Erica watched my senior dog and cat for 12 days while I was traveling internationally. She was organized, responsive, and took excellent care of both my animals and my apartment while I was away. She sent me photos during the stay and my pets absolutely adored her. She has watched my pets before and I always trust her to take excellent care of them. 

Traveling internationally and leaving my pets in the care of a sitter always makes me a little nervous, since I won't always be immediately reachable. However, Erica's communication and obvious competency made me feel very comfortable about leaving my pets in her care while I was away. It's very obvious she adores spending time with the pets and caring for them.

I came home to a clean apartment and very happy and healthy pets. I would highly recommend Erica for any of your sits!

Brian is absolutely amazing.  This was his third time sitting for us and the dogs love him, he left the house immaculate, and is totally reliable and communicative.  We can’t imagine a better sitter and hope he’ll come visit and stay in touch now that he has moved to the area.

Denise was by far the best pet sitter we have ever had! She watched our two pups while we were gone for 3 weeks and took amazing care of our dogs and home. She took the time to ask questions and make sure she understood each dog’s needs as well as how to take the best care of our house before we left. She sent videos everyday updating us on how the pups were doing. We were so happy to see how much quality time she was spending with them and how much they loved her. Our dogs were so sad to see her leave and we can’t wait to have her back. Denise made sure that the house was in perfect condition when she left and treated our home as if it were her own. We initially accepted Deirdre and Jason for a long stay to look after our dogs.  We were very happy they accepted.  A few weeks later we realized we needed another sitter for another trip we had planned.  So, we posted more dates on zeewoi.  To our happy surprise,  Deirdre and Jason reached out to us saying they could also look after our dogs and home with the new dates we posted.   This made our life much easier and we were very confident to have Deirdre and Jason stay longer with us and care for our dogs.

We were definitely right!! D&J have countless experiences on zeewoi with very good reviews from all of their previous sits.  They are very experienced with all aspects of a house/pet sitting.  D&J are very self-sufficient, have the background knowledge and education of pet care, and most importantly a genuine love for all animals.  This is most important for my wife and I.  We knew from the first meeting with our pups they loved animals.  

Communication was excellent.  The process before and during our sit was stress-free for us.  We were given daily updates on our dogs including photos and videos.  Any concerns D&J had were vocalized to us.  D&J are also problem solvers and know how to react many challenging situations.  Our routine for our pets was followed immaculately and all dogs were very happy and connected with them.  Even our female dog Kinki grew close so quickly with D&J which is very rare.  We had ZERO issues while we were gone and we were able to really enjoy our trip while we were away.  The dogs definitely love being around D&J.


Homecare:  We are very pleased with the condition of our home when we returned.  It was clean, free of clutter, and exactly how we had left it for them, if not even better!  D&J even mowed our grass and took care of our yard! Our yard is not a small garden.  It is very big and takes hours to mow.  So we were very surprised and excited to know they did that for us even though it's not expected of our sitters!! They definitely went above and beyond what is expected. 

Our dogs are so very important to us.  When we know we can trust our sitters it's the best feeling in the world.  We definitely trust Deirdre and Jason with our most prized possessions and we look forward to the next sit with them in a few days!!! We can't thank them enough for giving our dogs the love and attention they deserve.

Mikayla was a superb house/dog sitter for us for one full week. She was an excellent communicator, very quiet and tidy (respectful of the space) and best of all she quickly bonded with our big dog Mouse. She cheerfully took her for long walks and shared photo updates regularly. I highly recommend Mikayla.

Katie & Kevin jumped in last-minute, as our sitters had to cancel. And what can I say: We couldn't have chosen better even if we would had more choices and time. Katie & Kevin were so easy to communicate with and the first meeting and handoff were so easy and smooth. This was our first experience with TH and we are very pleased. From the moment Rose arrived we knew she was the right sitter for our “kids”. Communication while we were away was great with pics of the dogs as well as text messages. Rose cared for our home and our “kids” with great care, she is very conscientious of your space. Extremely pleased with the care she provided to our “kids” and our home. We have another trip planned in a couple of weeks and are happy Rose will be staying in our home again. Joanna and David were absolutely perfect!!!! This was my first actual time using a sitter and they went above and beyond what I expected.  I have a 1 year old Bully Breed that I adopted 6 weeks ago, so if you know dogs you know what they had to deal with :)) They sent pics daily and kept me updated.  We were not able to meet before I left but they were nice enough to stay to meet me when I returned.  My house was cleaner than when I left, all bedding and towels washed.  Charley, my dog, was happy to see me for a minute when I got home but immediately went back to play with David, so I am thinking she had a blast while I was gone.  I am totally sold with this process after having Joanna and David here.  If you have the chance to book them for your trip, you will not be sorry.  I am hoping to use them again when they return to Florida.

Lynn and Ray were fabulous sitters, going above and beyond to take care of our home, yard, and rambunctious pup. Leaving him for three weeks was very difficult but we felt confident once we met them. They are great communicators, very professional, capable of handling any situation, and personable. Since they are fully self-contained in their van, they arrived a day early so we could show them the place, have our dog Bailey get comfortable with them (that was immediate ☺), and get to know them over dinner together. While on our trip, they sent us daily photos of Bailey, which we really appreciated, and updates on their activities. They took him hiking almost every day and kept him well exercised. 
Any issues that came up (e.g., our irrigation water ran dry a couple weeks in) they communicated to us and we were able to resolve them quickly. They also harvested ripe berries and squash for us and even harvested and dried tomatoes in our dryer. We spent our entire trip feeling assured that all things were being taken care of and feel ever so grateful that we found Lynn and Ray through TH. We returned from our trip to a house that was thoroughly cleaned (better than we left it ☺), with fresh sheets on the bed, and a happy dog. Five-star sitters for sure!

Alia is awesome and we have used her several times.  She is a 5 star rated sitter every time.  The dogs are happy and the house is perfect when we get home.  She even cooked dinner for our arrival home because we came home late.  Highly recommend Alia!!
