Dog Sitters in Uxbridge, MA

I’ve used Paws Bed and Biscuit several times over the past few years for boarding and daycare. They have an efficient check in process and my two dogs seem to be excited when I pull in to the kennel driveway. Exiting the property can be a bit tricky along a curvy busy road. The round mirror perched on a tree across from the entrance is help with spotting traffic. Overall prices are competitive and I’m comfortable leaving my dogs in their care.

Our little girl was a serious velcro dog and can be reactive with other dogs out of fear. Paws Bed & Biscuit staff are wonderful with her and make sure that she has a great time. She went from not wanting to leave our sides when we would drop her off to jumping and butt-wiggling every time she goes. They have told us that she has done great with the dogs and has even gotten time with the big dogs that would normally scare her. They are awesome and we will continue to take her there for daycare and board her with them when we go on vacation. We trust them implicitly and are so grateful for what they've done for her.

Always an exciting experience for our furry family. The owner is constantly updating the activities for the dogs and the staff is kind and caring. Bruno and Gino love going there and jump right into the car waiting to leave. Very happy with our experience there for the past 3 years.

I brought my pups Nola and Neo (siblings and large mixed breeds) to Puppy daycare on the recommendation of about 10 people I know and they have exceeded my expectations! Neo is very shy and doesn't like new things however after only a few play sessions he loves it there! Both my pups jump out of the car excited and ready for the day and when we pick them up they are tired for that day and into the next day too! Their facilities are a pups dream with turf, and toys, and so many friends to play with! You can tell the staff love their job and who can blame them playing with dogs all day is a dream😅 I think the cost is perfect ($60 a day for my 2 pups) so we go once or twice a week depending. I really love it here and will recommend this place to everyone!!

Absolutely the best place to board your dog. Sophie has a blast every time she's there. Seems like a lot of places keep dogs contained for most of their stay but at PAWS they're out playing the entire time. Everything about this place is top notch and the staff does a terrific job.

We found PAWS Bed and Biscuit after a negative experience at a different daycare. It’s so hard to find somewhere you can trust to leave a beloved member of the family, but my dog loves going to camp now that we have found PAWS and had his first overnight the other night. He came home clean, healthy, and very happy, and he didn’t pickup any negative behaviors while away from home. I love that this is a local family establishment run by people who know dogs, love dogs, and have a very obvious passion for their pack!!! Thank you PAWS!

We are very glad we have Paws available to take care of our corgi, Penny. We don't bring her in often, but we know that when we do, she gets top notch care. She is a very shy and timid girl so she doesn't play too much with the other dogs, but we always feel reassured that she gets lots of love from the humans. We will be boarding her here in a few months and they have been great about answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease.

Our dog goes to daycare each week at PAWS and we use them for boarding while on vacation. They always take great care of our dog and he loves it here!

The staff at Paws Bed and Biscuit are fantastic. You can tell they love their job and all the pups. The play yards (in and out) are clean and inviting. We highly recommend them for boarding and daycare.

Blue just loves it there, the staff is very nice. Great outside activities in warmer weather.

My dog has been going to day care for several months. We worked our way up from going twice a week to 5 days over the course of the summer to build up his stamina for all the play at their recommendation. Jameson is very happy to go and I love seeing his pictures & videos online with his buddies. He always looks happy & well cared for.

We love the Staff at Valley Pet! We have boarded our two labs with them several times. Love the access to 24 hours cameras and all the pictures they post on Facebook so we can check in on the pups.

My Gracie loves coming here and playing with the other dogs...especially the other Frenchies! I wasn't sure how she would come home but she came home very happy, still a little play in her and seemed so content with her day. I can tell she had lots of attention and was well cared for! I'm so glad someone recommended the Valley Pet Resort to me. I have tried private dog walkers and sitters, however their schedules aren't always available. Also very clean environment! I highly recommend!

I boarded my kitty for 3 nights here and he was a happy boy!! The staff is wonderful, loving and very good with animals. My boyfriend & parents send their dogs here for daycare & the pups absolutely love going!!! I highly recommend The Valley Pet Resort and Spa to anyone with a kitty or dog!!! I would most definitely use them again!!!!

We left our sweet boy in their care for 12 nights and we couldn't be more satisfied with the level of care he received. Their communication was wonderful! They provided several updates through text message to ease our hearts while we were away from our baby. At drop off, we were missing a vaccination and we couldn't board him, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us so we could quickly take him to the vet. I researched all the available dog boarding facilities, and before I had even spoken with anyone at TVPR, they were my first choice. I was so thankful they had an opening for us! They have wonderful and safe accommodations. Rigby was skittish around the bigger dogs during group playtime, so they created a small pup play group tailored to his needs. There is also no doubt in my mind that these facilities are well-maintained and clean, as our baby didn't come back to us smelly and dirty. He was very happy and calm. Highly recommend boarding your dog here.

Me and my pup Louie LOVEEEE the valley pet resort. You are always greeted with the friendliest faces, you get great updates on your pups day and they post daily pictures & videos for you to see your furry friend in their element. We boarded our pup for the first time for our wedding and I didn’t worry for even a second about him being in the best hands. Whether you’re doing daycare or boarding I couldn’t recommend a place more. You can tell the staff LOVES animals and will care for yours like it’s their own.

I love this place! The staff is very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and you can tell that they are truly animal people. Plenty of parking and the Resort is very clean. The suite areas have various themes - Sports, International cities, National Parks - and even the smallest suites are bigger than other boarding places and some have TVs. They offer 'Family' suites and some of their larger luxury suites have chandeliers. The inside and outside play yards are spacious with obstacles to climb and play on. They currently have weekday daycare but are working to set up weekend daycare. They also have cat suites on a separate floor and some grooming services available. A one stop shop. Comparably priced but A Much Better Bang for the Buck because your Fur Baby gets More Space!

Valley Pet Resort is great. Our pup, Ted, is in daycare once a week and absolutely loves it. He can’t wait to get out of the truck when we get there in the morning. The staff must be very patient because he can definitely be a handful.

Amazing experiences at The Valley Pet Resort and Spa! Our big bully mix girl has separation anxiety from her family and the crew at this place does phenomenal with her! I love that I am able to check in on her throughout our vacation with their camera system and she comes home happy without any residual anxiety. I know that our girl is safe in their care. I highly recommend them for boarding.

We met Tim back around 2002. After using 2 other pet sitting services that lied & put our pets at serious risk...They said they were at our place ,but they both lied. That's when I did a extensive search for a new pet sitter. We found Summit Pet Sitting , we met with Tim & looked over his all his referrals & found them to be terrific ... One of my cats was Diabetic & Tim is totally trained in giving injections. Both our cats were loving cats .Merlin was a dog in a cats body. Sheba was a bit more of a one person cat, but in time Tim was able to gain her trust. If we asked Tim to call or other certain requests he was awesome. He is loyal, trustworthy & caring person. I can not endorse Tim & Summit Pet Sitting enough.

Tim has been caring for our dogs and fish in our home for the past 7 years. We are now moving out of state and literally the worst part about leaving is that we will no longer have Tim around to take care of our animals (we tried to convince him to go with us but he politely declined). We found Tim 7 years ago after a bad experience with a previous pet sitter. Before we found Tim, we had been ready to cancel a trip because we were no longer comfortable leaving our dogs with the pet sitter we had been using. We found Tim, called his (glowing) references, had him over to meet our animals, and we hired him at the last minute. Since then, he has probably stayed at our house at least 25 times over the years. We have had our dogs stay at his house several times as well. Tim is very flexible and accommodating. Our dogs love him. He probably takes better care of them than we do. We never worry at all anymore when we have to travel because we know they are in very good hands. We would 1000% recommend him to anyone who is looking for the absolute best care for their fur-kids!

Tim has stayed with our 2 dogs and 2 cats twice while we went on vacation. It is much less stressful on the pets to have someone stay with them in their regular environment rather than boarding. Tim takes great care of them, and sends daily updates and pictures! The dogs are always happy and tired from lots of play time when we get home. I highly recommend Summit Pet Sitting!

Tim has been our dog-sitter for the past few years and he has consistently provided us with reliable service. Most recently, Tim watched our dogs during our honeymoon. He noticed one of our dogs had a foot infection and took her to the vet after consulting us. We are grateful his attentiveness to our dogs' well-being led to a speedy recovery. He writes daily reports on our dogs' activities and also takes care of your mail/plants/others as needed. In addition, our dogs love seeing Tim whenever he walks into the apartment -- this gives us a tremendous peace of mind when we have to leave them home. We highly recommend Tim for pet-sitting services.

Timothy Smith is the owner of Summit Pet Sitting. He has been walking our Lhasa Apso "Lexi " three mornings a week for nearly three years. During that stretch he has never missed an appointment. On the rare occasion he can't make it he finds a substitute walker so our service is uninterrupted. You cannot find reliability like that anywhere! Besides his dependability, Timothy is very trustworthy. He has had a key to our home for the duration of the relationship. He can be counted on to let himself into the house, leash & walk our dog, responsibly dispose of the poop, fill the food & water dishes, and lock the door on the way out. In the beginning Tim made sure the dog was comfortable with him. It didn't take long for Lexi to warm up to him and now she looks forward to seeing him! Timothy also will administer medications to Lexi whenever necessary such as the time she had an ear infection and needed ointment applied. He also reports anything unusual like the time Lexi had a urinary tract infection. He noticed blood in her urine and texted a picture to me right away so we could bring her to the vet ASAP. We also board our dog with Tim whenever we travel. He will bring Lexi to his house and care for her like she is his own pet. In addition to his top notch service, Timothy is very reasonably priced. He provides excellent value but most importantly he puts our minds at ease knowing Lexi is in safe hands. He also seamlessly handled a few instances where we had a second dog at our house and treated that dog exactly the same as Lexi at no additional cost. I highly recommend Summit Pet Sitting for all your pet needs!

Tim is awesome. We have 3 hounds, Cora, Mojo and Bennie. They loved being cared by him. He sends pictures and truly cares about his guests. We have used him twice and were extremely satisfied. When we mention his name the tails begin to wag profusely. My wife and I get jealous. Highly recommend this company. Safe, reliable, dependable and affordable pet care.

Summit Pet Sitting is the best. Tim gets my dog. She is an older dog and can get stubborn and cranky. Tim still gets her to walk and play and makes sure she is cared for and safe. He also gives her her medications and never charges extra fees like the kennels do. I could not recommend him more highly. I can go on vacation with total peace of mind.

Tim has always been great with our dogs, and you can tell from the very first encounter that he is an animal person through and through. We always know that boarding with him is their home away from home, and can’t recommend his services enough!

Dealing with Tim is fantastic! Tim took care of our lab "Sarge" for a few days while we were on vacation and we didn't worry once about his care. We would receive daily updates and picture/videos of him hanging out and during playtime. It was a great experience dealing with Summit Pet Sitting.

We have a 3 year old Boxer mix named Koda who is a rescue. She is incredibly wary and fearful of strangers and loudly announces her feelings. We are trying to work on this with her but we still have a ways to go! We recently got married and on that weekend, lost our trusted dog sitter as they were also at the wedding. We got a recommendation from a good friend of ours who is also a local town’s Animal Control Officer. We highly value her opinion as she is working with dogs like Koda daily and if she vouches for someone, it’s for a reason. We spoke with Tim and right away knew that we liked him, but he wanted to be sure that KODA would like HIM. We set up a meeting and Tim came over for an hour to introduce himself to Koda and see how things went. She was initially wary, as she always is, but Tim’s warm nature and experience with difficult dogs showed immediately as Koda very quickly warmed up to him. His knowledge of dog behavior and confidence with reactive dogs made the whole meeting process go smoothly and we were ready to proceed. Tim was willing to watch Koda in his home as we felt like that would be the best option for her. He set up another meeting with us to make sure that that Koda would be receptive to staying at his house and would get along with his dog Rose. Upon arrival at his house, Koda immediately recognized him and leapt in his lap, licking his face! The weekend he watched her went off without a hitch and Tim sent update messages and pictures to keep our mind at ease. All in all, we HIGHLY recommend Tim to anyone needing a dog sitter, be it for a super friendly dog or for one with special requirements like ours. We are incredibly thankful to have found Tim and are thrilled to have found our new dog sitter for the future!

We love and highly recommend Camp Bow Wow! Tucker is always excited at drop-off and comes home happily exhausted after a full day of fun. When we need to board him, we have peace of mind knowing he’s in great hands. The staff is incredibly friendly and truly cares about their work. Jamie and the team go above and beyond to make Tucker feel welcome and loved!

My husky pup Milo loves Camp Bow Wow in Bellingham. He isn’t a talker but always yelps when we turn the street corner. Being from out of state and signing him up was so easy even with all of my schedule changes. They were able to accommodate us and were the friendliest bunch when we arrived. The facilities are clean and the app is a breeze to use. I even called in to book one day and they were accommodating. Love Camp Bow Wow!

Poor customer service. Owner lacks empathy and did not appear to care about helping when my dog was bitten at the day care and the attacking dogs owner refused to cover the $3000+ in vet bills. Owner was unsympathetic and cited contract that I signed releasing the daycare from any liability. It appeared as though her primary concern was not to be held responsible (despite my requesting help holding the attacking dogs owner accountable and not the daycare).

My dog loves going to Camp Bow Wow, the staff are really attentive to our dog. I feel safe knowing I he is well taken care of. Highly recommend this place! Awesome staff!!

My puppy is not quite 8 months old. I looked around for the best care and found it in Camp Bow Wow! I can monitor him on video, which I did, but don’t have to anymore because I know he’s getting all the love and care he needs! Thank you Camp Bow Wow!

We love camp bow wow for day care and overnight boarding. Our dogs are always happy and the staff really knows each dog!

Very friendly staff. They have cameras so you can see the dogs all day. A bit pricey but you get ehat you pay for. Will absolutely use then again to board our dogs when we go away.

Our dog is always happy to be there and it's nice to be able to take a peek at him on the webcams while we are away. The staff is always friendly and caring and seem genuinely happy to see our dog.

I called for a quote to have both my mini golden doodles groomed in the travel van. Pam answered the telephone and was not only condescending and rude she told me it would cost $160 each to groom my mini doods. I pay $93 each animal at my current groomer. Definitely shop around and avoid Pam. There’s a good chance she treats your animals the same way she talks to you on the phone. Rude condescending and disrespectful.

Had a great grooming session for my golden doodle. He cooperated very well n had been beautifully groomed by TLC Pet Haven. I would definitely go to the same place even though it is about 20+ miles drive for us...

Took my golden doodle. Yondu. for grooming and a boarding trial you can tell he’s well taken care of by the staff . They are passionate and caring for both cats and dogs I might even bring my cat there someday.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. The flexibility alone makes it the best! My Teddy loves loves coming here. He comes for daycare and grooming and you can tell from the minute we walk in they care so much about every animal there. I am grateful to live close to them and recommend them to anyone who asks.

Our dog has been going to TLC for daycare for about a year now. Some of the nicest people I have met who always greet our dog by name when she comes in. Very convenient, very reasonable pricing. We also use their boarding services and have them give her a bath at the end, definitely an expert tip right there. At the end of last year they gave us a hilarious yearbook of all the dogs that go to TLC, it was great. We have known TLC Pet Haven for at least twenty years! We took our Golden Retriever Beau there, our numerous cats over the years there, and our beautiful fifteen year old Othello just had his grooming this morning! They do a wonderful job! They love animals, and we are grateful for the services they provide, we wouldn't take our furbaby anywhere else!

I brought my golden doodle there yesterday for the first time. Brittany did an amazing job grooming my pup willow! Staff was incredibly friendly. Thank you! Will recommend!

Brittany comes to my home in a grooming van and is wonderful with my two small adult rescue dogs. She is very gentle even with my very nervous half Chihuahua, half Maltese. We love having her come.

I have the mobile grooming come to my place for my dog, Taylor grooms my dog and she always does a wonderful job.

This service is fantastic and reasonably priced!! We were away for two weeks and Katie and Meaghan took great care of our two cats. They were reliable, we got reports the same time every day and pictures. Knowing they were there made our trip more enjoyable! I can’t believe I’ve lived so close to them and just found them this year….what a find!! Carin was quick to respond to the initial call, arranged a meet and greet with us, and their portal and communication with clients is exceptional….confirming scheduled visits and giving detailed reports every day. We really looked forward to them every day on vacation and got a good laugh out of many of them. They both have their own cats so I could tell immediately my kids were in great hands!! Love Critter Visits! For many years, I had Critter Visits come and walk my dogs while I was at work. Additionally, if I went away, I asked them to come 4x a day and take care of the dogs. They are so professional, friendly, responsive and caring. I love my dogs and there are few people or companies that I trust with their care, but Critter Visits is definitely one of them. They come on time and take great care of my dogs. I recommended them to a new neighbor and the other day she told me how delighted she was with them, and thanked me for the recommendation. BTW -- having Critter Visits come 4x a day while I was traveling turned out to be a little less expensive than boarding my dogs at the place I was using. Since one of my dogs is older now, it had the advantage that he didn't need to leave home.

Critter Visits is a reliable and caring company! They have taken care of our dog since he was a puppy and all of the pet sitters have been so wonderful with him. I genuinely feel that they love our dog and I know that he is well cared for when they come to our home. I don’t know what we would do without Critter Visits!

I just had to post a review of the Critter Visits in my neighborhood in the U.S. as I am seeing negative reviews of another similarly named company located outside the US that are being posted on this site. I have used Critter Visits many times - and everyone who knows me knows that I am a huge pet lover and want only the best for my little guy. Critter Visits in the U.S. is a terrific company. Their communication with you while you are away is wonderful! Better than some day care centers I know! They love animals and the owner is very committed to excellent care and quality service. I recommend them to all my friends. While I don’t go away often, especially these days, I would NEVER hesitate to use them to care for my pet. I would encourage folks leaving reviews of the other company outside of the U.S. to please find the right site. I don’t want these folks to be negatively impacted and not continue their fine care of animals!

Critter Visits has been wonderful at providing our dogs with the best matched dog sitters. Our boys are weary of new people and need patient dog walkers. Carin and Scott matched us with two amazing knowledgeable dog walkers- Pam and CLaire. We have been so pleased with the care we have received from Critter Visits. They are a small business and care for their clients. We are quite picky as we want what is best for our pups and would highly recommend this pet sitting company.

Great cat sitter service! We were gone for 3 weeks and the Critter Visits team members took great care of our cat. We have a difficult cat, that doesn't like anyone, but the team managed to take great care of her and her needs. Every day I got an email with pics of my cat and a report of what was done (litter box clean, topped off water, secure the house...) The service has a very convenient portal where every correspondence is logged with all team members, quick and easy way to reply if any issues arise when you are traveling abroad. The billing is also done conveniently via the portal and all your specific care instructions can be added there. Thank you Lary and Debbie for taking such good care of our cat! Critter Visits is a highly attentive and responsible service, Highly recommended!!

This review is for the Critter Visits pet-sitting company in Massachusetts, USA. We have used Critter Visits several times to for care for our cats, one of whom requires daily injections. One thing I really like about the sitters is the level of communication they provide. After each visit they sent a message including photos of our pets. I highly recommend this business.

Do you love your pet? Of course you do! Please do not trust these untrained people at Gibson's in Grafton. We dropped our two, tail-wagging, excited & happy Border Collies off on August 27 and only one came out with us upon pick up 10 days later. The other was suffering brain trauma from the staff letting her suffer for at least 45 minutes with an epileptic seizure before getting her to her Dr. at Tufts, 10 min away. My little Ruby was hospitalized for a month and has not walked since. Please use extreme caution when boarding your loved ones here...I wish I could turn back the hands of time. Oh and by the way, Bob Gibson does not feel any responsibility for his negligence in getting her medical help right away, even though we were told that this was his procedure in case of a seizure on his watch. Buyers' Beware! And if I could have given this 0 stars I would have done so.

I love this place . Ive been taking Diego to the Worcester/Grafton st. location for over 6 years. I've never had an issue . I had him Lodge at the resort once and again no issue and honestly ....the staff and service are top notch Ive since been switching up daycare between both the Grafton & Worcester locations just to mix it up and so that my little guy Diego can feel comfortable & become familiar with all the staff and the environment provided. Bob along with the ladies @ Gibson are EPIC! THANK YOU ! You guys continue to provide epic service & my pup is a happy pup!!

My dog had a great time staying here once again. She goes to daycare here and is always SO excited to arrive. This visit we kenneled her for 12 days. She came home happy, tired, clean and silky from her exit bath. I have been kenneling my dogs with Gibson's for about 15 years and they are always wonderful.

My labs Gorham (10 y/o) and Iggy (3 y/o) have now boarded at the Grafton location on multiple occasions. When we get close to the facility, they can hardly contain their excitement. The staff are attentive and responsive, prices are reasonable and competitive, and most importantly, they don’t discriminate about specific dog breed nor do they require that your dog be fixed. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

We love Gibson’s. Our dog is always happy when we drop him off for boarding or grooming. Bob is very attentive and kind. Our sheepadoodle loves Kim the groomer. She really takes the time to make the dogs comfortable and at ease. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My dog loves to play at Gibson’s. I peek in the window before I pick him up and all tails are wagging!! The staff shows him so much attention and patience. They noticed some spots on him and pointed them out to me right away. He had been at another daycare and they never said a word to me . Super friendly!

We are truly grateful that we found a place that our dog Tripper absolutely loves!! He always knows where is he is going the minute we take the turn around the bend on 140. His tail starts wagging, he starts "talking" and cannot wait to get out of the car. Every person that works there Tripper greets with incredible glee and enthusiasm. Our pets are as important to us...and we want the best care possible. Tripper definitely thinks that daycare is his second home....we know that it's definitely his 2nd family!! He has been going there for the last 10 years, and I can't imagine him going anywhere else!! The staff is awesome! So friendly and caring. If Tripper gets tired from playing outside (he is an old man now!) and needs to have down time, he lets them know by going to the door and the staff lets him inside. The owners & staff have accommodated us every single time we have called-whether it be for last minute care or an end of day call asking "can he spend the night". They have never turned us away.
