My husband and I were searching for someone to care for our lovey dovey labradoodle. We wanted someone with a personal touch who really cares about the animal and I'm telling you Kendra is that person!! I knew he must have had a great time with the kids and their dog because for the first ever picking him up he did not rush to me as if I needed to rescue him. We will now and as long as possible use Kendra :)

Kendra is amazing with my fur baby, the kids love my girl Fiona too. Every time I drop and pick up there always playing, she really loves going there she gets so excited when we pull up. I love that kendra is so caring she really treats every dog like one of hers. Thank you kendra for taking care of my Fiona, I highly recommend. ❤️

My wife and I were trying to find affordable lodging for our dog so that we could go on our cruise, and that's when we were suggested Kendra's Pet Sitting. Kendra was such a huge help keeping our dog for a week. It was about $245 for a whole week, but since we were first timers Kendra took off $20 making it $220. We will definitely be inquiring Kendra's service again.

We recently used Kendra's service...and I have to tell ya, we are beyond satisfied! We reached out to her on relatively short notice, but she graciously made room for us, anyway. Kendra was extremely attentive to our pet's needs and made sure that both our pet and us were fully satisfied with her care...and by the way, we were! Kendra has a very spacious house and a fenced in yard, so your pet will have plenty of play room. And, Kendra makes sure to match the feeding, walking, and whatever else schedule to which your pet is accustomed is maintained. Again, we were way more than happy, and we will be visiting her again, and I highly recommend you do the same! Kendra is the best!

She was great with Star baby, even worked with me on having to keep her a extra night cause of a canceled flight so couldn't make it to pick her up in time.

This was the first time I have left my two dogs with someone other than my kids. Kendra responded immediately and was very accommodating as it was very short notice. She accepted them and welcomed them with no hesitation and my Tootsie and Chapo did not bark or whine after leaving them. She kept in communication with me and gave me updates on them. I will definitely recommend her and will continue using her from here on out.

Kendra was awesome. This was my first time letting her watch my baby over night for multi nights in a row. I was going out of town. I was nervous on how he would act with new people. she was super friendly and allowed him time to get used to the surrounding and her other dogs at her house. And helpful she had a kennel i could rent for my baby overnight stay still we didn’t have one. I loved her and her family!!

I am very pleased with the service provided by Kendra. I recently made a switch for boarding for my 2 girls and the communication and accommodation was flawless. You can tell she genuinely cares about animals feeling welcomed and comfortable in her home. I was at ease and will be using her again.Would definitely recommend her!

Rachel is so warm and playful towards my very spoiled pup! She is reliable, always giving advance notice when not available for walks! She is also flexible and accommodating! I feel comfortable knowing my baby is getting love when Rachel is caring for him!

Rachel was great with my pups, especially my anxious one. She was patient and really loved on my babies while I was away. She kept me informed by sending me update videos...they were fun to watch and I could tell my pups were well looked after. She went above by taking initiative to bring in my mail and water my plants without me asking, too! I will definitely use her services again!

Rachel is great! She was responsive, dependable, and easy to communicate with. I was nervous for someone to take care of my young puppy (and an adult dog too), but she was up for the task and patient with the puppy. She left our house clean and no puppy messes to come home to. Rachel takes fantastic care of my two dogs to give them some extra exercise and potty breaks while I’m at work. My dogs love her and she is very organized and dependable. So I know my puppies are in good hands. She also sends me plenty of cute puppy pictures to brighten my day!

I can't say enough about how fabulous Rachel is as a pet sitter! She always goes above and beyond and always sends videos so I can see how the pets are doing during her visits. She has such a natural way of connecting with animals which is obvious with my shelter dog who is afraid of everyone and very skittish. Rachel is so amazing, it only took 3 visits for my dog to be comfortable enough to jump up on the couch and sit with her. Also, she's helped me figure out ideas of how to overcome my dogs picky eating. Rachel is always so responsive and has the most friendly and upbeat personality. Feel so lucky to have her care for our pets and most importantly help my dog come out of her shell!

I have no words to explain how good,amazing, incredible (and I can go on) Rachel was to our babies while we were on vacation. She was literally their mom. She not only take care of all their needs, but she played with them, slept with them, teach one of my babies so many skills she didn’t learned in 10 years with us. At the beginning we were nervous because they are two pit-bulls and it was the first time we leave them with somebody, but as soon as Rachel walked in to our home all that worry washed away. They are all besties now and they had such a great time together. They didn’t miss us at all, because the love and cuddles Rachel gave them was endlessly. I recommend Rachel 200% but at the same time we want her all for ourselves lol. If you are looking for a reliable, caring, loving, trusted and amazing pet sitter and human being, she is the person. Sharon and Charles have done such an amazing job at making sure pets are comfortable and taken great care of. We used the self serve bath area for the 1st time and what a great concept. Easy parking. Reasonable pricing. The wash area is inside and everything was so convenient. Sharon walked us thru the process and is so sweet.

Great place to board your pup. We were gone 7 days and she took great care of our monster while we were gone. He will sometimes stop eating while we are away but it was not an issue while he was here. There is so much space for the dogs, there's a pool and toys! What more could a dog need.

This is a huge facility that offers premium services and lots of extras. We dropped off our dog on the way to our cruise out of Galveston. Sweet people and they post photos to keep you updated. I recommend

My furbabies absolutely love going on their mini vacations to Total Pet Care while we go on vacation. The entire atmosphere is a dogs paradise, especially the pool that’s bone shaped! Facilities are clean and spacious. She’s so caring & just overall a very sweet, friendly dog lover! Definitely puts us at ease knowing our furry children are very well cared for. I’ve even made the trip there to utilize the dog was as well-super easy to use! Even with getting a 130lb dog in & out of it! Haha Highly recommend trusting your pups in their care!

I couldn’t be MORE PLEASED with the care our Bella received while we were away for 6 days. She’s a small dog and our first time to leave her so I was very nervous. Sharon went ABOVE and BEYOND to make us feel comfortable and most importantly Bella. We got updates on her and best of all, PICTURES. Who does that???? I even think she was a little bored this morning after all her activities there 😊. So glad I found this AMAZING PLACE to leave her while we are away and I HIGLY RECOMMEND them for your dogs. She came home a very happy dog!!!!

At the age of 52 and having dogs all my life, Total Pet Care and More is not probably one of the best it is the best dog care facility I have ever seen. The dogs are not just locked away in a kennel. They get to run and play and even had their own swimming pool to go swimming in when they stay at this Resort. The owners are phenomenal people and love animals just like they were their own kids. I can't thank y'all enough Total Pet Care and I highly recommend your place the others.

I would highly recommend this place. Took my dog Molly there and this was my first time ever boarding her and Sharon made sure I was comfortable with leaving her. The updates she sends everyday are great and shows how much fun she was having in the video she sent me. Kennels were very clean and I really liked the way they are set up.

The owner, Sharon, is the most detailed and caring owner that you're going to find, period. She's been working with our Golden Retriever for two years, even before she opened Total Pet Care. She treats all dogs like her own, and they get far more attention and exercise than they can get at any other facility. I would trust her with anything, and she constantly goes above and beyond. We try to send our Golden once or twice a week to get enough exercise while we're at work and it does wonders. We always get back a tired and happy pup, which means no digging and no destruction.

My dogs always love going to the ranch. They never give me trouble going they are happy to have their own vacation plus they love the inground pool!

We love having Lindsay help with with our Marley girl. She has been checking in on our dog for us multiple times a week for almost a year now and I can’t imagine using anyone else! She communicates well regarding her schedule, is respectful of our home when she drops-in, and takes care of our pup as if she were her own. I receive texts with pictures every time Lindsay does a drop in and it’s so lovely to get the updates while I’m at work or away from home. Most importantly, our dog Marley loves her and you can’t ask for a better recommendation than the happy reaction your dog has to the person watching them!

We had a great experience getting our lovely pups checked on by Lindsay! She made sure to keep up is in the loop of how they were doing, provided great photos to see the dogs enjoying themselves and great communication while we were traveling! Can’t wait to have her again to ensure our dogs get the care they deserve while we have to travel!

Lindsay is ABSOLUTELY the best baby sitter I have ever had for my baby. She is always on time and communicates with me about everything. She has the most reasonable rates and is BEYOND accommodating. Lindsay is great!! Our dog is a very scared, 75lb pitbull. We adopted him as a puppy and eventhough he is now 10 and has been through many socialization classes he has always feared people. He was hiding and not eating and not wanting to go outside to use the bathroom. Lindsay was patient and kind with him and gained his trust quickly. He was eating and going to the bathroom outside in no time and we didn’t have to worry about him through our entire vacation. She made sure he had food and water and gave him treats. When he was nervous at the beginning she cleaned up after him. Our power went out before we left for vacation and she even moved our laundry from the washer to the dryer and turned it on so our clothes wouldn’t mold. Then folded them!! so beyond what we asked but we appreciated her so much. We’ll be using her again on our next trip!

Lindsay has been amazing with my doodles! When my previous Petsitter moved I was so worried about finding someone reliable and that I trusted! Lindsay is that person and I would highly recommend her.

We had boarded our pets once or twice the one time a year we get to go in a little trip. We have two cats and a dog and they are all very particular in how they need to be fed and the dog let in and out and those types of things. I talked to the owner at length about all my concerns and she was very nice and answered all my questions. We met with Reanna at our home to show her everything. Reanna is amazing! Our shy animals took to her right away and she took such good care of them while we were away. She gave us updates on every single visit and took pictures for us. We will be using Houston’s Best Pet sitters from now on!

We used Houston's Best Pet Sitters when traveling internationally for 5 days. Having Candace and Suzanne do an introductory visit before we left made me feel much more at ease that my shy dog would warm up to them and be in great hands. They provided us with thorough updates each visit and gave my dog lots of attention. Not needing to worry adding a kennel drop off or pick up when departing or returning from the airport was an added bonus. We've been using Houston's Best Pet Sitters for about 7 years now and they are incredible. Melanie is super responsive and our pet sitters have been really great. Our sitter checks in with us daily when we are traveling to let us know how our kitties are doing and even sends us pictures of them each time they go visit! They make us feel very comfortable about leaving them when we're traveling. We feel really lucky that we found them and wouldn't think about using anyone else!

I have used HBPS for almost 3 years now. They have always been very responsive to my requests and have had the best care for my fur babies. I have used them to do visits when I’m out of town and walks during the week. I have had several different people take care of my little ones and all have been great. They make sure they do a meet and greet which helps tremendously to get me and my doggies comfortable. I would recommend and have recommended them to friends. One of my friends uses HBPS for his special needs dog and has thanked me several times for the recommendation. My friend recommended Houston's Best Pet Sitters and they have been very reassuring while my family is on vacation. In the past I'd have a friend or neighbor check in on my cat, but I'd worry it would be a big chore for them. Or maybe they'd rush in and out and I'd wonder while on vacation if my cat was OK. So far we have had the same sitter, Anna, while we are away. She has been great! We receive updates daily with photos detailing our cats demeanor, appetite and how they'd play together. This is a great service and provides peace of mind.

Melanie and Sage have been caring for our four-legged friends for YEARS and they do a fabulous job. When we are away traveling (sometimes two weeks at a time) I know all our animals are in excellent care. I’ve been especially pleased with how they handle our XL breed dogs, especially as they have aged and needed a little extra tenderness and vigilance. Houston’s Best sitters are gentle, kind, and unintimidated by their size. I wouldn’t think of using another pet care service for our furry crew. They really are Houston’s Best.

Houston's Best Pet Sitters have been taking care of our cats since 2013 & we can't recommend them highly enough. Melanie & her team are very communicative, thorough, & make sure you're confident in the care of your fur babies while away. We have a geriatric kitty on daily meds I wouldn't trust to anyone else while we vacation, comfortable in the knowledge she's being well cared for. Seriously, they're the best!

Highly Recommend—-We had Will with “CBW- In home” for 8 days while we were on vaca in Florida. This was our first time to use this service, and we were not disappointed. We were nervous to leave our dog behind... but we had no choice. We purchased cameras so we could check in on our dog, and we were able to observe Will taking such care and love for our family member. We received daily updates after each visit... with pictures texted three times throughout the day. Will has such a kind heart and spirit, and you can see he loves animals. Will took such time in his visits, he would sit on the ground with him and love on him. He would make sure he was tucked into his bed before he would leave. I highly recommend Will and CBW-In home... and will use them again!

This place is amaizing. Clean. I they just love you dog. This is the right people to board with.
