needs. Staff were kind, gentle and friendly and did a great job. Thank you so much. Roxy will be back :)

Mickey 🐩 absolutely loves his time at Royvon for boarding, day care and training with Fletcher. His behaviours have dramatically improved due to simple clicker training techniques that Fletcher has worked on, it has allowed him to become more controlled and less reactive. Throughout his boarding and training there was regular updates, videos and pictures that keep you assured on how they are doing but also help you to learn and maintain the training and good work they do. Follow up sessions have also been incredibly beneficial. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Vinnie has been going to Royvon since he was 14 weeks old and absolutely loves it. They took extra special care of him when he was young to ensure he had extra rest breaks and they have loved watching him grow. The staff have wonderful relationships with all of the dogs and we really enjoy looking on social media to see the photos of what they have been up to each day.

We were worried about leaving Luna in a kennels when we went on holidays, as we have never left her before, we needn’t have worried though, she was in good hands, the staff were lovely and friendly and wonderful with dogs. Luna had daily training with Fletcher and has come on great, we can’t thank him enough for his hard work. Also while away we were kept up to date with fabulous photos of her playing and interacting with other dogs. We can't thank them enough for looking after luna and will definitely be back to use them in the future!

Gus has the best time whenever he goes on his holidays to fur indoors. They took great care of him when the weather was really hot, we were worried due to him overheating easily but they really put us at ease. He can't wait for his next visit, he loves making friends, and we really appreciate the photos uploaded each day to Facebook so we can see our boy enjoying himself.

I have recently attended one to one training with fletcher with my 2 collies Jack and Blue. They both needed different training so I had separate training for each of them. Fletcher is a very nice young man who is very knowledgeable and professional and helped me enormously with training and building my confidence in respect of my dogs. I would definitely give Fletcher 10 out of 10 for training. My dogs have also boarded at Royvon on a number of occasions and are happy and excited to stay. The staff are always friendly and make a fuss of the dogs.

Can't thank Royvon enough for helping with my dogs reactivity. Fletcher was really great with barney and has made such a difference to his confidence and general behaviour with other dogs. Highly recommend.

Amazing place for your pups. We had ours in boarding for the week, and she absolutely loved her stay. Pictures every day, and she definitely had lots of fun. Sam and the team are just brilliant. Tina will return soon.

Sept 2022: Caroline walked our dog, a JRT with behavioural issues, whilst we were away on holiday for the week. We felt completely at ease with trusting Caroline to take care of our dog. Our dog had a lovely time and we would not hesitate to use Caroline’s services again in future! July 2023: We used Caroline's services again for week whilst on holiday. She was great and really gave us peace of mind knowing our dog was in safe hands! Highly recommend her to anyone!

A 5 star recomendation from me and also from my cat Tibs whom Caroline looked after recently. Caroline developed an instant rapport with my cat . I was v impressed. Not only that Caroline was a huge help in taking on an extra days visit at very short notice. All in all very good service .

Caroline is absolutely brilliant. She looked after my energetic little pug Jessie overnight at such short notice, and was brilliant. This was the first time I had ever used a dog sitter, and I would definitely use Caroline's services again. She made our night very stress free by sending me photos of Jessie throughout the evening. Jessie was extremely well looked after throughout the day/evening and was taken for regular walks (One to Ponty Park, very spoilt!) - I would 100%recommend Caroline's services! - I will be using Caroline in future rather than the kennels as Jessie much prefers being in her own environment. Fantastic alternative to the cattery for our cat Mickey. Mickey refuses to eat whilst away from home and struggles with separation anxiety. Caroline took excellent care of him at our home, he thrived under her love and attention - I think he was missing her when we came home :) Can highly recommend for a trustworthy and reliable sitter, who goes the extra mile. The Animal Sitter takes the worry out of being away from your loved pet.

Thank you so much for looking after our cats, Penny and Leonard, whilst we were away. It was a great comfort to receive the messages and just how commited to looking after them you were. It was very reasurring and I was pleasantly surprised just how much you cared about them. You can see here that they are both very happy and it was such a better option than putting them in a cat shelter. Thank you!

Caroline took great care of Bruiser our Chihuahua whilst we went away for our holiday this year. To be fair he looked healthier when we collected him than before we dropped him off ... Five star!!!

Looked after our border terrier Horace for a weekend, Caroline was lovely and really put our minds at rest! Definitely better than kennels and would certainly use again, Horace had his bag packed already :)

Our dog came back happy enough but very smelly indeed, was only there 2 nights. Needed to be bathed before he could be loose in the house. Wouldn't take him back.

Excellent place to leave your pet. It was the first time we left our rescue dog in kennels since we had her so we were very nervous. There was no need. She settled in really well and was well looked after. Will definitely be using again.

Booked our dog in only to be told the day of dropping off that she was no longer allowed due to miscommunication of staff. Spoke to the owner who very bluntly told me that she would not be dealing with a ‘stroppy American bulldog’. Awful service and discrimination against the breed. Had to rate 1 star but would give 0 if possible.

Very good family run kennels ,clean ,warm ,separate sleeping rooms from the runs ,very friendly ,been using Gilcoru for many years ,and had no problem ,my dog loves them .

Jan is always very welcoming and more importantly the dogs are always happy going in. Also you can email Jan to see how they are while you are away if you want to, so you always have that piece of mind for yourself as well! It's always hard walking away and leaving them (I have 2 Westies) but they are always happy and healthy when we pick them up and that is the main thing for me. I have used Gilcoru for 5 years, I am always happy with the service, the dogs are always healthy coming home and I have no issues in recommending these kennels to anyone.

When I go away with the family I always leave my two dogs with them I would recommend these Kennels staff are very friendly people and they will send updates how the dogs are doing if you ask for it

Excellent kennels, dogs are always very well looked after. Suspect the negative reviews are fake as we are very particular where we board our dogs.

Both my daughter and I leave our dogs here with Cheryl. They both love their time at Springfield. Cheryl, and all her staff, are friendly and professional and are obviously animal lovers.

Absolutely wonderful Cattery, Cheryl is very accommodating & looked after our VERY anxious Cat twice now, even remembering which pen he was in the last time & keeping an eye on how much he was eating, I would really recommend Springfield to anyone, and Otis will definitely be returning, Thank You Cheryl & Staff , Mel xx

I've always taken my dogs here for holidays and they come back in better condition than when I drop them off. They are happy to see me but never over the top happy so I know Cheryl and her team give them lots of attention and care. I have on occasion tried other kennels locally to give myself more options but have found with each one my dogs are anxious and overly energetic when I return. I think this speaks for itself.

Have taken all three of our dogs there over many years and always leave them, confident that they will be well looked after. Annie already booked in for her next stay, and for our summer holiday. She is always happy to go.

Have used the kennels for years and now travel 50+ miles to use the kennels. Excellent cleanliness, care for dogs is exceptional and our two springers love their time there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WE WOULD NOT USE ANY WHERE ELSE

My furbaby just stayed here for 2 weeks. The kennels are clean and the dogs are walked twice a day. The staff are lovely and genuinely love animals. My dog is always well looked after when she goes there. Would not go anywhere else

Our first time using sprngfield for our 3 boys, it came highly recomended by my daughter who regularly uses springfield for her 2. Great drop off and pick up times, and lovely friendly staff. Cheryl knew I was a typical dog mom worrier and sent me update, pics & a lovely video of my dogs especially as our eldest had his 13th birthday whilst there. I Have already booked them in for their next stay with complete confidence.
