Absolutely Amazing! Neil and Jo at Paw Springs are the best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can't say enough good things about them. My dogs absolutely love them and get so excited when Neil arrives to pick them up in the doggie van. They provide a truly unique service, picking up my dogs from my home and then bringing them back safe and sound after my trip. It takes so much stress out of traveling! Most importantly, Neil and Jo genuinely care for my dogs as if they were their own. They go above and beyond to make sure my pups are happy, comfortable, and well-loved while I'm away. They're truly part of our family now, and I wholeheartedly recommend Paw Springs to anyone looking for the best possible care for their four legged family members. Such an awesome place! My dog loves Neil and would definitely leave us to live with him if he could. They offer pick up and drop off an are always quick to take our dog last minute when things come up. We trust Neil enough that he picks our dog up and drops him off most times when we aren't even home. He sends videos and picture updates and is available to text just for a check in. I would recommend this place to anyone!

There are absolutely not enough words to describe the love, care and attention that is given at Paw Springs! My grand puppy - a big hunk of yellow lab puppyness - experienced his first visit in December to Doggy Daycare. I'm pretty sure if he was offered to live there daily, he would move in! He is learning good manners and Neil tells me he loves everybody! He can hear Neil's van coming down the road, and is instantly at attention. In fact, one day he wasn't going, and sadly watched the neighbor get loaded up and the white van pull away! He was so sad! He comes home literally dog tired! Thank you to both JoAnne and Neil for your endless doggy love and passion. What an amazing oasis that our Enzo can go to and enjoy his day!

Great pet resort. Joanne and Neil are the best, they take amazing care of our pets. I couldn’t ask for a better place to take our dog too. They have been caring for our pets for years. We have a very very social golden who comes back happy and well loved.

Paw Springs is amazing!! Tucker has been going for 7 years, since he was a puppy. The staff are beyond wonderful, very caring and always going above and beyond. Tucker loves his daycare days...he often waits outside for his ride. The pick up and drop off service is invaluable, especially now that I have kids. One less errand before work! Tucker has a second family in Paw Springs. They really care about the dogs and provide the best care. I never feel badly leaving him for extended stays... he loves going so much, it's like his vacation.

This was Sara's second home. Sara has now passed away but she was well cared for here even in her most difficult days. When we came back for her after our trips she was always grateful to see us not because of her boredom but because she was recharged after her contact with other pets and happy for her stay even though we were not there. Joanne, Neal and her staff became part of our family and we appreciate the care for our difficult beagle. We not only recommend this place to others we hope others experience the trust and care of their pet while they are away.

Very happy with Paw Springs. We had our puppy in boarding for a week and we're so excited to see pictures, videos and updates! The dogs are the best indicator, it was clear that both our dogs Remmy and Bishop we're happy with their carers.

As someone who works out of town and not always able to bring my dog with me, it’s hard to have to board your pet for long a stretch of time. But as I’ve been boarding my dog with Rainbow Pet Care Centre lately, I feel extremely comfortable leaving him there. My pup even starts to get excited as we are getting close and pulling into the yard. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing. I love it but more importantly my dog loves it. We were told about Rainbow pet care and thought we would give it a try for our very energetic 7 month old puppy Juno. We have brought her to daycare and for an over night stay and both were amazing for her. Thank you for providing Juno with a fun, safe, and wonderful place to get her energy out.

Friendly owners and good prices. Overnight offers get to stay in a doggie old West Town with their own couch, tv, and radio. Rainbow Pet Care goes the extra mile to make sure your offer has a good stay.

This is my golden’s 4th daycare due to various relocations and it is, by a significant distance, the best. The facilities are amazing and the owners don’t just care for your dog, they treat it as their own. My boy comes home exhausted and happy every-time. The price is also the best in town. I couldn’t recommend rainbow pet care centre highly enough.

My dog Joji spent the week here and was so well taken care of! Jeff is very knowledgeable. He managed behaviours and dog pairings well and provided great feedback for future stays. We will definitely be back.

Jeff really knows dogs. Our boy is wary of strangers but immediately loved him. I love the individual pens in the Village. It’s our go-to kennel!

I recently took my Border Collie to Rainbows Bark Park. We have been taking our dog to Rainbow for boarding and daycare and he loves his stays there. Rainbow is located within very close proximity to Chestermere which is great for us. The area is fully enclosed which is perfect if your dog is working on recall or is a runner. The park is also private which is great for people with reactive dogs or dogs that cannot share space with others. There are a couple of chairs that you can use along with a covered gazebo which is really a bonus on hot days and there is plenty of space to kick or throw a ball.

There are no words to express how much we appreciated finding a place like this to leave our fur family. Our dog is a very large Akita who has major separation anxiety and leaving him for 10 days was making me sick to my stomach worrying about how he would be and where we could leave him that he would be comfortable and happy. This place is the best kept facility all around we have ever seen. Without question you can tell how much the animals are cared for and the grounds are so well taken care of. The second we got to rainbow pet care centre our worries faded and meeting Jeff they were beyond gone and we were happy to leave our dog there. When we picked him up he was happy to see us but still wanted to be around Jeff too and that says a lot. I wish this place was closer to where we live is all I can say I would change! It was worth the drive we highly recommend.

We have been bringing our pup to Barking good since he was a 6 month old trouble maker, and wouldn't take him anywhere else. Crystal and her whole team are so incredibly wonderful. Kavik loves going and is always so excited as we make our way down the driveway. They have helped him develop into a wonderful adult dog and I know we owe a lot of his doggy social skills to the experiences he has at Barking Good. We especially love that they have free access to indoor and outdoor spaces; as a northern breed, winter time is my boys favorite and he LOVES being outside. I couldn't imagine him going someplace where they were inside all day. If you are looking for a reasonable priced place to bring your pooch for day care or overnight boarding I cant recommend barking good enough!

I’ve been bringing my dog Moose to barking good since he was around a year old I believe (he is now 5). He is a German Shepherd cross and very high maintenance/high energy and had some challenges with aggression. I remember the very first day I brought him for a meet and greet and he started to get aggressive with a dog and they completely de escalated the situation right in front of me. Immediately felt trusting he was in good hands. Moose is always happy to go to daycare and always tired when he comes home. I’ve boarded him as well and they’ve done great with letting me know how it went when I pick him up. There is no one else I would trust with him!

My dog hates to be separated from me, but he loves this place for both daycare and boarding. They offer a ton for him to do, and he always returns happy and tuckered out. I highly recommend them!

Such a great place for overnight boarding or day care. Conveniently located for anyone living in the SW who is looking to make it out to the mountains. Everyone working there is so friendly, competent and truly care. Pricing is excellent. Max enjoyed his stay - would definitely recommend Barking Good!!

We absolutely LOVE Barking Good. We have two pups - one is a high-energy, playful toy Aussie shepherd (Boris), and the other is a nervous, cautious, sweet rescue (Beans). From our initial meetings for both dogs, we knew Crystal and all her staff were going to hold our dogs in their hearts as if they were their own. At drop-off, they know each dog by name, and both our pups were excited to go in and play their hearts out! The Instagram updates are so appreciated - we love seeing all the dogs play and socialize, and we get to see a different side of them (the attached picture is a screenshot from a reel they posted). We recently got Beans’ nails trimmed at Barking Good - this is something we have never been able to do in one try at home, and they got it done in one day! If you need a place to board your dog, or even one day of play, Barking Good is our number one recommendation!

We have been using Barking Good for about 6 months for our high energy dog. Their services have become a necessity in our home when I was pregnant and couldn’t exercise him as much. When we had our baby they were so flexible in the reservation and at a moments notice took our dog for an extended stay. Our baby fell sick shortly after coming home landing him back in the hospital. The staff took our dog in instantly and told us not to worry about him till we got home again. They showed so much compassion during this hard time and took such good care of our dog. It was so helpful to know he was in great hands and that when he came home he would be sleep for a couple days! I honestly can’t say enough about this place. If I was a dog, this is where I would want to go for daycare. Truly I don’t know what we would have done without them.

Crystal and her staff are caring and professional and treat every dog with kindness and love. The outdoor space accommodates even the most energetic dog and they have recently added a doggie pool. The designated “quiet time” allows the dogs to take a much needed rest from all the fun. And it works - the dogs actually do rest!! There is opportunity for on-site grooming and pet photography in addition to daily or overnight boarding options. What I love best about their services is knowing with 100% confidence that my dog is cared for and safe. And the prices are exceptionally fair.

Barking Good has a tremendous daycare and boarding program that put the needs of the dog first! They provide timely feedback on your dog's experience in daycare and proactively work with owners on any behavioural issues that arise during the dog's visit. For example, our dog has tendency to get grumpy and snappy when she is overstimulated and tired (which can happen in a daycare environment) and begin resource guarding. Barking Good immediately brought the issue to our attention and we worked together on a solution to ensure our dog continued to have a great time at daycare and remained in a positive mood. They did not admonish her for getting snappy and instead worked with us to make sure she was safe and happy! Our girl does not always like daycare environments and has had experiences of anxiety and stress when going to certain daycares. This has NEVER been an issue at Barking Good - she is excited to greet the staff and her friends and rarely wants to come home with me. Barking Good is an amazing resource for busy dog parents and you know that when your dog is there, they are having a great time in a safe and caring environment!

Barking Good is our dog's favourite place to be. She starts getting excited as soon as we call her to get into the car first thing in the morning. We are very grateful for Crystal and the Barking Good staff for many years of loving our dog and providing an amazing environment for her to be in. Our dog loves the opportunity to be outside all day long (but can be convinced to come inside for a nap occasionally!). The staff have been willing to work through our dog's anxieties and have helped grow her into a well socialized canine. We cannot thank Barking Good enough for the high quality care they provide. 10/10 would recommend : )

We started bringing our dog Rosie here after a bad experience at another dog daycare facility. It came highly recommended from someone I know so we brought her for the initial meet and greet. We are so happy we did Rosie loves going to Barking Good. Has soon has I pull into the driveway she get so excited. She can barely contain herself has I unbuckle her from the back seat. The staff is great very professional and caring and when Rosie is picked up she is exhausted from playing with her friends at the daycare. If your looking for a place to bring your valued family member I highly recommend Barking Good.

Today I had my Chows groomed at Foothills Resort and Spaw. and I am very happy with the service. Their prices are very reasonable too. When I inquired about boarding they took me through the kennel which is very clean. Each kennel is very large and has it's own outdoor run. They have a yard where they let each dog run around 4 times a day. I'll definitely consider them for my next vacation!!

We've had the best experience with the group from the Pet Resort. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgable to help us with the specific needs of our girl (large breed dog). Our grooming experience has been wonderful and animal boarding was stress free. Overall great facility and would recommend to anyone!

Won’t recommend the Kennel . Took my dog here for 8 days and asked for a nature walk everyday while away . Dog never went out on a single walk while we were away and to top it off he was stressed out with being in a cage for 8 days with other dogs just barking at him constantly . Called many times to see how my dog was “he’s fine” but in reality he wasn’t fine . Owner now claims we never did business . Do not reccomend

I took my cavalier for grooming and couldn’t be happier with the result. Jackie did a fantastic job and my usually very timid gal came out happy as could be, wagging her freshly fluffed tail. Pricing is very reasonable, which is a great bonus.

Left our 2 dales there in August when we went to the USA. We were gone 18 days. The dogs came back in terrific shape. They may have even added a pound or 2. We paid for extra walks to ensure they got lots of exercise. We have boarded there before with similar results.

We left our dogs here and never again - we came to pickup our dogs and there is no one here and it's only 2:30pm on a Thursday. They have no emergency number and they leave dogs alone all day - this is a terrible place, do not leave your beloved dogs here.

Just dealt with an interprovincial move, and they took care of our three medium sized, high energy dogs as we moved, which took a lot of stress off all of us. Our pups walked in with no hesitation or fear like we've experienced at some kennels in the past. (They didn't even care about me as they walked away! 😩) They came home happy, well fed, and didn't have that "just been to the kennel" smell. (If you know, you know..) Our one dog suffers from pancreatic issues that get worse with stress and severe food allergies, and she didn't come home sick. I'm so thankful for the staff here, and we will definitely recommend/use you again!

I love Hotdogz. My puppy loves Hotdogz so much that he is very disappointed if it isn’t a Hotdogz day. I use them for daycare and some overnights and the staff is so caring and sweet with everyone … people included :))

We used Hot Dogz for the first time this past weekend. We needed a safe place for our dog to go while we were getting married. I researched a lot of places and found Hot Dogz. The positive reviews are what caused me to call initially, and the lady on the phone was super pleasant and helpful. She answered all of my questions without hesitation. When we dropped our dog off, the staff were all friendly and inviting, welcoming our dog I as if he was one of theirs. When we went to pick up our dog, after two nights, he was so happy! We definitely will be using Hot Dogz again to board our dog.

The staff at Hot Dogz are friendly, and genuinely like working with dogs, it’s a clean facility and our dog loves when we go somewhere and he gets to stay at Hot Dogz! It shows in how excited he is when we pull up!

Best service. Left my 2 puppies for 16 days. Last year left 1 for over a month. The girls there took good care. They went beyond to wait for me to pick my dogs up way after pick up time, as I was delayed due to unexpected instances on road. This was our second time using hot dogz! Our pup is still young, only 18 months, so she has a lot of energy still! The staff were fantastic with her and all said how loving she was and how many puppy friends she made! We were gone to the Dominican for 12 days so I was nervous about putting her in a kennel for that long. However she came out smiling, literally! She maybe whined for 30 seconds and I could tell she had the best time away. I will highly recommend this kennel to family and friends any time!

My dog absolutely loves it here and the staff are great! He always gets so excited when we pull into the driveway and he’s always tired when I pick him up, I’m assuming from all the fun he has. They’ve always been very accommodating to my changing schedule and can usually fit Zack in short notice. A great spot to bring your pet and have piece of mind they’ll be happy and taken care of.

My dogs just got home from a week stay at Animal House, I’ve been here before and I always loved the option of your dogs being able to go outside and have alone time if needed! My two dogs have social anxiety and this is the only kennel that can accommodate their needs properly! My dogs were so happy to be there and came back in top condition! They were totally tuckered out from 7 days of play, which was nice after a long, much needed vacation! Thank you animal house for being so accommodating and getting my two dogs in! You’re the best.

We love Animal House! Our dog gets so excited to go, and is treated with so much love! Her absence was noticed when she had some health problems, and came back healthy to a lovely present from the owners and staff. This place is a gem and truly loves and cares for animals.

Staff are great and their facilities are awesome. Cat boarding is hard to come by but this boarding house was a great experience. During our relocation, our two cats spent nearly two months here. The communication was great and our cats felt at home. We got to visit them occasionally, which was nice. They allow texting to check in and they will also send you pictures when you’re feeling lonely. Would highly recommend this boarding house if you’re around Medicine Hat. It’s a bit out of the way, but well worth it.

I phoned to see if I could have my dogs boarded there for 2 days. The first question asked was, "what kind of dogs do you have?" I mentioned that I had a 5 month Pitbull, and was turned away immediately. Why? They said it was because they had not met my animals before, yet I was not asked if they had been there before? Discrimination against breed. He is a 5 month old Pitbull cross. I will never recommend this place. I took my dogs to Pet Park a couple weekends ago, and they gladly accepted my dogs-no meet n greet needed, and would gladly accept them back if they werent full. I will be passing my gross experience on to everyone I know. Surely you would hate to be discriminated against for the color of your skin, or your nationality. I am disgusted you would do that to an innocent animal.

Fab staff. Attention to detail. My dogs love going here always happy when they are there as they send photos and video clips. Nothing is a problem. Staff are always happy.

We are so happy with Petit Paws! Gale is so wonderful with our puppy. When we brought our 5 month old puppy to her, he was so shy and 10 days later he was playing with other dogs and he learned so many social skills. We think our puppy had a better vacation than we did. Gale sent us pictures and videos of our puppy to put our minds at easy. Gale is lovely and it is evident she loves taking care of pups! Highly recommended!!!!

When I’m far away from home, I rest assured knowing that my beloved doggies are in optimal care with Gale & her husband, a personable, loving, caring, ultra responsible couple with many years of experience. Gale’s home & garden are set up like a “Posh Resort” for small dogs. She welcomes old doggie souls and deals with medical issues as necessary!! I have been very grateful to frequent her “Home away from Home” Services over the years!

We can’t say enough great things about Petit Paws. Gale is absolutely wonderful and after meeting her and seeing her home, we felt completely at ease leaving our dog for the first time. Her home is so clean and the backyard is a perfect set up for dogs to play and cool off in this summer heat. Gale sent daily pictures and videos letting us know how our dog was doing. After all the fun Maggie had, we wondered if she would want to leave! We can’t thank Gale enough. If you are looking for a home away from home for your doggies, look no further. Highly recommend!

Cloe has been coming here since she was 4 months old, and I highly recommend Gale and Paul's home away from home for your small dog. Cloe loves her vacations here where she is treated like one of the family, there are lots of small friends to play with and lots of cuddles. She comes home happy and exhausted. We hope petit paws is around for a long time so we can continue to vacation and know our dog is having a wonderful time as well.

Our 15 lb bichon/yorkie Skippy has stayed with Gale & Paul countless times over the past 12 years. It's his 2nd home and they love him and treat him as if he is their own dog. He always comes home tired and happy. I don't know what I would do without Petit Paws. THANK YOU Gale & Paul.

Gale and Paul puppysat our 3 month old Frenchie while we went camping this summer. Gale treated our dog Pearl like one of her own dogs by giving her the best care imaginable. She sent us pictures and updates multiple times a day which made us feel at ease. We knew Pearl was getting plenty of attention and snuggles from Gale and her family from the photos she would send. When Pearl came home, she had surprised us by the new skills she had learned. She had mastered going up and down the stairs and, she was able to clean herself too! She seemed quite exhausted from playing with her new bestie Baxter and slept hard for days after that. Gale gave us a personal hand written card detailing what Pearl did and how much of a joy it was to puppy sit her. We definitely will be returning in the future.

We have been taking our Dachshund, Daisy, to stay at Petit Paws for over 6 years and there is no one that we trust more to take care of our fur baby while we are away. The backyard is a haven for little dogs and the entire garage is a dedicated puppy play space. When we drop Daisy off, she runs off to play with the other pups and usually forgets to say goodbye to us. We highly recommend Petit Paws.

This is a clean environment for your fur baby. I like that all the staff seem to truly care about the animals. The spaces are larger than what I have seen and each cat looks comfortable and well taken care of. We bring our spicy Gingy here.

We were planning a four week trip abroad, too long to ask friends and family to pop in and feed our two young kitties, so after much soul-searching and research, decided to board them at Bearspaw. We were worried about how they would do, but the owners were happy to communicate their progress while we were away. We were still anxious, but after 30 days we picked up two relaxed happy cats. Their weight was good, coats in excellent condition, appetites fine, and they settled quickly back into normal home routine. I would not hesitate to recommend Bearspaw Cat Boarding to anyone needing a temporary stay for their cats, nor would we hesitate to use them again. Our two boys shared an upstairs "loft" room. Thank you all so much ❤

Their cat boarding facility is a building independent of their residence. The facility is very clean, tidy, smells great. My cat has tried their condo, which is as large room on the upper floor with a window over looking the parking lot and the woods (I could come in and sit with my cat in the condo comfortably). She also tried the regular cage which is also larger than the cages at other boarding places. My cat seems to love forest watching from her hammock in the regular size cage.

Had to board my kitten last minute and they were very accommodating and helpful in every way! My little pepper loved her stay and definitely fell in love with their hammock too ( I have to get her one now). Would definitely be back!

They took great care of my beautiful kitties and were great with changes to my reservation.

Our two cats stayed at Bearspaw Cat Boarding for 3 weeks. They were well taken care of! Our male cat is very old and cranky, and they were able to figure out his temperament and he came around. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them the next time we travel, and I highly highly recommend them.

The owners are so lovely & affectionate with the cats. The cat housing is beautiful, spacious with a window in each. I had a great experience leaving my cat and trust she well cared for. Highly recommend, we drive 30+ min to board with them because they are so fabulous!!

Great place with reasonable prices. I left my two kittens (one of them is very shy) for a few days last year and I was anxious about how they were going to behave. I came back to pick them up and both were so relaxed and comfortable with the space they didn’t look like they would mind staying a bit more if they had to! Five star service for sure! And they are going back for an extended stay soon.

This place is like a zen spa for cats. It is SO peaceful and also very clean!! It’s designed so well where each unit has a little ventilation port for the litter. The staff here are so kind and warm. I left my cats here for a long stay and they came back very calm and stress free. If you visit this place, the moment you step in you’ll realize how calm and serene it is and also how CLEAN it is! They do such a great job. This will be my go to place for cat boarding. Thank you guys for all you do.

We have been taking our dog to Aunty’s since he was a pup. He’s almost 13 now and I never worry when he is there. Just picked him up from a weekend away and he’s as content as always. Before planning any trip we make sure there is availability, if there isn’t then we change plans around this amazing kennels schedule!

Reasonably priced boarding for our dogs. Aunty's Place was highly recommended and we are glad to have a great place to take the girls as needed! Rachel and Phoebe seemed to enjoy their visit and were exhausted from the fun time there.

She is professional, friendly, reliable and very easy to talk to. One of my dogs recently had to get her tail amputated and Lynea took such good care of her every day she was here. She is amazing with my dogs, they absolutely love her. I feel so comfortable and have peace of mind knowing that she comes to see my fur babies through out my work week. She takes the cutest pictures and sends them to me while I'm at work and it always makes my day. Hands down 10/10 would recommend Lynea and her company. My dog loves Lynea! He is always very happy to see her even though it means we will be away. She does an exceptional job of taking care of him, daily walks, playtime outside and loving him. She communicates us daily with updates and pictures, which is very much appreciated. Our home is well taken care of when she is here and spotless when she leaves. Lynea is incredible! She took such good care of my pets and sent me updates with pictures every day. I was able to enjoy my holiday knowing my home and pets were in her capable care. I would highly recommend her and I will use her every time I go out of town.

Lynea is so kind and caring with our 2 cats Akuma and Tenshi. She makes sure they get all the love and all the snuggles. She reports to us daily via text with pictures which puts our minds at ease knowing our boys are well cared for. She waters all my many pots and garden daily as well. Lynea takes great care of my two children (some may call them cats) while I’m away for work.
