I’ve been taking my dog here for the last 5 years. Place is GREAT! The owner really truly cares about dogs and treats every dog that comes through her doors like they are her own. I take my dog for grooming and I have boarded my dog there as well every year when we go on vacation. He loves going there. Definitely recommend!!!

I used this kennel for 2 weeks in late June into early July. I will never let my dog stay there again. It took approximately 2 weeks for my dog to return to his pre kennel self. Upon pick up they lost my dogs leash, collar and 70 dollar Soresto collar. The lady claimed they give them to the owners after they are dropped off. That was not the case. Stay away from this place. The good reviews have to be fake! I know the owners will comment on my review and deny it. No reason to leave a bad review unless it really happened.

We LOVE this kennel! I’ve boarded my dog here so many times with barely any notice, and they’re always so happy to accommodate. In the past, my dog will try to run in the opposite direction when he knows where he’s going but here, he starts crying with excitement the second we pull into the driveway! We boarded him last weekend, and he still smells AMAZING from his bath there as well. Not only do they care for my dog as I would, but their prices are also unmatchable. I’d recommend them to everyone I know!!

A Wonderful Home Away from Home for Luca & Miley! They were so well taken care of by Susan & Her Awesome Staff & Came home Happy, Healthy & So Clean! I felt so at ease on our vacation... I had a very good first time experience today with them. I have a very hyper German shepherd who has bad separation anxiety with me. They we’re amazing with her! We will be definitely coming back! Thank you so much again !

This kennel is absolutely amazing. After being thoroughly disappointed with another kennel I used for an overnight stay, I was apprehensive to leave my big Great Dane babies anywhere at all. Susan, the owner, spent a good ten minutes in the phone with me discussing her approach to care when I simply called to check availability. Here’s just a few reasons I will never use another kennel again (assuming my pups are welcome back!) 1) The level of expertise. Susan knows dogs. The kennel is prepared for all breeds, which is not always the case with giants. She takes care to ensure the dogs are not integrated with other dogs at the kennel (which is nothing but a recipe for disaster). I was not worried that other pups with a Napoleon complex would attack my big guys nor was I worried that my big guys would accidentally pull a Lennie from “Of Mice and Men” on a smaller dog. 2) Communication. Susan either answers the phone or responds to phone calls/emails within moments. She is keenly aware of what is happening with each dog under her watch and encourages you to call and check in on them. I never even felt like I needed to say who I was when I called. I said my first name and she knew. 3) Pick up / Drop off is handled perfectly. She has a capable and knowledgeable staff and runs her business like a well oiled machine. There is no nonsense and no fuss. Just an expert who knows exactly what she is doing. 4) Flexibility. My flight home was cancelled and I had no idea when I could get it rescheduled. This was met with a shrug from Susan who simply said “Worry about the kids you’re chaperoning on your school trip… we’ll worry about the pups.” I am confident that even if Susan had a fully booked kennel (which she likely had), that she would’ve figured out a way to extend their stay if I needed. 5) “Extras.” I thought to myself: “I really don’t need the bath option before pick up…” but I did it anyway. I’m so glad I did. My dogs looked (and smelled) wonderful when I picked them up. And one of my pups absolutely abhors baths (which I didn’t warn Susan about). She and her team managed anyway. Get the bath option. There’s no other way to take them home. Also, she freely admits that although she knows the vaccination status of neighboring dogs in the kennel she cannot possibly know if vermin or other ickiness is being transmitted. The bath is important before taking them home. I hesitate to call it an “extra” 6) Pricing. I actually hesitated before committing to Applewood because I thought their pricing was uncannily low in comparison with others in the area. This should only emphasize the commitment that Susan and her team have to their craft and business. It’s not a “money grab” (which is certainly how I felt about the last place where I kenneled my pups for one night). Here’s the best sign that this kennel is a great place to bring your pups: my guys weren’t all that excited to see me when I picked them up. As much as that might seem strange, that is the highest compliment the dogs themselves can give of the place. I was so nervous leaving on this vacation. But because of Applewood, I could completely let go of the worry about my big babies. I cannot recommend this place enough.

First time here. My dog came home happy smelling good. They took care of him answered all my questions. I called acouple times and the reassured me he was fine. They never made me feel rushed or my questions inconvenienced them. Very professional from the time I dropped him off until the time I picked him up. Yes he will be back.Thank You!

My wife and I have always in the past used the Pet Spa & Resort in Franklin, NJ for boarding our dogs but when we had trouble contacting them over the phone we decided to try this place located in Vernon, NJ, based upon their mostly positive reviews - BIG MISTAKE!! We have two dogs, both large at 80+ lbs. each. One an 8 year old female, the other a 15 year old senior male who always board together. When I called the owner first for information I was informed that they had a special program for dealing with senior dogs and were charging 10.00 extra a day. She said for this extra amount the dog would receive special attention and care. When I brought the dogs in later that week to be boarded I first asked to see the actual enclosure they would both be sharing. Well it's a good thing I did. The enclosure was in a very dimly lit, dreary, almost windowless shed. The size was 5 and half feet by 5 and a half feet with a cot taking up almost almost half of the space. I was astonished to think they would be boarding two large dogs together in such a tiny space where even just one dog would have trouble turning around. When the owner saw how displeased I was she said that each dog could have its own enclosure if i was willing to pay extra. How this place had gotten good reviews is beyond me - I wouldn't board my dog here if you paid me. Needless to say my wife and I turned around and walked out. We decided to use the reliable Pet Spa & Resort instead. If you are tempted to use this facility I would suggest you check out first the actual enclosure your dog(s) will be placed in. Personally I would not recommend this kennel to anyone.

I have been using Applewood for years. As the owner of not one but 2 generations of old English sheepdogs , they are known to be energetic goofballs who tend to be emotional babies during times of separation . Susan and her staff are always comforting to them and it makes it so much easier to leave them in her expert care. I would not even consider using another kennel for my sheepies !

Lakeside Lounge is the best! We bring our dog there a couple times a week to play. She is always met with love and excitement to see her. She always comes home happy and exhausted from playing. We board her at Lakeside Lounge anytime we leave town. They have fantastic groomers that are able to do a beautiful job on her, despite her intense fear of water and having her nails clipped. Our dog is like a child to us. I totally trust that she is in the best hands at Lakeside Lounge. Lia and Fran go out of their way to be there for her and for us. Our dogs home away from home. She’s always excited to be there. Thank you, Lakeside Lounge! We’re so grateful for you.

Lia and her staff are PHENOMENAL. Coco stayed at Lakeside for close to three weeks and he couldn't be happier. Right from the start, the intake process was seamless. We were able to do a tour and meet the staff at BOTH faciliyies. We saw where the dogs were kept and taken care of. Lia and her staff are so accessible via Whatsapp- they gave me daily updates with pictures and videos. Here is my review written on Facebook when I returned from my trip: I recommend this facility 💯 %- the one in Monroe and New Hampton are PHENOMENAL. Our pocket bully was cared for daily, they took the time to acclimate him and shared videos of his daily activity. They are caring, understanding, patient, and detail oriented. They DO NOT skip a beat and you can truly tell that the staff that work in both facilities truly care about animals. My dog was happy even when he was away from his family. The owner Lia, is timely and she responds to your questions and concerns. No question is too small or annoying. We have found our Coco his DayCare/Spa family. He’s vacationing from us and living his best time life when he’s in their care! I highly recommend them- this was his first time away from us and I didn’t worry one bit because the staff and owner are so knowledgeable. Thank you a million times for caring for my baby!!!

Lea is absolutely amazing, I can not say enough great things about her customer service and the way she cared for my cat. My Himalayan was neglected while I was away and needed a lot of TLC and that’s exactly what Lea and her team provided. Not only did she take wonderful care of her she kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Look no further then Lakeside Pet Lounge for your dog or cats needs and I promise you that you will not be disappointed. Thank you again for taking such good care of my fur baby (Truffles)! I will never go anywhere else for my pets needs!

I HIGHLY recommend Lakeside Pet Lounge!!! Lia was so amazing with our cat Leo and treated him like her own. He had an extended stay with her while we moved into our new home and it went much longer than expected. This was stressful for us but Lia was flexible and made it sooo easy for us knowing our boy was safe with her. You can tell she truly cares and kept us posted on his stay the whole time. Highly recommend Lia to anyone and her amazing business!

Our Boston Terrier absolutely loves doggie daycare at Lakeside Pet Lounge in Monroe! He’s always super excited to go play with his dog friends and comes home a happy tired pup. Everyone I’ve interacted with there is super friendly and welcoming and you can tell how much they really love dogs.

Have had absolutely no issues, they are extremely accommodating, fair priced, and friendly. My pup always has a good time and you can tell they care about the animals. Bring him multiple times a week for day care and have had him boarded before and have nothing but good things to say!

We had a great experience with Lia and the staff at Lakeside Pet Lounge. We boarded our dog for the first time and were super nervous, but everything went great. Lia really worked to get to know our dog's specific needs and integrate her with the other dogs. The indoor/outdoor kennel space they have is awesome too. Our dog came home happy and healthy!

Noah (2 years) and Capone Dillinger (9 months) come home from Lakeside as happy as they did when they left. Both dogs are high energy but come home exhausted from all the playtime they get at Lakeside. Their grooming services are great and the boys always come home smelling good, nails trimmed and ears clean. Lakeside accommodates needs specific to each dog as well. They have gone out of their way to accommodate us and our schedule. I would recommend Lakeside to anyone who needs a safe environment for their dog(s) where they get lots of playtime and attention.

Lakeside Pet Lounge is the best thing I could have done for my puppy! We were leaving my Yorkie for vacation for the first time and we were nervous cause he was only 5 months old and barely 3 pounds. He also hadn’t been around other dogs yet. But after looking at the website, visiting and talking with the owner we felt confident that he was gonna be just fine there and get lots of love and care. While we were gone she sent us lots of videos and updates on him and he was having the time of his little life making friends and playing with all the other puppies.They were all way bigger than him but that didn’t matter to him, he made friends with them and the owner made sure he was safe and with dogs he felt comfortable with. We’re definitely bringing him back for daycare every now and then so he can catch up with his friends and keep socializing. If you’re looking for a place to trust with your puppy while you’re gone, this is it.

HEADS UP TO OTHER FORGOTTEN PETS OF LAKESIDE: If your pet was present at the New Hampton facility on or around October 9 2024 ... please be on the look out for kennel cough symptoms! Symptoms can take awhile to present themselves but when they do ... seek medical attention Lakeside Pet Lounge you continue to disappoint and deflect! Bottom line, I expected a simple apology for the lack of communication to this oversight. However, you have made numerous excuses as to why you did not communicate the potential exspoure. You make a point to reference our Vet, why? When Hazel presented her symptoms and a discussion of her recent whereabouts is had isnt it appropriate to say YES she has visited a doggie day care recently? YES sadly my Vet is aware of your facilities due to other cases related to health issues that have come out of your facilities, whether in August or October myself and others were NOT made aware. Why wouldnt my trusted Vet make us aware of what they know?! You also make a point to reference our nervousness with bringing her there or how she became overstimulated, why? What does that have to do with the FACT that you admit to not documenting her attendance? In case you forgot, Her 2nd to last visit was September 24, as per your recommendations regarding being over stimulated we were encouraged to NOT bring her as frequently. Also, encouraged to come back unannounced on a walk in basis. We followed that exact recommendation, returned on October 9 2024 and when I made you aware of her illness via text October 18 2024 you so arrogantly replied and admitted she was not documented as being present during the potential outbreak time frame! You went on and on reminding me of your vast experiences etc etc but really I only wanted to receive an apology and some comapsion for what we have endured. I am sure you have the MONEY I paid for the services that day!? I wonder how many others are not documented and did not get the heads up! Your facilities name has a bad reputation based off previous and now current health related issues and your continued lack of proper communication. You clearly have not learned from your previous mistakes ... You say going fwd you will do better, I sincerely hope so for all who will continue to attend your facility. We most definitely will not return, I doubt you will even notice her absence as you did not notice her presence. Your obvious tactic of trying to bury my bad review on FB and on Google further confirms my opinion of you. Again, a simple apology or a GENUINE acknowledgment of fault without excuses is what I expected. I made the owner aware and sadly received an unkind response. Clearly she is upset about the bad reputation with regards to health related issues within the facilities, blaming local Vet offices for HER bad behavior and lack of communication is simply deflecting from the actual issue. Parents should take a moment to think .... how has this bad reputation come to be?! Bad reputations don't just fall from the sky! Medical professionals do not just "go after" anyone unless there is reason!

The girls had a great time. Dogs come home happy and can't wait to get out of the truck when we drop them off! Excellent staff, very friendly.

Unfortunately they would not take my aging dog for grooming, their excuse was that the groomer was not taking new clients over 12 yo? Granted I had signed up my dog on-line previously and explained that, he was diabetic and sassy, that he growled but did not bite. Maybe that was enough of a deterrent, but it would have helped if they had noted that on their web site. An expert groomer would be able to handle a 25 lb dog with compassionate care. Throughouly disappointed.

Always the best. The employees here are what make the Pet Spa stand out to me as an excellent place to board your pet. They are always friendly. They remember and know my dog. I feel assured that he is in good hands and being taken care of. The facility is very clean and well taken care of. The dogs here all seem happy when you see them. I used another local boarding facility in Sparta last year and it was filthy, the owner was extremely rude and my dog came home needing veterinary care. It was a horrible experience. I am very grateful to have the Pet Spa available for my pet.

Our dog goes to daycare and occasionally sleeps over. He knows the words pet spa and practically jumps in the truck at the mention. He comes home exhausted and happy. The employees love their jobs, and it shows! We are so grateful to have this safe haven for our boy.

I love The Pet Spa & Resort. They treat my dogs so well. It is a very clean and a well run business. The staff loves dogs and that is so important to me! I take my dog and she does not even look back and is sad to leave her friends when we pick her up. Would not have it any other way!!

Very satisfied with they care if my 3 little pups. The grounds are well kept, the staff is super friendly & caring, plus VERY reasonably priced. Definitely bring your babies there. You won’t be disappointed.

FANTASTIC DAYCARE!!! Taegan (I’m sorry if I misspelled) was able to give me updates on my dog and how she’s doing with others as well as her behavior and improvements. I usually have to drop and run to work but I had a chance to chat with one of the women working there today and I was so impressed on the cleanliness of this place. Every single employee here is warm, welcoming, and CARING. I really trust them with my dog. That screams volumes. We pick her up and she’s happy, tired, and is let out and played with. I love the pet spa. Thank you all so much for giving our dog a second home. This is not a place where your dog is dumped in a cage and left. This is a second HOME and daily play-date when no one is home to be with our dog. She’s getting the care she loves! When my dog comes home she’s SO HAPPY. I’m a forever customer.

I love this place, all the staff is so compassionate and caring. When I leave my dog there for overweight stays, he is eager to go with the staff. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PLACE!

Angel and her partner Mark were unbelievably sweet and kind. I’m from out of town and had to go to the ER unexpectedly, so I showed up quite distressed on their doorstep with my pup. Angel lives up to her name— she treated me with so much kindness, and checked in on me several times during my dog’s stay. I also saw both Angel and Mark treat the other dogs in their care with so much patience and gentleness. I truly can’t recommend them enough! Thank you both again for helping me out during a difficult time.

My puppy just had her 1st grooming experience. There was great communication before, during, and after the appointment. Easy to find location. Great pricing. My puppy looks absolutely adorable. She smells amazing. I would definitely recommend Hairy Tails Groom & Room to everyone.

Absolutely wonderful in home boarding service. Our German Shepherd is always well taken care of and happy while she’s with Angel. Angel takes time to send you updates on your pet while you’re away. Angel also grooms our GSD and takes extra care of her sensitive skin. We just love her!

My husband and I were coming from out of town and needed a boarding service to watch our 1 year old puppy for the day while we went cross country skiing nearby. We came across Hairy Tails during an online search and we couldn’t have had a more positive experience. The owner, Angel, was a dream to work with. Communication before our arrival was a breeze and it was easy to coordinate drop off/pick up times. When we dropped off our puppy, you could tell that she truly cares and treats each dog as if they were her own. She sent us videos of our puppy playing with the other dogs during the day to reassure us that he was doing ok. Her partner even took the time to hand feed my puppy at lunch as he sometimes struggles with eating in a new environment. This place is a 10/10. Do not have any hesitation boarding your dog here. If we lived in town, we would absolutely be regular customers.

My chocolate lab is high energy and can be a handful! Each time he returns from Hairy Tales he looks and feels wonderful!! He just spent a week with Angel at Hairy Tales and he had a great experience. Angel treated him like he was one of her own and sent updates on how he was doing throughout the week. Now I have a very sleepy dog at home from all of his walks and playing with her dog : ) Thank you, Angel!!

Angel was an absolute angel!! She was very sweet and even though she had limited availability she was able to squeeze a grooming session for my cat Amelia as soon as she was able! Amelia is fluffy, happy, and quick. She also gifted me a little key chain photo of my baby which made me smile so much!! Well worth it!

The grooming room is so adorable, clean and relaxing. One on One attention. Angel gives special care and treatment specific for each dog. Flexible hours. Angel even groomed my 2 big dogs on a Sunday, which took most of her afternoon but that goes to show you how dedicated she is to her profession and the love of pets. My dogs looked wonderful and so refreshed. You will love this groomer and the special attention she gives you and your pets.

I can't say enough about Angel. She treats your pet just as you would, with love and kindness. She provides one-on-one service to each of her clients. I brought my dog to her to be groomed and for a massage on his hind leg. He came back from her soft as can be and relaxed. Oh and with an adorable picture magnet for the fridge :) Thank you for taking care of my Henry, Angel!

I cannot say enough great things about Hairy Tails. Angel is truly an angel! I've moved around a lot in the last 10 years that I've had my dachshund in my life.. trying out many different groomers and NONE compare to Angel. I came up to NY from NC to have her groom my TT girl. I don't know how she does it, but TT has never seemed so happy and comfortable at a grooming appt before. Angel is so sweet & easy to communicate with, her scheduling is on point, she must be some sort of dog whisperer based on the way TT has ZERO anxiety there, she does REMARKABLE work and very fairly priced, and she always surprises us with photos, gifts, etc. I mean, she is truly passionate about her work - if you can even call it that. It seems more like a lifestyle for her. To reiterate, I would not hesitate to recommend her to any family, friend, or stranger to take perfect care of their fur babies. Thanks so much Angel! (& co).

Wonderful place!!! Had our 8 month old black lab stay here for a week while we were on vacation. It was his first time being away from us and us away from him. They accommodated all of our/his needs and I was kept up to date on how things were going. He seemed to have a great time! Will be using them again in the future and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe, accommodating, and fun place to board their fur baby!

My dog always has a great time when she stays here. She is so excited to get out of the car upon arrival. They have a Facebook page where they post pictures of the dog groups every Saturday. Great experience the times I've had to leave my dog.

Very impressive facility. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Their love for animals is clear. Will certainly be using Rutgers Creek again for my fur baby.

This is a wonderful place to trust leaving your pets with. They watched our two Dalmatians last year and we will use them forever going forward. My dogs made friends with other dogs. Loved playing outside with others. They are attentive and care for them as they were their own. Anytime I called for an update they always answer and give me a detailed description. The owner is wonderful and the staff is as well. Highly recommend!!

I have left my dogs here several times and have had great experiences. Your dog is safe, the owners are real dog people, and I only felt the need to reach out once to ask if everyone was behaving themselves. If you follow them on Facebook, you might see your pup featured during their playtime. Kennels can be a super stressful place for dogs, but my nervous shepherd always comes home happy and relaxed. Always recommend.

First time leaving our 1 year old Golden Doodle. She was very happy and so were we. I will definitely will use them again.

My dog loved her time here so much she didn’t even get in the truck right away when I picked her up. She was hoping to give me a tour of her fantastic weekend but I finally got her to hop in. There was no shadow behavior after either. We don’t live in NY but I would highly recommend anyone going to LegoLand that needs wants to give their dog a vacation too this resort is it! Traveling with pets can be so hard but we felt really great about our Dog being so well looked after. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating.

Very clean and friendly staff- can't take that away from them. But they are not very up front about a couple things: 1) Pricing. They charge "per day." But really they mean "per date." My definition of a day is 24 hours. I dropped my two Great Danes off at 5 PM and picked up less than 24 hours later. I was charged $150. I asked if it was ever possible to be charged for a single day at all- they responded that only for "Doggie Day Care" is it possible for a dog to secure a one-day price. So, hypothetically speaking, if you dropped your dog off at 11:59 PM and picked up at 12:01 AM, they would call that "2 days." Called two other kennels before writing this review to make sure that wasn't industry standard. They said it was ridiculous. 2) I asked if they provided bedding, and they said they did. They knew I was boarding 2 Great Danes together in one kennel. They provided one raised bed for a medium sized dog. Would've been simple for me to provide my own had they just told me that. 3) They are open for two 2-hour windows per day, so plan carefully for pickup and drop off. I'm hoping that means "open-to-public" and they attend to the dogs more frequently then that, but I wouldn't put any bets down. Also, they told me a cash price over the phone that was not offered to me in person when I picked up. Not that I had the right amount on me anyway. I assumed, like a normal person would assume, that less than 24 hours fell in the "one day" pricing range. It's a shame. This kennel is near my house and I was looking forward to using them in the future. Nope.

Great staff great facilities always very accommodating to my schedule and dogs needs and just all round good people and aditude. I have always said dogs are a true tell of someone's character, my dog loves these people. I usually have them do my dogs nails while he is there (somthing that he does not welcome) and he still gets upset when i go to put him in the car to leave he truly enjoys his time at rutgers.

Been using Rutgers Creek for several years now. Great staff, great facility and location. My dogs love their time there and the staff treats them like they are family.

Eileen is absolutely fabulous and took care of our furbaby as if she were her own. Eileen sent multiple videos and pictures throughout the day, and our it was clear that our pup was having the time of her life. Our pup is also a very picky eater, and Eileen had her eating like a champion; we were truly amazed. It was so reassuring and comforting knowing that our pup was in Eileen’s care. We will be using her for all of our pet sitting needs!

I give Eileen and 24/7 Petcare the highest possible rating!! I don’t trust anyone with my dog. Eileen however earned my trust the day I first spoke with her. She truly understands canines and their behavior like a true professional! Now I feel comfortable leaving my Cooper with her when I can’t take him with me. I receive round the clock updates that keep my mind at ease, and Cooper loves being with Eileen. Cooper and I thank 24/7 Petxare and Eileeen! You are the best! P.S. Thank you for all the canine dietary advice too!

I am writing this review with such joy. My dog had such a good first time experience with Eileen. I was worried about this being her first time away from us and with a pet sitter. I wanted to make sure she was going to be happy and comfortable. I had a lot of questions for Eileen, and her answers made me feel comfortable with leaving my girl in her hands. We took a quick two night trip out of town, and wanted to see how our dog would do. We were hopeful it would go well because we have a week long cruise coming up in several weeks. Thankfully we were so pleased with the experience. Eileen sent us a ton of pics and videos throughout the stay. Seeing for ourselves that our dog was doing well really put our worries to rest. When we picked up our dog, she was not stressed or unhappy in any way. It was like she was at a family member’s house that she knew well. This really confirmed that we put her in good hands. This being my first experience with a pet sitter I know the stress that you feel and the worry you have. All you want is to find someone whom you and your pet can be comfortable and happy with. Eileen definitely provided that. I have already recommended her to a friend of mine, and I’m happy that we now have someone who is a great option for our dog. I feel like I can now be at ease knowing our dog will be in good hands while we are away on a longer trip. I would recommend Eileen and her services.

We had a fantastic experience with Eileen! We recently moved back to NYC and were looking for a dog sitter/boarding outside of the city. We specifically were looking for someone who would be hands on and attentive with our dog, and who had space for her to run and play — but we did not want a “camp” environment with too many dogs, kennels, etc. Eileen was very communicative through our booking process and throughout our pup’s stay with her. Beyond providing our dog with a great stay, she went above and beyond and provided helpful nutrition recommendations and guidance that we’ve since put into place. Eileen is very responsive and thorough with the way she conducts her business. She was clear about the pricing and directions to the drop off location. Although the pricing is way higher than what I am used to - the money was well spent as my girl, Trixie, got the care and attention she needed while I was getting married. I would absolutely recommend this dog boarding service to anyone and would definitely be a return customer myself.

Eileen welcomes your dog into her family as one of theirs. Outstanding experience for dog and owner! My dog had new friends to play with, and I got so many pictures and videos from Eileen. Her home is exactly how you want your dog to be cared for. Eileen is also very knowledgeable about proper nutrition and dog foods that are actually good for your dog, which was so helpful for my finicky eater.

Eileen is amazing! She watched my mini Bernedoodle while my husband and I got married in a town nearby. Eileen sent pictures and videos so we knew he was in good hands. We also arranged for her husband to bring Snoopy to the ceremony so he could be there for pictures and walk down the aisle. They also helped recommend a new harness. Eileen is a dog lover for sure! I love that Snoopy doesn’t sleep in a crate, is well fed, has grass to run around, and is watched over by a true animal and dog lover. Would leave Snoopy there again for sure!

Eileen took amazing care of my poodle-pup Ollie while we were on a week+ long vacation last month. She was super responsive and the daily photo and video updates set my mind at ease knowing that Ollie was safe, happy, and having just as much fun as we were on vacation. I would absolutely recommend day or overnight care with Eileen and her family of pups, and know Ollie will be excited to return to hang out again with all of his new friends.

Eileen provided excellent pet care for our 5-year-old Border Collie Katie. We were sent many photos & videos & enjoyed watching Katie playing with her new friends. My precious Sadie was soooo taken care of overnight! The minute I walked in, I knew she wouldn’t do well amongst all the other dogs. The owner said no problem and took her in his arms and said she’ll b fine rooming free with me. Than took her home with him over night and sent me the mist adorable pic of him giving her a belly rub which she loves. Thank u again for giving our Sadie a great stay with you.

Besties is the absolute BEST in caring for my baby girl!! It is hard to believe that anyone could love my dog more than me ... but Gloria, Dom, Ryan and everyone at Besties does. Can’t stop talking about how wonderful this facility is !!! From the moment you and your pet walk in everyone is so welcoming. I toured many other daycares and Besties stands out like no other and go above and beyond filling each day with fun activities and each room is colorful and has a jungle gym!! My rescue we just adopted unfortunately was abused and has some issues related to that and they took the time and patience with her to make sure my dog was comfortable with them first which I so appreciated. Gloria and Domingo are phenomenal people. We are new to Besties 4 Paws and I already feel like I'm leaving my little fur baby in the trusted hands of family. Ashley is a doll and we love that our dog was attached to her since day one, but all the employees there are really so great!! As soon as you walk in the door, you can feel the warmth in the air. We needed somewhere for our fur baby to spend some weekdays since we can't always make it home from work to walk her during the day, but we also wanted her brain to be stimulated and for her to get used to being around different people and animals. We couldn't be happier that Besties 4 Paws is right down the road from us, however, now knowing how amazing they are, I would drive a great distance to leave my dog with them. It's a wonderful place. We already notice positive changes in our baby girl!!! The fun crafts and activities Gloria arranges for the pups is just the cherry on top of it all!!! Thank you!!! :)

Our babies Zeus and Athena love Besties 4 Paws 🐾. Gloria is their second mom and we wouldn't leave our babies with anyone else. I.am extremely protective of my babies 🐶. I worked with Besties 4 Paws in the past when I lived nearby. Now I’m half hour away but there isn’t another place I would trust with my fur babies. I recently went away for a week and left my 2 Poms at Besties 4 Paws. They came back happy & clean (smelled better than when we dropped them off)! We’ll keep taking that extra half hour drive just so we don’t have to worry whenever we are away!! Thank you so much for the great care taken!!

This is our first time using their services while away in Florida for 6 days. The service is first class and amazing! Gloria and Domingo are not good, they are great! I always take my dog here when I am away on vacation and this is the only place I trust with my dog. My dog has special needs that they accommodate with the best care, time and consideration. The business owner is very kind and, most importantly, very knowledgeable about dogs, their behaviors, and what they need in order to have a better life for the dog and the owner. I have done the day care and private dog training and it did not disappoint. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Like many Australian Shepards, our Milo can be a handful when it comes to care. Combine that with the behavioral issues he developed from his time at the shelter and many exchanges of ownership, we knew we had to search for the best services possible when it comes to daycare/boarding. Diane and her team were highly recommended to us by our dog trainer. Diane is very knowledgeable and patient with us and our pup, and she provides exceptional training to her staff as well. When Milo is unable to join us on our family travels, there is no other group we trust more than Beyond The Walk, because that is exactly what the provide - thoughtful care, stimulation, and training that extends BEYOND the basic boarding and walk a dog needs. TLDR - Diane and her group are cool people, and they know dogs!

Update 7/21/23: I’m back to say that we are still incredibly pleased with the services that Beyond the Walk offers. Diane and her staff go above and beyond to make sure the dogs (and families) are comfortable with their stay. My husband and I have added a third dog in the past year and we wouldn’t be able to go on vacation if we didn’t have the right place to care for our dogs. Our newest pup is blind, so that leaves us with two special needs dogs and a third dog who has had several medical challenges this year. Beyond the Walk offers a calm, nurturing environment that considers the individual needs of each dog including training goals, personality and play style. My dogs would not do well in a typical kennel environment and I know that they receive the best care possible here. I would recommend anyone to use Beyond the Walk without hesitation. Rebel, Shea and Annie highly approve! My husband and I are thrilled with our experiences at Beyond the Walk. I have two rescue hounds and they adore Diane. I am always so anxious to leave them, especially with one of my pups being blind. Diane makes us feel so comfortable and I have total confidence in her care. I get picture and video updates and she individualizes the care she gives each dog. She knows what they like and helps out with your dogs’ training goals. Beyond the Walk is the only place my dogs will stay!

I have been bringing my two dogs to Diane and Beyond the Walk for over 2 years now. She has done an amazing job care for my pups and has been a wealth of knowledge with their behavior. Since my schedule changes, she is always available to help and take my dogs for daycare on short notice. I highly recommend BTW to anyone looking for daycare, boarding, and training.

Our dog needs more than most places are willing to provide in boarding. Beyond the Walk is able to give him everything he needs and more. He’s actually happy to go visit when he has the chance. They do a great job with him and I am so grateful that we found them!

Diane is amazing in the boarding/care for my dog. She treats my dog like he’s part of the family. Her knowledge of dogs is outstanding. I used to board my dog at a kennels and that was always a nightmare on whether he was being taking care of. When I drop off my dog for boarding at Diane’s, it’s like he’s going to his 2nd home. He can’t wait to get out of my car. I would HIGHLY recommend Diane for any training/boarding you need for your dog.

Beyond the Walk is great! We have been going here since day 1 when we got our puppy. It is great socialization and was very good to get my puppy used to crate training. When we were away, Diane sends us photos of our dog having the best time! She keeps us informed and gives us updates. There is no hesitation on where to bring her when we are away. What we really like is Diane bases playtime on the friendliness and temperament of each dog. Diane is very knowledgeable in nutrition as well as many other aspects to make sure we have what is the best for our pup - it helped us make a very conscious decision for what to look for in dog food. The location from our home is a little out of our way but we still wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

I was so nervous about boarding my dog with a new boarder after a bad experience with Clip Shoppe but am so glad I chose Beyond the Walk. Diane is phenomenal with my very large, energetic, anxious Doberman. She is knowledgeable and gives advice on what we should do about his anxiety and endless energy. She is fantastic with training and all the girls there are so friendly and responsible. Pricing is reasonable (though honestly I don't care what the cost is, Diane's services are top notch and my dog is worth every penny). The yard they have for the dogs is huge and the house is always clean. I know my sweet boy is always in good hands when I board him at BtW. I reccommend Beyond the Walk to everyone.

Diane is an absolute life saver, and we are so happy she came into our lives several years ago, honestly, she is one of the best things that has come into our doggies lives(multi dog household). (I was previously more involved with foster/animal rescue prior to my wife/human child). I / We (the fur babies included) had a traumatic event several years ago with the WRONG person that was hired (this was obviously not Diane) my OG first dog of my adult life ended up in ICU fighting for his life and ultimately lost his ear. I remember my first call to Diane, I was nervous "will they be safe, there was this event" of course she talked me off the ledge, they had a meet and greet and of course they did well their first visit away from me, and their second, third, millionth. She is a life saver, she held them a bit longer when we moved, so we could quickly hire painters to quickly paint the entire house before my k9 crew came in and "painted" themselves. She was ready in the event my wife went into labor with our human baby, but we were fortunately were able to coordinate a drop off. She is full of knowledge, and is a great sounding board, and totally nonjudgemental. She helped me talk over a previous dog that I had who had a severely declining neurological problem. (He crossed the rainbow bridge) My one who currently stays with Diane when we vacation has several medical conditions Hydro, cleft, epi. He doesn't need TONS of medical care, but he beats to his own drum and needs medication with his food. Diane isn't swayed by it and just meets him where he's at each day!. I had previously had a more "energetic" dog, who had both cruciates repaired, broken his leg, arthritis, and would just need to burn a lot of energy off before he would calm down. Diane didn't mind, just another dog! My heart broke a bit a few weeks back when I texted her to tell him he crossed the rainbow bridge. My dogs have been going to Dianes for years, I absolutely trust her and her staff to take care of them. I know they're in good hands. I recommend her and i feel your loved one is in good hands

We come to the area once a year and are so glad to have found a spot where we can safely board our dogs for a night or two to take a little day trip. Our dogs came back tired and happy and Amy provided a great summary of how they handled their first visit. FYI no credit cards so bring cash 👍🏼 …

Bob and Amy are the absolute best! They make room for Kita our Siberian Husky and are always accomodating. Thanks to them, we can go on mini vacations or weekend trips in peace and without worry. Kita absolutely loves it there, she loves to play with other dogs, she loves Bob and company and she always comes back exhausted ready to sleep. Occasionally she'll limp after all the non-stop running she does playing outside, it's rather comical. Never without a smile, she'll run right in without looking back at us. I may even be a little jealous it sometimes feels like she likes All Paws better than being home! They follow her feeding schedule, they make sure all dogs are safe and they always give us a nice update to let us know if she ate, pooped and behaved. We love them and will continue to use them whenever the need arises. On a financial note, All Paws pricing in extremely competitive. Given the cleanliness of the facility and the attention to care and detail, I'd even say they come out as your best choice!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! After speaking and meeting with various dog boarding facilities, we decided on All Paws Stop Here. This was our first time boarding our guys and we wanted to make sure we made the best choice. The kennels are large, clean and the dogs have a great fenced in area to run. I was especially impressed by Bob and his staffs true caring and love of our dogs. While we were away, we received text updates with pictures and videos from staff member Amy to ease any worries we may have had. No worries=great vacation. Our dogs had a blast being there!

They are wonderful people,my babies come back exhausted. Very accommodating,we called at the last minute in need of boarding and it wasn't a problem. They we're recommend by my vet, which to me says a lot. My babies have stayed here a couple of times & are always happy.

My golden doodle is 4 yrs old very sweet and shy. Bob and Amy and everyone at All Paws make her and us comfortable. She spent a week with them and they sent pics and text about her which made us comfortable She had a blast with the other dogs while being able to be "free". This was our 1st time but won't be the last time we use their services. I am very pleased and recommend them.

This was the first time we were leaving our fur babies, Samie and Jack, while we went on vacation. Needless to say we were nervous. We met with Bob about a month before to see his facility and we liked his setup. While we were away I called just about everyday and Bob always returned my call and reassured me that my pups were doing good. I knew he was really watching them because he told me things about their personalities that were true! We were very pleased with Bob and Amy, she sent me pics of my pups. They seemed to enjoy themselves and we will definitely use them again when needed. Thank you for taking care of our pups and treating them like your own.

Bob is a dogs best friend! Dropping our dogs off with Bob is like leaving them with family in a family setting. our 16 1/2 yr old Huck comes home tired and happy from the good time he has with the others - amazing! 100% trust and confidence in Bob's skill and care.

Boarded our dog Apollo who is a Lab mix for 6 nights. Apollo came home happy as if we never left. The staff definitely pays attention to your pet! Highly recommend. We have used other facilities before and wanted to try canine country club after a friend had referred them. Other places our dog came home and was off. We could tell he was stressed / disgruntled. Our dog loves Canine Country Club. She gets so excited when she sees us preparing her food and other stuff we provide. They post pictures of her on Facebook so we can see how much fun she is having, and she always comes back exhausted from so much play time.

There is no place better. Dino (our great pyre) has been at a couple places before, but the the care and love he gets at CCC of the Lake is beyond our expectation. He comes home happy and tired. Once he is neutered he will be able to play with the other dogs, but for now, the individual attention he gets from the staff during his day boarding is wonderful! Thank you "CCC of the Lake"!!

Jody and her staff provide the best care. As soon as we pull into the lot our dog gets so excited! He loves spending our vacations with the CCC of the Lake staff and all his fur friends!! Words cannot express how much I appreciate being able to leave our pup and know he is cared for and safe. Also, being able to see all the photos they post each day allows us to see how much fun the dogs have everyday!!

I loved boarding my 6 month old lab puppy here; I did a ton of research on many boarding options, and finally, after hearing from my good friend how great this place is, I sent Winston here for 5 nights while on vacation. The grounds are clean, the staff are professional, and Winston came home happy & healthy! I loved seeing his photos being posted every day too- that was a great touch. It’s nice to know CCC exists and will take such good care of my Winston whenever I travel. Thank you!!

This is the place to take your fur babies for daycare or overnight stays. I would not trust anyone else to take care of my fur babies the way they do. The staff is always friendly and accommodating especially because we have one dog who has some special needs and they always rise to the challenge of taking care of her. There is someone in the facility overnight so if you're boarding you can rest assure that there is always someone present. My favorite part has to be the pictures they post on their Facebook page you get to see the dogs at play and enjoying themselves. It gives us reassurance when we are away that they are happy and well cared for.

We have been coming to CCC of the lake for a couple years now and we would not trust any other place with the care of our two dogs. Even as my one dog's needs changed, getting more and more dog selective - the team at CCC of the lake took her in and just gave her more human affection. The facility is clean, their staff CARES and LOVES the dogs in their care - and they go above and beyond to make sure all the dogs in their care are safe at all times. I literally do not trust any other facility to care for my babies, I have peace of mind when they are with CCC of the lake! Thank you always for taking such good care of my babies <3

This is the only place that I trust with the care of my dog. I love how the animals are cared for. That for the most part they are not kept in kennels. They have inside and outside play areas. I highly recommend Canine Country Club to care for your dog. They do day care, if you don't want to leave your friend home alone during the day. I've only had them care for my little buddy when I've had to travel.

First time boarding Cooper and he loved it. He is tuckered out! Every staff member I spoke to was really sweet and you can tell they love their job and really care about the wellbeing of the dogs. I was nervous as this was his first time being boarded but I can tell her had the best time! Thank you to the staff members and everyone who took care of my baby. He can’t wait to stay again! Oh and I loved the pictures they posted every day! 😁

Can’t express enough how grateful I am that we found this dog boarding/daycare for Izzy. Since moving to NJ we’ve been trying to find a perfect place that makes us feel at ease and comfortable and one that Izzy will like. After having a disastrous experience at another place, CCC of the Lake was AMAZING! From the initial conversation all of the staff were so comforting and helped ease our concerns. They upload photos of the pups almost everyday and that truly secured our thoughts on how she was doing for our trip! We saw she was playing and not scared or looking miserable and it was great. We picked her up and she was excited to see us but seemed like she had a great time! We will definitely be back for our annual vacations but also doggie daycare days during the year!
