Jessie has been going to Anne and Gordon’s at least once a week for the past 18 months. They look after her as if she were their own and she loves every minute she’s there with them. The setup is totally professional and all guidelines are followed to the letter, but the overwhelming feeling is of warmth and love for the dogs. Jess gets on with all the dogs but particularly loves Otis who she has lots of playtime with before snuggling up with Anne or Gordon for big cuddles. Owners are treated really well too, with compassion and a friendly welcome. I have tried several doggy day care providers in the area but Snuggle and Cuddle beats all the competition hands down in my experience. 🐶👍❤️

My 19 month old toy poodle Otis does not look back when I drop him to stay with Anne and Gordon. It is so reassuring to know that he is happy and so well looked after when he goes there. I am a new dog owner and Anne has given me so much support with Otis that I don’t know how I would have coped without her. We have been using Anne and Gordon from when Delby was a young puppy. He loves going to stay with them, and when we walk locally if we pass their house he excitedly try’s to run up the path to visit. It really is a home from home. We are always happy leaving Delby knowing he will get 2 good walks a day, lots of cuddles and be cared for in the way we would wish for when we are away! Thank you for welcoming him in to your home. Anne is excellent at communicating with us as owners and we frequently get photos / videos of Delby on his holiday and he always looks happy. We would highly recommend Snuggle and Cuddle.

Anne and Gordon run a fantastic doggy daycare and boarding business at snuggle and cuddle. They have a beautiful safe garden which my puppy loves, and clearly treat her as part of the family when she's with them. They are also very knowledgeable and experienced and took the time to ask lots of questions about my puppy before I left her with them for the first time. All of this means that I can get on with my day and not worry about the safety of my dog while she's with them.

Our Cavapoo Coco loves going to Ann and Gordon, one of the reasons we decided to use a doggy daycare facility was to help with our dog’s socialisation and it has been a great success. Would 100% recommend to others.

Betty loves going to Anne and Gordon for day care and for overnight stays. She is incredibly well looked after and I regularly recieive photos and videos of Betty playing with the other dogs which is lovely to see. I could not recommend Snuggle and Cuddle any more!

On my first day meeting with Anne she was so accommodating and welcoming, it puts you at ease straight away. This is my first dog that I have owned and I was weary at first to take him as a young puppy to day care, but there was nothing to worry about. The first time I picked Fodey up after day care, he didn’t want to leave! Every time I take him now he gets so excited when we get out of the car and can’t wait to run inside. It’s a great place for his socialisation and Anne is very thorough in ensuring your dogs safety whilst in her home and also out on walks. Anne treats all the dogs as her own and it’s very reassuring to know your dog is in great hands in a lovely home environment. Anne also sends updates of videos and pictures showing me what a great time Fodey is having playing with his other doggy friends or having a cuddle on the sofa. I definitely recommend Snuggle and Cuddle Home Dog Boarding, as you will always have peace of mind that your dog will be greatly cared for (whilst also having lots of fun!).

We have used Snuggle and Cuddle for dog training, day care and overnight dog boarding. Anne has always been very professional and welcoming. Her training advice when Comet was very young was extremely helpful. He absolutely loves going to her house for the day and honestly can't get in fast enough! We recently went away for a week and I knew that Comet would be taken care of brilliantly. Anne sent me lots of pictures so that I could see how happy he was.

I left my dogs with Anne and Gordon for 4 days. It's the first time I have left one of my dogs and I was worried as she is such a nervous dog and is used to being around me all the time. She even sleeps at the bottom of my bed so to leave her in kennels was not an option. From the minute I met both Anne and Gordon I could tell they genuinely loved dogs and were completely unfazed with my dogs exploring their entire house and garden. I had no worries while I was away as I got reassuring updates by text and the odd video and welcome picture. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again

Kieran is absolutely brilliant with our dog. He’s reliable, really cares about animals, takes him for such great walks and even sends brilliant pictures. I know Milo is in such safe hands when we are at work and loved as much as we love him. I highly recommend Kieran for his very reasonable and excellent service.

Kieran gave excellent care to our two guinea pigs while we were on holiday. He loves animals and we felt very happy leaving our pets with him. His small animal boarding facilities are excellent. Would highly recommend.

Ace Buddies has been amazingly reliable for Layla. Kieran has never let me down and I always know she is in good hands. I never worry about her. She was introduced to Ace Buddies as a German Shepherd puppy and has grown to be a playful, well behaved and confident dog who loves humans. I give ace buddies much credit in this. Kieran has been great with our dog Tinker. Introducing him to other dogs on his walk has really helped him and he always sends us picture of him when he’s out. Kieran is professional and totally trustworthy.

I cannot speak highly enough of Kieran's truly good natured and professional approach. Every time he has walked my dog, I receive positive feedback which speaks volumes in itself as Gemma can be a bit fussy and challenging to say the least! He has clearly managed to form a rapport with her whilst ensuring she doesn't misbehave! I was also relieved to find someone who is affordable compared to some other dog walkers. Kieran has been wonderfully supportive and needless to say I would recommend Ace Buddies to anyone!

Fantastic groomers. No is so lovely and unlike every other groomer we tried before Rudi is happy to go in and not at all worried. Jo is so skilled and experienced she knows exactly how to trip my rare breed dog. Will not go anywhere else.

We first took our German Shepherd Pablo to Jo when he was just 4 months old and we’ve never looked back. We started off with the puppy package and since then he has had many grooms, walks and overnight stays with Lead me to Luxury and we feel so lucky to have found them. The team are very experienced and knowledgeable about dogs, Pablo absolutely loves visiting them whether its’ for a holiday or a groom and its reassuring to know we can leave him in a safe and loving environment. Every groom includes a 6-point health check and Pablo comes home smelling and looking amazing. I would recommend Lead me to Luxury to everyone I had the chance to.

Great experience in a lovely professional salon. Our dogs were relaxed and happy and came out looking (and smelling) beautiful. Jo is clearly very experienced with dogs and the health check is welcome reassurance our dogs are healthy. Worth travelling that little bit further from East Grinstead for a wonderful service.

Jo is very good with my collie Jesse who goes for a bath & blow dry once a month. Jesse has a few issues mentally (as she's a rescue) & physically (arthritis) so I stayed with her the first time but she was fine & Jo was very caring. The facilities are excellent and I'm especially impressed by the way Jo has arranged the drop off & collection of dogs off during the time of this dreaded corona virus. I can't recommend her highly enough, & leave Jesse with her without any worries.

No hesitation in recommending Jo and her team, my labradoodle puppy loves going for grooming and is always so excited to be there. We recently used the boarding service and everything was so easy with great communications throughout and there was a marked difference in behaviour when he came home. They clearly know what they are doing and offer professional and friendly service that is 100% reliable. Will be making use of the daycare services once we return to office working.

Jo is wonderful, and I absolutely recommend Lead Me to Luxury. Having a nervous dog it is so reassuring to know that she is in safe hands and enjoying being pampered! She always looks (and smells) great after a groom, and the health check is also an additional reassurance. Have been taking my dog to Jo for 2 years now and even though we have moved further away I still wouldn’t think of taking her anywhere else!

Our dog Teddy absolutely loves Jo and is always excited to see her. He always comes back from his groom looking handsome and smelling terrific! Jo is incredibly friendly but also very knowledgeable and professional. It's always good to know you are leaving your dog in safe hands.

Jo is absolutely lovely! I would recommend Lead me to Luxury to anyone and everyone I had the chance to! She's had my German Shepherd since he was a pup and she's great with him. He absolutely loves her and she's always really affectionate towards him! That's the biggest thing about Jo... She really cares about our (big) baby boy and while she is washing him she looks out for any little issues he might have, that we might have missed, like skin irritation, or a sore foot, or early signs of an ear infection... All sorts of little things which you'd only spot if you took the time and effort to know the dog. In summary, Jo is brilliant with our Nico and she handles him wonderfully and being a big lad her can be a handful, but she's always so patient and gentle with him... Plus he always comes back looking and smelling wonderful and since she's been doing his teeth, with lovely shining teeth!

Richard and Jo are just amazing. The ginger ninja has just had his first class holiday break of 4 weeks and he told us he had had the best time ever and when can he go again😂🐶 As mum and dad we received photos of his holiday whilst we were away enjoying ourselves. He he looked so relaxed and taking prime spot in front of the log burner. He made so many new friends. He is over the moon now that he knows he’s got his next holiday booked for a further 2 weeks later this year. Once again thank you Richard and Jo

Jo. and her team have been grooming our 7 year old spaniel regularly for most of her life! She always comes back looking very neat and tidy. Most recently they spotted a small growth which we hadn't seen. That allowed us get her successfully treated by the vet much sooner than we might have otherwise. So good to know that besides a neat 'hair do' she's getting experienced eyes looking out for health issues too. Top marks.

There is a secure paddock where we have a group Bulldog meet up, it's very clean and well kept with shelter if it's raining for the humans 🤣 …

Thank you so much to the lovely guys at Nestledown. I have a rescue and was really nervous using kennels. I called them and they were so friendly and lovely. I said that I was really nervous to leave my dog and they suggested to bring her in for a few hours – for fee and pick her up later so that she knows Im coming back. They also said that I can look at the kennels before dropping her. SO the day I dropped her I did not tell them want time I will be arriving, just to check (yes I am paranoid) but…. they absolutely exceeded my expectations. They are so friendly, welcoming, helpful and I noticed that they have a passion for what they do. When I got to the kennels, they were doing their routines taking dogs into their own personal secured garden area and giving them individual attention. They do this a few times a day with all the dogs. But when the dogs are in their kennels, they have so much room. When I dropped my dog off for a few days, I called every day to see how she was doing and I received a full update. Nothing is ever to much for them. And AMAZING value for money. I know my 32kg baby was well looked after. In the heat they even have aircon for the dogs. When I collected her, her food and and water bowls were all washed and clean – AMAZING service. Can not recommend enough.

Best Nero's out there! And I have visited many in London. Never been disappointed with the coffee served up. It's HOT! And the staff are very good!

It was first time when we have left our dog. I have no words how thankful we are!!! She came home happy, clean and she put a little bit weight(like we did on holiday as well :D) and later looks like she was missing you :) Thank you a lot!

After taking our dog to a kennel that wasn't very suitable for him we decided to try out Nestledown. We haven't looked back since. Einstein loves coming here and practically jumps out the car and drags me in every time. Andy has been great and is really attentive to Einsteins needs - he had to stay for a short while during the recovery period from knee surgery and Andy & the team understood the need to make sure he didn't run around like a loony but still got his exercise and were happy to give him his medication too. We feel so comfortable leaving our fur baby with Nestledown, we know they take good care of him and just know he loves every second being there. Plus, he always come home super tired which is always a plus!

I wouldn't send my dog anywhere else. My Belgian Malinois has been going to Nestledown Kennels for almost two years now - (Due to his breed a lot of kennels wont house them). He is an extremely difficult dog to manage, he has severe separation anxiety and destroys everything when left alone. He goes to Doggy day most days and Andy and Mark are extremely flexible. They always give me a full rundown of what horrors Axels been up to that day and tolerate his mental behavior.They adapt a normal working day to fit around Axels needs and are just amazing. They are 10000% trustworthy and i wouldn't leave my dog with anyone else!

Just called this business and was super polite, didn’t even finish my sentence and the man at the end of the phone said in a very rude and abrupt manner “No chance with us” I didn’t even get to say July, Next year!! Well you’ve just lost out on business for 2023 for 4 dogs! Never will I use or call you again! So extremely rude…

Wonderful dog boarding and doggy daycare service. The dogs have open access to a huge area to run around. Their kennel area is warm and comfy. The dogs are well looked after. They are professional dog carers. My dog has been much better on the lead since they have been walking him. He loves to go there. In the summer they set up dog agility activity for him. They are absolutely brilliant ...ad really nice too. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Wendy and Mark are quite simply the best in the business. We know that our german shepherd Logan is happy, loved, and looked after when is with them and he comes home tired and content. He gets a lovely walk on the forest and a whole day playing with other dogs as well as the space to rest when he needs it. Logan is always happy to go to daycare and seeing how affectionate and respectful he is with Wendy and Mark is a pleasure. The environment is enriching, homely, loving and also hugely beneficial to Logan as he loves to socialise with other dogs. Wendy and Mark have helped with training too. In short, they know their stuff and we wouldn't trust our dog to anyone else. It's Logan's second home and we are hugely grateful.

Amazing doggy daycare, couldn’t recommend it enough. Mark and Wendy treat our dog Molly like they’re own and she clearly loves going there every time. We love the fact she’s well looked after, has a great walk and comes home shattered.

We have been sending our dog to K9 & Kitty Kapers since she was a Pup, purely for socialisation at the beginning during the Covid Lockdown but now she is there two days a week whilst I am back in London for work during the day! She absolutely loves it there, to the point she knows exactly where she is headed when we pull up to their house. Wendy & Mark are professional, reliable, friendly and we completely trust them with our Pug. We cannot recommend their services enough! Thank you

I can’t recommend Wendy enough. She generally cares for my cocker spaniel like he was her own. She’s reliable and always quick to respond to me if I need to change anything. If you need a dog walker or day care holiday care Wendy is the one !

Milly our Goldador is always excited to go to daycare with Wendy and Mark, when we collect her she is tired after a day of walking and playing, but is waiting at the front door next morning eager to go back. We would highly recommend K9andkittykapers.

Kelly and Rosie looked after our 6 month old puppy Monty for ten days in September 2020. It was the first time we had left him with anyone else for an extended period of time but he was clearly very well looked after. We were given daily updates about how he was getting on, along with photos of his time outside on the beach, in the countryside or playing around at home. Kelly and Rosie clearly love what they do and we really felt Monty was in safe hands. He is looking forward to staying with them again next time we go away.

Kelly and Rosie are the BEST! We were let down by a local company and Kelly and Rosie saved us from cancelling our family holiday abroad! They welcomed our two cockapoos, Maisie and Bella with open arms and big hearts! They sent us photos and videos daily of their many walks and playing and it was easy to see they were being so loved and cared for in our absence. We couldn’t recommend them enough and being let down has inadvertently done us the biggest favour as we wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else moving forward! When we picked the dogs up, they were so happy! Kelly and Rosie sent them home with a little gift bag with treats and toys for each. Maisie and Bella can’t wait for their next sleepover! Kelly and Rosie @ Bed & Bone are the best 'aunts' to our two pups Bertie and Bear when they stay. We're kept up to date with their shenanigans and feel 100% comfortable in the knowledge that they are being very well looked after (and probably more pampered than when they are at home!). We would thoroughly recommend Bed & Bone for doggy daycare and longer stays.

Fantastic dog holiday home with lovely owners. Our pup Aalto always leaps into their car. They are located near so much beautiful country side. Free collection and drop off from south London. Aalto has a some behavioural issues and they are great at understanding his needs and making sure he fits into the family. It is such a great feeling to go on holiday knowing he is having an amazing time.

I am so glad we found Kelly and Rosie to care for our fur babies Lily and Millie they have spend days at Bed and Bone and also a week whilst we were on holiday. Kelly and Rosie send updates and photos each day of how the girls are doing they just bring them into their family and give them an amazing home from home experience. We felt like the girls were having their own 5 star holiday whilst we were enjoying ours. After an unexpected change at our usual dog daycare and boarding we needed to find someone we could trust with our small rescue dog Billy. After reading multiple reviews, looking at websites and asking around we contacted Kelly and Rosie at Bed and Bone Boarding, Hastings. From the start we were impressed with their qualifications and testimonials plus the professional way they requested Billy's medical information, regime/likes/dislikes and quirks, making us confident Billy would be looked after. Billy started with a trial day, then a trial night to make sure he was a good fit for them and the other dogs they care for- happily for us he was! Billy now goes for regular daycare and boarding. Billy happily runs in as if he has been going there all his life, he loves playing with the other dogs and going out walking and we get sent the photos/videos to prove it. Kelly and Rosie are responsive to our messages and the daily photos when we are away reassure us that Billy is well looked after and happy. We are very pleased we have found Bed and Bone.

What a remarkable service Rosie and Kelly provide. They are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. It was our first time leaving our beloved dog for that long and Rosie and Kelly were really reassuring and amazing at putting our minds at ease. Our furry boy Humphrey really took to Kellie and Rosie on arrival for his short stay! Straining at the lead to greet them both! Laughing. We had a lovely reassuring photos of Humphrey that he was settled and happy. We will certainly contact the ladies if we need good boarding care for Humphrey in the future:)

I am so grateful to have found Bed and Bone. I have quite a sensitive dog and being able to take her to somewhere that feels more like a home from home is so important and comforting. If my dog didn't like somewhere, she would resist going back, but she trots off no problem and I get lovely photos of her from Kelly and Rosie throughout the day to reassure me she is ok. Rosie and Kelly looked after my young dog Roma whilst I was on holiday. Roma was so well cared for and I was absolutely confident that she would be well looked after and safe during her stay. If only I were a dog I would check myself in. My only worry was that Roma wouldn’t want to come home, but happily she did. It was extra helpful that they provide a collection and drop off service- a massive help when going on holiday.

5 star home away from home! Mucky Hounds has been an absolute lifesaver for me and our reactive dog. Their care, knowledge, and expertise truly shine through in everything they do. We were initially nervous about our dog integrating with other dogs due to her reactivity, but the dedicated staff at Mucky Hounds worked wonders. In less than a month, she was comfortable and happily interacting with the other dogs and staff. What sets them apart is their personalised approach—each dog is treated with so much attention and care, and they even have designated staff who work specifically with individual dogs to ensure their needs are met. They respected and listened to us and we finally felt heard and supported. I couldn’t be more grateful for the peace of mind I have when leaving my dog here. It really feels like a home away from home for her and the whole establishment looks and feels like a warm house. The dogs have beds, sofas, agility, rest/ sleep areas, outdoor enclosed field etc It’s absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend Mucky Hounds for anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog daycare!

The best doggy day care ever! The Mucky Hound is run by people who are thoroughly preoccupied for the well being of our pet friends, treating them well and making sure they are having a great time at their facilities. They also help us with add hoc services (sometimes at a short notice!) that can be nicely arranged via their online platform. And at the end of each day they share nice little summary so that we know what they have been up to. 100% recommend!

This is a lovely daycare for dogs. They are taken for lots of walks and the staff look after them so well! The dogs have a comfortable area for resting with lots of beds and a real fire! The dogs get loads of treats and love..... if I could afford to.... I'd send my dog every day! But the 2 days she does go, she always comes back happy and tired! Best daycare I've come across!

Fantastic place for the most important member of our household. Was quite anxious about leaving my beloved dog somewhere as he is an anxious soul who struggles when I’m not there. Now, he waits in the window for pick up and literally runs towards the Mucky Hound van! That says it all. He returns shattered after what is clearly a cracking day with his dog and human pals. And those humans are absolutely brilliant. They clearly adore dogs and give them wonderful love and care. So glad I overcame my anxiety and signed up for this.

We were very happy when the Mucky Hound they started collecting from Pembury again. Luna, our Border Collie LOVES going to Mucky Hound and always comes back clean, soft, tired & happy.

Our Springer Spaniel, Lucie, has been attending Mucky Hound since she was a pup. The Mucky Hound staff have helped Lucie develop into a lovely, family animal. They have been patient with her as she has grown, supported her training and field skills, helped socialise her to the amazing range of dogs and people at Mucky Hound and, honestly, treated her as one of their own. The team at Mucky Hound are always brilliant, whether it is boiling hot or there is snow on the ground. They have been accommodating when we have needed extra days, offered additional support when we have been in a tight spot and been brilliant fun. The pupdates are a frequent highlight. Highly, highly recommended.

We absolutely love the Mucky Hound and most importantly so does our cockerpoo! We chose this daycare over others I saw because I was so impressed on my initial visit by Liz and the venue. I could see that Liz and her team have a depth of knowledge and understanding about dogs and how they socialise and what they need to thrive. They also love dogs! Every week we have a very happy and tired dog on his two Mucky Hound days. When he sees the collection van drive up to our house, he is at the door barking with excitement and runs out without a backward glance! I love receiving the daily pupdates and photos and I the Insta videos are a feelgood highlight of my day. I also love that they wash and dry him so he comes home nice and clean. It really is a very special place and we feel so lucky we are in the Mucky Gang.

I can't praise Mucky Hound highly enough. The love and care they show all the dogs in their care is unparalleled. My dog is elderly so they cosset her with a gentle walk, a play and then time spent on the sofa in front of the wood burner. She comes home happy and all fluffy from a clean and blowdry. What bliss.

Llinos at Puppy Pals is amazing! She has been walking and boarding my 4 year old dog Molly since she was 12 weeks old and has been so reliable and flexible to meet our needs. Molly adores Llinos and I am happy to know that she is safe and happy while I am at work or away.

Llinos is a really lovely person who I completely trust with my young Labrador. She is highly responsible and reliable, totally trustworthy and very competent with dogs. I would recommend her to anyone.

Winnie, my 10 month old pup, has just come back from 2 weeks boarding with Llinos. Llinos sent me updates on how Winnie was getting on while we were away. It was lovely to know she was in safe, caring hands.

A wonderful company and great personal service from Llinos, she is very in tune with the nature of your dog and this makes leaving my boy Frankie with her reassuring and he enjoys it allot!!
