My dog goes to camp in st Pete and Tampa! He definitely favors this camp due to smaller groups. Hes been going for several months and also had grooming. They sometimes upload photos at the end of the day which is nice to see and your pup gets a report card. I love the flexibility of drop off and pick up. It’s such a huge convenience to not be locked into certain pick up and drop off times! I highly recommend.

Carly from Paws Paradise took great care of my two cats while we were away! It is such a great comfort to have a pet sitter that you can rely on to watch your pets when you travel. She visited the house as requested and sent photos of the girls playing and having fun so that we would not miss them as much. I appreciate your professionalism and care! Thank you to the team!

Thyme stayed with Paws Paradise for 5 days, they were very hands on with her special requests, sent photos and returned calls immediately. The suites are spacious and well equipped and clean, will definitely use again.

***RAVE!*** SEPARATION ANXIETY REVIEW - 1st Time Customer: My pup was stressed the first night I dropped her off but the overnight staff stayed with her to calm her nerves so she could sleep with some companionship. They slowly integrated her into group settings and she was able to enjoy the outdoor space. I received several photos each day and that eased my nerves tremendously! The staff was incredibly responsive to our WhatsApp message thread and I even received a phone call to discuss my pup’s first update. I know my dog’s mannerisms very well since we are inseparable and together 24/7. I posted several photos on this review but I can easily identify the sole picture from night 1 with her heightened anxiety look and pinned back ears. The subsequent photos are in sharp contrast and she’s visibly enjoying her new friends. We will absolutely be back for my remaining business trips! I highly recommend the facility and staff which are top tier! Background of Anxiety and Previous Boarding Facilities for Reference: My basenji pup had severe separation anxiety since day 1 of her adoption and it has not subsided when we are separated. My job recently required travel again and my 1st 2 business trips were an absolute nightmare dealing with the aftermath of previous boarding experiences. After the first trip, my pup left a different boarding facility with a bout of diarrhea requiring me to take her out every 2-3 hours for 2 entire days. The second trip ended with a very expensive late night emergency vet appointment due to anxiety induced colitis. She was so stressed that she lost 2.5 pounds in a few short hours and I rushed her to a 24 hour emergency clinic. (VEG Tampa was fabulous!) It was heartbreaking to see the toll my travel was causing my pup and I was beginning to consider a resignation if I couldn’t find a good fit. In addition to her severe anxiety, she’s a master escape artist that would rival Houdini. She’s escaped kennels, collars, harnesses, fences, chewed through her leash several times in seconds and has high prey drive. She tends to immediately run to the busiest street with the fastest cars to chase. As a result, I’m extraordinarily overprotective and terrified that unqualified facilities would not be able to board her safely. The staff at Paws Paradise Fur Life exceeded my expectations and threw me a lifeline. I’m very impressed by their business model as they are geared towards pet owners who are passionate about their fur babies happiness and well-being rather than stacking up small kennels and cramming as many dogs as possible into tight spaces. Paws is THE BEST. Not only do I trust them, my frenchie loves attending daycare! It’s his favorite day of the week. Everyone makes us feel at home and they show him so much love. This was my first time dropping off my dog here Where are you? and it was last minute during Thanksgiving and they were more than accommodating. My dog was so happy here they sent pictures of my dog running, and he looked like he was having so much fun. It was such a relief to know that he was in good hands. They were super sweet and friendly and I would 100% recommend this place for your pet pet

As a first time user of any kennel service, I was very nervous about leaving my dog overnight without his family. Little did I know Paws Paradise Fur Life IS like a second family! I received photos of my pup looking extremely happy while staying here during his visit, and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. At pick up, my dog looked like part of the pack which I was happy to see! I will be using this service again and would recommend Paws Paradise Fur Life to anyone looking for a great place to board/daycare their pup.

I recently started taking my dog here for daycare and it has been an amazing experience! Every-time we pull into the parking lot, Tito gets excited because he knows he’s going to get a day with so many friends. He’s only 2 so has a lot of energy and they do what they can to help him burn it off. I know he can be a rowdy puppy but they always welcome him with a smile and so much love. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place and their staff!!

I have been taking my large 1 year-old dog and 13 year-old diabetic dog to Paws Paradise Fur Life for the past year and cannot give them enough stars. The owner, Cindy, and her team of professionals are committed to providing fun and safe care for daycare and boarding. We attend weekly daycare and board frequently. They group the dogs by behaviors so someone is always available for playtime. I have yet to find anything close to providing the care for my fur babies or as responsive as Paws Paradise Fur Life. My diabetic dog requires insulin shots, meds, and eye drops daily and they never miss a beat. They also have pup treats and grooming, which we enjoy. Don't miss out on peace of mind and come bring your dogs to play with Louis Vuitton and Tashi.

Wow… I don’t have enough amazing things to say about Paws Paradise! This is my dog’s first time at doggy daycare, and of course I was nervous, but I am already at ease thanks to the amazing staff here. I’ve been getting updates about how she’s doing, and I know she’s in the best hands. I’m so glad I found this place! 😍 If you’re looking for a place to take your dog to for boarding or doggy daycare, I definitely recommend Paws Paradise!

Took my 11 year old pupper here. I like how they have cameras that you can see your little one at anytime. When I went inside everything was clean. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other boarding places I’ve used. The staff are knowledgable and compassionate especially with the fur babies. Cosmo stayed for two nights, and when I picked him up he was happy and not stressed so I know he had a good time.

We bring our frenchie, Apollo to get his nails trimmed here. Apollo does well getting his nail trimmed specifically by Justus and makes it less stressful for our dog.

Everyone is super friendly and and helpful there. I have no idea how the employees and owner remembers all of the pets names. They all make sure the dogs get a lot of exercise and play nicely. They are always on top of cleaning up messes quickly. I have a crazy schedule so they make sure to accommodate for my dog Panda on short notice. The employees screen every dog before letting them join the Dogtopia club. They don't let fighting or crazy dogs join the group. Their billing process is very easy and I don't need to do a thing. Most of all, my dog Panda loves going there to play with the other dogs and burning off a bunch of energy. When Panda comes home for the night, he's ready to eat and go to sleep. If he misses a day at the daycare, he's up all night running around. I walk him daily but Panda has so much energy, he needs a full time play mate for 8hrs a day. It's a great way for Panda to get his daily exercise and stay healthy. If your dog is unhappy, lonely, or needs exercise...Dogtopia is a great way to cheer them up and get them back into shape.

My experience with Dogtopia was extremely negative and the staff was unprofessional. Without any explanation of their boarding and daycare services, they immediately wanted to introduce my dog to dogs in their facility after I completed paperwork and after they rushed my dog into another room as three rambunctious dogs entered the building. Why would I be comfortable with allowing this? I have no idea how they operate a business with just recommending to throw my dog in to meet other dogs when they don’t even show potential customers the facility or describe what they do. I highly recommend against going here. Response to comment below: chasing my dog around your grooming room after taking off his collar and harness and cutting 4 of his nails is not a “spa service”, I’m not sure why you are making it seem like you did me a favor by not charging..this is laughable

Dogtopia of Westchase is my pup's second home! They are absolutely the best. I have used other daycares and there's nothing quite like them. They love your dog like they are family and it shows. Fun events, photos, celebrations, healthy snacks and always great communication. If something is up with my pup, I know about it. My pups absolutely love going to play with their friends and even wake me up on the days they go because they are so excited. The staff has become like family to us. I can’t recommend enough!

The staff are super friendly and get to know your pup as one of their own. They can accommodate special needs. The facility is clean. The staff makes all the difference. They seem to love what they do and greet my pup with excitement every time he goes to daycare or boards. I feel confident leaving my senior dog in their care. The pups have plenty of room to play, and have enrichment throughout their stay. For a minimal fee you can get healthy treats for your fur baby during their stay or bring your own treats in. I highly recommend the Westchase location!

ZERO STARS. This place has been by far one of the most disgusting customer service experiences I have ever experienced at ANY establishment. My older brother sent his dogs here while he unfortunately decided to take his own life. My father was the only one who could pick the dogs up. Understandable. However, there was no sincerity, no understanding, no sympathy, WHATSOEVER when it came to my brother and his beloved dogs. My brother had scheduled to have the dogs bathed and nails trimmed. One of the dogs does not tolerate nail trims so they just decided to forego the entire bath and nail trimming for BOTH dogs, and charged us even though NEITHER of them had the service done. The manager is despicable, disgusting, and all around a terrible human being and I would never trust my own dogs under her watch and lack of concern. She actually smiled at us and acted as if the whole situation was hilarious to her, which I admittedly lost it after that. Absolutely zero regrets on my outburst as it was deserved. I will never support Dogtopia at any location in the US. There are plenty of other boarding facilities who care about the animals, as well as their owners who entrust them to care for the animals.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and always glad to see my pup when I drop him off. He's always glad to see them too, which is a good sign! The events calendar never disappoints and I love all the pictures! Always clean, never has that "kennel stink". Would definitely recommend!

Dogtopia has always been a pleasant experience for us and my baby Giovanni. He loves spending time with his friends and I enjoy watching the interactions via webcam. I have two big dogs that have been boarding with Armando since being puppies. He’s always been very accommodating to our needs amd the dogs are always happy to go there. The dogs dragging me in there when we go says it all. They’re always happy to get there and never nervous. Armando handles the dogs well and isn’t intimidated at all by their size. He’s pretty great with all the animals. Highly recommend All Critters!

Rachel and Armando, did a fantastic job! Our Yoshi (bearded dragon) was happy and healthy when we returned home. Rachel kept in touch while we were gone and we didn’t worry because we knew Yoshi was in great hands! We will use Rachel and Armando again and recommend to our friends.

I recently went on vacation and had to board my two dogs. One of them is 15 years old and on several heart medications, so I was really worried about leaving her—she’s my baby. Armando and Rachel went above and beyond to take care of her. They even gave her a separate room to keep her away from the stress of the other pets. Im so thankful that I found this place to board my dogs. We’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend them!

We boarded our bunny Twilight this past June she was so happy and cared for, it is so wonderful there. Armando and his team are so flexible, so nurturing and helpful, there’s just not enough words on how wonderful they are and the peace of mind. I feel to leave our precious little bunny, so we definitely will be back my Twilight has asked to return in September. Thank GOD for such wonderful and caring people.

My rabbit has stayed here twice, once was for an entire week. Armando is very flexible with his availability. He is very attentive to each animal’s specific diet as well. He seems extremely knowledgeable about many animals. I’ve had no issues either time my rabbit has stayed there. She looked happy and healthy upon each pick up. He even lets her stay in a larger cage that can fit her litter box which was a game changer for me. I was able to bring anything I wanted to help her feel safe and comfortable during her stay. Very happy I found this hidden gem.

We’ve been boarding our parrots with Armando on and off for a year now. Clean and safe environment. Armando is great with them. He’s always there for us. We are thankful for All critters boarding.

It's been a very long time since we last boarded our dog Zeus. We found this place online, and after talking with Armondo we decided to go with them. They were very flexible with my crazy schedule. Armondo sent me updated text with photos of how Zeus was doing. The facilities was clean. When I picked up Zeus he was very comfortable there and was not stressed out like a previous place we have used in the past. That's the reason we don't like to board him. I believe we found a great place for us to use in the future. Now we can feel more comfortable planning a future getaway.

Armando and his team took the best care of our four pet ducks - including one that we consider "special needs" named Lenny. Not only did he ensure they were happy and healthy, but he went above and beyond when our little Lenny refused to eat, providing him with alternative healthy food options to help him relax and feel at home. He also gave Lenny A DOG BED when we told Armando that Lenny thinks hes a dog and sleeps in a tiny dog bed next to our bed each night. So caring and attentive. We highly recommend All Critters Pet Boarding Service.

Armando recently cared for our two dogs and our macaw while we were on vacation for a week. He sent videos and texts updating us on their stay. He was very flexible with a weekend pick up outside of his normal business hours. His prices were VERY reasonable. The dogs got to hang out in a home like environment which was great (no outside kennels). Our bird is somewhat high maintenance and tends to scream a lot when in unusual situations. When I arrived to pick him up he was happily and quietly swinging in his cage and Armando reported he was good all week after settling in the first day. Since pickup - he has been very chatty and happy. In past boarding situations (Not All Critters), he screams for weeks to punish us. I definitely recommend All Critters pet boarding and will definitely use them again when needed.

Super happy with the crew at Houndstown. My Golden, Indiana, absolutely loves going there when we are out of town. He always comes back smelling amazing and happy. It feels great knowing he's in the best care when we're not around. They also went above and beyond with our 2 cats when we had to board them for Hurricane Milton. Great team, communication, facility and care.

We have been going to Hounds town for over a year. Debbie and Jason and the entire crew, know each and every dog in a personal way when they come through the door. They do things I've never seen other facilities do. Plus, my Mac, is happy to see his friends extended hooman family and gives them all love before we go home. I don't know what I would face without having Hounds Town there for me to drop him off at. ♥️♥️♥️♥️🐶🐕

I love Hounds Town! I personally work here and do not have a dog, but If I did.. I’d absolutely trust Hounds Town to take care of my babies! Our 2 pups love Hounds Town in Westchase and always come home wiped out! Staff is super friendly and attentive and we love all the pictures they take and post on FB. They also take great photos for each holiday that look professional. We also love that they wipe them down after playtime so they smell clean when we pick them up to go home. This place is phenomenal! We’ve brought our first dog there a couple times and they did wonderfully with him. Now we’ve brought our second dog and things haven’t changed. The staff are so loving towards the dogs and friendly towards the owners. They’re not that expensive either. Money worth spending.

Sad to say but these people are very robotic with how they handle peoples pets! Plus there is no outside area for them to go out and I asked if they did take them out which they don’t, meaning if you have your dog in boarding for a week they will go a week without sunshine/fresh air and a week of completely defecating on themselves. No other doggy daycare handles animals like this!!! This is not normal at all and I hope anyone reading this will consider another doggy daycare for your pets safety and happiness.

As someone who spent many years of her life being the first voice and first face of some of the oldest and biggest companies in NYC, I know how important a first impression is. Houndstown of Westchase gave Bear and I nothing less than a 10!! They greet him as if he’s been going there all of his 16 years!! We are relatively new but they are always so glad to see him and us. Staff is welcoming, warm and genuinely kind. I feel good leaving him there to have a bit of time to spend with other dogs. I am a full time 24/7 caregiver to a family member and I don’t ever want my dog to be short changed as he is exceptionally good and very calm and patient with other dogs and yes, he LOVES cats, so if I’m tied up with “medical care giving” he gets to spend time with Debbie and staff at HoundsTown who are so loving to him. He loves simply being in the company of other dogs of all sizes and ages. I am very impressed with their groomer, 5 ⭐️ 🌟 STAR fantastic baths! I’m so grateful for the special attention they give each dog.

My big, energetic 6 month old Golden Retriever had the BEST time ever. Whiskey was obviously grouped with dogs who have a similar energy level. He literally fell asleep in the car after a full day of play. The facilities are very clean. Zero “doggy” smell. Staff was super nice. And I loved all the pics in the FB group. We’ll definitely be back on the regular!

There aren't enough good things to say about Peace Love & Woofs!! Hannah and her team are exceptional. We have been using PL&W as our only walking and boarding company for almost 2-years now and have zero regrets or complaints. The best feeling is whenever we run into Hannah and Rookie is more excited to see her than he is to see me -- makes my heart smile knowing he's in the best hands that he loves too. Hannah has seen Rookie on his best days, dealt with him on his worst, and even stayed with him while he was horribly sick and I had to be out of town. It makes traveling, working all day, needing extra help one day -- you name it, so much easier and brings so much peace to my life knowing that my dog is well loved, taken care of, and plenty exercised! You won't find anyone better than PL&W! The day that we have to leave Tampa will come with a huge (& very sad) hole in our lives because we depend on and love Hannah so much <3

We have been taking our Daschund here for boarding for the past year! He comes back happy. I love that they keep the small dogs separate and someone stays on site overnight. It's the only place we trust. I love getting a photo too, letting me know our pup is happy and having fun. Plus, the staff is very kind and friendly. We love Benjamin Biscuit!

They are the best! My dogs have been a part of their family for 7 years now and it is truly their home away from home. They have always been incredibly warm, caring and accommodating of us. Whether it’s for daycare, sleepovers or grooming, my dogs go crazy when we arrive and are sad when it’s time to leave. I highly recommend and rave about them every chance I get. They are very special- there is nowhere else that compares!

My English Mastiff Bailey has been going to Benjamin since she was 12 weeks. Benjamin biscuit is like her second home and I know she would not go anywhere else. She has so much fun and I know she is being taken care of. Everyone there is so kind and loves all the dogs so much. One of the biggest things I like is there is no cages, so the dogs can go in and out, and you will see my big Girl lounging on the coach or cuddling with one of the girls. If she has not been at day care for a few days she is more needy, and I do not get as much sleep when she has been there for the day. I get pictures and loves all that they do for the Dogs on Holidays!!!! I would recommend this place 100 times over!

This place is a dog's dream! The staff is amazing they know so much about dog's and gauge their temperament very well. All the dogs are buddies and welcomed my dog Disco to the group very quickly. It's like a dog family. We boarded Disco there for a week and have been back a few times just for the day and will continue to. Do your dog a favor and treat him/her to a day of fun!

We USED to love this place. My dog had been going there since he was a puppy for daycare and boarding. He always received great feedback about his visits. Not one time was I ever told about a discipline issue. Then he was abruptly kicked out without any warning. It happened when I boarded him over Thanksgiving and while on my trip I get a call from their "expert" dog trainer Monica telling me that my dog was having behavior problems snd she forcibly removed him from the other dogs. She then proceeded to tell me he would not be allowed back. So now while on vacation I'm worried about my dog and how they are treating him. To make matters worse I had already booked them for Christmas and I was left scrambling to find a new place for my dog. This was handled very unprofessional in my opinion. I was surprised that he wasn't even given a second chance after never receiving a bad report in the year that I took him there. Also, they kept my card on file and charged it several times without even asking me. Very disappointed with their professionalism be cautious when using them!!

Benjamin Biscuit is the best dog daycare in Tampa. We had tried other places in the past but our dog didn't like any of them. This is not the case with Benjamin! she loves going to daycare now; she can't get out of the car fast enough. The staff is wonderful and truly cares about your dog, they go above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Benjamin.

I absolutely love everything about Benjamin Biscuit Club and what they do for our dog. Their pricing is reasonable and affordable. They are cage-free, which means our puppy feels more at-home when he is in their care. They also have a temperament test before accepting a new member into the pack, so they do their due diligence to make sure everyone is safe and will get along. I can always sense the passion that the entire BBC team has for animals, and it shows in the way that they interact with the dogs and with us. Every now and then, I get picture updates of our dog that show he really is having the best day making friends and participating in BBC's one-of-a-kind activities - like Halloween dress up, Valentines exchange, or even making a mother's day project. I couldn't dream of a better place to take my puppy or better people to take care of him when I'm at work or away.

Benjamin Biscuit is unquestionably the best doggy daycare you can find in the area. When we first got our shih tzu, Obi, we tried a few different doggy daycares in the area until coming across Benjamin Biscuit. The level of excellence was apparent from the start. The staff is so kind and you can tell they cherish every dog there. Most frequently we just put Obi in daycare for the day, but they are also excellent when it comes to grooming and boarding. Benjamin biscuit is the only place I feel comfortable leaving Obi if we go out of town. Overall Benjamin Biscuit provides the best doggy daycare experience I have ever seen by a long shot. My wife and I cherish Benjamin Biscuit and everything they do for our dog.

My pup Murphy and I LOVE Pet Suites Carrollwood! They’re always so kind and attentive to my boy and he comes home happy, healthy and worn out! We have developed great relationships with the employees, especially Alisha, who goes above and beyond to care for my fur babies! We truly adore her! I've been taking my sweet puppy Sunny to PetSuites for their puppy preschool program while I work, and we both absolutely love it! The staff is wonderful, and I feel so comfortable and secure leaving her there instead of having her home alone. Sunny comes back every day happily tired, which is perfect for a full-time working dog mom with an energetic pup. I highly recommend PetSuites Carrollwood to all my fellow dog moms! Plus, they provide an adorable "pawgress" report with pictures and updates about your pup. The attached images are some of the photos I've received, and they always brighten my workday!

My other dog boarding was not available for when I needed it so I came across this place while driving and stopped and asked for a tour. I was very impressed by the facility and the staff I went ahead and booked for the weekend I needed. Drop off was super easy and I loved the daily paw-gress reports and pictures I received! I also added on a bath and ferminator package. I loved that it was done right before I picked up my big baby! I loved it so much and so did my fur baby that this is now our first choice for boarding.

They are always Making sure that all your furry friends are watched and taken care of. They cater to your pets needs and attention. Their staff is always so nice and friendly, Tiffany always greets us with a smile and fun energy. They really make you feel welcome, My pup loves it there. He gets so much love and attention. Their puppy preschool is a great learning curve for you pup as well. Highly recommend!!

I have to say that I think it's insane that they charge you for playtime!? It costs extra for a potty break?! And isn't the "Suite" a kennel? I would never take my dog here. I would rather bring her to a place that offers unlimited love, playtime, and potty breaks for free! I would much rather bring her to a home daycare with only 1-2 people she will interact with. I don't want to have to pay someone to play with my dog. The dog can sense and feel that someone is basically being forced to play with them like it's a job to play with my dog?!! I can't believe people choose this place. It's absolutely insane. Also waaaay to many dogs in one place! That's a safety issue and can be dangerous.

This place is a joke if you want to put your cats in prison. Cat boarding is in a room, door closed, smaller than a closet. No windows, no fresh air, no human companionship. Cages are about3 ft wide, 4 feet high for TWO cats, a board in the middle supposedly to make it two tier with one carved, cat box on the other. Gives cats about 8 inches to move around. What a joke. There’s no place they are let out to play, climb a cat tree or snuggle. This place is strictly dogs. Only reason to put your cat here is if you hate it.

Staff was very kind and friendly, and they were SO good to my cat when she stayed there for day boarding. They played with her and made sure she was well taken care of. Highly recommend!

We dropped off a chubby, feisty kitty. We got a nice update on day 2. We picked up a chubby, feisty kitty seeming none the worse for wear. There isn't much else to say regarding cat boarding, since they stay in a condo. The staff gave her the treats she was used to and she even let them pet her!

Enzo has stayed at PetSuites multiple times. Due to a special trip, he was a guest for a full month. He had a nice Townhouse and I was able to view his activities during playtime and while he was back in quiet time. Each time, he seemed very playful and happy. I was very satisfied with what I saw from the sitters, as they played with the dogs and kept a close eye on their activities. It was really tough leaving him for so long, but I know he was in good hands and was being treated with love and care. Thanks to all the staff !!

Very convenient and easy booking. We had a bad experience at a different boarding facility and I can just tell he was much more at ease when I came to pick him up. Place is well lit, clean, and organized. His classic room was pretty spacious and I could put his bed, a blanket, and carrier inside and there was still plenty of room to walk around. I would've given them 5 stars if I had gotten video of his playtime but hopefully next time. I don't like boarding my baby but if I need to, we will definitely be back.

Bamboo Pet Sitting is our go-to pet sitter! We’ve been very happy customers for many years now. The care that each sitter takes with our furbaby, Lucy, is so so thoughtful and considerate: not only do they take wonderful photos at each visit so you can see, they also speak up about other issues as they arise, like a loose faucet handle. They also bring in mail and packages and leave our home in great condition. We love taking our dog on vacation but when we can’t, I know that she looks forward to the pet sitters who always spend quality time with her. We are very happy customers and so is Lucy. Stephanie is fantastic. I always feel so at ease when my older dog stays with her. I can't bear to board him and this has been a lifesaver. I know she's up to date on all the latest pet trends and safety precautions. I never worry about my old pup as she sends me lots of photos and updates. He's got some bladder control issues in his older age and she doesn't mind putting a diaper on him when he stays with her. I'd recommend her services to anyone.

An absolute gem of a pet service. Excellent communication and so understanding and non judgemental in regards to a rescue pup (w hx of trauma aka she is not the easiest with strangers) and working with her quirks. Every employee was fantastic and sent sweet updates and hilarious videos of trying to convince the scaredy-cat pup to come downstairs and see them…which she eventually did!!!! And that is not something that has happened in the past with previous sitters. Everyone from owner to employees make you feel like you are part of a family which can give one such a sense of security and trust leaving their fur baby under their care. I could feel everyone truly has a passion for their job ! And a little shout out to Alexandria who I shall now refer to as the Chloe whisperer 😊 Looking for a professional pet service that also still has an authentic, real life, we are all in this together feel? We left our dog and cat at our home for two weeks while we drove across the country to visit grandparents and had Stephanie's business visit a few times a day to feed, walk, etc. We got photos of our pets and reports on their health with every visit, were able to communicate with not just Stephanie but her awesome employees, and came home to happy and relaxed pets (when we used to board our dog, she'd be frantic and anxious for weeks after). As everyone gets busy with summer travel plans, give Steph a try!

Alena and her crew are the absolute best! Alena of course is wonderful, but she also hires some of the best help and our pups absolutely love them all. When we return home from a trip, we can tell our pups are not anxious or stressed but just happy to see us. If the pups have had a rough experience when we are gone, they tell us with a stressful type of reaction. We never see that! Alena is reliable, dependable, and most importantly loves dogs as much as the owners do. That becomes apparent immediately and is so important. Highly recommend!

I was notified by a friend to check out the reviews on Google for Marina District Pet Care because my name was used. After reading the review and response, I am upset. The Emily person that left the review was not me. Though, I did use this company briefly. My experience was great at first then went downhill fast. I found Marina District Pet Care are untruthful and not trusting, especially after looking at Google. I do not recommend but instead recommend looking into other dog walking/sitting companies. Hopefully the owner has made changes to improve.

I definitely highly recommend wags and wiggles! I was a very nervous dog mom trying to find the best pet service for my new baby Noel🐶, trusting that they would care and love my dog as I do. They ABSOLUTELY HAVE and continue to do so!!. I love my pet sitter "Carol". She is so loving, caring, and an amazing all around lady!! She goes above and beyond. She knew Noel was having his neutering surgery and called to check on him the following day because she was worried and wanted to make sure everything went well. Noel has learned some new tricks from Carol as well. Love Love Love Carol!!! I use wags and wiggles 4 days a week and couldn't be happier!! I had never considered having a pet sitter come to my house until I started to do a little research. I was a little skeptical initially having a stranger enter my home while I was away. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the entire process. I love the fact that the sitter comes to meet the animals and get comfortable with their environment. Our sitter was very attentive and was wonderful with communicating with me. I will never send my babies to a kennel again. I am so much more comfortable with them being in their own home and find a familiar face to greet them everyday with 100% attention during that time. I would definitely recommend this company.

I worked as a pet sitter with Wags for over a decade. I met wonderful people and amazing pets and through it all Diana ran a tight ship and accomplished super human feats time and time again. If you need kind, caring and capable pet care I highly recommend Wags and Wiggles, every sitter I co-sat with was great and my clients always raved about my co-sitters when they cared for the pets if I wasn't available or if I covered when their usual sitter wasn't available. That is another benefit of this company, there is a built in network of back up sitters in case your usual sitter is not available. That is very convenient for a pet owner not to have to make a million calls but to have an alternate sitter provided to cover your visits. The variety of services as well is great. You truly can set things up the very best way for your pets comfort and happiness while you are away from various lengths of visits to overnight stays so they aren't alone even to sits for several hours during things like fireworks. I did several visits where I sat with dogs during fireworks while their owners were out (not having to worry that their babies were nervous wrecks) we listened to music and cuddled and they were happy as clams when mom and dad got home. So I said all that to say... Highly recommend!

I have been using Wags and Wiggles for over 4 years now for my two girls Sadie and Coco for walks and sometimes when we go out of town and I could not be happier with our service! Both our walkers Lisa (from our previous address) and Michelle have been beyond amazing. From daily texts and pictures to our daily note I always know I can count of them to take care of my girls the way I would. I know Sadie and Coco love Michelle and that she treats them like they are her own! Diana is always accommodating with any schedule change we have and I will continue using Wags and Wiggles even as we move to a different area in Tampa. Thank you for taking such good care of my dogs!

I would never use this service again. When we came home from a short trip there were multiple pee accidents all over the house that had not been cleaned up, and the water bowl was bone dry. If they had been visiting with the frequency they were charging us for, neither of those things should have happened. When I called to complain, they expressed disbelief that this sitter, "one of their best" would do this and essentially told me they didn't believe me. Terrible customer service move, and does not reassure me as a pet owner that they care about my babies' safety.

Been using Wags and Wiggles for our three dogs for almost 4 years and they are fantastic!! Nancy is amazing and treats our pups like her own. I often need a last minute appointment and they always accommodate me. The best is the biz!

We have used W&W several times now, and couldn't be more pleased with their service. It's often several months between the times we need a pet sitter and dog walker, so we schedule a reacquaintance visit prior to us leaving town. When the caregiver arrives, our dogs are ecstatic to see her, literally jumping for joy. They couldn't be happier. When we're away and our dogs are being cared for by W&W, everything we ask for is done. Dogs are fed, walked, and loved. We always receive a visit-by-visit log to read upon our return to let us know how things went. In short, we can enjoy our vacation knowing that our pups are being well taken care of while we're away. Excellent service.

I have had and do have great service from wags! They are a great company. I will never higher Karen to ever work for us again! She thinks she is better then everyone else! When I ask her a question she goes right over me and texts my husband. He works! I am not good enough for her to talk too. I would not higher her to watch my fish! Don't use the company! I paid them for 30 minutes sits and found out that on average they were only there for 10 minutes, some visits were less than 5 minutes! No way they could have fed, changed water, scooped liter and given my babies some love! When I brought it to their attention they suggested I find another petsitter and will not return my house keys.

Outstanding pet care! Vicki is execellent to work with. I cannot say enough about our sitter Nicole; she went way above and beyond regarding watching our pets and handling the unfortunate flooding situation that happened on her watch. She made sure our pets were safe and provided regular updates while we were making our 24 hour drive back home. We knew our pets and home were well cared for during this critical time. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the VIC pet sitters! I have a 20 year old cat who gets meds twice a day, subcutaneous fluids 3 times a week, and supplemental syringe feeding. These folks do an amazing job! I was on a 3 week trip and was fearful of the kitty not making it, but she was fine and perky! In addition they send you a daily email with photos, and are quick to contact you if something seems off with your pet. Many of them are current or former vet techs, and they care for your animals as if they were their own. I highly recommend VIC for the quality of care, depth of services, attention to detail, and overall top notch everything!

My 2 mini dachshund’s are my babies. VIC Pet care has the most amazing dog walkers, pet sitters around (you know who you are girls!). They put so much effort and dedication to taking care of my pups on the days my husband and I are both out of the house for work. Rosie can be so wary of new people. But by the second time she meets the girls Rosie knows that she gets to Play ball with them!!! So she is super excited! Brady …well he just wanna have belly rubs and the girls give him lots of those. We have been taking our (wild) black lab to VIC for a couple of years now. They handle her so well, and she always comes out with beautiful pearly whites! Totally worth the $$ for the non anesthesia treatment.

We have been extremely satisfied with all the V.I.C. pet sitters and the level of service they provide. We just returned from a trip out of the country, and everyone who came to the house provided us with frequent photos of our 2 dogs looking loved and having fun! At the end of this trip, we ran into last minute travel difficulties which required extending our trip/pet sitting coverage by 2 days with very short notice. Lynne from V.I.C. responded so quickly, and arranged coverage with calm and reassurance. We are so grateful! The team of pet sitters provided so much TLC to our dogs in our absence. We had such a great time while away, especially knowing that our dogs were having a good time, too! We have used them for years and continue to highly recommend V.I.C. Pet Care.

Phenomenal! I was just so impressed. I did not catch the techs name but she had tattoos and short hair. She came out first to explain everything. Then she did my babies cleaning - such an outstanding job. I didn’t hear my girl the whole time which means she was pretty comfortable throughout. It only took maybe 30-40mins. It was affordable. Very pleased with this place and I will return. Also have two other mini dachshunds that will need cleanings I will be back! Thank you so much!
