I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly & Thomas
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. Kathleen was a fantastic sitter and Olive and Noodle miss her already. She was great about sending pictures and updates - never had to ask anything, she always beat us to it. She didn't assume anything that wasn't clearly stated - always asked us beforehand. She was great with our dogs - they immediately bonded with her and didn't want to leave her side. We really appreciated being able to go away and not worry about our pets' welfare, we knew immediately they were being so well taken care of. We hope to host Kathleen again soon!!

You know your sitter has bonded with your dog when he decides to jump in her car after excitedly reuniting with us, as if to say "its been lovely seeing you, mom and dad, but Stacia and i need to hit the road"... I've always been lucky with my sitters through zeewoi, and this time was no exception. George, Larissa and their four lovely children were the absolute perfection in house guests and I cannot praise this wonderful family too highly. They did all the usual things you'd expect, gave my beautiful girls all the love and care I could wish, walked them at least once every day despite the best the British weather could throw at them, and sent me regular updates and photos so I could see how much love they were getting. They also left the house cleaner and tidier than I think I've ever seen it! I'm a bit worried that all they did for the week was walk and play with the dogs and then clean the house - I'm beyond grateful, the place looks amazing! They really are the very nicest people too, George has a hilarious sense of humour (thanks for the funny texts George!) and Larissa is calm, kind and an inspiration as a mother. I really can't wait to have them back to look after the girls again in the summer and wish the whole family a wonderful trip until then. If they come and house sit for you then you are in for a real treat!

Alexandria was by far our best sitter yet (and we've had excellent zeewoi sitters)! She was responsible, self sufficient and very responsive. She took the time to come meet our dog ahead of time and to run through the routine before our trip. She was communicative and sent great pics of her adventures with Rupee while we were away. We initially accepted Deirdre and Jason for a long stay to look after our dogs. We were very happy they accepted. A few weeks later we realized we needed another sitter for another trip we had planned. So, we posted more dates on zeewoi. To our happy surprise, Deirdre and Jason reached out to us saying they could also look after our dogs and home with the new dates we posted. This made our life much easier and we were very confident to have Deirdre and Jason stay longer with us and care for our dogs. We were definitely right!! D&J have countless experiences on zeewoi with very good reviews from all of their previous sits. They are very experienced with all aspects of a house/pet sitting. D&J are very self-sufficient, have the background knowledge and education of pet care, and most importantly a genuine love for all animals. This is most important for my wife and I. We knew from the first meeting with our pups they loved animals. Communication was excellent. The process before and during our sit was stress-free for us. We were given daily updates on our dogs including photos and videos. Any concerns D&J had were vocalized to us. D&J are also problem solvers and know how to react many challenging situations. Our routine for our pets was followed immaculately and all dogs were very happy and connected with them. Even our female dog Kinki grew close so quickly with D&J which is very rare. We had ZERO issues while we were gone and we were able to really enjoy our trip while we were away. The dogs definitely love being around D&J. Homecare: We are very pleased with the condition of our home when we returned. It was clean, free of clutter, and exactly how we had left it for them, if not even better! D&J even mowed our grass and took care of our yard! Our yard is not a small garden. It is very big and takes hours to mow. So we were very surprised and excited to know they did that for us even though it's not expected of our sitters!! They definitely went above and beyond what is expected. Our dogs are so very important to us. When we know we can trust our sitters it's the best feeling in the world. We definitely trust Deirdre and Jason with our most prized possessions and we look forward to the next sit with them in a few days!!! We can't thank them enough for giving our dogs the love and attention they deserve. My border collie cannot get enough of Scout About. He started puppy kindy at 4 months old and absolutely loved having fun with Loren, Pammy and the team on Mondays. Now at 14 months, he goes more regularly and practically jumps out the car window as we turn into the carpark because he cannot wait to get in and play. When we have gone to kennels or attended dog parks, Dusty is praised for his social skills and I think this is a credit to Scout About and the exposure and experiences there that have made him the dog he is today. I am so grateful and we will miss the team so much when we move to Perth. Thank you for everything and we could not recommend you enough 🥰
We'd highly recommend Loren and the Scout About Doggie Day Care team for house pet visits. Loren was quick to respond when our holiday pet care arrangements fall through last minute, and the booking process online was very simple. We received daily updates and photos from our pet sitter, Michelle, who was very respectful of our dogs and used various methods to build trust with them. We'll be continuing to use Scout About for future pet sitting :)

We are very picky where we leave our 2 frenchies and I can safely say we loved this place. We felt very comfortable leaving our babies here for the week and knew they would be well cared for. You can tell the owners absolutely love their job and treat all dogs like their own. Highly recommend and will use again :)
I called several kennels looking boarding in two weeks as I am travelling to attend a family member’s funeral. All kennels I called were empathetic and offered to put me on their cancellation lists, apart from this one, who were abrasive and assured me I would not be able to find accomodation at this short notice. Thankfully another kennel has agreed to squeeze us in.
A great stay for our greyhound. Run by a really passionate and friendly couple, Jessy and Ozzy's is small and personable with only 20 kennels and the owners living onsite. Robbie and Carmen were fully transparent and showed us the inside of the kennels and the many outside runs. They ensure safety and well being by only allowing your dog to play with one or two others, while being supervised. Kennels were a reasonable size with a raised bedding area. We will definitely choose J and O CK again. As a greyhound owner, it was reassuring to know that the staff weren't also breeders and racers, like at some of the nearby kennels. Thank you so much for taking great care of our beautiful Alaska. When my daughter and I had to drop her off for 10 days we were very anxious as we had never left her before. Robbie however was quick to put our minds at ease. He clearly had plenty of experience with dogs and you could tell he was very caring and gentle with them. He also understood my daughters concerns and sent us a reassuring message the same day along with photos of Alaska having settled in which made us both happier. The kennels are super clean and spacious and there are a number of nice grassy runs. During our holiday we could see lots more photos of Alaska on the Facebook page and when we picked her up 10 days later she was a happy and healthy looking girl. Would thoroughly recommend this place and it is great to know that now when we go away we can relax, knowing our precious Alaska will be safe and comfortable and well cared for. Outstanding service, Robbie is really dog savvy and goes out of his way to ensure your dog has a good stay. We were very anxious about leaving our 4 month old pup in a boarding kennel, but after checking the facilities and meeting Robbie, I just knew she would be fine. The photos he sent us daily with updates were a real bonus, we never felt like we were just another number. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Have taken my dog here several times while we were away. He's very nervous around other dogs but within a day they have him out and about interacting with the other dogs. He always comes home with a big smile on his face.

Best place! We had to board our 5 month old pup unexpectedly and we’re obviously stressed about having to do so. However, our little LuLu didn’t want to come home with us! Owners looked after her as if she was their own and it was very obvious that they loved dogs and knew what they were doing. We got back a very happy and content pup. Highly recommend.
We picked our dog Mia up today after a 5 days stay and couldn't be happier with the service Steve and Gaye provide for all the dogs. They made sure she is well fed and happy. They even managed to find a dog friend for our very reactiv, easily overstimulated dog. 5 stars from us and we would always sent our dogs there again.

Just picked up our boy Rosco Rosco has been going for 3 years now He doesn't stress and looks very happy when we pick him up . Nothing is any trouble with Gaye and Steve. Our second visit was great. We were so happy the first time last year that we took our 2 back. The owners asked questioned about their health, socialising and eating and genuinely cared when we checked them in. Such friendly and accommodating service. Plus our dogs came home very happy again! We will always bring our dogs back here when we visit family in the south.

Hi Everyone I booked my K9 & paid half of deposit a week prior then on arrival paid the balance. We then got my dog out of the car & he was very anxious & excited, the proprietor had a lead & made an attempt to put it around his neck but he barked a bit! She made a decision not to take him after just a few minutes,he wasn’t growling or hackles? I was a bit shocked as he’s stayed before & at many kennels. I asked for a refund but it was a blatant NO! Check your fine print she said🤷♂️This really doesn’t seem fair as I had just driven an hour & she was quick to take my money on arrival. Maybe they should change the fine print & put the dog in the kennel & then pay. Regards Out of pocket $154 & plans ruined
If I could give 0 stars I would!! Absolutely hands down the WORST service I’ve ever received. Daylight robbery taking my money then deciding they didn’t want to take my dog on arrival and refused to give my money back. Do not take your dog here unless you’ve got a lap dog or they won’t accept it or give your money back.
I am very disappointed with this kennel service and the staffs un professionalism. I advise you do not take your beloved pet here as my dog has arrived back home in quite an unpleasant state. Thankyou
Ever since I took my dog here my dog he has never wanted to go back to a kennel. Very unprofessional staff and urge people not to book here as my dog has trauma and hasn't been the same since coming home

I highly recommend Down South Boarding Kennels, I have now had a number of dealings with the new owners Georgie and Jess and they have all been exceptional. My border collie puppy regularly attends daycare at DSBK and I love that he's excited and runs straight to Georgie and Jess when I drop him off each morning. He always comes home happy and exhausted from having spent the day playing with other dogs. I know he is not only safe but also enjoying himself with Georgie and Jess.
It was our dogs first time at a boarding kennels - the ladies were so kind to my little one. A home away from home!

Had our pup stay one night she told us she had to pick her son up from train station and to come early before 3:30 so we started calling at 2:30 to come pick up our pup started to make our way there she didn’t answer her phone we arrived I went and knocked on her door and decided to call at the same time she then came to the door didn’t open it we asked her for our pup and she said no come back at 4 a couple of times but we weren’t going to drive 40mins all the way back as I told her she then said her husband is pisssd off at us but she told us to call and come early now she went and got our pup she’s harness trained and didn’t have it on and she had a different collar and different lead she said she didn’t know where the things were but then found it all got home with our pup and gave her some food and water and she never scoffs her food and she was scoffing and she drank the whole bowl of water quick so I’m guessing she never got fed or water or walked harness should have been left on like I told her so will never take our pup back again very disappointed
Our Staffy Bella has stayed here a few times and absolutely loved it. Everytime she came home she was knackered from socialising with the other dogs and also getting some exercise in with the owners. Very highly recommend Sniff, Scratch snooze too anyone that cares about their animal friends!

Amazing place!! The owners truly love the dogs, our two dogs stayed for a whole week and were so happy! When we picked them up, the care that Barry has for the dogs was evident as both our little dogs gave him cuddles and kisses - which is very rare for our little shelter dog to do! So happy to have found a great place the dogs can stay at, knowing they are well looked after.
Pooch is always happy as a pig in poo when she comes here. All staff have an awesome passion for what they do. Had to leave our lab here for about a month, was unsure about when the pick up date would be due to our circumstances. They went above and beyond to make sure we had nothing to worry about. When we came back they were so warm and welcoming as always. Pooch had a few battle scars and scratches from being a knucklehead, no concerns at all about her treatment by the way, the lovely lady who answered the phone suggested we take her to the vet for a checkup and they would cover the cost. Besides a hug 🤗 I don't think these guys could do anything else to ease our worries and make sure our pooch was happy and VERY well looked after. I would recommend this place to ANYONE who wants their dog well looked after and definitely be a PAMPERED PET!!! Thankyou crew for everything you do. ***** (Extra 5 stars 🤩)
We felt really comfortable leaving our dogs here while we stayed in the national park. The kennels are very clean and warm and all the dogs are happy especially after their playtime. Our older dog Sid suffers from stress and anxiety and when we picked him up he was of course happy to see us but also super relaxed and not in any particular rush to leave. Definitely recommend this place .. !
We highly recommend Barry & Belinda's services. They were really accommodating & took our fur baby, Bailey in for the day while we climbed Bluff Knoll. It really did feel like they were treating her as their own, & would definitely use there services again, if we're back in the area needing a pet sitter. Thanks guys, Pete, Sue, & Bailey.
Great facility for your pet. Felt comfortable leaving our dog here. He loves water . They had an outdoor pool and beautiful outdoor area to play with other dogs. The owners were lovely and helpful with activities in the area.
Barry and Belinda have a high level of care and concern for our girl Lexie. She was a nervous and shy German Shepherd which could present as aggression as she got older. However, with their ability to assess and have the space to assess her level of comfort, Lexie has become very social with other dogs. We will always book her into Pampered Pets as their service is amazing.
Our girl had the best time staying at pampered pets for 4.5 weeks. She can be reactive to other dogs and pampered pets catered to her needs 100% with 2 sole playtimes a day. Videos and descriptions were provided for peace of mind and she looked like she was on holiday! Thank you so much.

Coralie and Ralph looked after our home and blue heeler, Zeus, for just over 2 weeks while my husband and I went travelling. We loved that we got regular updates and videos of him having a blast going for walks and playing ball (his favourite!) - it made us feel at ease knowing he was happy while we were gone. Unfortunately, just prior to us arriving home, Zeus picked up a bug and became unwell but Coralie and Ralph wasted no time in getting Zeus into the vet so he could be checked over and treated, keeping us in the loop the whole time. Even with us arriving home a day earlier than expected, the house and yard were immaculate and Zeus was on the mend. I can’t recommend Coralie and Ralph enough - they treated our boy as if he were their own which is exactly what every pawrent wants! We will be back in touch next time we go on holidays. 😊
I can't recommend Ralph and Coralie highly enough. We have trusted them to look after our family dog, cat, chickens and house and we can go away stress free knowing they will keep an eye on our property and feed our pets. They are passionate animal lovers and will look after your pets as well as you would. I will never use a boarding kennel or cattery again. The rates are very reasonable and I feel we get great value for our money.

I actually can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this wonderful place yet! We have sent our 2 frenchies to stay with Colette, Luke and her gorgeous family and dedicated staff over a dozen times since they opened and they’ve become such a trusted and wonderful part of our and our dogs lives. In the past, we’ve used kennels and our dogs come back different skittish or skinnier. They’re so well fed, we get update photos, and I know they’re loved and they genuinely are so happy to both go there and come home. Truly thank you guys for always looking after Spud and Frankie it makes our life so much easier :)
Our Doberman Duke LOVES Serenity, and so do we! Colette and Luke take care of all the dogs as if each one were their own. The customer service from the Serenity team is phenomenal and more importantly we know our dog is happy and safe under their care. The general rule in our house is we don’t get to go on holidays until Duke is booked in to his holiday at Serenity first! I have and will continue to recommend Serenity to our family and friends. Thanks for loving our baby as much as we do. ❤️

100% recommend Serenity Boarding and Daycare. If your an owner who thinks like me, that no one can look after your dog as well as you, well your wrong. Collette and her family look after my weim who has separation anxiety so well. My boys are happy to go in and don't give me a second look. And are always happy to come home worn out after playing with friends. Collette has excellent ethics and training, I won't send my Dogs anywhere else!

A big thank you to Serenity for the consistent tlc, updates and love given to our dogs while away. They were able to accommodate a more complex need with medications, skin care etc for one of our dogs. Highly recommend and we will see you again for our next fur holiday Bhalu, Jiya and the Miles Family.
We started Wilson, our Golden Retriever, off at Serenity by taking him for day visits every other week for the last few months. He now drags me in the door and drags Luke through to the kennel! He has the best fun with the other dogs and his confidence has really grown. He can be nervous of new people but LOVES Luke. Highly recommend Serenity if you want to leave your beloved dog and not worry about them. He is always so tired when he comes home. Thanks Luke and Collette!

I would definitely recommend sending your fur babies to Luke and Colette at Serenity Boarding Kennels if you plan on going on holiday. They will have the best time playing with other dogs under supervision and be loved unconditionally. My baby girl cannot wait to get there.

Kath was amazing, and great to deal with, she looked after and made sure all Bobby’s needs were met….. It was so lovely when we collected Bobby he had been walked and was socialising with other little dogs in the grassy play area….. After having a previous bad experience with a local kennel, we felt very lucky to have found Bushlands Pet Retreat. The owners are very caring and professional and having a vet as one of the owners is a plus. We felt that our dog was happy and well cared on all the occasions that we picked him up. We would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

I 100% trust my dogs are in the best hands when they visit Bushlands. They always look great when they come home and sometimes I have to convince my Border Collie to leave and come home.
