I took my Saint Bernard to Sally for the first time and I have never seen my boy so well groomed, shiny and fluffy, and he smells absolutely amazing. I could not recommend BFG Dog Care highly enough! Sally was also very accommodating around my changing schedule and I am so happy with the customer service I received as well as the care that went into my boys groom!

Our fur baby Millie loved her stay with Sally. The entire family welcomed Millie into their home like it was her own. We appreciated the updates and photos throughout her stay and could relax knowing Millie was in very good, caring hands. From the beginning Sally’s communication was prompt and her caring nature with Millie made us feel at ease leaving our fur baby with her. We highly recommend Sally and BFG dog care. Sally was so friendly and super quick with communication. It was really easy to book Daisy in and find a time that suited. I had so much trouble trying to find a groomer that knows how to and is willing to groom big dogs. Sally discussed how she was going to groom Daisy before starting and she looked beautiful when I picked her up. Super easy and I feel grateful to have found Sally! I've already booked Daisy in for her next groom!

There are not enough words to describe how good Sally is at what she does!! She has come into my old boy’s life at just the right time (although I wish we’d found her sooner). The care and consideration for Buddy she has shown has been incredible and he is gorgeous and smells devine at the end of each groom! She truly takes into consideration the individual needs of each dog as they come to her. My big golden retriever used to dread grooming day now appears happy to go in to the salon and relaxed at the end of his treatment. What a beautiful soul you are Sal. The puppos are lucky to have you!!

Sally has been amazing with our 2 year old golden retriever... she walks him regularly and has given our anxious pup a beautiful groom which he used to be scared of... Great to know our dogs were happy in their own yard and that Sally came around and visited, walked and fed them. Daily correspondence about how they were going was a relief. Will use BFG again and happily recommend.

Was looking for a dog groomer who could help my reactive rescue work with his fear of water so that he can learn a positive association with bath time. Found BFG dog care and reached out to see if this was something they could help with. I am so happy I reached out. Sally was incredible with Monty and worked at his pace, paying close attention to his body language and backing off if she noticed any signs of stress and stopping the groom at a good point to not cause any negativity for Monty. Will definitely be back and would reccomend to anyone. :-)

So grateful for Sally! Our border collies were so happy to see Sally for some pop ins and to feed them dinner and go for walks when we were out, she even took them for their walk in the pouring rain. 😊 Great communication - the text message updates on how they were going and happy photos of them playing were fantastic to receive, we would certainly recommend Sally to other dog owners!

This is the easiest review we’ve ever done! Our dear little Snoop needed some extra care a few times a week while we were out & we were very lucky to find Sally@bfgdogcare Snoop loves Sally & he has great walks & good cuddles every visit! Not only does Sally take Snoop on fun walks, she lets us know if anything seems off with Snoop! Sally cares! ….and Sally’s washes are 5 star spa treatments! We couldn’t be happier and neither could Snoop! 🐶🥰

Last week we left our Labrador here for the first time. By the look of the photos (on Facebook), he had the most wonderful time; especially with his enrichment time in the yard. You could see that he was very happy running around with new found friends. Thank you for taking such good care of him.

Great price for peace of mind, security, well nourished and nurtured care, picked up our boy smelling beautiful and clean. Photos provided everyday of his adventures with his new fur friends. What a fabulous place. I boarded my rescue kelpie for 7 weeks while I was on holidays overseas. The staff were very responsive to any requests for updates even sending me some photos. Freya was not only looked after but she was loved by all the staff. I would not hesitate to book her in again.

Mala was excited for her second drop off to the Top dog house pet resort. I can leave her here knowing she is taken care of. The staff are lovely, quick to respond to queries and they post photos of dogs periodically. ✨ My 3 year old energetic dog gets to share a room with another dog (which is lovely for her being a single pet at home) and also gets to run around and play in a group.I am so glad to have found this resort for Mala.🐕

Seemed good enough. Dogs seemed happy enough on pickup. Price is reasonable per day. But although they are transparent in their pricing information. I still think it is a bit cheeky to charge a full day stay when the dogs are picked up first thing in the morning and haven’t been fed etc. we dropped the dogs 8am Monday and collected 8am Saturday but were charged for 6 days. I think it should be a charge for each 24 hour period. Maybe something for management to consider. This is only reason for 3*. Otherwise would have been 5*

Very comfortable and well organised kennel. Listened to our requests for our senior dogs for an overnight stay and we collected two relaxed fur babies in the morning!

Can't ring through to talk to someone about costs, times, booking as a new client. Apparently only previous existing clients can enrol for bookings. I have to attend Geelong hospital for cancer treatment. Needing M to F for 3 weeks care for my pet girl. Doesn't look like this business interested with not being able to ring and internet site does not let new people apply and no info on prices. 🥴☹️

Comprehensive, dedicated, caring and highly professional boarding facility for our poodles. Very experienced and knowledgeable owners, and we can go away and know our pets are being cared for without us having to think it worry about.

Can't fault The Dog House at all. The lovely staff took me on a tour around the facility before booking and I was impressed that the yards for every dog are real grass. The enclosures were spacious and clean and I can tell my two dogs had an absolute ball with the photos I saw on the Facebook page. The attention and care my dogs get is priceless. 100% going to use them every time I need to.

Excellent dog day care facility behind Aldi and Bunnings in Torquay. It is a very large facility with huge indoor play grounds and individual partitions for rest time. The hygiene standards are excellent too. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic and very well-qualified. Five stars from me. Highly recommended.

Furry Beach Bums is amazing!! The facilities are incredible and the staff are even better. They're great with the dogs and any time I've had a catch up with Amelia, James or Delaney they're so wonderful and take the time to explain how our Pup went that day. We've also had James dog sit for us through Furry Beach Bums and he was such a wonderful sitter, sending updates and left our Pup happy and our house immaculate. Can't speak highly enough of the team at Furry Beachbums. Highly recommend!

I took my spoodle (Willow) to furry beach bums, it being her first time in a doggy day care and her being a generally anxious dog, I voiced my concerns to the staff. They were very attentive and noted down all that she required. The staff members were really friendly and passionate about their workplace. With Willow not being overly sociable, I was thrilled to see her tail wagging as she ran around and played with the other dogs. I feel at ease knowing she has a safe space to go to outside of her home as well as learning a lot from her experience there. Thank you guys!!

This is a fantastic facility. I had the pleasure of taking a tour and meeting the Furry Beach Bums team. They are truly exceptional at what they do. You can tell the staff really love their work and have a lot of care and compassion for their furry visitors. Highly recommended!

Great doggy daycare! The staff are great, they have great communication and really care for the doggies and have great skills and knowledge. My pups had a great time and made lots of friends human and doggos. They got a report card at the end which was really cute. Lots of parking around so easy to pull up and drop off. I’d highly recommend this.

Fantastic facility and an amazing team! Highly recommend. They have helped to ensure our new rescue pup is learning how to socialise in a controlled and safe environment, all the while having the best time.

Gus absolutely loves every day he spends at Furry Beach Bums. He adores all of the staff. He comes homes completely exhausted but so very happy. It's wonderful to be able to leave Gus in such good hands and know that he's enjoying every minute. Thanks to everyone at Furry Beach Bums!

Scout runs in the door every morning! She has the best time with her friends! The staff are so kind and we know Scout is in great hands.

Furry beach bums is the best doggy day care that my little Jack russel absolutely loves, the staff there are so amazing and knowledgeable of everything , My little dog Elvis can't wait to get there his tail wags so fast all the way there , he loves Amelia so much , couldn't recomend it more

I can’t speak highly enough of Furry Beach Bums 🩷 The staff are amazing with my baby Mahalo, she is always so excited in the car when we get near day care and runs out to the door so she can go see all her friends.. The care they give is second to none and the enrichment activities and games keep Mahalo entertained and happy.. Amelia is the best and the other staff are so friendly and loving towards all the dogs that attend.. It’s always a pleasure walking in and seeing how happy and playful all the dogs are with each other and how much they all love the staff 🩷🩷
