This person left the bay window door unlocked, they are totally unconscious and irresponsible! In a neighborhood where there have been numerous thefts in Vevey, this negligence could have had serious consequences for the security of our home. When I told her about this failure, the exchange was lunar: first she denied it, then she minimized it, then she told me an incredible “I couldn’t have known”. While she opened the door herself to access the terrace! To end with a simple “sorry, I wasn’t paying attention”. We're walking on our heads! We also have serious doubts about how much time she actually spent with our cat... And she even took the initiative to water our plants without being asked, which caused them to turn yellow! And despite all these failings, she dared to harass us to be paid only 3 days after the service, going so far as to issue an ultimatum and threaten us with legal action, even though we had clearly assured her on several occasions that she would be paid. . This behavior is simply unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect. In addition, its prices are above average! Putting so much pressure on people is totally mind-blowing. She will certainly not be paid before the legal 30 days, given her behavior. I strongly advise against calling this person. It is a real danger, both for the security of your home and for your peace of mind!!!

My little ones are in good hands with Aurore. She has a feeling with animals, we feel that she loves them and it’s mutual. Thanks for everything. Always available when I need her.

We have been using Dog’s Paradise day care more than two years and we have been really pleased with the quality of care. Most importantly, our two dogs are happy when they are dropped off and tired when they get home! They love the staff and I can clearly see they have a good time and they feel safe there. Bonjour, We have a Belgian Malinois. Our second Malinois. As dog and animal lovers you will know they are very energetic, vigilant, attentive, and great fun. Fantastic with humans if well trained, but can be challenging with other animals. So for us, finding Paradise was a huge relief. The reality being they care about animals, and they know how the various breeds function and what their needs may be. I can tell you, not many places accept Malinois. They are not even really interested in meeting our lady, Bungee. But at Paradise they just immediately went the extra mile. We just felt confident she would be taken care of. Everyone, really everyone, seems to be there because they love what they do. So for us, there is only one paradise for Bungee. Dogs Paradise. Don't think twice.

My little teckel is not the most quiet and social dog, so I was very worried to leave him with the Dogs Paradise’s angels (because they all are) at the beginning. Now I am not worried any more, I receive pics and videos, they walk him, cuddle him up and make him play with his friends.. because he has new friends! We were all coming from a long difficult period.. Scooby and Dogs Paradise are just making mine and my son’s life much much better. Safe. That’s how we feel. Grazie ragazzi!!!

Dog’s paradise is truly the best. Loki goes three days a week and stays overnight when we travel. Because of DP he has a better social life than we do! It takes a lot of pressure off at home because I know he is playing and exercising and having a good life. He leaps with joy when Alex drives up to collect him in the mornings and comes home and goes straight to sleep when he is dropped off. It’s a dog’s life and it’s a good one thanks to Dog’s Paradise and the amazing staff there!

We have two westies and they love Dog Paradise! They go there for doggie daycare and overnight boarding. The people that run the place are responsive and are passionate about their work. The facility is clean and perfect. We get daily updates on our doggos and even a report card after a few days of boarding. Dog Paradise makes it simple, easy and worry free. It is simply dog heaven :) Highly Recommended!

Dog paradise is always a fantastic experience for my Boxer, she never wants to leave when I go pick her up! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place and professionalism of the staff. They truly care about the well-being of the dogs in their care. The facility is spacious and well-maintained! The staff always makes sure to follow my dog’s feeding (they adapt to ALL diet) and medication schedule, which gives me peace of mind. They even send me pictures and videos to update me during my dog’s stay, as well as a report card at the end of each of her stays, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this kennel, or should I say this dog 5* hotel to anyone looking for a safe and enjoyable place for their furry friends!

We're very happy with Dog Paradise. We have been using their services for a year or so and never been disappointed. The team makes a point to know the dogs and pair them with like minded friends, the dogs can play or rest and go regularly to the forest for a walk so that our dog is very excited to go there every time we drop her. They also send pictures which is nice. The team is very flexible and we know we can count of them which gives us peace of mind. We would highly recommend them to anyone !

We love Dogs Paradise! Our Dutch Shepherd puppy was really scared of other dogs and this has been a great way of building her confidence and helping her socialize and have fun. It’s also great for dogs with high energy needs while owners are at work. The staff are wonderful, incredibly responsive and send regular pupdates. Highly recommend both the day care and overnight service.

I could not be happier to have found Aline at Pet Spot! She has taken such wonderful care of our Golden Doodle Bongo and I feel so safe and assured leaving him in her hands. Aline is sending me lots of videos, messages and pictures every day that our dog is with her, and constantly keeps me up to date on his health, sleep, and if there are any other issues. One of the days that our dog was with her, he felt a little sick and Aline exchanged in detail with me on how to best respond. I trust her 100% with our dog and always feel so reassured knowing that he is in such loving, caring and good hands. Aline is also fluent in English and other languages, which makes it so much easier for me. Lastly, I so much appreciate her flexibility and allowing us to bring and pick up our dog at any time throughout the day, including in the evenings and on weekends. I could not have hoped for a better care for our dog and can only recommend Aline in the highest terms!!!

Vizal had been very supportive and helpful in order to help us carrying our baby(google-pug 10years) in cabin. Its like a dream has come true, I was so worried since the time I had decided to move abroad as I was getting married and God sent vizal to help us make sure we take Google along with us, honestly speaking I spoke to 2-3 other agents and they were charging enormous money also no specific response also was convinced by one of the agents that I can take google only and only in cargo since he is over weight, I had cried a lot to make sure if I leave India I am leaving with Google cant hve a second thought to leave him. Vizal and team has been supportive, polite made the transportation process very smooth for us. I think apart from charging fees from the clients she is earning blessings too. I wish petspot a great and prosperous business and huge number of clients🙂

Aline took very good care of our golden retriever Wally and we were very happy to pick him up at the end of day care! Before the appointment she asked us lots of detailed questions about temperament/diet, compatibility with other dogs... and on the day everything went very quickly and easily. She regularly shared pictures with us (see below) and was very personable. We recommend them.

The most organised, well equipped ‘dog hotel’ we have ever experienced. The dogs are so lucky to have so much space and such incredible facilities. The owners are experts and I’m sure none of the dogs want to leave! No comparison.

Like a real holiday for dogs!!

Extremely disappointed by this pension which at first glance seemed very good to me, having left my dog sometimes for half a day. My dog stayed for one night, I was told in the evening at 10 p.m. that everything was fine. The next morning when I went to pick up my dog at the station according to Madam's request, I saw a very cold person, just polite because my dog would have gnawed a plastic?? Of course, I want to pay for this little damage but Madame doesn't want to know anything about it. So Madam, if my puppy had made a mess, I would have liked to come pick him up from your boarding house and so that I could see with you this "so-called" damage that he had made and not pick him up in the stress of double-lining at the station. In addition I found my dog timid, fearful and not good at all. And last remark, a correct pension does not stand alone. Plus knowing that you work all day on Thursday and Friday, I won't add any comments!! My dog has since found a perfect boarding home where several very competent and trained people work. I only receive compliments on his behavior and the most important thing is that he is happy and comfortable in his skin when I go to pick him up and happy to return there. !!

My dogs have been going to boarding for around 12 years and I am delighted. My dogs are good, they don't show any negative signs, on the contrary I feel safe and pampered. I have one dog left and I continue to entrust my grandpa to them with complete confidence.

I never left my review and yet I should have done so a long time ago. After a week of boarding, I picked up my Snowy in a strange state, he had difficulty putting a paw down and no longer had his voice. It was made clear to me that my dog was not obeying and that he was a loudmouth! Strange, I had the impression that he was talking about another dog than my Snowy. When I wanted to take him back there a few weeks later, when I got there he started shaking with his tail between his legs like never before, I left just as quickly to find another boarding house. To this day I still wonder what could have happened to him at their place. It was 8 years ago already. Perhaps there has been a change of ownership since then, I hope so for the residents!

The dogs are very well looked after and the spaces are large for them to exercise. The best thing is to be able to socialize the dogs or not depending on their character and for families to put them in the same box.
