They actually tired out my husky puppy! It’s a miracle! We love camp bow wow, my dogs get to play all day and go to their private cabin at night while I can relax knowing they are safe! Absolutely love that they have cameras so I can check in on my dog whenever I want and see them having so much fun! We have been going here for years and the staff is always friendly and welcoming! I liked the friendly, professional service and our Golden Retriever, Ace had a blast. We were having a large family gathering to celebrate the holidays in Temecula. The VRBO rental would not allow us to have our dog at the house, so we took him to the local Camp Bow Wow. We were able to pick him up and take him to the park for a couple of hours each day. Every time we came back to the facility, Ace was very excited to return.

Never use this place if they require you to spay your female dog before she has gone into heat!!!! They have a policy that dogs 7 months or over MUST be spayed or neutered. It is VERY unhealthy to spay a female until after she has gone into heat and then wait at least a month for her hormones to go back to normal. It is recommended to wait for a male to be at least 10 months before neutering. The female is very important. Find somewhere or someone else to watch your dog and DO NOT get your dog spayed or neutered at a young age just to use this place. They need to be investigated over this rule. I was hung up on when I questioned this. As a vet, I cannot believe they require this at 7 months. It is obvious that they do not care about the health of the dog and only about money.

Oliver loves Camp Bow Wow and is always excited to get through the door. He likes all the counselors and loves the attention he gets. He uses Camp Bow Wow for both day camping and overnight stays.

I’m giving them a 3 because Caylee needs to be a little more friendly and not snap at doggie parents. We use Camp Bow Wow in Phoenix and love it, but since we were visiting in Temecula we decided to board our puppies there over Labor Day weekend, but when we got there on Monday to pick them up at 12:20 they were closed. There was a sign on the door but other dog parents were there to get their dogs and no one was aware that they were closed. When I questioned Caylee she snapped at me right away and told me to read my emails and the door! I just suggested they might have mentioned at drop off about Mondays schedule. She rudely said whatever. Needless to say we won’t ever use camp bow wow in Temecula ever again!!

Jax loves Camp Bow Wow and starts to whine with excitement when we are about a mile away! He comes home exhausted from a good day of play - he’s a super high energy dog, so Camp Bow Wow is part of our regular “entertainment and exercise” strategy. The team is very professional and accommodating, and they do love the dogs! Give them a try! Woof!

The staff is always so friendly and our pups have a blast! The live feed camera is great as well for anyone that wants to watch their pets play.

My husband and I needed someone to watch our kittens (ages 6-7 mo) for a few days of our wedding festivities and our honeymoon. I stay at home every day with the girls, which are Siamese mixed with torbie (a very human-dependent breed), so getting human attention for them is critical. We had Kat stay with them for most of the time and Melinda watch kitties on one occasion. Kat is absolutely incredible with the girls. Our little runt (two pounds smaller than sister and very uncoordinated) has even become more confident and stable on her feet due to Kat’s attention. She also let Kat pet her, something that she only allows with time/trust. Our more human-reliant kitten also appreciate her attention/focus and we came back to a house completely unscathed - telling me the girls felt they didn’t need to destroy anything for attention. We will definitely be using Kat’s services for any future needs. She’s incredible, took in our trash and mail. Told us we had ant issues and helped avoid further infestation. Offered to water plants. Our babies and our home were in good hands with her.

I have 2 Goldens. Melinda and her staff have been taking care of them for 2 years now. My girls love the care and attention that they get when I can't be there. They really enjoy their walks and playtime. I buy treats from the business that Melinda represents as well and my girls never turn them down!

I have used Melinda and her team for over two years while I am out of town, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the consistent care provided to my four indoor cats. From our initial meeting, it was clear that Melinda is a professional who takes her job seriously and her detail with her notes and instructions is top notch. Melinda is extremely punctual. I have a diabetic cat who needs insulin every 12 hours, so punctuality is extremely important when it comes to his medicine. I can always trust Melinda and her team to be on time to administer my cat’s insulin. This place is the very best, I have a golden retriever, we started a year ago with 2 days a week, we now go 5 days. I could not ask for a better place for my dog Honey. Everyone is so positive and uplifting. Honey starts barking when I turn in the driveway. Everyone from the Manager Bree to the staff in front desk and the staff in the back, are all so wonderful Kristin, Amber, Magic Gab, Rory, Sorry can't remember all the names. They all are great, and you can tell they all like their jobs. I thank you for being so wonderful. And for loving and caring for Honey. You're the BEST

This place looks nothing like what is advertised on the corporate website. It is small, dirty, smells terrible, and lacks a lot of the things that made it appealing in the first place. I included two photos of what the facility looks like. Every time I have picked him up he was covered in mud and smelled like feces and urine. He smelled so bad I was gagging in the car on the way home. I wish there were more windows and larger play areas with more interesting stuff in the rooms. I also wish there were more designated potty areas in the rooms to keep the space more hygienic. The lack of natural light made me feel so sad for them. The dogs walk around all day like prisoners and all have to share food and water, which has made my dogs breath smell horrible after just a few visits. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of both the physical place and some of the staff members. There has been multiple times where I have checked in on my dog through the cameras and have seen the staff members grab well behaved dogs by the collar or scruff and drag them into crates or away from themselves. My dog was practically traumatized after the first visit and was "smiling" with bared teeth and peed out of fear when they were taking him back the second time. My dog has started flinching and getting scared when I go to pet his face now. He is the sweetest little dog on earth with absolutely no behavioral problems so I'm not sure what would have prompted a negative reaction from the staff. With how much we all pay for their services, I would hope that money would go toward better staff training, an upgraded facility, or even a complete facility move to better ensure the happiness of both the dogs and the staff. The staff seem to be very stressed at times and I believe a bigger and improved facility would put both them and the dogs at ease. The most professional and caring member of staff is amber/ember, sorry I don't quite remember her name, but she is what the other members of staff should strive to be. She is passionate, caring, and very kind to pets and their parents. She seems to really care about the dogs happiness, which is very unfortunate in this kind of environment.

Be very careful with this company for your dogs. Had experience w one in Pewaukee Wi. Owner there were aggressive. Company said they’d investigate. They did not If they have cameras watch those cameras to see how they are really treating your dogs. Do not believe what they are selling you until you keep watch on those cameras. I have a docile and agreeable lab by the way. They were aggressive w her for no reason other than I watched the cameras and asked valid questions.

This place requires all dogs over 7 months to be spayed or neutered! A female should not be spayed until at least one month after her first heat. This is a very bad policy. It is very unhealthy to spay a female before going into heat and then wait until her hormones are back to normal. Then, you can safely spay. A male can be neutered earlier although best to wait until at least a year. As a vet, I would never use this place with this policy. Obviously, they are a franchise and only in it for the money and not the health of a dog.

Our Apollo goes twice a week and has the best time! The staff is great and he comes home happy! I highly recommend Dogtopia!

My Shepard mix Chocolatte loves it here, she's been going to this place since 12/2021.She always has a great stay. The staff is super friendly and very caring to my furbaby. Everytime I see my furbaby on the webcam she is always running and playing with her doggy friends. I really love how the staff goes above and beyond to do little arts and craft cards with my puppy's paws🐾 for the holidays. It's so thoughtful and i really appreciate it. I love being my dog here! The staff always has a friendly smile and they treat my family and my free friend like we are welcomed there. My dog is always very excited to arrive and she always seems to be in a uplifted mood when she leaves. They allow you to view their activities via webcam except when there's nap time and they provide excellent food at an additional cost. They also take photos for holidays and celebrate wellness days for the pets. I was especially delighted when my puppy came home one day with a painting that she made. This place is very creative and makes me feel like my puppy is entertained and also gets interaction with other dogs in a friendly and healthy way. Thank you very much dogtopia I could not be more delighted to have my puppy here at least two times a week. Thank you thank you thank you.

Our new puppy had his meet & greet at Dogtopia yesterday! After the meet & greet, he stayed for a full day of doggy daycare. He must have played hard because as soon as he got in the car to come home, he was asleep! Dogtopia is wonderful, the staff is fantastic, and we will definitely be coming back!

I had left a negative review recently about how they approved drop off appointments when the lobby was closed. Since then, the staff has addressed the issue in a kind manner. Really great customer service! As for the facility, it really is the best in town. The dogs get so much play time, and they have tons of events and specials going on!

Liz and her team are just THE best. They will treat your little ones like their own. As new clients and new to doggy daycare we thought it would be hard for everyone, due to our pups 🐶 never really being around any other dogs let alone spending the night at a home away from home. Liz made this nerve racking event go so smooth and to say the least our pups love going to her home and no longer feeling like we are abandoning them because they know when a home is full of love and they will be gentle cared for. She is bilingual, great doggie sitter, plenty of room for pets to play and pleasant atmosphere.

We moved from Temecula to Menifee. We had to stay in a hotel for two weeks. We did not want to leave our little Mahina in the hotel. Our little girl Mahina, had never been in Doggy Care before. We were very careful as to who we were going to choose to care for our Mahina. She is a 3 year old, 12 pound Shihpoo. After careful research, we found Melvin’s Pet Care. Our first visit we were greeted in person by Liz and her sweet daughter Emma. Instantly I/we knew that this was the right place for Mahina. Mahina was a bit of a naughty girl with Liz in the beginning. But with Liz’s and Emma’s kindness, care and love, Mahina became adjusted to her new environment and new furry friends. Mahina was spoiled with Liz’s love. She took her for daily walks 3 times a day and sent us daily updates about Mahina's day along with videos too. This added to my peace of mind. If you are looking for someone you can trust with your fur baby we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Melvin’s Pet Care. We and Mahina are looking forward to drop in care in the future.

Liz is wonderful, she is very professional. Every direction left for the care of my dog was followed. My pet gets home sick when he is in other homes, therefore we need someone to come and care for him at home when we travel. She came and took care of him in the mornings and in the evenings. You can ask to be send updates for each visit or once a day. She would also send me pictures of my pet as updates, which makes being away from him a little less worrisome. I am really satisfied with her pet care service. She loves what she does and it shows as my dog loves having her around. I have referred Melvin Pet Care to an acquainted. They send their dog to board with Melvin Pet Care, and have Liz visit their cat at home too. They have reported their complete satisfaction with the service. From my experience and the experience of my acquainted, I can truly recommend Melvin Pet Care if you are traveling or just need extra help in taking care of your pets.

I don't know where to begin or end this review to share how amazing Leanne is! I never looked into pet sitting, because we do not need a pet sitter. We have a 17 year old cat who at the present time is very needy (attention, medications, etc.) - AND in the last month we had to begin giving him subcutaneous fluids - something I never thought I could do. He needs fluids twice a week and taking him to the vet or having our mobile vet come to do it is not an option, super expensive! So, my husband and I attempted to do it BUT failed miserably! 😩 I was upset and stressed, WE all were! Then I remembered my good friends talking about this fabulous pet sitter, so I looked her up - yes, Leanne. I saw that she was Pet CPCR and First Aid Certified, so I gave her a call to see if this was something she could help with. I immediately felt comfortable with her. She stated this was not something she normally does, but she was willing to come over to meet us and help with the process. On her first visit, she spent time getting to know Starsky and making him feel comfortable. The process that day was a success!!!! And it has been each time she comes over! Don't get me wrong - Starsky doesn't like the process at all, but Leanne calms him, and we are able to maintain a stress free environment. She is professional, compassionate, kind, flexible, punctual, calming, miraculous and a life saver! We are very grateful for her and her services!!!! She is the one to call!!!!

We have only used Leanne's services once so far and it was a great experience! We were kind of last minute in booking, but she was able to come over and get to know our kitty a little bit and learn where we keep all of our pet supplies. Every day, she sent pictures or videos of our cat. She gave her lots of attention including a good brushing one of the days. For our next trip, we will be gone longer and I am confident that our kitty will be happy to see Leanne every day! Leanne is very responsive any time you need to communicate with her.

Sheri with Paws n Claws did a great job taking care of our cat Jack while we were away. She came over twice a day and played with him, and even took him for walks in his pet stroller! We also received plenty of photos and videos of Jack, so we could hear and see that he and Sheri had lots of interactions. She played with him with his toys, and cleaned his litter box when needed. We are very pleased with Sheri and the attention she gave our cat while we were out of town. We have all ready booked her for future visits!

So thankful we found Sheri for taking care of our cat Leo when we’re out of town! She always goes above and beyond for him - playing music and bird videos, placing toys around the house to keep him interested, adding water bowls, turning on fans for him and keeping us updated on the temperature in the house. She also keeps an eye on our plants, and the house (rotating lights, bringing in trash bins, checking the mail), giving my husband and I complete peace of mind when we’re away. As someone who is normally very anxious, it’s amazing how much I’m able to relax knowing Leo and the home are in Sheri’s hands. She also sends me daily photos and videos of Leo which brings us so much joy. We used a few other services in this area before we found Sheri and they ranged from mediocre to bad experiences. We cannot recommend Sheri enough. <3

I brought my dog in for doggy day care and I’m so happy I did! My dog had a wonderful time, he was enjoying running around all day with his new friends. I needed a really good daycare business for my Setter. My boy is young and full of energy and therefore needs LOTS of space to run. I am happy leaving him with this business because after only 3 visits he already knows when we turn into Jackie’s driveway. He is ready to go before I can turn off the ignition! Jackie pairs dogs well with group energy appropriate for your companion. The property is well maintained, safe and clean. The prices are more than fair and appropriate for daycare and boarding.

We wanted to go camping for a few nights and needed to have someone watch our two chihuahuas. Our dogs have always been by our side and my wife was very reluctant to leave them anywhere. We decided to go with JC Pet Care after reading there reviews and dropping by to see the location and meet Jackie. You get to fill out a profile page about your pet, so Jackie gets to know about your pets routines and habits. Also, you can bring your pets bedding, food, and snacks that they are accustomed to eating. On our trip my wife texted Jackie to see how the dogs were doing and she responded immediately and sent some pictures of our dogs, very cool. When we went to pick up the dogs after our trip they seemed not to recognize us for a second. I believe they were enjoying themselves and did not want to go home. They looked well feed and very happy. We would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.

First time boarding our dogs and they did great here. They sent pictures and our dogs were always happy. This is a lovely place to bring your "children". JC has a great setup, lots of space to roam, and she genuinely cares about each dog. We will definitely be going back.

This place is the best. It is obvious they really love dogs. I don’t know how they keep the place so clean. Our dog is not easy on any level. He does not acknowledge he is a dog. He basically just ignores all the other dogs. He just wants to be with his people. They just accept him as he is, in all his whiteness. We are so grateful to JC Petcare. We have used them for overnights and for over three weeks. No worries; we know he is in good hands.

My dog and I love this place! Huge property on 5 acres with many different play areas. Jackie keeps the place very clean and is so wonderful with the dogs. She is also a veterinary technician, so I know if anything does happen my dog is in great hands. I would highly recommend the place to all friends and family.

I recently hired James and Rachel for my cats while I was away on vacation and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The twins were very professional and caring towards my cats. They followed all of my instructions and went above and beyond to make sure my cats were happy and comfortable. I received daily updates and pictures of my cats, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. When I returned home, my cats were relaxed and happy, which is a clear indication that they were well taken care of. I wish I could give Tails and Trails 10 stars instead of 5. We trusted them to watch our dog while we were on vacation for a week and they did an amazing job. They checked in multiple times throughout the day, gave him tons and tons of love and were incredibly responsible. Our dog is older so he can’t go on walks anymore but has he been able to James and Rachel were more than willing to walk him daily. I feel so comfortable leaving our sweet boy in their care.

What a great experience! These two did an excellent job taking care of our dog while we were away on vacation. They were extremely flexible, reliable, and we always knew our pet was in good hands!

I’m extremely happy with how well my cats were taken care of while I was out of town. Made sure they were fed and happy. Even went out of their way to give them extra attention and kept me updated with how they were doing. Overall great service!

Country Kennels is the first place I've ever trusted to look after my dog outside of family, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. At first, I was a bit nervous, but the staff here were incredibly attentive to the dogs’ well-being and offered so many great accommodations. When I picked up my dog, she was in high spirits and couldn't stop playing with her toy once we got home! This stay genuinely seemed to help with her socialization, too. Being a rescue, she's often timid, but after her time here, she seemed more relaxed and less anxious than before. I also have cats, and after this positive experience, I’d feel comfortable bringing them here as well. I’m thrilled with the care they provided, and I’d definitely recommend Country Kennels for both dogs and cats!

Our 2 dogs love Country Kennels! The staff is wonderful and went the extra mile helping them adjust on their first stays. I know they are getting the best experience and attention when they stay at the "Pet Hotel". Having an indoor and outdoor type kennel so the dogs can move about at will is great. I appreciate that they keep vaccine records and also records of how the pups ate their meals. Highly recommended!

Awesome place for dogs that love water! There’s plenty of places to sit for humans and room for my puppy to run around. Although it’s limited hours for open swim, it’s super worth it! We only needed an hour and half for our boy to get tired

We boarded my 16 year old cat here because we were going out of town. She has never been boarded, but is in good health. She’s a bit temperamental, and does not let us or anyone else groom her. However, during her three day stay, Country Kennels asked if we wanted her bathed and originally I said no, but then asked on the last day. And I was AMAZED! She looks amazing, and was calm afterwards. This place is very convenient, nice and I did not have to worry. I’ll definitely board here again. We got the deluxe suite for our cat, with a play and pet. The total was less than what was expected. We were extremely satisfied. Thank you!

We loved this place. We had maybe 7 large breed pups together at this pool. It's spacious, clean, and private. We live in San Diego and the drive to Murrieta was 100% worth it. Highly recommend! Especially for private events. We rented for 2 hours. Next time maybe longer!! Our pups had a blast, so did the humans.

Our dog lady loves country kennel. We always take her there when we go out of town she seems to really enjoy it. We love the swimming pool and come there often to let her swim. I believe our dogs (malinois) like boarding here. I like them having access to the pool. I know they know the malinois breed well, and the staff is familiar with my dogs. I was very glad when i dropped off my dog with a hot spot and some med for it and it was resolved when i picked him up. They sprayed i think twice a day

I had to board our 2 doggos while we traveled cross country to visit family for 3 weeks. They were able to give me the extended stay package, which had play time, group time, etc. They took great care of my babies. I received them back just as I left them...happy and healthy and freshly bathed. Any time I called to check in on them, they would literally physically go look at them and report back to me. I was surprised to find out both my dogs were able to be in group play and they did good with other dogs...I was very happy to hear that. I love this place and they gave me peace of mind, as I was very anxious about leaving my babies with anyone. These are basically my children and I wouldn't entrust their care to just anyone. I highly recommend this place.

I have a Golden Retriever, and he was in heaven. I reserved the private swim for him and he couldn't be happier. Can't wait to take him back for a monthly swim.

Julie has dog sat for our fur babies for 10 plus years! I could not imagine leaving them with anyone but loving kindness pet care! We travel as much as three weeks to a month at a time and our dogs have always acclimated to and from staying with her beautifully! For our pups, it’s as if they’re going away to camp. They see us packing them up and they get so excited to be going over to Julie’s! You won’t find a more loving and caring person to care for your pets.

We were scared to leave our doodle pup for the first time, but Julie did an amazing job! Pups stay in her HOME... which is immaculate and odor free. We received regular updates and photos, and he had a blast playing with her doggie. We will absolutely use her again!

Rhiannon is the best. I have had her pet sit for me since moving to the area almost 4 years ago. Short trips, long trips, she has always been there (even holidays!). My animals absolutely love her. I trust her completely when it comes to not only my animals, but my whole house. While we are away, she comes to take care of the pets, picks up the mail and all sorts of things. I could not recommend her any higher. You will not be disappointed.
